I'm Greg Gutfeld, along with Rosanna scotto, Harold Ford Jr. Jesse Waters and to beat the heat, she sleeps on a Klondike bar. Dana Perino the five President Trump chewing out the Dems for making a statement stink out of ICE agents wearing masks, even though there's a pretty good reason to cover up. Immigration officials face a nearly 700% surge in assaults on personnel, and those trantifa thugs land death traps.
Greg Gutfeld
And it's sort of funny when people pick it in front of Columbia, in front of Harvard, and they have masks on. More than masks. I mean, you can't see anything. Nobody complains about that. But when a patriot who works for ICE or Border Patrol puts a mask on so that they won't recognize him and his family, there's a problem with that. What do you think the penalty should be for these people who are, if they are found guilty? For people who shoot at ICE officers? Very, very stiff. Very stiff. A long time in jail. A long time.
Dana Perino
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and LA Mayor Karen Bass making it a point of pride that their cities won't cooperate with ice.
Harold Ford Jr.
Look, we are welcoming city ordinance. Our local police department will not ever cooperate with ice. Whatever their constitutional authority is, they're going.
Greg Gutfeld
To arrest me for doing my job.
Rosanna Scotto
I mean, as mayor, my number one.
Greg Gutfeld
Responsibility is to keep Angeles safe. Now, it never dawned on me that.
Rosanna Scotto
I would have to worry about keeping.
Greg Gutfeld
Angeleno safe from my own government.
Dana Perino
And the media is constantly brainwashing their base by accusing ICE agents of terrorizing communities.
Jesse Watters
It would seem that the invasion into American cities is Coming from law enforcement deployed by this administration to terrorize communities. Am I getting that right?
Harold Ford Jr.
What's terrorizing Americans? Our friends and neighbors, otherwise known as immigrants.
Greg Gutfeld
They are not going after criminals.
Dana Perino
They're going after anybody that is brown.
Harold Ford Jr.
That looks like me.
Dana Perino
All right, Jesse. So ice's job is to protect our border, our sovereignty. So aren't attacks on them a daily insurrection? One in which they are actually armed and dangerous? Why aren't the Democrats noticing that?
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, I mean, it was traitorous to let him into the country, and now they're attacking the people that are trying to catch him and remove him. People understand the right to privacy, and the Democrats talk about the right to privacy all the time. And that can be used in different ways. Harold tints his windows in his car. He doesn't want to see. Have everybody see or people put their businesses in shell companies. Hunter had about 30. I tried to put my home in an LLC and I screwed it up. And now everybody knows where I live.
Dana Perino
But 1317 Snow Drift Lane.
Greg Gutfeld
I wish. It's a good neighborhood, but you know these people. Besides, I don't know actors, anchors, politicians and athletes, they don't like people filming them at work. If people went around just filming everybody else at work, they would wear masks, too. And these guys are wearing masks because cartels and Trantifa are putting hits out on them. It's called discretion. Swalwell should know something about that after that spy incident. Now, Johnson doesn't want deportations because 15% of the population in Chicago is illegal aliens. And donors run Johnson. And the donors who own the trucking companies, the commercial real estate, they need these guys because they pay them slave wages and they don't have any insurance. Like, these illegals get hurt on the job. They're expendable. Who cares? And the landlords love them because it drives up rent. The insurance executives love them because it drives up rates. The people who don't like them are the poor and middle class, black, white and Hispanic workers because it crowds the schools, it crowds the apartments, it crowds the hospitals, and it crowds the streets. I don't know if you guys seen this. People are showing what Google Maps looks like in LA now that all the illegals are hiding from ice. There's no traffic on the freeway. You can go on the 405 and you go 65 miles an hour. Trump has literally reduced traffic in Los Angeles and Democrats are complaining. Hmm.
Dana Perino
Well, I didn't see that one coming. Harold, you know. Good to see you, Harold, as always. I lie here, you Have Trump once again dealing with a massive problem, mass illegal immigration. And the Dems always do this. And I think you agree with me. They avoid practical solution and instead they dance on the edge of process. They focus on like, irrelevant details, pronouns, masks, tweets. Instead of crime, education, the economy. This seems to be a pattern. They can't solve any problems, so they, they plant themselves on this irrelevant stuff, like masks. How do you explain this?
Harold Ford Jr.
I agree with you. The first. Good to be back with you. The mask thing, I think you. One of the things you said a lot there in the opening, Jesse. I think one of the things I fully agree with is that this is, this is security and protection for these law enforcement officials. I condemn all violence and I agree with the president in a big way that harsh pen penalty should go to anyone who commits violence against a law enforcement official or a political official. Now, here's where I differ with him a little bit. When he started, we had a conversation about this yesterday, about the things we're doing in terms of deporting people in this country. Mr. Homan said from the outset that the worst were going to be the first that we deported. And it appears in the first 75 to 90 days of the Trump administration, they were doing more of that. They were not doing it at a rate that I think we may have quoted a number yesterday. In the high 70s or 80%, there was about 50% of the people from the first 90 days were violent criminals. Now, my source for this are two C organizations, CBS News, which some may have a feeling about their politics, and the Cato Institute. But some may have a position about their politics. It says of June 14, ICE had booked into detention 204,000 individuals. Of those booked in, 65% had no criminal convictions. Moreover, more than 93% of ICE bookends were never convicted of any violent offenses. We should figure out what they mean by violent by that. I wish that the mayors and the governors in these states, whether blue states or red states, but particularly the blue states, would sit down with the president and sit down with Tom Holman. The lack of coordination between the two, these three government agencies or levels of government is causing a lot of this and is triggering a lot of this. But those should know, whether you're Democrat or Republican, if you commit a crime against a law enforcement official, regardless of how you believe, how much you believe you're right, you should go to jail for a very, very long time. And I hope the president and all the things he's doing, I hope he enacts that and I hope he gets back to sending the worst out of this country first.
Dana Perino
So, Dana, my head exploded while listening to Karen Bass talking about how her job doing mayor keeping her citizens safe. Right now just 5% of the 900 rebuild permits in Altadena alone have been approved. They're not rebuilding in L. A. She wasn't even there during the fires. How can anybody take that bozo seriously?
Jesse Watters
She said, it never occurred to me that I would have to protect Angelenos from our federal government. Like, well, it never occurred to them that you would leave and go to Africa for on a junket while there was a major fire danger and not checking in on those reservoirs. They also, she said, Brandon says whatever their constitutional authority, it doesn't matter. So he said, we are never going to cooperate with ICE no matter their constitutional authority. Okay, let's go back. Let's review. What did we hear all of last year from the Democrats? Was that Trump was the existential crisis. He was going to be the end of our democracy. He was going to run roughshod over the Constitution. However, what happened yesterday, President Trump wants to fire some people in the federal government. Lawsuits filed goes up through the process. The Supreme Court votes 7 to 2 that he is allowed to do it. Okay, so he has a policy preference. He's gone through the constitutional process, the highest court in the lands that he could do it. That is following the Constitution. What they're suggesting is not the last thing I would say is leadership abhors a vacuum. And yet this was asked of Hakeem Jeffries, the Democrat leader in the House. Wolf Blitzer asked him, there needs to be blood, is the quote. How do you respond to that? Jeffries answer was Trump is assaulting the American way of life. So look, 80% of Democrats, 90% of Democrats might totally disagree with people who say that you should get shot in order to make a point. But the vocal 10% is having a moment because there's nobody else out there who is talking.
Dana Perino
Right. Leadership abhors a vacuum. But you know who loves a vacuum? Women. Harold told me that in the break. Wait, there was no break. We just started, Rosanna. So it does seem to me that this is another example where the Dems look at an 8020 issue and they always choose the 20, preferring to protect lawbreakers instead of helping out the law.
Rosanna Scotto
It's ironic because there is a 700% increase in attacks. We heard this from Homeland Security against officers and threats against their families as well as. But ironically, and President Trump mentioned this, you know, here In New York, we're dealing with attacks by people who are wearing ski masks. We have anti Semitic protesters wearing ski masks. It's taken years for our assembly to do something to unmask these people. They finally came to some decision in April, but basically it was not to like you know, really crack down on them. But they're starting. Mayor Adams wanted to actually find them, but we're not at that point either. But there is a serious problem. And it's like I said, it's ironic. They don't want so and so to wear a mask, the officers to wear a mask. But the ones who are protesters, it's okay if they wear a mask. No problem.
Dana Perino
There you go. Everybody should wear a mask. That's what I do. Yes. Don't we all wear masks? Up next, the Dems try to find a leader. Some Democrats are stepping up to lead the dumpster fire. Greasy's going south. Gavin Newsom went on a two day tour of South Carolina planting the seed for his inevitable 2028 run. Clyburn the kingmaker says he's feeling good about Newsom's chances. But Gavin sweaty stump speech is more of the same.
Harold Ford Jr.
It's demeaning to talk down to people.
Greg Gutfeld
And to belittle the trans community.
Harold Ford Jr.
And I don't like the way the right wing talks about the trans community.
Greg Gutfeld
These people just want to survive.
Harold Ford Jr.
Donald Trump makes it very difficult, extraordinarily difficult the way he demeans people, he talks down to people, he belittles people.
Greg Gutfeld
And he intentionally tries to divide people. There's a cruelty he has, forgive me, a polluted heart when it comes to so many issues. The other path Democrats can take, full blown communism. Far left allies of Zoran the Destroyer won a primary. Hakeem Jeffries and other New York City Democrats. But James Carville's lurking in the shadows trying to save his party from the commie takeover.
Dana Perino
This fact that he won't deny.
Greg Gutfeld
Come on, just get it out your mouth. He's been given every opportunity to walk it back. So I, I am, I am quite befuddled by.
Dana Perino
It is troubling.
Greg Gutfeld
Dude, I need sunglasses to watch.
Dana Perino
Maybe you should walk toward that light.
Greg Gutfeld
How's. How's Gavin doing down there in South Carolina?
Dana Perino
Well, number you said the Democrats are a dumpster fire. They are not. Because at least the dumpster fire produces heat. They do not. The problem with the Democrats right now is the hoax apparatus is broken. In the days you could rely on a big hoax, you know, collusion or the fine people hoax or drinking bleach and the media would do their work for you, right? But now, you know, the ratings for CNN and msnbc, they're lower than Jasmine Crockett's SAT scores. Their credibility is on par with Smollett. So the Dems almost have to do their own now. They actually have to use what's called their brains because their friends aren't fighting their battles anymore. The Democrats are like a weak loudmouth at the bar who realized all of his buddies have left after he picked a fight with a bunch of bikers. They don't know what to do. They don't. They can't think of anything. Herald's party is in a hole so deep they could shake hands with President Xi. As you can go down there. And it's a failed political to failed political institution. So it's no wonder that they think violence, violence is an option. And Gavin, this trans thing is hilarious. One minute he's pro woman, the next he's selling him down the river. He's actually trans. And what is his trans community that he keeps talking about? Show me your trans community. Oh, you're gonna show me some kids That's a lie and it's illegal. Now you're gonna show me activists your loudest voices. Those are cosplaying male fetishists. So for but just a tiny fraction, what he says is a trans community is not real. He's just a coward who can't say that in public.
Greg Gutfeld
And we will have Jasmine Crockett's SAT scores on primetime tonight. Tune in. You don't believe me? No.
Jesse Watters
I'm still laughing about that China joke.
Greg Gutfeld
You got to dig a hole to China. Everyone does it. Did you do that on the farm.
Jesse Watters
Growing up, then dig a hole to China? Yeah, we tried, but, like, that's really dry dirt.
Greg Gutfeld
It's hard to dig.
Dana Perino
Theoretically, you could dig a hold of.
Greg Gutfeld
China under the Pacific.
Harold Ford Jr.
Yes.
Jesse Watters
I mean, Elon Musk was working on it right now.
Dana Perino
He does the Boring Company.
Greg Gutfeld
That's right. That's such a boring company, though. You never hear anything cool. They do. Dana. South Carolina is going to see a lot of Democrats now. Yeah, he's not doing that.
Jesse Watters
So he reminded me of something. Do you remember who was first out of the gate in 2020 and 2019? Who was first out of the gate for Democrats? Anybody? Even Harold.
Rosanna Scotto
I don't remember.
Harold Ford Jr.
In 2019, the first person out of the gate was Elizabeth.
Jesse Watters
It was Kamala.
Greg Gutfeld
Kamala.
Dana Perino
I get it.
Greg Gutfeld
Do I win a prize?
Jesse Watters
Okay. And Kamala was like, oh, she was out there. And remember, even President Trump was like, she got a good crowd. And then what happened? By the end of 2019, before the voting even happened in 2020, she was out. And it kind of reminds me of this because it's a little early and he doesn't have big crowds. I know that the Democrats want to have somebody out there to do it, but he's using all the same points and messages that they just lost on in 2024. There is not somebody who is like, I don't want to. I don't like his politics. But, like, Zoran Mamdani was like, oh, I see, Elaine. And I can get in there because nobody else. I said that about Hakeem Jeffries. I was like, well, if you're not going to be the one that is leading the party, somebody is going to do it. I just don't necessarily think that it is Gavin Newsom. At one point, he has some fake tears. There was a little bit of a fake accent, little Southern accent.
Greg Gutfeld
I didn't see that.
Jesse Watters
And it was just a little too thirsty for me.
Greg Gutfeld
A little too thirsty. Harold the Kingmaker Clyburn. He gave us Joe Biden. Thank you for that, James. And is he going to give us Gavin Newsom now?
Harold Ford Jr.
I don't know. Step back for one moment. All political parties out of power struggle. And the Democrats are out of power. And we are in the part of. We're in that struggling piece right now. When leaders are chosen by political parties during these moments, we should never expect it because it never is to be some sort of choreographed ballet. It's always a little, a little back and forth. I think about 2013, 2021, 2013 was Obama's second term, first year of it. And if you'd have told Republicans that Donald Trump would be your nominee in 2016, people probably would have said there's no way. It was Jeb Bush that was the frontrunner for a long time, at least the proverbial frontrunner in the eyes and minds of a lot of people in the press and the donors in the party. In 2021, many people thought that Governor DeSantis, Governor Youngkin, Governor Haley, others would be the candidate that would emerge. In 2024, Donald Trump emerged again. He came up with the ideas and agenda. Democrats, if election, the election were held today, we would lose badly. But we have a couple years here to figure out a message, an agenda. I don't fault the guy for going to South Carolina. I'm curious. I'm going to read up on it a little bit more when I leave. What did he say? I think Dana's right. You got to have, and you were, I think, touching on it, too, Jess. You got to have a purpose. And it can't. The purpose just can't be Trump sucks. Democrats know that, right? In their minds. You've got to come up with ways in which you're going to bring back those disaffected Democrats, union members who voted for him, Independents who were appealed, who found him appealing. And I believe as much as we may have joked a little bit about James Carville, he still has the message in my lifetime that makes the most sense when you're running a successful presidential race. It's the economy, stupid. Get to people's living standards in our own. One of our home newspapers here in this building, the Wall Street Journal, Jason Riley wrote about how the president's on a great role, but if you don't, if he doesn't and these of his do not improve the living standards of everyday working Americans, he too will have a problem in the short term. That's where Democrats need to be.
Greg Gutfeld
And Rosanna, you have this communist guy causing problems nationally too threatening, Hakeem. And now everybody has to answer for this guy. How big of a problem is he going to be?
Rosanna Scotto
It's a big problem. First of all, I don't know if you saw the latest statistics. Zoran Mandani brought out the largest amount of voters in New York primary history, over 565,000 voters. And then the other issue is that the Democratic Party look they have an identity crisis. And Greg, you're being hard on Gavin Newsom. Give him a break. He's at least a centrist. We're dealing with Zoran Mondami, who is the working party's right socialist arm of the Democratic Party. And they're taking over. They're very well organized. They're not going anywhere. They have a digital platform. They have grassroot armies. They're strong ties with labor. Watch them. Because I know when I called Andrew Cuomo's campaign and said, what is going on? Where is your message? And they told me and I asked them, I go, what's going on with the Democratic Party? I don't hear anything. All I hear is Working Families Party. Someone in his office said to me, there is no more Democratic Party. It's the Socialist Party.
Dana Perino
I can't tell the difference between Zoran and Gavin. Is there an issue that they differentiate on?
Greg Gutfeld
I'm gonna ask Gavin when I interview him about the government run grocery stores.
Dana Perino
It's definitely not on France, it's not on taxes, it's not on immigration. They're exactly the same.
Greg Gutfeld
He might not hate the Jews as much.
Dana Perino
Yes, right. There you go. That's a big one.
Greg Gutfeld
I might add up next, consequences could be coming for Deep State darlings Comey and Brennan. It's our long standing tradition.
Dana Perino
When you hear Lululemon, you probably think.
Jesse Watters
Of Align yoga pants.
Greg Gutfeld
Weightlessly soft, like you're wearing next to nothing.
Dana Perino
That's why you see them in class.
Jesse Watters
At the grocery store and in the park.
Greg Gutfeld
But did you know about skirts with built in liner shorts so you can still jump for the Frisbee and tanks and bodysuits? With Align's iconic stretch, you won't want.
Dana Perino
To take it off. And with endless style options, you don't have to shop in store or online@lululemon.com.
Rosanna Scotto
President Trump firing his first shot at the Deep state that tried to hobble his first term. Former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey are under criminal investigation for potential wrongdoing related to Trump and the Russia probe. According to sources at the Justice Department. Earlier, President Trump weighed on whether he wants to see anybody locked up.
Greg Gutfeld
Do you want to see these two guys behind bars? Well, I know nothing about it other than what I read today. But I will tell you, I think they're very dishonest people. I think they're crooked as hell and maybe they have to pay a price for that. I believe they are truly bad people and dishonest people. So whatever happens, happens.
Rosanna Scotto
And the former CIA director, John Brennan is responding by doubling down on the Russia investigation.
Greg Gutfeld
I stand behind the assessment. I think the assessment has stood the test of time and again. I point to those reviews that were done in a political, In a nonpartisan fashion. I want to make sure that people understand exactly what the Russians were doing to try to interfere in our very, very solemn domestic election system.
Rosanna Scotto
All right, Dana, is it hard to believe the FBI director and the CIA director conspired in their testimony to Congress?
Jesse Watters
Well, the whole thing is hard to believe because it's not believable in terms of the Russia collusion scandal. And the Democrats are still paying a price for that on all sorts of ways. Right. They lament the loss of trust in our institutions. And then you go back to, well, what about this? Everything you can point to that they're mad about, you go, but what about that? And I think what Jonathan Turley said is really important. He said that, does this cross the line into perjury? And that's where there might be a rub. Right? So that's why I think the criminal investigation makes sense. I hope that there's not too many more leaks out of it to try to water it down. Like, if they have a case, go forward with the case. If they don't, then, okay, they'll have to admit that. But what happened to President Trump was beyond political dirty tricks. This was so extremely damaging, maybe hurt the Democratic Party for a long, long time, but certainly when you don't have trust in the intelligence community, in the media, many of whom now pretend like they never wrote about it at all.
Rosanna Scotto
Well, the CIA released Lessons Learned review of Russian collusion. Was that enough, Jesse?
Greg Gutfeld
Well, that might be the predicate for these charges, because it turns out these guys both knew that the Russia hoax was cooked up by crooked, and they pushed it anyway. They sabotaged and spied on his campaign and tried to take down his presidency. And then they got caught red handed. And we'll find out if there was a conspiracy or whether they lied to Congress. And I hope they pay the price, but they might not, because a lot of these guys skate all the time. So I'm not gonna get my hopes up. You saw what happened with Epstein. You know, you get your hopes up and then all of a sudden, poof, everything disappears. So the Justice Department and the FBI have a lot riding on these prosecutions. I'd like to see justice. But it's like you get guys out there that say that there's this pipe bomb at the dnc, and then, like, Whatever happened to that? What about the Vegas shooter? Remember how suspicious that whole thing was? Poof. That disappears. You know, all these things always come across and then they just disappear. And it's very frustrating for the American people. Yeah, I mean, I said absolutely. Like, where did this guy go? Where did that whole case go? Where did all the files go? They just went nowhere. No one even believes that. So you gotta go after these guys and you have to go after them hard because the American people aren't gonna tolerate the corruption. You got someone like Nancy Pelosi. Her stock portfolio went up $40 million last year. That's more than any hedge fund in the United States. And her husband's not even a professional investor. He owns a vineyard. And then Joe Biden's taken millions from the Chinese all over the table. He got nothing to show for it. And at the end of the day, pardons his whole family and walks out the door. And then his stupid doctor pleads the fifth under oath. No one is going to get punished for any of this stuff. It just seems like Trump's people always go to jail and these Democrats and these deep state darlings always skate.
Rosanna Scotto
Well, you have a point there, Jesse. You had so many good points, but politics is dirty. Harold and Hillary Clinton at one point, you know, reports of her digging up dirt on Donald Trump. Of course, that's how you play the game, isn't it?
Harold Ford Jr.
No, I hope not. I hope not. I think President Trump, every president's elected to govern, not to settle scores. And I just, I'm just a forward looking, I'm a forward looking person and I think the president, when I think of the things that should be high on the list of a president for asking his FBI director to do investigating, a former FBI director and CIA director for what you believe they may have done to you. When you consider TikTok is still shaping and reinforcing habits, bad habits. Social media companies are developing algorithms that affect young women, young girls, self esteem. When you consider the gangs, cyber and street. I mean, it's interesting. I love the fact that the President's sending ICE in to help get the worst of the worst out of our communities who are immigrants. But heck, I wish he'd send the Marines into Chicago and Detroit and D.C. and New York and Memphis and Denver and places where people can't have their kids walk outside of their homes because they're scared in the evenings here as we get into the summer months. So I just hope the President looks forward. This is just not the way I think about it. When you talk about the dirtiness. I'm not. I don't know if it's dirty, but President Trump is selling phones, perfumes, bibles, and big.
Greg Gutfeld
Well, what was Hunter Biden selling? What was he selling?
Harold Ford Jr.
Right, but hear me out. I criticized him. I criticized President Biden. Besides art, I criticized President Biden for that. In fairness, everybody around this table is my pal, but we've not criticized him for that.
Rosanna Scotto
Greg, I know you would give the FBI director, James Comey the benefit of the doubt. He just likes to walk the beach and find seashell formations that say 86, 47.
Dana Perino
I am going to agree with Harold Brennan should be executed. You know what, though? The Democrats, they should be. It's kind of like what you said. They should be angrier than Republicans because this scandal led to them breaking their brains. Remember Rachel Maddow trying to pronounce Russian last names and falling apart? She can't even hold herself together now. She is a wreck. I'm doing my impression of her.
Greg Gutfeld
Anyway.
Dana Perino
And this whole thing catapulted Trump into folk hero status because this was a political assassination and he prevailed. So Trump actually didn't red pill America. Brennan, Comey, Clapper, they red pilled America because collusion was meant to destroy Trump, but it turned him into an unstoppable force. And it's worse than a hoax. It was a psyop that really did split America. I mean, at least in our world, it kind of split America, damaged the mental health of millions of liberals, some who don't even talk to me anymore because of this. It created this mass derangement. It caused families to squabble. It led to lawfare, more hoaxes, accusations of treason, then ultimately the election of a decrepit husk of a puppet named Joe Biden. You know, his doctor pleads the fifth, Kamala's pleading for a fifth, if you catch my drift, because she's a drunk. But anyway, it all started with he was in bed with the Russians. The only upside did irreparable damage to the MSNBCs and the CNNs because it showed their credibility was nothing. And that bias permeated the entire legacy media who bought into this crap. So, hooray. Put him in jail for life without parole.
Harold Ford Jr.
How's MAGA taking this thing about the Epstein fouls you guys were talking about?
Greg Gutfeld
I'm happy about that.
Dana Perino
I'm leading the show tonight. Harold.
Greg Gutfeld
What leads the show? Harold?
Jesse Watters
God.
Greg Gutfeld
How are you doing tonight?
Harold Ford Jr.
What time you.
Jesse Watters
Come on.
Greg Gutfeld
I'm gonna kill you. Oh, no.
Dana Perino
He watches. He watches my show. Because he's usually slightly buzzed going, dude, that was funny.
Rosanna Scotto
All right, I'm gonna referee and move this on. Coming up, Stacey Abrams is pushing some Stacey Abrams pushing some crazy talk. She thinks President Trump is trying to cancel the election.
Greg Gutfeld
Chasing you like a side of whiskey Burning, going down, through burning, going down, chasing you.
Jesse Watters
I'm the president.

The Democrats are not ready to retire. That Trump is a threat to democracy. Attack line. Stacey Abrams, she's back and she thinks 47 will cancel the election and even lays out a 10 step framework for how he'll do it.
Greg Gutfeld
You send the National Guard in.
Dana Perino
You kidnap people off of the streets.
Greg Gutfeld
And pretend that's normal. You make everyone afraid that if they.
Dana Perino
Don'T do what you want, they might be next. And once you've done those nine steps.
Greg Gutfeld
Steps 10 is easy.
Dana Perino
That's when you decide there won't be new elections because everyone's either afraid, poor, broken, or complicit.
Jesse Watters
Greg, I was wondering when she would dive back in. It's like any chance she can to grift off of the resistance, she'll jump on it.
Dana Perino
Ten steps. I believe that's her daily workout. You know, I love this stuff because shows like the five and Waters and Gutfeld, we need this content. These people like Doritos, we just keep eating them and they keep making more of them. And it helps. This is an often ignored point. TDS is one of the biggest sources of job creation in the country. Think about every sufferer who has TDS on msnbc, right? They get paid, but so does their therapist, right? Consider the pharmaceutical companies who benefit from the billions of dollars spent on Xanax or Valium or in Kamala's case, Jose Cuervo. You got yoga instructors, you got meditation seminars. You've got all this therapeutic recreation used to soothe mass anxiety. Trump has reinvigorated entire industries because these meltdowns, they go into our shows, they grow our audience. TDS has bought my third yacht.
Jesse Watters
What'd you name it?
Dana Perino
TDS 3. 3. TDS 3.
Jesse Watters
Stacey Abrams lives off of this type of work by scaring people about being scared about Trump.
Rosanna Scotto
She's like the little boy who cried wolf. It's the end of democracy. Constitution will not stand another term. We've heard this all before. And then now we have MSNBC's Lawrence O', Donnell, who he didn't hold back. He's like, this is the stupidest in American history. Called the Trump presidency the stupidest.
Jesse Watters
No, he said the White House press corps is the dumbest in America.
Rosanna Scotto
And he said the stupidest group of spokespeople ever assembled. Dana but you that's the subtext, right? They are smart. They're the smartest group around. They're the elitist. But isn't that what got them in trouble for the election? They didn't have their finger on the pulse. They were too, you know, worried about being smart than really understanding what people were feeling at that point. And that was they were concerned about it was unaffordable. And they were concerned about all the migrants in their areas and the violence that was happening.
Jesse Watters
Harold I don't know if she ever actually conceded the election to Governor Kemp, but and this does happen on both sides where you have people that figure out a way to get money from donors. But this is a problem for the Democrats, especially when you don't have a leader yet for 2028. Somebody like this can come in and siphon off all those funds.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah.
Harold Ford Jr.
You know, I think that it will be hard for her to raise money on this issue. Again, I think there's some parallels to a previous segment today where we talked about the party out of power is always struggling to find ways and to find that message and to find those individuals and especially one come three years later to be the nominee. Ms. Abrams has every right to do this. I'm not sure this is the best way to do it. The TDS that we sit here today with, I'd remind everyone there was a group of people, including the occupant of the White House, who, when Barack Obama was president, said that he was not not a citizen of the United States. And there were a number of people at radio shows and other people still.
Dana Perino
Waiting for the proof.
Harold Ford Jr.
There were people who went on it. There were people who went on and on as he trounced you twice.
Dana Perino
Significant herald.
Harold Ford Jr.
There were people who went on and on about Obamacare. So these things just these things happen. I do wish the Democrats would get back down to the serious business of listening to voters and developing an agenda. That response to them. Whatever you want to say, and I'm with you, Rosanna, about Mondame. This young man went out and listened to voters. I don't like his answers, but the affordability issue lingers not only in New York, but hovers all around the country. I think President Trump won two times because of that, and this kid won this primary because of that. It's going to be interesting to see that those who run against him, can they develop an economic message that is inclusive, that ought to be the focus. Not talking about stealing the election, all that kind of stuff.
Jesse Watters
So one of her complaints, Jesse, is she thinks that Trump will cancel elections. But the Democrats are the ones who didn't even have a primary when they did the switcheroo between Biden and Harris.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, they did 14 million votes from Joe and then put a woman up who didn't win a single one and then try to strip Trump off the ballot. And they want illegals to vote here in New York and California. We're not afraid of ice. The American people are afraid of the police. There's only 10, 15,000 ICE agents. You never see them. You only see them on Fox. There's police everywhere. We're afraid of getting pulled over. We're afraid of getting popped for illegal fireworks at the beach. Public intoxication. If I'm running a red light, I know I'm running it, okay? And I get pulled over, I'm at the cop's mercy. I don't say he's racist for pulling me over. I don't say I have every right to run a red light.
Dana Perino
What do you say, Jesse?
Greg Gutfeld
I say I'm Jesse Waters.
Jesse Watters
Do you know who I am?
Greg Gutfeld
And if he lets me off, great. And if he doesn't know me, I pay my fine. Why can't illegals do that? They know they broke the law. They know they're in this country. They know they shouldn't be here. Be an adult. Take your medicine. Whether you have 16 felony convictions, Harold. Or zero, do the right thing and leave.
Jesse Watters

Welcome back. House leader Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is taking a little heat after posting a picture on Instagram that some say was Photoshopped, apparently because of the bench he's leaning on is wrapped around his hips. As we think about social media and being able to be effective there, you know, this is something that these candidates who are doing well, that they are benefiting from. Dana, how would you respond to this if you were his press secretary? Ask him to respond.
Jesse Watters
Well, the press secretary probably did it. I mean, I don't know, but I don't think.
Greg Gutfeld
Press secretary, wow. Dana.
Jesse Watters
I don't know. I mean, I don't think that Hakeem Jeffries is doing that himself. Is he? If he is, I mean, God bless. I mean, he's on TV all the time. Like, you're look like what you see is what you get. There's no Photoshopping available. I don't know.
Harold Ford Jr.
Has this ever happened to you, Jesse? Me?
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, Emma, but not me. She doesn't Photoshop, but she does things, I think. I don't know. Actually, she doesn't. She doesn't. But you know how women do. They do stuff. Rules for men. Paris. A man should never Photoshop his picture. Ever.
Jesse Watters
Ever.
Greg Gutfeld
A man who Photoshops his picture is a woman. And you never shrink your hips. Why is he shrinking his hips? Does he have childbearing hips? What is it about his hips that he's uncomfortable with? That's the question.
Harold Ford Jr.
Jamie makes a good point. What are your thoughts about it?
Dana Perino
I mean, I only Photoshop, you know, when I'm trying to reduce the size of something, but here's the deal. So this was Photoshopped, you know, this Jerry Nadler does this all the times, but it's not Photoshop. It's just naturally curved. Wherever he sits, on car hoods, wherever he goes, if he can actually sit down because he's morbidly obese, you know, he's wearing sunglasses. That's necessary. Cuz his eyes, he's got like zombie eyes.
Greg Gutfeld
Zombie eyes.
Dana Perino
He's got zombie eyes.
Harold Ford Jr.
Ms. Rosanna, what do you think about this?
Rosanna Scotto
You know what, I'm just surprised. I just went on his Instagram account. It's still up.
Jesse Watters
Yeah, well, now you can't take it down.
Rosanna Scotto
Crazy.
Jesse Watters
You know, don't take it down.
Rosanna Scotto
People who are commenting like, saying like, the best time is to take it down immediately. The second best time is now he should marry aoc.
Greg Gutfeld
Why?
Dana Perino
Because then their kid would have normal eyes.
Greg Gutfeld
Does she have big googly eyes?
Dana Perino
It's like her eyes are really wide and his eyes are very close. And if they have a kid, they'll have Normal eyes. You think it's like Harold Ford.
Harold Ford Jr.
In the interest of time, one more thing is up next. For more than 40 years, subtle results.
Jesse Watters

Harold Ford Jr.
Happy birthday, Jamie.
Jesse Watters
How do you feel today? Do you have a lot of wishes?
Greg Gutfeld
No, I have no wishes. It's just very embarrassing because I have a rule about men not saying happy birthday and all these guys are now saying it to me.
Harold Ford Jr.
Happy birthday, buddy.
Greg Gutfeld
Okay, stop.
Dana Perino
You know what I love is that happy birthday's in like a rainbow color.
Greg Gutfeld
Oh, yeah. So our sprinkles were originally rainbow. And our amazing interns took them out and put chocolate just for me.
Dana Perino
So do.
Greg Gutfeld
Can't have trans sprinkles is very offending.
Dana Perino
So wait, trans sprinkles? Is that what you said?
Greg Gutfeld
Rainbow.
Dana Perino
Rainbow sprinkles. So you went with brown sprinkles?
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah. Chocolate.
Dana Perino
What was you. What are you celebrating there?
Harold Ford Jr.
Black History Month.
Greg Gutfeld
Happy Juneteenth.
Jesse Watters
But let me cut a few pieces while you guys do one more thing.
Dana Perino
Thank you.
Greg Gutfeld
All right, Jesse, this one goes out to you, Greg. We have wrestlers in Greece grappling for oily glory. Athletes flocking to Soho's village, slathering themselves in oil, wearing only leather shorts. Taking on their opponents in a traditional match goes back to ancient times to the Olympic Games. They go at it for about a half an hour. Just like you, Gutfeld. Whoever pins the back of an opponent on the grass wins. Wrestlers say it's hard, and it is. Greg.
Jesse Watters
Oh, my God.
Greg Gutfeld
Tonight, Jesse Waters primetime exclusive. We have the leaked video of Biden's doctor testifying about the big and the.

Yeah, barely. All right. Tonight I have a great show. It's Jamie Lissow, Paul Morrow, Olivia Rheingold and Kat timp. Tonight at 10, I'm sure. What did we go do to Harold?
Harold Ford Jr.
Former Houston Texans NFL star J.J. watt and his wife, who is a former National Women's Soccer League player, just donated $100,000 to a Texas restaurant helping flood survivors. The Grape Juice Restaurant Kerrville has been cooking and delivering hot meals to first responders and families who lost everything. God bless them and God bless their community.
Dana Perino
God bless you, Roseanne. You got all right.
Rosanna Scotto
Rosa Fasciotto turned 107 and she says her adv don't sit at home and mope. Get out. Stay active. Hang out with good people. Jesse, happy birthday to you.

Podcast Summary: The Five – "Trump Rips Dem Push To Unmask ICE Agents"
Episode Information:
In this episode of The Five, host Greg Gutfeld and his panel—Rosanna Scotto, Harold Ford Jr., Jesse Watters, and Dana Perino—delve into President Donald Trump's recent criticisms of Democratic efforts to unmask ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents. The discussion spans issues of immigration enforcement, assaults on ICE personnel, Democratic resistance to federal immigration policies, and broader political dynamics within the Democratic Party.
President Trump has vocally opposed Democratic initiatives aimed at revealing the identities of ICE agents. He argues that such measures endanger the safety of immigration enforcement officers, who face significant risks in their roles.
"But when a patriot who works for ICE or Border Patrol puts a mask on so that they won't recognize him and his family, there's a problem with that. What do you think the penalty should be for these people who shoot at ICE officers? Very, very stiff." ([01:38])
Trump emphasizes the need for strict penalties against those who attack ICE agents, framing it as a matter of national security and law enforcement protection.
The episode underscores a nearly 700% increase in assaults on ICE personnel, attributing much of this aggression to groups like Trantifa.
"Immigration officials face a nearly 700% surge in assaults on personnel, and those trantifa thugs land death traps." ([00:53])
The panel discusses the heightened dangers ICE agents face, advocating for measures to ensure their safety, including the wearing of masks to prevent recognition from hostile groups.
Key Democratic mayors, including Chicago’s Brandon Johnson and Los Angeles’ Karen Bass, have declared their cities' non-cooperation with ICE, citing constitutional concerns and prioritizing local governance over federal mandates.
"Our local police department will not ever cooperate with ICE. Whatever their constitutional authority is, they're going." ([02:17])
This stance has led to tensions between city administrations and federal immigration authorities, with Trump criticizing these mayors for putting personal or political agendas above national security.
The panel argues that mainstream media outlets are portraying ICE agents negatively, which they believe undermines public support for immigration enforcement.
"The media is constantly brainwashing their base by accusing ICE agents of terrorizing communities." ([02:58])
They contend that this negative portrayal ignores ICE’s role in maintaining border security and protecting national sovereignty.
The discussion shifts to the ongoing investigations into former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey, whom Trump accuses of orchestrating a "deep state" effort to undermine his presidency through the Russia collusion narrative.
"Former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey are under criminal investigation for potential wrongdoing related to Trump and the Russia probe." ([22:42])
The panel expresses skepticism about the legitimacy of these investigations, suggesting they are politically motivated attempts to discredit Trump.
"They are crooked as hell and maybe they have to pay a price for that." ([23:32])
The episode explores the Democratic Party's internal struggles to find effective leadership ahead of the 2028 elections. Stacey Abrams is highlighted for her claims that Trump may attempt to "cancel the election" using a ten-step framework.
"Stacey Abrams... thinks 47 [a reference to an alternate number for the election] will cancel the election and even lays out a 10 step framework for how he'll do it." ([31:10])
The panel critiques Abrams for what they perceive as fear-mongering tactics that could further destabilize the Democratic base.
Social issues, particularly surrounding the transgender community, are discussed as points of contention within the political landscape.
"We're dealing with Zoran Mondami, who is the working party's right socialist arm of the Democratic Party." ([21:26])
The conversation touches on the perceived radicalization within certain Democratic factions and the ensuing polarization on social issues.
The episode wraps up with lighter banter among the hosts and a look ahead to upcoming topics, including reactions to recent political events and personal anecdotes. The panel reiterates their concerns about Democratic strategies, media bias, and the safety of law enforcement officials.
"Pin the hats on Deep State darlings Comey and Brennan. It's our long standing tradition." ([30:40])
The hosts reaffirm their commitment to highlighting what they see as critical issues facing the nation, particularly focusing on immigration enforcement and internal political challenges.
Greg Gutfeld:
"It’s sort of funny when people pick it in front of Columbia, in front of Harvard, and they have masks on. More than masks. I mean, you can’t see anything." ([01:38])
Harold Ford Jr.:
"What's terrorizing Americans? Our friends and neighbors, otherwise known as immigrants." ([03:16])
Dana Perino:
"They’re going after anybody that is brown." ([03:23])
Rosanna Scotto:
"President Trump firing his first shot at the Deep state that tried to hobble his first term." ([22:05])
Jesse Watters:
"The Democrats are not ready to retire. That Trump is a threat to democracy." ([31:57])
Immigration Enforcement: President Trump is staunchly defending ICE agents against Democratic efforts to unmask them, citing increased assaults and threats from extremist groups.
Political Tensions: There is significant friction between federal immigration authorities and Democratic mayors who refuse to cooperate with ICE, raising questions about federalism and public safety.
Media and Public Perception: The panel argues that mainstream media unfairly portrays ICE agents, affecting public support for immigration enforcement policies.
Deep State Allegations: Ongoing investigations into former intelligence officials are viewed by the panel as politically motivated attacks on Trump’s administration.
Democratic Challenges: The Democratic Party faces internal leadership crises and struggles to present a cohesive message, with figures like Stacey Abrams critiqued for fear-based strategies.
Social Issues and Polarization: Debates over transgender rights and other social issues contribute to the broader political divide, with the panel sensing increasing radicalization within some Democratic factions.
