The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow show. No filter. Are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Hello, hello, hello. Happy, happy Wednesday. Hump day. Don't tell Diddy it's hump day. It's hump day. Y'all know, hey, you, in this world, you either gotta kiss ass or kick ass. Whichever one you want to do is up to you. I choose the latter. Got a great show today to you. We got. Today we have to dive into this Ashton Kutcher and Diddy thing is getting. It's straining Ashton's marriage or his relationship with Mila Kunis. She is giving him an ultimatum, basically is either Diddy or her. And we gonna dive into Ashton a little bit. Also got a little news updating on the Liam Payne, his friend is in more, more and more hot water after he said he had nothing to do with Liam Payne's unaliving or his death. And we're gonna go over a couple other things that you might be interested in. Stay tuned. But y'all first. Hold the. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Before we get into all of that, right, Walmart, I got a, I got a quick little gripe. I got a bone to pick. Y'all know how you order on Walmart to be delivered and, or anywhere, let's just say. But I'm gonna talk about Walmart and then they like automatically, automatically replace for you, right? They just pissed me off. Now let me give you some context. I have a phobia of washing dishes. I will do it if I have to, but I try not to. I try to have to wash the least amount of dishes that a human has to wash. So I believe in paper products, paper plates, paper cups. All of that is important to me. Okay, so let me continue. So Walmart, if I order red plastic cups, y'all know the famous cups that we all use, we put all kind of stuff in there. Sometimes we put liquor in there, sometimes we put regular drinks, whatever. But they're nice size red cups, plastic cups. You can fit a nice amount of juice in there. And I like to drink like orange juice. I'm talking about, I'm talking about apple juice, I'm talking about all of that. Two things Walmart fucked up on. Okay? The first one I'm gonna talk about is this cup, y'all. Why did they, when the delivery came, why did they replace the famous red plastic cups that we all love? They replace those with those tiny ass Dixie cups that you, that your dentist gives you when he Wants you to gargle some and spit some out. What am I gonna do with that? So thanks to Walmart, I'm up at the refrigerator pouring 50 glasses of orange juice before I even sit down because I can't walk over to my table, sit down and drink a half of spit of cup of orange juice. Bad, bad, bad. Replacement Walmart at least make the other cups the same size. Pissing me off. Then I'm trying to get, I get away from sweets. I do good and then I do bad. So I'm like, sweets is my kryptonite. I can, I can have discipline and get the fuck away from them. But then once I start having them some more, then I kind of dive off and it's like a slippery slope with sweets with me. So only sweets I've really been having lately now as I've had, I have cookies, I like a dozen of those bakery cookies that they have in the, in the, in the grocery stores. So I like the bakery one. You know, I like the freshly baked cookies. Chocolate chip, those are good. Walmart replaced those. So I got a cup that can hold, I have cups that hold maybe a tablespoon of juice. And also now I got, I don't have the chocolate chip cookies. Guess what they gave me. Walmart sends me cookies mixed with M M's. And guess what? Thanks to Walmart, I ate a dozen of chocolate chip M and M cookies in a day, day and a half tops. Thanks Walmart. Those were too fucking good. I don't want those. I'm already, I already have an issue if I order chocolate chip cookies. That's what I want. If those chocolate chip cookies would have lasted me at least a week. But no, Walmart want to replace and get all fancy because they claim they don't have the chocolate chips and replace my shit with some good ass Eminem chocolate chip concoction I never even heard of. And I was like a crackhead on them damn cookies one after the other. So thanks Walmart. It ain't funny. It ain't funny. So in other words, revamp your replacing shit. Walmart and the rest of y'all stores and I'm sure y'all have some horror stories about stuff that been replaced. Send them to me in the fan mail or DM me so I won't feel alone in this Walmart abuse of replacing shit. Anyway, let's go. Wow. I just like that music. Cause it really gets me going. That's why I had to come a double up on y'all today. So check this Out Ashton Kher and Diddy. You mess around with Diddy, you don't mess around, you won't have a damn wife no more. And she famous at that. Mila Kunz, y'all know her, the actress. Well, well, well, she has told. She has told Ashton Kutcher. It's either Diddy or her. So we about to take a deep dive today. Thank you all for joining. Hope you have enjoying walking your dogs on your commute to work or whatever you're doing, or if you just scroll on social media. I'm glad you scrolling it with me. So we will be recapping Ashton Kucher, who will be distancing himself from Sean Diddy Combs, all because of his wife. And so this friendship is on the rocks. So this is the flow show, no filter. Y'all know what we do. We unpack the truths, get them out there. I give you my opinion, but I give you all the facts so you can make your own opinion. We can talk about it. Now, this Ashton Kuchar Sean Diddy cone story, it is a story of glitz. It is a story of glamour and an unlikely freaky bond that forged in the early 2000s. But now that bond is threatened by scandals, lawsuits, and a stern ultimatum from Ashton's wife, Mila Kunz. And when a woman gives you an ultimatum, it's really not an ultimatum. It's really like she's telling you what the fuck to do and you better listen. But I digress. What really happened between these two long time, allegedly freaky friends, Ashton and Diddy? Why is Ashton stepping back away from his friends now after decades of camaraderie? And how deep does Diddy's influence run in Ashton's life? Because what they say, a friend in need is a friend indeed. Or whatever that saying was. We grew up with Ashton, you not being a friend indeed, or whatever they saying is saying, because now Diddy needs you. Now you step away. Something ain't right. Well, let's continue. We've got quotes, we've got rumors, we've got facts. And I'mma get into all of that. Diddy, Ashton and Mila, let's unpack this shit. So let's rewind to the early 2000s. Ashton K. Diddy dancing all over the place and Ashton Kucher popping out of closets, talking about, you been punked. They were on top of the world. Y'all remember the MTV days? Remember Ashton? He was the charming prankster on punk and everybody loved them. It was like, oh, Ashton made me think that my whole House was in foreclosure and the feds were taking all my merchandise. You're so funny. Ashton and Diddy was the larger than life hip hop mogul. It was not a natural pair, but somehow they clicked. Now did he himself? He described their Bond in a 2018 interview, saying, we got together and then we became the Rat Pack. You know, the new Rat Pack. We'll be back after a quick break.

Now we want to know, what type of rats are these, Diddy, Are these freaky rats or are these law abiding rats? Now, their friendship was solidified over a mutual respect and a little bit of mischief. In a memorable appearance on the Late show with James Corden Corden, Diddy recalled the first time Ashton considered key word, considered pranking him. Diddy says, I gave him a call one day and I said, I heard you're going to punk me and I just don't think that's a good idea. Ashton jumped in laughing, saying, if you, if you do that, that will not end well for you. That's what Diddy said to him. But I think we should, we could work out a deal. So this is how their friendship was built. But their connection wasn't just about laughs, y'all. It was allegedly about freak offs. It was allegedly about parties. It was allegedly about the high life, Diddy's infamous white parties. They were stuffed with Hollywood legends and Ashton was often right in the middle of the mix. And he wasn't punking nobody. He was at them freak offs for real. Or let me say, hold on, Diddy parties for real. Allegedly, apparently. Whatever. In a 2019 interview on Hot Ones, Ashton cryptically hinted at the wild nature of those gatherings, saying, I got a lot. I could tell. I can't tell that. I can't tell any of it. He would make jokes just like that, basically saying, I got a lot to tell, but I can't tell none of this shit. Why not, Ashton? We know why. Let's move on. However, he did confess this one quote and where he said, if you're a single man, there's probably no greater human being in the world to hang out with. And he was talking about Mohawk Diddy, AKA Sean Combs, AKA the Diddler. He said they were having a lot of fun together. Is this fun what Mila's talking about? Let's continue. But those wild nights are now casting a shadow on both Diddy's reputation and Ashton's connection to Diddy. Old photos, party compromising looking pictures have surfaced. And all of that is doing nothing but fueling the rumors about Ashton's involvement in the controversies surrounding the Diddy monster. And now the cracks are starting to show. So now fast forward to today, the once solid friendship between Ashton and Diddy. You know, the friend in need is a friend indeed. It appears to be unraveling why I got two words for you, Mila Kunis. Now, a source close to the couple recently revealed that Mila Kunis will not allow Ashton to be in contact with Diddy. Now, with Diddy facing lawsuits and accusations of sexual abuse, harassment and sex trafficking, Mila has drawn a firm line in the sand. And that line is either Mila or Freaky Dee Dee. Those are your choices, Ashton. Now, this insider had more info and they said there's no way in hell Ashton or Mila will be showing any sort of public support for Diddy right now. And you haven't seen any of it. So I gotta kind of believe what this source is saying. I haven't seen Ashton say about his ace Boom comb. Did he? Now, Ashton, for his part, has reportedly distanced himself from Diddy entirely, regardless of the long history they had together. He has distanced himself from Diddy ever since the Cassie lawsuit, and even more so in the wake of all these new lawsuits. And he ain't punking you now, did he? You ain't got to worry about getting punked. Now. It's worth noting that Ashton has always been candid about the unique nature of his friendship with Diddy. Let's go back to 2006. He revealed how their bond influenced his whole worldview. And I quote, our friendship has helped me become aware of the fact that people are becoming comfortable with something that's still very uncomfortable. He said. He goes on to say, when I was hanging out with Sean, people did not understand why this Iowa farm kid went out of his. Went out with this hip hop mogul from New York. But it wasn't that he was a hip hop mogul and I was a farm kid. It was because he was black and I was white. It was that simple. If he was a white hip hop artist, From New York. Nobody would have noticed. Now, Ashton's openness about race and friendship was groundbreaking at the time. But today that connection has been overshadowed by troubling accusations against Diddy. Now let's talk about the elephant in the room. Diddy's mounting legal issues. The music mogul has been accused of everything from sexual abuse to sex trafficking. His ex producer Rodney Little, Ron Jones, former partner Cassie are among those leveling these serious, serious, serious ass allegations. Cassie's lawsuit was settled out of court, as we know. But the accusations, accusations keep coming. Homeland Security recently raided Diddy's properties in Miami and Los Angeles. As we all know, Diddy's attorneys have been fiercely defending them. It has been a hot mess. Now, there's been no criminal finding in these allegations. We must say that for Diddy. We're waiting for trial May 5, but Mr. Combs is presumed innocent until proven guilty. And we must note that. Now for Ashton, Diddy's legal troubles are more than just a headline. They're a personal crisis. With photos from Diddy's parties resurfacing and rumors swirling about Ashton's past, his marriage to Mila Kunis has come under extreme scrutiny. And Ashton has a lot of shit outside of Diddy that he's done on his own that make him look suspect anyway. And I'm gonna get into that after we, after we finish diving into this Mila Diddy, Ashton freaky triangle thing going on. So according to insiders, Ashton is standing by Mila. He is expecting a subpoena due to their 20 young, 20 year long friendship. But there are no indications he's implicated in any of these legal actions. Facing Diddy is what a source close to the situation is saying. Still, pressure is mountain. Will Ashton's past with Diddy come back to haunt him? Or will he successfully distance himself from all of the chaos and the madness? Ashton Kutcher and Sean Diddy Combs were once inseparable. A pair who defined an era of Hollywood's wildest parties and most unexpected friendships. But today, their bond is fractured. Their bond is in trouble, perhaps irreparable trouble. And I might have made that word up, but just in case I did, I mean, it can't be repaired. Possibly. Now, with Diddy's legal troubles growing and Mila Kunis drawing a hard line, Ashton finds himself at a crossroads. Will he emerge unscathed, y'all? Or will the cracks in his past threaten his future? And he get caught up in some fooling with Diddy? Only time will tell us. But one thing we know for certain is this story is not over. And let's talk about some of the things that Ashton could be worried about or could make him look a certain way. You know what I mean? Because one thing we can say is Ashton has had some moments where they were, let's say, less than favorable. So this is a serious scandal. And, and, and this Diddy scandal is, well, it's expected to open a can of worms. And in these can of worms, we expect to see a lot of high profile personalities at the receiving end of this can of worms opening. Now, Ashton's connection with Diddy is well documented and we've discussed that in great detail. But let's go deep, let's dive a little deeper into some of these relationships that Ashton has had that has had people looking at him crazy. He's been cool with some other suspects characters. If you remember, Ashton received flack for supporting his 70s, that 70s show. His co star, Danny Masterson, who was facing and eventually convicted, you know, of rape of a few couple women. Now let's break down this past controversies with Ashton, y'all, and understand why this is serious. Because a lot of this stuff that he's been wrapped up in has got swept under the rug. And I'm gonna go ahead and lift up that rug and I'm gonna sweep it up out for y'all to dissect it and see what y'all think about it. Now, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunz, they first met on the set of that popular sitcom, the that 70s show. That 70s show ran, let's say for about eight seasons from 98 to 06 now. However, the couple didn't date each other until early 2012 following their respective splits from Demi Moore and McAuley Culkin. Now, considering their on screen characters, Jackie and Michael were in a relationship, the duo formed a close bond on the show's set. Malz was the youngest cast member of that show. She was only 14 at the time of the pilot. How was Ashton Kutcher? He was 19. Now, the couple's age difference did come under fire after a 2002. A 2002 interview of the duo resurfaced online where Kunz revealed how their co star, Danny Masterson, the one who ran into rape issues. Danny once bet Ashton Kutcher 10 bucks to French kiss a 14 year old Mila during an episode. Now, Kutcher and Kunis recalled the incident on the Rosie O'Donnell show, jokingly discussing their first on screen kiss and Kunis, first kiss ever. The Actress added, I've never kissed a guy. Ashton's attractive and I was a 14 year old little girl and I was extremely scared for my life. I don't know y'all. This is a little cringy to me. I don't know y'all. Tell me. He was very nice about it. He was like, don't worry about it. Then Danny, the alleged rapist, goes to him and goes, dude, I'll give you $10 if you French kiss her. Further confirming that the bet was indeed placed, Ashton said, Danny bet me like 20 bucks I wouldn't do it. Following the conviction of Danny Masterson in his sexual abuse trial, this interview moment went viral online and left fans criticizing Kutcher for indulging in such an ill considered bet involving an underage cosar. And what else? Oh, we got vulgar comments about Hilary Duff from Ashton Kutcher. If you remember, Hillary Duff was the young actress, singer, Hollywood sensation. This is another Ashton Kutcher controversy that left a lot of people fuming and it resurfaced. Very tasteless, very tasteless comments. He made some very tasteless comments about then a teenage Hillary Duff in an episode of his MTV show Punk. Listen to what this motherfucker said in this clip, y'all. In the clip, Kutcher describes the Lizzie McGuire star as one of the girls that were all waiting to turn 18. Besides Duff, the same interview also has Kutcher saying along with the Olsen twins, referring to y'all remember Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen from the show Full House? I used to love Full House back in the day. I ain't gonna lie, that was one of my treats to be can I stay up and watch Full House mom? But the distasteful nature of these comments about young underage stars is cringe at the moment. But now with all this Diddy shit going, it's more than cringe, it's suspicious. Furthermore, there is more digging up in several such and past and uncovering more comments like this. If you take a deeper look, you will see more and more of these comments the more you dig. In September 2023, actor Danny Masterson was convicted of raping two women in 20 2003. Now despite continuing to deny the charges, he was convicted and sentenced to 30 years to life in prison. Now back up y'all. This is the guy who on the show bet a grown ass man bet $20 for him to French kiss not even a peck French kiss a 14 year old girl. Ashton, why is this your best bud? You're, you are so close that you're standing up for him as he is on a rape trial. Ashton, you might want to take your ass over there. Where Ellen at? Just saying. Now, while this case was going on, fans were shocked that Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis were was supporting this pos. And this ain't tik tok or none of that. So I can just say piece of. Why would they support a piece of you flush it down the toilet with the rest of the crap. Now this. The couple were among several high profile friends of Masterson who gave character references for him. See Hollywood, stick with Hollywood. They don't give a about right and wrong. All they give a about is being famous and having money and all of that is what's costing their ass. Now. Now, after the contents of the letters written by Kutcher and Kunis were made public. And I'm gonna go dig and find these letters too, because I didn't even. This is something that I didn't even know about. That's when the criticism came. Once these letters were made public, their letter particularly angered people given the fact that it went against Kutcher's anti rape activist stand. The actor who co founded Thorne, an anti child sex abuse organization in 2009 with his then wife Demi Moore and also testified before Congress in support of efforts to combat trafficking and sexual abuse. It showed hypocrisy while as he advocated for Masterson. Following the backlash they received for writing character letters for this piece of Kutcher and Kunis posted an apology video on Instagram saying we support victims. Nah, y'all, y'all, y'all was supporting who y'all really wanted to support. Y'all saying y'all support victims at that time because y'all want y'all to keep your money, keep your pockets fat. Now another thing, another result of this was Ashton also stepped down from the organizations chairman of the board position. So it was a lot of came out of that. So like I was saying, it's not just Diddy. Diddy is just exposing people because there's a lot of mer did this Ashton Kutcher water. It's pretty murky, y'all, if I'm being honest. It's murky and you playing a dangerous game when you fuck with the Diddy monster. And if you don't know how quite dangerous it is. Take it from the lawyer who has been suing Diddy and is involved in suits. Now. She said if he they would have let him out, she would have had to beef up security. This is a well Known, well respected lawyer saying that if a man is let free, a well known celebrity, she is outright saying, I would have had to fucking beef up security. And we going to unpack that and also keep this woman protected because that's some. How can you be that fearful of just doing your job? It ain't right. So let's unpack this. This attorney who is, would have been feared for her life and had, would have had to beef up security if the Diddy monster was let out on bail. Her name is Ariel Mitchell Kid. Now, she represents several alleged victims and witnesses in the case against Diddy. And let me tell you, she has been vocal about the danger that Diddy poses. All y'all gotta do is listen. Now in an interview she did with News Nation, this was not too long ago, maybe a few weeks ago, maybe even a couple weeks, not that long ago at all, y'all. She said all of them are very apprehensive about their safety. If he were to be granted bonds. She's talking about the, the wit victims and witnesses. I am confident in the court and I feel like the judge only gave this. Oh, let me think about it. To not make it so obvious. So she predicted that, that Diddy wouldn't get bailed. But her words. Let's listen to, let's pay attention to her words. Her words highlight the tension surrounding this case. Think about it. For her clients, the thought of Diddy walking free is not only unsettling, it's terrifying. Mitchell Kidd herself admitted she'd be nervous if Diddy were released, especially if he returned to Miami where some of the allegations originated. Because I believe that's where she's from or lives. She said she at that. And that's the point when she said, hey, look, I would consider beefing up security if they let this fucking monster out. But why is there such a strong fear of retaliation when it comes to Mr. Combs, y'all? What kind of power does a man like this hold that can make witnesses uncomfortable and scared and attorneys fear for their safety? Well, I'm going to tell you. And here's where things take a dark turn. Amongst the mountains of allegations against Diddy's. There were whispers of tapes, you know, freak off tapes, tapes that showed shit that could put you away for life. But recordings, recordings allegedly made by Diddy without the knowledge or consent of the people involved is what he witnessed. Now, attorney Ariel Mitchell Kid revealed that some of these tapes were confiscated during raids of Diddy's Los Angeles and Miami homes earlier this year. If you remember she was on News Nation and a couple of other outlets with Courtney Burgess, who was in possession of these tapes. But it gets worse. Some of these tapes allegedly have been leaked to the public. In one jaw dropping revelation, Mitchell Kid shared that someone contacted her directly to shock one of these tapes. She described it as pornographic and said it appeared the person being recorded had no idea they were being filmed. So Diddy, sneaky ass, is recording drugging up people and recording them having sex without their knowledge. Figures. Allegedly. Now, the allegations against Diddy didn't start this year, y'all. This has been going on. And according to Ms. Mitchell, kidding. She's been fighting for justice on behalf of her clients since 2021. I gotta take a sip of my water on that one. Over the years, the claims have grown into a mountain of accusations ranging from abuse to intimidation and beyond. The sheer volume of allegations paints a troubling fucked up picture. But why now? Why are the allegations gaining traction in 2012, 2024, but not before? And what does all this mean for Diddy's legacy? I think y'all know Diddy's legacy. Spoiler alert. Diddy's legacy has went to. Oh, I had my breakfast today, y'all. I'm ready to roll. Where you at? Where's the smoke? I'm ready for it, but for real. One theory is that the tapes have brought new evidence to light, evidence that nobody can even ignore. And if this, this evidence is true, it could be the key to proving Diddy's guilt or Diddy's innocence, depending on what exactly is on these tapes. But for his alleged victims and their legal teams, the stakes are fucking high. So let's go back to the court's decision to deny Diddy's bail. As. As we hear this about the lawyer talking about Diddy, if he came out, she would have been in fear for her life. It's unusual for a high profile celebrity to be denied bail multiple times, y'all. I haven't seen it many. I haven't seen it many times in my life. If you know him, send them to me. But the judge's repeated refusals send a clear message the court is taking these allegations seriously. Ariel Mitchell Kid believes the court's decision reflects the gravity of this situation. She said, and I quote, I'm confident in the court. I feel like they've been consistent in their rulings. And that consistency is a relief for my clients and me. This consistency has also raised questions about what kind of evidence the prosecution might be holding back. And could there be more Damning revelations waiting to be unveiled. This case hasn't just shocked the world, y'all. It shocked the fucking Hollywood world. Diddy's arrest sparks debate about power and accountability that will go on from now to perhaps the end of time. And one of the most surprising reactions came from the father of Kim Porter. In a rare statement, he said, and this is a. This is a short quote, but it holds weight. He said, and I quote, the truth will come out. That's Kim Porter's father, y'all. And if you don't know, many believe that Diddy is the reason she was unalive, even though authorities say it was pneumonia. But what the hell does Kim Porter's father know that the rest of us don't know? And how might his words ring true in the months to come? So where do we go from here? Well, Diddy will be awaiting his May 5 trial. The alleged victims and their legal teams will continue to fight. And persistent attorneys like Michelle Kidd, Ariel Mitchell Kidd will continue to fight on their behalf, on behalf of the victims and for the public. We will continue to debate, bring awareness, give opinions, argue, fuss, and fight until we get a resolution, and probably even after that. But on this one, these cases aren't just for headlines, y'all. Y'all, y'all know we. We dig into these for knowledge and to learn how we can handle things in the future. And I know that shit that went down before ain't going down in 2024. That's my little corny saying. But it's true. This is serious. Because people, when you think you getting away with some shit now, everybody screams so loud and points out the bullshit that even the people who want to be shady have to come clean. And we seeing that in the case of Liam. Liam Payne, his quote, unquote friend is being held and being charged and being accused of having something to do with his, quote, unquote friend's death. This story is layered. And to fully understand what's happening, go back to the day of Liam Payne's death. Let me explain this to you, because this is something else that Hollywood, or I'm not gonna say Hollywood, whoever was trying to sweep this under the rug and make it as if Liam Payne just committed suicide when it is way more deep, way deeper than that. And we knew it from the beginning, and it all is trickling out now. It was supposed to be an ordinary stay for Liam Payne at the Palermo, Palermo Hotel. This is in Argentina. But that turned deadly when it ended up being the site for his death. And here's what we know so far. According to the investigators, Liam's final day was marked by concerning behavior. Prosecutors alleged that he started the day drinking heavily, having whiskey with his be breakfast. That's drinking, right? Okay. Throughout the day, they say he hired two sex workers, used cocaine, and displayed increasingly erratic behavior. By late afternoon, hotel staff reportedly had to intervene, forcibly escorting Liam Payne back to his room. But just moments later, the unthinkable happened. Liam fell from his third floor balcony. I'm saying quotes over the fail resulting in his death. It's an unspeakable tragedy for his family, his friends, and a million of fans who adore Jordan. Now, this is where his friend in quotes, Roger Norris, enters the chat. Hey, Roger. Roger was reportedly with Liam earlier in the day, but left the hotel about an hour before Liam's quote unquote fall. Your timing is impeccable, Roger, but I'mma continue now. This detail has become the focus of an intense legal investigation with serious potential consequences for Roger. So let's talk about the legal situation for Roger. Roger Norris, supposed to be a friend, is now under investigation for what prosecutors are calling abandonment of a person followed by death. Essentially, this charge argues that Roger failed to provide the help Liam needed, and that failure contributed to his death. I had never heard of this law unless I just wasn't paying attention in school. But I do know he didn't just fall off the fucking balcony. So anybody that's around to me is a suspect. And if they have to use a law like whatever the hell this is, then so be it. Roger's defense has been straightforward. He claims Liam seemed fine when he left the hotel around 4pm he's also argued that any case against him should be handled by the local authorities, not national ones. But in a recent development, a judge ruled that Argentina's national prosecutors can proceed with their investigation. In other words, Rogers, your ass is grass. Your ass is grass. You will be held accountable. Now, that decision has kept Roger in legal limbo. Authorities have confiscated his passport, which means he can't leave Argentina while this case unfolds. Stakes are high for Roger in every sense of the word. Now let's unpack this charge of abandonment of a person followed by death. Like I said, this is the first time I heard about it, so I had to dig in a little bit for y'all. And for me, shit, I'm like, what is this? It exists in many legal systems around the world. The concept is pretty simple. If someone is clearly in danger and you have the ability to help, but choose not to you can be held legally accountable for what happens next. Fuck, that's a hell of a law. So what about all these people who. When people see getting beat up or dying or whatever, and they just filming with their phone, can they be, ah, I ain't gonna go into it. Let's stick to this case. Prosecutors are arguing that Rogers should. Should have recognized that Liam was fucked up. And given his alleged substance use and erratic behavior, he should have took some type of steps to make sure he was safe instead of just fucking leaving. Which you failed your duty when you just leave. I don't know. Okay, my best, real quick. My best friend. We've been friends since 4 years old. I'm gonna say a lot of fucking years. I ain't gonna age neither one of us. But since four years old, and I'm an old man, the word friend that they call friend. How could you. How could you leave a man in a state like that and call him a friend? I would never leave my friend. My friend would never leave me like that. And these are the questions that people are asking. Like, on the flip side, you want to say, well, how much responsibility does one person have for another person's actions? Where do you exactly draw the line? Well, I draw the line right here because you should have helped Liam. If I feel like I would help my friend, and I feel like you should help yours now. Rogers true defense hinges on his claim that Liam seemed fine when he last saw him. But from the footage y'all, this, that seems impossible, but let's continue. But the version of events doesn't align with the prosecutors have uncovered. Like I'm saying, they describe a day fill of a day filled with heavy drinking, drug use, erratic behavior, and ordering of sex workers. At what point in there did you feel he was fine? Roger. So who's telling the truth? Is Roger saying. Is it Roger saying ain't shit happened and everything was cool, and then Leon Payne just ended up three floors down on the pavement? Or was it a whole bunch of shit going on and Roger got the hell out of there when shit hit the fan? Could Liam already have been dead when Roger left and then got thrown over the balcony? I don't know. But that's not all the layers. It's more layers. Even if Roger genuinely believed Liam was okay, does that absolve him from any responsibility, or should he have done more to ensure Liam's safety? This is the heart of the legal and moral debate here. But if you asking me, Roger deserves to be held accountable now to understand the Context of this tragedy. We also need to look at Liam Payne's history. Over the years, Liam has been open about his struggles with addiction and mental health. Fame came early and fast for Liam. If you remember, he was in that group, One Direction. And one thing about early fame, it can't take a toll on a young person more than any, you know, more than even an older person who's got the experience to kind of handle some of this weird shit. Now, this tragedy serves as a stark reminder of how difficult it can be for celebrities to navigate life under the spotlight. The constant scrutiny, the lack of privacy, and the enormous expectations can cause a perfect storm for many mental health challenges. And I want to let everybody know, mental health is a serious thing. Take it serious and don't be too hard on people when you know they have mental issues. Use compassion. And in Liam's case, these struggles seem to come to a head in Argentina. And while his death is a deep tragedy, it also raises broader questions about how we as a society should support people, whether they're famous or not, especially people who dealing with mental health challenges. You know, we have become this society where we see some shit happening, and the first thing we do is pull our phone out to record. It used to be a time when we were pulling our phones out to call 911. Those days have long gone. So all of that brings us back to Roger Norris. What responsibility do we have to the people around us, especially those who are in clear distress? It's a question that goes beyond this specific case and actually touches on a broader theme about friendship, about accountability, about a person's moral duty. Roger's actions, or lack thereof, are now under intense scrutiny by authorities. But it's worth asking, could anyone have prevented what happened that day? And if not, is it fair to hold Roger accountable for Liam's death? If you're asking me, I say yes. What say you? There are not easy questions to answer, but this is. This is clearly. These are not easy questions to answer, but they're important ones, and they're at the heart of this legal and moral debate. And it's just. It's going on and on and on. So let's zoom out. Consider the implications of this case. If Rogers is charged and convicted, then that means anybody who sees some shit, or not see some shit, but some. You could be with somebody, leave, and then something happened, and then you could be locked the fuck up. Is that what this law is going to say? I don't know. I'm just asking the question because y'all know, I feel like something suspicious happened with Liam Payne's death. I've said that from the beginning, and I think Rogers should be held accountable. But I also want to look at how this affects, you know, if this. If he's convicted, how that conviction will affect us in the future. Because this could not just affect Argentina. This could actually affect all of us. There's also a cultural aspect to this story. Think about it. Liam Payne's death was reignited. It has reignited conversations about the pressures of fame and mental health and the role of how responsible should we be, how much responsibility do we put on that person? These are issues that resonate daily. As fans and observers, we also have a role to play. How do we talk about celebrities in distress? How can we push for systems that provide better support for those who are struggling? All of these questions are questions worth asking and questions that need. We need answers to as this case continues to unfold. Y'all, I will give you more developments as far as for Roger Noyes, his legal battle has just begun. The Liam Payne case is a fucking weird one, and somebody done did some foul shit. Is nothing you can say that will make me not believe that.
