Host
So what do y' all feel about this? This guy calling Michelle Obama a man in front of millions on the White House lawn. So disrespectful. So disrespectful. This. This the guy right here.
Guest or Caller
Put some like this on.
Host
Hold on.
Guest or Caller
Hey, shout out to Trump for having the balls to put some like this on. And if I'm gonna say anything, there's only one person more incredible than the Incredible Hulk. And that's My Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. Now listen, Alex Pereira, I want a shama on your mama. And lastly, Michelle Obama is a man. Am I right, America? Ladies and gentlemen, Josh Hokut.
Host
President Trump. That's just an idiocracy. And, and, and, and it's disrespect, disrespectful. And it's just, it's just not even, it's cringe like it ain't even like it's not even like something that I'm all bent out of shape about. I'm more cringe that a grown ass man in our society that we, we, this is what we the way we operate. Somebody says in the comments it was a, it was a joke. It was a joke. Y' all need to wake up and realize left and right, they all corrupt. You need to wake up because on this show we, we. I'm independent. I don't trust none of them. But if it was a joke, what nobody laughing. And if it's a joke, we got the right to say the ain't funny. I don't care if it was a joke. Some jokes are funny, some jokes aren't funny. This joke wasn't funny. Nobody laughed. Nobody even at the arena laughed. So you can't just say it was a joke. It was a joke. It was a joke in poor taste, poor timing and a childish joke and it wasn't funny. Nobody laughed. Trump did. Trump didn't even laugh. Nobody at the arena, nobody at the arena laughed. The joke didn't hit the way he thought it was gonna hit. He been they he being painted as a clown. Everybody, including Trump, distancing himself from that clown Joe Ho kid or whatever his name is. And so saying it's a joke doesn't mean that doesn't doesn't deny the fact that it was a joke in poor taste. That wasn't funny that nearly nobody laughed except the person telling a joke. I just think it's a clown ass way to act in general. And every time somebody come on here, they talking about it was a joke. Wake up, realize left or right, I don't trust none of them. I'm independent. So I'm the last one that you don't have to give me the news flash. I'm here because I support, I'm the voice of the people and victims. I don't get into right and left and all that. I let y' all do that, whoever into that. I let y' all do that, whoever do something stupid, whether they on the right or the left, I'm Gonna call it out. And that. That was just. That was. It was embarrassing to me. Like, I was embarrassed for him. Nobody laughed. Nobody laughed. Nobody laughed like that. That was the, the joke. The joke didn't hit. Whatever the joke, he thought, whatever reaction he thought he was gonna get, nobody's with him behind that. Nobody stood behind him. Nobody came on say, oh, it was. I was laughing my ass off. Everybody is distancing themselves from that clown. So the joke or the statement or whatever he did didn't go the way he thought it was gonna go. And I'm glad it didn't. And I feel, I feel a little bit better about our society that that joke fell flat. And he just sitting there looking st. Call your mama a man and see how fun. Call your mama man and see how funny that is. Ain't nothing fun. I, I, I, I don't want nobody. I wish somebody would call my mama a, a man. And I was around. It's a thousand bazillion, gazillion bazillion jokes out here and, and you couldn't find one that was funny. Man, I, hey, listen, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not sitting up here standing. I calling a woman a man, a man. Calling a woman a man. I'm not ever going for that. I ain't never going for that. I'm not never gonna sit back and let no man call a woman a man like that in disrespect. I'm not honoring that. I'm not standing for that. I wouldn't let it go. It ain't cute. And anybody passing it off. Let somebody talk about your mama or your daughter and stand up in front of millions and call them. Call it. Call your daughter your mama a man. See how the you feel. That ain't funny. And it ain't a man calling a woman a man. Like, what are you and you in a fighter. Talk about the fighters. Talk about you got. Got plenty of fighters you could have actually talked about who actually can stand up for themselves and whoop your ass. Talk about some fighters. You talking about a woman calling her a man. Like, Nah, nah, hey, look, this. That's what I said. Even, even in the chat y' all get mad at don't nobody. All I know is anybody, when I'm in, in the presence of anybody, don't nobody have to say to me out the way. So I just let people have fun in the comments and fun online. I ain't never had a bad word or, or. Or. Or no nothing disrespectful uttered to my face before. Ain't nobody got the balls to do that. So I ain't worried about that. It wasn't, the joke wasn't funny. And I'm talking to the man. I'm talking to the man. Him, like, I don't, I don't go at women. I don't go back and forth dogging women. I dog man, because, because we don't even playing field. So that dude who said that Joe Hope kid or whatever his name is, and if he had a problem with it, he can, he can address it. I, I, that's how I am flat. I just never. I was raised that men. I was raised that man. Didn't, didn't. Didn't disrespect women in that way. That was just how I was raised. You. You disrespect any of the woman in my family like that, your ass be gone. Your ass be up. So that's where I come from, so I don't even understand it. I, I never go back and forth and, and dis and disrespect a woman like that. Now, man, I will check the out of. I, I dog a man. If you, if a man got something to say, we can look eye to eye and whatever smoke come with it, I'm with it. But I'm never going back and forth with no woman man, but any man. And you can ask about me, I will address you right to your face. And whatever you want, you can get it. But a woman, I just think that's real cowardly for a man to even disrespect a woman in that way. And the thing is, on top of it, on top of it, you know, the statistics is out there. We got more black women missing than any other race when it comes to black women. It's really like a, it's really like, it's nothing. Like, I don't like that either. You don't call no first lady no man in front of millions. And then, and then you got sweet stupid trying to act like it ain't nothing. I think it's. And I'm glad, like, for real. I gotta give society in general some credit because 99.9 of y' all didn't laugh at that. So I actually got to give our society a little more credit because it's only a little pocket, a little handful of. Of. Of. Of. Of childish people who, who, who, who are standing up and acting like that ain't no big deal. You call your mama a man,
Co-host 1
Go
Host
call your mama A man if it ain't a big deal. You think I' ma sit up here? You think I'm gonna sit up here and let. I don't give a whole. Who say what. I'm not sitting up here and letting nobody disrespect no sister like that. I'm just not doing. I don't give a. This would be the. This would be the episode could unfollow me and leave the show. I'm not sitting up here and trying to justify no. No man. Calling no black woman no man.
Co-host 3
Absolutely not. Absolutely not. And even I seen even talking about the Drew Ski. Not once did he say I am Erica Kirk.
Host
Exactly.
Co-host 3
He said that. That was. That was a skit geared towards conservative white women in general. It wasn't no specific person. You specifically called out that lady for no reason. So you can sit up there and talk about. You want to sit up there talk about our people and our culture and. But you out there with a iced out chain on.
Host
Exactly. You.
Co-host 3
You feel that's our culture. That's why he took the chain up. Take that off now. You ain't about to talk about us and then wanna. Wanna look like us and. And indulge in that we do. Absolutely not. And you coming at a world regardless if Michelle was black or not. How you coming at a woman like that? What type of man you feel like? You feel like a big man doing that? Yeah, like you crazy.
Host
Why would you. That's what I said my fat.
Co-host 1
That.
Host
That use a. For doing that. Like we. You don't never come at a woman. You not a man. And you're a fighter. Call out a fighter. Call out a fight. Talk about a fighter.
Co-host 3
Like they talking about playing Eric. I'm not playing ignorant. So you mean to tell me Erica Kirk the only blonde hair white woman to wear a suit.
Host
Right.
Co-host 3
And do a press conference. No. You don't play crazy. That. That's what it was. It just so happened. The look like. And that's who y' all associated the skit with.
Host
And he did. And on top of it, he didn't call her no man.
Chorus/Show Announcer
Yeah.
Co-host 3
At all. So is y' all talking about. It ain't the same thing. It ain't the same thing.
Host
I would never. That's some bull. Just a flat out call. But like I said, it's only a handful of faceless ass troll comments that's even riding with her. I give us our. Our little society a little credit because a lot of people just left. Like didn't. Like didn't Laugh at that. You know what I'm saying? Even Trump took his chain off.
Co-host 3
Yeah, yeah, I can see even. Even then, even if she was out there popping her, if you really bought it, call Obama into the ring.
Guest or Caller
Yeah.
Co-host 3
Hey, Barack, come out here in the ring. We got some scores to settle or
Host
something like that, saying face to. Face to a man.
Co-host 3
Yeah, you ain't gonna come at no woman, bro.
Host
And I ain't never honoring it. And I never. I never let it go. I would never let that go. Like you said, black or white, whatever. To call out a woman as a man, to call a woman out like that is. Is. Is you a clown.
Co-host 3
Clown.
Host
You a clown. And I'm addressing the man. I ain't addressing no woman. I'm addressing the Joe Ho kid or whatever the his name is. I'm addressing him. I don't address women in. In no disrespectful manner, but I disrespect Joe if he. If he got a problem with it. I don't like that. And like I said, it wasn't even, like, something that made me get all bent out of shape. It was really, like, cringe, like.
Co-host 3
And it's the principle behind, like, you on the lawn of the White House doing that. I can see if you was on your private podcast, your private platform, and you just speaking your mind, exercising your First Amendment. Okay, cool. But, man, you on the White House line, like, no, that ain't the place for that.
Co-host 1
Right?
Co-host 3
It ain't no place for that, period. But gonna do what they do in the closet. So with that being said, keep that over there. That's really how you feel about it, bro?
Host
Imagine if that was Jon Jones calling Melania.
Co-host 3
Come on, bro. That ain't going. They would have tackled that.
Host
Tackled.
Co-host 3
The whole Secret Service would have jumped
Host
on him, and it would have been. And he would have been wrong for doing it.
Co-host 3
Come on. Exactly.
Host
But imagine if he would have did that. If Jon Jones would have been up there and was like, melania Trump is a man.
Co-host 3
We would have been on this right here Tuesday morning.
Host
Yeah, that ain't cool. And it ain't never. It ain't. It ain't a. It's a joke.
Co-host 1
That.
Host
It wasn't funny, and it was really put in poor taste. And like I said, I. I would never. I will never sit up here and. And justify any man disrespecting a woman in that manner. I would never do it ever in my life. I wouldn't have did it as a kid. I won't do it now. I won't do it in my. As an old man, I would never do that. That's some. And I don't even understand who raised you. Who raised you. All these men around here that you can call out and joke with and, and do all that about all of that. Yet, yet, yet you chose a woman. That's my point. You got all these men you can joke and do this about, but you chose a woman to disrespect. And then, and then looking all stupid when everybody just kind of nobody. He did not get the reaction he thought he was gonna get. And that was the thing I did like about it though. I like that he got that flat ass response where you say something stupid and now you just looking stupid.
Co-host 3
Yeah, we thought that was gonna connect.
Host
Yeah, he thought that was gonn.
Co-host 3
He should have stuck with punches and kicks.
Host
Yeah. Yeah,
Co-host 3
he should have stuck with punches instead of punch lines. Don't. Don't quit your day job.
Host
That fell flat. Like, like Denise said, this is. If you ain't. If you ain't from the culture or don't understand the culture, you won't understand it. But like she said, Malcolm X said a black. Black women are the most disrespected people on the planet. And every. And we all know that. Like I said, that's why it's so many black women missing me hundreds of thousands and more than any other race. And it ain't even as big of a deal. Yeah, even a big deal. And I ain't going for.
Co-host 3
So.
Host
So. So like I said before, I'm not going for that.
Co-host 3
I would never appreciate nobody shouldn't even feel no type of way about how. How we. How we stepping about that. At the end of the day, Chinese ain't doing. Ain't going for our Asian community ain't going for it. The Native American and they not going
Host
for the Jewish people.
Co-host 3
Jewish people ain't going for it. White people ain't good Indian ain't no other culture going for it. So no we. This is, this is the turn of the tide of how is supposed to be. You got me up. We black real black men stand up for. For our women, especially our black women. That's what the you supposed to do.
Host
We got a woman that made it, a black woman who done made it all the way to be the first lady. And come on now get no respect. And you think I ain't gonna say something gonna say something got me sit up here and let you disrespect our former first Lady. What that say about the rest of the black women in the world.
Co-host 3
Nope.
Host
She can't even get respect.
Co-host 3
Not at all.
Host
First lady, which is pretty much the pinnacle besides a woman just becoming the president, second to the president. And we sit back here and let you disrespect her in that way. What the hell did that say about the rest of the women? Never would do it.
Co-host 3
Never.
Host
Not. Not doing it. Nope. All smoke. All smoke. And that's that. You feel me? Like, I, I, I, I, I, I. Like I said, I wasn't even bent out of shape about. I was more cringe and more embarrassed woman. More just like. No, like, you know, they did that with Serena. Yeah. Call them a man. That is. It ain't flying no more. And I'm glad in that era they was getting away with it. I don't know what done change, but ain't. Ain't laughing and kikiing and y'. All y about that no more. Yeah, y' all little whatever's in the comments who. Nobody knows who y' all are. Y' all got no real platform. Them the only ones sneaking and trying to type. And it was just a joke. It ain't no big deal. But I don't see nobody stepping front and center on no big platform or no celebrity or no person in power riding with that. You know that was wrong.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
Trump took that chain off immediately. Tried to slip it off on some smooth.
Co-host 3
Yeah, no, yeah, yeah.
Host
Hey, look, he talking about. I want to thank shout out to Trump for being the only person that had balls to put this event on. I want to say, Trump just looking at your ass 9 saying, I won't do this no more.
Co-host 3
Now you ain't getting booked again.
Host
One thing about it, Trump. Trump will stand and start his own and stand ten toes on his own. But he don't want nobody using it. Using him. But they to clout Chase. They. You know what I mean? To talk on their behalf.
Co-host 3
Hell, no.
Host
I'm like, no, look, I talk my own.
Co-host 3
Yeah. I'm only gonna let this go, but so far, buddy.
Host
Yeah, that. Because that just foul. Like, I said that just like, if. If somebody went up there and called Milani Trump a man, it would be foul. Like, what is you doing? Yeah, What? And what. What? Where. Where do we. Where does it end? Like, Like. Like, where does the joke. When is it too far? Like, you know what I mean? Like, do we have any boundaries anymore?
Co-host 3
And like, how are you willing to go? Why is you willing to go that far Just for a joke? Right, Right. I mean, I get A joke as a joke. A joke is a joke. But it's like a lot of times be really just stretching it out for real.
Host
Oh, and Elise, trust me, Elise, I know about the Native American women. I've done many, plenty of stories on missing Native American women. I've done stories on mistreated Native American children who were adopted into American homes and treated like toys instead of a real baby. So at least trust me, I, I know the indigenous and the Native American. I know the plight. They don't give a nobody. The world don't care about them either.
Co-host 3
No, that should be, that should be crazy too. Even like back in the day, like a lot of Native people was just like listed on the birth certificate is just black just because they would. That's the closest thing they can correlate their skin tone too.
Host
That's crazy.
Co-host 2
Yeah.
Host
I had a story where there was a Native American baby, like 2 years old, 1, 2, 2 years old, something like that. And she was basically taken away from her real Native American family and adopted by an American family. And the American family was like, when they was looking, when you looked at it on social media, the American family was like treating the Native American baby kind of like a toy, like a, like, like a pet almost. You know, it was, it was like so, so, so the family was fighting to get the baby back to the real Native American family. And I helped help the story go viral and helped them eventually get the baby back today to, to the original Native American family. But it was just sad and ridiculous. Like they was treating her like, like they would make a post and like, say, post the baby and say things like, like the baby would be, like the baby would be acting like she cleaning up or just playing with a towel. And it did say something like getting her ready for her job or something, like something real racist and like, but this was their baby, you know what I mean? So it was sad. It was sad. So I know, trust me, at least I definitely know the plight of the Native American and indigenous people. I' I've covered a lot of stories, especially early on in my career to help bring awareness to what's going on in the indigenous community. So trust me, I know exactly what you're talking about. At least I've been in there front and center. Breezy said attention seeking. Well, Denise say Ms. Obama and other black women do not need to define womanhood to ignorant. Right? For real. Yeah. Yeah. It ain't. It ain't. If you don't get it, you just don't get it. You Ain't gonna never get it. Ain't nobody gonna waste time on you.
Co-host 2
You.
Host
You ain't. You just ain't disrespecting our black women or women in general. Not on our watch. Like, that's like I said. I. Call him out. Joe Ho Kid or whatever the. His name is. Call some men.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
Call some man out. Hey, look, call Jon Jones out.
Co-host 2
That's.
Co-host 3
Man, I know who.
Host
Who, who dominate that arena. Call him out. Call him a woman. Yep. Definitely stripped of the culture. Puff, puff. And then at least ignorant people. Hey, look. Look at these ignorant people, man.
Co-host 1
But them.
Host
The people like people like this.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
They don't even. They don't even get my goat because you, you, you, you, you. You sound childish. You might be a child, but what asked Michelle. This is the first lady of this country, Former first lady asked Michelle Obama, what is a woman? I bet she could say, why is it when it comes to black women, it's just so much disrespect, like, and it's, like, comfortable. Like, it's like no big deal to people, ignorant people like this. Like, she's literally a former first lady who has done. What has she done to anybody? What has she said? Can somebody in the comments tell me something vulgar or disrespectful that she said in the comments to anybody or some scandal that she's done? Can somebody tell me Michelle Obama ain't did nothing but just handle her business and. And do her thing? But yet you get comments like this. That's why Malcolm X said the black. Black women are the most disrespected women on earth. But it's coming right here. Y' all realize he's. This comment is talking about a former first lady of the United States of America who hasn't done to nobody, who has not disrespected anybody publicly, who has not talked vulgar about nobody publicly. None of that. But just because you feel like you can you just disrespect that black woman. That's foul, man.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
Wow. It's foul. And it just proves what Malcolm X said and what we all say about it. It's really bad. So it takes people like me and C. Tuck and other people with a platform to stand up. You know what I'm saying? Because as a country, we feel like it's something about. Something about black women that make people think you can just say whatever and do whatever. It's. But it is what it is. But to say this with no. This don't even make no. What are you talking About. Yeah, what are we doing? What are you talking about? Ask Michelle Obama what is a woman? I bet she couldn't tell you that's also why they call her a man.
Co-host 3
Got nothing to do with nothing.
Host
They got nothing to do with nothing. That, that, that statement don't even make no damn sense.
Co-host 3
But it ain't properly worded.
Host
It ain't at all. But that just lets you know. That's why I said I'm still proud of the society because this is the only crowd who even really entertaining that.
Co-host 3
The crowd, that peanut gallery.
Host
Yeah, the peanut gallery can't really even put sentences together and can't even make sense. So like I said, it ain't, ain't nobody would like no real intelligence or nobody with no real position and power, no real accomplishments. None of those people. I really commented on it. So that's why I said I got to give us a little credit. I ain't gonna be, I'm pretty hard on us as a society, but I'm gonna give us credit for that because I ain't seen no, no regular, normal, law abiding citizen, you know, chime in and bring more negativity to the situation. Only people like this. So what do you expect? People who talk like this and, and can't form sentences. What do you expect?
Co-host 3
Exactly. You know, I'm scared to know how, what treatment they accept for the, for the women from, for the women in their life.
Host
Yeah, exactly. They got no protection. Well, you just let women get dogged
Co-host 3
and disrespected because let him would have been at, at a cookout and said anything about any one of mine, any woman in my family, he would have had to use every skill he got
Host
to get about that he'd been broke
Co-host 3
the up, you feel me? It wasn't gonna be, it wasn't gonna be no hollow for him.
Host
Hell no. That, that, that even. Hey look, Trump got up. Trump took that chain off. Trump said, you know what, man? Let me get the out of here. Oh, even, even. I think Shannon, Shannon Sharp stood up and Shannon, hey look, Shannon Sharp and Ocho and them stood up for like it said. So let me see if I can pull up that quote.
Co-host 3
You see that old bull job.
Host
Here we go, man.
Co-host 1
Yeah, that's why I said, man. I mean, I mean, I mean bro, I look, I, I, you and I'm glad I look, I, I didn't see because I didn't have any sound on, but I, I, I was you know, strolling through Twitter and then I saw that they sound like Damn. He said that on thing and then I got it. It didn't get. It didn't get. It didn't get the response that he hoped that he was going to get. I mean, so that's, that's. So now you take, you take that. You take that platform. So I, I just want to make sure. I want to make sure there's a certain network that says athletes shouldn't, you know, don't bring sports into politics. In the sport. Yeah, I'm just, I'm just saying.
Co-host 2
Yeah.
Co-host 1
She happened to be low hanging fruit.
Host
They know that woman.
Co-host 1
She's not that, but it's good. Just like they know that man was born in America and the man that. That pushed that. Now they hate lies and they hate conspiracy theories, but they pushed one for over a decade. But that was cool. That was cool. President Obama should. You know what he should have done? President Obama when he got into office? He should have filed a defamation. A defamation. And for a hundred billion and didn't have his justice department to pay it off. Y' all know what I'm talking about? Yeah. Problem. Michelle Obama. That's what I'd have done, too. Oh, y' all say I wasn't born here. Y' all say my birth certificate. Bogus. Okay, here we go right here.
Host
Boom.
Co-host 1
Y' all say my man. Okay, here it is right here.
Host
Boom.
Co-host 1
Now this is Gonna cost you 100 billion. All right, Justin park, clear it off. Oh, you know what? We don't think like that because it does. Each department's supposed to be separate. Legislative independent, judicial independent, executive independent. Talking about. Yeah, but it ruined. Look, he. He won the fight. He beat Derrick Lewis. I thought the extra stuff at the end was unnecessary. Yeah. Conor McGregor talks about the fighter that he's fighting. He don't go outside and try to take on some low hanging fruit. Because ain't nothing that he said was entertaining about what he said. The one thing I can't say about Conor McGregor, he is entertaining. Do I think some of the things that he said to Floyd went over the line? Absolutely.
Host
When he goes at the fight, they even talked. Talked about. I think they brought up Serena and Venus too.
Co-host 1
We get in position, we don't do anything like that. We don't take no shots at nobody like that. But they do it all the time and it's cool. It was very unnecessary.
Host
Hey, see, Tech, I think sometimes,
Co-host 3
man,
Co-host 1
let's just say for the next 20 years, the roles are reversed. Like the roles were for 400 years. We just want 40. That ain't gonna happen. Just. Just hypothetical, just one day.
Guest or Caller
Like ah, what you mean to tell me.
Co-host 1
We get to this new stuff and. Oh, well, we get. We get 12. We get 12 people on the jury that look just like us. Our same skin complexion. Oh, yeah, not guilty. I mean the people in there filing in there doing everything they want to do. 80 pay attention. You already know.
Guest or Caller
Hey, shout out to Trump.
Host
Hey, look, even Ocho and Shannon was pissed off about that.
Co-host 3
Yeah. That.
Host
Michelle never did nothing. Only has in power as a black beautiful woman. That's all the races hated the fact that Obama's did two terms without any bad drama. There you go. Fire glory.
Co-host 3
No for sure. So they definitely don't like that.
Host
Not at all. Not at all. They moving Diddy's. Diddy's moving on to Diddy, though. They're moving Diddy's. Diddy's, uh, time up again. I don't know if y' all saw that. He up in February now. He keep creeping up. February. I think it's February 2028 now. Oh, they trying. They slowly catching him up.
Co-host 3
He keep reeling it back.
Host
Yeah, he keep. He keep keep reeling back. Reeling it back.
Co-host 3
Where's that? Trying to get out next year.
Host
So they, yeah, they moved. They moved that up. And then also Don. Don Richards Richardson of Richards. Uh, her, her lawsuit was dropped because her lawsuit against Diddy was dropped because they say, I think the statute of limitations. Statute of limitations is up.
Co-host 3
Dang.
Host
So did. So did he dodged another. Did he dodge another bullet? But let's talk about the. The release date being moved up. Sean Diddy Combs is from Yahoo Entertainment, USA Today. Actually, Sean Diddy Combs prison release date moves up again. Sean Diddy Combs has had his release date moved up once again amid his 50 month federal prison sentence. The rap music mogul who is behind bars at New Jersey's FCI Fort Dix facility. Previously it was. He was set to be freed previously to. To this new day. He was set to be released April 25, 2028. And of course, now it's February 23, 2028. The Federal Bureau of Prisons declined to comment on the reason for the change. Nothing. It does not to discuss the conditions of confinement. I mean, noting. I'm sorry, not nothing. Noting it does not discuss the conditions of confinement for any individual, including release plans. However, the bureau cited general reasons. A release date will be moved up, including for good conduct, time, time credits for approved programs and activities, and credit for time served before the sentencing. USA Today, USA today, USA Today. Hold on one Second, USA Today has reached out for the Lord for Diddy and Diddy's lawyers for comment. No comment. Combs release date has been moved up at least twice in the last few months. A change to his release date in November saw the date push back to June 2020 eight days after Combs representative denied a report that claimed Bad Boys founder created and consumed alcohol in prison. In a letter to the judge ahead of his original sentencing, Combs said he got sober for the first time in 25 years and he had that. He has been attending therapy and started a mentorship program. So that is the skinny and the update behind Diddy's time being moved up. But like I told y' all before, I feel like this is all a moot point because they about to bring down more charges for sure. I. I'm pretty. I think. I think the fact that that thing that went up in. And I'm gonna be honest with what I think happened. I think those new cases or that those new cases that got pushed to the LA DA and they, they trying to see if it's going to be charges, I think. Because I definitely think somebody working behind the scenes that, that, that. That Diddy done made an enemy. I think whoever it is, they, they might be all over that D A, sending out messages and whatever and, and trying to help to get Dee caught up. Like, I literally think whether it's the liquor company somebody Diddy pissed off is. Is actively working behind the scenes to make sure his ass be held accountable too. I really believe that. Yeah. Yep. I believe that. I believe it's somebody. Because somebody is powerful as Diddy catching on, like, display with his money. If it wasn't another force behind it, I think he'll be squashing a lot of this stuff. But I really think it's somebody behind the scenes, somebody big and powerful or a group that's big and powerful that's making sure. Did he get held accountable. And with that thing being on the LA DA's desk, they definitely about to make sure they gonna do everything they power to make sure that there's some charges come for that. I. I watch.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
And. Yeah, watch that gonna hit too. Like, it's gonna be. It's gonna.
Co-host 3
Like I said, it's different because these gonna be state charges, right?
Host
Yep. Yeah, these gonna be state charges. You're right. See, Tuck? These gonna be state charges. And so that's the update on Diddy's time. Now also, we're gonna get to Carmelo Anthony. We got a couple Carmelo Anthony updates coming up. Let me, let me update y' all on this quote unquote legal win. Diddy got two wins today. His time got moved up, but you know, it is, it's to time to calm before the storm. Yeah, he got his time moved up to February and also he got this case dismissed from Don Richards. So Diddy scores legal win. This is also USA Today under Yahoo Entertainment. Diddy scores legal win with Don Richards lawsuit toss lawyers vow to refile his legal team is also still trying to appeal his conviction after a bombshell trial in which he was convicted on charges related to transportation of prostitution. Comb, who has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct, is still facing upwards of 70 civil lawsuits across the country, including the most recently filed on June 9 from former child actor. From a former child actor who we don't know who that is yet. Like I said, Don Richardson has been, it's been her case has been dismissed because of statute of limitations. But I believe what they're saying, she is trying to find a different whatever.
Co-host 3
Like a loophole.
Host
Huh?
Co-host 3
Like a loophole.
Host
Yep. Yep. Unlike because she had multiple accusations or allegations. And so I think they said one of them, let's see, it might sit here. One of them was lot was like not I don't think the statute of limitations was possibly up through whatever loophole. So I think that's what they're trying to refile. I think they're trying to take out whatever allegations or, or, or, or whatever allegations were past the statute of limitations. I think they trying to remove those and refile with only the ones who that are relevant. So this is from the South San Francisco Gate Judge tosses out Don Richard's Lawsuit to Sean Combs says a federal judge has tossed out singer Dawn Richard's lawsuit against Sean Diddy Combs saying most of her claims of emotional and physical abuse include including groping, were not filed in the required year after the described events. Judge Catherine Polk, in a ruling dated Friday and released publicly on Monday, said Richard can refile her claims in state court on one allegation against the hip
Co-host 1
hop
Host
mogul, but cannot refile claims that have missed the deadline by which a lawsuit must be filed under New York law by over a decade. Basically, like I said, they, they, some of them, some of hers do fall under it, but by them being all in one case, having a couple of them that fell outside of the statute of limitations just messed the whole kind of messed her whole case up.
Co-host 3
If they this stuff they talking about is outside the statute of limitations, why advise her to refile if it's outside the statute of limitations.
Host
Yeah, I think. Well, I think they taken out because she filed multiple accusations. So I don't think from what this even said because I thought it. But this is kind of what this saying too. They saying that, that the. I guess. Let me go back. Because she cleared Rudy declared EMC money can refile her claims in the state court on one Alexia. Okay, here it is. Judge Catherine Pope in a ruling dated Friday released publicly on Monday saying Dawn can refile her claims in state court on one allegation against the hip hop.
Co-host 3
Oh God.
Host
Not refine claims that have missed the deadline. So like I said, multiple claims in there.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
Basically saying she got to eliminate whatever claims missed the deadline and then refile the other ones. But you know, my thing is this. Who is our lawyer? How you don't know like how you don't know what the statute of limitations is exactly.
Co-host 3
Especially if this been going on. How you don't know when to file this.
Host
Yeah, that's, that's what I don't get. Like who is your lawyer?
Co-host 3
Like, hey, I don't know. Her lawyer probably sent to her what we talked about. Yeah, probably recommended and look, and, and
Host
they probably already knew. Not probably they did already know that, that, that it was gonna get. It was gonna be a lot of wasted time. Because look, when they file, it's like, okay, well some. This is this, this is. Don't fall under the statute of limitations. This is this. But it's going to take X amount of time for the judge to even get back to it. So that's gonna, that's gonna buy us another year, two years. Yeah, this is. It's a dirty game, but it's just like, damn. Because, because think about it. What lawyer, what lawyer don't know the statute of limitations?
Chorus/Show Announcer
Come on.
Host
Serious ass like that. Come on in New York.
Co-host 3
It ain't no way you about to have me believe that.
Host
I believe you could run it through an AI system and it'll tell you. Yeah, you can run the paperwork through chat and say all right, any of these claims outside the statute of limitations. It'll tell you.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
Something you know, that's, that's a, that's a somebody bullshitting her around, ain't they?
Co-host 3
Yeah, that's what I think.
Host
So her lawyer, Eric Fudali, that's her lawyer name, said the singer will refile her primary claim in state court under the Gender Motivated Violence Act. We certainly agree with the judge that the allegations in the. In the case are. Are ex. Excerable Dawn's lawyer said in a statement sent by email repeating extremely bad, saying that the case is extremely bad and we intend to continue to fight for John, for Dawn until justice is achieved. Lawyers for Combs did not immediately return request for comment when the lawsuit was filed in September 2024. His representative said Combs was shocked and disappointed by the lawsuit in question. Why Don would work with him so long if he were so bad? Don Richard, a singer and bad boy records groups Danity Kane and Diddy dirty money from 2004 to 2012, testified at last year's New York trial where Combs was convicted on prostitution related charges but was acquitted of more serious sex trafficking charges. She told the jury in Manhattan federal court that she saw Combs beat his girlfriend in 2009 and that combs later threatened her to remain silent about what she witnessed. In her lawsuit, dawn alleged that during her eight year association with Combs, she suffered abuse, manipulation and violence and was subjected to Combs routinely using disparaging language to describe women. According to the lawsuit, Combs regularly deprived dawn and her bandmates of food and sleep and made her feel embarrassed and powerless when he angrily responded to her request that he clothed himself when he held meetings in his underwear. Diddy always pulling the Diddy out. The lawsuit also alleged that Richard dawn was regularly subjected to drug fuel parties with where Combs and his friends would perform sex acts on incasipated, incapacitated I'm sorry incapacitated young women. She claimed Combs regularly exploded in rage hurling cellular phones, laptops, food and studio equipment. At other times, the lawsuit said Richard witnessed him choking and strangling his prodigy and longtime girlfriend Cassie Ventur Ventura testified and we know about all that so bottom line don gonna have to refile and and and we'll see where it goes from there. But like I said and she took agrees what type of lawyer you got that don't know the statute of limitations I see and that's the difference between money big you don't see that type of stuff happening with with big money attack like with people they don't miss
Co-host 3
like no like huh they be pulling they be pulling out the other lawyer
Host
ain't heard of huh and you talking about just figure you try you a woman you trying to get justice because you feel like you were sexually assaulted or or harassed or or violated and it's already a long process but you just made it two or three times longer maybe even five times longer by a simple ass statute of limitations. But another thing I'm gonna say Too, though, And, and it's definitely the lawyer's fault, but as people, we got too much technology out here. You got to check behind these, man.
Co-host 3
So.
Host
Because if I'm filing a lawsuit, I'm gonna make sure everything in that is proper, so I don't waste time. You know what I'm saying? You don't want to file a lawsuit. And two years later, they like, oh, certain things you gotta hear is outside the statute of limitation. So now you got to refile it and start all over from scratch.
Co-host 3
And then, and then next thing you know about you starting from scratch, you're gonna be exceeding another timeline that's gonna make the case null and void.
Host
Exactly. Exactly. So although it's the lawyer fault, and we know there's no way a lawyer is supposed to miss something like that, but we also got to realize that we, we. It's too much technology out here. And some of that stuff we can check on ourselves and, and, and make sure, like I said, even if you got chat, gbt, Claude or whatever, run that paperwork through there and say, is anything in here outside of statute limitations, that thing will tell you this, this, this, this, and this. But this one is cool. And, and even if you want to double check, you run that by a lawyer and say, hey, my AI system saying that this, this, and this don't apply. But the days of having to sit back and just trusting the lawyer totally. Like, I mean, you got to trust the lawyer to a certain extent, course. But you still. We do have technology that can help us give us a little fighting chance to catch that they should have caught. Because that's, that's a blunder, man.
Co-host 3
It's too big of a blunder at that. For two. Like, all cases are important, but there's some real deal and important
Host
now you gotta refile and start all the way back over because of that girl said. Good morning, C. Tucker.
Co-host 3
Good morning. Morning.
Host
What else we got? What you got? See, Tuck, any.
Co-host 3
Any crazy? Nothing crazy. We're gonna see how it playing out on Friday. They're supposed to be meeting in Switzerland to sign a. The peace deal between Iran, uh, for the war.
Host
Okay.
Co-host 3
And it's gonna open back. It's supposed to open back up the straight of hormones. I don't know how quickly it's gonna open it back up, but I know the thing that's gonna pretty much be immediate is the Iranians having access to their port. So that's something that's gonna be kind of like instantaneously the rest of the gonna follow. I Hope they. They make good and keep. Keep on with this, with this deal and like, get some type of normalcy back.
Host
Yeah. What do you think? What you think. How you think that's gonna affect the gas prices?
Co-host 3
I mean, it should bring them back to normal too, man. It definitely should bring them back down. And he should. It should revert that bill that he signed too, for that. That E15.
Host
Okay.
Co-host 3
I'll use that E15 gas and. Cause that. That trash.
Host
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Co-host 3
So.
Host
So you think. You think we're gonna get how far. This is a good question. How far back do you think. Do you predict the gas to go back eventually? I ain't gonna say no. Time frame, what number you think is gonna go back?
Co-host 3
I think. I think it might go back to like, at least the high threes.
Host
Okay, so you don't think. You think the tools is out of here?
Co-host 3
Hell yeah, bro. That's long gone.
Host
The hot tools is gone.
Co-host 3
I mean, it ain't. Well, you remember when it was. The gas was a dollar something. It ain't went back down to that.
Host
What was it before it blew up from all this? Before the Iran, what was it you remember?
Co-host 3
See, it was in the threes.
Host
Okay, like what high threes? Middle threes.
Co-host 3
More so. More so mid to low.
Host
Mid to low? Go back to that or you think it's going.
Co-host 3
No, it's gonna be high threes, right? Like, it's going like, round up. It's gonna kind of like hover in between like 370, 390.
Host
Okay. Yeah. It ain't. Hey, look, that the tools is old. That's the thing in the past.
Co-host 3
That's. That's thing of the past. But just like, just like bread and egg prices, bro. That over with, bro.
Host
This done, huh?
Co-host 3
When you're done, you're done,
Host
done, done, done. They talking about,
Co-host 3
man, one. One thing about the finals that I. That I didn't. That I. That I kind of like, didn't. Like, I ain't like the fact Wimby ain't shake nobody hand when the game was over. Yeah, like, regard. Like, I get it. You.
Host
You.
Co-host 3
There's a big loss for you. It hurt. I know all of that. But that don't excuse sportsmanship, right? They were like, regardless, you. You go shake them your opponent's hand and you. And you, you know, you. You congratulate them on their win just like they would have did you.
Host
Right, right, right.
Co-host 3
Like when me, I with you, dog. But you got to get that together.
Host
Yeah. I ain't like that either. I thought. It wasn't like they was dirty. It was just a. It was a hard fought series. It's like, you know what I'm saying? That's where you just shake hands like I get y' all next year or something. You know what I'm saying? One like they. It was like they was being extra dirty and talking. Even Brunson, he like, to me, that was a. Like it has some physicality, but for the most part it was a sportsman, you know? I mean, it was carried out, like sportsman, like manner. You know what I'm saying?
Co-host 3
Yeah, so.
Host
So for him, like you said, I agree. That was like. That wasn't the time to just walk off.
Co-host 3
Yeah. So you got to get a sportsmanship together.
Host
Jay Z and Hot Water again for partnering with Target. You know how we feel about.
Co-host 3
Man, come on. No, he didn't, bro.
Host
Jay Z partners with Target to release exclusive Reasonable Doubt 30th Anniversary vinyl for $40. Everybody pissed off at everybody. Like, we boy, we still boycott Target. And Jay Z about to get boycotted in a minute. I don't know Jay Z. I don't know if Jay Z read the room on that.
Co-host 3
And now that really just show you how out of touch a lot of these is, bro. Out of all the man, I would have dug up Fye and Sam Goody right like that, bro.
Host
Remember Sam Goody?
Co-host 3
Come on, man.
Host
Remember? I missed those days, bro.
Co-host 3
Like you actually going somewhere, man. Going to Nicky's on Buckeye. You remember Nicky's, bruh? I remember one time, I was like 9, 10 years old, I spent a hundred dollars in it on my birthday, on almost all my birthday money. My mama was pissed off. Like, what the hell was it? CDs, huh?
Host
Yeah. Hey. Cause. Cause CDs back in the day could. It could get up to a hundred dollars because I used to. My uncle, the one I always be telling you about, my uncle Art, he. He owned a Nick. Him and Nicky's was cool.
Co-host 3
They all.
Host
He owned one of those up on Harvard.
Co-host 3
Okay?
Host
Harvard and horns. When I used to work up there as a kid, so I used to ring up and sell music and tell people who the hottest shit was and all that. But I just say that to say if you was buying CDs in the CD era, you could get up to spending 60, 70, 80, $100 at the. At the CD spot real quick, man.
Co-host 3
My mom was pissed off, man, and guess who she was pissed off at? My Uncle D. He the one that took me up there. He's like, man, God, I bought so many CDs in that they was giving me free. They like, man, what? They're like, no, here, go ahead, get this. This. Something new coming out. You get this new single day. Just tossing me. I'm like, yeah, I spent that, man. A hundred dollars, man.
Host
You know, Nikki. Nikki had a. Man, a sad situation. Nikki was always a good dude, man. And I felt sad. I knew his daughter, right? We was in the same grade. I knew her since we was kids. We was in high school. And Nikki blood, like, I think. I think this is Nikki's only kid. And matter of fact, I believe her name was Nikki. I think that's where the Nikki came from. I believe. I can't remember, but I think, like, her middle name was Nikki. But anyway, man, she died in a car. Tragic car accident in high school, man.
Co-host 3
Damn.
Host
We was like 16, 17. But I had been knowing his daughter and Nikki since we was probably like 6, 7 years old. Like, young.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
So I like Nikki, like the own that shop that you went to. Yeah, he was a good dad. He loved his daughter, man. So that was one of the saddest moments, man, when that happened, because it was like, damn, you know, I knew her, knew him. And like, she was riding. I think she. I don't even think she was driving. I think she was riding with somebody. And this was in Cleveland. And it was just a tragic car accident, man. And she died. And it was just the saddest thing because Nikki, the dude who owned that shop you went to, he was just so cool and such a good dad and just a. Like a Uncle D type dude. Yeah, that dude is just a good dude. Help the community, help you out. Like, don't have nothing bad to say about nobody. Always was a successful entrepreneur and always would give you game if you needed it. You know what I mean? Like, he was just so. For him to lose his daughter like that, man, that was like. That was one of the saddest. I'll never forget that, man. But, but back to. But, but. But back to the. I didn't know, you know, Nick is. You know, I used to run around that because my uncle. Him was cool. My uncle had. They all had them businesses, so that was.
Co-host 3
They Nicky's, I think. What was that? Joy of Music was on Harvard.
Host
Joy of Music? Yeah, Joy of Music was on Harvard. Was. Was like. Was. I think, Leon Harvard, right?
Co-host 3
Yes.
Host
Yeah. And so my uncle's spot was called. It was two names with hits music. It was. And then it was. It was his music. And then it was before that. It was Value video and record, but it was up there on. On Harvard and Warrensville.
Co-host 3
Okay, yep.
Host
So it was on Harvard and Warrensville. But yeah, those was the times, man. Those was the times. I didn't know C Tech was. Was hip to Nicky's. Oh, yeah, and going in there, buying. Buying 100 worth of CDs, man. Because remember, remember, it was at a time where like, one CD could be like 15, 16. Then if you bought a double one, it was damn near 30. You know, double this back then.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
So, yeah, man, that's funny. That was my old stomping grounds. But yeah, man, what did we. When we got on the CDs, what. What was we. What was our point? How did we get to the CDs, man?
Co-host 3
I forgot what I got just draped off into that, man. Just remembering that.
Host
Hey, chat. When we started Talking about the CDs, what was we talking about? Because that was a point you was. We was making this. Getting like, nightcap now for real, man.
Co-host 3
Cause I was up there. Just started just getting in nostalgia. I remembered the CDs I bought. I'm like, damn, no, we talking about Diddy and a statute of limitations.
Host
Oh, okay. Statue of limitations. And then we went to. Oh, no, no, no.
Co-host 3
Oh, Jay Z. Jay Z partnering with Target.
Host
Target instead of his album. Yeah.
Co-host 3
And then we went to Sam Goody. And then we just went.
Co-host 2
Yeah,
Host
reminiscing about music and CDs. And I missed that.
Co-host 3
Man.
Host
Don't y' all miss that in the chat? Like the days of when you just
Co-host 3
trying to hold the city, trying to hold the CD Walkman ski still so that don't skip.
Host
Skip. Yeah. Hey, look, C.D. walkman was the. The stupidest invention of all inventions because a CD was way too delicate to have on your hip while you trying to do.
Co-host 3
But they. They eventually came out with the non. Skip ones, though.
Host
Yeah, they did.
Chorus/Show Announcer
They.
Co-host 3
They eventually came then, man. I'm talking about. I even remember the MP3 CDs.
Host
MP3C. Oh, yes. We got a thousand songs.
Co-host 3
Yeah. Before the MP3 players. You put the CD in the computer, put a thousand on, delete songs off, and.
Host
Hell yeah.
Co-host 3
And then after that, the MP came out. There was them zones.
Host
Yeah.
Co-host 3
Where it was a little box, and you get to swirl the little circle around, then start like. Like ipods and start really flooding the streets.
Host
Yeah, that's a good. I forgot about that, bro.
Co-host 3
Like I told you, the 90s, baby bro. We hybrids. Because we. I still would like, like, vinyls and. Yeah, I Didn't see. I didn't mess around with vinyls, cassettes. All. All type. All type of. So 90s is like the hybrid generation.
Host
Yeah. Yeah, it is though, y'.
Co-host 2
All.
Host
You're right. Because y'. All. Y' all young enough to. To. To be know about the new, but old enough to kind of. Yeah, man. Damn. Memories, memories, memories. Let's see any Carmelo Anthony update before we get the out. I know it got to be something I was talking about,
Co-host 3
Man.
Host
I hate these fake videos. When they be talking about like a video was. Was released of something like, they talking about they got the Carmella Anthony and Austin Metcalf video released. And then there's some other like.
Co-host 3
Oh, yeah, that clickbait.
Host
Yeah, Clickbait ass.
Co-host 3
Let's see.
Host
Oh, hold on. This might be. Let me see what this, right? This is video footage. This is the video footage of the Carmelo. The video was in 1k.
Co-host 3
This is not 4k, man. How the you even find 1k?
Chorus/Show Announcer
Use you like.
Co-host 3
Yeah, I don't want it. I don't want it. I don't want it completely visible. Get me one K. Like, what the.
Host
Yeah, exactly.
Co-host 3
The least resolution as possible. Like, out of here.
Host
1K.
Chorus/Show Announcer
Yeah.
Co-host 3
He didn't film that with the rabbit ears. You gotta smack the back of the TV for that to come.
Host
Your mother live in Baton Rouge. We got. This is still America. They said it was a hit put out there. A hit put out on. On it. On. On Carmelo's Jeep. And then. But somebody else was driving it and they. And they got ran off the road. They told Carmelo to stop. To stop driving it. Huh?
Co-host 3
You said that that was before the Austin Metcalf thing.
Host
Yeah. No, no, no. I think this is after Carmelo Anthony
Co-host 2
case will be removed from the bench.
Host
Somebody was talking about. I saw this. I don't know if y' all saw this. This guy said the judge from the
Co-host 2
bench, he will be no longer a judge. This judge knew that there were red flags and did not allow evidence submitted that would have exonerated Carmelo Anthony. This judge kept evidence from being submitted, which is unlawful conduct, knowing unlawful conduct, let alone the fact that the judge did not raise red flags in such a high racially profile case when it was. When he was aware that it was an all white jury. This should have been a red flag immediately. This cannot happen in the United States of America. The racism that is running rampant in the court system is absolutely disgraceful. This judge knew that he himself was breaking the law and breaking the standards of ethics. By there not being at least one person of color on that, that jury, he is totally liable. The judge is. Mr. Anthony was defending himself from five attackers. The parts of the video that people have not seen and there are other videos out there from other kids that were recording, they will surface, believe you me. But there was enough there to prove that it was self defense. God loves you. I love you. Now.

Saying stuff. Cause we black and all that. You see how many white people and give them some credit. Yeah, white people who sticking up for, for what's right. But for those who act like they don't understand what, what about all the white people who are saying it too, that, that they feel like it was self defense and that is other videos out there. And it was railroaded and there's no way that he should have had a. He was not judged by his peers.
Co-host 3
Man. Everything that we sat up there and said, bro, everything that we sat up
Host
there and said, everything that we said he was.
Co-host 3
And I've been seeing a lot of stuff where they were saying a lot of was sealed or not admitted. I've been seeing multiple little posts and little videos where they've been saying that. But I'm like, I'm like, all right, let me see some. I'm like, you know, just staying at bay until something else come up. But man. But a judge to be man to be removed from the bench. Come on now, come on now.
Host
I don't know.
Co-host 3
I don't see how if we playing cards now. Come on, let's call the spade a spade.
Host
I don't see how the people who don't understand the other side. I don't care what you, what your opinion is. But if I don't understand how you can't understand the other side, just say, well I can see why y' all feel that way. Even if you feel differently. It's too many people speaking up. And like I said, it's a lot of white people, I give them credit who are taking a lot of heat. But just like this guy standing up and saying, saying man, he was defending himself from five attackers. And you talking about a, a, a young man with no history, no priors and a damn near 4.0 student, first time getting any type of trouble. And you act like you can't figure out like you think he was just a straight cold blooded killer.
Co-host 3
Right? Like he owe dog out there bitches.
Host
Yeah. And then if he was trying to kill, dude,
Co-host 2
I.
Host
Every time we seen, I've seen stabbings where somebody was either unalive somebody or was trying to unalive somebody. It's multiple posts, one poke. This dude ain't a ninja exactly.
Co-host 3
He don't know exactly.
Host
Like he's just a sniper with the knife.
Co-host 3
Right?
Host
He never know history at all. And it was only one poke. It's like it shows he wasn't. His intent was to defend himself. His intent was not to kill nobody. Like, like that's another thing. Like if the dude had like five, four, five, six pokes, you know what I mean? Even three. Like that's more or less somebody with the intent. One hulk and running. You think he, like I said, a five star ninja. Come on, know that you unalive and like, come on, man.
Co-host 3
It didn't make sense.
Host
It did. It don't make sense. That ain't like when we see somebody trying to unalive somebody, it'd be stabbed 10 times, 20 times.
Co-host 3
You getting shank you.
Host
Yeah, you getting shame. You, you, you, you. He did that to get the hell and was gone. Like and, and so to look at a kid like that to get that kind of time. I'm like I said, I, I just thankful for the people who don't look like us that are actually speaking up because their, their words.
Co-host 3
That's who, that's what, that's what's gonna go. I mean I wish, I wish it was more influential people that look like us that was saying something. But it like shit, we ain't got time to really cry over spill me.
Host
And to be honest, the people that don't look like us speaking up hold more weight.
Co-host 3
Only that part. That part.
Host
Several reasons. But one reason is because you can't say they biased.
Co-host 3
Exactly.
Host
And they say, oh we just saying it cause they black. Okay, so what about the white people that's saying it? A lot of them saying it too with big platforms. So if we just saying it because we black, then why are they saying it then I want to know that. Because they not black. Yeah, they actually white and saying the same thing that we are saying. And they're saying it. A lot of them are saying it ain't. It ain't one here. It's a lot of them. So I just want to know if we're saying it and the only reason we're saying is because we're black, then what the hell are these white people saying? The exact same thing we saying with the same passion and sadness. Because right is right, wrong is wrong. They like, damn. Because one thing I'll say about us as a community as, as black and white, I'M just, especially even a white community, they believe in being able to defend yourself. Now I can say that because like I said, there's been cases where black men have been unalived in some self defense and we don't quite, you know, think it was fair. But I do know that as a country people, they believe in a person being able to defend themselves, especially when it comes to stand your ground, defend yourself, whatever it takes for you to be safe and sound out of that situation. Yeah, to me this is more consistent of. Of what they up. You know what I mean? They, they're sad more or less because they know like you should have the right to defend yourself. That's why. Yeah, that's why they said.
Co-host 3
Exactly. I mean then why shouldn't you or why should only select few have that have that right to do so? If we, if we all equal according to everybody else and how you can't
Host
see that he fear for his life. I give you an example. We already said it, but I'm gonna get a little more descriptive with it. You had a predominantly black school paint. I'm painting a picture for y'.
Co-host 3
All.
Host
I need everybody to just zone into this picture and, and give your honest thoughts.
Co-host 1
You don't even.
Host
You might give them in the chat. You might just keep it to yourself. But let me, let me, We're gonna, Let me, let me get this. We had. Imagine you had an all black school, predominantly black event. Whereas mostly black people, I mean, yeah, mostly black people. And imagine you are a five, eight white boy, weigh 130 pounds and four five and you go under a tent to get out of the ring. And then 4, 5, 6, 2, 6ft, 240 pound black dudes come over there threatening, pushing, telling you what to do. You mean to tell me you don't you, you won't be on. You won't be able to understand how that little 5 foot 7 white boy could be in fear for his life. He got four, five, six, two black dudes at a predominantly black school pressing you and surrounding you and telling you where you can go and what you. Where you could be. You wouldn't be able to understand how that white boy would be in fear for his life. Don't tell me you wouldn't. You can't understand how a person would be in. I've been like, I told you I've been in similar situations where you realize like I'm outnumbered like a mug here.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
But nobody pressed me. So imagine if I'm, if you already fearing let you Outnumber. And there's four people surround you, who all bigger than you. I can't understand.
Co-host 3
It's fight or flat at that point.
Co-host 2
Huh?
Co-host 3
It's fight or flight at that point.
Co-host 1
Right?
Host
Even an attorney said. I heard attorney breaking it down and was like, you know, people talking about, oh, why do you have a knife? At a track meet, they like people who carry protection, which he had a right to carry. Protection. Protection. It wasn't long enough to say it was illegal. It was short enough to be legal. It's like people who carry protection carry it all the time. You know what I'm saying? Like, they don't just have it one time. Like if you carry a knife or you conceal and carry a gun, you are gonna have that pretty much at all times. Because the minute you don't have it and something happened, it's like, why did you ever have it? You know what I'm saying? So an attorney broke that down. Like people acting like surprised because he had a weapon or had a knife. As long as it wasn't an illegal knife, it was. It was legal by standards of. It was I think less than three and a half inches or whatever. They said it needs to be from Walmart. But if somebody carries protection, they're going to carry it wherever they are. Pretty much. It's not going. You're not going to just say, oh, I'm just going to carry it when I'm at the park, or I'm just going to carry it when I go to the grocery store.
Co-host 3
That the twins were suspended anyway.
Host
Yeah, supposed to be there ain't nobody even talked about that.
Co-host 3
Come on now. Anybody then, like, even then, you know, somebody, you know, some people might want to get their. Suspended from school. Anytime you get suspended from school, if you're a student athlete, you suspended from that. From that program as well. If I got suspended from school, I couldn't play my high school basketball game that weekend.
Host
Right. Period, Period. Yeah, man. So Enoch says, I strongly believe is gonna do it, get gonna do a new trial. And he worked two jobs and from a decent family, he had an Ms. Diploma. Those twins were suspended. They weren't even supposed to be there. Yeah, man. Fire Glory said, wasn't he standing his ground and still got time? Yeah, they. They trying. They. They playing. They moved. Hey, look, they moving the goal post so much.
Co-host 3
Yeah, the ground.
Host
I don't even want to. Want to hear. I don't want to hear. Stand your ground no more.
Co-host 3
Nope.
Host
We need to abolish, like, figure out a whole new Whatever I don't want.
Co-host 3
It ain't. It ain't stand your ground is defend your life and roll the dice.
Host
That's exactly y.
Co-host 3
What it is.
Host
Yep. Defend your life or roll the dice. Right, right.
Co-host 3
See, that's it.
Host
I don't want to hear the stand your ground no more. Like, because stand your ground is just an excuse to say, well, we'll pick and choose who can stand their ground. You know what I mean? Like, I don't want to hear the stand your ground. The stand your ground is now at this point. Like I said, we had to take it on the chin in the past with all the mother cases, including Trayvon Martin, but after this one, I'm done with stand your ground. I. I ain't about to try to explain it or understand it. It. It's just. It's just a rule that some people can take advantage of and some people can't.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
It just. It's really there for that. So I really. It don't really serve a purpose. Like, I don't believe I can stand my ground. I mean.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
And not. And. And be. And I had no type of consequences, had no issues. I don't believe. I believe. I believe if, If. If I unalive the wrong person and in the wrong town.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
It's getting 100 years. No matter if I was in fear for my life or not. They don't think we in fear for our life. But. But a black man could be one on one and that person could say they was in fear for their life and get away with it. But black man could be outnumbered, outsized out everything. And we still don't believe that they could be in fear for their life. So stand your ground at this point.
Co-host 3
Yeah.
Host
So yeah, man, we're gonna go ahead and get the hell out of here. Appreciate everybody coming in for our great debate. Another good one. This time flew shout out to everybody in the. In. In the chat. Episode Title: Calling Out Public Disrespect Toward Women, Michelle Obama the next target
Date: June 16, 2026
Host: Flo
Theme: Challenging the normalization of public disrespect against women—especially Black women—using the recent public insult directed at Michelle Obama as a focal point, and exploring broader issues including racial dynamics, legal updates, and culture.
In this episode, Flo and the co-hosts take a strong, unapologetic stance against the public disrespect of women—especially Black women—prompted by a widely circulated incident where a public figure called Michelle Obama "a man" on the White House lawn. The episode dives into why such statements are not only offensive but harmful, unpacks the social and cultural contexts, refuses to accept "it's just a joke" as an excuse, and connects this disrespect to broader patterns in American society. Alongside this main discussion, the hosts touch on updates related to Diddy’s legal battles, issues with the justice system, community support, nostalgia around music culture, and the importance of standing up for principles.
[02:22 – 22:06]
“If it was a joke, we got the right to say the [joke] ain’t funny. … Some jokes are funny, some jokes aren’t funny. This joke wasn’t funny. Nobody laughed.” ([05:02])
“We black real black men stand up for our women, especially our black women. That’s what the [expletive] you supposed to do.” ([21:07])
[20:13 – 32:23]
[37:31 – 54:41]
[67:21 – 84:24]
[84:33 – End]
Flo (on the Michelle Obama insult):
“Nobody at the arena laughed. Nobody even at the arena laughed. The joke didn’t hit the way he thought it was gonna hit… That was just. It was embarrassing to me. Like, I was embarrassed for him.” ([05:02])
Flo (on culture):
“Malcolm X said Black women are the most disrespected people on the planet—and we all know that.” ([20:13])
Co-host 3:
“We black, real Black men stand up for our women, especially our Black women. That’s what the [expletive] you supposed to do.” ([21:07])
On society’s selective outrage:
“Imagine if Jon Jones would have been up there and was like, Melania Trump is a man… the whole Secret Service would have jumped on him.” ([18:17])
Flo (on “stand your ground”):
“It’s just a rule that some people can take advantage of and some people can’t.” ([83:30])
Co-host 3 (on technical legal failings):
“What lawyer don’t know the statute of limitations? Ain’t no way you about to have me believe that.” ([48:38])
This episode is a powerful, unapologetic call to action. Flo and the crew do not just vent—they analyze, contextualize, and challenge every facet of public disrespect towards women in power. They demand accountability, call out double standards, and urge listeners to defend women, use discernment in legal matters, and uplift their communities. Through it all, their tone is passionate, conversational, and full of cultural references, ensuring the show feels like both a truth-telling session and a family gathering.
