For educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Ah, happy, happy TG Friday. Got a wild one for you today. A lot has been exposed as usual. Trying to get. Try to get Facebook loaded up for us. Guys. Give me a second. I'm. I'm hating this new. This new thing that I have to do in order to get the Facebook group in involved. I don't know what's going on with Facebook, y' all, but they've taken me through extra just to get them on involved. But you know, I don't work through it. Where is the like, nerve wracking now at this point, y' all? This is. Man, we got a lot to go over today. Be quite honest. A lot of. A lot of what I called out has Come true. A lot. It's gonna be a lot. I told you souls today, just be prepared. I'm calling out so much, so many things that I can't even believe that I was right and dead on with so many, so many aspects of this case. It is crazy. Even we got more celebrity names revealed also that is gonna shock y' all. Some of the names that came out and why. I just, I, I don't know what to say. This one is shaping up to be not only the trial of the century, but the craziest trial of the century. And the, the names that are coming out even. We even gonna get into why Whitney Houston was, was named. Like, who saw that coming? Just name dropped. Who saw Whitney Houston name being dropped in this mess and the fact that it's gonna blow your mind. I did a little digging. I'm gonna have to do a little more digging over the weekend to really, really hammer some st. But just wow, I'm, I'm at a. I'm at a loss for words. The stuff I've already kind of uncovered. And I'm going to continue to dig because this is crazy. And I finally got. I finally got Facebook. I finally got Facebook ready to go. This is crazy, y' all. But yeah, we got a wild one. Good morning, everybody. Facebook should be with us now. Let me make sure. This is. Can't, can't forget our crew. But all of these Whitney Houston, y' all and, and all. And you know, I'm address all the people who are going crazy as if, like Cassie, because she allegedly, quote, unquote, admitted that she said that she set up, she helped set up some of the freak offs or she sent messages saying that she wanted the freak off. This is. We got a lot, a lot, a lot to get to today. So we're gonna start. Let's start with. Oh, also another. It's so many big things I'm missing. Some of them. Victim number five, who they said would be testifying last week, nobody called out who that victim number five was. Everybody was like, like, who is that? But you know, who called out who, who that victim was is yours truly. I was right again. So when I say I'm not a professional, I'm just good. That's what I mean. I not only report the news, but I recall the news and I also predict the news. A lot of people can't do what I do. But so victim number five, without further ado, it turned out to be Dawn Richards from Identity. From Identity Kane. And if you remember, I called that out and if you need receipts I'm actually going to play, I'm actually going to play my, my, my my social media tik tok video where I called out not only her but I also called out another surprise witness who has just been named to testify, Aubrey Oday. Now I don't have to tell y' all ain't nobody coming close to me when it comes to covering this case. And I can tell by all of the my, my podcast is blowing up even more. YouTube is doing well. Every social media I post drop is getting more and more views cracking a million every other time I post now because people are, are starting to see thank you for the super chat and the super sticker Nadrema. I really appreciate it. I'm gonna give me some Good lunch today. 499, 499. Can't beat it. Love you. Much love to you. But yeah, we're gonna take our time today. It's just so much to go over. I don't want to miss anything. Just like yesterday's episode. It was a little long but it's just that's kind of case we got going on. But check this out. I remember I told you the most frustrating. I don't get frustrated about a lot of things. You can see in the comments, you know, I, I, I, I'm pretty level headed. The most frustrating part for me is saying stuff way before it happened. Victim number three is missing. We're not talking about victim number three but victim number three is not missing in danger, just not missing as in they don't want to testify. But anyway the first, only time that only thing that frustrates me is I call out stuff so early then I gotta hear all these people who don't know who don't do this for a living. Like people don't realize I research all day so when I say stuff it's this my job. I'm not just shooting from the hip. But anyway, the frustrating part is me having to wait and listen to people talk and then all everything I say comes true. So the first of all I've already called out who the witnesses was and identified him on this podcast a million times. The, the young lady who, who was dangled over a balcony. It was in the indictment I called her out as being a victim. She was named yesterday which pretty much confirms Bana Brianna Banner Buck darling or however you say her name. The fashion designer who Diddy dangled over the balcony. They talked about her yesterday. So like I said, she's a victim. I Named her. But when the questionnaire came out with all those celebrity names, I told people this is the blueprint for the victims and witnesses in this case. Then I had people who always. It's like. I think it's because I have such a natural delivery. I don't have no shirt on in my. In my videos and in a combination of that. But they don't listen to what I say because it's a pocket of people who just swear they're smarter than me. And they have to come in the comments and they have to prove they're smarter than me. So when I said that the questionnaire was the blueprint to the victims and witnesses in this case, they would say, no, it's not. What do you. You don't know nothing about trials. The questionnaires is just to find out juries they not those questions are. Don't mean anything. And that's the type of I gotta listen to when I know for a fact. When they put those questionnaires together, they don't have no. These are the defense and prosecutors and judge all have a job to do. They don't have time to around. And when I say that, when I, when I say they don't have time to around, I mean that if they put in a celebrity's name in the questionnaire, it's a reason for it. They're just not pulling names out of their ass. You know why? Because they need to find out if they put these witnesses or victims on the stand. They need to know without a reason, beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no bias from any of these jurors against said celebrity. I know that that's common sense to me, but to the ones out there that just. It just kills them that a natural laid back guy like me can call this out from his. From his living room couch and they can't understand it. And then they just disappear. So where all the people who told me the questionnaire didn't mean. Because we just finding out that victim number five, who everybody couldn't figure out who I told y' all was Dawn Richards. We found out last night Don Richards will be testifying. They saying today. But the defense said they had more questions for Cassie and there's been a big. They've been a big back and forth about getting through Cassie's testimony. So the word is that dawn is testifying today. But it. I don't know if that's 100 sure for sure. Because of the fact that they still have a lot of questions for Cassie now If you recall, as a matter of fact, let me just play the video because it. It. You'll see why I say I'm not a professional. I'm just good. You got to listen to this clip because this was last week when nobody knew who victim number five was but knew they would be testifying. And I broke everything down before all this came out. So all of my listeners, y' all already know a lot of this stuff that's happening and people are all surprised. And I'm also gonna get into. I'm gonna break down all the people who think Cassie's testimony or think that the defense just killed it with their. With their cross examination. I'mma get to that and I'mma put some context in it. And I'm gonna give you my honest assessment, not a bias pandering, narrative driven assessment. I'm gonna give you my honest assessment and make sense out of everybody running around. But I just need to show y' all in real time who the knows what they talking about. This video was from last week. Everybody has just found out who this, Don Richards and this and that last night. I made this video last week to let my people know what the hell going on and tell me if I didn't predict this. Talking about the cards and I'mma tell you who I think it is. Prosecution un pulled this out at the last minute. Check this out. We already know. There's been a list of celebrities who were named look for this jury that stick out to me, of course. Cassie Ventur, Michael B. Jordan. We have been attention to the art real day. Lauren London and somebody else on this list. And I'm gonna get to that last person in a minute. Let's start with Lauren London. A lot of people don't know Lauren and Cassie were cool back in the day. And the both of them hung out with Diddy. As you see here. That's Cassie up there. Lauren London. A lot of people don't know believe even after. Why would Lawrence still be so cool with it? I mean, it even led to. Come on, man. Who the hell. Recently when Kodak Black even spilled the beans, allegedly that Lauren and Diddy were doing something together. Y' all remember even Nipsey was introduced to Diddy by Lauren. That's how tight Lauren and Diddy were. Check this out. More controversy was sparked when Diddy dropped his P and said more lost vows, calling Lauren London his sister. Seeing Lauren London even did Sean John commercials together. But I don't see Lauren London as a victim, but I could see her as a Witness. The next person people are talking about is ar real. Dad was around at this Cassie time as well. Now, keep in mind, the jurors were grilled over Aubrey o' Day in Lauren London, so they got something to do with this. But again, even though I already spoke out a lot, little whistle on Diddy a lot of times, even to the point where Diddy tried to silence her by giving her a publishing deal, I still think Darby would be more of a witness, not a victim. And this brings me to who I believe could be Victor number five. Victor number five, who ran this guy Jimmy IV as one of the witnesses to what was going on. In comes Tom Richard. And not only was she a victim, but she also saw stuff. Check this out. Now that's victim number five. I called out as to be as Dawn Richards, who saw a lot. Who. Who was the artist on Bad Boy records. I called out Aubrey o' Day. They have both been named last night. Don't play with me. Nobody else called that out. Nobody else called that out. Dawn Richards saw a lot. And the reason why I'm able to call it out, because I'm one of the few people that actually reads the paperwork, who actually reads the indictments. And then I take the indictments and what I see in the indictments and I match it up to all the stories that have happened over the years, I am not to be with when it comes to this case. This is why Stevie J and all the rest of the little Mohawk ditties are always jumping in my comments, but they finally respond relaxed because I call out so much, they think I got intel or inside information. I don't. I'm just good at reading tea leaves. I told y' all, that's my gift. Give me a little piece of. Of information, and I can make a whole. I can come up with all the rest. So Don Richards is set to testify today. After I called it out last week when nobody else did, and I stood on it. Do you understand how I made the video? And I purposely put her at the end and let you know, this is who I think victim number five is. And I told, why ain't nobody else doing that? But like I said, the only frustration comes in. I call out, and then I gotta hear everybody who just. They desire to be smarter than me for some reason, I don't get it. And I got to sit back and listen to all the dumb comments. Then when I'm proven to be right, they never come back around. So let's get into what exactly did dawn see and what exactly is she going to testify about? And I'm gonna get to Cassie, and I'm gonna break that down after I get to this new information that broke last night. Dawn Richards not only was a victim of essay or some type of sexual harassment and all type of whatever from Diddy, but she also saw a lot. She also saw Cassie being abused. And she said, not only that, record execs saw this abuse and did nothing about it. Jimmy Iovine being named one of them. Jimmy Iovine was the big dog at Interscope Records, and. And. And so dawn named her. But we're gonna get into some of the crazy dawn has witnessed, some of the craziest instances allegedly that have went on. So if you want to know what's really going on in this case, make sure you following and listening and liking and make sure you tell your friends, because it's a lot of. It's a lot of people who just. Just saying whatever everybody else is saying, and that ain't gonna help nobody. I'm. I'm in my bag. I can't. I can't even believe all of this. The stuff that I'm saying, it come true. Like I said, we'll get to the lady who got dangled over the balcony. I called her out. Now she's been named. But anyway. BBC News says singer absolutely terrified of Diddy. Lawyer says Dawn Richard, a former member of two groups, Dirty Money and Danny Kane, is coming forward. Ms. Richard is among more than two dozen people who have filed lawsuits against him. Against Diddy, that is. She talked about a violent atmosphere. She talked about things that Diddy did to her that. That. That. That was inappropriate. Had her in fear for her life, and she talked about the things she seen. Danity Kane. Danny Kane's Dawn Richard sues Sean Diddy Combs for sexual assault and battery. Richard says in the lawsuit that she witnessed Combs physically abuse his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Also, on numerous occasions, she saw Combs and his associates engaging in illegal drugs and sexual acts with underage girls. Dawn Richard is testifying today, time permitting. Well, while the whole world found this out last night, if you follow the flow, show no filter. You knew this last week. This is why. Y' all tuning in to the right. Y' all tuning into this podcast for the real Diddy News. And like I always tell you, I don't have no size. I just want to give y' all the information, and then I give you my opinion. I give you all the information so you can decide what you want to believe and what you want to not what you don't want to believe. She goes on to say, over now, let me repeat that she has knowledge of Diddy and his team, which is why this is a rico, because it's about the whole team. I broke that down yesterday. Involved in illegal drugs and sexual acts with underage. You know what? Richards became associated with Combs in 2004 after auditioning for season three of his MTV reality show, Making the Band. Richards alleged that during auditions, he called female contestants ugly, fat bitches and more. Richard says during the production of the show and its subsequent years, she and her bandmates were forced to rehearse for up to 48 hours with no rest, no food. Richard says she lost a substantial amount of weight and began getting rashes from the microphone pack she wore on her back during filming. See, people got to realize at this point, these ladies are employees of Bad Boy Records. This is the equivalent of slave. Slave wages or slavery. When I mean in the sense of if you own a business here, you have a certain standard you have to adhere to when you have employees. This is why a lot of companies pay for their. Pay for their labor overseas. Because you can get away with a lot of labor, lot of inhumane type of long work hours, paying nothing. But you can't do that over here. So when people look at this and think, this is not a big deal, they don't own a business and they don't know how this goes, you don't. You can't. I say again, in this country, you can't just do. And because people don't have a choice or that people are trying to get paid, they. And they do it, quote, unquote, willingly, your ass can still be in trouble if it ain't right. And I. And, and a lot of people don't understand that. So because a worker will work under horrible conditions and get treated horribly and, and all of the above, just because they'll. They'll be willing to do that, don't mean your ass won't get in trouble for it. Like I said, this is why we have laws in place. Let me continue. In one instance, Rich Richard was exercising. And when they say Richard dawn was exercising on the beach and vomited instead of MTV providing medical assistance, Cruz filmed the incident and left her alone. Richard said she was diagnosed in 2010 with anemia, a low white blood cell count, and arthrogelia. Whatever. I can't even pronounce that word. Or. Or joint stiffness caused by overuse sprains and infections such as rheumatic fever. And chickenpox. Richard said in the complaint that Combs would often come into her dressing room unannounced. She ain't got no clothes on. He just barges in. Do whatever the you want to do. This would be while she was working with a stylist. He would touch her butt and around her breast to signal where the clothing should fall, according to the lawsuit. Now, from what you hearing from Diddy, does this sound far fetched at all? He's done way worse than this. So, so this is to me, you can take this to the bank. I already told you, Don ain't no liar. Anyway, I know Danny Kane. I ran around with them. At the same time I was running around doing my music with Floyd Mayweather and Interscope at 50 Cent. I, I, I'll get into a little bit of that later, but I have, I can, I can speak for the character and how dawn is. And I told you before, every time I would go see D. Woods and Danny Kane was on tour, I would go over there thinking everything was gonna be happy and, and this and that. And I would get there and everybody would, would be crying. And I, I was like, damn, what is Puff doing to these girls? But I didn't ask. D. Woods would tell me that just, she would just tell me it was about Puff, but never no details. And I didn't ask because I didn't want to pry as at that point, if it was my business, I didn't know it was this series. I thought it was just he wouldn't put out some songs or something, you know what I mean? I didn't know it was this type of. So anyway, Combs also regularly asked her to strip down to her underwear in rehearsals, smacking her on the ass. If dawn declined his advances, he would, he would retaliate by leaving her off songs and performances. Richard said she began fearing for her physical safety after she and Harper went to Combs home in Los Angeles. Combs came into the kitchen and began berating Cassie for not cooking his eggs correctly. And in true Diddy the Devil fashion, proceeded to throw a pan at her and drag Cassie up the. You understand how this lines up with everything we're hearing. We know he like to throw at Cassie and throw at women. Here's another woman, Dawn Richards, who I can, I will stand ten toes behind her because I know Dawn's character. Dawn is just like me, where she just want to work hard and, and she just was trying to work hard and be somebody. She could have said this back in the day. They could have Been telling me back in the day what was going on. They kept it under wraps. Why? Because we were all young people trying to make it. And it's so many sacrifices goes into being an artist. You don't want to blow it by blabbing your mouth. So if dawn wasn't somebody who just wanted to talk and, and tear somebody name up, they would have been saying and telling me stuff back then because we were cool. I mean really cool. I like them, they like me. We had a good vibe and they never despite every time I would pull up D Woods wouldn't be crying but all the rest of the girls would be crying and they would be off in their wherever area, whatever. And I'm like, I just could not understand. Now I understand it. But let's continue on that story of Cassie being drugged up the stairs. Dawn goes on to say the next day Combs allegedly bought Richard and and and Don Richard flowers and said what they had witnessed was just a lover's argument where no one was hurt. And then this is what's gonna get his ass in trouble. He said if you say anything there will be consequences. He is saying this to young women, Dawning them, I'm thinking they had to be early 20s at this point we were all in our early, early twenties. If you say anything there will be consequences. On another occasion, Richard, which is dawn alleges Combs pulled Cassie out of a van by her neck, pinned her to the ground, punched her in the face in the bathroom of a party and punched her in the stomach at a dinner and in front of several high profile celebrities, including Interscope Records founder Jimmy I. Bean. And I' ma say again, I don't, I don't stand ten toes behind anybody. I don't have a relationship with or had one or to know because you'll know. I tell you, hey, this is what this person's saying and that's that I' ma say again, dawn is a strong woman who ain't about to be up here lying about this. And I and I stand ten toes behind. Now, Jimmy Iovine and Diddy had allegedly just struck a $50 million distribution deal for com's record label. But Don goes on to say, even after Mr. Jimmy Iine watched Mr. Combs commit a violent assault in front of numerous high profile witnesses, the bad boy Interscope deal still took place and remained in effect. Diddy. Despite all of this beating his employees and his former girlfriend, he still was rewarded with immense financial rewards, enabling him to commit further acts of violence without fear of repercussions y' all is this not some. And how could. I don't know how nobody else could call it out. But I'm loved that y' all listen to this show. Cause y' all get the real Diddy news. And we just getting started in this episode. We just warming up. I ain't even got to Cassie and the breakdown so I can just spell a lot of the going on with, with what people, what they're saying about the defense cross examination. Giving them way too much credit. But I'm, I'm, I'm, I'mma adjust it. I'mma calibrate this and get it back where it need to be. But anyway, Richard, they tried to tell Cassie to leave Combs. Dawn did. And when they tried to tell Cassie that she needs to leave Diddy alone, here's some more that's gonna get Diddy in trouble in this case. Y' all could probably know what Diddy said and did after hearing this. Knowing him, y' all probably could fill in the blank. But I'm gonna tell you anyway. Dawn said she was met with a litany of threats from Diddy such as do you want to die today? And and I quote, I end people. I end people. So to the out there saying, why didn't they just say something? Why didn't they do this? Why didn't they do that? Do I need to give you a list of all the mysterious deaths surrounding Diddy? And not only that, now you're Talking about a 20 something, a barely 20 year old woman who has this man who has been caught up in all type of mysterious deaths around him telling you if you say something, do, do you want to die? That might be a reason why people didn't say at this time. Even her father confronted Diddy in 2010. Dirty money, which is the other group that dawn was in. Dawn was very talented. They were preparing for a performance on Saturday Night Live when Combs called Richard wanting to know her whereabouts when she arrived at the studio. He repeatedly chided the woman and called them names, drawing the attention of people in the lobby. Dawn allegedly asked Cones to stop and he drew a fist as if he were going to punch her. Ladies and gentlemen, the flow shows no filter. Is that hard to believe? Not at all. Not at all. Combs bodyguard stepped in and escorted dawn out of the studio and into a car. Do you know dawn could not get out of that car? She was locked in that car for several hours. The only thing that saved her from probably having a panic attack and passing the out was that she had her phone and was able to call her father. Her father then had to drive from Baltimore to New York. That's why she was in the car that long. It took him a few hours to even just get there. He threatened to call the police on Diddy, who allegedly told him, think about your family. Think about your daughter's career. After the SNL performance, Combs allegedly told dawn, you don't call your dad unless you're in the hospital. And you still have people saying, why didn't they just say something? Are you kidding me? Maybe they didn't want their whole family disappearing behind this monster. Maybe they didn't want to be killed. Maybe that, maybe that's why they didn't say anything. Maybe they just was trying to stay alive and pursue their music career. And of course, another thing, they didn't make any money, Richard. Dawn was, was, was promised royalties and licensing fees which she never received. Dirty money. The group that she was in with Diddy and Another Young lady grossed and sold millions and millions of sales. Richard estimates she was old about $1.2 million. I keep saying Richards, but that's dawn and about 350, 000 or more in performances. She never got none of that. This is sad. This is sad. And all I say all that to tell you she will be testifying today. We all just got the news last night. But if you've been listening to the Flow show, no filter, like I said before, you knew Don was, was going to testify last week when I dropped the video when I said, well, everybody trying to figure out victim who know victim number five is I think it's Dawn Richards. And in that same video, another person who I said I believe will be a witness was Aubrey o' Day. Aubrey o' Day was also announced last night. Aubrey o' Day was another woman from, from Vanity Kane who is set to testify. And do you want the receipts? Because one thing about Flow, I'm good. But. But see, I went to a good school and, and I'm fortunate enough my mom and dad did whatever they had to do to put me in one of the top schools as I grew up. And one thing that Shaker shout out to Shaker Heights High School and Shaker elementary School, they, they took a guy rough, rough around the edges who they believed had talent. I don't know why all those teachers gravitated around me and pushed me ease to piss me off and they pushed me and pushed me and they pulled stuff out of me that I didn't even know I had. Y' All. I wouldn't be the storyteller, I wouldn't be the journalist I am today if it wasn't for Shaker. So make sure if you can, the school that you put your kid in will change their life. I'm just being honest about that. I would not. I had so many teachers wrap their arms around me when I didn't know how to write a essay to save my life. But they would tell me, you, you got the talent. You just need to structure it and learn the fundamentals and learn to hook and learn an intro and a body and a conclusion and blah blah, blah. I'm like, what the. Anyway, one thing that school taught me is we always had to source our. Or they would threaten to give you a plagiarism and damn near kick you out the school if you, if you wrote papers and didn't source where your came from. Oh, they, they call that plagiarism automatic fail. And if you did it too many times, your ass will be out of Shaker. But I thank them for that because to this day, that's why when I tell y' all, it's just automatically in me. I got to source it to an article. So it ain't me just shooting from the hip. So we're gonna talk about Aubrey o' Day will be. Will take the stand in Diddy trial. Coming from Us Weekly or Us Weekly, whatever, whichever way you want to call it. I've heard people say both former Danity Kane singer Aubrey o' Day is set to testify in this high profile trial. A source confirmed that she was subpoenaed and has traveled to New York City to testify. Sometime this week or next week, which it's not going to be this week. It would have to be today. So I'm. I'm really sure it'd be next week. She said it's nerve wracking, but she's ready. She's not backing down. She wants justice for everyone. The insider said, hinting that all Day has a project in the works that will be about the Diddy trial. See what, what the problem that Diddy is running to now is all of the women, all of these women that he took advantage of when they were little bitty girls, they have all grown into to be strong, intelligent women. And it only takes one. It only took Cassie to finally stand up and say, look, I'm raped. I don't care if you gonna put all my nasty news and videos out. I'm standing up to your ass. And once Cassie did that and she was not scared of, you know, Diddy was holding video footage for blackmail and all of that. Once Cassie finally stood up and said, you, I'm, I'm. I'm standing up. All of these strong women who were itty bitty babies when Diddy was running ramp shot all over him, they all grown to be strong woman. And they all uniting and testifying, standing up. And I'm happy to see it. And I'm gonna amplify the message on every freaking platform that I got because I know how much and, and how long and how hard it. And, and how much work it took to get us here. See, the. I've been there. Like I told y' all, that's the one difference between me and a lot of these other people covering this. I was around this. I was around. I was with Floyd Mayweather in 50 Cent when 50 Cent was the hottest in the rap game. I was right there. So I seen it all, done it all, and I was witnessed. I witnessed a lot of this. So when people say, why didn't nobody say nothing? I was there to know why they didn't say nothing. Because we had a lunatic like Diddy who not only used threats and was petty and would blackball and would do whatever you could, but he had receipts to back up and show you, I've done it. I've ended lives, I've ended careers. So if you're a little kid and you might have, for example, me, you have been, you might have been grinding and sacrificing for three to five years, not getting a nickel, trying to become a rapper or a singer, and you finally get your break after three to five years of nothingness, and you finally get your break and then you see Diddy slap somebody on the behind, you gonna run and tell. And then not only would it not have any effect because he had the law in the, in his pocket, he had the industry in his pocket. He. He had the world in his pocket. So not only did you know where everybody has common sense, not only do you know telling is not going to lead to. The only thing that telling at this time was going to lead to was your ass being blackballed. And that would be the best thing to happen to you. Not. If not blackball, your ass could be dead. So to everybody that out there that say, well, what did they say? Nothing there. I don't believe them because they didn't say nothing. Kiss my ass. I' ma just say it flatly like that you wasn't there. So instead of saying what, ain't saying that I don't believe. Ask somebody who was there why they didn't say nothing. It wouldn't have done anything at this point. But now guess what? His ass locked up. The truth has been exposed on his ass. And so now people are standing up and telling these horrific stories. Aubrey o' Day was telling these stories for years and years and nobody listen. O Day, let me continue in, in the article give you some background on Aubrey O. Day that the Danity Kane member now Aubrey is the only one. Unless I'm forgetting. I never had a chance to talk to Aubrey. I talked to Dawn, I talked to D. Woods and the only reason I didn't get a chance to talk to Aubrey, it wasn't like she didn't. She was antisocial or anything. But the few times that I would pull up and it was the whole group because a lot of times me and D. Woods like did our own thing. We would just kick it and go here, go there. But the few times when I pulled up on the whole group, Aubrey would be in tears and so she would be in her own room somewhere. Never, you know, you know, when you, when you got stuff going on like that, you're not trying to see nobody. So I totally got, I totally understood it. But like I told you, I didn't know it was to this degree. You got to think at this time I wanted to be a bad boy artist. I didn't know Diddy was this type of monster back then. Before when I was younger I even had a bad boy chain. I didn't know. So even with the girls would be crying, I just thought it was like business because I knew Diddy was a shrewd, borderline horrible like business person who didn't give a about nobody. So I knew that. So I thought they would be crying just because he would be strong arming them on some business or something like that. I did not know it was this type of. So it goes on to say Aubrey Day cross paths with Diddy. After appearing on MTV's Making a Band, she became a breakout star who was signed to Diddy. She had always been outspoken about the past experience with Diddy over the years and more recently spoke about the big shift in her life as these allegations came out. She said everything is very chaotic. She, she, she said there were many harassment situations and, and said she wants to stand up for all of the victims out there and she's been doing it. This is why I read the tea leaves. I saw Aubrey o' Day's name on the questionnaire despite people, not people Thinking they know him better than me. I knew every name on that questionnaire was very, very relevant to the case because nobody has time to around and put fake names or put names on there just to pull them out. They ass like. People are trying to make sure this trial is fair for the defense and the prosecution for many reasons. They don't want an appeal. They don't want a mistrial. They want a fair trial. So they had to put every name and vic and victim and witness's name who was a celebrity that people may know. They have to put them all in that questionnaire to make sure they don't have not one single juror who is biased to any of those names. Because that is crucial to this being a fair trial. I don't understand why I'm the only one who knew that or understood that these people think they would just put names on there. Just. You think they just gonna throw any celebrity name on a questionnaire on a trial, a freaky, freaky, freak off trial like this, and they gonna put somebody's celebrity name in there for no reason? Use common sense. Every name on there is there for a reason. And I knew that. So when I saw Aubrey all day, I said, she. This is what I said to myself. She's always wanted to stand up to Diddy. She always has. She has been very outspoken. She knows stuff, and she was around. Common sense tells me she's gonna be a witness. And damn it if you didn't find out last night, she is one and she will be testifying. So like I said, dawn may not be testifying today, even though they're saying today. But I don't know if y' all were paying attention, but the. The judge and the defense have been arguing back and forth because Cassie was supposed to be most certainly done today. But the defense is acting like they may need the whole day, and it's been a mess. So. So if dawn does testify today, it will be because the judge told the defense. Look, Harry, to up and get done with Cassie. We have to move on. But if the defense stretches it and does like they say and takes the whole day to. To. To continue with Cassie, then. Then dawn will be Monday. But dawn has a lot to say, and. And so does Aubrey. And I guarantee you one person that don't want. That don't want her speaking is Diddy. Because unless. Unless I miss something. Dawn is the first person and met, the only person, especially celebrity names, that has spoke out publicly and put it in her lawsuit that Diddy did illegal things with Underage. You know what? So that is. That is. That is. That is. That is about to be a bombshell testimony. Like I said, I've been calling out so many things in this case. I'm even like, damn, you got that one right, too. You got that one right too. And we're gonna keep going because my advantage is. I was there. I'm gonna keep telling you that. So let's move on to some of these other celebrity names that were brought up, and let's explain. So when they brought up Kid Cudi and. And Cassie allegedly cheating on Kid Cudi, I mean, cheating on Diddy with Kid Cudy, and Cassie said Diddy would. Would often bring that up and use it as, you know. You know, just to throw it in her face. And they said she said she talked to Cudi when they were on a break or whatever. But the defense, as they have Cassie on the stand, their goal is to the. The theme we have right here. We have two things at play right here. We have the prosecution trying to show that Cassie. This is a predator victim relationship. The defense is trying to prove that this is a boyfriend or girl and girlfriend, toxic, freaky relationship, nothing more, nothing less. And so when they brought up Kid Cudi, they tried to paint the picture of what? Well, Kid Cudi, she was with Kid Cudi, and she didn't tell Kid Cudi about the free cost. So that must mean she enjoyed the free cost. Because if she. If she was being coerced and forced or whatever, then when she had an opportunity to tell someone else and save herself, why didn't she tell Kid Cuddy? And I say to that, let's not be prisoners at a moment because y' all thinking of the Diddy right now who locked up behind bars. And. And everybody's just feeling like they can say this and say that they're feeling empowered because the devil is locked up. But if you go back in time when this happened, and they talking about anywhere from 2012 on up to more recently, you couldn't. What the hell? If. If you just hear about Diddy blowing up cars, threatening women, threatening to end lives, running up with pistols on people, all kind of stuff. I mean, it just. Just, wow. Reckless abandon running around. Right? We know that this is not. There's not really even speculation. We know solid stories. Gene Deal and a million others have talked about it. She is fresh when they're talking about this Kid Cudi stuff. She is fresh in her career. Why in the. She gonna go tell Kid Cudi or anybody else about Freaky Ass Puff Daddy sitting in the corner pleasuring himself while she getting her getting just sexually abused to the highest power. Why? And she's just starting fresh in her career. How in the she gonna say something? If she gonna say something, she might as well have left the industry, left everything and went into witness protection. That's the only way she could have said something and felt safe. Do you understand? Quit being prisoners of the moment, y' all Thinking about the Diddy right now who locked up and saying, well, why she just didn't say something. Take your ass back in time and realize what the hell would have happened if Cassie would have told Kid Cudi about this part of Diddy that nobody knew. We might not even. Cassie might not even be alive right now had she did that at that time. Because all it takes is Kid Cudi to tell somebody and this happened. Now next thing we know, not now. When Diddy locked up, we noticed we would know this in 2013, 14 when he was on top of the world. And we'd be like he watching dudes and he's getting semen rubbed on his nipple. Like come on now, think so then they went on to talk about the jealousy and said that Kim Porter did his ex or did his child's mother, the mother of the twins and the other daughter, I mean the mother of the twins. And they said Kim Porter will leave freak offs and that would make Cassie jealous. And she admitted it. They said, Mike, another thing that we predicted on this show, Michael B. Jordan, when Cassie was filming Honey Part 3, a movie and I think it was they were filming in Africa, Diddy was jealous saying that Cassie was in an affair with Michael B. Jordan. That's where his name came from. But guess what? Another victim was revealed because they testified that at the same time, I guess in retaliation of Diddy thinking that Cassie was messing with Michael B. Jordan, Diddy posted a pic on his social media or something with Gina. Hum. If you recall, I told you Gina was a victim. Victim number three, I believe. Well, her name just came up as Diddy messing with her and using Gina to make Cassie jealous. Which is everything we talked about. And if you really, if you know Gina Hung has been missing. She was set to testify and then all of a sudden she's been disappearing. And you. We can't get in contact. They can't get in contact with her or her lawyer. Did he get to Gina? Was she offered hush money? Because one minute she was all ready to testify. I even believe they have sworn test testimony because I would, I don't think they would even have added her if she didn't have sworn testimony. They wouldn't add her as a victim. But one minute she's ready to. Ready to testify, the next minute she's not. But we told you on this show that Gina hum was victim number three. Another one we got. Right? I told you. Today's theme is going to be Mr. Toad, I told you so. I'm sorry, but I get to do this when I have to be patient and sit back and hear everybody talk about I don't know what I'm talking about. And I can't say nothing because I gotta wait for everybody to catch up. Was everybody catching up now? So I'm gonna keep making it be known I'm getting my own. My today. I'm giving my own self my flowers today. Because y' all gotta believe, y' all gotta understand. This is about four or five major things in this case that I have predicted and I've had to listen to people say, I didn't know this, I didn't know that. And I just have to wait for stuff to come out. And now I waited. Now I'm gonna talk my. I haven't had, you know, I know I normally walk up, work off the phone in the iPad. So much to talk about. Today I got the old school paper and pen out. Matter of fact, I couldn't find a pen. I wrote in crayons. I don't even know how the we had crayons around this house, but I found some crayons. But anyway, another name that got dropped. And I ain't gonna go into too much detail of this because I want to do a deep dive on this, but Whitney Houston now when, when Cassie, when they had her on the stand, they start talking about an instance with, yep, a crayon. I almost broke my finger trying to write with a crayon. I ain't used a crayon in 40 years. Anyway, thanks for the super sticker stuff. They, they. Another thing the defense tried to go into what Cassie is on the prosecution's side. They tried. They. They painted the picture as Cassie was forced to take these drugs from Diddy and, and. And they kind of. And that was the kind of painted that kind of picture. So the defense tried to paint the picture that Cassie was doing this on her own and that Cassie would. She wanted to get the drugs on her own. It wasn't Diddy making her. So they would bring up the fact that in 2012 they were doing drugs with or whatever and Diddy actually had an overdose, I believe, out in Cali. But when they asked Cassie about it, she said something that made my antenna go up. She said, are you talking about the same night that Whitney Houston died? And then she went on to say, yeah, Diddy. I wasn't there, but Diddy had a. Said that it was a super strong opioid or whatever. Whatever type of drug. I'm not a drug expert, y' all, so excuse me on that. I. I don't deal with all that at all. I'm scared. I don't want to do none of that. None of that. So had had a really opioid, whatever, a powerful one, I guess, and it put his ass in the hospital. But I said to myself, what is the odds of Diddy being going to the hospital for overdose the same night in the same time around the same area or whatever that Whitney Houston died of? I think it was supposed to be an overdose that, you know, we don't believe that. And I got to thinking, y' all know Ray J. And Diddy are thick as thieves, especially back then. And Ray J. Was also dating Whitney Houston or whatever they were. And we also know that is almost common knowledge, but I'm gonna just say allegedly, because I haven't seen any solid proof. But with. But Ray J got Whitney her drugs. She. He was like the. He was the middleman to the drug person. So I'm thinking, what if Ray J. Got. Was supplying Diddy and Whitney and gave her some bad stuff? I'm not. Like I said, I got to do a deep dive, but my intent is going off on that. And I also feel like there's a slim chance that Cassie said that on purpose, saying something without saying something, because they had pissed Cassie off talking about this drug situation and calling somewhere that she went, a drug rehab place where she corrected him and said, no, it's a rehab. You should come. I mean, it's not. My bad. She said, no, it's not a drug rehabilitation place. It's a spa. You should come and find out. And looked at his ass. I seen the sketch. Cassie looked at him. I ain't seen Cassie pissed. This whole testimony. And so they pissed her off. Now I'm telling y' all, this is just me reading tea leaves. I haven't. This is not me. This is just me speculating for a hot second because I'm gonna do some over the weekend. I'm looking into this Whitney, Diddy, Ray J situation because it's too many coincidences for me. But. And then Cassie says, when they talking about it she says, oh, you talking about the same night Whitney died. It was like, I think she purposely threw that in there. Like, yeah, since y' all want to be talking and, and, and, and, and screwing my words around, let me throw a little, let me throw a little Whitney Houston out there and, and let you know, this could get really, get serious. So I don't know y' all. That's just me reading the tea leaves. This is just my little five minutes of speculation that I'm throwing in here of stuff that I got on my mind. I will do more deep diving over this, on this over the weekend though because another thing is why we never knew about Diddy overdose the same night Whitney died. Wouldn't that be something we would know if Whitney allegedly died of an overdose and then did he. The, the biggest mogul at that time also was in the hospital for overdose. Why the. We didn't know why we finding that out 20 years later. So I'll be deep diving into that over the weekend. Look for me to, if I come up with something because, you know, I don't bring it unless I come up with solid evidence that I feel good about. If I come up with something, I will bring it to the show Monday. If I, if I don't see any, any possible connection or anything to it, I'll let you know. Like, I didn't really find much y' all. So we'll wait till Monday on that. Other names that came out. And this is another thing I liked about this, I do like about this trial because it's exposing, it's exposing the industry and, and what I mean is people are catching strays. They asked Cassie about, you know, because they were trying to drive home the point that she could have told somebody or why didn't she tell somebody? Well, Cassie said, they said, well, why didn't you tell anybody? She said, well, kk, which is Christina Korn, Diddy's chief of staff, told her when, when she would go to her and tell her about all this nasty freak off and all the violence and all the intimidation. Christina Corn was just say, hey, just, just, just relax. That's just Diddy. He, he, he might be crazy, but he got a good heart, something to that effect. So like I said, Christina Corn will be on. I believe she will be on the witness stand. And she was the chief of staff of Diddy. So she was in the middle of all of this stuff. So for her to act like she didn't know anything or, or to have nothing to do with anything shows me she, she's deep. She's in this deep. Because how could you be dead smack dab in the middle running Diddy's whole empire and not know what the hell going on? You can't sell me ice in Alaska. You can't sell me firing. Hell, you got to try that with the rest of these, with these other people that don't use they noggin, but I use my noggin. I'll be thinking I might just be in the middle of, of out having it food. And next thing I know they're like, flo, what you think I'm over here thinking about some that I need answers to? That's the type person I am. My brain don't stop. That's how I'll be coming up with all this stuff. I'm, I can't help it. I told y' all I would be looking up and researching all this before it was my career. I would be deep diving stories and figuring out what the hell happened when I wasn't getting paid a nickel to do it. And I wasn't even talking about it on social media. It's just something that I'm into. But another name that got exposed was Nicki Minaj. Cassie said she asked Nicki Minaj for help or assistance in all of this madness. She said Nicki Minaj told her, just, just mind your business and focus on your career. A lot of women would die to be where you at. So she caught a straight. But it's just showing what type of industry and how far it went. The industry, I mean, how far the industry went to conceal this crazy crap. And I like it, I like that it's getting exposed. And people who aren't even necessarily close to the case are also getting exposed because it further shows why people didn't say. Because even when you, you, you, you, you dibble and dabble in trying to say something, you get met with like, you're like, you're the problem for bringing it up. Y' all should see this purple crayon I wrote with this look crazy. And so let me address another thing that they said about, you know, it was funny because people on, let's say that that like, let's say the people who are on Diddy's side, they were jumping up and down and screaming and clapping their hands like their team just scored a game winning touchdown in the super bowl because the defense revealed some text messages saying that Cassie wanted the freak off, as if that was some big smoking gun. But let me tell you, that's just Another proof that people just run around and say whatever that their little, their, their side is saying and whatever word starts going around, they just all start repeating it. But let me tell you how stupid that sounds for a few reasons. The first reason is Cassie told you herself under the, when the, when the prosecution was questioning her, Cassie told you herself that she asked for them or, or, or told Diddy that she was cool with some of them even though she didn't like them. She admitted herself that she set some up or helped set them up. That wasn't no groundbreaking news. She said it herself, but not at the defense cross examine it and brought it out in text messages. Y' all going crazy. Like this is some new. Well, did y' all pay attention to her testimony? She admitted it. She been honest about every step of the way. So when you get up, when you go start going crazy because you heard a text message of her saying like she's ready for the freak off. Duh. She said it herself already. She stole the thunder from that. But she also said she didn't want to do it no more. So that brings me to my next point. A woman could text her boyfriend or whoever a million times that they ready to have some hot and heavy sex. I'm ready to do the thing, baby. She could send that text a million times and a million times they could have some hot and heavy sex. But if on a million and one, she says no and you have and you force it on her anyway, your ass is locked up. So I go back to the text message point. This happened over a 10 year period. A few text messages saying I'm ready for a freak off. What the hell does that really mean? It only take one time for her to say I don't want to freak off and you force her into it anyway. And your ass sitting there with Diddy. And so I'm only bringing context to the, to the, to the, to the many people and to people that are saying stuff that you just don't really get it. You don't get what this case is about. Now I'll admit the defense, the one thing they did was they murdered, made muddied the waters a little bit. Meaning they with their cross examination by bringing out these text messages and making it seem like it's some big I got you moment, they did bring a little doubt as to whether Cassie was forced or not. But that's a little doubt because when you think of, when you list all the facts, it doesn't really matter about no one text message or two or Three. This happened every day, all day. And she had her career hanging over her head. She was employed by Diddy at this time. You better like the freak offs if you want your. If you want a career. So because she sends a text message, say I'm ready for a freak off. Lol. You think that just. That just a whole case over shut down? Let. Did he go? Did he go home? Oh, we got a text message. It ain't that easy. It ain't that simple. It ain't that simple. Cassie, like I said, when I did the original breakdown of her testimony, what Cassie did well was she told the truth. That's the best thing you can do when you're on that stand. Because some. Most of the things she said was damaging to Diddy, but she also did say some things that could help Diddy. But when you tell the truth, you will have both sides of the coin. And Cassie did that phenomenally. I told people it was kind of like Eminem, if you remember the old school movie 8 Mile When. When the guy was ready to say all the crazy stuff, they had a little rap battle and the guy was ready to say all type of crazy stuff to Eminem and he let Eminem go first. Eminem listed all the crazy and embarrassing things that happened to him and all the up things he went through and all the bad news about him. He said it all himself and shut it down and gave the guy to Mike when it was his time to battle rap. He know what the hell to say. Cassie did the similar thing. She said all of this. She aunt. She was honest about it and she was honest about it because it doesn't matter if she sent some text messages or said I wasn't ready for the freak off. Because the whole point is she was allegedly forced and coerced into this. Do y' all know what that means? It means you better like the freak off or your ass grass. I have your career in the palm of my hand. Not to mention in the other palm of my hand, I got freaky nasty footage of you that if you don't do what I say, I'm gonna put out and destroy your career. So my honest assessment is the defense didn't do a bad job. They didn't do a great job. They just did their job yesterday. Nothing special, nothing to jump up and down. And all the defense, they just. They got the case on, but they didn't do a bad job. They did an average job and did what they're supposed to do. Diddy, the evidence is damning against him. They don't have much to work with considering the circumstances. They did a decent job. And one thing I. I will say they did a good job on, though, which I thought would be tough, is they created a little doubt without being too aggressive and insensitive to the witness. I thought they would be a lot more aggressive, meaning a lot more degrading or just more aggressive. And. And I thought that would. They would get in. That would get them into prop. Into trouble, but they actually where. With the questions and. And with the c. Given the circumstances, the defense actually didn't really. I wouldn't say they were too runchy. I guess that's the best word I can come up with. Like, they weren't. They weren't really too. Like I thought they would be. So that's. I could give them some points for that. And like I said, I'm not gonna say they did a bad job. I'm not gonna say they did a great job. They did their job and they did the best they could. But to. To jump up and down because she sent some. You got some text messages saying that she was ready for a freak off or this or that. That means you just haven't been listening to the testimony. Like. Like I have, because Cassie already explained all of that. She already told that. She already said she helped set him up. She already said she paid him and she called the guy. She already said all that. But what people have to realize is this is a recall. A RICO goes from the top down. It don't matter who actually committed the. Who actually put the money in that person's hands or who actually made the call. It goes all the way up to where did that direction come from? Who is the leader of this? That's what a RICO is. So like I always tell y' all, I'm here just to bring context. Yesterday, like I said, Cassie was the first time Cassie got a little flustered with that. That drug rehab talk. And that's a touchy subject. She started getting real short with her answers, which, you know, that's what happened. When you get pissed, you start getting real short with your answers. And that's mostly my take out of the situ. Out of the. Out of that whole thing. That's. That's what I got from it as far as the. The cross examination. But like I said, people jumping up and down as if something new was exposed. It wasn't that new exposed, Cassie. Nothing besides details we didn't know, but nothing fundamentally. There was nothing fundamentally different from what Cassie said about the freak offs when she was questioned by the prosecution versus the defense. So people got to stop being prisoners at a moment. And. And just going with, okay, now this side saying this, I'm all the way over here. Now this side saying that I'm all the way over there. It. It's always pretty much somewhere right around in the middle. Now, some more shocking kind of information that came out last night or also was that we. We found out who was dangled over the balcony. This woman is the other victim that we didn't know. We only knew for sure Cassie was. We speculated that Gina was. And we also speculated that this fashion design person. Fashion person, Ms. Banner, Brianna. She met Diddy through. Through Cassie. And this was around the time when Diddy wanted to do his. His Sean John and all of that. And so they hooked up and was supposed to be doing some fashion stuff together. And next thing you know, she's being dangled over a balcony by Diddy the Madman. Now she has been revealed, and you can look forward to her testifying. And she has horrific story to tell. I'm gonna give you a little bit of that and a surprising word from Justin Bieber. And I'm gonna have to. We got to talk about that. But this fashion design person whose name was brought up, and let me give you some context of why. Why her name was brought up and she was brought up to Cassie. This is when she was dangled over a 17th. Up from the 17th floor. She was dangled over a balcony. And when she was brought up. Let me give you the exact quote. This is crazy, y' all. This is just exposing the industry and how many people knew and didn't do and just should drive home the point that this is why people didn't say anything. Combs's attorney said to Cassie, you told Mrs. Corm that you learned only after the fact that Mr. Combs and had dangled Ms. Bongo Bongolin off the balcony. Cassie said, I'm not sure. And then the attorney said, you were on drugs. She said, I'm not sure. Attorney said, you got a life coach for your drug use. She said, I don't know who that person is. She said, combs, attorney said you were doing a lot of drugs. Question mark. She says, it was a rough time. And that's when he said, you tried to get into a rehab. The Golden Door. And she said, it was a spot. There was a time I lost all sense of smell and taste and woke up in the hospital with an IV in my arm. I tried to get help, but the golden Door was a spa, not a drug rehab place. You should come and find out. But I say all that because that little bit of testimony right there also told us another victim that we speculated is the, the, the Bob Gollivan or whatever, the fashion design lady. And so it's not speculation anymore. People magazine told us about this. It says, Sean Diddy Combs accused of dangling woman over 17 floor balcony at Cassie's apartment. And the crazy thing about all this madness that Diddy engaged in hella witnesses around. He had got to the point where he was untouchable in his mind. He never thought he would be sitting behind bars. And $50 million can't even get his ass out because he dangling over the balcony in front of people. He beating Cassie in front of people. So let's get into this. Fashion designer Brianna, who came with dreams of taking her fashion design to another level, she ran into the Diddler and she goes from doing sketches and coming up with outfits and outfit designs to dangling over a 17th floor balcony. People magazine says a woman has accused Sean Diddy Combs of dangling over a 17th floor balcony. Brianna Bongolin, who first befriended Cassie while they worked together in 2014, claims that while she and her then girlfriend were sleeping over at the Singer's apartment in September 2016, Combs approached her on the balcony after loudly entering the apartment in the early morning. He grabbed her, turned her back to his chest and molested her by groping her breasts as she yelled to be left alone. After Bongolin began to struggle, Combs moved his hands from her breast to her armpits, placed her on the banister of a 17th story balcony while repeatedly yelling, do you know what the fuck you just did? Let me give you some context about Ms. Bongola and just to show you just how much of a bully Diddy is. And it's like he gets off on picking on the tiniest people and women he can he can think of. Ms. Brianna Bongolin was 4 foot 11 and didn't even weigh a hundred pounds at this time. She attempted to resist him, throwing her weight back in the struggle not to be thrown to the ground to which would have likely been her death. This is insane. After screaming for her life, Combs finally pulled Brianna back over the balcony but did not release her, instead slammed Ms. Bongolan onto the balcony's patio furniture, including a table. Bongolin also claims she observed both disturbing signs of an abusive relationship and actual incidents of abuse between Cassie and Combs, including one which the music mogul threw a large Kitchen knife at. Cassie Bungolen alleged she suffered terror and abuse at the hands of Combs, which began when she approached the then aspiring designer to collaborate on a series of designs. She said this relationship not only did not lead to any business, but it also led to violence and Diddy directed rage at Bongola. The fashion designer cited several instances, including a trip in which Combs became aggressive and forcibly fed her a drug she now believes was ecstasy. And this was at a photo shoot in which she he cornered her and said, I'm the devil. You have no idea what I could do to you. I could kill you. Ms. Bongolin took Combs's threats very serious, citing not only his treatment of Ventura, but also her knowledge that rapper Kid Cudi's car exploded after he dated the singer while she and Combs were separated. The designer also heard rumors that Bad Boy Records founder skinned a rival's dog in September 2016. The balcony incident proved she had a reason to be fearful. Look for her to take the witness stand next. Y' all, I just need people to understand this is a monumental, horrific trial of the century that is bringing the whole Hollywood as we knew it down to its knees. I can't say it enough. It has these celebrities so quiet. You can hear a cat piss on cotton. You can hear an ant pass gas. Right now. If you listen, listen closely. And for those that are getting ahead of themselves and saying, I don't see any rico, I don't see any racketeering. This isn't a domestic violence. We on day four of a 10 week trial. The feds, it is building. They are building a case right now. Their focus is letting you know and, and showing you that Diddy is a piece of. That's what it all boils down to. Right now. They are laying the groundwork to just let you know all the stuff that is the main. The star witness went through, Cassie. But the main objective is just to let you know he's a piece of. We gonna get into all the kidnapping and the guns and the violence and the intimidation. All the stuff y' all waiting for. Y' all think it's all. Some people have this stupid idea that all 60 witnesses were supposed to be in the whole case supposed to be laid out in four days. They gonna get to that. Right now. They're just. Their main focus is just to let the jury know this man is a piece of. So now when I tell you all of this stuff moving forward, the rest of this case, it'll be believable to you because of all this, we've already showed you that he's done. And on this other side of that, right now, the defense is trying to let you know that Diddy is a good guy and that this is just a toxic relationship between him and a former girlfriend. That is the battle that went on this week. So you weren't going to get into no RICO records. You're not going to get into all the intimidation and the violence as far as keeping, keeping this criminal enterprise going. You didn't get into all of that. Right now they just letting you know the plank, the defendant in this case is a piece of and we're gonna lay it out for you. And the defense is trying to combat that and say that Diddy is a good guy. That's where we at right now. So the people looking for RICO this and racketeering that, have a little patience, I guarantee you. Just like I called out everything else, you are about to hear some stuff. When it comes to violence and intimidation. If you don't understand why people didn't say before, you're gonna understand in the next few weeks when they get to start detailing all the text messages and orders and hits and, and all the stuff Diddy did to keep everybody quiet and intimidated in silence. That's gonna be the next phase. Right now they just focusing on the quote unquote boyfriend, the quote unquote executive, music executive, who use both of those roles to manipulate and wreak havoc on. That's all they doing this week. And right now I said it's Friday. I' ma list all the subscribers and, and, and, and, and all the people that make this podcast possible. Then I'll give you my final thought on what happened so far and what for today as maybe Dawn Richards. They're saying she's going to testify today, so they may push Cassie's forward. But I got a little tidbit to tell you about right after I thank everybody who's making this possible, all of the subscribers. Now, today I am going to list all the Diddy VIP people real quick. And if your name isn't called, go ahead and reach out to me. I'm going to be updating this list all of this week. I won't be leaving until two weeks from today or, or, or a week and a half from today or something like that. So you got time. But I just want to list these names. These are the ones that actually were able to do it through the subscription. And I got some of the people who DM me directly. But listen to this list. If Your name isn't called. Please reach out to me on Instagram and Facebook because all of over the weekend and through next week, I'm gonna make sure this list is hammered in and so that once we do those lives and all of that, you won't be missed. So what I have is Courtney. Tina Humphrey. Courtney Proctor. Mary, Trish B. Virgil. Let's see, let's see, let's see. Virgil Jose. Muna. Munoz. Heather. Kelly. Crystal Taylor. Delana G. Elise. Pre. Last name Pr P R I E B E. Teresa. Instad. Le Pronounced Lee. I'm sorry, I'm glad you said pronounced. So it's Lee Carey. Jocelyn G. Jennifer Helm. Helmick. Clee klee. Laura. Keith McCastin. Elise Yvonne. E V O N N E. Bo Garba. Garbe A. Bo. Rosemary. Valerie Perrier. Okay, those are the ones who were able to do it straight through my subscription tab, which is a little easier. But some people had to send a cash app and this and that. Those are the ones I'm gonna have to manually dig and dig and dig and make sure everybody's there, but reach out to me, you know, y' all got my dm, Flo, Daddy Flow on Instagram or Facebook. Also, a special shout out to cle. She said she wanted to make sure she was on there. So she heard her name today. She said she hadn't heard her name yet, so she just wanted to make sure. I got you, cle. And some of the people who actually reached out directly on my. On my socials, I, I collected some of those and those are my Matos. Yari. Yari. I got you Courtney. Got you Clee. Got you Denise, Denise, Marie, Mrs. Crystal, Erica, and that is it. But if your name wasn't called, don't fret. I'm going to do continue to dig through some people who reached out to me on Facebook. It is harder to search on Instagram. I had a keyword that I use on everybody's one, so I was easy to find those names who needed it. But on Facebook, it's a little more difficult. So if you didn't hear a name called don't fret, I will be all over the weekend and during the week during this podcast, I will continue to add the names who I may have missed or. Or I just hadn't got to yet to manually input them into our list. So if you didn't hear your name or if it's a name that you might think, you know, you might be Laura, it might be three lawyers who might think they should Be on the list, so don't. No problem at all. We got all this week and all next week to make sure everybody is on the list. I'm excited about going to New York. I've been booking and getting everything together with my hotel and my flights, and I am excited. All my friends are out there, so I'm. I'm gonna be safe, y' all. It'll be. Y' all have to worry about me. All my friends who are in this business, they are out there. I'm actually jealous because I want to be out there now, but I have to wait to after myself. I better not go nowhere until my son turned 18. He'd be like, well, you need to be in Cleveland if you're going to New York. So I had to be patient. My son turns 18 on May 23rd. But again, also, Mark Curry interviews explosive. The DD VIP people will be. The DDVIP people will be. Have ex. Uh, streaming. I will be streaming the interview live. So you get all the behind the scenes, little me and Mark Curry's conversation. All of that. Also, I know y' all. I know y' all. I'm gonna get to the recap of Cassie in a second. I know y' all, like, come on, come on. But I cannot not list the new subscribers, too. Lisa Ghetto. I don't know if it's pronounced ghetto or gido, but. Lisa, thank you for the subscription. She did a $3 subscription, and I really appreciate it. You know, I gotta shout you out. Every dollar counts, and every dollar is going to getting my ass out of New York. So the more people that subscribe, the more VIP members, the more trips I'm gonna take to New York. So don't every dollar count. I'm. I'm investing everything and taking it, going out to New York and getting every bit of information. Oh, and a lot of people ask me about interviewing Jaguar, right? If I go out to New York, if I run into Jaguar, right, I will ask her for an interview, and I'm pretty sure I'll get it. You know, I have a way with people. They usually. They know. They know my heart, and they know I'm very passionate, and they know they can trust me with an interview. And I won't do anything, you know, to. To make anybody look bad on purpose or anything like that. So I heard your calls. I hear everybody saying, hey, Flow, you need to get an interview with jag. We would love that. If I run into Jaguar, right, in New York or anybody who can connect us, I will make that happen for the flow community, you know. You know, one thing about it, I'm gonna go hard. So my final thoughts today, like I said, reach out to me if you are on the DDVIP and you didn't hear your name. But anyway, final thought today. They're supposed to finish up with Cassie. Matter of fact, if she might be taking a stand any second now, if she isn't already. And we'll see if Don Richards takes the stand today. I don't know if she's gonna have time, but if not, she will definitely be on the stand Monday. Other than that, everybody, enjoy your weekend. With a commitment to delivering "Real news! No spin! A truth-seeking podcast!", Flo provides listeners with an unfiltered exploration of the case, backed by her extensive research and firsthand insights.
Flo begins the episode by promoting her exclusive Diddy VIP trial coverage, which offers members access to live streams from the New York courthouse, behind-the-scenes interviews with victims, and additional premium content.
"If you want to be a part of the Diddy VIP trial coverage which includes exclusive content... I will have you on the list."
— Flo (00:00)
She explains the subscription process, addressing concerns about existing memberships and encouraging listeners to support the initiative to gain deeper access to the trial proceedings.
Transitioning from promotion, Flo sets the stage for the trial's significance, emphasizing its potential to be "the trial of the century" due to the explosive revelations and the involvement of numerous celebrities.
"This one is shaping up to be not only the trial of the century, but the craziest trial of the century."
— Flo (05:30)
She highlights the gravity of the situation, mentioning how prior predictions and calls about key witnesses have been validated by recent developments.
A focal point of the episode is Flo's analysis of Dawn Richard from Danity Kane and Aubrey O'Day, both of whom are slated to testify in the trial. Flo takes pride in correctly identifying these witnesses ahead of mainstream media.
"Victim number five, without further ado, it turned out to be Dawn Richards... and Aubrey O'Day has just been named to testify."
— Flo (15:45)
She underscores the importance of their testimonies, detailing the abuses they endured and the broader implications for the case against Diddy.
Flo delves into Dawn Richard's lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, outlining her claims of sexual assault, battery, and witnessing Diddy's abusive behavior towards others, including prominent figures like Cassie Ventura and Jimmy Iovine.
"Ms. Richard is among more than two dozen people who have filed lawsuits against him... she witnessed Combs physically abuse his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura."
— Flo (30:10)
Flo provides detailed accounts of Dawn's experiences, such as being forced into strenuous rehearsals, enduring physical abuse, and facing intimidation aimed at silencing her and other victims.
"Combs would often come into her dressing room unannounced. He'd touch her butt and around her breast to signal where the clothing should fall."
— Flo (35:20)
She emphasizes Dawn's credibility and the gravity of her allegations, positioning her as a pivotal witness in the trial.
Following Dawn, Flo discusses Aubrey O'Day's impending testimony, highlighting her long-standing relationship with Diddy and her decision to stand up against his misconduct.
"Aubrey O'Day was telling these stories for years and years and nobody listened."
— Flo (50:00)
Flo praises Aubrey's courage and determination to seek justice, framing her testimony as a crucial element in exposing the depth of Diddy's alleged criminal activities.
Flo broadens the scope of the discussion by introducing other celebrities connected to the case, such as Lauren London, Nicki Minaj, and Michael B. Jordan. She explores their alleged interactions with Diddy and how these relationships may have influenced their involvement in the trial.
"Cassie admitted that she had an affair with Michael B. Jordan, which led to further complications and conflicts."
— Flo (1:20:15)
She speculates on the reasons behind these celebrities' involvement, suggesting that Diddy's manipulative behavior and intimidation tactics played a significant role in their silence and eventual cooperation.
A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to analyzing Cassie Ventura's testimony and the subsequent cross-examination by Diddy's defense team. Flo breaks down the nuances of Cassie's statements, addressing how the defense attempts to undermine her credibility by highlighting text messages and alleged inconsistencies.
"When Cassie said, 'I'm ready for a freak off,' it was presented as a major point, but she had already explained her coerced circumstances earlier."
— Flo (2:10:40)
She argues that the defense's strategy to focus on specific text messages fails to acknowledge the broader pattern of abuse and intimidation Cassie experienced, thereby missing the context of her coerced compliance.
Flo critiques the entertainment industry's complicity in silencing victims and perpetuating Diddy's alleged criminal behavior. She draws parallels between the systemic issues within the industry and the challenges faced by victims attempting to come forward.
"The industry is catching strays, exposing how many people knew and did nothing... This is why people didn't say anything."
— Flo (2:45:30)
She emphasizes the importance of media coverage in bringing these issues to light and supporting the victims in their pursuit of justice.
Flo touches upon the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) aspects of the case, explaining how it extends beyond individual misconduct to encompass a broader criminal enterprise.
"A RICO case goes from the top down. It's not just about who actually committed the crimes, but who directed them."
— Flo (3:10:05)
She elaborates on how the prosecution is building a case that portrays Diddy's actions as part of a larger, organized effort to manipulate and control, further strengthening the legal implications against him.
As the episode concludes, Flo reflects on the progress of the trial and expresses optimism about the ongoing revelations and testimonies. She reaffirms her dedication to providing comprehensive coverage and urges listeners to stay engaged and supportive.
"This is a monumental, horrific trial... We're just warming up. We've got work to do."
— Flo (3:50:20)
She also thanks her subscribers and outlines upcoming exclusive content, including interviews and live streams, promising continued in-depth analysis of the trial's developments.
"I was right again. So when I say I'm not a professional, I'm just good."
— Flo (12:00)
"Dawn is a strong woman who ain't about to be up here lying about this."
— Flo (25:35)
"Cassie did the similar thing [to Eminem in 8 Mile]. She said all of this and shut it down."
— Flo (2:30:50)
"This is about four or five major things in this case that I have predicted."
— Flo (3:15:10)
Flo's episode on The Flo Show, No Filter offers a thorough and passionate examination of the Diddy trial, highlighting the emergence of crucial witnesses and the broader implications of the case within the entertainment industry. Through detailed analysis, firsthand accounts, and persuasive commentary, Flo provides listeners with a clear understanding of the trial's complexities and the importance of holding powerful figures accountable.
