The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow show, no filter. Are for entertainment and educational purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Breaking, breaking, breaking breaking news, y'all. We got a verdict in the Diddy bail hearing. I had to come in. This is a special pop up. I call this a pop up podcast episode, meaning I normally come every day at 8am you can look for an update every day, 8am for an episode. But if something crazy or big happens throughout the day, that's breaking news. Then I'm a fire up the podcast equipment. And we just got some breaking news. Justice has been served. I was getting annoyed by this fucking judge. They finally denied the bail, y'all, but I was getting fucking annoyed. Like, I have the patience of like, doordash. I don't know if you ever ordered doordash, but the second your order is there to be at your house or wherever you're at, if you take two fucking seconds too long, doordash gonna be calling you. The person gonna be texting you. It's like, guys, calm the fuck down. I get doordash all the time. I'm coming. But that's how I was with this damn judge. Like we. We were supposed to know Friday. And you wait all the way until Wednesday on the. In the 25th hour, people trying to get their fucking Thanksgiving food together and they macaroni and cheese and all this. And we trying to figure out what the hell going on with Diddy. Is the Diddy monster gonna be out here running amok all over my forehead? But the judge got back on my good side and denied bail. So let's get started, shall we? Because this was getting spooky. Like I said, welcome to the Flow show. No filter. This is the podcast where we uncover the truth behind all this shit going on. Accountability is what we ask for in the ongoing fight for survivors who voices need to be heard. I'm your host, Flo. You know my name. So today's episode, we talking about Sean Diddy Combs, the music mogul, cultural icon, and now accused sex trafficker. He has just been denied bail for the fourth time. The judge's decision to keep him behind bars ahead of his next trial next year has sparked heated debates. But let me make this absolutely clear to anybody who is listening. The judge did the right thing. He made the right call here. Now, for the Next, let's say 30 minutes or so or so, we'll dive into this case, the allegations, the shocking courtroom revelations, and why ultimately this decision came. And it's not Just about Sean Combs. It's about protecting survivors, ensuring justice, and dismantling this system where the powerful think they can do any fucking thing they want. Y'all heard what Cat Williams said. For 2024, the truth is coming to the forefront. So let's start with the facts. Let's see how this, how this decision came. And this was a huge decision for witnesses and victims, alleged victims and witnesses. So let's start with the facts. Diddy, a man who built his empire on music media and now faces them damning charges. Federal prosecutors alleged that Diddy used his business empire, including Bad Boy Entertainment, as a front for a horrifying network to sexually exploit people. We are talking about women who are coerced into freak offs, sexually explicit performances often involving male sex workers, and even being transported across state lines for these acts. We should say, and if you're thinking this sounds like a crime drama, movie type shit, you not alone, because it really is. This is the real life, though. These are real allegations. Abuse, manipulation, control. Just a few terms associated with this damn case. And let's not forget the 2016 hotel surveillance video where prosecutors say it shows Combs physically assaulting Cassie in a way I don't even like to describe. But we all saw the video. Dragging, kicking, shoving, you name it. The video is frankly hard to stomach, but it is evidence and it is a reminder of the alleged pattern of violence and control that this case really shows. Now, why denying this bail was so necessary. That's a lot of questions. Questions people who don't quite understand. And they say, well, this person got bailed, that person got there. Well, he has resources, he could be monitored. But guys, he was. He applied to the court for the same private investigator to be security to monitor him. Staying in that apartment that he was trying to stay in on. Bill, that was going to be. That's been the same private eye who has been helping him reach out to victims and witnesses when he's not supposed to. So let's unpack. Why Judge Aaron Subramanian. I always mess up that name. Why he made the right call. Let's unpack it. First off, we got the obvious risk of witness tampering. Prosecutors have been super duper clear. Diddy has both the resources and the connections to interfere with this case. And let's not forget, from behind bars, he's already allegedly violated communication rules, use other inmates IDs to make phone calls, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Now, if he's doing and breaking all these rules in jail, what the Hell you think he gonna do in his penthouse apartment? You get it now? Second, there's the safety of the alleged victims. Survivors in this case like this, they often live in fear. Not just of retaliation, but, you know, psychological stuff. You know, seeing an abuser walk free can be disheartening. It could be shocking. It could be a lot of things. So letting Diddy out on Bailey would have sent a chilling message to these victims or alleged victims. And what would that message be? That message would be that. We'll be back after a quick break.

Wealth and fame can buy your way out of accountability, and today, this judge did not send that message. Now, there was videos and patterns of abuse which helped the judge get to this verdict. Now let's talk about that hotel video. Defense attorneys have tried to downplay it, calling it just an evidence of toxic stuff and a loving 11 year relationship just had toxic moments or whatever, that's debatable. But at the end of the day, one thing we can't debate, it is definitely evidence of abuse. That video shows Combs physically attacking Cassie in a way that's impossible to justify. And this isn't an isolated incident. Prosecutors allege this was a year long pattern. Years long, I should say, of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. Now think about what this means for the survivors in this case. If a powerful man like Diddy can be seen on video abusing someone and yet still claim innocence, what does that say to the victims of abuse everywhere else? It says their stories don't matter. It says the system protects the abuser, not the abused. Today the judge didn't. Didn't send that message. Today, the judge protected the abused. But denying bail, that changes the narrative. It says no one is above the law. Again, today, the judge protected the abused. A broader conversation about power and accountability. We can have that conversation because it's bigger than Sean Diddy. Combs, Mohawk Diddy, the diddler, whatever you want to call him, it's bigger than him. It's about the systems that have allowed powerful men like Diddy to exploit others time and time and time again. It's about the music industry, the entertainment world and how they enable abuse by turning a blind eye. Turning a blind eye to disgusting ass behavior. Diddy isn't the first celebrity to face these kinds of allegations and sadly he won't be the last. But what happens in the, in this trial could set a serious precedent. Will we continue to let fame and fortune shield predators or will we finally say enough is a fucking enough? And I tell you one thing, we as a people have said enough is enough. And I think they starting to hear our, our cries or hear our voice. Keeping Diddy in custody until his trial sends a powerful message. Survivors voices do matter. Their safety matters. And no amount of money or fame can buy your way out of, out of justice and accountability. Now the trial is set for May 5, 2025. That's when we'll see the real evidence. That's when we'll see the real testimony from the witnesses. They'll take the stand and every nook and cranny of this case will be exposed. Until then, we're going to continue to ride this wave and support the survivors, amplify their voices and demand accountability. Now on this journey is going to be people who still going to be skeptical. Skeptical. But let me ask you this. If someone with this much power, money and influence can be accused of such heinous acts and still be denied bail, doesn't that tell you something about the strength of the case against this man? They must have so much irrefutable evidence that they can't let him go. This, this had a lot of people, it was a lot of people on the edge of their seats. I had people in my comments in my inbox saying that if Diddy is let go on bail, then their whole belief and the justice system is shattered. I had people damn near in tears sending me messages wondering would Diddy be set free or let free. This was an important, one important decision. With all the rumors swirling, TD Jakes just had a stroke or a heart attack or some type of medical condition. Although a lot of people aren't buying it, a lot of people are saying either he's faking it or he's getting it because of all this stress going on because he's on the Diddy tapes. It's just really been a lot going on. And with this judge, for this judge to take a decision that was supposed to be, we supposed to get this decision Friday. He didn't get any new information or anything. It's almost like there was so much fucking pressure on his ass that he had to give this ruling at the very last second so that after he gives the ruling, he could just shut his fucking phone off and go enjoy Thanksgiving. Because why would you wait until then, after hours, the day before Thanksgiving, to give a ruling that we all know, and we all pretty much couldn't see no other decision that you could make besides holding this man behind bars because he was even behind bars, was breaking the rules. So everybody pretty much with common sense knew. It's like, oh, you can't get his guy bail. But for some reason, the judge pushed it from Friday. That's Friday, Monday, Tuesday, all day Wednesday to Wednesday night. He didn't do that by accident, y'all. That was. He did that on purpose. He said, ain't no way in hell, because he knew this was. This would mean Diddy's for sure going to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas in there. I don't know if they're going to come up with another, you know, Diddy bag of Mohawk, Diddy bag of tricks. He might figure out a way to come up with another bail hearing or something. I don't know. This has been the man of a thousand bail hearings. I've never seen it. But we do know pretty much now this guarantees Thanksgiving and Christmas. So there was a lot of pressure. You gotta realize, think about this, y'all. This. I try to point stuff out to y'all to help see the magnitude of what we dealing with here. Everybody and they, mama knew he has done way too much. And they have receipts. He has done way too much. Even before he went to prison or jail, he had done way too much to even think he could get a bail. That's why they didn't give him one at the beginning. That's why they didn't give him bail at the very soon as they arrested him. Right? But then inside of the prison, inside of jail, while he's inside jail, he's using different social media accounts he's not supposed to. He's using inmates numbers, making calls. They even said he was threatening employees. He. He was. They found evidence that he wrote out, basically telling on himself that he paid people to give him good reviews on Instagram or whatever. Now he gets all of that. And you mean to tell me that the judge couldn't make that decision Friday? You mean to tell me it took him to the 25th hour the night before we about to eat turkey, macaroni, cheese, greens. Please don't run out of macaroni and cheese, by the way. That's my number one thing. If you invite Me to your house for Thanksgiving. That's the one day you can't run out of macaroni and cheese. But. But let me get back on subject. You mean to tell me it took him all the way to the night before Thanksgiving to say that he denied him bail? Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah. It. He has so much pressure on him. Think about it, y'all. Cause anybody, especially in the business world, you'll understand. Business days, it's like when you have. I've been an entrepreneur most of my life, so I know when you have, like, shit that you supposed to do for, like, let's say, like, customers in this case. So let's look at Diddy as a customer, and the judge has control over whatever. And so when the. When they bugging you, say the customer's bugging me. If I have to give a decision or something, I'd rather do it right at the end of the work day. And then the next day is Thanksgiving, and then it's the weekend. So it's like he. The judge knew had he laid this down Friday, the defense would have put so much paperwork in motions, and Diddy would have been calling all the diddlers and Mohawk diddies across the world to send whatever paperwork because he knew he would be trying like hell to be out for the holidays. Think about it. So that's why the judge did not take that do that rule. That judge waited all the way until close of business day to Wednesday before Thanksgiving to say no bail. And we ain't mad at him, but I'm just saying I'm let. Pay attention to how much pressure people be saying, like, they like that I'm able to break this down and break that down, and it's just. It's a lot of, like, intuition and common sense, because if you pay attention to the moves, like, you might not see the pressure. Like, we might not see the pressure that this judge is under, you know, like, physically or, like, with our eyes. But if you just use common sense and you know that there's no good reason for him to tick from Friday to the end of Wednesday, then, you know, oh, he had hella pressure to. They were trying to force him into a bail. Given Diddy bail, and he knew he couldn't do it, and he said, you know what? I got to get this ruling at the last fucking second so I can enjoy my Thanksgiving. Goodbye, Diddy. No bail, no Diddy, no Bailey. But, yeah. So just so y'all know, I'll be back every day. Episode: Diddy's Bail Denied Again Amid Disturbing Allegations
Host: Flo
Release Date: November 27, 2024
Description: Real news! No spin! A truth-seeking podcast!
In this special pop-up episode of The Flo Show, No Filter, host Flo delves into the latest developments surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs, the renowned music mogul and cultural icon, who has recently had his bail denied for the fourth time amid serious allegations of sex trafficking. Breaking away from her usual 8 a.m. update schedule, Flo emphasizes the urgency and significance of this news, setting the stage for an in-depth analysis of the case.
Flo opens the episode with palpable frustration over the delay in the bail decision, likening her impatience to that of waiting for a DoorDash order. At [00:02], she states:
“Justice has been served. I was getting annoyed by this fucking judge. They finally denied the bail, y'all…”
The judge’s decision to keep Diddy incarcerated until his trial next year has ignited intense debate. Flo firmly supports the judge’s choice, asserting its necessity in maintaining accountability and protecting survivors.
Flo provides a comprehensive overview of the accusations facing Diddy. Federal prosecutors charge that he exploited his business empire, including Bad Boy Entertainment, as a facade for a sex trafficking network. The allegations involve coercion of women into explicit performances and the transportation of individuals across state lines for these illicit activities. Flo underscores the gravity of these charges:
“We are talking about women who are coerced into freak offs, sexually explicit performances…”
She stresses that these are not mere rumors but serious, evidence-backed claims that paint a disturbing picture of abuse, manipulation, and control.
A pivotal piece of evidence in the case is the 2016 hotel surveillance video allegedly showing Diddy assaulting Cassie. Flo discusses the impact of this footage, emphasizing its role in illustrating a pattern of violence:
“The video shows Combs physically attacking Cassie in a way that's impossible to justify. And this isn't an isolated incident...”
She critiques the defense’s attempts to minimize the video’s significance, reinforcing that it stands as concrete evidence of abuse. Flo argues that the video not only supports the prosecution’s case but also highlights the systemic abuse by powerful individuals.
Flo breaks down the rationale behind the judge’s decision to deny bail, addressing common misconceptions and highlighting key factors:
Risk of Witness Tampering: Flo explains that Diddy’s resources and connections pose a significant threat to the integrity of the trial. He could potentially interfere with witness testimonies, undermining the case.
Safety of Alleged Victims: Allowing Diddy bail could send a demoralizing message to survivors, suggesting that powerful perpetrators can evade accountability.
Pattern of Rule Violations: Already within custody, Diddy has reportedly violated communication rules, indicating a disregard for legal protocols and raising concerns about his behavior outside detention.
Flo articulates these points passionately, reinforcing that the decision to deny bail is a protective measure for both the legal process and the victims involved.
Flo broadens the discussion to address the systemic issues of power and accountability in the entertainment industry. She critiques how the industry often shields influential figures from consequences, allowing abuse to persist unchecked:
“It's about the systems that have allowed powerful men like Diddy to exploit others time and time and time again...”
Flo calls for a cultural shift where no one, regardless of their fame or fortune, is above the law. She emphasizes the importance of holding powerful individuals accountable to protect and validate the voices of survivors.
The episode highlights the strong public reaction to the bail decision, reflecting societal fatigue with repeated instances of powerful figures facing serious charges without adequate accountability. Flo shares sentiments from her audience, noting the emotional impact and the sense of vindication that the bail denial represents:
“I had people damn near in tears sending me messages wondering would Diddy be set free or let free...”
She underscores the collective demand for justice, sentiment echoed by her listeners who see the judge’s decision as a necessary step toward dismantling the impunity often enjoyed by the elite.
Flo wraps up the episode by looking ahead to the upcoming trial scheduled for May 5, 2025. She promises to continue covering the case diligently, supporting survivors, and advocating for accountability:
“Until then, we're going to continue to ride this wave and support the survivors, amplify their voices and demand accountability.”
Flo reiterates the significance of the trial in setting legal precedents and fostering a culture where abuse and exploitation by powerful individuals are no longer tolerated. She encourages her listeners to stay informed and engaged as the case unfolds.
