He tried to get the hell out of there and they trying to keep him the hell in there. But he definitely signed an appeal. I mean, I mean, I mean the judge definitely granted his appeal. So let's go over this article from Deadline says Diddy granted fast track appeal. Actually could get out of new cushy prison well before his sentence is up. Sean Combs may not get out of prison until 2028, but the I'll be missing you performer has been cut a couple of breaks lately that could make his sentence softer and perhaps even shorter. Mere days after Diddy was moved to a low security facility in New Jersey, a federal appeals judge today granted the request of the Grammy winners defense team to expedite the process. In a justice system that often moves at a glacial pace. This means the much accused Combs actually stands a chance of getting out before his 50 month sentence is up. And I don't like it. The government's brief due by February 20, 2026. Appellant's reply brief due by March 13, 2026. An oral argument in April of 2026. US Circuit Court Judge Beth Robinson Monday, less than a week after Combs lawyer Alexander Shapiro made an unopposed fast track request. Enoch says it's going to be denied, baby. Briefing shall proceed on the proposed schedule. Arguments shall be held as early as April of 2026, subject to approval of the presiding judge, whoever that is. Shapiro did not respond to a request from deadline today on the judge's order presently set to be released on May 8, 2028. The pardon seeking Combs on October 3rd was handed a four year sentence. We already know that. An embarrassment Shapiro made sure to rub a bit of salt into when she said last week that her freak off obsessed clients appeal will challenge the unfair use of the man act and infamous statute with this history to prosecute him for sex with consenting adults. Diddy is now detained and we know that. How many of y' all think Diddy gonna get out early because of this appeal? I don't. Let's get into this article. Diddy is reportedly hanging with former NBA star in prison. Sean Diddy Combs is hanging with former athlete. The former rap star, 55, is currently in prison at FCI for Dicks in New Jersey. The former music mogul was arrested in September of 2024. He was ultimately found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy was sentenced to serve four years and two months behind bars after being found guilty on two counts. Diddy was also ordered to pay a $500,000 fine. We already know that. Let's skip that. According to Page Six, Diddy was seen smiling in the prison yard. And now he's hanging with former NBA star Sebastian Telfair, who was the number 13 pick in the overall draft and the 2004 NBA draft. He ended up pleading guilty to charges of fraud March 16, 2023, and he was sentenced to six months in prison. And in August, Diddy been hanging with his ass. They got till tomorrow, but Trump said he only paying half of it. The judges say he got to get this handled by tomorrow, and the judge is saying he got to get this handled by tomorrow. But the problem, the big thing is that people pissed off about is they saying that they only gonna pay half. So to give you a little update real quick on the Give y' all update on that situation, SNAP benefits are supposed to be coming back this month or this week for this month. But what they're saying, Trump's saying he only gonna pay half. So I don't think I, I, but, so that means what he's saying. People could eat breakfast, they could eat breakfast and half of a lunch, but they don't have enough money for the second half of lunch or for dinner. Make it make sense. Make it make sense. But they, but they, but they gonna, they gonna, they gonna, they gonna pay for half is what they saying. I don't think half is enough. So we got the article Wind Wheel. When Will Trump says that will be half funded in November. What does that mean? About 12%. About 12% of Americans began to find out if they would receive federal food assistance in November, the first time it was questioned in question since Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program that began 60 years ago. The Trump administration has been ordered by two courts to provide the funding, but it was unclear how soon people would begin receiving their food stamps and how much they would or wouldn't get. In the last week Of October, the U.S. department of Agriculture announced it did not believe it had the authority to provide SNAP benefits in November because of the ongoing government shutdown. The Trump administration said Nov. 3 that it planned to partially fund food aid for millions of Americans after two judges ruled it must use contingency funds to pay for benefits in November. It could take days if not a week or more for the money to arrive. So Grandma Kathy and anybody else out there, please realize that even though they are on top of it, they're saying it's going to take maybe a week or even, what do you say, a week or more to arrive. What did the courts order? Well, two federal judges ordered USDA on October 31st to pay SNAP benefits in November, but provided conflicting rules to do so. Massachusetts Federal Judge India said in a written decision that the government is required to use its nearly 6 million in contingency funds to keep the SNAP program funded. She also said the administration is allowed to transfer other funds that come from charges on imports to supplement the contingency funds. The SNAP program costs about $9, I mean $9 billion a month. Sheesh. She also said gave the Trump administration until November 3rd to tell her whether it would authorize at least reduced benefits for November or what the timeline is in general. In a separate case, Rhode island federal judge John McConnell also ordered the administration to distribute the contingency funds and update him by noon on November 3rd on the status of that distribution. The administration responded to McConnell that it will provide half the usual benefits to SNAP recipients this month and was electing not to transfer funds from the other accounts, such as the Child Nutrition Fund, to make up the rest because Congress has not promised to replenish it. First, not everyone receives SNAP on the first of the month when the benefits are deposited, it deferred. Second, it will take several days, if not weeks or months to for states to reprogram their system and work with contractors to release money to recipients. There are a lot of unanswered questions on this and we will continue to dig in with Will families with children and elderly people be prioritized for benefits? She asked. Will people who normally receive their benefits at the beginning of the month receive more than people who whose state provides it towards the end of the month, will recipients receive their full monthly amount if the government opens later this month? We really don't know how this is going to work now. Did the Senate vote on reopening the government? No, the Senate has not voted on reopening the government. Will half the benefits be enough? People don't think half the benefits are going to be enough. And it's just depressing to even talk about it. The fact that we got to do all of this to make sense for people to get their money. And I know that because I looked it up and I thought the same thing as you. When it first happened, I was like, hold on. I thought his ass was not allowed to go to Fort Dix. But after further investigation, I realized that it wasn't. When I did some research, I found out that it wasn't the judge's call. And that's how he was still able to go there.
