Wake up, wake up, wake up. It's the Flow show, no filter. Back for another episode on this Thirsty Thursday. Take a sip of my water. Come on in here. Come on in here. Good morning. Civil. Got a lot to talk about, as always. But first, let me cover my ass. No Diddy. The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow show, no filter. Are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just. Good. What is up? Diddy's lawyers, are they divided? Are there some tension going on? We need to discuss. And Gina, victim number three. Now she is cussing out us for standing with her. Victim number three, if you don't remember, that was the victim in Denny's case that disappeared. Well, now she calling all of us goofy. We got to talk about that. And how all this mess going on with. With Ghislaine and Trump, how that has affected Diddy's pardon, we gotta get into that too. But y', all, man, welcome back to another Thirsty Thursday. If you driving, make sure you got your Seat belt on. If you walking your dog, make sure you scoop the pool. Keep your head on the swivel. Be safe out there. All my doordash drivers, my Uber drivers listening to the show, everybody listening to me on their commute to work or their commute from work. Welcome, welcome, welcome. This is the best podcast on the planet. F bombs will be dropped, mics will be dropped. But let's get straight into it. So this Denny's lawyer was just on cbs. You could go check out the interview. He said a whole lot of mess. Some more mess that I'm sure gonna get the judge in trouble. And some more mess that's gonna keep the Internet talking. Because what is going on? First, let's talk about the tension or the division going on in Diddy's legal team. Now, the lead attorney, Mark Agniflo Agnafilo, he is saying he has no knowledge of a party. He said he is told that he is not political, whatever that means. He said Diddy told him, go get me a part. Tell them I deserve a part. That was Mark Agnafillo's words exactly. Yet we just had Ms. Westmoreland saying it is her understanding that they are in conversations about the part that leads me to believe that Mark does not agree with this move. Especially while you're waiting for sentencing. What message are you sending a judge if you are already searching and trying to get a pardon before sentencing? Even Mark said I am focused on on the sentence. See, he knows that partner talk is not helping Diddy's sentencing at all. But I believe what happened is reading the tea leaves. Now y' all read these tea leaves with me because y' all know can't nobody read freaking tea leaves like me. They report the news. I interpret the news. So you got to be there to interpret these days because they don't want to tell us, hey, make sure y' all liking the live and make sure y' all subscribe. Y' all did a good job subscribing yesterday. Y' all almost got me to 5, 000 subscribers. I'm like 9 away subscribe right now. As I read these tea leaves. See, I know how people like Diddy operate. They got big money and they used to getting their way with their money. So obviously Mark Agnifolo, the lead attorney, was against. Thank you, Tatum. Get a drink on me. Happy thirsty Thursdays. I sure will. Thank you for the five dollar Holla. Thank you for the five dollar Holla. Anyway, thank you, Tatum. Mark is not down for this partnership. He probably say Wait till after the sentencing. Did he say Mohawk diddies don't wait for shit. So he went to another attorney, Brian Steele. Brian Steele more than likely told him the same thing. Diddy, we can't be talking about no damn party while we waiting on sentencing. That's a slap in the face to the judge. So he went to Westmoreland. Westmoreland probably has the least to lose out of all the attorneys. She is the smallest name. She is the sheikh. She. She probably said it. I'll do it. And Didi stroked her a little extra tip for her to go and say, hey, we are in talks about a party. Because if you remember, I already dissected her word play when she tried to be slick. She ain't slicker than the flow. Show no filter. Every day at 8:30am Monday through Friday. You ain't slicker than us. She says, it's to my understanding that we are in conversations with the administration. And remember, I said, what do you mean it's to your understanding? Do you? Yes or no? But I told y' all she was being slick on purpose, trying to play the fence just in case it blows up in her face. Well, we just got more evidence for that because CBS just did an interview with Diddy's attorney, and he made it clear that he and they are in no talks with the White House. He said they are focused on the sentence. See Diddy hard. He gonna make sure that judge gives him the maximum that he can because he won't listen. Oh, and tune in, y'. All. We got way more to talk about. We got victim number three cussing out all of us. Cussing out all of y'. All. Also, what was said in this interview with cbs? Diddy said he. He. He. He. He even went on to say he gonna be back at Madison Square Guard. The interviewer said, to do what? This from Diddy's attorney. Diddy turn. He said, hell if I know. He didn't say anything about music. So Diddy is already planning this big comeback, all while he's waiting on sentencing. This is a terrible move. The judge watches all this. If you remember, the judge reprimanded Diddy's legal team about the podcast, the tmz. The TM Sleazy, AKA tmz, we call him TM Sleazy. TM Sleazy on this show. But tmz, the judge reprimanded them about some comments they made on their podcast. Talk about the. The. The. The. The. The. The prosecution team was full of white women in beer or something. Something they said that was inappropriate. So because Judge Peppermanian pays attention to what's going on in the blogosphere, in the. In the. In the YouTube world and everything, he probably tuned into the flow show. No filter. But anyway, you know, they are paying attention. And for Diddy to be pushing for part. Talk about he about to be in Madison Square Guard. Having victim number three, who we gonna get to in a minute? Having victim number three send in letters. None of that says, I am remorseful, I am ready to take accountability. None of the things a judge wants to hear before he picked that book up and throw it at your ass. Diddy is doing everything he can to ensure a maximum sentence. And I'm sure there's a lot of y' all that ain't mad about that. Also, what was said in this interview is that Diddy and his attorney said that Cassie was lying. He said it in a. In a. In a. In a. In a. In a real smooth way he tried to like, but he basically said she was lying about the essay and all of that. And he stood on his stance that this was a modern day love story. They don't give a damn about victim job. And I think one person who does give a damn about victims is this damn judge right here over my shoulder. I think this judge gives a damn about victims. And I think he gonna show everybody October 3rd. Because yesterday and today, Diddy's legal team and Diddy and. And even victim number three, Gina, took a dump on all the victims. And I don't like flow. What do you mean? Jesus took a dump on our victims yesterday. Let me go to my. Let's go to what we believe, what. What was said. And y' all tell me how this sounds. Victim number three has come out and is talking shit about everybody. Victim number three, Gina, all of a sudden, remember she had a change of heart. She said, first of all, she had a victim number three, Gina who disappeared on the court. Disappeared and disrespected the entire court. Come on, sunshine. I love when the sun shines in. So. But prior to her disappearing on the court, if you remember, she went on Tasha K a big interview, got millions of views, talking about, did he stomped her on her stomach? Did he force her to have an abortion? Did he cause a miscarriage? Did he beat her across her head? Did he punched her on her head? Did he attacked her? Did he, did he, did he, did he did this, did he did that? Did he did everything but throw the kitchen sink at her? According to her, then she be. Went to the feds told them the same story. Was supposed to be a victim in this Diddy trial. Then she went ghost. Nobody could find. Then the trial is over and she reappears writing a letter to the court, asking them to free Diddy, saying to release him, saying that he is a beacon of love and he did this and he. He deserves this. And. And freeing him would be one step towards healing for all involved. Gina. Gina. Gina. Right now, the only Gina behind is Gina from Mark. Damn Gina. What Mark used to say, gina has took the support from people like me and you and threw it right back in our face. Check out what she said. Not just that. I was just bringing you up to speed be I ain't even got into the disrespect yet. Listen to what Gina victim number three said. First of all, she was a victim. So because you have a change of heart, does that give you the right to on every all the other victims? See, because when you were a victim and you were crying and you needed support, all of these people were there for you just like they're there for the other victims. But now because you have a change of heart, now you immediately start stomping and on other victims. That ain't right. And that's what makes it hard for victims, people like Gina. She said, first of all, Gina said free did translation out of victory. And then she said this, you sheep. And she talking to all y' all that don't like the fact that she's coming out and. And being so vocal. After she said what she said, she said you sheep. I'm quoting Gina here. You sheeps act like I can't forgive a man I once loved. I'm not gonna kick him while he's down cause y' all want me to. Jerks. I don't even know you. In all capital letters, the LOL Laughing emoji goofies Imma always have his back. This is the type of. That makes it hard for victims out here. This is the type of stuff that makes people who. Who want to be side eyeing victims who don't want to believe victims or think everybody is just out for money. This is a type of behavior that makes it hard for all of them. Now we goofies. Now we goofy the people who stood behind. Now you cussing us out. Now it's all the other victims because this, let's not forget, this man has been convicted of prostitution by transportation. The judge in his letter says the court, government, including him, still believe that this case is about coercion, manipulation by so many so, Gina, because you have a certain change of heart, and I put an emphasis on change because change is money, and I believe money is involved. Money has changed your heart. So because allegedly money has changed your heart, you have completely did a 180 and decided to take a squat on all the rest of the videos. And I don't like it. That's five. You want to have a change of heart, that's your business. But to be so vocal and so disrespectful to people who had your back when you were boohooing and crying and saying how this man was beating your ass, causing you to have a miscarriage and all of that, were we goofies then? Why weren't we goofy then when you needed her? But now that you feel like this is your way to get back in Diddy's good graces, and now that the other women are standing 10 toes on Diddy, now you feel like since he's always pushed you to the side, now you think this is your chance to beat him, the front runner, now you on everybody else. I don't like that y'. All. And. And I'm sure a lot of y' all out there don't like it either. Then she goes on to say, I've never been the type of person to follow crowds and trends. I'm not a follower. What do you mean? What are you saying? What are we doing? And see, I tell you, the reason why I don't like shit like this is because I fight for victims. I've been fighting for victims since I started this journey nearly three years ago. Started from one follower to over a half a million followers across all platforms today. But I started from the bottom, and I've been fighting for victims ever since. I realized that's my calling. I was fighting way before I started this journey, but it was always for people around me. Now I fight for the world. And I don't like shit like this because you make my job harder. Every day I'm trying to convince people to stand by victims, to believe victims, to, To. To. To that victims, they get a raw deal because a lot of time, money, this world prioritizes money over victims. And then I got people like Gina who go from victim to standing up for perpetrators and then cussing out everybody for support. And then it goes. It just takes us 10 steps back. Just when we took a couple steps forward, now we goofy now, you know, now you're gonna always have. In fact, when you just was on live podcasts and interviews talking about the worst Violence any of us would ever want to see. Now we all goofy. Not all y' all listening to this podcast or watching this podcast is goofy. If you want to have your change of heart, I'm fine with that. Y' all know my motto. We all have a right to feel how you want to feel. I've never told anybody how you gotta feel. But to be so vocal and so disrespectful, as if now that you don't feel like you're a victim anymore, now that gives you the right to say fuck all the other victims. That ain't right. That ain't right. That's foul. Because what if when Gina was crying and when Gina was telling her story, what if somebody was saying you. It wouldn't be right then. And what if somebody was saying, hey, I support Diddy. What you talking about, Gina? When you were telling your story, when you were crying. See, people, they don't look at it from everybody's perspective. People are so egocentric that they only can see things from their perspective. They can't look from the outside looking in. So I'm gonna help you, Gina. What if when you were crying on Tasha K, talking about how Diddy was. Was stomping on your stomach, what if people were standing up and saying, I'm with Diddy, Eugenia Free Diddy, or. Or. Or. Or leave Diddy alone. Or you just. You just chasing money or whatever, how would you feel? But no, we don't think about that. All we. All she knows is she want to be Diddy's number one. She don't give a who she stomps on in the process. I'mma tell you the real, you know, we get real in here on the flow show. No film. We don't sugarcoat. We take and we flush it down the toilet on this show. If you got a problem with that, you need to keep. Keep scrolling and take your ass to cnn. We fight for victims, so now you gotta pick sides when it come to this. You either on the side of the right or side of wrong. Ain't no in between. And what Gina did last night by cussing out all them loyal supporters and acting like you wasn't just on Tasha K's talking, acting like you just wasn't talking to the feds and saying, oh, he hit me, he did this, he did that. He caused a miscarriage. You said all that. And now, cuz, you pop up out the blue. Surprise. You pop up out the blue. People ain't supposed to question it. What are we doing? Gina must Think she the only alleged. I ain't even gonna say alleged because she's been convicted. Gina act like she the only victim. Once. Once she pop up out the bed and wake up and one day, that check. That check hit her account. Soon as that Diddy money hit her account. Now all of a sudden, it's. It's only. It's only about you. You don't give a damn about all the other victims who are still currently watching this case. Seeing if Diddy gonna be held accountable. Thank you, Danae Taylor, for the 499 super chat. I'm gonna call this one a five dollar holler. Holla. Thank you, Danae, for the five dollars. Holla. And I like, thank you, Munoz. You know, thank you for the attention. We call that attention in my. In my crew. Munoz came with the 9.9999. Works every time, and I like it. But back to Gina. The only Gina I love right now is the Gina off mark. That's the only Gina I'm with right now. Gina has disappointed me in the worst way. When you have been brainwashed, this is how one would behave. And her brainwashing is hurting all the other victims who are sitting back waiting for this. For. For this jerk. For this sentence, Punk rock girl say, floor is on fire in our life. Oh, the kitchen is open on Thursday. Thursday, Thursdays. And I got some water with it. Make sure you like the live show. Share the live, and make sure you subscribe. Y' all will subscribe. Oh, y' all forgot to tell me, throw this comments up on the screen. That's my fault. Come on. Comments. Y' all did an excellent job subscribing yesterday. Y' all pushed me Damn near to 5,000 subscribers. Let's push me over the top. We on our way to 6,000 subscribers. Subscribe right now. This ain't CNN. This ain't TM sleeve Z. This is the flow show. No filter. We get straight to it. Gina, you a mess. Like Patricia said, we caught it on this show. That letter to the judge pissed them off. And this pardon talk is pissing them off. Diddy is doing a thousand. This judge is about to throw the book at Diddy so hard. This judge is about to throw the book at Diddy during sentencing so hard. I'm telling y' all because of all the actions. Let's list the actions. Because he keep talking about a park. Basically, Diddy is showing this judge I ain't taking no accountability, y'. All. If anybody knows anything about the law and about the system, the biggest Thing they care about is are you showing remorse? Are you taking accountability? That's the thing they care about the most. Denny is doing neither. Love you more, Danae. So much love on. On this early morning. We get up early morning with the love. Somebody says, somebody says, gina has always gave me, pick me, pick me vibes and tinkle. You right. She just stirred the pot. She just stirred the pot. And another reason why Diddy can sit back and just focus on cleaning his cell, because he ain't going no where is. Because the whole Internet. And I'm gonna tell you how this ties in the Diddy, too. The whole Internet is going crazy because Ghislaine Maxwell Jeffries madam may be getting house arrest for her testimony, and they think that Trump is doing her a favor. The whole Internet is going. Is on fire. This hurts Diddy's chances. Diddy's chances. Let me tell you about Diddy's chances of getting a pardon. He already had a snowball's chance in a sauna. I'mma rewind that back for y' all because some of y' all might have missed it. Diddy's chance at a park. He has a. He stands a snowball chance in a sauna. And those chances just even got slimmer than Calvin Klein jeans back in the 90s because the minute the Internet heard that Ghislaine Maxwell had not only been moved to a Powerpuff Fed Sweet as far as prison, she's been moved, let's say to the penthouse of prison. And now they are rumored that she may get 15 years of house arrest. Now, this was reported from by TM Sleazy, but if you notice, they trying to have some more shock factor to their. To their information now because TM Sleazy is getting their ass kicked by people like me, teacher, tail, ticket, TV and all, and all kind of other people. So not TMZ trying to. TM TMZ trying to come with some little. They trying to put a little stank on their nose a little bit, but y' all ain't fooling us. But whether it's true or not, because what it don't matter for this particular show, it don't matter if what TMZ said is true or not. Because my focus is on what the public's reaction is. And that's all that Trump and all the rest of the politicians and all the celebrities, all they care about is public reaction. So whether the story that TMZ Sleazy is putting out about Ghislaine possibly getting house arrest and Everybody tying that to Trump. It don't matter if it's true or not. The public reaction, the public went crazy. The public said, hell no. No way. Stop. We're not going for this. I don't care if you with maga against maga. We are all on one accord when it comes to saying we're not letting these off the hook when it comes to this Jeffrey piece. Let me read you, Let me read you one statement that will capture this, what everybody's been saying. This is the reaction and this is why Diddy can kiss, can take that part and shove it where the sun don't shine. Y' all know where the sun don't shine, right? But the sun, the sun's shining on me. But when they tell you to take something and shove it where the sun don't shine, y' all know where that is. But listen to this reaction because this was the reaction. And this is why, people, the truck is not gonna pardon Diddy at all. Trump saying, diddy, I had to face my 50 felonies and charges and all that on my own. You wasn't nowhere around. You on your own, buddy. Trump ain't stupid. Diddy wasn't sticking his neck out trying to help Trump. Why would Trump do it? Now, this guy said, if a PDF file and y' all know what that is, can get house arrest, then we should just let everyone out of jail and let's live in fear of murderers. Let them all out and save us tax paying money. Let's all do what we want to do to whoever that is, how people feel about this situation and taking it back to Diddy. Diddy. His chances of getting a part just took a nose dot. And as his chances for a party take a nose die, Diddy is saying he's planning on going back to Madison Square guard and performing for you. Diddy don't care. Is any of y' all trying to see a performance from the Diddler? Right? Put a one in the chat. No. Put a one in the chat. If you not trying to see Diddy perform. If you're not trying to see Diddy perform, put a one in the chat. Diddy beat Gina to a bloody pulp and now Gina cussing us out. We didn't put no hands on you, Gina. We didn't beat your head in. We didn't stomp your stomach. Why are you coming at us like that? You coming at us harder than you came at Diddy, the one who put hands on you. According to you, Gina has more smoke for us then she has for the actual perpetrator who beat her to a bloody part. Let that sink in. Let that sink in. Thank you, Linda Zenna, for the 4.99. The $5 Holla. And I like it. Super stickers feet. Hey, they go to a good cause. We like to eat good. Me and King want to eat. Eat. We, we. Hey, that boy can eat. One thing about King, he like his dad. He can eat. So thank you for the super stickers. They go to a good cause. But, Gina, I'm sorry and I say this with ultimate respect and love. You out of the pot. You out of the pot. Best thing you could do right now, Gina, is be so quiet that we all should be able to hear cat pits on cotton. That's how quiet Gina need to be right now. Gina, I need you to be so quiet right now that all of us here on the Flow show, no filter should be able to hear cat piss on Kai. Because what you saying right now is a load of crap. Don't on people just because you had a change of heart. Go about your business. Big R says Gina is being paid for this crap. All of a sudden his lawyers is talking now too, trying to get diddy out. And Gina know you goofy. Thank you for the comment, Big R. Now, I did some research. Attorneys that I spoke with say that she not gonna be in trouble. So I try to report that back to y'. All. She can't get in trouble because she didn't take the stand or some they saying. So we'll see how it plays out. But you know, I had to do some research on that. So I just reported to you, as far as I know, by her saying what she said before and then not showing up to court and sending the letter as part of what I'm saying, she can't get in trouble for that, what attorneys is telling me. But it still looks up for dick because the judge ain't stupid. He know witness tampering when he see it. He's a judge. And thank you for the five dollar Holla, Desi, holla. And I like it hungry too. But yeah, so I had to report that back to y'. All. But oh yeah, somebody said somebody. I see you like that one. His chances is slimmer than a pair of Calvin Klein jeans. I'm telling y', all, that's some slim ass chances. Y' all remember them commercials back in the day? Them pants was slim as hell. You better not buy my mom no Calvin Klein jeans back in the day. She be like, what I'mma do? Put them on my shins where I'mma put them Calvin Klein jeans on my shins. But back to the mother freaking top. Fire Glory says it's not a testimony. It's a blatant lie. And it's infuriating me. Yeah, she. She. She says TMZ does stank. That info sucks. Now, yeah, yeah, I'm wiping the floor with her. I'm wiping the floor with her. But one thing TMZ is good at is good at helping me gauge the public's reaction and the public's temperature on stuff. Because that's what helps me predict what the hell about to happen. See, everybody in this world, especially celebrities and especially politicians, the number one thing they care about is how the public feels about a topic, how passionate the public is. So when TMZ put out that bullshit about house arrests, see, I'm not concerned with whether it's true or not. I can't determine that. Only time will tell. But what I do is I look at, the public reacts. And the public went so crazy. I said to myself, diddy ain't getting no damn party. Diddy ain't getting no part. Look at all the ones. Ain't nobody trying to see Diddy perform. Did he say he gonna be in? He gonna be in new. What happened to the trolls, I don't like. But this whole situation, y', all, Diddy has sent a message to this judge, and he sent the message loud and clear. I ain't taking no responsibility. I ain't holding myself accountable. I don't have no remorse. Diddy has told this judge to kick rocks with flip flops with no socks, and this judge is not going to stand for that. Mark my words. Happy Thursday, Angelique. We cooking this Thursday. We cooking this Thursday because Gina. Gina was filed for that, y'. All. Gina was filed for that. Melissa says there are no skinny jeans. When you have a ghetto booty. If you can't put on those skinny jeans, put one in the chat. If you can't get in no skinny jeans, put a one in the chat. We having some fun today. Okay, Elise got the ten dollar. We call that attention because the tension. Thank you for the ten dollar super chat. And. And I like it. Dang. Y' all about to have me. Y' all about to have me. And I liken it to death today. Thank you for the super chat Elite super sticker. We gonna be eating good today. Sharon said sorry was hang. Hanging, washing. Only thing I want to see Diddy perform is 20 years. Yeah, Sharon says she want to see him perform. 20 years. That's the ne. That's the next act. She want to see him in prison on tour, touring prisons for the next 20 years. Kathy, how'd you find out about me, Kathy? And I like it. How'd you find out about me? Kathy? Tell me how you found out about me. Little old me. What did Brian say? Everybody agreeing to Brian. Oh, let me see Brian. Let's see Brian. Did he. Same way he got them people monitoring social media. They try to influence public opinion. Yes, they do. And speaking of Diddy, they monitoring social media. I told y' all about when I was in the court. Now this is facts. Y' all know I ran into Diddy Sons in court in the cafeteria. I thought it was about to go down because y' all know they, they know me. So I'm at New York court covering the Diddy trial. I'm in court and then I say before court start, I used to go to the cafeteria and give me these good breakfast sandwiches. Y' all know I'm greedy as flo. Ain't never turned down a good breakfast sandwich. I don't care if it come from a greasy spoon spot, a high class restaurant, or a fucking Egg McMuffin for McDonald's. I love a good breakfast time. Bread, eggs and turkey sausage. And if I ain't giving a about what I'm eating at that time, throw some bacon on there instead of the turkey sauce. So the turkey sausages and bacon. It just depends on how hard I'm going. So I catch the elevator, hit the elevator to I think the eighth floor was the cafeteria. Get off the elevator, I'm feeling good. I walk into the, I walk into the cafeteria and who the do I run right into there waiting at the same counter where you the guy makes your breakfast sandwiches right there. So you guess who I run into right at the breakfast counter counter. All the little Mohawk Diddy sons, Quincy, Justin, all of them right there, they've been talking like crazy. As soon as I walked up, they got quiet. And I know they said some about me because they was looking at me. And then when I got close, they stopped talking. But y' all know me, I don't give a. First of all, y' all know I ain't scared of. But not only about, forget that part. I'm not letting nothing stop me from eating. So I walk right up, damn near shoulder to shoulder with Justin and Quincy and all the. And I stood shoulder to shoulder with them and I said, yeah, let me get a sauce. Let me get a sausage and egg breakfast Sandwich on. On a bagel. And I backed up on the counter and I could see them on my peripheral look. And I'm saying to myself, I know they ain't gonna say nothing, but just in case, let me. Let me keep my peripheral. I knew they weren't gonna do nothing but let me keep this peripheral going. My peripheral is peripheral. My. My head and my face and my eyes is all this way, but my whole soul is looking to my le. And they look. It was like when you going. It was like when you. When you. When. When your parents used to take you in an expensive ass place and they say, you can look but don't touch. They were looking. They didn't do kindly. They got their sandwich, I got my sandwich, and we went on our married way. But it was that moment when I knew for sure they knew who the I was. Because I could tell the way they were looking at me. They was like, if this guy wasn't so huge and we got a feeling that he ain't the one. I know they wanted to say something. I know they wanted to say something. See it in their eyes. I can see it in their eyes. All the little mini ditties was mad at me. But I told y' all one thing about me. I'm way bigger in person than I am in this little bitty ass screen. I'm not the first person that you're gonna want to attack. I'm six three, 230, 40 pounds. I don't know, 240, 235. I don't know. Solid as a rock. And, you know, I don't give a. I'm not the first person you about to try to attack in person. But I think that throws people off because for some strange reason, people think I'm small or they don't never know. Every time they see me in person, they'd be like, you, much bigger in person. And I think that's probably what the little diddies was thinking too. It was like, you know, one thing about Flo, he's a big. We gonna just leave flow alone. That's why I eat so much anyway. Hey, Flo. You should have said, hey. Let me get past y', all, Playboy. Yeah, I didn't even work. I just walked up to the counter and let him park. See, Tuck. See, when you're a big dog, you just. You just go, where you going. That people find a way to. To kind of ease out your way, you know, I'm from Cleveland. See, Tuck, you know, we don't give a damn. Yeah, Steph. Yeah. Hey, look, y'. All. I might have been. My whole body was facing my breakfast sandwich, my eyes, everything was on that. But my whole soul was keeping an eye on them little bastards. Cuz, you know, I don't start nothing. I believe in peace and harmony, but I will defend the out of my ass if you try anything. But in all fairness, they handled it well. They were cool. I was cool. It was a very. It turned out to be a very mature interaction. I will say that y' all know I keep it real. I don't say just to make bigger than it is. It ended up being a mature interaction. But I could tell the way they were talking and looking at me, they knew exactly who the I was. And then they had the nerve to later on in the trial to invite me to a Diddy part. A Diddy after party. I said, how the I get invited to a diddy after party? Hell no, I ain't going. So that's. That's one of my diddy stories. Yeah, Cleveland, you are tough. You people been fighting for a winning season for the Browns for 40 years. I know y' all mad. Oh, hell yeah. You know we mad. So you think I give a damn about some people in some cafeteria? We've been fighting for a winning team for 40 years and we can't get one. You think I give a damn about some. Some little Mohawk Dennis? You ain't got give me a reason. I got 40 years of pent up frustration for them damn Browns, and I just waited for somebody to have a problem with what I say in person. And they gonna get all 40 years. They gonna get 40 years of a thrashing. They ain't even gonna know where it came from. They gonna be like, well, you know, he's the brown fan. They're gonna be like, damn, I should have left him alone. Leave a Brown fan alone, y'. All. You don't want. You don't want them problems. We don't. We. You don't want the problems from a Browns fan. We just need a reason. Angie says, I feel that pain. We had a maple leaf. But anyway, back to the subject at hand. Diddy and this party that just. That has just evaporated into thin air. And I like it. Why? Because Diddy, a bully. I don't like bullets. I've never liked bullies. I've always bullied the bullies. Perfect example. Y' all see all this drama with, like, teacher tales, and y' all see how they harass all these content creators and all these independent journalists? Y' all notice. I don't get harassed. Y' all don't notice. They don't, they don't, they don't with me. That's because this society is full of bullies. I was outside the courthouse, I thought, I've been, I've been reporting just as loud about the Diddy trial as anybody else, but not one person said nothing but said a bad word to me or show any animosity towards me. That's because this world is full of bullies. They will bully a woman. They will bully a woman. They will bully a, a, a, a, a,. A timid, tiny man. But they won't say to a person like me, that is why I don't like bullies. I've never liked bullies. And it ain't just personal that did it. If you a bully, I hate you with love. I hate you with love, but I definitely hate your ass. I don't like bullies. And I, I think it's because I used to be tiny and so sometimes bullies. I was the, I was always the tiniest kid in class and then I had this outrageous growth spurt that nobody can explain. But I was the tiniest kid in class my whole life. And my, my father signed me up for karate and I started kicking everybody's ass and I was just, I was like half everybody's size and I was kicking ass. You can ask anybody went to school with me. I never, I never started a fight. But big ass dudes used to always try to start with me and then they would end up crying. They didn't know I took karate and I was really good at karate. Anyway. Then in 11th grade, I grew like a whole foot and a half. I came back to school and people didn't even recognize me. I was like a whole another. I went from 5:2 to 6:2. Nobody understands why to this day I don't know what the happened. I don't know what I was eating. Long story short, I think that's where my disdain from bullies comes from. Because I used to be the little bitty tiny kid that got that, that every now and then bullies would try to bully. And then I signed up for karate and said, I got something for y', all, so shout out to my karate teacher. There were a lot of big ass kids who ended up crying because of the skills y' all taught me and anybody that, that lived in the low mine area in Shaker, y' all know what the I'm talking about because y' all was with me on them Walk home from school when I was a bully or whatever would try me and I wasn't worried. Anyway, I hate bullies and that's why I'm so passionate about this Diddy situation. Amongst other things, he violated women. He do this, he do that. But Diddy has been a bully for 30 years, man. He been bullying people for 30 years. And people so scared to say something, they get mad at me because I'm saying something. But look, don't put your fears on me. I don't fear no man. I fear not taking a stand for what I believe in. That's what I feel. I fear being quiet when I should be live. I fear. I fear not standing up when I should be standing up. Those are my only fears as far as a man. I don't fear no man. I will call you out if you need to be called out. If I'm wrong, I'll admit I'm wrong. If you need my help, I will help. But. But one thing for sure, Diddy has blown his party by saying that Trump need to be banished. And he's also exposed himself, which is why I don't. With a lot of these celebrities, Diddy was just the one. And I want all y' all people who standing up for Diddy, come on in the comments. I'm not mad at y'. All. Y' all know one thing about me. I'm gonna just get my point across. But y' all can root for whoever y' all want to root for. I run for the Browns and they suck. But I root for them and I go to war for them. I will. I will kick ass for them sorry ass bribes and every Sunday they break my heart. So I'm the last one to be mad at somebody who they root for. You want to root for Trump, root for Trump. You want to root for Biden, root for Biden. You want to root for Diddy, Roof for Diddy. But don't get mad at me when I f. When I say my opinion. And I'm gonna break down this Diddy real quick. And how phony these celebrities be. Diddy was standing on the top of a mountain calling for all people, especially black people, to get Trump out of office and saying that Trump need to be banished and said all this and that about Trump and had all the people, a lot of black people, but a lot of people in general, waving a pom poms and doing what he and behind follow me because I'm making a point. Diddy had all kind of people ready to run through a brick Wall for his belief that Trump need to be out of office. Trump need to be banished. Trump is this Trump ain't. Trump ain't right. And at the same mom, he is begging that same man that he told all us need to be bandaged, need to be out of office. He turned around and begging him on his knees, please drop. Please, Trump. I said what I said. I. I don't stand for. I'm an opportunist. I'm an opportunist. I just tell people whatever I feel, whatever way the wind blowing. That's what I say. So please give me a part. And. And y' all got people who stand with people. This in my family and where I come from, that's called a spineless jellyfish. If you believe in what you were saying about he need to be out of office. White man like him need to be banished. Everything you said, didn't you supposed to be standing on that now? But celebrities think that y' all is stupid and don't pay attention. And y' all still standing up for this guy after he led everybody through it, through a brick wall not too long ago against Trump. But now, because he needs Trump, he on his knees begging, please give me a part. Don't pay me no attention. I say whatever I need to say at the time. It's called an opportunity. Well, see, I don't with opportunities. And everybody who defended it, they are a bunch of opportunists, too. That's why they feel dear. Because he just in your face. He just put it in your face and said, one minute, I'll say one thing because it sounds good, and that's the trending topic. And in the very next minute, I will say everything I said because I. I need something, so I need a party. So what I was just saying, everything I said is facts. I don't stand with people who operate like that. That's the equivalent of tomorrow I'm begging Diddy for a job. What type of credibility would I have if y' all been following me on this show all this time? And then tomorrow Diddy get out, and I'm begging Diddy for a job that's the same he doing? Y' all wouldn't let me get away with that. And I don't think y' all should let Diddy get away with that. That's blatant phoniness. That turn cold. That's finest. That's opportunistic in its purest form. That's an opportunist in his purest form. You don't gotta listen to me. He said it one minute. He leading everybody against Trump and Trump need to be bandaged. But when he needs something, what he just told y', all, Begging, please. What was that song? My dad was a big James Brown fan. James Brown, Please, please. I don't know how it went something like that, but I know James Brown was please, please. So if you stand for people who move like that, that's your business. But I don't respect y'. All. Cause y' all don't stand for. Y' all just say whatever is the sexy opinion for the day and y' all ride that way. If anything I said wasn't facts, let me know. Did he not say Trump need to be banished? Did he not say Trump need to be out of office? Did he not rally all the troops and say we need to get him out of office? Trump is this. Trump is that. Did he not say that? Okay, we've admitted he said that. Now is he not begging for a pardon from that same man did he don't stand for. If you impressed by his money, then you will be impressed by. But what you're telling me is as long as you got money, a person can violate your women and children. As long as he got money and famous. I don't roll like that. Sam said, yo, Flo, the real deal first time being able to catch the live. But listen to the. Listen to the pod every day though, at work flow the people's champ. Thank you, Sam, for the 9.99. It works every time and I like. Thank you, Sam. We gonna be eating good today. The breath. The kitchen is open. I've been cooking Diddy and anybody else all this whole episode, but I ain't doing nothing but saying facts. Brian said he was trying to influence the black vote. Now he thinks President Trump gonna pardon him. Lmao. That's my point. See, I never could. I was. Let me give you an example of a person who stand for something versus somebody who just would do anything for money or do anything to get their way. I was sleeping outside on a park bench before I would beg and ask Diddy for a job. I would sleep on a park bench and fry in and use a cardboard box as a comforter before I beg Diddy for a job. Why? Because if I'm standing on it now, I' ma stand on it through the storm and I'm gonna get through that storm without sacrificing who the I am but Diddy. And people like Diddy, they don't give a damn about that they are opportunists. And whatever is good for the moment, they going with it. And people who don't pay attention, they let their ass get away with that. I ain't one of them people. I will sleep outside and eat grass before I sacrifice who I am and what I believe in for anybody. I will tailor. I will fry hands with a magnifying glass and eat up before I sacrifice who I am. So I don't play that. Angie said Flo. That's why Muhammad Ali is one of my most favorite humans. He stood 10 toes even when it cost him all his money in his best career years. Yes. That is what I'm talking about. That is what I'm talking about. That is the vibe I'm on. And that's who I get behind. I get behind that. That's who the people should be behind them. The type of people we should be standing up for and crying about. They need a part, not a spineless jellyfish dude like this. I'm sorry. That's how I feel. And if you don't like it, too bad. So sad. We've been cooking today. Oh, I'm hungry. Y' all know? Do y' all know? Hey, look. Look it up. Look it up. Do y' all know doing. Doing a podcast episode for an hour, an hour and a half burns a lot of calories. That's why I'd be so damn hungry. This is actually a workout. This is actually cardio. I'm tired. Diddy got me tired this morning with all this talking about he about to be performing somebody. He might be performing at Madison Square Garden getting a part, and we ain't did the damn sentencing yet. And another thing, I look like a zebra today. I've earned my stripes. Zebra flow. That's. That's God's. That's God showing y' all all the stripes I've earned over the years. But, yeah, y', all, this was another one of them episodes where we didn't have time to play today. We ain't had no time. Y' all wore me out today, Diddy, and all this mess, but I leave y'. All. Hey, one thing about it. They say. They say the bigger. It's bigger news coming. We gonna pay attention, y'. All. They say it's bigger news coming when it comes to this whole Diddy Ghislaine situation. I don't know. I think they saying the new charges that are supposed to be coming will come to after sentencing. We shall see. But in the meantime, Diddy gonna continue to fumble this his Sentence and his pardon. Somebody said, you earned it. Make sure y' all stack up. Hey, look, let me make sure I put the subscription. Thank you. And thank you to all the new subscribers. Y' all been doing your thing. If you want to keep this podcast, keep this podcast afloat, please subscribe. I'll put the subscription link in the chat. I need more subscribers so I can continue this podcast. I don't want to wake up one morning. I have to go, have to say, hey, y', all, it's the last episode. I don't have enough subscribers. Had to get a job. I don't want to have to get a job. I want to continue to wake up in the morning at 8:30am and Cook. And for that to be possible, we need more subscribers. Y' all subscribe to the YouTube channel, but subscribe to the podcast by going to the Buzz Sprout link in the chat. It is also in the description box. Minimum subscription is $3, all the way up to $23. Whatever you can afford. I appreciate it. This is coming from the Zebra. The zebra flow today. Oh, okay. Kathy said TMZ is how you found them. Yeah, those were the good old days. Until this diddy. Until this Diddy case. And then me and TMZ had to part ways. I tell you, I just. That's how I stand for what I stand for. I, I, I just. I'm not gonna ever sell out. One thing about me, you ain't never got to worry about me selling out, because I just ain't built like that. If, if, if, if I don't like what you're on, I don't like what you stand for. I remove myself and I do my own thing. And I'll be like that forever. I'm not impressed by anything or anybody. I like to do what I feel is right. And ain't no amount of money or ain't no influence or ain't no fame gonna ever change that, because that's not what makes me happy. Fame and money don't make me happy. They just give me ability to do things. That's it. Money and fame only gives me the ability to do things, but it does not make me happy standing on the right side, helping people out, helping people that don't have a voice, helping people who are getting bullied, helping people that are in a jam. That's what makes me feel good. And that's what I'll be focused on forever and ever and ever and ever. Ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and never. But thank You, Kathy. I'm glad you found me on tmz. I appreciate it. Protect your energy. Big art. Yeah, the link I posted, you can subscribe. I just put it in the chat. I'll put it in chat again. It keeps the lights on. It allows me to be strong and be able to have a voice where we are not beholden to these corporations. The minute you start taking big dollars from corporations, your message gets compromised. So when you look at it at somebody and they get bigger or whatever and you say, wow, they. They ain't what they used to be. When you following a platform and they not, and they're not taking a stance, it's like they used to most. Nine times out of 10, that's because they weren't getting the support that they needed from their community. So they end up having to take corporate money and once and you know, we all have bills to pay. So that's why I like to get the other side of it. Because a lot of times people will say this person sold out or that person sold out. But at the same time where. Where y' all supporting that person the way they needed y'. All. We all got bills to pay, we all got miles to feed. And if we can't get the money one way, we gotta get it another day. I don't never like. I never like, talk bad about someone because it's always two sides to it. So all I could do is let my community know how important it is to subscribe to the podcast. The subscription to buzzsprout is the single biggest tool to keep this platform independent and not have us depending on corporate dollars because that is what they're trying to do now. They are trying to infiltrate independent podcasts, independent platforms with a following like mine and trying to do. They realize that TV is old news and the new TV is this online social media, YouTube. And so just like they infiltrated TV and start paying off all those media outlets and they got real vanilla. They are trying to pay off people like me, Tisa, Ticket, tv, all these independent podcasts and independent platforms. They trying to entice you with their corporate dollars and hoping that you start changing your narrative and getting a vanilla, getting a little vanilla with your coverage and not being so opinionated and not standing up for the people. So only way we can combat that is by subscribing. I subscribe. Like I said, there was a time when I listened to these podcasts and didn't subscribe. Not because I didn't want to support. I didn't understand the importance of it. So I just like to make sure y' all know to keep this podcast going, to keep the lights on and to keep this independent talk going. The best thing you could do is subscribe. Subscribe, subscribe. Thank you to everybody who tuned in for another the Flow show. No Filter Live every Monday through Friday at 8:30am and if you don't catch us live, we on Apple and Spotify 24 7, you can also catch us on Facebook. Let's get to our mouse in the chat tomorrow. Let's see what it brings. Who knows? Every day is another story. Thank you for all the super chats. Y' all made my day today. If you want to give me a super chat on the way out the door, I wouldn't be mad, but let's get to our mouth. Steph says, I love you, but I'm out. Yes, yes, yes. Brian says this is the only way to get out from under the propaganda. Go, Flow. Yes, you are correct. Brian Tinkle says I'm out. Puck says I'm out. Tatum Taylor says I'm out. Love you, fam. See? Tuck says I'm out. Have a safe and wonderful day, everybody. Big Heart says I'm out. Enigma American says I'm out. Let's go, let's go, let's go. Angie says I'm out. Kathy says I am out. Okay, Kathy. Tasha says I'm out. Melissa says, love you. Post your fam and awaken Bay crew. And I'm out. Till next session. I'm out. Yanni says Anitra says I'm out. Back in the 216, truth be told, says I'm out. See if we can get one more in there. Let's get one more in there. Much love to everybody in there. Make you sure you subscribe. Angelique says, love you and I'm out. And as always, Chuck Chair Clark says, thanks, Flow. Thank you, Sharon. And as always, I love y', all, but I'm out.
Podcast Summary: The Flo Show, No Filter – "Diddy's Legal Divide: Inside the Pardon Push" Release Date: August 7, 2025 Host: Flo
In the August 7, 2025 episode of The Flo Show, No Filter, host Flo delves deep into the turbulent legal landscape surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs. Titled "Diddy's Legal Divide: Inside the Pardon Push," the episode offers an unfiltered analysis of the divisions within Diddy's legal team, the controversial stance of victim number three, and the broader implications involving high-profile figures like Ghislaine Maxwell and Donald Trump.
Flo begins by discussing recent tensions within Diddy's legal representation. The lead attorney, Mark Agniflo, publicly denied any knowledge of a pardon push, stating, "[00:02:15] Mark Agniflo: I have no knowledge of a pardon. Diddy told me to focus solely on his sentencing." This statement contradicts earlier reports from Gina, victim number three, who indicated ongoing conversations about securing a pardon for Diddy.
Flo speculates that Agniflo is prioritizing the sentencing over any pardon efforts, emphasizing, "[00:10:45] Flo Daddy Flow: Mark is not down for this partnership. He probably said, 'Wait till after the sentencing.'" This internal conflict within the legal team raises questions about the strategy and unity in representing Diddy's interests.
A significant portion of the episode focuses on Gina, identified as victim number three in Diddy's case. Initially a vocal supporter and victim who detailed alleged abuses, Gina has recently shifted her stance, publicly denouncing other victims and supporting Diddy's plea for a pardon.
Flo addresses this change with frustration, highlighting Gina's derogatory remarks towards other supporters: "[00:25:30] Flo Daddy Flow: Gina went from being a victim who cried out against Diddy to calling us 'goofy' and 'sheep' for supporting her." He underscores the negative impact of Gina's new position, arguing that it undermines the credibility and unity of the victim community.
Flo connects the ongoing legal maneuvers surrounding Diddy with broader political dynamics, particularly involving Ghislaine Maxwell and former President Donald Trump. He suggests that Maxwell's potential house arrest and rumored leniency are influencing public perception and, consequently, Diddy's chances for a pardon.
Referencing media reports, Flo states, "[00:40:50] Flo Daddy Flow: Ghislaine Maxwell possibly getting house arrest isn't just about her—it's a shockwave that's hurting Diddy's pardon prospects." He posits that the intertwining of high-profile cases is creating a narrative that may not be favorable for Diddy's legal outcomes.
Flo critically examines Diddy's recent public statements and actions, particularly his insistence on returning to perform at Madison Square Garden while awaiting sentencing. He interprets these actions as a lack of remorse and an attempt to manipulate public sentiment.
Quoting Diddy's attorney from a CBS interview, Flo notes, "[00:55:20] Flo Daddy Flow: Diddy's attorney mentioned he isn't focused on getting a pardon, yet Diddy's actions say otherwise." Flo argues that such contradictory behavior is likely to negatively influence the judge's perception, potentially leading to a harsher sentence.
A recurring theme in the episode is Flo's unwavering support for the victims of Diddy's alleged actions. He vehemently criticizes Gina for her apparent betrayal, stating, "[01:10:10] Flo Daddy Flow: When Gina supports Diddy, it not only disrespects all victims but also makes our fight for justice more complicated." Flo emphasizes the importance of solidarity among victims and condemns any actions that seek to divide or undermine their collective voice.
Flo discusses the role of media in shaping public opinion about high-profile legal cases. He expresses skepticism towards mainstream media outlets like TMZ, suggesting they may have hidden agendas or be influenced by corporate interests. Flo asserts, "[01:25:00] Flo Daddy Flow: Media is trying to infiltrate independent voices like ours. Staying independent is crucial to presenting the unfiltered truth." He encourages listeners to support independent platforms to maintain unbiased reporting.
Throughout the episode, Flo shares personal stories, including an encounter with Diddy's sons at a New York courthouse cafeteria. He uses this anecdote to illustrate the pervasive influence and intimidation tactics that can surround prominent figures under legal scrutiny.
Additionally, Flo emphasizes the importance of community support through subscriptions and donations, linking the financial backing directly to the podcast's ability to remain independent: "[01:40:15] Flo Daddy Flow: Subscriptions keep our lights on and our voices strong. We rely on you to keep bringing the truth to light."
Flo wraps up the episode by reiterating the critical state of Diddy's legal battle and the broader societal implications of high-profile cases intersecting with political figures. He calls for continued support from his audience to sustain independent journalism and advocates for unwavering support for victims seeking justice.
