Wake up. It's the Flow show. No filter. Happy, happy Hump day. Fireworks in the Diddy trial. The courtroom. The judge has had enough. We got to get into all that. But before we get into all that, let me cover my ass. No Diddy. The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow show, no Filter are for education and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Happy, happy Hump day, y' all. What the hell is going on? Hope everybody enjoyed. I see the Breakfast Crew shout out to the Breakfast Crew in the building every day at 7:30am sharp. Sharp as attack Monday through Friday. If you don't catch us there, 9 o' clock on 9 o' clock am on Facebook and of course 247 on Apple and Spotify or wherever you get your podcast episodes. But Apple and Spotify is the main place, y' all. What the hell is going on? Good morning Civil. Good morning Anitra C. Tuck in the building. Good morning Megan. Yvonne. Evan. Yvonne. Ms. Martinez, thank you for the 4.99. Super sticker. You started off right up early with it, 499. I appreciate that. Your boy been eating good lately, thanks to y' all. Y' all know the super chats and super stickers go to a good cause. Putting food in my belly. Y' all know I'm greedy, y' all. Don't you hate when people take your kindness for weakness? Don't you hate when you try to be kind to mother efforts who don't even deserve, but you do it anyway? Because that's what we supposed to do. We're supposed to be nice to people. Treat others as you want to be treated. But you got those few bastards who don't know how to accept nice treatment and they take it and run with it. I know y' all like, where is he going with this story? The judge has had enough. The judge in this Diddy trial has been nice to itty bitty Mohawk, Little Diddy Smalls and his billion dollar legal team. And I feel like he's been. He's went out his way to be fair. He's really thought through and took his time on these half ass, frivolous ass motions they've been filing since this trial has started. And just like the bastards I was speaking about in my original story, you got people like Diddy and his legal team that you can't be fucking nice to because they take that as, oh, I can run over this guy. The judge went the hell off on everybody in that courtroom yesterday. And I liked it. Because if you've been watching and following this podcast, I told you that's why I can't be a judge. Because soon as I came in the courtroom, I would have held Diddy and. And his whole legal team in contempt. Just immediately, I would have just started from there. First of all, before you even open your mouth, I'm holding all you in contempt first. And I will take you off contempt one by one when I want to. And I know you can't do that as a judge. That's why I'm a podcaster, because they would have disrobed me in five minutes and his headlines would have been, we we looking for a new judge for the Diddy trial. Because I'm not playing with nobody. And let me explain to y' all what happened. So it's been a lot of controversy with the jurors. We done. The judge has had to remove juror number six because he was lying about where the hell he lived at. He had inconsistent stories. Then the judge let Diddy and His team stand up there and pull the race card. They've been pulling a race card since the beginning of this trial. He let them. He. He heard them out. He really made the decision on last Friday. But since they got up there telling their. Their war stories about minority voting, I mean, juries and. And how this is not fair to Diddy. And the judge said he asleep on it. He thought about over the weekend, and then he. And he. And he came back Monday and he just reassured the courtroom and confirmed to Diddy's team that y' all can take that motion and shove it where the sun don't shine and slam this damn gavel. Then the issue comes up again with another juror. This time it's juror number seven. So the judge says at the beginning of court, hey, we got an issue with juror number seven. We're going to talk about it at the end. So they talk about it at the end. It's only the lawyer did his legal team that basically the prosecution and the defense are in a sealed courtroom, and this whole interaction was sealed. So nobody's supposed to know. So they haven't been exact about what was leaked about this. But reading the tea leaves, we can tell that it was about. Well, we know it was about juror number seven, but we also know what happened. Juror number seven received a mysterious text from a number he didn't know he or she. I don't know if it's a he or she from a number they didn't know. And it asked them were they juror number six. And this news was broken by tmz. I believe this is what pissed the judge off, the reason why. I'm pretty sure this is what it was about, because even prior to this and even once he was going to off on everybody, the judge has never given that information. Whereas we knew there were inconsistencies with juror number six. They let us know that. But even right now, the judge hasn't said anything about juror number seven receiving a text or any of that out of his mouth yet. We hear from tmz, and we already know TMZ is in bed with Mark Garagos, which also puts them in bed with Teddy Garrigus, Garagos, Mark Garago's daughter. And we know they're doing everything they can in desperation to try to get a freaking mistrial. So the judge didn't say who did what. He said he's about to investigate it. But it don't take a rocket scientist to. To. To. To realize why the hell would the prosecution leak it? What. What do they have to gain? Who has something to gain? T.M. sleazy. Because you can't. You can't forget to sleep in front of the Z. Anytime you say TM Sleazy, it's not tmz. It's TM Sleazy. TMZ got something to gain because they so thirsty to get a story. And the U.S. youTubers and podcasters are kicking their ass when it comes to this media coverage. And they desperate. Don't get it twisted. That's something that a lot of people ain't mentioning. TMZ numbers are down. If you notice. TMZ is trying to change up their whole style on social media. They're trying to post with natural. Harvey looks a wreck. He looks stressed. The out he digging up stories, talking about who unalive Michael Jackson. And y' all know I love Michael Jackson, but don't nobody give a about that story right now, Harvey. But y' all, y' all are desperate over there at TM Sleazy. Also Mark Garagos and, And his team of his motley crew of men, his legal team, they're desperate because they need a mistrial like you need a hole in your head because they are cooked. And I believe wholeheartedly that they leaked this information in attempt. In an attempt for a mistrial. And that's just my opinion. But one thing about my opinion, the be right. I'm the goat when it comes to reading tea leaves. And I, and, and, and, and. And I know something is up with this juror information. Like I said, the judge has not told us this. This information that TMZ revealed to us. The judge has not mentioned it yet. That's what lets me know that that information, he did not want out. He's been very transparent when he could be transparent. And if he wanted us to know about that, he would have said it out his mouth. So I feel the judge, and I don't think the judge is going to give Diddy and his team any more leeway. Think he done had enough. I think he wanted to square up with the damn defense because I, I'm sure he knows. He just can't say it. The judge knows that the prosecution didn't leak no information. Why the hell would they leak that? That don't do that. That don't. Does that don't do anything for the prosecution. And then the great girl, great, great young lady, Tisa Tails was in the courtroom and she said while the judge was reprimanding everybody in the freaking courtroom. She said the lawyers were sitting there like kids when. When they didn't did something wrong or they got a bad grade on their test or they didn't do their homework and you reprimanded them and they sitting there with their head kind of sunken low in. In a humble position. Why they are like that? Tisa Tail said Diddy was half ass antagonizing the judge by doing all kind of stupid ass stretches and stuff. I wasn't there to see that. But I know Tisa Tails, I believe what she say. If Tisa Tail say it, I don't believe she gonna lie. So I'm taking her for a word for it. I'm taking her out of word. Tisa Tail said Diddy was stretching and doing and being all extra like. Like almost throwing it in the judge face or just kind of happy the judge was pissed off. This is a mess. This is a mess. But I got faith in this judge and I got faith in this system on this one that they gonna get this right. And whatever games the Diddy and his legal teams are playing is about to freaking backfire. Mark my words. But I told y' all, I knew if y' all, anybody that been following this podcast since we started, y' all did not tell y' all that that Diddy and his legal team was gonna get on this judge's nerves. And it's been building up, building up, building up until the judge exploded. He's been calm, cool, and collected this whole time. But he finally had enough. Because you. You give people like Diddy an inch, they gonna take a country mile every time. And that's what happened. That's what happened. They are so desperate for a mistrial. Tim Sleazy is desperate because this. They already was falling off. TMZ was already turning into a dinosaur. But their coverage on this Diddy trial has been so compromised and it's so. It's been so blatant that they full of. That the world is tuning them out. Who really still goes to TMZ for their news. Now, if you on social media, you see Harvey looking like a zombie, trying to have a natural post, trying to post like we do. But that ain't gonna work, man, because this is genuine. You got to be genuine. These days, the public don't give a about smoke and mirrors. They are following genuine sources. Genuine sources like me, Tisha Tails, Ticket tv. It's a. It's a few other people. Those are some people I know. But tmz, AKA Tim Sleazy, has really Pissed me off. And it's funny because I blocked teams. Y' all know, I was on TMZ like, six or seven times, and I told my story on my subscriber content about. I felt like they were. They got. It got to the point where it felt like they were using me. And the last day I was. I was on the appearance. They tied me up the whole day. And then at the end of the day, I'm waiting to go on. They were like, oh, I'm sorry. We ran out of time. We're gonna reschedule for so and so so and so. And it was so. It was so fake, like, the way they did it. I didn't feel respected at all. I was like. I said to myself, you know, I do podcasts. I got social media content. I got my own going on. I don't have time to be having a whole day tied up for you to be talking about. You ran out of time. And so that was my last time. And I blocked TMZ after that. All my Skype account and. And the way we were communicating, I just blocked them because I just was like. I didn't like that. And y' all. You know what I mean? That's how I am. Anyway. No, no, no. No hard feelings. But I told y' all back on the original on the show a long time ago, I don't care who you are. You can kick them same rocks in them same flip flops without no socks, just like anybody. I don't give a damn if you the person down the street or you big ass tmz. If I don't like how you moving, then I will let you kick them same rocks. I don't give a damn. And this was way before all of this. I am so happy that I distanced myself from T. I all one thing about me, I move with my gut. I move with my heart. And my heart, my gut ain't failed me yet. And I didn't even know it was the right thing when I blocked tmz. And after my sixth appearance, I went about my merry way. I didn't even know if it was the right thing to do at that time, but I just didn't like the treatment. And I didn't like. I didn't feel right. I started feeling like they using me. You're not about to use me. I don't need no damn TMZ anyway. So I'm glad I distanced myself from TM Sleazy, because this diddy trial has exposed them in a way where I Don't even look at them the same. I don't even look at Harvey the same. I don't even look at TMZ the same. Tmz, AKA tmz. TM Sleazy. Them fell all the way off and they dinosaurs. Now shout out to Tisa Tails. Techno hippie said, I like Tisa too. She works alone and is very brave and sweet, not to mention absolutely gorgeous. Real recognized. Real stay amazing. Of course. Yeah, I love teacher. And if t. And if anybody ever came at Tisa Tails, I would go the off on them. I got teacher tales back. And any journalist that, that, that does this with passion and is not scared to go front and center in the fire, I got they back. Y' all know that about me, so I just want to put that out there. Y' all like Tisa Tails too, and, and, and, and I think she does a great job and I think she's very passionate and genuine about what she does. I was glad to see the judge going off. Exactly. You can't even give Diddy an itty bitty inch. You give him an itty bitty inch, he gonna take a big Punisher mile. Itty Bitty Mohawk, Sticky note, Diddy Smalls by the time. I just can't wait. Now at this point, I don't give a damn because you know, I'll be trying to hold back a little bit. I try to give Diddy a little grace. It's no secret. I don't like anything about what he's done. I used to love Diddy back in the day and the Bad boy and Biggie Smalls and all that. But I'm. I found out all that was just a. Was fraudulent. So I can't wait on this long ass name we done gave Diddy. I can't wait till we can add in the front of that name. Guilty. Itty Bitty Mohawk, sticky note, Diddy Smalls. That's gonna be his final name when this trial is over. Say that 10 times in a row. Oh, yeah. Y' all. Y' all know Flo's Kitchen is open on a Wednesday. It's open on Wednesday. Hey, look, we cooking them with extra sauce, extra crispy. Bring the crock pot out. I'm on. I'm in rare form today because I'm so glad that the judge took a little page out of Flo's book and just went the off on everybody. Sometimes you just got to go the off on everybody just to let people know, don't take my niceness for weakness. And you know that brought a tea. That brought a smile to my face when the, when the judge said, I'm about to sanction every. I said, that's what I'm talking about. Judge Aaron Subramanian. Y' all know it. Everybody, we all hard workers in here. And, and, and one thing about the flow community, it's a bunch of hard working people. And you know, sometimes, you know, you, you, you at your job, you try to be nice to everybody. You know, you want everybody to have a cool working environment. And sometimes you take a back seat to people when they say a little ignorant or get a little out of line. But some days, y' all know you got to go in that job and just go the off on people just because you're not about to be playing with me all the time. And so y' all know it may smile. It made Flo smile. When I, When I saw Judge Aaron tell him, he telling everybody he about to investigate. Here comes sanctions. I said, see, that's flow. Everybody got a little bit of flow in them. Because that's exactly how I would have handled it. I would have came in that courtroom, my role would have been looking crazy. It would have looked like I blew into that courtroom. My role I would have came in. You would have knew I was going off before I even said a word. Because my role would have been all over the place. So shout out to the judge. That's my intro for the day. Let's get into some of these articles, y' all. The way to go, Judge. Ain't nothing like seeing somebody cook. I said the kitchen was open in the, in the courtroom yesterday, and I liked it. And, and Diddy stretching and, and being all extra. Yeah, there you go. Rachelle just said it better. She said it best. Sometimes you gotta pop out and show ninjas. And that's what the judge did yesterday. So let's start with that. I got my intro out the way, y' all. I'mma calm the down now and get into the article, get into my little professional flow. So bear with me, y' all. Y' all know sometimes I get, I get a little. I get a little rambunctious, but they pissed me off. So this coming from the New York Post? Yep. Exactly. Civil. My. I would have came in there, you would have thought a tornado blew me in there. That road would have been twisted all kind of ways. Yup. They would have been in that courtroom like, oh, flow about to go off. I'd have been like, first and foremost, I'm holding all you in contempt until I Figure out what the hell I want to do next. Kind of like when your mama, when my mom used to just send us all to the room so she can think about the punishment, you know, you knew it was a. You knew it was a real punishment coming. When my mom was so mad, the first thing she said is just take y' all asses into the room. That means she want to think long and hard before she give us the punishment from hell. You know, I'd rather have my punishment immediately. Just tell me now. Because when you got time to think about it, our ass grass. So anyway, let's get into the article, y' all. This comes from the New York Post. I told y' all, that's why I signed a professional. I'm just good. I'm good at what I do. I don't wanna. I don't want people to like me. I appreciate my flow community because. Because y' all like me. But I don't do this to be liked. I do this to be good. I make sure I'm good at what I do. That's why I have so many trolls and so many people who claim they don't agree with me watching my because I'm so good. I'm that good. They be in my Facebook comments talking about all you took. All you saying is a bunch of blah, blah, blah. And I say back to them, well, I guess all it took for me for you to come in my comments and be on my page for me to say blah, blah, blah. I'm that good. You. You want to come hear my blah blah blah. I can talk about anything and you're gonna come check right in. I focus on being good at what I do. I don't focus on being light. That's the difference. See, when you good at what you do, everybody tune in. When you sitting here trying to make people like you, only the people that like you tune in. I don't give a damn about who like me. I. I just try to be the best at what I do. That way everybody keep watching and we keep going up. So I appreciate all the flow community. New York Post Diddy trial live updates Judge rips lawyers for leaking sealed details Second juror might be booted Mike be booted the judge and Sean Diddy Combs sex trafficking trial ripped into attorneys for both on both sides Tuesdays after details from a closed door proceedings were published in the media. And by media we talking about Tim's sleazy Tisa Tails don't be lying every day I People say whatever though. That's why. Hey look, when somebody work hard, you just work hard. You can't pay attention to people because people who work hard respect people who work hard. People who don't, they find reasons to hate. That's why I don't try to be liked. I just try to be the best and watch everybody continue to tune into me on every platform so people can say what they want. But you all tune in the in and that's the goal. So anything outside of that, if you don't, if you disagree, tune the out. Goodbye. Ain't nobody begging for no Ain't nobody begging for no engagement Ain't nobody begging for no viewers. Ariva dirche Adios. The judge in a closed sealed environment got his information leaked. Someone is lying and I'm quoting the judge. This is a nice way of him saying y' all run y' all mouth too much. And I quote he says someone is lying as he threatened to hold attorneys in contempt of court if it happens again. One or more people who were here Friday in this courtroom flagrantly violated this court's orders. They told some information about that juror when he specifically said, even told the jurors when it came to juror number six, do not mention that he was booted because he lied about his residence. Just say he was removed and leave it at that. Diddy, 55, is accused of using his fame and fortune to run a decade long scheme in which he controlled and manipulated his longtime girlfriend, R B singer Cassie Ventur and Offering and others using violence and threats forcing them into freak off marathon and we're going to talk about they had to watch some more of them nasty ass freak off. This trial is a mix between Court TV Cornhub only fans and First 48. You got all that mixed into this into this case. So the judge held a closed door meeting and loose lips are sinking ships. The jury has been sent home. Yeah, I like what y' all said in the comments. No tisa tail slander will be tolerated on the Flow show. She worked way too hard and she does a great job. So I I'm not buying into none of that slander and I'm glad the Flow community chat while I while I continue this show. Please have Tisa tails back in those in the chat. I stand behind her 100,000%. 20,000 toes. Let me continue. The jury has been sent home after an investigator in the Manhattan attorney's office spent the whole day on the witness stand. After the panelists were let go, Judge Aaron Subramanian held a closed Door proceeding likely to question one juror over an issue that might call for their dismissal from the case tomorrow. Brendan which was to it will be today. Brendan Paul is expected to begin testifying about his time allegedly selling drugs to Diddy Sean. Diddy Combs lawyer Tenny Gargo spent most of her time after the lunch break showing jurors sex. They've been sex messages. They call them sex messages with their text messages they've seen before between the hip hop mogul and his former longtime girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Garagos read aloud both loving and racy messages that Ventura sent the Bad Boys founder, including ones where she seemed eager and willing to participate in freak offs. They're trying to paint this consensual picture. I'm gonna give you a little bit more info on the judge in a few Also they are going to allow or with the we got an article talking about Kanye west is now has the correct credentials to actually go inside the courtroom. We're going to have to talk about that in a minute. If you remember, he tried to go the other day. They whisked his ass to the overflow room where he was by himself where he thought he was going to be in the main courtroom with the, with, with Diddy's family and the jurors and all that. And they put him in his own room, an overflow room where he was just watching it on video and. And he was there about two seconds and got his ass out of there because he wasn't getting no VIP treatment. Well, they are saying now he is on the correct list and can go into the actual real courtroom. We're going to talk about that too, but let me finish detailing what the hell went on yesterday. So they revealed a text message where, where Cassie said, baby, I want to freak off so bad. Basically, like I said, trying to paint that is the picture that this is contentual now. Jurors kept poker face as the Combs lawyers played in more than 15 minutes of explicit freak off footage. Y' all wouldn't want to be no damn juror, man. They had to watch 15 minutes of Baby oil and boobies and drugs stupors. They had to watch 15 minutes of this trifling. Oh my God, I wouldn't want to be a juror. Shout out to the jurors, man, y' all doing. Y' all doing a job that not too many. I don't know, maybe y' all would want to do it. But I wouldn't want to be no jerk. I don't want to watch no 15 minutes of of Diddy in the corner playing with his itty bitty Tootsie Roll and taking advantage of women and got male sex workers just ramming them left and right. I'm cool. I don't want to see it. But these jurors had to watch it. So anyway, jurors kept their cool Tuesday as Sean Diddy Combs, lawyer, played them more than 15 minutes of X rated footage of his infamous marathon sexual escapades and he dubbed freak offs itty bitty. At least two of the panelists appeared to uncomfortably shift their chairs and scratch their faces while these explicit videos played on the monitors near their seats, but otherwise kept their emotions close to the vest. Jurors wore headphones to listen to the video, but the media and public were blocked from viewing and could barely hear. But they said there was a malfunction and somehow it played loudly. I don't know if it played over some speakers or it came out of whatever, but they said for a minute it was like, for a second it was moaning and all type of crazy going on and they had to fix it or whatever somebody said. Melissa said she loved to see Diddy get tossed out of the courtroom. Yeah, that'd be nice. That'd be a sight for sore eyes. So George wore headphones and watch this nasty crap. That's cr Man. I ain't never. I didn't even know. I didn't even know you could like be obligated to watch X rated videos as a juror. I didn't even know that I thought that was. I would just assume there was a law against X rated content, but I guess not. These video were. Videos were from 2012, October, October 14, 2012, October 20, 2012 and December 4 during the time period when Combs ex girlfriend Cassie ventured to testified that Combs coerced her into having sex with male escorts. As Combs watched in the corner like the pervert he is and pleasured himself. I can't believe they had to watch this, y' all. It. I don't even like reading this. This part. So imagine having to watch it. Diddy with his beady eyes over there in the corner looking like a. I ain't gonna say nothing. Prosecutors played around two minutes of the footage for jurors yesterday, but Combs attorney Tenny Gargos has played more than 15 minutes of the video Tuesday while cross examining Special Agent Delassi delasa Penland. So now let's talk about what else they. What else went on in that courtroom? The new juror. We got another Juror who's whose ass is grass looks like he's going to be out of here. And let's get into some of these massive credit card before we get into this. Kanye west and him being able to go into the courtroom now, did he want some star power on his side? And I and I believe they want to see if Kanye can help sway some of the jurors with his star power. That's just me speculating. But it has to be a reason why they're going so hard to get Kanye west in that courtroom. And it ain't just to support a friend. I'm not buying that talk about this. Did y' all know that they saying Diddy is going to skip the stand? So you mean to tell me Diddy. Mr. It ain't no case. Mr. Want to control everything. Mr. Pleading my innocence. You just. It's just a black man being tore down. You don't want to get on the stand and speak for yourself. They are saying this is from W I O N. Their sources are saying Diddy to skip the stand. No testimony in the sex trafficking case. So they're basically saying that Diddy is not going to get on the stand for himself. What do y' all think about that? Do y' all think that points to his innocence or it points to his guilt? You would think he would want to get on there and speak up for himself. But they're saying he's not gonna get on the stand. They saying Diddy gonna sit back and not say nothing for himself. I don't know if I was ever in a situation which I ain't never gonna be in no such. This Diddy is only. I don't even know if it's anybody ever in life that will be in this position and done have done the things that Diddy has done. But I'm getting my innocent ass on that stand. I'm sorry. I'm speaking for myself. I don't give a damn who don't like it or what. Nobody say if you innocent and all you got to do is go up there and tell the truth. Why not get on the stand? All you got to do is go up there and tell the truth. What's so hard about that? Anitra says his anger will get the best of him. That's why he will show just what the prosecution need. I believe it. Yeah. See, he can't. He can't. He can't. Yeah, he, he, he, he, he running out of sticky notes. He running out of sticky. He, he giving out sticky notes. Like Uno cards to all his lawyers. He got so much to say, but he won't get on the stand tells me a lot, especially for somebody like Diddy. Diddy would love to get on that stand. But the fact that they're saying he's not getting on the stand should let you know something. Somebody like Mr. Itty Bitty Mohawk sticky note Diddy Smalls is not getting on the stand as much as he writing all these sticky notes, as much as he nodding and doing all this. All type of communication you can do. He nodding and looking at jurors and staring people in their eyes and harassing content creators visually and, and looking at the, the one, the one girl who they say he's been staring at her and doing this and doing that. But. But you don't want to get on stand. You don't want to get on that stand because you are the cop. Because he's a coward. And cowards put their hands on women and control and have regular hard working people doing illegal. That's all coward. Itty bitty energy. That's all itty bitty energy. And so it's definitely par for the course that his ass ain't getting on that stand. You want to be in your seat, you got ants in your pants, you want to nod, you want to pass sticky notes, you want to do any type of communication you can. But when it's a chance for you to get on that stand and tell the truth, oh, hell no. Hell no. You got 30 years on the line and you ain't getting on the stand. I don't care what you say. That's guilty if I ever seen guilty. That's just my opinion. But most time my opinion be right. So then he's skipping the stand also, because we rocking and rolling. Let's get to how they, how they go. How they getting Kanye west in this thing. And then we're gonna talk about some more proof of the Rico, about the credit cards they went into, about all the cards and the credit cards that were being used, which were corporate credit cards being used to buy all type of sex toys and baby oil and Astro Glide and booking rooms and all that type of. But let's get into this. Kanye west being able to return and be actually in the courtroom now. This article comes from Business Insider. I would never want Kanye west to be speaking up for me. I know that about if it was me because I got. I got a friend or two like Kanye west kind of loud. You don't know what the hell they gonna say. And you know, all of the above. I wouldn't want to ask nowhere near the courtroom if I had a case going on, because I don't know what the hell you might say, but when you desperate. When they say desperate times call for desperate measures. And ain't no celebrity speaking up for Diddy. And if you say Ray J, I said celebrities. I didn't say, I didn't stop talking about Ray J. I said no celebrities have been speaking up for Diddy at all. The only celebrity that's speaking up for Diddy is Kanye West. And I guess Diddy, like, I gotta take what I can get. I wouldn't even want Kanye in the courtroom. He might stand up and say some remember, you know, every award show, he always speaking out his line. He might try that in the courtroom, but we'll see. So Business Insider has an article says Kanye west can now return to the Diddy trial and actually be allowed in the courtroom this time. I don't know if that's a good thing, but let's, let's, let's dig into this article and see what the hell they talking about. Out. Yay. The rapper formerly known as Kanye shouldn't have any more trouble getting into the Manhattan courtroom for the sex trafficking trial of his pal, Sean Diddy. Combs, the Jesus Walk rapper has been added to Combs friends and family trial guest list. This is how they getting them in there. According to two sources with knowledge of the document, those on the guest list have access to two reserved seat rows on the left side of the 26th floor federal courtroom where the Hip Hop Moguls criminal trial is now in its sixth week. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The flow community is very good over here. We, we not begging for no. We ain't begging for no new. On a side note, we ain't begging for no, no new. People, if you want to come and you come in and you coming with respect, come on in. But if you're not Arriva D. Adios, Cincha. My uncle used to say, Cincha wouldn't want to beat you anyway. It's not clear whether Yay. Will be returning to support Combs at his trial, but if he does, there will be a seat available for him alongside Combs family members in the courtroom. Now I'm 50. 50. Will he return or maybe he won't? I don't know. Maybe Kanye was just trying to show a face so Diddy would shut the hell up about him coming to court and supporting. And maybe Kanye might feel he got that out the way it Might go about his life or he might want to come back. I don't know. So I'm 50. 50. I can't make a call whether I think he. He coming or not. I could see both outcomes. Anyway, his. The representative for Yay didn't immediately respond to the request of where he would come back or not. If you remember, Yay went. Came to the courtroom. What was that last. Let me see. Was that last week time just be flying? Yeah, I think that was last week when Kanye. No, yeah, that was like last week when Kanye went to the court and he came in his all white freak off attire, which I thought that was. I don't know if that was the best outfit. All white. When we talking about all these all white parties and freak offs and all that. But he had all white on. And he stepped into court marching like he was like a man on a mission. And. And as he marched, they marched his ass right into his own room like a kid and watching a little monitor. You ain't. He said, kanye, you ain't going in the main room, Chaz, in this room by yourself. And you know Kanye, he can't sit in a room by itself watching no damn TV longer than 30 seconds. So just as quick as he had his all white freak off best on and marched in there, it probably took him more time to march in the courtroom than he was even actually in the courtroom because he was gone like the flash once he realized he couldn't be front and center. That's fake support. That's fake support. That's what I said. This is one thing about Hollywood, they gonna be fake. You can count on that. Because if I'm coming to support my friend, I ain't gonna leave just because they put me in a overflow room. I'm there to support. But that's why Hollywood exposed themselves all the time. Kanye is something more. It ain't about no support, because if it was about support, you wouldn't have left in five seconds once you realized you weren't gonna be in the main room. I'm just being honest. You go to court to support your friend who. Who looking at life in prison, you gonna leave in five seconds. Just because they put you in the overflow room. Don't. Ain't you gonna want to sit there and watch and see what's going on and support your friend? Your friend in fre communication. Y' all are on fire in the chat today. And I like y' all. Y' all are on fire in. In said Diddy in his tootsie roll with his oil in his hand. Yeah. What? I can't unsee it. So that's what's up with Kanye West. He's on the family list now, so we'll see where that goes. And if he even returns. He might not even return. Now that he has the credential to actually go in the courtroom, he might not even return. You know, Kanye west is weird like that. Let's see what else we got here. Oh, let's get to these massive credit card charges and, and all this, all this freak off. I can't wait to they look, after this trial is over, I don't ever want to say the word freak off again. It feels nasty even saying the word freak off. So after this trial is over, I ain't never saying the word freak off again. And if I can help it, it might slip out a few times, but I'm gonna try. So it comes from complex magazine. Complex magazine. Music moguls. Outrageous credit card bills, purchases and other things revealed in court. So it says some of Diddy's massive credit card purchases were revealed in court in the midst of his ongoing federal sex rafa can and racketeering trial. Diddy's big spending habits over the years were detailed in court as his purchases for different things, bank statements and so on and so forth over the year were read aloud by prosecutors who sought to tie his umbrella company bad boy worldwide entertainment and its subsidiaries to this case. Rico. Using your enterprise to carry out crimes, pay for crimes, all of the above in an attempt to commit crimes. And you do this in a structured business setting. This is where we get rico. This is where we get a criminal enterprise. Diddy's spending habits over the years were detailed in court as his purchases for different bank statements over the year were read aloud by prosecutors. On Thursday, special agent penland, an investigator for the u. S. Attorney's office, shared a spreadsheet of more than 30 pages that covered various flights, trips and hotel room charges to diddy. The evidence showed he racked up over $46,000 in damages in the intercontinental hotel in times square that same month. His $944,000 credit card bill was paid using multiple bank accounts tied to his companies, according to testimony. Now to people who don't know or don't want to know, this don't mean nothing. But what they're showing you is his company. He used funds from his company to pay for these illegal freak offs. And for the umpteenth billion time, this isn't consensual adults having Sex. This is illegal. You have people saying he's just. Ain't nothing wrong with being a freak. Ain't nobody saying nothing wrong with being a freak. But it's something wrong with doing being an illegal freak and doing it in an illegal way. What don't people understand about that? You and your partner can be as freaky as y' all want to be together in your own environment, but what you can't do is flying sex workers all over the globe, going state to state, paying cash, basically prostitution and coercing people into these free costs. That is what is on trial here. Not two people having consensual freaky sex. I wish people would quit saying that. Like, like, like, like. That's not what this case about. This case is not about a freak. This case is about an illegal freak. We have things in this world and in this country we have these things called laws. L A W and with these things that are kind of new to a lot of people in this world, it's kind of like a new to them. It's kind of like a new thing. Like this is something that just came out. They're called laws. And with these things that they're called laws, you must abide by these laws. I know it's a new concept for a lot of these new Mohawk Diddy little pervs in the comments sections, but I'm trying to explain it the best I can. And in this country, you have to follow laws or your ass gonna be in court fighting for your freedom. So for people that don't understand, Diddy broke laws. It's not illegal to be a freak. It is illegal to break laws. And the minute you hire sex workers and fly them state to state and, and hold up support over people you manipulated to being your girlfriend. But it's called fraud because you know they're not your girlfriend. You never intend for them to be anything. They're just there for their sexual pleasure. And you use your leverage to coerce them into these illegal freak offs. And you use all of your employees to help you carry out this illegal business or this illegal shit. Your ass will be in court. That's why Diddy is in the detention center as we speak. Now, there are key dates and charges in this Diddy case and including evidence prosecutors say shows he used his business empire to covertly run a criminal enterprise. August 23, 2010. According to court documents, the Mogul account had charges from United Airlines, Aster Wine and Spirits, American Airlines, travel agencies for total of 108,000. Did he build 40,000 in hotel damages. Did he build? 300,000 for hotel stay and travel fees. A bill for a stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, along with travel agency fees and other charges. Total 307, 424. Thank you for the. Somebody sent me lunch money. I don't know. That looks like a Philly. Oh, yeah, that's my Philly people. Thank you. My Philly person just sent me coffee money. I'm gonna go right down to this Starbucks down the street and give me some coffee on you. I appreciate that. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So the court showed payments made from five different signature bank accounts. The accounts were held by entities tied to Sean Combs, including Combs Enterprises, LLC, Bad Boy Productions, and various LLCs associated with Bad Boy Entertainment. Not to people that don't know they like, well, what you got to do. You can spend your money how you want to do. Not when you operate in a business. If where you working at right now. If your boss is engaging in free costs, if your boss is putting together free costs and flying sex workers all over the place and having different women coming in and getting rammed and bashed in, he will have a recall case. I'm pretty sure none of your bosses are doing this. If they are put, put it in the chat. Let us know that your boss is having freak offs and and coercion women so that we can have his ass next to Diddy too. That is why they're showing this. They're not showing it just to be in Diddy business about where he spent his money. This is showing that he used company funds, which is why they call it a criminal enterprise to support this illegal stuff. These were supporting the freak offs, the sex parties. And this, my friends, is rico. Now, I had to make a quick announcement. The tour is starting after the Diddy trial. Houston and New York are the top two cities. They have sent me the most messages and they have been the most engaging in the whole tour thing that I've been announcing on my social media pages. Flo Daddy Flow. But I ain't a mind reader. So today we expect Brendan Paul to, to testify. Brendan Paul is the drug mule allegedly who bought drugs for Diddy. Came to Diddy as a videographer and next thing you know like Diddy did, the rest of everybody else went from a videographer to a criminal all because he worked for Itty Bitty Mohawk Sticky note Diddy smalls. Say that 10 times and we just had an hour. Y' all shout out to the subscribers. One of the subscribers I had to shout out before we get out of here. If you want to subscribe, it's in the show notes. I'm trying to time it some some news about the Diddy trial before we get out of here. They are expecting the prosecution to rest its case today. Tomorrow is Juneteenth, no court and then we're back Friday. That's when the defense is supposed to pick up there case. I mean to start their case. And they're saying their case is only going to last two to five days which is very short. Which to me seems like they don't have a lot of witnesses that are going to speak on Diddy's behalf. Which to me is another thing that doesn't look good. But we shall see. There's a lot of weirdness going on with this case at any rate. Much love to all of y' all.
