I didn't know the mic was muted, y'. All. My bad. Shout out to Laura, Grandma Kathy, Bessie, Desi, what's going on? Good morning, Betsy. Got some stuff to talk about today. Happy. What is this? Hump day. Happy hump day. Wednesday. My calves just had a heartbreaking loss last night, so excuse me if my mood is a little blue. We were up by like 20 some points at the end of the game and just fell apart. I don't know what happened. Good morning, Sharon. I don't know where C. Tuck at. C. Tuck might still be crying over that. That loss last night. Feeling like Diddy Diddy, him sleeping around with the queen daughter or the Ferguson lady that is really picking up steam. The king and queen are are sad. We got some new David audio that came out where he basically admitted that he Admitted what he. That he did something to Celeste Reavis and that was actually put out by Nancy Grace. Old school ass. You know, we like Nancy Grace, but she. I can believe she because she coming with the new, with the new, with the new news. But

check this out to expose there are new details about what happened to Celeste Rivas Hernandez before she was found in David Burke's trunk. Last week, new evidence was released and it shows Celeste threatened to expose their relationship the night before she was allegedly killed. In February of 2024, Celeste was reported missing from her family's home in Lake Elsinore after meeting David online. When police went through her phone records, they found his number and court documents state they called him that same week about her case. They told David Celeste was a missing minor and that they would be coming to search for her at his home in the Hollywood Hills. By the time they arrived, she was already gone and she, quote, returned home two days later and her parents took her phone. So the state says David drove an hour and a half to Lake Elsinore and paid one of her classmates $1,000 to give her a new one. Celeste was reported missing again just a few weeks later. And throughout the rest of 2024, she and David traveled to London, Las Vegas and to Texas together, where she met his family. David allegedly manipulated her for years, and their texts show that on April 22, 2025, they got into a lengthy argument over other relationships he was having. Celeste, quote, became extremely upset and threatened to disclose information about them that would end his career and destroy his life. David's first studio album was set to release later that same week, and the state is arguing that he was on the verge of a multimillion dollar career and could not risk her talking. They claim that the very next night he called Celeste an Uber to his place and she was dropped off there around 10:10pm but then at 10:30, David texted her asking where she was, allegedly pretending she never got there when he had already taken her life right after she arrived. By 11:30, his phone records show he was driving two hours north to an isolated site in Santa Barbara county where Celeste's passport would later be found. David returned home the next morning and ordered a shovel. And later that night, he still hosted a release party for his album. He was then booked for the rest of that month doing shows out of town. But on May 1, he started making more horrifying purchases. David ordered saws, an inflatable swimming pool and large bags to his home under the fake name Victoria Mendez. He also allegedly Ordered a cage to incinerate evidence and went back to the same spot in Santa Barbara county two more times last summer to dispose of even more. Detectives say he repeatedly lied to friends and business associates about the smell around his home and around his vehicle where Celeste would ultimately be found. They have video surveillance showing David was the last person to drive his Tesla on July 29 before parking it in his neighborhood and leaving for his tour. He traveled the country for the next five weeks, bringing caskets to shows and singing about death while that car sat outside in the summer heat. Finally, on September 5th, it was towed, and tragically, human remains were found in the Tesla's front trunk. At the time, David made a statement that he was cooperating and would continue his shows. But that all changed the next week when it was announced that the remains found belonged to Celeste. The tour was canceled. Celebrities started distancing themselves from David, and people online really started to put together what could have happened. Then last month, David was charged with Celeste's murder, and new court documents show the evidence there is against him. Prosecutors are arguing that night he killed Celeste with two injuries to her torso in order to silence her before she could ruin his career. They have detailed the forensic evidence they found in David's garage and how he manipulated her for over three years leading up to this. Celeste's family still maintains that when she was missing, they never knew she was with David. But unfortunately, we know that other people did. Police found David's number in her phone over two years ago. Some of her classmates helped them communicate. And Celeste's teacher says she came to school talking about David the first of three times she was reported missing. David's next court date is scheduled for June 29, and it will be decided if there is enough evidence to take the case to trial.

What up?

What up? What up? What a.
Host
That is crazy. Crazy. The links people will go to to keep their money and fame intact. Just straight unalive and folks unaliving this poor girl and. And David grown ass sitting up here having an argument with a kid about other girls. And like what? And then they got another audio, some more audio that's just been released. I haven't been able to locate it. I think Nancy Grace actually showed it where they actually talked about, where they saw David actually talking about. He did something to Celeste. Oh, here it is. This is some more evidence where they say.
Narrator
Guy did David Anthony. Finally we know what the police have and what they allege this guy did. David Anthony Burke. But he goes by David D4VD to this poor young girl, Celeste. Weirdly, even though David is telling this welfare check police officer, I don't know what you're talking about. Really don't know much about her. Only met her once in person, you know, back in November 2023. Two days later, Celeste is home. Who told her to go home two days after that? Coincidence. The shields over the weekend.
Host
You guys know the slap the shift out of somebody. So they got. They've been coming up with all type of man. It's so much evidence against David. They even got evidence of him actually saying that he did something. Something about Celeste. I don't know if you saw that video, C. Tuck, but they got this video. I can't fight like I found it yesterday and was watching it. Now I can't find it.
Co-host
No, I. I ain't see it.
Host
Yeah, it was like a video of him saying something about Celeste. Saying like he did something to Celeste. Then they got this video right here where they say this is old footage. And Dave was NER nervous as people
Co-host
walking around his house.
Host
David, hey, look, that boy is the world's dumbest criminal. Luckily for Celeste, for her to get justice. That this dude is not the most. The brightest light bulb in the pack or the sharpest knife in the drawer, but it's still just twisted and sad, man.
Co-host
Yeah, I don't know. I don't know what's up. What's up with dog.
Host
That.
Co-host
That's crazy. And then he up there looking around like. Like he still had the in there.
Host
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because they. And they said it was a. It was a weird smell. And people used to say something about it. He would play it off like, what the is that? What's that smell? I just so, you know, so and so. So and so. Just making up.
Co-host
I'm not talking about. He farted and.
Host
Yeah. Mortis. Grandma Kathy said so very sad. And the parents don't look. The parents don't look guilty.
Co-host
And then I wonder is it a way to do like shoot the. He paid a thousand dollars to. They got the something gotta have they. They gotta be like an accessory or something.
Host
Right? Right, right. Don't they.
Co-host
How the is you helping this grown ass man get in contact with it?
Host
Yeah,
Co-host
no, you know that. That's wild.
Host
But would it. Would they get. Would they get them. Would they give them. Cut them slack because they was kids too.
Co-host
I charge them as a juvenile.
Host
Okay. Yeah, that's what I was wondering. How would they. How could they do it?
Co-host
Yeah, that makes sense because that's crazy.
Host
You.
Co-host
You really aided and hated a criminal. Yeah, that man was. That man was grown. Messing with a minor. That's crazy.
Host
And you, and you and you passed her number past her phone for a couple dollars. And now this girl gone. Man, the more. It's so much. They trickling out so much. I think it was Nancy Grace. Let me see. I think it was Nancy Grace that dropped that. That video where he said I should have. I knew I should have bookmarked it when I saw it, but I thought it would be everywhere, man. Shocking text message between him and Celeste. Exchange message reportedly cover topics like pregnancy, planning a world tour and threats to his career. Those text messages between Celeste and David Burke talk about the plan B, they talk about pregnancy. And Nancy, they talk about threats on his career. Remember the week Celeste Reavis was murdered was the first week David Anthony Burke's album withered and the world tour were kicking off. And Celeste dropped that bomb on him because she was tired of him seeing other little girls.
Co-host
Plan B in the text.
Narrator
Abortion and the text.
Host
And we uncovered this text purportedly from Celeste to Burke.
Narrator
Things are getting so heavy. I'm scared about everything.
Host
They're starting to ask questions.
Narrator
Call me when you see this.
Host
I need you.
Narrator
So, Dr. Bethany Marshall, it's going to
Host
be a cold day. And he double L that David Anthony Burke is going to allow any evidence of a pregnancy and abortion or the plan B pill usage to come out
Narrator
from a little girl that is now
Host
14, that he started romancing at age 11.
Co-host
Man.
Host
11, y'. All.
Co-host
That. Man. That's sick, man. That's some sick ass.
Host
11 years. This dude is ridiculous.
Co-host
He got the. He got to get what's coming to him, man. That. That. 11 years up. Nah, bro.
Host
You talking about plan B pregnancies. And then it really just makes sense that his album, his big album that they were setting up for was about to come out. And then she come with this. You know, I'm about to drop the bomb. Which would have destroyed him. Like it would. He would have been destroyed had. Had. Had she been able to get this out before his album. That's why he flat. You know, like, you can see this crazy, sick ass just flat out killed that. Now you see his motive.
Co-host
Yeah.
Host
You know what I'm saying?
Co-host
Clear as day.
Host
Clear as day. Right? That weekend. And then you got text messages of her coming out. This. This text message that they were just talking about. Let me see what they got a date on it. This was November 12, 2023, at a quarter to midnight. That's when she said, things are getting so heavy. I'm really scared about everything. They are starting to ask questions. Call me when you see this. I need you got this little. So at. At November 12, 2023, she couldn't have been no more than. Man, hold up. 2023. So she had to be about 12. 13.
Co-host
12, like 13 because she, she was. How old was she when they said they found her?
Host
Well, I think she might have died at 14 or something, but if she would have saw her birthday, I think she might have had turned 15.
Co-host
So. Yeah, so that she would have been like 12.
Host
Wow. You got a 12 year old in this type of drama and this type of stress, man. Like, she a grown woman, you know, she don't know this.
Co-host
Don't know about that, man. Like, man, that's a kid, bro.
Host
That's a kid.
Co-host
That's a kid. And that. That's why you getting them type of reactions that you getting because that's a kid, man. Like, that's. That is sick, man. This dude, that's just like pure disgusting, bro.
Host
I'm surprised and I would love to see, like, what his arrangements is, man. I'm surprised he ain't getting his ass whooped, man.
Co-host
Like, and damn, I'll be, man, think
Host
about it, because you know how they don't play in prison about hell no and stuff, man.
Co-host
Even if they let him out, bro, they. Somebody got to go see about him. They. They got to.
Host
You think they gonna give him some bail?
Co-host
They bet they shouldn't.
Host
Yeah, I don't think so.
Co-host
He shouldn't even get paroled, bro.
Host
No, he shouldn't. He should be in for life. He should be lucky if he.
Co-host
And you know me, bro. I don't wish that type on nobody. Right. You don't need to get paroled, bro. Nah, that. That. That's foul as hell, man.
Host
What's up, Portia? Yeah, that's. That's foul, bro. That's this. So he basically, she was about to out his ass because he was playing game this and then, man. And that's nothing we keep hearing about. And I'm wondering. We keep hearing about other little girls.
Co-host
Like, yeah, that's like she about to. That's why she got mad at him because he was talking to not other feet to other little girls. Yeah, like, dude, come on now, man.
Host
I. I definitely want to know. I definitely want to know what, what's up with these other. Other. Like, when is that gonna come out? Are they. You know what I'm saying? I know they got to be looking into other cases. I'm sure somebody like him, the way he was going, he probably had. I'm sure he had more than Celeste. Like as far as the youngest had to. He had to. And I want to know. I want to know or. Or anxious to see what. How that come out, man. I can't. I can't. I can't wrap my finger around doing this. Doing like what he did for a flat out to a kid, all trying to save his little raggedy ass career. That over with now, though? Yeah. I don't. I don't see. I don't see him, man, lasting. I just don't see. I don't know if it's gonna happen after the trial. Maybe they wait until he found guilty, but I know for a fact he getting his ass up in prison sometimes at some point they gonna get to him. At some point. Like I said, it might not be to after the trial or something, but he ain't gonna just keep floating around.
Co-host
And wasn't she Mexican too?
Host
Yep.
Co-host
Yeah, that ain't. That ain't good for him.
Host
That ain't good for him is
Co-host
they gonna. They gonna. They gonna make their way to his ass.
Host
Yeah. Hey, good. Good morning to everybody in there. Let's. Let's tap to buy me a coffee link if you want to donate to the show to keep the live alive. And then also you could do a YouTube or a Super chat. Shout out to. Who was the last person to shout out to? The last donator. Who was it? Surrey. Shout out to Surrey, the last donator. But y', all, what's up, island girl? Enoch. His parents are ready to fly to LA to support him. Yeah, they. That. That. That crazy. That crazy. Y'. All. If y'.
Co-host
All.
Host
If y'. All. If y'. All. I told y', all. Y' all had to excuse our move. We just got our heart broke last night, bruh.
Co-host
Oh, my God, that. That was despicable.
Host
I'm sitting there cruising on in thinking, we good, bruh.
Co-host
22 point lead, bro. I still don't even understand that, bro. They. And I told him, I was telling everybody. I was like, man, yeah, we gonna do it. I'm like, man, if we play like we did last game, we gonna do it. If they play that, that, that same brand of basketball, bro, I'm like, we ain't gonna do it. They. They played that brand of basketball. Like the turnovers, like, nah. I'm like, bro, what is y' all doing walking just directly behind him, swiping the ball.
Host
If y' all wondering what C. Tech talking about. We talking about our Cavs, who had the game in hand last night in the Eastern Conference finals against the New York knicks and basically
Co-host
22 point lead. And we would have had. We, bro. We. And we would have got that. And they was. We was in the Garden. You know how much of a statement that would have made, man.
Host
Oh, we got out score 30 to 8 in the final seven minutes. We only could put up eight points, man.
Co-host
They. Man. And they were tearing us up over time.
Host
Oh, yeah. It was over with.
Co-host
They had McLeod Bridges looking crazy out there. I'm like, this dude just doing whatever out there. Him and Jalen Brunson got matching damn shoes on, and they just having a ball.
Host
Desi said it's probably. It's probably part of the script, probably.
Co-host
But they. I ain't wanted. They should have rewrote that or at least sent some people to at the Memo or something, because that was crazy.
Host
Can't nobody look. Don't know. But they know how to a Cleveland fan. They know how to break our heart. We got the best heartbreaking teams you could ever have. They know how to just rip your heart out.
Co-host
But no. One thing I did hear, though, they. Because, like, don't you know how when the Knicks was going against Philly and all them Knicks fans, like, bought all of the Philly tickets so that they. The Philly fans could barely go. Why they blocking. They blocking, like, anybody from that area from, like, all the way to, like, eastern Pennsylvania. They blocking them from, like, trying to buy tickets and trying to buy up all the tickets for real and do the same. They try to buy it in their car to decline the purchase based off of what the address is or what zip code they putting in.
Host
They could do that.
Co-host
I guess so.
Host
That sounded illegal.
Co-host
I wanted to see. I guess it's like a certain, like, number. And then they like, no, hell, no. Y' all ain't about to do that. Like, you. You know the. That's probably trying to buy. You got one person trying to buy 30 tickets on the Flow and, like, you know, like, you ain't bringing 30 people to no Cavs game. And you from. You from New York.
Host
Right, Right, right, right, right, right. Nah, man. What's up, Gerald,
Co-host
man? No, they. They, they. I don't know what they got to do, man. They got to bounce back, though. They got to.
Host
Yeah, yeah, for sure, for sure. For sure, man. So we. We gonna look out for that. What. Any updates and chud the races. I Mean church man.
Co-host
He ill something he did with a jail call.
Host
What would he call?
Co-host
Aiden Ross, I think. I don't. He's. They. I've seen something where he said. They said he said something and they got him. Like it's gonna get him in trouble.
Host
Oh I ain't see that. Well what's that see tough.
Co-host
That's what I'm about to. Yeah. Because I seen it. I'm like. I'm like what the hell going on? I'm trying to find it.
Host
Now y' all been following that Chad the builder case out there. The racist dude who. Who karma caught up to a quick fast and in a hurry and now he behind bars crying to the streamers like Aiden Ross asking them to bail him out because he can't access none of his funds because nobody has access to it. So he needs somebody with big money to bail him out so he can pay for it. But I feel like he lying. I feel like he ain't got no damn money. No real money.
Co-host
Yeah, no, I don't think so either. That man. No he, he. I think any finally really about to get. Get what he was looking what he. What he deserved. For real.
Host
Yeah, see.
Co-host
Let's.
Host
Gerald said why in the hell Kick never canceled him. Yeah, yeah, we gotta look at Kick for that too and that's nothing. We gotta quit letting these big ass corporations get away with because he should have been Kick should have banned them.
Co-host
Yeah, like, like, like they do everybody else.
Host
How about. I said just how about to say that they ban for nothing.
Co-host
Let's see. Oh, you're here. Let me see.
Host
What up, tracy?
Co-host
Yeah. Aiden Ross allegedly asked to bond our racist streamer Chud the builder. Let me see. So basically he was. Yeah, he was basically asking Aiden Ross to buying him out.
Host
Okay, that's what you was talking about. But did they say somebody said you could get in trouble for that?
Co-host
Hey, I don't. They. I don't know if it was trouble then if they were saying like that. Let me see what's up?
Host
Tracy in the building, y'. All Surrey in the building, sir. He says good morning everyone. I don't think I seen at least where. At least. At least ain't in here today.
Co-host
Yeah. So no that's. That's basically what it was saying that he had. He asked him to buying them out and they. I was looking to see if they had like a clip of it. I ain't finding no clip though.
Host
Are you looking for. Okay.
Co-host
Yeah, so I can play like the audio.
Host
Okay. Yeah, let's See if they got. If they got that. Hold on. Boom.
Co-host
Let's go to the comments.
Host
So I did see it too. Chud the builder, Aiden Ross. I think he begging. He begging. Let's see.
Co-host
I heard you.
Host
I think this is. Oh, here it is. This is. This is Chad the builder begging the streamer Aiden Ross to bail him out and tell me he got some money but he can't access it. Blah, blah, blah. You don't sound. He don't sound like the same person that was on his high horse, on his racist horse, talking about every black people and. And. And all this all condescending ass talking he was doing. Listen to him now. This is what you call around and find out fa.
Co-host
Never
Host
listen, Aiden. Ms. Dalton. Chuck, you can give me out help with the bond. I cannot access my funds until I get out of here because no one has access to any of my gifts and go or my crypto, wallets, etc. I have to get out of here so that I can get verification processes to get into all of these funds.
Narrator
I will fight for free.
Co-host
If you could help me out to post bail.
Host
I will fight for free or do whatever it is you want to do, bro. I need somebody with big money who
Co-host
could throw down, who can support me. I need somebody with big money that's gonna. You supposed to have big money.
Host
Yeah. What's up, Mr. Big Boss?
Co-host
Yeah, you ch. You champing out, man.
Host
I ain't say why. Ain't say nothing about chipping out. Yeah, and why you say the N word?
Co-host
Yeah, come on, Chad. Don't go out. Don't go out like that, man. Stand on it,
Host
big money.
Co-host
I can't access my funds.
Host
This ain't nothing to access.
Co-host
Right, exactly. And that's just. That's just soaked up like a bounty paper towel.
Host
Hell yeah. You can't access it because it ain't dead. You ain't got no millie just sitting around.
Co-host
I'll fight for free. Yeah, you're gonna be doing a lot of free you're gonna be doing.
Host
You're gonna be making license plates for free.
Co-host
Yeah. Crushing boulders.
Host
And I ain't never been happier to see somebody go down the way. And it happened fast. Yeah, but it.
Co-host
And it did anyhow. And see, he. He kind of expedited the process on his own, so. Hey, hey. Because sometimes you gotta wait the karma to find you. But sometimes he didn't drop the pen and told karma where you gonna be at?
Host
Yeah, yeah, yeah, man. Hey, on the side. No gas just hit me yesterday. I put I put 60 in the car and it damn near did half of what it normally do. First time I didn't got hit with the like what?
Co-host
Yeah, that realization. Like like damn. Oh this real real, huh.
Host
Like like 60 usually put like 400 miles on the car. You know how you got the little countdown. 100 plus miles, man. 60 did about 240 miles.
Co-host
Damn.
Host

Host
Like, like dude said you be walking to the gas station bringing the gas back. I ain't got no gas to be going to get gas man money for that. Yeah, I gotta walk to go get the gas.
Co-host
See, you better have some backyard sciences now. About to try to find alternative fuel sources. Let me, let me see if this, Let me see if this work. Coming down the street F150 smelling like burger King fries. Because he didn't put. He didn't put the leftover grease in the gas,
Host
right?
Co-host
Got the whole, got the whole street smelling like Burger King
Host
video I did about the dude that had porch teeth, man.
Co-host
And then you gotta think even. That's that stuff go even affect traveling on as far as like airplanes. And what you think airplanes run off of petroleum. Come on now. So that means airplane tickets gonna be high no matter how early you book the man.
Host
And, and you ain't seeing no, no no end in Sight you ain't reported to us about no, like, like it's about to be like the war coming to end. You was giving us all the war updates, man.
Co-host
They just blew up like, it. No, because they just blew up another building a couple days ago out there. So this. Man, they. They bullshitting.
Host
What is the point? Like, what is going on?
Co-host
I don't understand it, bro. I really don't at this point.
Host
What is going on?
Co-host
Like what? Like. Like, yeah, like really what they need to just say what it is they trying to do, what they. What point they trying to prove and just alleviate a lot of all of this extra that they got going on. Because it ain't making sense, right?
Host
Huh?
Co-host
And it ain't. It ain't doing no good for nobody.
Host
Crazy, man. I'm like. And it's like, all I hear is Trump having different threats for this and that and ain't none of them working. They keep like calling our blood.
Co-host
For real? Yeah. Oh, no. Iran ain't. They. They said Iran ain't. Ain't for the. They like, man, what's up? What you gonna do? We right here. They say we right here. We gonna stand toe to toe with you, man.
Host
Hey, look, if we get six dollar gas in Cleveland, stop driving, huh?
Co-host
You guys mad? If it's $6 regular, bro, imagine what the premium gonna be. Premium gonna be like 750, 750 for a gallon. Damn. Oh, that even hurts saying that. It ain't even.
Host
Suri says. How long. How long before the citizens go. Go native over the. Over the gas? Not long. Tracy says Spirit had one of the safest history and kicked rocks at them and closed the company.
Co-host
Yeah,
Host
yeah, yeah. Spirit has what had one of the safest runs and they just gone.
Co-host
See, they. They. It was it like a couple of them flies. It was some rocky runs. You be about to turn into a spirit on that. Yeah, yeah.
Host
Hey, look, put this. I remember that one video where it was doing all that like turbulence and crashing and once I said, put this down. This plane now, man.
Co-host
Crazy.
Host
Oh, man. Put the plane down,
Co-host
man. Damn, man. And I finished that damn. That damn documentary too.
Host
Oh, okay.
Co-host
Give us the.
Host
Give us a. First of all, what documentary are you talking about? For those.
Co-host
So it's. It's on Netflix. It's called Crash. It's about the. It's about the one teenager with a teenage girl. She drove it. She basically drove this car into a building and killed two people. That like two of the people that was in her. In the car, one of them being her Boyfriend. The other one being her boyfriend. Friend. Boyfriend was 21. The friend, he was 19. The boyfriend I'm trying to see. It was. It was. I know the one. It was Davion and Dominic.
Host
Okay.
Co-host
Yeah, Davion and Dominic.
Host
Okay.
Co-host
So the girl that. Her name was Mackenzie Shirella. So basically she the whole thing, bro. She was just like one of them toxic. Toxic, bro. So if they show she was trying to play like she was like, like this sweet person and everything like that. And everybody that was really portraying that she was this sweet person was just that she knew like her friends and like her parents and like that. But then when you see on the flip side and different evidence that other people had like just pat just being witnesses, instances that happened between them, it was like totally different. Like she was like a straight like for real bullying people at the school through their dms, telling them to kill theyself type. Like she was like, oh, she had problems. Crazy. Like it was one video to do. Her boyfriend, he was trying to like they was arguing about some what she was trying to argue. He wasn't really on it and he had recorded it just so his like. And he gave it to his mama just so his mama could see like what the going on. Open this door. He like, no, he like me like, Mackenzie, I'm not trying to fight with you. If you don't open this door, we over. It's done. Okay. You got to the count of 10. You need to stop acting like a little and open the door. Like talking to him like that. Oh yeah, you don't wanna. I'll break this door in, start kicking the dough and all this other. And he had all of that recorded. So she was like a toxic ass relationship. And so. Oh, and so there was one. So the. The night it happened, it happened at like 5 something in the morning. So that night before that they went over their friend house was up there smoking and everything like that. They woke up and was about to go back to Dominic house. So it's her, he, Dominic in the front seat and Davion in the back seat. Because Davion was staying with. Because Stan want to remember she with her parents let her move in with Dominic or whatever. So he the dude. Davion had stayed with them for a little bit until he was figuring out barber school. And anyway they. They show her where she like they show like catching the car on camera. She like hitting the corner when she driving and then she like hitting the corner. Then all of a sudden the car started accelerating like just full blown all the way to, like 100 miles an hour. Blew through. And then they said it was like swerve marks or whatever, like somebody was trying to grab the steering wheel. And then they said the gear shift went. Was going from, like, neutral back down to drive and, like, back and forth. Like somebody was trying to do the gear. But, you know, you can't shift it up to, like, reverse and unless you tapping on the brake, right? And so he kept doing. Kept doing that. And next, you know, the car hit the build. It plowed through this sign and hit the building at 100 miles an hour.
Host
Damn. So she did this on purpose?
Co-host
Yeah, man. And then, like, the. Was crazy how her parents and there was up there trying to make excuses and everything, because now all of a sudden, she been diagnosed since 2017 for a condition called POTS. Talking about her. The POTS where your body seize up and you may black out and all this other. I'm like, no, she. She has used on pots, all right? Because they found. They found THC in her system. I'm like, she was on pots, all right? That wasn't the pot y' all talking about. I'm like, yeah, I might have some whole. And then what I'm trying to see, man, like, the parents was up there just going. They're like, she's not a bad kids, you know? You know, just. It's just her mouth. She just this. I'm like, no, they was like, making an excuse for every single thing. They still following up.
Host
She.
Co-host
They filed an appeal already and it got denied. And they working on filing another one.
Host
Okay.
Co-host
Damn, man. And it was great. Like, even when they did, like, because, you know, all cars got like this little. With a newer car, they got like this little. It's like a black box on the airplane. Okay, so. And it is. It's called like, EDR data. So it. It tell you, like, and the cops able to pull it, like, especially in a vehicle crash, because they able to see what was the actions that led up to the crash, whether the car malfunction, whether it was the braking system, accelerate, whatever it was. They said per that last five seconds before the crash, straight acceleration. They said it wasn't no brake use or nothing. So it was like her foot was just on. On the gas pedal. That's. And then what was crazy about it, her boyfriend. Because Dominic was her boyfriend. So her. So his father and his sister, they was up there trying to. They came to court to and do Davion mother and father. Now they came to court trying to be supportive of her because they was up there feeling bad for her. They're like, damn, she didn't lost her boyfriend and her friend. She going through all the blah, blah. Then all that started coming out. They started looking like, like, man, what the. Get her ass. They look, yeah, right, man. That man Davion's sister went up and gave a statement. She like, yeah, I would like you to seek the. The mag. The most. Maximum penalty you can. Thank you. She said a little bit more than that. But right when she wrapped it up, she's like, I want you to give her the maximum penalty. Penalty. Thank you.
Host
What. What she ended up getting.
Co-host
He ended up getting 15 years. 15 years of life. So she eligible for parole. And like, it's like she got her parole hearing in 2037.
Host
Okay.
Co-host
I'm like, damn. I'm like, so she still got like 11 more.
Host
Damn.
Co-host
But see that for all of that, man. And then even when they. They even interview her for her whole interview, she had the lawyer in her room in the room with her for real, man. I'm like, that's crazy. I'm like. And then like, even the dude Davion father made a point in a documentary. It'll be. It'll be up. Is that like if her parents just up there babying her and coddling her her whole prison sentence making her to believe, oh, yeah, it's really not your fault. You didn't do this. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. You. You okay. Okay. And then she don't even really be able to be remorseful and rehabilitate herself. Probably she come out from jail as a. In her 30s, still doing this. Still thinking the same way and doing the same dumb ass.
Host
So did they? Did they? So. So you were saying they have proof that somebody was messing with the gear changer thing or trying to do.
Co-host
Yeah, yeah, they was able to pull that from a data.
Host
What do you do? So if you was in that shoes, what would you. What? What? What could you. What could they have did?
Co-host
I would have jumped out the car. I ain't gonna hold it. I would have. I would have tucked and rolled out that. Yeah, but then. But then it's like they said it was one instance where they was on. Where him or her was on the freeway one time and. And she was up there talking about she had crashed. She was driving all crazy talking about she had crashed the car. And it was like a week or two before the actual crash.
Host
Okay.
Co-host
He had called his mama and his mama had sent somebody to meet them on the freeway or some. To get him or some. Something like that. And then so they like, yeah, this was kind of like she already threatened this. And then they got, like, text messages where he. Well, basically they. Everybody would, like, was saying, like, not. Not her friends, the other people. They, like, he was really trying to break up with. Every time he was trying to break up with her, she'd be doing some crazy talking about she gonna hurt him and hurt his friends and family. He better watch his back, watch his car, watch his house. All this time. All this in the text message.
Host
Oh, yeah, she was crazy. So she was on some. If. If he wasn't with her, she. He was just dead, basically.
Co-host
And they kind of. I want to see that movie. This. I want to see that, too. That move that's about to come out this weekend. Obsession. They sound kind of like that.
Host
Yeah. Oh, come out this weekend.
Co-host
Yeah.
Host
Obsession. Who in it?
Co-host
I don't know who. It ain't like, no. I ain't see, like, no big person like in it, but I know it's about this dude. He had. He was trying to get this girl, and he had, like, found this little. He went to some little crystal shop to get her a crystal, and he found, like, this little thing where it's supposed to be like a love spell or something. Okay, Put the love spell on it. But she ended up becoming obsessed with him and being, like, real crazy. Oh. So, yeah, I'm like, that's. That's. Yeah, they said it's like a crazy horror movie.
Host
Oh, okay.
Co-host
So that's why I want to see it.
Host
Oh, yeah, no, that sounds. That sounds good. Oh, before we get out of here, too, I just want to make sure I don't forget they. They are, man, that they do got a lot going on with the Diddy, him dating the captain. I mean, the water Ferguson lady.
Co-host
Yeah.
Host
And it is actually getting like, like, like people really talking about it. They say. The King and Queen. This from the Daily Jane. King and Queen respond to Sarah Ferguson's deeply embarrassing ties with Diddy Queen Camilla and King Charles reaction over Sarah. Yeah, Sarah, not Captain. Sorry. Sarah Ferguson's alleged ties with Sean Diddy Combs reveal. Sarah Ferguson has once again left the senior world's daughter deeply aghast with her alleged romance with Sean Diddy Combs. And yet another public humiliation. A new book by royal author Andrew Loney, Loney, or Loney, revealed that the controversial rapper, real name Sean Combs and Fergie first met in 2002 at a Galain Maxwell party.
Co-host
Of all places.
Host
Of all places. Per loan. Two years after their first meeting, Diddy and Sarah began a secret friends with benefits relationship during which they would meet in hotel rooms costing $50,000 a night. Just days after these explosive new claims against the ex wife of the disgraced former Prince Andrew Mountbatten, inside sources have revealed how the senior royals, especially Queen Camila and King Charles have reacted to the bombshell scandal. The sheer volume of stories surfacing about Sarah's former connections to controversial figures has left senior royals appalled. And insider claim they continue. People are absolutely aghast when Diddy's name was thrown into the mix. Even hearing Sarah's name mentioned in the same breath as him has horrified the family. Diddy's another big name linked to a high profile sex scandal and Sarah is again right there in the thick of it. It's deeply embarrassing, added the source. Now whether or not the affair claims are true almost became secondary once those headlines were out. The damage was done instantly, they noted. Sharing their Majesty's response, the source revealed King Charles and Queen Camilla especially find the whole circus mortifying. The King and Queen are furious and Camilla as far as her, she genuinely thought that the chapter of the royal scandal was finally fading into the background. And apparently it's not. Sarah Ferguson fell from grace last year in October after her explosive ties with death with the Jeffrey Epstein and his wife were exposed. And bombshell emails exchange. She held. She held this in despite her divorce with King Charles brother 20 years ago, she also lost her right to continue her residence at the Royal Lodge. So the Diddy move has got their ass shaken up. But hey, it is what it is. Y' all all frolicking in the same circles. It's all these is connected, man.
Co-host
That's wild.
Host
They meeting that Ghislaine Maxwell's party Dave some freak him up, man. Diddy and Ghislaine and Epstein, man, what the hell did they get away with
Co-host
for years, man, I wouldn't even be. I wouldn't even say it's like freaky for real. Them just on some other. That ain't even. There's a difference between just being just normal type, nasty type. They own some whole like more diabolical, deranged, type of the devilish.
Host
Yeah. Satanic sex type. Yeah.
Co-host
That's wild.
Host
And. And then you think about it and we already talked about it but I got to bring it up again. They have buried these Epstein files.
Co-host
Yeah.
Host
Be honest. Yeah. They only talk about them no more. Be honest. That then got buried. It ain't even. It ain't even a Subject no more like they. People ain't talking about it. They have between the war, gas prices and all this other. That huntsvir. All this they threw at us at one time. Yeah, they got that Epstein file with Trump and all the.
Co-host
The allegations, man, I told you all that was done purposely. It's like they're like, all right, look at this, look at this, look at this, look at this. But don't ask about them files no more.
Host
Yeah, they ain't. Man, they ain't even a subject, y'.
Co-host
All. What files?
Host
Yeah, what file they not even talking about.
Co-host
What about. What about this Ballroom. Yeah. You know what? Let's spend another hundred million and make them mad.

Co-host
He don't even know what the hell. Yeah, that's all about. Say he don't even know what the hell he doing.
Host
Yeah, even Trump don't know what the hell he's doing at this point. He just.
Co-host
He's just winging it.
Host
Yeah, he's just winging it. I don't even think he want to be president no more. Like how he was talking about trying to do another term and all that.
Co-host
This isn't fun anymore.
Host
Yeah, he would even want to be. I think he just trying to do his last little trillion dollar deals. His little shady he could do on his way out. But I think he like, you know what? I'd rather just take all my money and power. He just. He just beat the irs. You saw that?
Co-host
Yeah.
Host
Yeah. So now the IRS can't audit him or his family ever again.
Co-host
Like, damn.
Host
Because of leaking his tax returns in 2020. That's a big victory for Trump now. Hey, look, y', all, he ain't got.
Co-host
He ain't got to do. Yeah, he ain't gonna file at all.
Host
He ain't about to file at all. He got. He about to keep all his bread.
Co-host
Oh, that's.
Host
Man, they can't audit him or his family. But for the rest of earth. Rest of the time on earth. That's crazy.
Co-host
We're gonna. We're gonna audit you because you haven't been filing. Oh, no, you can't order me, man.

Host
Yeah, we gotta get.
Co-host
We got to. Because if we don't, that's gonna get them too much momentum going in.
Host
Yeah. And they better than. They're better team than who would just be. Detroit.
Co-host
Detroit for sure. And they've been there before.
Host
Yeah, they've been there before. Brunson is a handful. They're gonna have to put. And you know what they're gonna have to do? Brunson like they did Cade K. Yeah.
Co-host
Bigger than he. Bigger. No, he ain't bigger than James, but they were trying to put Donovan on him. He thought, like, Donovan only six two, right?
Host
You talking about Brunson?
Co-host
Yeah.
Host
Yeah. Well, they're gonna have to blitz them like. Like, don't leave him like we did. Remember, we got to the point where, K, if he was all top by himself, we just sent another man. Yeah. Instead of sitting there and let him do all that. You can't do that adjustment. Because they made that adjustment. Okay?
Co-host
Yeah. No, they can't. They can't allow Bronson to cook like that. That one. That one Spin movie hit, that was crazy. Before he went to the back, I'm
Host
like,
Co-host
that was embarrassing.
Host
Wish our Cavs luck, y'. All. We gonna follow up on the David case, see if anything come out of that. We watching. That. We watching. Of course. We always watching Diddy at big gas prices, whatever else. You've been a lot of mumbo jumbo in the news lately. It really ain't been nothing like, it's. Main Theme:
This episode dives into shocking new developments in the murder case of missing teen Celeste Reavis Hernandez, including a viral tape and alleged coverups, explores social media spin on high-profile crimes, the aftermath for accused killer David Burke, and uncovers how some stories—like the Epstein files—are quietly buried. Hosts Flo and C. Tuck share raw, no-spin reactions to a swirling blend of major news, social justice angles, bizarre headlines, and sports heartbreak.
Flo and C. Tuck, true to their "no filter" style, dissect the latest twists in the Celeste Reavis Hernandez case and listen to newly-released audio implicating musician David Burke. The hosts discuss the broader issues of celebrity protection, enabling networks, and the criminal justice system, while drawing parallels with other headline stories—most notably a viral jail call from a white supremacist streamer, and the persistent silence around the Epstein files. Sprinkled throughout: heartbreak about the Cleveland Cavaliers’ playoff collapse, lively chat banter, and the ever-looming shadow of big gas prices.

Case Recap & New Evidence:
Celeste, reported missing in early 2024 at 14, was found deceased in a Tesla's trunk in Sep 2025.
David Burke (“D4VD”) allegedly manipulated her from age 11, paid classmates to get Celeste new phones, and took her across the country and abroad.
Weeks around his album release, Celeste threatened to expose Burke’s relationship with her—which prosecutors say was his motive for murder ([05:31] Narrator).
Surveillance, damning purchases (shovels, saws, inflatable pools, incinerator cage), text messages about threats, pregnancy, and career destruction were reviewed.
"The links people will go to to keep their money and fame intact. Just straight unalive and folks unaliving this poor girl ... David grown ass sitting up here having an argument with a kid about other girls."
—Host Flo [09:11]
Notable Evidence:
Nancy Grace released audio where Burke allegedly discussed harming Celeste.
Evidence that classmates aided in concealing the relationship; debate over possible legal consequences for these minors.
"How the f*** is you helping this grown ass man get in contact with it?"
—C. Tuck [13:15]
Depravity & Motive:
Evidence of pregnancy/pregnancy scare—texts about Plan B, threats to expose, set against Burke’s career about to take off.
"It’s going to be a cold day in H E double L that David Anthony Burke is going to allow any evidence of a pregnancy and abortion or plan B pill to come out from a little girl that is now 14, that he started romancing at age 11."

Claims he can't access crypto or donation funds until released; plea widely mocked.
"You don’t sound like the same person that was on his high horse, on his racist horse ... listen to him now. This is what you call 'around and find out.'"
—Host Flo [29:38]
Quote from jail call:
