The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow show, no filter. Are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Happy, happy hump day. The middle of the week. We almost there. Don't quit now. A lot, a lot, a lot to talk about today on the Flow show no filter. I appreciate you listening as always. What we got today? Okay. Of course we got some latest on Diddy. He is jealous. He is in prison being jealous of other inmates. And this is a real story because when I saw that headline I thought it was clickbait. But it's a real story. We don't get into that in, in, in, in the other, you know the other inmate, you know him well, we're gonna talk about that. Tony Busby, well known big name attorney out of Houston as suing the draws off Diddy and Jay Z and the rest of Hollywood. Well, Tony Busby has filed another lawsuit claiming that ROC Nation paid former clients of Busby's paid them to, to talk shit about Busby or fuck his name basically. So we're gonna get into that and that's pretty big. And that's got Jay Z scrambling. Also, y'all remember the Twitch story we've been talking about and, and y'all, a lot of y'all had DM me saying I need to look into that and, and, and, and add it into my surviving Clive and Diddy series that's available on subscriber only. And just when I made the decision, you know what? I think I told you. Oh yeah, yesterday, yesterday or maybe the other day, I told you so I'm gonna add, I added Twitch. Well, how about some crazy ass Twitch news and situation just dropped right after. And if you don't know, Twitch was the dancer on Ellen that apparently allegedly shot himself. But people ain't buying that all the way. And y'all got to hear the latest on this Twitch mess. It's horrific. Sad. Well, I'mma get into that. But first before we get into all that. And also the Palisades fire, which is the most current viral horrific going on right now, it's fires all over Palisades, California that's tearing shit up. It's a very serious situation. It's like the number one story right now just hit pretty much yesterday. I'm sure you familiar with it. If not, you'll get familiar with it on this podcast and you're gonna see it all day long, every day probably for this whole rest of this week and beyond. We're gonna talk about that. I gotta, you Know I gotta keep you all informed of what the hell going on. If you ain't know about the. If you ain't know about the Palisades fire, then thank me for this damn podcast because you should have knew. But anyway. But first, before we get into all that, I must ranting about my tmz. My TMZ appearance yesterday. So it happened yesterday, went down. That's my. I'm losing track now but I think that's my fourth or fifth appearance. I gotta, I gotta look relook because I gotta look again because the time of New Year's when the hard went out and all that, I didn't do that episode. So it kind of threw me off how many times it. It's been, but it's always a blessing. But check this out. Now I've been having this long going feud with Mark Zuckerberg which I don't know if it's real, but it feels real. So check this out. So maybe about a year and a half ago I. I did a story about Facebook was caught stealing. What was it like they were stealing? It was a while ago. I drew so many stories. Hard to remember if some about Facebook was there. Got sued for helping people sell illegal shit. Some something going on in Facebook. I forgot it was a big story though and it went viral and it didn't make Facebook look good. And ever since then, and I ran that on TikTok and of course everybody know that's where I got my start at. That's where my. My biggest platform was. Now I pretty much spread to all the platforms. But anyway, I said what. After that I started getting, I don't know, my Facebook. I swear my monetizing was lower. Like my. Not my views or nothing didn't change but just the money that Facebook was paying me or whatever like for the monetizing my account and all that, it was real funny and I had to keep complaining and getting stuff fixed and you know, I was always joking with myself like damn, Mark, Mark Zuckerberg mad at me. And so. But I was just joking and so just always had a issue with Facebook ever since that. And I did like one or two other posts about that. And then you know, if I'm a tick tocker, you know, we've been kind of anti Facebook like in a way like we. You know what I mean? Kind of like, I don't know. So I. I would think Mark might feel away. Anyway, anyway, I say all that to say. So I go, I'm doing my TMZ and I got the routine down pat. What they do is they, they'll text me in the morning and they'll say, hey, just confirming. Got you on for the show today. And I'll say, yep, I'm all set. So then that's early in the morning. That's like 10, 11 and 10 in the morning when they hit me with that. So then the next thing they do is they hit you with a list, hit me with a list of topics and say, which do I want to talk about? So I. It wasn't a great topics yesterday. So I picked the, the Mark Zuckerberg topic that they had on TMZ about Mark bringing on Dana White onto the team, basically onto Meta to help, whatever. I don't know what, you know, it didn't really go into detail what the hell he was supposed to do. But so I picked that topic and, and then when you pick the topic, you kind of give them, you send them a text of a brief of what you're going to talk about or what you're going to say. So I sent them a text saying that when I saw the, When I saw the, the hot. The headline that Dana, That Meta was bringing Dana White on, I thought Meta was getting into the fighting game. And, and, and I was a bit confused. But at. Upon further review, I realized that Meta just bringing Dana on to perhaps change the energy and the narrative that's been surrounding Facebook for a while and trying to give him a breath of fresh air and give him some new energy. I don't think it's going to work. This is what I said. I don't think it's going to work, but we shall see. So that was my brief message. I sent it. I'm saying that's kind of what I'm gonna talk about. So the TMZ person. Oh, that's great. Love to love the comment. Great, great take. Blah, blah, blah. So I'm. So this is about when they do that. That's about, I don't know, about 12. So they say, okay, we're gonna call you at about 2. You know, they do a FaceTime, Zoom, whatever you want to call it. We'll call you at about 2. And then, you know, to do your appearance or whatever. How about y'all? They call me five minutes. No, they text me five minutes before I'm supposed to go on live in front of the whole world and say, hey, we're. We're removing the Mark Zuckerberg topic. Can you do this or can you do it? Pick another one. It wasn't to pick. And then she was like, well, and I know this. This is inconvenience. Inconvenience in you. So if you want to reschedule, there's no problem. We could reschedule. And so I almost rescheduled y'all at that moment. Cause I was like, I don't want to talk about none of this other shit. And why the fuck can't I talk about Mark Zuckerberg? Punk ass? This is what I'm thinking. So, like, I told y'all one thing about my mouth. It travels. And the same way I talk and say. And what I. I'm. I'm gonna say what I want to say on. On my show, on my social media. I'm gonna do the same thing on TMZ and anywhere else. I'm always gonna speak my mind of what really is on my mind. But then it'd be so much anxiety going on tmz. And when I say anxiety, I mean I'm the type that I don't like. I hate being on other people's time, and I hate that it's like they have. It's like five different calls, and you gotta be ready for each one and this and that. So it takes up half of my day because I can't jump around. So if I'm doing tmz, I'm just gonna kind of lock in and relax and just do tmz. So I was like, you know what? I ain't gonna reschedule because I don't want to go through all this again. I'm finally ready pretty much to go. Let me just get this out the way. So I said it. I'll talk about Mark Hugh Jackman. And he just got married to Sutton. And all I said was. I said. I figured I could just say something, so I just said, all this crazy world with all these agendas and craziness going on, apparently Hugh Jackman has found love somewhere in this world. And you kind of forget that love exists sometime until you see stories like this. So congratulations. Have at it. That was basically what I said. And so it went well, and it was good. But I swear, y'all, Mark Zuckerberg probably had to. Some word got back, or somebody said something like, do not let Flo get on here talking about meta. Not like, I would have went crazy, but I would. I would have said the statement that I told you. And I might have, you know, went a little bit deeper into it real quick. But Mark Zuckerberg, I believe Mark Zuckerberg shut down my tmz Talking about Medicas, and I didn't even go hard. But it's all good. It was cool. I went ahead and said something about Mark, got it out the way. Everything was good. And then also after that, TMZ sent me a message saying that they. They loved my. My appearance and they invited me back again. So even though they pissed me off with the Mark Zuckerberg and that was the first time that ever happened. I told you, it's my fourth or fifth time, I ain't never picked a topic. And then they removed that topic like seconds before I'm about to go on in front of the whole world. But it's all good and I did my thing and all is well. It ends well. So just want to update y'all on the tmz. It went well, but I was. I was kind of pissed because they changed it off on. They changed the topic. So, Mark Zuckerberg, you're gonna have to see these hands one day because I really think that you be, you, you be like trying to pick on me and I ain't the one. But we'll see because I'm climbing this ladder and eventually I'm gonna see Mark Zuckerberg face to face and I'm gonna ask him straight to his face, with all due respect, have you been with me, Mark? I'm gonna leave it at that. So I, I do want to get into the, The. The Diddy and Jay Z and the Twitch stuff, but y'all, we gotta, we, we gotta, we gotta. I gotta tell y'all about the Palisades fire. This is like some, Some. Some tragic happening to our community. And when I say our community, I'm just saying a bunch of us hard working people just trying to do their thing, and now they are losing. I'm talking about food and, and vehicles are being destroyed, farm land, houses. People are losing everything. So I want to get into that first. And because I want to, I definitely got to let y'all know about that before we get into this other stuff, because it's going on right now and a lot of people just be looking for clicks and views. They not really talking about it because it ain't a sexy topic. So I'm gonna lead in with this interview of somebody, somebody who spoke on the. What's going on, and I'm gonna take it from there.
Steve Gutenberg
Here on Palisades Drive, if anybody has a car and they leave their car, leave the keys in the car so that we can move your car so that these fire trucks can get up Palisades Drive. What's happening is people take their keys with them as if they're in a parking lot. This is not a parking lot. We really need people to move their cars. So if you leave your car in Palisade Drive, leave the key in there so a guy like me can move your car and get them up there so that. So that these fire trucks can get up there. It's really, really important. Thank you. Thank you for talking to us live. Sir, what's your name? My name is Steve Gutenberg. Steve, you live in this area? I live in the area. I live right up the hill. And thank goodness, everybody, but I have friends up there right now. They can't evacuate because it's stuck on Palisades Drive. Yeah. And you're. You're an actor? Yeah, I'm an actor. Okay, now you look familiar. You look familiar to me now. So, sir, you have family up there? I was just talking to that gentleman. He has a mom who.
Flo
All right, y'all. So check it out. Let me explain to y'all what he talking about and what's going on. What happened? Okay, so the f. The fires is all over the place in Palisades. Going the crazy burning up left and right. I mean, I've seen people removing their horses. They trying to get their horses out of there. Like wildlife, their pets, everything. But. But what's happening is, is the fires are so, Are so everywhere. There's so many places that the. And cars are stuck. And so what happened is cars were. Were stuck in say like a interstate or, or, or, or a street, wherever, or basically looked like an interstate when I looked at it. Looks like a highway interstate. So people just got out their cars and just ubered home because they couldn't get anywhere. But a lot of people took their keys and just left their car there kind of like in the middle of the road, which I don't know what the hell, but a lot of them did actually leave their keys in there. But so many people didn't leave their keys and they had to hurry up and create a pathway so that. So the fire trucks could get to these fires. That's. That's destroying California right now. Listen to this. And this is footage. You can look it up. They took big ass crane bulldozers, whatever, those big ass vehicles that they use to like lift up dirt and all that and, and push construction. Basically they took those vehicles and they just literally smashed people's cars out of the way like to get. To clear a path. So like all those cars on the highway and when I saw the footage, I would say it had to be a couple hundred or at least a hundred. Just in the video, I saw a hundred cars being destroyed by, by moving, moving them out the way of the road because they were just there and people were gone. So it's crazy. So I said, you know what, we got to open up and talk about that. We're going to get into the Diddy and all that, but y'all need to know about this and we need to be praying for these victims and looking out for any, I don't know, gofundmes or anything that's going to help people. Because I'm looking just in my. I haven't even. This just hit yesterday. So I just did all my research this morning. Early, early, early. You know, I'm an early bird and I haven't even went through all the footage and I've seen all, like, so much people lost, so much damages and everything. So let's, let's, let's get into it today on the flow. Show no filter. First, we're going to start off with these Palisades fired. What's happening, why it's happening, and how it connects to a bigger problem that we are ignoring as a society. California's wildfire problem is not going away, so please listen carefully. I don't know if you have family out there. Pray for them, but if not, this is just your fellow man that's out there, man or woman taking a beating. We got to hold them down. So here's the fucking deal. The fire started on January 7, right in the hills of Pacific Palisades. If you've never been there, picture this. Gorgeous views of the ocean, multimillion dollar homes, lush greenery. And. And right now, it's all going up in smoke. As of now, the fire has burned over 2900 acres, which in normal people terms is about the size of 2200 football fields. And it's zero percent contained right now. And firefighters are struggling big time because of these Santa Ana winds that are basically blowing flames everywhere, telling y'all, this shit is crazy. Look it up. And it's not just about the fire itself. It's about the people. Over 30,000 residents have been evacuated. Now picture this. You chilling at your house, maybe making dinner, and suddenly you're told to grab your kids, grab your dog, and whatever fits in your car and get the fuck out. Terrifying, right? And it's not just regular folks like us. It's the get up. The Getty Villa Museum is a iconic spot that holds Priceless art. They had to shut down and evacuate, too. Luckily, the art is okay for now, but it just shows how far reaching this fire is. Now people are wondering, why is the fire so bad? Well, first you got the winds. The Santa Ana winds are these dry, powerful gusts that come roaring in from the desert every winter. They're warm, they're fast, and they basically are wildfire's best friend. Embers from this fire can travel up to a mile in these conditions. A mile? That's like throwing a match from one end of your neighborhood to the other and watching everything in between catch fire. Crazy. So next, let's talk about the drought. Now, California in its fourth year of below average rainfall. And the vegetation is drier than usual. That means everything from the grass to the trees is just waiting to go up in flames. But here's the kicker. Pacific Palisades is one of those areas where urban sprawl meets nature. Remember, I talked about nature, the horses, and all that other shit? It's beautiful, but it's also a disaster waiting to happen. Oh, and let's not forget about the climate change. Hotter temperatures, drier seasons, and more extreme weather are making the wildfires bigger, badder, and more frequent. It's like the earth is trying to tell us something and we're too busy scrolling TikTok to listen. Now let's get personal. I want you to really imagine what it's like for people that are living through this. They are literally losing their life savings, their life, their assets in a blink of an eye. One woman, this is one woman, a mom, a mom of two shared that she barely had time to grab her kids and their dog before fleeing. She said, I didn't even think about the photos or my wedding dress. I just grabbed the kids and ran. Really? Why you in your car while you walking your dog, while you enjoying the life you've built for yourself without any interruptions? Right now, imagine in the snap of a finger, you trying to grab up what you can and what can fit in your car and get the hell out of there. Then there's James woods, the actor who posted on social media about how the fire was creeping up to his backyard. He called it apocalyptic. And honestly, I saw the footage. It's the right word. And let's not forget the firefighters, the many, many firefighters who are battling this horrific wildfire. Over 250 of them are out there right now working 24 hour shifts in brutal conditions. They're not just fighting the flames. They're dealing with smoke inhalation, exhaustion, and the stress of knowing one wrong move could cost lives. These people are heroes, y'all, and they don't get enough credit. Nobody's talking about the firefighters or thanking them or like giving them their flowers for fighting this monster. And if you haven't seen it, like I said, check it out. These fires are fucking insane. So what does this mean for the rest of us? What the hell is going on? What can we do? Because let's get real, it's not just California, it's the west coast in general, and frankly, the whole fucking planet. With the way all this weather is all out of whack right now, Wildfires are happening more and more often. Bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger fires costing us billions of dollars and more than even money. And who pays for that though? All of us, through higher insurance premiums, tax dollars and whatever else. And they gonna tax us while they just sit back and watch the planet cook itself. But here's the thing, it doesn't have to be this way. There are things we can do. We need better land management, we need stricter building codes, especially in these fire prone areas. And most importantly, and, and I have to say this last one is something I'm guilty of myself, y'all. We need to take climate change more seriously because this isn't just saving trees, it's saving us. If we, if we can get to the bottom of that. Now I ain't going to lie. I was one of those people that, especially back in the day or whenever, when the teacher, or when people start talking about climate control, I'll be like, climate shmit, I'm fine. You know, you know, you don't think nothing. You're like, what? The climate? Cool. But now as I'm maturing and getting older and realizing how this thing works, nature, us and, and how it all is all hand in hand, like we are, we are just as dependent on the trees as the trees are with us. We are just dependent on these animals as the animals are dependent on us. So you know something like climate change is serious. So I have to admit, I'm even taking it more serious now. And as a, as a society, we definitely need to, because as you can see it don't take nothing for this planet to just start burning the fuck up and we scrambling and so I want you to definitely look into this, look into this, look into this. This is what I'm gonna do. I challenge you. Don't just sit there and feel bad. Try to do something. You know what I'm saying? If you got a few bucks to spare, donate to the California Fire foundation or a local group to help these evacuees. If you live in a fire prone area, make sure your home has defensible space. And if you're sick of seeing this happen year after year, use your voice. Vote for leaders who actually give a fuck about climate policy and about our well being. So I'm gonna leave it there on that and we're gonna get into this juicy toxic Hollywood shit now. Just wanted to put that out there. Please, please look into that story, y'all. It is a very, very, very serious situation that is very, is at the very beginning actually. And so I'll be keeping an eye on it today and, and, and, and going forward and hopefully everything works out and I pray it will and I'm sure it will. And speaking on thinking something and hoping something will work out. Diddy went from being cocky, arrogant, smiling in the courtroom, thinking he was about to get bail and was denied not once, not twice, not three times, but literally three, four, three or four times y'all deny bail. And now he is have, he's been having meltdowns, he's been saying take me to the hospital. But he was really just throwing a temper tantrum. So they never took him to the hospital. I mean it just went 180 degrees. And now he's even hit a new low by being jealous of another inmate for the attention that they are getting. Listen to this shit, y'all. And before I go forward, this is crazy, but I don't want to forget to shout out the subscriber of the week. We got a new subscriber of the week. If you remember before it was the subscriber had donated 13. As you know, we got the subscription only content that I appreciate all the subscribers. We need more subscribers though. I know I could get a lot more subscribers than I have right now. But I am so appreciative to everybody who gave the minimum is $3. It gives you exclusive content deep dives on there right now I got deep dives coming up on Whitney Houston actually Twitch, even Aaron Carter, a lot of stuff that will be for my subscribers only those podcast episodes. But let me shout out the newest subscriber of the week. Keith McCastin found it in his heart to donate $23 to the subscribers only subscription content situation. Thank you, thank you, Keith. Appreciate the $23 y'all. It goes the lowest is $3. But you can give whatever your heart desire to keep the lights on, to keep me, to keep this podcast going and to keep us Independent so, so I don't have to sell out and take their money and then start telling y'all some, some vanilla ass news, which I would never do that shit. But you know what I mean, that's what happens to most people. You know, they, they so thirsty for a dollar, they hold, they hold show or their whole content change for the money. I'm not trying to do that. And the key to not doing that is to develop your own community and let your community pay for your, your hard work. And then you don't gotta. Then you can tell all the big brands to go yourself. So thanks Keith for the $23. And y'all we. I'm putting the pressure on y'all five days a week, an hour a day and extra content. If you can't give me $3, my feelings hurt. That's literally 10 cents a day. And y'all know putting an hour show together every freaking day. Plus all the social media shit I gotta do. Y'all, if y'all know me, I'm posting daily on Facebook, I'm posting daily on Instagram, I'm posting daily on TikTok and YouTube and giving y'all this show. And I don't ever ask nobody for nothing. Cause I love doing it. But show me some love and appreciation by subscribing to the channel. $0.10 a day, three minimum is $3.00. You can give more if you can, but y'all ain't got 10 cents a day for your boy. My feelings was hurt yesterday, but Keith made up for it. And that's why you can't never get down feeling like, oh, I'm like my people don't love me. Maybe they just waiting to get paid. But Keith, along with all the others that gave, I appreciate everybody that gave yesterday and been given every day. Got that big Whitney Houston one dropping soon and another one coming. So again, everybody shout out to Keith McCastin for the $23 subscription. I greatly appreciate it. Now back to the Diddler. The ddler. This boy is jealous and he's used to all the attention and, and, and, and that's not a good thing. When, when, when you're, when a narcissist is not getting attention, y'all better be beware because he about to throw a temper tantrum. And we about to talk about what's going on. Now if you know we're talking about Sean Diddy Combs, right? The music mogul facing them crazy ass charges. Well now he got some a new story. He is reportedly jealous over a fellow inmate Luigi Maggione rising fame is killing them. And when I say rising fame, I'm saying Luigi's rising fame. You know, Luigi is the one they us that. That's allegedly the one that they saying killed the CEO of UnitedHealthcare and the whole world behind Luigi because the healthcare is foul. And they. They deny it. They deny claims, especially United Healthcare, like I said, denied 30, 32 to 34% of claims last year. So Luigi getting all the attention, and that's got Diddy jealous. Let's go. So let's set the stage. Diddy, you already know the rapper, all his hits. I'll be missing you. Bad boy for life, the mogul, the vodka brand, all that. But all that came to a screeching halt when in September he was arrested for all the racketeering, conspiracy, and federal agents raided homes, all raided his homes, all kind of stuff. Now he is being held in the detention center, Metropolitan Detention center, to be exact. And at first, Diddy was initially the most famous inmate, which he's accustomed to being the center of attention. You can imagine, Mr. Diddler, right? But that all changed in a blink of an eye when a Luigi Maggione came. Who is Luigi? So Luigi, 26, y'all know he's a University of Pennsylvania graduate who gained infamy after being arrested for alleged murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in early December. Now, authorities claim that Magione shot Thompson just days after writing a manifesto. Chris. Criticizing the insurance companies and labeling them as greedy and harmful to society. Now, following a five day manhunt, Maggione was apprehended and placed in the same facility as Diddy. Since his arrival, Magione has reportedly become a sensation among fellow inmates, with some even praising him as a hero, largely due to his controversial actions against the health insurance industry. Now, this newfound attention has reportedly caused significant tension with Diddy, who was accustomed to sharing the spotlight. Now, the prison dynamics. Now let's delve into the dynamics at play within the Metropolitan Detention Center. Now, the prisons have their own little social. Social hierarchies and notoriety can significantly, significantly influence an inmate status. So Diddy, with his global fame, was initially at the top of this hierarchy chain, basically. However, Luigi's entrance and the subsequent attention he's receiving has disrupted this balance. So now everybody want to know and talk to and. And talk about Luigi, and basically Diddy has became chopped liver inside a prison. So it's kind of like inside of the prison, Diddy has become prison food. You know, nobody gives a about him. And so reports suggest that Diddy has been throwing tantrums over the attention Magione is receiving. A source noted, even in prison, Diddy's ego is bigger than life. This reaction aligns with accounts from former associates who described Diddy as someone who always wants to be the center of everything and doesn't take well to others stealing his spotlight. It's worth noting that both men share the same legal team, but have never interacted. Despite this, the tension stemming from their shared environment and the intention dynamics continues to escalate. Now, the media has played a significant role in shaping the public perception of both Diddy and Luigi. Diddy's arrest and the serious charges against him have been widely covered, casting a shadow over his legacy in the music industry as a whole. Luigi, on the other hand, has been portrayed by some outlets as a vigilant figure, with his actions sparking debates about the ethics of his alleged crime. The dichotomy in media portrayal contributes to the tension between the two. Diddy's reported jealousy over Luigi's hero status among inmates reflects a broader struggle for narrative control and public sympathy. In the court of public opinion, both men are battling not just legal charges, but also battle the stories being told about them. So, looking ahead, both Diddy and Luigi face legal battles. Diddy is confronting charges that could result in decades of imprisonment, while Luigi faces potential life sentence on multiple counts, including first degree murder. The reported tensions between them, while intriguing, are unlikely to influence their legal proceedings directly. However, the media narratives and public perceptions could indirectly impact jury selection and public sentiment surrounding their cases. It's also possible that the dynamics within MDC could affect their mental states and strategies as they prepare for trial. Navigating the complexities of high profile cases is challenging enough without the added pressure of interpersonal conflicts in a confined environment. So in conclusion to this Diddy and Luigi Luigi Maniani situation, the reported rivalry between Sean Diddy Combs and Luigi Maggione offers a fascinating glimpse into how fame, ego and media portrayal intersect even with the confines of a detention center. As both men await their respective trials, the unfolding dynamics serve as a reminder of the complexities of human behavior under duress. In other words, when the pressure gets on, motherfuckers start tripping. And if you don't know what that mean, it just mean everybody has can be great or not, I can't say great, but everybody can handle stuff when they have time, they can handle stuff when they are comfortable. But put the pressure on them, put the clock on them and you will see a whole nother person. And right now that pressure is on Diddy's ass. And he is being exposed to, to being a complete opposite of what we thought. We thought he was just big time, unstoppable, unmovable force that was the pillar of black excellence. And now with all of this happening and his reactions, we are seeing the complete opposite. That he's immature, self centered, childlike, and growing up a big bad boy fan, it's disappointing to even see. I'm gonna be honest with y'all. People don't even know a big fan. And to see him go out like this, it ain't a good feeling. And it looks fine. It don't look good on him. And when you see all the, the, the, the victims and everybody that been victimized. I mean Diddy's. I mean Cudi, Blue Diddy Cara. I mean Diddy Blue Kid Cudi's car up over Cassie and all of this. And in honor of the no filter part of the show, it just makes me say Diddy. No Diddy. And speaking of no Diddy, we all know Jay Z said no Diddy. No way. I don't even know Diddy. And has been disassociating itself. Well, now Tony Busby has fired another shot, and Roc Nation could be in serious trouble. Jay Z can be in serious trouble. If these are true and if these allegations from Duck Busby in this lawsuit are true, they're done. They're cooked. Flame broil, put them in a pot, fry them, bake them, flip them, whatever you got to do. Boilermaker, boil them. Steam fry. Done. So let's get into it. Oh, waffle maker. I have got another term of cooking all of that they cooked. So let's get into this. Houston attorney Tony Busby has filed a new lawsuit against Sean Carter, AKA Jay Z, his company, Roc Nation. Now, in this suit, Tony Busby alleges that the company paid his former clients to sue his firm. This story is complex. And this is like he brought it up before, but I don't know if he. This is, I guess this is another lawsuit about the same mess. Because, you know, if we know Tony Busby brought this up before about Roc Nation paying people and that he had receipts that they did it and had him on. Had them on video doing it. So let's, let's revisit who Tony Busby is. He's a high profile attorney based in Houston known for taking on big cases and even bigger personalities. Now, he's represented victims in the Deep Water Horizon oil spill. He's defended Texas attorney General Ken Paxton during his impeachment trial and numerous sexual assault lawsuits, notably Deshaun Watson, the quarterback for my Horrible, Terrible Cleveland Browns. Busby, through all of these things, has built a reputation as a formidable legal force. But recently, Busby has been in the spotlight for represent over a hundred clients alleging sexual abuse by the music mogul Sean Diddy Combs. These cases have garnered significant media attention, positioning Busby as a champion for alleged victims within the entertainment industry. But now the tables have turned and Busby finds himself entangled in a little legal battle against one of the biggest names in music. So let's unpack this. According to the lawsuit, Busby alleges that ROC Nation, along with attorney Marcy Croft and the law firm Quinn Emanuel llp, encouraged one of his former clients, Jose Maldonado, to sue the Busby law firm in exchange for financial gain. And that, my friends, is illegal. This suit claims that individuals allegedly acting on behalf of ROC Nation posed as federal officers to Corus Maldonado into filing a lawsuit against Busby. They allegedly went to Maldonado's father's home, identified themselves as federal officers, and continued to contact Maldonado persistently. Do y'all unders. Do y'all see what the hell going on and what's being alleged? They acted like federal officers. Oh, you could put their ass in the crock pot. Now let's continue. Busby asserts that these actions are part of a broader scheme to intimidate him and his firm. Especially in light of this recent developments and the numerous clients that he's been representing against Diddy the Dittler, AKA Mohawk Diddy. He believes that ROC Nation's alleged conduct is an attempt to deter him from pursuing these cases. No. In response, a ROC Nation spokesperson stated. Rather than focus on suits by former clients for allegations of misconduct, Tony Busby is trying to distract with nonsense lawsuits, which of course, ROC Nation has nothing to do with. I'm calling. But let's continue. The loss. This lawsuit adds another layer to the ongoing legal battles involving Busby, ROC Nation and high proud, high profile figures in the music industry. Now, this legal battle raises several important questions about the ethics and conduct within both the legal profession and the entertainment industry. Now, for Tony Busby, the allegations that he is filing frivolous lawsuits or engaging in extortion could, if proven, have serious repercussions on his legal career. Such actions would violate professional ethical standards and could lead to sanctions or even worse, disbarment for ROC Nation and Jay Z. If there is any truth to these claims, that they attempted to interfere with Busby's clients or engage in intimidation tactics, it could result in legal consequences and damage to their reputations and could totally Jay Z's brand. Beyond the individuals involved, this case highlights the broader issue of how allegations of sexual misconduct are handled within the entertainment industry. The use of aggressive legal tactics, public statements, and counter lawsuits can create a chilling effect, potentially discouraging genuine victims from coming forward. So what's next for this? As the lawsuits proceed through the courts, several outcomes are possible. The courts will need to assess the validity of the claims and the counterclaims, determine whether any unethical or illegal actions occurred, and decide on appropriate remedies or sanctions. So for the public, this case serves as a reminder of the complexities involved when high profile figures face serious allegations. It underscores the importance of due process and the need for ethical conduct by all parties involved. We'll continue to monitor this situation closely and provide updates as new information becomes available. As always, what do y'all think? Do y'all think Jay Z gonna come out of this on top or do y'all think his ass is grass? Let me know in the, in the fan mail. DM me on my social media, you know, I like to talk. If I see the message, I'ma talk. Sometimes I don't see them because it's, it's so many of them. Sometimes I'm. I can't get to all of them, but when I see one, y'all know I will respond. So please give me your thoughts on that. Now, this Twitch situation, this Twitch situation is something else. I mean, really, it is something else. But we're gonna talk about it and this is gonna be something I'm gonna add to, to my surviving Diddy, surviving Clive and Diddy series, Twitch Boston. Basically, if you don't know, Twitch is okay. Stephen Twitch Boss was a dancer, actor and TV personality best known as the DJ and co executive producer on Ellen DeGeneres Show. He rose to fame as a finalist on so you think you can dance and Makes and became beloved for his infectious energy, his charisma, his dance talent. Everybody loved Twitch. Twitch Boss also appeared in movies like Step up, the series and Magic Mike. But tragically and mysteriously, Stephen Twitch Boss passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 40. And to this day, his death is ruled a suicide. And a lot of people don't buy it. It really shocked a lot of fans and this story has resurfaced in the news. Now with this Twitch situation, what I'm finding is you have two sides. Basically, you have his wife at against the family, friends and fans. Basically the family, friends and fans feel like a lot of shit has been covered up, not exposed, and that the wife has acted very suspiciously ever since his passing. She immediately removed the ring amongst other things. And that's what's going on right now. But the latest, latest development. Oh, let me add in that the gun that he would. He used to. To kill himself, allegedly. Well, that gun allegedly was actually his wife's. So let that sink in. But let's get into this because I am about to do a deep dive. A lot of people think Ellen and Diddy has something to do with him not being here no more. And there's a lot of evidence that looks crazy that I am going to put on an ex. And in another exclusive podcast episode, this will be on subscribers only content. But I'm deep diving in this Twitch. So let me tell you what's going on right now. His. His wife, ex wife, whatever you want to call it, wife is releasing a book. And in that book, she basically aired out a lot of his dirty laundry, talking about his. His saying that he abused drugs, like. Like a lot of all kind of drugs. Saying that she found his journal and saying that he was. He talked about in his journal being sexually assaulted by a man when he was a kid. All kind of. Well, Twitch's family and friends have had enough. Let me break this. Let me break this down. One post. That one person who claims to know both the wife and. And Twitch and was actually there when they met. I'm not even go. I'm gonna read her post word for word because I don't even want to summarize it. I'm gonna just try to get. It's pretty long. She says her name is Courtney Platt. Anyone who knows me knows I go straight to the source during a conflict and handle my business. But since there's clearly no shame in is being so public. I haven't said a word in two years, but here I go. I was there the moment you both connected. And this is Courtney saying this to Twitch's wife. I was there the moment you both connected. I was there the day you got engaged. I stood by your side on your wedding day, I was in your home the day he died, I was by your side because your husband was my family. It didn't matter how often we spoke, how often we saw each other. We were bonded forever. This is by far the most tacky, classless, opportunistic act I've ever seen in my Entire life. We all had to sign some weird NDA to attend Twitch's funeral. Even his own mother, who you've treated like garbage this entire time. And let's just remember, you wouldn't have even had a husband if it wasn't for her not to share anything or ruin his name. As if this was anyone's mind on anyone's mind in the first place. And here you go, write a book with the dirty laundry, smearing his name and attempting to dim the bright, loyal, loving light that was your husband. My friend, whether any of it is true or not, it's actually beside the point. This is how you protect the Twitch's name you so quickly dropped on your social media platform 48 hours after he passed his legacy. This is how you protect his children from any further humiliation, hurt, and despair. This is what you want them to remember about him. You have moved on. You're living your life. You're on every red carpet you can get on every celebrity role you can sit in, every magazine you can be in. And you needed to do this on top of all of that. Get a journal. Get a therapist, a friend. Anything to deal with it. Besides publishing a book, which shamelessly. You're sharing the pages of your husband's journal. People magazine. What a joke. Yes, he took his own life, which is the fact that all of us still can't fathom. I told you, nobody believes that y'all, so I'm gonna continue. And he was clearly having mental health issues, but this is. Is a poor example of empathy of your love question mark. This smear campaign for a buck is absolutely not what he would want and never would have wanted, no matter how bad he has been hurting. Not even for a second. You're a living, breathing bulldozer. Stick to your own demons. Shame on you, Allison. Shame on your money hungry team. Let my friend Twitch rest in peace. That just strong words, y'all. Strong words against Twitch's wife, the late Twitch's wife, Allison. And then his family chimed in like. And what they family said is even crazier. This is somebody right here says lies and fairy tales. Stephen said this to me in my dreams when he passed. Nothing is what it seems. And. And this is somebody who co signed Courtney. This person said, I'm right behind you. I'm done with this girl. And the girl she's referring to is Twitch's wife. You are an evil woman and completely disgusting. How dare you try to destroy my brother's name? This is apparently his sister. And then this. I'm gonna Leave it this here and this is why I'm diving in. And I have some inside information that I'm not. I'm gonna put in my subscriber content. I won't put it on here because I, I don't want to out put my source on blast like that. But listen to what this sister says after that statement. This is on Instagram. This is. She put on her story. I have a lot to say. I'm gathering my thoughts as we speak. Cause she has lost her mind. What's done in the dark will come to the light and watch me help it. Do you understand that? Do you understand how serious it is when people are, are coming at you like this and nobody's buying it? We got another person. She said, says, dear Allison, you have lied for the last time on my brother. He was absolutely no addict. You will see, you will say and do anything for a dollar. And you are the one that is messing with coke. And I'ma stop there. The rest this letter and you know the person who, who, you know the person who wrote that, that's gonna be in the. I'm gonna put that in the deep dive on Twitch for my surviving, surviving Clive and Diddy series. But this person goes the off and makes some explosive allegations about what really happened to Twitch. So we gonna end it there. Oh my God. A lot. We talked about a lot today. I appreciate you listening. To subscribe. All you have to do to subscribe to my exclusive content is go to the Notes. Wherever you're watching this podcast, go to the show Notes and you'll see the buzzsprout subscriber link. Go ahead and subscribe. I'll be releasing all type of content and now I have somewhere I can release the super exclusive information that I don't want to just throw out there but on my regular show. But it's like stuff that I don't mind putting in, like the exclusive stuff. So now I have somewhere to put that information and I'm happy about that. But like I said, the subscription starts at $3 or you can give as much as you can or willing or whatever in your heart. I appreciate everybody who has supported this journey. This podcast is went to a level I didn't even never know it could go to. And we've y'all brought me to this level in shoot two, three months and it's just been a blessing. So like I said, check me out. Subscribe if you can. Again, I want to shout out the subscriber of the week. Keith, you made my day. Yesterday. You know, when you work hard, you just appreciate people who is, who, who appreciate your work. And I've been like that from the beginning of my, my journey. Like people, this is hard work. Like when I, when I watch people and, and see, that's what made me do it, because I watch podcasters and I watch. That's how I get a lot of information. I watch a lot of podcasters a lot of people don't even know about, been watching them for years. But I definitely make sure I pay and send something. I mean, ain't nobody, we ain't none of us rich, so, you know, anything helps. But I just can't sit back and watch somebody work hard and not give them something. So on my journey, I've always took the extra time and really appreciate people who, who not only sit back and enjoy your entertainment, enjoy your information, but can find it in their heart to subscribe. And, and, and even if it is just, you know, just $3 or whatever you can, it is all greatly appreciated because it is hard work and it's could be a thankless job a lot of times. But I appreciate all the messages and go ahead and subscribe. Y'all quit being cheap. Because one thing I can say, and, and this go, a lot of people who won't, who don't subscribe will be the same people complaining about. And I'm not talking about me, I'm talking about when I watch other podcasters or other social media talents. I'll see people complain the minute they think that they are being, what you want to say, vanilla, or they're not being as hard on certain people as they used to be. But then I always look at it and say, you don't look at it. Y'all gotta understand, if y'all not gonna pay them, they have to make money somewhere. And all of us do, you know, all of us have to need money. So don't be the one complaining about certain personalities for not being as edgy as you want them to be and then at the same time not contributing to them because you got to realize they gotta eat, too. So I appreciate everybody, just want to leave y'all on that note. I will see you tomorrow, same time, same place. And as always, I'm out.
