The thoughts, views, and opinions shared on the Flow show. No filter. Are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. What's up, y'all? Crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy day, crazy show. Happy Tuesday, Taco Tuesday, wherever you at, grab a taco on me. Just bill me. I'll give it to you like later on in life when we run into each other. But it's been crazy. I did TMZ yesterday, y'all. My TMZ appearance was much appreciated. Fast paced, stressful as all get out. That's the part people don't know because it's so. It ties up your day because you gotta wake up, wake up in the morning. They confirm that you're gonna do it. Then they tell you, in another hour and a half, we're gonna see your topics, and then you gotta answer and you gotta be on your app because you can't miss it. And everything's done live. So went through all that. They asked me about the Liam Payne case. I don't know if you know about Liam Payne, but he passed away tragically. They say he fail at first they said he fell over a rail. Then they saying it don't seem like he could have made it over the rail himself. And he was trying to. Then they. Now they're saying he tried to. He was trying to escape his hotel and jumped off the rail, basically. I mean, jumped off the balcony. It's been a fucking mess. But they asked me about that and the same shit that I say on my podcast and social media. I said that Liam Payne case is bizarre. And why are we finding out all these facts now that we should have known sooner. So I told the world. Same thing I told tell y'all. So, you know, keep it consistent. But shit. Diddy. Diddy Moore. Diddy. We are waiting. Everybody is on pins and needles. We're waiting for this bail hearing. We are wondering why other judges. This is the third judge that has sat on this case. The other two judges has denied bail, but their denial was recused. We don't know why. No explanation. Now we have a third judge that appears to be leaning towards letting him out on Bailey. Is this judge bought and paid for or is he just doing his due diligence? That is what we're wondering. But I'm here to catch you up on all of that. Plus let you know if Diddy is held behind bars. I got a little sneak peek into his vittles, his Thanksgiving vittles. He'll be eating. So we're gonna talk about that, but first, we gotta go. The defense came out hitting hard, but the prosecution came out swinging, too, y'all. They are not there. The prosecution is not trying to let him out. The Combs lawyers even cited one of Trump's cases, the Trump, the presidential immunity case. They even cited that as reasons that Diddy should be out. They said since Combs is a criminal defendant who was presumed innocent, his lawyers argue he has a great constitutional claim, an actual greater constitutional claim than other trial participants to criticize and speak out against the prosecution, according to the ruling in Trump's case, basically saying that they were trying to say that he, he's, he's not allowed, quote, unquote, to use his power and influence to sway public opinion, which could sway potential jurors. But would a judge agree? But that is why they're trying to even use Trump's case by him using his power, his celebrity, to empower his base. And they're saying if he's allowed to do it, then Diddy should be allowed to do it. They are pulling out all the fucking stops like no tomorrow. So let's really get into it. Let's really dive into this, because it's getting stranger. Even the lead prosecutor, Damian Williams, he is retiring now. So we got judges switched out, and we have the lead prosecutor, the one who stood in front of us and told us all kind of arrests were coming and how hard they were about to be about this case. Now he is stepping down moments before we're finding out what Diddy's, you know, whatever Diddy's, before we even find out what his bail is or, you know, is he going to get bailed. This guy's stepping down. So we got to get into that, y'all. So what is up with y'all? Thank you for joining me for another episode of the Flow show no Filter, where we break down the craziest, most shocking news you heard, and we bring the truth, no matter who gets mad at it. Remember, follow this podcast if you want to shout out, let me know in the fan mail section or reach out to me and DM me on any of my social media pages. Flow Daddy Flo, that's FL O D A D D Y F L O on all platforms. Shout out to all the listeners who listen to me every day. This is what we do. I appreciate y'all. Whether you walking your dog, whether you just walking by yourself, cooking food, whatever you doing while you listening to the Flow show no Filter podcast. I appreciate it. Now, let's get right into this. Now, this Came from the Rolling Stone article. Now, you know Rolling Stone is a little high. I think I told y'all before, I pay like $8 a month for it. So y'all can use my $8 and just listen with my breakdown of the article, or you can buy get the Rolling Stone yourself and check it out. But they break down Diddy, the music mogul, the entrepreneur. And now, according to the prosecutors, a man with serious skeletons in his closet. And I'm not just talking about one or two allegations here, folks. This next level shit. Racketeering charges, physical abuse, witness tampering, it's all on the table for the Diddy monster, AKA Mohawk Diddy, if you haven't already. Like I told you, follow this and buckle up. So here's the breakdown. According to the Rolling Stone, Prosecutors have just unloaded a massive wave of accusations against Diddy. And it's clear they're not playing no fucking games, as they shouldn't be. First, let's talk about the charges. Diddy's been held without bail since September at the Metropolitan Detention center in Brooklyn. Why? Because the prosecutors say he's a danger to the community. And I agree. And based on what we're hearing, they might have a point. Now, the Southern District of New York is alleging some wild stuff. I'm talking about physical violence, threats, even showing up to women's homes unannounced with weapons. And get this one incident claimed he tried to break down a woman's door with a hammer. A hammer, Y'all like hammer time. This isn't just one person either. While Cassie's lawsuit opened the floodgates, prosecutors are now saying there are multiple women and even Diddy's own employees who are stepping forward with allegations. Let that sink in for a minute. We're talking about a man who built an empire, but behind closed doors, prosecutors say he was coercing, manipulating, and outright threatening folk. They got witnesses saying Diddy was slapping, kicking and punching women, dragging them by their hair and intimidating them with firearms. This is no longer just a celebrity scandal. It's a full blown criminal case that needs to be handled with the seriousness it deserves. Now let's look at as the evidence piles up. Now here's where shit gets even crazier. Prosecutors who are doing a good job up to this point. I was a little skeptical for a second over the weekend, but they bouncing back. Prosecutors are arguing that Diddy shouldn't get bail and they got receipts. They've got 133 pages of allegations and evidence. Part of this is because they're accusing him of tampering with witnesses even while he's behind bars. Yeah, you heard that? He's doing this shit behind bars. What the hell they think he gonna do out in the wild with us? The fuck they say Diddy's been using third parties and unauthorized communication methods to intimidate people. He's allegedly been trying to plant floss narratives and silence potential witnesses. And then there's this bombshell. I told you I was gonna start using that word more because it's a bombshell. The PI or the private investigator that his legal team proposed to monitor if he got jail or if he got bail. I'm sorry. Turns out that guy's already been working as a private investigator. Investigator for Diddy and allegedly contacting witnesses. I am going to repeat that again, y'all. They can't let this monster out. But listen to this. The private investigator that is supposed to monitor him, monitor him while he's on bail, if he gets bail, turns out to be the same private investigator that has been working for Diddy and allegedly contacting witnesses. Did he. I hope you like jail Thanksgiving food because your ass ain't going nowhere. From what this prosecution saying, this wasn't disclosed to the court and prosecutors were. Are not happy about that. They're saying this is more proof that Diddy is trying to manipulate the system. Then he can't be trusted. We'll be back after a quick break.

Let me tell y'all something. This, this, this defense team, it's. It's not. It's past messy. We were calling it messy. All this. The defense. The defense has been very messy with their. With their claims. This whole case, even with this judge, with all this extra doing too much or trying to figure out his. Is he going to give him bail? It still went from messy to just flat out toxic at this point. Prosecutors, on the other hand, are making it clear they're not going to let Diddy walk free. And honestly, I felt a little. I was more worried over the weekend and even Monday. But after what the prosecutors, the motions they put in On Monday, I feel a lot more confident that they're not going to give him bail. But we shall see. Let's talk about the bigger picture here. This case isn't just about one victim or one incident, y'all. Prosecutors are painting a picture of a pattern of abuse from the Ditler. They are saying Mohawk Diddy use his power, money and influence to control and intimidate people. He allegedly withheld financial support, threatened to release private tapes, and even used drugs as a tool of coercion. And it's not just romantic partners. It's not just them. It's not just random party women who said they went to a party or sex working guys. We moved up. We moved to another space. Your employees are now coming forward saying that the Diddy monster did eat them. Just can't keep his Diddy to himself. They're saying he threatened to kill them. They're saying he threw objects at them. They're saying he physically assaulted them on numerous occasions. This man really thinks he is the D. Y'all think about it. This is why. This is exactly why we as a people have to hold these accountable. I don't care how rich you are, how famous you are. I don't care how much money you got, how many hit songs you got, or how much you make me dance in the club. I don't give a about none of that. If you touch and hurt women, children, man, assault, whatever, you deserve to rot. Now if he didn't do none of this shit, he deserves to be free. I just think he's guilty. I'm just being honest. I'm not. I want him to have a fair trial. And then if he didn't do none of this shit, I want him to be free. And whoever lied, they need to be held accountable. I'm just being honest. It's too much smoke for there not to be fire. I believe he's guilty. That's just me. You have your own. You have your right to your opinion. But if these allegations are true, then that would mean Diddy's been running a personal reign of terror. And it's time for the truth to come out. So what's next? What's next for the dealer? Now his legal team is fighting hard as hell to get him out on Bail, offering the $50 million package that includes round the clock monitoring, which he'll be monitored by private investigators that already have been working with him to intimidate witnesses. But I digress, but the prosecutors aren't budging. They are saying no amount of money can guarantee the safety of witnesses or the community if he's released. Good point. Y'all ready for the kicker? Okay. The kicker is Diddy's trial isn't set to start until May 2025. That's a long ass time to sit in jail. But with these allegations piling up, it's hard for me to envision a time in which I see Diddy walking free before May 2025. What do y'all think? Is this the end of the road for Diddy? Will he get bail or will he or won't he get bail? Do you think he deserves bail? Let me know in the fan mail. This is serious, y'all. And I think hopefully it comes today. If. If it comes. If the answer comes today, I will pop back on. Remember that we gotta be very vigilant about this case and for the victims. Now, I won't get into this. Y'all have to hear about this Thanksgiving food, but let's get into the shout outs, which I love. And we are a family. I've been diving into these cases for a while now, and it's just feels good to have people coming and sharing the information and deep diving with me. Let me shout out Roman out of Nashville. He says. He says he watches the show faithfully. We appreciate him. And also I got a special shout out that came from Tiffany. She wrote a long one. It's in fan mail if you want to check it out. Shout out Tiffany from Detroit. She says, I love to listen while working, running errands. Whatever I'm doing, when you release it, it's the only podcast I listen to that doesn't only just give out false information and opinions. You give out the information where you found it and how you found it, and then provide your opinions, which I've yet to disagree on any opinions of yours so far. You handle this show very tastefully and keep things forever interesting, to the point I wait around for a new show. Just wish the show never ended. It's so good. I'm always sad when they end. Great job, Flo. Keep it up, man. Love you. Stay blessed. Thank you, Tiffany. I appreciate that. Hey, look, I'm only even doing a podcast because my fans who've been doing my deep dives on social media with me always kept saying I should do one. I never saw myself do one. I love it now, so I appreciate the fans and I definitely listen to y'all. And like I said, if you want a shout out, hit me up in the fan mail. Just let me know what city you're in. And when you usually listen to the show or hit me up on my. On any of my social medias. Now, Thanksgiving Diddy meal. Let's call this the Thanksgiving Diddy meal. And let's dive into this luxurious prison holiday spread. First up for Diddy, what we got for breakfast? Now, you might think it's prison, so what can they possibly serve for breakfast but the prison itself say we're doing breakfast pastries, y'all. So yes, they will have pastries, I'm sure. These pastries are sure to disappoint, but they are pastries nonetheless. And what are they washing? What would did he be washing his pastry down with? Of course, healthy skim milk. Oh, I used to hate skim milk. My granny used to have skim milk. That's the only kind of milk she would have. Obviously be like, it tastes like dog water. But nothing screams holiday spirit like stale pastry and watery cereal milk. But let's get to the lunch. The good food. Oh, it's a feast fit for an inmate. Honestly, guys, a stressed out high school cafeteria workers nightmare. Turkey, roast mashed potatoes with gravy and mixed vegetables and cranberry sauce and dinner rolls. Folks, this practically is your grandmama's Thanksgiving food. Just not quite. I mean, you can hear Diddy smacking now, can't you? Whispering Take that, take that, take that, take that plastic tray. I'm done with it. Let's see. Okay, then they don't have turkey. They got vegetarian options for the healthy inmates. They're serving hot and sour tofu. Ah, nothing says Thanksgiving food like hot and sour tofu, I guess. I don't think Diddy gonna like none of this food, y'all. Now let's look at dinner. Okay, so, so you would think turkey or something, right? Some type of. No, no, no, no. For dinner, Thanksgiving dinner would be two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on whole wheat bread. And then they go make some fruit and potato chips and that's the meal. My God. I mean, you could at least gave a better sandwich selection than just peanut butter and jelly or so. And then for dessert, they have some holiday pies. Now, I don't know when they say assorted, I don't know what the hell they mean by assorted holiday pies when we talking about prison. It could be pumpkin pie, apple pie, or some mystery pie or bean pie, I don't know, pies, pie. But this would not be the same food and drink that he sipped Ciroc with on his yachts. This going be something a little different. Now, I know some of you are wondering how did Diddy end up here? Well, you know, that's how you, it's what you get when you racketeer allegedly and sexually assault people. But like we always say, you are innocent until proven guilty. It's just that in the court of public opinion we got different. We go by a different set of rules. If you think, if we think you're guilty, you're just guilty until you prove yourself innocent. Let's just be honest. But Thanksgiving is supposed to be about gratitude even behind bars, y'all. So Diddy, I'm sure will be able to find a reason to give thanks. Thankful that he's still here, thankful that he didn't get somebody, didn't revenge seek revenge on him and take him up out of here. He is still living and breathing. So he might not be thankful for the nasty ass food that they serving, but I'm sure he'll find other things to be thankful for. And to be honest, y'all, I've had so many people from the MDC that have people that are in there. They say don't even believe the nasty food that they're telling you they're serving. They say they feed food with mag. They say it's maggots in the food. They say they basically the meal that they really give them, don't listen to that. They say they give them boiled eggs and water for dinner. And this is coming from people who have like women who have husbands there and stuff like that. They DM me and let me know. So take it for what you want. Y'all know we are going to be in high alert on this Diddy bail hearing. Answer. I will give a pop up show the minute that the verdict comes in as far as if he's getting bail, if he's not getting bail. So definitely please stay tuned to the podcast because if we get an announcement today, I will pop back on. I appreciate everyone out there for listening to today's show and all other episodes. If you want me to touch on the Liam Payne deep dive on that, let me know. But other than that, I will let you know what's going on with Diddy. I'm out. Check out tmz.

Release Date: November 26, 2024
In this compelling episode of The Flo Show, No Filter, host Flo delves deep into the tumultuous legal battle surrounding the music mogul Diddy (Sean Combs). With a promise of delivering "real news! No spin! A truth-seeking podcast," Flo provides listeners with an unfiltered analysis of the ongoing courtroom drama, the controversies engulfing Diddy, and a unique take on what a Thanksgiving meal behind bars might look like for the beleaguered celebrity.
Flo begins by setting the stage for Diddy's current predicament. Since September, Diddy has been held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, with prosecutors labeling him a danger to the community. The Southern District of New York has leveled serious allegations against him, including racketeering, physical abuse, and witness tampering.

A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to the suspense surrounding Diddy's bail hearing. Flo highlights the unusual judicial journey of Diddy’s case, mentioning that three different judges have presided over it, with the first two recusing themselves after denying bail. The third judge now appears more open to granting bail, sparking speculation about potential biases or external influences.

— Flo [03:30]
Flo raises critical questions about the integrity of the judicial process, questioning whether the current judge is impartial or influenced by external factors.
Flo provides an in-depth analysis of the strategies employed by both the prosecution and Diddy's defense team. The prosecution is steadfast, presenting a 133-page dossier of allegations that portray Diddy as a manipulative and dangerous individual. They accuse him of not only physical violence but also of attempting to influence public opinion and tamper with witnesses using his celebrity status.
Conversely, the defense is portrayed as chaotic and disorganized. They are aggressively pushing for bail by offering a hefty $50 million package, which includes round-the-clock monitoring by private investigators—ironically, the same individuals alleged to be involved in witness intimidation.
Notable Quote:
"The defense has been very messy with their claims. The prosecutor's motions on Monday make it clear they're not going to let Diddy walk free."
— Flo [12:00]
Flo references a recent Rolling Stone article that uncovers the depth of the charges against Diddy. The publication describes him as a "music mogul, the entrepreneur" now facing serious criminal allegations that go beyond mere celebrity scandals. These include multiple accounts of physical abuse, threats, and coercion from various women and employees.

— Flo [05:20]

Flo stresses the importance of holding powerful individuals accountable, irrespective of their fame or financial standing.
Notable Quote:
"I don't care how rich you are, how famous you are, I don't give a about none of that. If you touch and hurt women, children, man, assault, whatever, you deserve to rot."
