I'm very interactive with my fans, followers, and supporters. All you gotta do is message me. If I see it, I respond and try to react to it before we start. I am happy as hell if you know me. I'm a huge Browns fan from Cleveland, born and raised, and those fuckers won last night. But this is the kicker. I learned a valuable lesson. Never give up on your team. Because I have a confession, y'all. I was tired last night and I didn't even watch the fucking game. They finally win. I've been on this podcast complaining about all these losses, and they finally win. And I don't watch it and I don't like it. But congratulations, Browns. I apologize for being an asshole and not sticking by y'all. It won't happen again. I see y'all next Sunday and learn from me. Y'all don't give up on your team, because the minute you stop watching, they gonna win again. All right, so the five lawsuits that y'all wanted me to go over with Diddy, Diddy, Diddy, Mo Diddy. Let's just get right into it. So, as you know, I am your host. Floating the one and only. And today, we will be diving into one of the most shocking stories of all. The Diddy story. And then within this Diddy story, we have five new lawsuits. An avalanche of lawsuits just came in, guys. This week alone, we got five, and they were filed in New York, adding to the growing number. I am losing count. If you know how many lawsuits it is so far, put it in the fan mail so I can post it. I appreciate all the fan mail, too. Please. I read all of them, so send Me messages. This, these latest. This is a laundry list. And it's getting crazy, y'all. The lawyers are suing each other. And also Tony Busby that's been filing all these lawsuits. At the end of the show, I'm gonna tell you about a lawsuit that just got filed on him. They are playing dirty pool, y'all. Everybody is at each other's throats, and I'm just sitting back watching it all like y'all with my popcorn, my nachos, and my jalapenos. I like jalapenos and my nacho. So let's get into it. On Tuesday, there were five lawsuits filed which were filed in New York, and they alleged sexual assault, rape, and drugging. Now, these incidents reportedly occurred between the years of 2001 and 2022. Now, the plaintiffs are three men and two women. Now, they are all filing anonymously with accusations ranging from brutal assaults at lavish parties to incidents at little private events in Miami and New York. Now, all five plaintiffs described being drugged after consuming a beverage or beverages. Those beverages left them disoriented, unable to defend themselves, and ultimately the victims of sexual violence. The lawsuits repeatedly mentioned Diddy's use of power, intimidation, and coercion. Now, Diddy's legal team immediately responded to all of these. In a statement, Diddy's lawyer, Erica Wolf, says Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail. He has denied all wrongdoing and maintains his innocence. I don't buy it, but hey, I'm not the judge or the jury, so he don't have to prove it to me. So let's start with the lawsuits. Let's do law. We're going to start with lawsuit number one. This is from 2001, and of course, he's a John Doe. We don't know who he, what his name is at the time, but he's from Texas. Now, this person is a former actor that alleges that he traveled to New York City in October 2001 for a music video audition. Holy. If you've been reading these lawsuits, you know when you do an audition with Diddy, it could get spooky. Now, he was directed to a hotel room where Diddy arrived and after an unsettling encounter, offered him a drink that tasted strange. According to this alleged victim, the plaintiffs says he passed out and woke up to Diddy raping him while he be by being held down by a bodyguard. He. He suffered injuries from this guys, including cracked teeth. How in the World, did he crack his damn teeth? Did he? Did he? You a motherfucker. But anyway, let's go to lawsuit number two. This is a Jane Doe from. Also from Texas, 2004. Now, this person was a minor, 17, and she attended one of Diddy's infamous Fourth of July white parties. It was in the Hamptons. She alleges that after consuming a drink, she became disoriented, passed out, and woke up in pain, Realizing she had been sexually assaulted. Diddy allegedly threatened her, saying he ran New York and he could ruin her if she speaks out. She claims she was coerced into silence in exchange for the return of her phone and purse. Y'all. So allegedly, this alleged monster took her purse and her phone and wouldn't give it to her until she admitted or, or, or, or told him that she wouldn't Mohawk Diddy. All right, number three. This is also a Jane Doe. This is from 2001. And this person is from New York. Now, this third plaintiff attended a Halloween party at a New York Club in 2001. She said she was escorted to a limousine by one of Diddy's security guards and giving. And given a drink. You can't take no drink from Diddy. We learned if anything we've learned so far is if Diddy asks you, can I get you. Can I fetch you a beverage? You gotta tell him, hell the fuck no. Like Cat Williams said. Now, this person claims that she was then forced to perform oral sex on both secure both of the security guards and Diddy while under the influence of drugs. Now let's go to lawsuit number four. This is a John Doe from New York, 2022. In 2022, this man alleges he attended a private party at a home in New York hosted by Diddy. After consuming alcohol, he blacked out and woke up in a dark bedroom. That's where he claims that Diddy sexually assaulted him. After that, the plaintiff says he fled the house traumatized and continues to suffer from emotional distress to this day. Now, number five. This is a John Doe from Miami. And this is a more recent alleged incident from 2022. Now, this lawsuit involves another man who says he attended an after hours event hosted by Diddy in Miami. Shit. The plaintiff alleges he was drugged after being invited upstairs by one of Diddy's associates. He woke up naked with Diddy assaulting him while others in the room watched. Now, I don't know. I can't. I was not there. I cannot say that these are true or false. That is what the court of law is for. But I can tell you this. It's very alarming when you see a pattern of behavior coming from different sources. Not true. People are seeing these stories. But still, for everyone to kind of be saying the same thing in different ways doesn't bode well for the. The Diddy monster, AKA Mohawk Diddy, or like most of you call him, the Diddler. Now, these. These lawsuits mirrored each other. They even mirror other lawsuits made, including the one by R and B singer Cassie. Y'all know that was in 2023, I believe what some. Around September, you know, Cassie accused Diddy of years of abuse, sex trafficking, and coercion. That lawsuit was settled within 24 hours. But, whoa, boy, did it not open up the floodgates. People start coming forward left and right after that. To this day, I believe Diddy is facing 34 sexual assault lawsuits with over 120 expected to be filed. Y'all, the Mohawk Diddy is possibly looking at over 150 sexual assaults lawsuits. Can somebody look that up and see if that's a record and let me know in the fan mail because sheesh. Now Diddy is also facing federal charges for racketeering and sex trafficking. He is accused of running a network of parties and events where victims were allegedly drugged and exploited in knees. Lawsuits are not helping him at all. Now, prosecutors claim he uses power, influence, power and influence to silence victims and orchestrate these crimes. Now let's talk about Tony Busby. Do y'all know Tony Busby? He is the. I want to call him big time lawyer, for lack of better words, out of Houston, out of Texas. And I learn of his power and how hard he goes. I Learned from the Desean Watson case where it ended up being a 22 or 23, something like that. Lawsuit cases against him for Desean Watson. If you don't know, he's a football player, quarterback for the Browns. Tony Busby was on his ass. No Diddy. And that's where I kind of learned like, oh, Tony Busby is not the one to play with. But guess what? The iron the irony of all this is Busby himself is now facing accusations of extortion from an anonymous celebrity. And if I was to take a guess of who that anonymous celebrity is. Now, if y'all know some anonymous celebrity is suing Tony Busby and we got another lawsuit with Tony Busby. We're gonna get to that. To the. At the end. But if I was to guess, I'm, I'm. I'm torn between Ray J. And Kevin Hart because Kevin Hart has been known to sue for extortion or whatever, and he's Diddy's buddy and he said to be wrapped up in some. And then I also think it could possibly reray J, because I'm thinking, like, whoever is suing this lawyer, because obviously they're trying to sue them because they're doing all this to Diddy. To me, it would have to be somebody that doesn't have as much to lose if they're saying they're a celebrity. That's the only reason I'm leaning towards Ray J. But then, like I said, Kevin Hart has been known to sue for extortion. So my guess is Ray J or Kevin Hart. I will let you know as it develops and I find out who the fuck this celebrity is that's suing. But legal. Diddy's legal team, they tried to get a gag order going to prevent witnesses from speaking publicly, but that was of course, denied. I don't know if you knew that judge denied it. Meanwhile, they've accused prosecutors of improperly seizing privileged communications from Diddy Sell in prison. And that is starting to become to be found out as a lie. I don't know if you been following that, but Diddy said that he wrote legal on his documents. So when the feds raided his jail cell or whatever, they. He was saying that him and his Diddy and his legal team were saying that they illegally confiscated it because it said legal on it. Well, they are finding out that Diddy wrote legal on it after the fact. And the judge ain't too happy about that because the judge thought he was being honest. And so that's what they're dealing with today. Just giving you some background on what the hell going on with Diddy's bail. Now, this is all having an immense impact on Diddy's legacy. You all know that once he was a huge mogul with a reputation of just gold and platinum music, an icon, and now he's in shambles. These allegations have tarnished not just his name, but also the legacy of Bad Boy Records and every contribution this fucker ever made to hip hop. Even if he avoids criminal convictions, the weight of these civil cases and public opinion will be devastating. This scandal is rocking the entire entertainment world. It's raising all kinds of critical questions about the accountability, use of power, and systematic abuse and silencing of all of these victims. Now, as these lawsuits continue to unfold, we're left with more questions than answers. Will justice prevail for the alleged victims? Or will this be another case of Power and wealth shielding the accused, whatever the case may be, I am going to keep you updated at all times. But before we get out of here, Tony Busby. Tony Busby, the. The attorney, y'all. This. This case is ridiculous. It's insane. You don't need Hulu, you don't need Netflix. Keep up with this case and this podcast, because this shit is every day. Listen to what just happened to Tony Busby. Now, I've already told you, lawyers are suing. The lawyers are suing each other. It's getting to that point. The freaking lawyers are suing each other. But now it appears that now a woman is suing Tony Busby for assault. So the lawyer who has 30 something cases against Diddy for assault with a hundred more to go, 120 they're saying. Now all of a sudden, out of nowhere, he's being sued for assault. Is that ironic, y'all? So let me give you a little few of the details to summarize of what's going on. Now, Tony Busby. Now, a woman has identified Tony Busby. Now, this woman is also a Jane Doe. She remains anonymous for now. She was a former client of Tony Busby and now has accused him of assault and legal malpractice during her divorce case. So apparently she was getting a divorce, he was helping her out, and he blurred the lines. Let's say allegedly. Now, what else is she alleging? She alleges that Busby assaulted her in a public place by pushing a champagne flute into her face. This champagne flute while pushed into her face, apparently, or should I say allegedly chipped her tooth. Now, she claims to have medical and dental. Dental records as evidence. Tony Busby. Tony Busby. You better be careful. Now, additionally, she accuses him of mishandling her divorce case, leading to financial losses. Now, Busby denies the allegations, calling them ridiculously crazy. Now he's sounding like Diddy and his team. They always ridiculously crazy when they're. When they're alleged towards you, but that's just another. I'm just talking. Y'all don't listen to me. Now, whether this case is linked to other legal conflicts he's involved in, we don't know. The woman's attorney, Jeremy Borer, his last name is B O H R E R, has criticized Busby, you know, labeling him a hypocrite. This alleged incident between her and Busby reportedly happened years ago. But we haven't. We haven't got all of the details, but as they come in, I will keep you in the loop. But this is unfolding we got a big thing unfolding today, you guys. And if Diddy gets bail or doesn't get bail, whatever the outcome of the hearing today, I will probably come back later today with another episode because this is a huge moment in this case. I don't think he. I think he has a snowball chance in hell of getting bail. But we can't assume anything, especially when we're dealing with Mo Hawk Diddy. They always say, why? You say why? Do you. What's the difference between Mohawk Diddy and Diddy? Mohawk Diddy once ran a 30 mile race marathon on a bum knee in two or three hours. At almost 50 years old, 40 something, whatever the age was, Mohawk Diddy is unstoppable. Don't ever forget that. I appreciate y'all listening to me. I'm out.
