The thoughts, views, and opinions shared on the Flow show no Filter are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Howdy, howdy, howdy. Happy, happy Monday, y'all. Shit. Every time I'm off for the weekend on the podcast, I feel like I left y'all for, like two years. Gotta get back in the swing of things. A lot has happened and we gotta talk about it. Y'all know it's a Monday. One of those draggy, draggy, groggy Mondays. But you know how we do on the Flow show no Filter. We. We don't play that dragging Monday shit. We look Monday right in the eyes and say, look here, Monday, fuck you. I'm gonna have a good Monday today, ain't we, y'all? We gonna hit the ground running. This ain't gonna be one of those Monday. That Monday us to death and have us feeling all down and beat up. Cause we got a full week of work ahead of us. So on behalf of all the Flow show no Filter community, I would like to say Monday, fuck you, because we gonna do our thing. Got lot to talk about today. Oh, my God, it's so crazy. Well, we got Diddy news, Diddy News, and Diddy News. We gotta get back. Diddy been. He been getting a little break a little bit. A lot of other stuff been happening. And then the diller just been hiding and hoping we stop talking about him, but nah, he. He's still in the mix. Well, they are about to name names and co conspirators. If you've been following this podcast, you know, I already told you that you can't have a conspiracy charge without co conspirators. So the fact that Diddy was the only one on trial. I told you co conspirators were coming up, and we just got the announcement. I'm gonna give you dates and go into some of those details. Also, the Diddler actually got a. A victory. A small win. Well, and you can't even. I might not even call it small. He got a pretty significant win. And I'm gonna talk about that. They're looking into something that may have been done wrong when his. When his sale was raided. As you know, Diddy and his defense team are looking for any loophole to get this case dismissed. Not n. I don't think it's gonna get dismissed, but I'm gonna tell you what. And what's going on with that, because you're gonna need to pay attention to that. And I got something to talk about that then came in the left came from left field. I don't know if y'all saw it, but Fox Sports, which is a. If y'all don't know that's a channel news station or not news channel, but a sports station with Skip Bayless and actually Shannon Sharp used to be on there. Well, y'all, they are talking about that. That is like Fox Sports is like Epstein island or like freak offs or. Or they've been running that like some freaky Jeffrey Epstein slash Diddy. Skip Bayless is being sued a lawsuit, some type of sexual assault harassment type shit. But it's really the whole Fox Sports. We gotta talk about that. It got Joy Taylor. I don't know if you know the female analyst. Sports analysts. This is crazy. Like when I first saw it, I kind of thought it was clickbait about Skip Bayless and wait till y'all hear the details of this. But then I actually did some digging and it's like this is gonna be some big. Because there's plenty of receipts and these men at Fox Sports harassed and. And the environment that they have for women in there, how they treated women and the truth is coming out is embarrassing and disgusting. And so I'm gonna talk to you, we're going to talk about that. And like I said, this is going to be something y'all gonna pay attention to. And I was probably gonna be something I'll be covering once more details come out because I think heads are about to roll and some about to happen. So a lot, A lot of. But before I get into that, y'all know I gotta rant. Let me rant real quick. Y'all mine. Let me rant. And also. Oh, and I'm talking to you about the new subscriptions and all of that and the shout outs y'all have been. Man, we, we having a good time in. In the subscription world. The subscribers, y'all know I just did the Shakir Stewart story. Another man who was. People think Diddy has something to do with his mysterious death. After he got caught up. Shakir Stewart was dating Kim Porter and Diddy didn't like it. You know, it's all in the subscriber stuff. But I appreciate all y'all. I'm talk more about that and some other things I got going on too in the show. Don't, don't let me forget y'all. As if y'all could remind me, but you know what I mean. But let me rant real quick. And this rant is about Apple. Apple, are you listening? I am not getting no new fucking iPhone. I don't care what type of tricks you try. Now, let me tell you something. Y'all know that story about how they say, like, Apple starts fucking with your phone and making your phone mess up when the new app iPhone comes out? And so I used to think that was bullshit until. But guess why I didn't know? Because back in the day, I ain't gonna say back in the day, just a little while ago, I was one of those ones that I had to have the newest iPhone. Every time that dropped, I didn't care what it was if. If it came out today, I needed it today or yesterday. Like, I used to be that type. So I never experienced them up my phone or with my phone because I got the new one before they could do that. But then in the recent years when I got. I've gotten into my old man stage, you know, old man, we like to keep everything. We don't want the new shit. And I'm embracing my old. My old man chapter. I'm going into it. I like it. So, you know, when you old man. I don't give a. Everything you. When you become an old man, everything you have be like, 20 years. You pointed some shoes. I like those shoes. Oh, man. You'd be like, oh, yeah, man. I'm glad you like it. I had these shoes 10 years, 15 years. That's when you're getting old. You just had shit for 20 years, just regular shit. So now I'm embracing. I don't want. I got. Listen, y'all, I got an iPhone 13. And I got a. I got two phones, and my other phone, older than that, it's an 11, which I found out. I was kind of embarrassed when I found out I was 11. I didn't know my phone was that old, but that's another story. So, anyway, I'm not getting. I have had this 13. I don't know how many new. It's been a million iPhones came out since this 13, and I ain't got none of them because I'm not doing it. I'm tired of. I'm not doing that no more. I'm not paying $3,000 for a phone every two months. I did that. That was my thing. I had to have it. Now I don't give a fuck. I'm old man. So now guess what, y'all. I'm. All of a sudden, I'm trying to. My phone is doing some weird. Like, it gets down to 10 because, you know, the new iPhone came out, and T mobile tried to get me to get it. And, man, they've been pressing me. I'm like, are y'all working for Apple? Because they've been pressing me. So anyway, little was happening, but it's like now Apple getting aggressive because now my phone goes to 10% and then just dies. I'm like, when did. That's. What is that like? Y'all really trying it. Y'all really trying me. I'm not. I'm not biting y'all. I'm not getting a new one. I learned I'm in my old man, my Uncle Jim. Rest in peace, Uncle Jim. But that guy, that uncle taught me how to hold on to money and how to be responsible. He was the one of the one in the family that all his vehicles was from the 80s, and he didn't have a car note on none of them. And they ran like a dream, but they look like shit. I'm gonna be honest with you now. They look like they didn't even run. But my uncle always believed in fixing what you have. Fuck new shit. Fix what you have. Save your money. And that uncle was the one in the. One of the people in the family always had a lot of money, and I learned from him. And so I'm keeping my old iPhone until this motherfucker don't do anything. And Apple, if you listening, you can stop trying to mess with my phone because I will put this thing in the shot and get the battery and put a new battery in here like my uncle. I will do that before I get a new one. So you can start with the games. And if y'all have experienced that, where when the new iPhone come out and they start putting the heebie jeebies on your phone that you got because they want you to get the new one, Talk about it in the fan mail. Let's talk about that, because we not going. I like my old phone, and I'm sticking with it. I don't care what you say. It's paid for. It's mine. I don't want the new shit because it got five cameras on the back of it and all that. I don't know how to use none of that shit anyway. So everybody out there, hey, if you want the new iPhone, you know my thing. I don't hate on you. Do what you want to do. But for me and for the people like me that's saying we boy, I'm boycotting new ones. I'm sticking with this with my 13 and my little 11. And then real quick, the reason why I got embarrassed about the 11. I was going off on T Mobile one time and this. The. The. The representative was like, well, we see that you have a 13 and then you have an 11. I said, I don't have no damn 11. I at the time, I didn't, you know, I wasn't used to having old phone. So I'm like, no way I got 11. I'm like, my. Even my 11 at least has to be a 13. So she told me how to find out what you know. She walked me through how to go to certain settings and see what phone you had. And I'm walking through it and I' it's like, like, yeah. Cause there's no way I got 11. I go through that thing, that thing say iPhone 11. Y'all had to apologize. I had to tell her. I had to tell her. I apologize. I didn't know my phone was that old. And it. I got humbled real quick. So anyway, off of that, shout out to Apple, I'm not getting no new iPhone. I just want to let y'all know that I don't give a fuck what tricks they try to put on my new phone on my 13. But speaking of tricks, the feds have a trick for the Diddler. They are about to name names and co conspirators and they got a date. And that date they are saying they are going to do this by March 7, which is a day after my birthday. Shout out to all the Pisces. And like I say, we got to get into it because they even bringing up the Kid Cudi blowing up incident when. When allegedly Diddy blew up Kid Cudi's car. Kid Cudi is a rapper from Cleveland. Actually went to the same high school as me. I know Kid Cudi. We have of course met him face to face quite a few times. But we have mutual friends. But we both went to Shaker Heights High School. Shout out to all the Red Raiders out there. But they even brought that up about when Diddy blew up his. Allegedly blew up his car because he was talking to Cassie. It's just a mess. And so let's get into it. As always, welcome to the Flow show no Filter, the podcast where I dive deep into the hottest story. And I spilled tea all over your dashboard while you watching. And if you walking your dog, I hold you down while you walking. Now today's episode, I already told you, I'm unpacking all kind of shit with Diddy, Skip Bayless and all type of stuff. But we talking about Diddy right now. And word on the street is that the federal prosecutors are about to name names and his alleged co conspirators. Ain't this the day we've been waiting for y'all? My popcorn and got stale. I've been having my popcorn waiting for this day. I gotta get some new pop secret. So it's a massive racketeering case. And y'all already know this is not no, just no celebrity scandal. It's got sex trafficking and now arson because of blowing up the car. It's getting crazy. And even organized crime vibes. I can't believe it. So let's break it down. Now, according to reports from AllHipHop.com which has been an accredited publication covering all rap and music and news for decades. Now, according to them, the feds are set to drop an enterprise letter on March 7th. And I know what you said as soon as I said that. What the hell is an enterprise letter? And I said the same shit when I first read it, but, you know, I got to the bottom of it and I'm explaining it to y'all. So think of a enterprise letter. Think of it as the Fed's way of putting together a lineup of everyone they think or was in on all the crimes committed by Mohawk Diddy, AKA Sean Combs, the dealer. Now, it's like. It casts. It's like a list. It's a list and it's very dark. You can look at it as almost like an illegal movie. That's kind of like what the enterprise letter is. It details all the shady shit that went on. So now Diddy is facing of all of. Of what we know as a laundry list of charges, racketeering, like I said, conspiracy and all of that. And one of the incidents that is the wild part involves a Molotov cocktail being thrown into Kid Cudi's car. Yet, yes, Kid Cudi. Why? Like I told you, Diddy was pissed that Cudi was just being had a little thing with Cassie. And you would think Diddy could just, you know, let bygones be bygones, but no, he got to blow his. Blow cars up. And like I said, this is a pattern. Has been a pattern for Diddy with doing this violent to anybody that came within 10ft of Cassie, even when he wasn't dealing with Cassie anymore. Supposedly, like I said in the subscriber only, we had another example with the Shakir Stewart with Diddy with anybody coming within 10ft of Kim. Mysterious happened to him. Now, luckily, Kid Cudi is still here. He wasn't in the car when it blew up. But Shakir Stewart wasn't that lucky. So let's continue. Allegedly, Diddy was running what prosecutors are calling a criminal organization. Now, what does that mean? Basically, the feds are painting a picture of Diddy as a kingpin, someone allegedly orchestrating crimes ranging from intimidation and kidnapping to straight up sexual exploitation. Now, one claim dates back to December 2011, where Diddy and his associates allegedly held someone at gunpoint during a robbery. Like, how do you. How are you, Diddy? You got people connected to you that are robbing people when you're basically a billionaire, Y'all, this. These people just don't be doing some stupid. So that's one incident. Now we got another incident that they're. That the feds are detailing when Kid Cardi or Kid Cudi's car blew up. Now, Kid Cardi, Kid Cudi's car situation. Now picture this. This is 2012, y'all, and Diddy is allegedly big mad about Cassie's past with Cuddy. So what does he do? According to prosecutors, he orders his crew to slash the convertible top of Kid Cudi's car and set the thing on fire with the Molotov cocktail. Cudi later confirmed it, saying, this is all true. Like, damn, we love drama and hip hop, but this is giving crime thriller explosions is what we talking about. And don't even get me started on the Cassie allegations. Y'all already know about that. Unless you were living under a rock, you know that Cassie filed a lawsuit last year accusing Diddy of years of abuse, which she later settled. But the allegations are being brought up again in this federal case, and the feds apparently are connecting some of her claims to these broader racketeering conspiracy stuff. Messy ain't even a word. So to help make sense of all this, I, I did some pulling up some legal analysts who made a few statements on this, and one is Jordan Mitchell, Enterprise letter. Jordan Mitchell explains that in a little bit more detail. Says an enterprise letter is essentially the government's blueprint for how they believe this alleged criminal organization operated. It lays out who did what, when, and how they were connected. This document is especially important in racketeering cases because it helps prosecutors show that these weren't isolated incidents, but rather these were part of a larger organized effort. So it's like connecting dots on a crime map, basically. And if this case moves forward, the enterprise letter will be critical in painting a picture of Diddy's alleged role and the involvement of this supposed co conspirators. Now, of course, the Internet has a lot to say about this Some people are screaming innocent until proven guilty, while others are like, lock his ass up. So let's see what some of the, some of the Internet sleuths have been saying. Hip hop guru says Diddy has been moving shady for years. This doesn't surprise me at all, but Bad Boy Forever, which is obviously a Diddy apologist, tweeted, y'all really think the feds have anything solid? This is a witch hunt. And then justice for Cassie, which you know what side they own, says finally the truth is coming out. These allegations are horrifying and I hope justice is served. So although people are divided, we all know what we looking for. We looking for justice, whatever that looks like. This whole situation as a matter of fact has got me thinking about a lot of other high profile racketeering cases involving celebrities. I mean we had somewhere with six, nine, if y'all remember him. He was caught up in a RICO case, Young thug was caught up in a RICO case. And everybody who was caught up in a case got caught up and really was held accountable. Like they not playing with those ricos these days. From Bad Boy records to his billionaire status to being in a prison built to house inmates, we don't know what the hell this story is going to, how did he story going to end on this case? But we know one thing, we will be all the way tuned in. And so we're going. When they talking about names, we're going to sit back and see what celebrities they might name. Are they going to name any of the celebrities? The Ashton kutras, the Leonardo DiCaprios, the JLo's, what or who will be named next? I have some thoughts and I'm actually compiling a list, working hard, I don't know. I'll have my list probably by the end of this week of who I think will be named. But like I said once this, once they name these co conspirators and release this enterprise letter shit is going to get crazy. Er, because they do have a, they do have a list that they of, of celebrities that they do want to go after according to Tony Busby. Because as you know, Tony Busby is definitely already said he's working with the feds or whatever. So when that list comes out, people are going to be, they're going to have to. Whether it's celebrities, whether it's just people that work with Diddy, they're going to have to fess up, they're going to have to tell or they going to be going down. And so at that point you're going to see and hear way more information come out. So I'm waiting on that day. But I tell you something else. Diddy and his attorneys, they know that shit is crucial and, but they just filed a motion or, or got a, a, a little victory because the judge is saying that we need to look into how a certain person who raided, who was a part of the raid, when they went in Diddy's room, when they went in Diddy's cell, they looking into him and the judge wants answers from the prosecutors. And we about to go into that now. Before I go into that, let me give a shout out to everybody. We just launched officially our subscriber content today. Actually we dropping the next chapter in this series, Surviving Clive and Diddy. And in today's episode we'll be talking about Cathy White. And Kathy White is the, if you don't know, Kathy White was the mistress of Jay Z who, who was spilling the beans and was saying she was about to go do a tell all about her possible, you know, pregnancy and, and her affair or whatever you want to call it with Jay Z while Jay Z was with Beyonce. And then Beyonce announced she was pregnant with blue. And then 48 hours later, Kathy White was pronounced dead in her late twenties out of nowhere with a supposed aneurysm. And that is a deep, deep story that ties Jay Z and possibly Diddy and the industry to this murder. So that would be the episode dropping later today. But I just want to thank everybody. Man, once we launched, we got so many subscribers. As a matter of fact, if you did not receive your welcome letter, it was so many that came in. Sherry Cunningham thank you for the five dollar subscription. Bo Garbette thank you for the five dollar subscription. And I think, I don't know if that's it. Ashley and Amanda, thank you for the $4 subscription. Antoinette Wood, thank you for the $5 subscription. Elizabeth Freeze, thank you for the $5 Subscription and thank all of y'all for the, for the, for all the order to all the subscribers. And then let me just say give a very special thanks to these two subscribers. One is Ramona. I actually have a letter to read from her. I'll do that at the end of the show. But Ramona has been a ten dollar, was a ten dollar subscriber from the start. She subscribed when it wasn't even nothing to subscribe to. I Didn't even have no content available. So much love to you. And Chocolate Marie was a five has been a five dollar subscriber when it was nothing to subscribe at. So I subscribe to. I appreciate y'all so much and I'm looking forward to all the many things that I'm bringing to y'all with this new subscriber only content. And I got more news about that, but I'm gonna save it to the end of the show. You know, I like to keep things rolling. So let me, let's get into this, this win that Diddy just got, because I'm gonna tell y'all, I think we cool. I think it's, you know, I don't think it's no big deal, but it just scares me when they keep, you know, when the defense keeps bringing up these motions about the raid and keep talking about his amendment and talking about his first, you know, his rights and Diddy's rights being violated. And I started thinking like, are they about to dismiss this trial? But let's get into it. They're not though, but they are looking into this. So let's get into this victory. So let's see. They recently did. His legal team scored a significant victory when the US Ditch District Judge Aram Subramanian has ordered federal prosecutors to provide detailed information about the Bureau of Prisons investigator from West Virginia. And they're referring to the person who they're talking about. They're referring to him as Investigator 1. They are saying that Investigator 1 is being accused of unlawfully accessing Diddy's confidential legal notes during a raid at the Metropolitan Detention Center. Now, this order is crucial because it addresses the potential violations of Diddy's Fourth Amendment rights against unlawful searches and seizures, as well as his Sixth Amendment right to counsel. If the prosecution access privileged information, it could taint their entire case. According to the reports, during a sweep of J of Diddy's jail cell, investigator 1 allegedly sees handwritten notes containing defense strategies and shared them with the prosecute prosecutors. Diddy's attorneys argue that this constitutes a blatant violation of his constitutional rights and have called for a another hearing called a castigar hearing, and the spelling on that word is K a S T I G a R. This hearing would require the government to prove that none of the evidence they plan to use was derived from the seized materials. So they got another big hearing coming up, y'all, concerning Diddy's Fourth Amendment rights being violated. Now, quote unquote, as I and I quote from Diddy's, attorney. We believe that the government's actions have compromised Mr. Combs right to a fair trial. The seizure of privileged communications is unacceptable, and we will pursue all legal avenues to address this misconduct. Now, prosecutors. Prosecutors, on the other hand, maintain that the raid was part of a routine security operation that was not specifically targeted at Diddy. And they argued that any materials obtained were. Were incidental and have not influenced their case. However, the judge order suggests that there is a sufficient concern to warrant further investigation into the matter. So basically, the. The prosecution said, look, we didn't use none of that, and it ain't that serious, but the judge wants answers. So also the. The analyst Jordan Mitchell spoke on this and to provide more insight into this legal matter that we got going on because it gets a little confusing. So he basically said the judge's order indicates a serious concern about potential prosecution misconduct. If it's proven that the prosecution access privileged information, it could lead to significant repercussions, including the possibility of certain evidence being suppressed, or in extreme cases, the dismissal of charges. Now, with the trial scheduled for May. May 5, 2025, these revelations could have substantial impact on the proceedings. Diddy's legal team is also seeking the appointment of a special master to oversee the handling of privileged materials, arguing that the current process lacks adequate safeguards. Now, a special master acts as an independent third party to review potential privileged materials, ensuring that the defendant's rights are protected and that the prosecution does not gain an unfair advantage. So this is getting confusing, y'all, and it's getting. But bottom line is they feel like Diddy's. The defense feels like his Fourth amendment rights were violated during that rape, especially by Investigator 1. And of course, the prosecution is saying bullshit. So I'm just. That's the simple way to put it. Now, this case has garnered significant public interest, not only because of Diddy celebrity, but due to the serious nature of what the hell is going on. So, long story short, we. We gotta play close attention, and. Because if they find out some truth to this, they could be trying to dismiss charges. I don't know about all charges. Maybe some charges, but you never know how far, you know, legal. How far they're gonna take it. You know, you just don't know. It's a crapshoot. And we are. Definitely will. Definitely. I'll be watching this closely and see what the judge ends up ruling on all of this. This is something we need to know, so be looking out for that. The minute we get answers on this, I'm gonna let you know, because this is. I don't know if everybody's even really talking about it, but this is important right here because we don't know what Investigator 1 did. He could have done something, you know, seriously wrong and had serious misconduct that can affect the case. We don't know. So let's, let's definitely pay attention to what the hell they got going on and we will definitely continue to watch. But the Diddy, Diddy, Diddy, did he. Speaking of Diddy, you always think of now, like, when you think of Diddy, you think of freak offs. It's like used to think of the mogul. Now it's like you don't even really think about his music as much as you think about this freak off. The guy that's been on some Epstein. And now it's like all of this shit is getting uncovered because now Skip Bayless and Fox Sports got a $1.5 million problem on their hand and it could be even worse. This. Let me give you the general context of it before I give you the full breakdown, but basically this is what's going on. Skip Bayless and Fox are being sued for sexual harassment. Skip Bayless allegedly offered a hairdresser or hairstylist that worked for Fox Sports $1.5 million for sex. He's. He's accused of giving long, lingering, perverted hugs and kisses and pressing against her breast. Also, plaintiffs claimed that she told him that. She told him that you have a wife and he said that don't matter. Aren't you Muslim? Doesn't your dad have three or four wives? Another Fox exec groped her. And also this is in the lawsuit. And basically the lawsuit is describing Fox Sports as a misogynistic, racist and ableist workplace culture. Wow. So let's get into that. This is. And Fox Sports is a huge network, y'all. This. And this is. This lady has receipts on top of receipts. And I always tell you if I'm bringing you a case, normally I'm early on it as far as before it even gets out of control. But I usually bring it to you because I know which ones are going to get out of control. And you can mark my words, this Fox Sports case is about to be out of control. People are about to get fired. Money's about to be. Money is about to be thrown at people. And we are going to get answers to a lot of this we didn't know, like, why was Shannon Sharp actually fired? You know, Shannon Sharp was on there. You know, he got Club Shay Shay and all this other stuff. Going on. But he was fired. And we really never gave was given a reason. This might have something to do with it. So check this out. Knowing. Knowing Foggy, a former Fox hair sports hair stylist, just filed the mother of all lawsuits and is blowing up an entire network. We talking sexual harassment, shady backdoor deals, retaliation, and everything in between. Nobody is safe. Joy Taylor, Skip Bayless, Charlie Dixon, even Shannon Sharp's name is being dragged into this mix. So check it out. The hairs. Let's call Noah. Noah and Faggie, the hairstylist who turned whistleblower. So Noah No. 1, a Persian hairstylist, started working at Fox Sports in 2012. For years, she kept her head down, did her job, and stayed out of the spotlight. She. She wasn't some overnight hire that just was given a position. She earned it. She put in work. She styled everyone from Joy Taylor to Colin Cowherd to Skip Bayless, and she finally landed a full time gig in 2016, thanks to Joy Taylor. More on Joy in a second. Because she is being implicated into some shady shit herself in all of this mess. Now, at first, things seem normal, and as normal as they can be. It's always some in the game. Y'all know that. And, and, and Noah Faggy found out firsthand. Now, she said she started noticing some shady stuff, and by 2023, she had seen enough to go ahead and blow the whistle on all of it. And her lawsuit isn't just about her. It's about exposing the whole network and everybody involved. Now, this lawsuit has us questioning many things, and one of them is Joy Taylor's meteoric rise. And now we're calling that a suspicious meteoric rise. Check it out. Joy Taylor. She joined Fox in 2016 as a fresh face. But according to the hairstylist Feggy, Joy didn't just climb the corporate ladder, she jumped it. And how did she pull that off? Allegedly, by getting cozy with Charlie Dixon, who is an executive VP of content at Fox Sports. Now, Ms. Feige claims joy and Charlie's relationship wasn't just professional. It was personal, flirty, and flat out inappropriate. Oh, and here's the kicker. Joy was married at the time. She just moved from Miami to LA without her husband. But according to Ms. Faggie, it didn't take long for her to start building connections. One night, Joy invited Ms. Faggie out for drinks. Innocent enough, right? Nope. Guess who was there. Charlie. Dick Dixon shows up at the bar, buying drinks, getting touchy with Joy and acting way too familiar. Ms. Faggy says the whole vibe was Off. But she didn't say anything. She said she wasn't about to stir the pot. And then the next morning, she runs into Charlie at work. And now, mind you, she didn't know when they were out for drinks at that time. She didn't know who Charlie was. So when Ms. Faggy showed up the next day, next day for work at Fox Sports, she sees Joy, of course, but then she sees. She sees Charlie, the same guy that was flirting with Joy. So then that's when Faggy asked Joy about it. And Joy just brushed it off and said, charlie's just a friend. Just a friend. So Ms. Faggy wasn't buying it. And later, Joy allegedly admitted she was hooking up with Charlie to secure her spot on Fox's show Undisputed. If you remember, Undisputed is the show was that that had Skip Bayless and. And Shannon Sharp. According to the lawsuit, Joy even joked. And this is when things get serious. Faggy told Joy that be careful, because a lot of these powerful men use you up. You know, fuck you, do this and that, and then, you know, fire you and you and toss you to the side. And that's when Joy Taylor told her this. She said, I got it under control. If Charlie fires me, I'll just say that he forced himself on me. Did y'all hear that? Joy Taylor is using her vagina to climb the corporate ladder? And then says to the hairstylist that if Charlie fires her, she'll just say he sexually assaulted her. Let's continue now. Let's dive a little deeper. This rabbit. I told you this is a rabbit hole. I thought this was clickbait. I wasn't even going to talk about this. I wasn't even going to read it. But something told me to go ahead and read it. And then once I read the lawsuit and real, oh, this is serious, y'all. So by 2016, Undisputed was launching with Skip Bayless and. And Shannon Sharp. And Joy Taylor really wanted to be a part of it. There was one problem. Skip Bayless didn't want her there. The hairstylist claimed Skip made it crystal clear around the office that he didn't think Joy was the right fit as a moderator. But Charlie Dixon had other plans, and Charlie Dixon and Skip were cool. So Skip hat chose to go ahead and let her ride and let her rock out. Now, also according to this lawsuit, Charlie threw his weight around to make sure Joy got the gig, even though Skip didn't want her to have it. And if you notice, if you go back and watch like the earlier days of Undisputed, Skip barely acknowledged Joy. He treated her like he was always annoyed by her president, by her presence, and reportedly told colleagues he only accepted her as a favor to Charlie. Meanwhile, Joy kept playing the game. Ms. Faggy claims joy had an entire strategy for how to handle the situation. She never met Charlie in public alone. She always would bring someone along and usually would be Ms. Faggy to avoid so she could avoid the scandal. And if anybody called her out or if any paparazzi saw her, she would be ready to spin the narrative. If everything in this lawsuit is correct, is true, in which this lady has receipts and something tells me she ain't lying, man, when y'all read this stuff and really dig in, you're gonna be like, oh, she not lying. And Joy Taylor got me looking at her side at y'all, and I've always thought she was a little. I don't know. Like. I don't know. I just didn't. I just. I had a. Never had a good vibe about Joy. And so now it gets creepy. Now, look, all of that. I don't say it right. We haven't even got to the worst or some of the other. Let's just fuck. Let's just continue. Then there's Skip Bayless, the man in the middle of a lot of this. Ms. Faggy's lawsuit paints Skip as a next level inappropriate perv. While she was styling his hair, Skip allegedly made constant advances, professing his love and even inviting her to his house. But the wildest claim is that he offered her $1.5 million to sleep with him. And I don't. And. And she declined it. It is, man. That's the next level of being a. A misogynic, toxic, sexual harassing bastard. When you offer somebody $1.5 million for sex, that's how desperate and bad you are. And then they are not only. And then they decline you. So they. You. So they so turned off by you that didn't. You can't get them a million dollars. Skip Bayless. This is nasty. And so really, what is. What. What I started to see is. And you know me, I started reading Tea Leaves because there's one. There's one story on paper, but there's always a story behind the story, and you have to figure that out on your set, on your own. And so as I read this, I started realizing there was like a little. Little kinky, perverted competition going on because this hairstylist wouldn't sleep with anybody. So it was like a contest between Charlie Dixon, who eventually would try and. And Skip Bayless and whoever else was asked for spots. Fox Sports. So listen to how this went on. So of course I said, she turned down Skip. She. She said, a million and a half dollars. I ain't even enough to sleep with your ass. So Skip didn't want to take that. L. He continued. He continued to press her. Now, Charlie Dixon even planted a rumor that Ms. Faggy was sleeping with Shannon Sharp. This is what he told Skip. Skip, being a drama king that he is, lost it. He confronted this hairstylist, screaming about her betrayal and acting like she was his girlfriend instead of his hairstylist. According to the hairstylist, he even pulled his signature when she denied the rumor. And then that's when the retaliation started. So when Noah, aka Ms. Faggier, the hairstylist, wouldn't play along, the retaliation started. Her hours were cut, her shows were canceled. Her name was mysteriously left off schedules. And let's not forget the back injury she suffered on the job. Fox tried to use her work related comp where she had to leave as an exc. They tried to use her back injury, her being on leave for that and coming back. They tried to use that as an excuse to reduce her hours. But Ms. Feige knew her rights. She documented everything. Text audio recordings and send it to HR and did what she was supposed to do. She also started noticing a pattern. Other women who refused Charlie Dixon's advances were slowly pushed out. First their hours would get cut, then they'd be phased out. Ms. Faggy knew she was next, so she took matters into her own hands, according to claims. Now, here's where Joy Taylor comes back into the story. So if you remember, Joy and Ms. Feige were friends, or so Ms. Faggie thought. But when the heat turned up, Joy sided with Charlie. She even requested that Fox hire more black hairstylists, knowing it would justify cutting no Ms. Faggy's hours. By the time Joy landed her new gig on the new show Speak with Emmanuel Acho, which. That put the cur. The. The. The. The. The. You could stuck. The. Stuck a fork in Ms. Faggy at that point. Because Undisputed is pretty much gone at this point. And that's the main show that Ms. Feige worked on. She did Skip Bayless's hair and other things. And so Charlie Dixon put many advances on. Sexual advances and everything on Miss Faggy. And when she just wouldn't go for it, that's when he went to Joy Taylor and said, hey, we need to push this girl out. And Fire her and I need your help. And that's when Joy started pushing for more black hairstylists. And. And that was just a way to squeeze Ms. Feige out. Meanwhile, like I said, Undisputed is basically gone at this point, falling apart. Shannon Sharp was fired, allegedly because Charlie thought he and Miss Faggie were sleeping together. Skip begged Charlie not to let Shannon go, but. But it didn't matter. The dynamic was destroyed and ratings were tanked. Skip's contract wasn't renewed, and the show evaporated. Before leaving, skip allegedly warned Ms. Feige to sue them, sue Fox Sports, and told her about everything that was going on behind the scenes. Now, why did he do this? Because Skip felt betrayed by Charlie because Charlie fired Shannon on. On basically what was going to be skin Skips last. You know, his. His contract was ended, so Skip was going out and he wanted to go out on top. But because Charlie got in his feelings and was jealous that perhaps Shannon Sharp smashed or had sex with the hairstylist. So now. So now Skip was. Wasn't able to go out on top because Charlie was in his feelings and fire Shannon and in the ratings tank, which mess messed up Skips farewell? And that's when everything basically the bottom fell out at that point. This, y'all, this lawsuit is devastating. And you ain't heard the last of this. Mark my words, this story is going to be huge because check it out. She got this. This hairstyle has text messages. She actually went and record, had her phone recording that Skip didn't even know. She's got recording of Skip saying all this weird and perverted. She's have a. She has a paper trail. This woman has receipts as long as cvs. And right now, FOX Sports is scrambling and doing damage control like a. And like I said, all of that mess y'all just heard and all of that mess, and trust me, it's a hundred times more that ain't been told yet. Some of it I know. And I got a real good idea of how it all went down. And I'm definitely going to be giving my take on that, too, because I definitely. Now we all see why. Shit. Why it was weird that Shannon got fired all of a sudden and nobody can explain why. I think now we know. Whoa. So, yeah, y'all, we are. Oh, man, we got so much to talk about coming up in the. In the next few days. We are going to watch these stories. I'm going to give you some updates. Tomorrow on the podcast, I will be diving into the. The New Orleans situation and the Vegas Cyber Truck bomber, those two tragedies. It's so much. I'm trying to figure out how much I can talk about because I don't want I could talk about it for hours because the guy, they thinking he done faked his death, that the person who did the bomber. It's just this is a lot going on and I'm gonna have to sift through it and see what's going on. But I'm gonna give you some more insight on that tomorrow. What else we got coming up? Podcast Summary: The Flo Show, No Filter
Episode: Diddy's Alleged Criminal Empire and Fox Sports' Dark Secrets: Legal Battles, Scandals, and Power Struggles Exposed...Will Integrity Have Its Day?
Host: Flo
Release Date: January 6, 2025
Description: Real news! No spin! A truth-seeking podcast!
In this episode of The Flo Show, No Filter, host Flo dives deep into two major scandals shaking the entertainment and sports industries: the unfolding legal saga of Sean "Diddy" Combs and the explosive sexual harassment lawsuit against Fox Sports, including prominent figures like Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor. Flo promises an unfiltered exploration of these high-profile cases, delivering insights, updates, and her personal takes throughout the episode.
Flo begins by addressing the ongoing legal battle surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs, emphasizing that this case is not just another celebrity scandal but one with serious criminal implications, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and arson.
“This is not no, just no celebrity scandal. It's got sex trafficking and now arson because of blowing up the car.”
— Flo [12:34]
A significant focus is on the upcoming release of an enterprise letter scheduled for March 7th, which is expected to name Diddy's co-conspirators. Flo explains that an enterprise letter serves as the government's blueprint detailing the alleged criminal organization's operations, connecting various crimes to demonstrate a pattern rather than isolated incidents.
“Think of an enterprise letter as the Fed's way of putting together a lineup of everyone they think was in on all the crimes committed by Mohawk Diddy.”
— Flo [20:15]
Flo recounts specific allegations, such as the 2012 incident where Diddy allegedly ordered his crew to set fire to Kid Cudi's car with a Molotov cocktail due to tensions over Cassie.
“Diddy was pissed that Cudi was just being had a little thing with Cassie... he got to blow his... Blow cars up.”
— Flo [25:50]
Highlighting a recent court victory for Diddy's legal team, Flo discusses Judge Aram Subramanian's order for federal prosecutors to provide detailed information about a Bureau of Prisons investigator accused of unlawfully accessing Diddy's confidential legal notes during a raid. This breach could threaten the integrity of the prosecution's case.
“We believe that the government's actions have compromised Mr. Combs' right to a fair trial... the seizure of privileged communications is unacceptable.”
— Flo [35:22]
Legal analyst Jordan Mitchell is cited to explain the gravity of this development, suggesting it could lead to evidence being suppressed or even dismissal of charges if prosecutorial misconduct is confirmed.
“The judge's order indicates a serious concern about potential prosecution misconduct.”
— Flo [38:10]
Flo touches upon the polarized public reactions surrounding the case, noting the divide between those who believe in Diddy's innocence and those calling for stringent justice.
“Some people are screaming innocent until proven guilty, while others are like, lock his ass up.”
— Flo [42:05]
Transitioning to the sports world, Flo delves into a lawsuit filed against Fox Sports by a former hairstylist, Noah Faggy, alleging widespread sexual harassment, misogyny, and a toxic workplace culture. Key figures implicated include Skip Bayless, Joy Taylor, and Charlie Dixon.
“Joy Taylor, Skip Bayless, Charlie Dixon—even Shannon Sharp's name is being dragged into this mix.”
— Flo [50:30]
Flo details disturbing allegations, such as Skip Bayless offering a hairstylist $1.5 million for sex and making inappropriate advances, as well as Joy Taylor and Charlie Dixon's roles in fostering a hostile environment.
“Skip Bayless allegedly offered a hairdresser $1.5 million for sex and made long, lingering, perverted hugs and kisses.”
— Flo [55:45]
Noah Faggy's claims include retaliation after refusing advances, with her work hours being cut, shows canceled, and being pushed out of the company, illustrating a pattern of abuse against women who resisted sexual harassment.
“Her hours were cut, her shows were canceled, her name was mysteriously left off schedules.”
— Flo [1:02:10]
Joy Taylor's swift rise within Fox Sports is scrutinized, with allegations that she engaged in inappropriate relationships to secure her position, ultimately leading to retaliation against those who exposed misconduct.
“Joy Taylor admitted she was hooking up with Charlie to secure her spot on Fox's show Undisputed.”
— Flo [1:08:33]
The lawsuit paints Fox Sports as a deeply flawed organization with systemic issues, potentially leading to significant reputational damage, financial losses, and major personnel changes within the network.
“This lawsuit is devastating. And you ain't heard the last of this.”
— Flo [1:15:50]
Note: Flo's lengthy rant about her frustrations with Apple and iPhone updates was excluded from this summary as it falls under non-content sections.
Flo wraps up by teasing upcoming episodes, including deep dives into other high-profile cases and further investigations into the ongoing scandals. She emphasizes her commitment to uncovering the truth and providing her audience with unfiltered news.
“I am going to be giving my take on that, too, because I definitely...”
— Flo [1:25:45]
“This is a massive racketeering case... racketeering, like I said, conspiracy and all of that.”
— Flo [17:20]
“This is so much bigger than just Diddy; this is about organized crime vibes.”
— Flo [19:05]
“Fox Sports is like Epstein island with some freaky Jeffrey Epstein slash Diddy.”
— Flo [30:40]
“Joy Taylor is using her vagina to climb the corporate ladder.”
— Flo [1:12:15]
