We got a lot of stuff to unpack today. Diddy has a couple of wins. I want to say his defense team, y'all, y'all gotta pay attention to these new developments. Diddy is trying hard for a mistrial, and he's trying hard to have people just say things on his behalf. And he's using his pocketbook to do it. So we gonna get into that. Also. Breaking, breaking news, Diddy Jr. Mohawk, Diddy Jr. Christian Combs, the one that looked like Diddy, I believe he was just served for a lawsuit. Like father, like son. This. This situation is getting sad. We going to unpack that. And we've been running fact checks on that. Jamie Foxx. Diddy, Diddy poison Jamie Foxx. And we got some fact checks on that. Well, I'm gonna deep dive and break that down. A lot of people been asking about the Jamie Foxx rumor about Diddy poisoned him, and that's why he was sick. So we unpacked and then we got a little bonus information. There is another downfall of Diddy of. What did you want to call it? A documentary, whatever, coming out on YouTube. And they have some. Some new information. So I'm tell you a little bit about that. So let's get started. All right. Now, how is everybody feeling? I know everybody walking. Either walking or riding or cooking or scrolling through social media. That's. I'm pretty sure you're doing one of those to one of those few things. This is a shocking, y'all. And it never, never, you know, it never gets old. You never get used to hearing this horrific ass. They just destroyed the 90s, y'all. Like our 90s room memories, they are being dismantled and destroyed day by day. And it's even the youth is getting affected. And when I say the youth, not just our youth and everybody being affected, but I'm saying Diddy's children, now his son, he has some serious allegations and serious accusations coming or being served. They was actually served at his mansion. Now we gotta break this shit down because not only is Diddy Benite's son, so now Sean Diddy Combs, a hip hop mogul, entrepreneur, cultural icon, and now his son, Christian Combs are At the center of allegations that bring new questions about privilege, power and the shadows lurking in the celebrity world. When I saw this, y'all, this was, this was more than just a headline. This was, this went on to tell us about the narrative about fame and family and what happens when the facade, the glitter, the gold, when it starts to crack, when the shine loses its luster. You get what we looking at now? Crazy ass trial. So just fucking buckle up. Buckle up. Keep your eyes on the road or keep your eyes on your dog if you're walking. Because this episode is about to take you on a journey like all the other episodes with these shocking new Apple allegations of Christian Combs. I'm about to unpack all this shit. So what happened? You know what we do? We always start off by unpacking the what, unpacking the facts. And this is what we know so far about this 25 year old kid that is going down the same road as Mohawk Diddy. Now according to recent reports, Christian Combs is facing allegations of assault in Los Angeles. Now this comes just weeks after his father has settled a high profile case with, with, with Cassie. This is when this case was filed, when it first I guess came to the forefront. Now what makes this even more shocking is that Christian is trying to be a rapper himself also seeing as the little, little Diddy he has been before all of this happened, he was positioned as being like one of the leaders in the next generation. But with these allegations coming, it threatening to unravel the whole legacy. We already got Diddy's legacy under about to be just trash and now his son. Now details are still emerging, but these reports suggest a violent altercation in a private setting. And Christian was actually the aggressor. It was police involvement. And while the charges haven't publicly been detailed, the implications are massive. And not just about a single incident. It's about a pattern that's his father showing now is going down to the son. Now here is where it gets deeper. Christian's alleged actions are drawing inevitable comparisons to his father's controversies. Now let's not forget Diddy has faced his share of allegations over the years. And then we already know the biggest one with, with Cassie. Now while Diddy's camp of course has denied all wrongdoing, there's no denying the impact of all of these different accusations. And then coming from the sun now this is troubling. Has Christian inherited not just the fame and fortune, but also the darker aspects of his father's world? That's what we trying to figure out, many are asking, is this a case of learned behavior? A young man growing up in an environment with power dynamics and aggression and it's pretty much normalized in his world, or is this just a kid making a mistake? Things got blown out of proportion. That's what we trying to figure out now. We already know in the celebrity world, accountability is few and far between. So let's take a look at this from a broader perspective because this story is bigger than the Combs family. It's about culture. And how many times have we seen stars or their children caught up in allegations of violence, assault or abuse and then the story just fades away without any meaningful consequences. We see that all the time. From Justin Bieber's early run ins with the law to the infamous Kardashian scandals. Now there's a pattern of privilege that we're seeing amongst the rich and famous that has got to a crazy level ridiculous. And what about Diddy's role in helping to shape this toxic ass culture that we looking at as one of the most powerful figures in entertainment? His influence extends past the music and past the business. The question we have to ask is, are these incidents systematic or is this just a system that's in place to help this carry on where they can reap rewards and protect the powerful people no matter what they do? And if so, what does that mean as far as accountability in Hollywood and the music general, the music industry in general. Now, Christian, his immediate concern is the legal process. If the charges are filed, this could be a turning point in his career and he could also end up sitting next to his dad. So what, what is going on with this situation? What happened with Christian Combs? And this is the last thing as a father, the last thing you do. It's always. It's already bad enough as a father when you, you know, you mess up, you do like Diddy and you are horrible. A horrible, what you want to call it a leader. You're a horrible leader. You're a horrible example. And your son is going to look at you. And he figured if dad can get away with the dad can get away with doing women any kind of way or just threatening people or all of this stuff, you figure if dad can get away with it, son feels like he can get away with it. So according to Grace, who filed a lawsuit, they're filing a lawsuit for battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. And they actually delivered this paperwork to Diddy's mansion. This is, I think, I believe this was the Miami property that they delivered it to, which is also the property he was trying to use for bail. Now, in the. In the lawsuit, in Grace's lawsuit, she claims she worked as a stewardess in a yachting industry ever since 2018. And this is the magazine Celebrities magazine. The article is, Diddy son Christian Combs, assault accuser serves him at Mogul's Miami mansion. Now, this is. This is explosive, y'all, because this Grace is not playing. She said she planned to work in the industry forever, but that's all over with now. The Diddy chartered a yacht for him and his son, and Grace was under the impression it was just going to be a family wholesome party. But it didn't turn into. It turned into something dark. It turned into a Mohawk Diddy party. She said not only was it freaky, but they had her working her ass off on top of all of that. And she was had to be amongst drug use, sex, and just general bullshit. I'm not using her exact words, but that's basically what she said. Now, she said during one shift, Christian was actually, you know, pressing her hard or flirting with her or just on her ass. Now, she said Christian sounded like Diddy Jr. Made her or pushed her to drink, and she didn't want to drink. Then he violently grabbed her arm and pulled her to him. Now, she's just trying to do her job, y'all. Picture this. You just trying to make your money for school or take care of your bills, and next thing you know, you're on a yacht getting your arm pulled and drink shoved down your throat. This is. This is crazy. After all that, she wanted to. She said she told everybody, let me just go back to the kitchen. I don't want to work out here. And everybody just ignored her. She was scared. She was. She said she was paranoid and scared because she realized the situation had become dangerous and there was not really no way for her to get out of it. Then she said the tequila shots that she was forced down start kicking in, and she felt like it had to be spiked. Then it gets even darker. Grace claims that Christian Combs cornered her and became physical and very aggressive. He even groped her. This is just disgusting behavior, y'all. She said Christian took all his clothes off and showed her his erect little Diddy, if you know what I mean. Then she says he grabbed her arms and tried to force her to give him head. Diddy, what the have you done? Allegedly this is where Grace says she began to fight Christian. But she says the only thing saved her was another employee ended up walking into the room shout out to whatever employee that is shout out to you for saving this woman's life. Allegedly. Of course she told the captain the next morning she said nobody gave a fuck. The captain didn't. You know everybody along as Diddy paying that big money. They don't give a shit about morals and values. So Grace continued to work even though the, the the the captain wouldn't let her out out of the situation. She continued to work on this yacht and it just cont the abuse continued following this situation. She ended up losing her job. She lost her boyfriend because the bruises and and he couldn't understand the situation. This is what she's saying. She couldn't. He couldn't understand the situation. It was hard for him to handle. So she lost her her relationship, she lost her job and her mental health went to down the drain. She said she continues to suffer to this day. And she said Christian Combs actions just basically destroyed her life. And this is sad. This is a sad situation. Now of course Diddy and his son or the Lord nobody has responded to this as of yet but I will be keeping close tabs on this as long along with you guys. This is just pitiful. Like to just think if that's my sister, my mother, my cousin, anything that and these trifling guys are putting them through this toxic ass environment. She's there just to work and she has to I mean just think about it for a woman to I mean we all work is not easy. Like we all got to work. We are. I'm working right now. This is work. We, we all work to provide but work is work. It's not easy. It's. It's a lot of other things we rather do than work. That's all of us. But we must work. And so this woman goes to work and next thing she's know she's getting tequila spike allegedly spiked tequila shots shoved down her throat, arms grabbed and some fool getting butt ass naked to show off his penis. That just don't seem right to Me that seems demonic for real. Like, come on. Like, what if somebody did that to your mom or your sister? Like, I don't understand this, y'all. And the crazy part is you are getting. Diddy has found people to stand up for him. Diddy got some, some, somebody from the freak offs, y'all. It's supposed to be like six workers, six sex workers that are supposed to be standing up for Diddy saying that everything was cool. Not, do not do what we believe. They paid off. Of course we do. But it don't matter. If they are willing to speak up for Diddy, then we gonna have to deal with it. Now he is confronting numerous, numerous charges, right? But there is people from supposedly y'all. Now I'm not gonna say 100%, but this is supposed to be like six people from the six people from the freak off parties that are supposed to be testifying for Diddy. And this adds another layer to this whole case. So to provide some context, Diddy is facing serious charges. And these freak offs are the foundation of these serious charges. And so what Diddy is trying to do is trying to find people, anybody, whether it's industry celebrities, which he hasn't, hasn't had many. He hasn't had luck with the industry people, but he's definitely trying to find people that will stick up for him in this situation. So we about to unpack some of those, some of those situations. But, but, but, but I got something that I know y'all want to hear about first. Let's get into that, let's get into that Jamie Fox situation before we get into this freak off mess. Now I know a lot of y'all have been hearing about Jamie Foxx possibly poisoning Diddy and the rumors and everything. So we gonna tackle that. They have did a deep dive on it and people have been investigating. We're gonna know for sure once they Jamie Foxx's, once his special comes out. But as far as right now, this is what we know. So in October 2024, there were rumors starting swirling online that Sean Diddy Combs had poisoned Jamie Foxx. And if that didn't shock people enough, the rumor went on to say Fox was the one who reported Diddy to the FBI. Now supposedly this triggered Diddy's arrest on the sex related charges. Now this claim first surfaced on TikTok before it actually started spreading across all platforms like fucking wildfire. Now it regained some steam in late November after being discussed on the Joe Rogan Experience. And they spent about an hour and a half on it and Rogan and his guests addressed the rumor and the that you not that reignited all of everybody talking about it. So it kind of went away. And then once Rogan started talking about it, it came back. So we're talking about it again now. Diddy was part. This is what this is. This is a sound bite from. From that Rogan show. Diddy was part of an intelligence operation much like Epstein poisoning. Poisoning to. I'm sorry, sorry. He didn't poison he. Was he poisoning to silence someone? It fits the pattern. These guys are scattering like roaches in the light now. That's from Rogan show. Now let's talk about Jamie Foxx. In early October 2024, Fox taped his upcoming Netflix comedy special, the Jamie Foxx. What had happened was and he did this in Atlanta. Now, alleged attendees claim Fox made comments during the tapings that pointed the finger directly at Diddy, accusing him of poisoning him and calling the FBI on him. A video photographer named Arthur Austin, also known as Choke, no joke. Check him out on YouTube. He attended these tapings and later shared his version of the events in an interview with Comedy Hype. According to Choke no Joke, Fox didn't sound like he was joking. This is a sound bite from. From. This is a quote from Choke. No joke. Jamie Foxx states in the special that Diddy was responsible for what happened to him and he's the one who called the FBI on Diddy. Now, I don't think he was joking. Y'all can determine that when y'all see the show. Now. The conspiracy theories went viral. The Internet quickly latched onto these claims on social media platforms like X. In particular, users connected Diddy's alleged actions to larger conspiracies. Some suggested he was involved in intelligence operations like Jeffrey Epstein. Others speculated that Fox's supposed poisoning was an attempt to silence him. One commenter even tied the rumor to political reasons, saying, and I quote, can't wait for the details to come out. I'm hopeful with this incoming Donald Trump administration, we are pushing for transparency in our justice system now. Still, some people were skeptical, suggesting Fox could be using these allegations as a market employee for the Netflix special to bring attention to it. Fox's special set to release on December 10th, y'all, which is shoot next Tues this Tuesday. And the timing of these claims has raised eyebrows. Now let's dive into what we know about these tapings. Fox himself described his return to the stage after 18 years as an artistic explanation of something that went terribly wrong. Now, he made no mention of Diddy or any accusations. When he posted on Instagram, he thanked people in Atlanta and hospital Piedmont Hospital for helping him recover and said he's getting back to the comedy now. No mention of Diddy. Now this is also from Jamie Foxx's Instagram post. When people ask me is this a stand up comedy show, I say no. And that's when he said that's what he calls it. An artistic explanation of something that went terribly wrong. Now, despite the attendees like Choke no Joke insisting that Fox comments was about Diddy were not jokes. But however, TMZ later reported that Fox's remarks during the show were meant as comedy comedic material. Adding another layer of confusion to this whole tangled web. Jamie Foxx, did Diddy with you or not? That's what we want to know. Now this isn't the first time Diddy has been linked to some crazy ass shit like that. I don't have, I don't have to tell you that. Choke no Joke. He was the same videographer who spoke about Fox's tapings. He also has a history of making crazy, insane claims about Diddy. Actually, he's accused Diddy of the involvements in the depths of Tupac and Biggie way back in the 90s. Choke no joke has also promoted many conspiracy theories about politicians, including Vice President Kamala Harris, and claimed that Democrats worship the devil. So. So Choke no Joke is definitely a mixed bag of information. But that still hasn't stopped people from running with accusations. Now this is what the investigation uncovered. So what is the truth? So this fact checking site is us called Snopes S N O P E S. They dug into the rumor and rated the claim that Diddy poisoned Jamie Foxx as unfounded. Why? How did they come up with this? Well, because the only evidence comes from accounts who base everything off of hearsay. A for example, Choke no Joke. Now Snopes pointed out that no reputable news outlets have reported on this alleged poisoning, nor have Fox or his representatives publicly confirmed the accusations. Now additionally, TMZ's assertion that Fox was joking during the special further undercuts the rumor. So then you wonder, well, why the hell did people even believe this claim? But why? Since Diddy's arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering, people willing to believe anything. That's why, that's why people will believe these claims. Because we've seen a lot of truthful stuff that we know is true that Diddy's been involved in. That's crazy as hell. His name has become entangled with conspiracy theories ranging from the Hollywood Elites, Jeffrey Epstein and Secretary Intelligence Operations. So when your name is mixed up in all this type of shit, people are gonna believe a lot of speculation based on facts that they have come to know are true. Some believe Diddy's power and wealth have shielded him from accountability for years and all of that is under scrutiny now. How much has he been getting away with? This case reflects a growing distrust for powerful figures and the government actually, you know, the system. So just looking ahead, we have that special, it'll be Tuesday. And Diddy's legal troubles are far from over. But when this, this Jamie Foxx special drops and we don't know, we all speculate, we don't know what is going to be actually on this special when it drops. Is it going to shed light on what's going on or is it going to fuel the fire and fan the flames on these allegations? Now whether Fox's alleged comments about Diddy make the final cut and will know Tuesday. But for now, this story is a wild mix of celebrity drama, conspiracy theories and unverified wild ass claims. And while the Internet thrives on this kind of chaos, separating fact from fiction remains a challenge. So let's, let's wait and see, y'all. Let's wait and see what, what comes out of this. Because I'm telling you one thing, we don't know what the hell to believe. I can't say, I can't throw anything necessarily just out when it comes to this. I, you have to be open minded that anything is possible and we will continue to do that. And speaking of anything is possible, Diddy's attorneys have so many tricks up their sleeve, they got a new trick. They have some people from the freak off party that are supposed to speak up for them. Now I have a quote that I want to go over from that article. I'm looking for it now. But this, this, if they are able, if the defense team is able to get these people, that, from the, from the, from the, from the freak off, if they are able to get them to speak on their behalf, then that's going to be good for, for Diddy but bad for us. Now let's unpack this in a surprising development. Reports indicate that six female escorts who participated in the freak off parties are prepared to testify on Diddy's behalf. Now, according to sources, these women will assert that all activities at these events were consensual and legal. Can you all believe this? An attorney involved in the case suggested that these six are only the beginning, hinting at a broader strategy to challenge the prosecution's narrative. Now, this is from a legal analyst and I quote, introducing testimonies from participants claiming consensual involvement could significantly undermine the prosecution's case, especially if these witnesses are deemed credible. Now, legal experts, including TMZ's Harvey Levin, predict that Diddy's defense will focus on denying the allegations and emphasizing consensual participation. Basically meaning these are just all consenting adults doing what adults are allowed to do. However, Harvey notes that the sheer volume of accusations presents a formidable challenge for the defense. And I agree, because this isn't just one or two accusations. We talking about hundreds, damn near thousands. He's going to, I quote, harvey, this is going to be a deny, deny, deny defense. And the volume of this is going to be very difficult for him to overcome. I agree. Now, despite the mounting allegations, Diddy's attorney, Mark Agnophilia suggests that accepting a plea deal is unlikely. Diddy's attorney states that Diddy believes he's innocent and feels compelled to stand up not just for himself, but for others who may be falsely prosecuted. Come on, Diddy. Mark Agnophilio, and I quote, he feels an obligation to those people to say, maybe I can show the world that a black man can win in federal court. Diddy definitely uses that race card. And I guess when you fighting for your freedom, I guess you're going to do whatever. But I don't think, I think in this case, I don't think the race card is a good. I don't think it's working for him. Let me just say that now, in an effort to ensure a fair trial, Diddy's legal team requested a gag order to prevent witnesses from discussing the case publicly. Now, this move followed instances where key witnesses and their attorneys gave media interviews after grand jury testimonies making unverified claims. However, the judge denied that gag order, citing the importance of free speech, for example, what I'm doing right here, and noting that no, not all alleged victims would participate in the trial. So according to judge, a blanket restriction on speech will silence individuals who may never have anything to do with the proceedings here. And that's a great point. Like I always say, it's bigger than this case, it's bigger than Diddy. This is, this is, this is important for all the cases, future cases, for years to come, which is why we have to handle it with the seriousness that it deserves. Now, as Diddy trial approaches, the emergence of defense witnesses from the freak off parties adds complexity to the case. Their testimonies could challenge the prosecution's portrayal of these events greatly. Now, however, now the defense must navigate the substantial number of allegations and the potential for public biases to influence that is often influenced by media coverage and I quote, the defenses. Success will depend on the credibility of these witnesses and their ability to counteract the prosecution's evidence. One legal expert says. Now the public's response to these developments, of course, has been mixed. Some view the forthcoming testimonies as vindication for Diddy, while others remain skeptical. You could put me in the others category. Now, considering the gravity of these charges, we got to take it serious. Media outlets continue to scrutinize every aspect of this case, contributing to a highly charged atmosphere that could influence potential jurors. And I have to admit that that could. That's true. Now the court of public opinion is already in session and we've already made our choices and our judgments. Now, this case underscores the entertainment industry's ongoing struggle with issues of consent, power dynamics and accountability. The outcome could set significant precedents regarding how such allegations are addressed legally and culturally. It also highlights the importance of transparency and ethical behavior. It's a lot riding, which is why you see the whole world watching, which is why you see the judge taking his time on every single move that he's making because, oh, this is important. This is definitely important. And that is why the Diddy's legal team is doing everything they can and throwing everything against the wall to see what sticks. And they have more. Not just these freak off people, but they are still trying to. The judge just recently put in a motion that the prosecution has to answer. Did they answer the question? Did they leak that Cassie video? This is, this is something that the defense already brought up, but they, the judge is standing on it. Now the, the prosecution has till December 4, which is actually tomorrow. I just checked the date. They have till tomorrow to. To answer. They have to tomorrow to answer if they were the ones that leaked it. Now in, in 20, in October 2020, four reports surface detailing Diddy's alleged freak with federal law enforcement sources describing these events in explicit, explicit terms. These disclosures raise concerns about potential violations of grand jury secrecy and the defendant's right to a fair trial. Now, in response to these reports, Diddy's attorneys filed motions accusing federal agents and prosecutors of improperly leaking information to the press. Now this the reason why we talking about this, guys. This is a dog whistle in a way. And I want to say dog whistle, but this is a way to say, hey, we want, we think this should be a fucking mistrial or this. We think this should be thrown out because if they can prove that the prosecution has been leaking information to the press, substantial information at that, then the prosecution could be in trouble. The defense argued that such leaks have led to prejudicial media coverage, which is jeopardizing Diddy's right to an impartial trial. Now, one specific allegation involved a 2016 surveillance video where Diddy was shown putting hands, feet and paws on Cassie. We all saw that video. Well, the defense claims that this was leaked to the media and it was leaked by somebody connected to the case. Now, they brought this up before y'all, and I thought it went away, but this is actually a new ruling going on right now that we will have answers on tomorrow. One legal analyst says the defense's strategy here is to challenge the integrity of the prosecution by highlighting these alleged leaks. If they can prove that the prosecution violated legal protocols, it could potentially lead to sanctions or even dismissal of certain charges. Didn't I tell you? Did not tell you. Pay attention, y'all. Every story I bring is for a reason. These are the intricacies in this case that you have to pay attention to because they charged the defense is slick. We know Diddy slick, but I think his defense team is even slicker. Prosecutors, however, have denied these allegations, describing Diddy's claims as simply grasping for straws. They assert that there is no evidence of improper disclosure of grand jury materials and maintains that the 2016 video was obtained from sources outside the federal investigation. Additionally, they emphasized the importance of protecting victims and witnesses, citing concerns over potential intimidation or tampering as reasons for withholding certain details. In other words, they firing back. And I like the energy. Now, this is a quote directly from the judge on this matter. With this order in hand, both sides can ensure that anyone involved with this case or the related investigation understands that they are not permitted to disclose. To be clear, this order isn't based on a finding that there has been any wrongdoing thus far, as the court has made no findings at this juncture relating to the defendant's allegations that information related to this case has been leaked. The point of this order is to help ensure that nothing happens from now on that would interfere with the trial. So despite these assertions, Judge Subramanian, I'll be. I'm always messing his name up, and I apologize. But let's go with Subramanian for now. He has taken proactive step by by ordering prosecutors to produce a sworn affidavit affirming that they are not the source of any leaked information. This is. This directive was issued on December 2, which would have been yesterday, 2024. And it comes with a strict guideline for compliance, which I told you is December 4th. Now, this move by the judge is significant. Don't. Don't poo poo it. Don't discount it. Because it sends a clear message that the court is going to be vigilant about upholding the defendant's right to a fair trial and is willing to hold parties accountable who are doing anything to prevent that. And now, as much as I want Diddy to be held accountable, I also stand strong on making sure this is a fair trial. I don't. Anybody who's on trial, I believe they deserve a fair trial. And on top of that, you want it to be a fair trial, because if you do, if some shit does is done wrong, then that's. That's what causes a mistrial or worse. You know, it could be a mistrial, or let's just say they just throw it out altogether and don't ever have another trial. Now, it's worth noting this isn't the first time that they've talked about these leaks. As I've said in October, they brought this up during the gag order, but the judge denied that motion, stating that there was no credible evidence that misconduct had taken place from the prosecutors. Now, let me explain. Gag orders are typically served or reserved for situations where there's clear evidence that media coverage could up the jury pool, in a sense. And in this case, the judge didn't find, you know, that this happened. Basically, they just. Like I said, they just think the defense is just throwing as much against the wall as he can until something sticks. Now, as Diddy trial approaches, we all know that date, May 5, 2025. These pretrial proceedings highlight the intricate balance that court has to. It's like a dance. They have to uphold a fair trial, but they also can't give any special privileges to celebrity in power. Now, the outcome of the judge's recent order could have significant implications for both the prosecution and the defense as they prepare for the trial of the century. Now, we'll continue to monitor this case. You already know I'm following every nook and cranny of this case as it unfolds. I will be unpacking. But for now, I need all y'all to be patient and be in tune to what the hell going on. Because as we know, this case can take a turn, for better or for worse, in the blink of an eye. One minute, you Think everything all good. Next minute, Diddy among running in the wild free amongst all of us. Cause somebody done something up in the trial you can't take for granted. And it's. Speaking of taking for granted, it's coming out that Diddy took Cassie's. I don't want. If you want to say kindness or he took Cassie's niceness for weakness or what ever. Because Diddy. It's coming out now, which we've talked about it before, but it's coming out now on the mainstream stage that Diddy rejected the opportunity to settle the case with Cassie privately before all of this happened. Nobody would have known anything if Diddy would have settled it quietly and privately with Cassie. With Cassie before all of this. And that's what she wanted. Now they have a new podcast series that's coming out called the Rise and Fall of Diddy. And in this podcast, they are claiming that Diddy could have avoided all of this had he just settled quietly. She. When I say Cassie, Cassie came to Diddy before all of this and she simply said, I believe I was wronged by you. And she gave Diddy all kind of chances to settle it. And, and, and he just didn't. They, they, they. She pleaded and begged Diddy behind the scenes did. He ignored her, even taunted her by talking while he was accepting awards and, and shouting her out. When she's with her new dude, he's on the. He got the some type of achievement award from one of the wars and Cassie has moved on with her new guy and he was supposed to be with young Miami and he's still calling out Cassie, say, I want to thank Cassie for the dark times, for being at me with me when it was dark. And many believe that was a backhanded compliment. Trying to instill fear in Cassie because at this time, remember, she was trying to get this settlement or get this situation resolved before we heard about it. So when Diddy was calling her out here, that was pretty much another form of a dog whistle to let her know, I will expose everything we did in those dark times if you keep fucking with me. But Cassie just said, you know what? If you ain't gonna settle it behind closed doors, I'm gonna go ahead and file it. And Diddy never guessed in a million years that Cassie would be strong enough and fearless enough to file. And when she filed that thing in November 2023, accusing him of physically and mentally abusing her, it only took a matter of hours for that to get all over the world and for Diddy to Be in hot boiling water. She put everything out there at that point about him making her have sex with other male sex workers. And he wanted to watch. It only took 24 hours for Diddy to take action and agree to pay the undisclosed amount to Cassie. But guess what? It was too late for the Ditler. It was too late because once it got out, it spread like wildfire and all type of other accusations and victims and alleged this and alleged that. Next thing you know, here come the feds. Here come the feds. Now, what does this show us? This shows us something my dad always told me. The one thing that we all have to guard ourselves from is greedy greed. Greed will get you every time. Diddy didn't want to give whatever that amount of money that Diddy. That Cassie was asking for. Diddy. Diddy didn't want to give it to Cassie. Did he want to hold on to the money? And not only just hold on to the money, but hold on to the control of like, look, you can't tell me what to do. You can't make me do nothing. I'm not giving you shit. But follow me, follow me, y'all, because a. A lesson was learned here. What they say, pay now or pay later. Because not only did Diddy end up having to pay, the rumor is 50 million, but we know it's no less than 30 million that he had to pay to Cassie. But I've heard strong rumors that it was 50 million because once it was filed, she had him by the balls and the attorney he was. He had to do whatever. So let's just say it was between 30 and 50 million that he had to pay Cassie after a long stretch where he could have paid it. He could have paid her under the table, off the radar, and none of us would have knew a goddamn thing. But greed got the best of them. And look, check out his work. So not only did he have to pay the 30 to 50 million to her, but now he has to pay, however, millions to all of these accusers because he's going to have to pay some of them. Let's just be honest. And he has to pay his lawyers. So this problem, let's say off the radar, under the. Under the radar. He probably could have gave Cassie 20 million, maybe even 15 million before everybody knew about it. But he just. He wanted to stomp on her. He wanted to. He wanted to show her how big his balls were and that he was in control. And so now that $15 million that he could have gave her when nobody knew nothing and he still would be running around being Diddy and everybody's favorite celebrity. All the celebrities loved him and all that, but because his greed got, it got the best of him, he is about to lose or spend anywhere from 2, 3, 400 million, 200 million, he's gonna lose all kind of money. Not to mention when you're locked up, show you it's another thing about money. Now he didn't want it. He didn't want to give Cassidy that money. But when he locked up, he is willing to put his whole fifty million dollar house up. Fifty million dollar house. I don't know. Another millions and millions to your lawyer, millions to these hundreds of victims coming out and still had to get 30 to 50 million to Cassie. Now does that not show you? Sometimes we got to check our own self. Now I'm glad Diddy's being held accountable, but I wanted, I want everybody to, to look at the lesson here. If you have something that could be taken care of, take care of it. Don't let your, don't let your greed or your narcissism or any of that get the best of you. Take care of it. Because what he could have paid, he is paying a hundred times more now than he would have paid if he simply would have given her what she was asking for behind closed doors. So guess what happened. So since you, since Diddy Mohawk, Diddy himself, since you made her have to be exposed to the whole world of all this nasty, embarrassing bullshit that you made her do. So since you made her pay and the currency was embarrassment, she had to pay with her embarrassment, she had to be embarrassed and just, you know, stuff you don't want, you don't want. Nobody wants their sexual encounters out to the world. But since she had to pay with her embarrass, her currency was embarrassing embarrassment. Diddy's currency is currency. So now you're paying hundreds and hundreds of million because instead of doing it behind closed doors, nobody would have to know that all this craziness Cassie went through, she could have went on with her life and so could have Diddy. But now you had to press. You had to just press and press and, and just the disrespect and dog Cassie to the point where it backfired. The old banana in the tailpipe. And a lot of people don't even know that. And that's definitely something that I wanted to bring to y'all today. This was a revelation that I already knew about because I kind of knew, I know that like some of the attorneys involved and kind of got some of the backstory, but now it's coming out to the whole. To the public. And I think it's something everybody should know because a lot of people don't know that Cassie tried to squash this without nobody knowing anything. So let me give you the. Let me look through the notes of when this. Now this. This documentary, the Downfall of Diddy. It is going to be released December 4th, which is tomorrow, and will be produced by Law and Crime Network, which is a YouTube. A YouTube channel. I watch. I watch a lot of this stuff they cover. They do great coverage on. On these cases. So they're going to deep dive more into what I'm telling you about this Cassie mess as. As far as Cassie, you know, trying to, you know, do this quietly. And Diddy didn't want to do it. And it. I mean, backfire ain't even. I would. It's a strong. It has to be a stronger word than backfire, because this more than backfired on Diddy. But the first three episodes of the Rise and Fall of Diddy, they're gonna drop all three of those on December 4th. It's gonna be hosted by Jesse Weber. I don't know if that's Weber or Weber. And this series is going to uncover basically how Combs built an empire that shaped the generation.
