What is going on everybody? Flow show, no filter. Shout out to Spotify, Apple, Amazon, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, wherever you see it is that one day I'm gonna figure out to get this show on tick tock. But I think I. I think my mouth too dirty for tick tock. But what's up? Laura? You know what? Every day, every, every day, everything has a beginning and an end. Everything has a beginning and an end. You. And if it's something you enjoy, you enjoyed it. You enjoy it while it lasts. And when that day comes, when it's over with, you appreciate which the time you had and you move on. It's always another life. It's like buses, they just keep coming around. Everything in life goes around, come around. Just like the earth evolved, revolves and turns. And you may be enjoying the sunlight, but eventually that sunlight is going to turn to darkness. And that darkness is going to help you appreciate the sunlight when it comes back around again. So when you look at things like that, you don't ever get too down about things. Because this is life. There's a ying and a yang, a start and a stop. Good times, bad times. This is the basis of life as we know it. You can't have one without the other. So what you do is you appreciate it all. You appreciate pain. Because if it wasn't for pain, you wouldn't quite know how joy felt. If it wasn't for the downs in your life, you wouldn't appreciate the ups. If everything was up, then up wouldn't be anything. And so on this Wednesday on the Flow show, no filter. I just want y' all to know before we. Before we get into that. And it ties into this David thing too, because he had a good run in his mind, but it's over. But I want to. People want people to realize. Don't get so upset about things. Life is about a combination of choices and opinions. That's all it is. You're gonna like some people's choices. You don't like some people's opinions. You're gonna not like some people's choices and some opinions. There is no way around any of that. And so when people look at me, my brother, and different people around me, like, you just always just stay relax and calm about. Or don't get too worked up. It's because everything that happens, you have to expect it. This is life. Enjoy the good. Enjoy the good. But know that everything ain't gonna. Everything happens for a reason. It's not nothing to get bit out of shape about. You control what you can control. You do the best you can in your life, and if you do the best you can, you go hard at everything you do. You put in the work, you put in the grind. Life is just too short to be worried about things that's out of your control. Bust your ass and whatever you do, and you'll be all right. Good morning, Tracy, everybody. As we get C Tuck in here, I had some people dming me going through stuff. I just want to give him my. My, My. My. Way I look at things. If it don't make, you don't. If it don't break, you don't. If it don't make a. It break a. No. Hello? Yeah, what's up? You got cash? Because I'm over here. Yeah, I think I might have. Oh, no, but you can't pull it off your thing? No, I could. I'm just over here. Oh, okay. Yeah. Let me see. Plus, you know, I'm in the middle of the show, so. Give me. Give me a second. Let me. Let me. Give me, like, two seconds to see. All right. What's up? What's up? Tracy said she working, but she watching. Let me see right quick. Hold on, y'. All. I gotta check and see if I got this cash. Where's C Tuck, at. What you waiting on, bro? I see everybody in the building. So speaking of starting and stopping and runs coming to an end, we got the singer David, who we all know is charged with unaliving Celeste Revis and Unalive and his ass grass right now. What's up, C. Tuck.
D
What I would have.
A
I was just telling them as. As we talk about David's run coming to an end. I don't know if you heard, but I was just telling the community and everybody listening that everything pretty much has a start time and an end time. Yeah, pretty much everything in life. And so you live your life. If you live your life knowing that and understanding that, you don't beat yourself up so much about stuff that goes on.
D
No, for sure.
A
And so I would like you to touch on that.
D
No, I'd be the same way. Like, I, I, like, I gained. I got like, a different level of like, understanding and acceptance. Like, I understand different dynamics and things how they is. And then I, you know, and then that allowed me to accept it. And me. And me accepting it can be many things. It could be me just going like, riding myself of the situation completely because that's what was healthy to do or just. Or trying to. Trying to find, like. Trying to like, basically push for like, common ground or whatever the case may be. So. Yeah, no, like, because like, there's something you got even with people. Like some, like you got to just accept people for who they is and just worry about what you. What you can change.
A
Exactly, exactly. That's a good point.
D
Because you. You'll burn yourself out trying to. Trying to play Geppetto on Pinocchio. You can't make nobody do nothing. Can't make nobody say nothing, feel no type of way. Nothing like that. So you just. You, You. When you. When you learn to accept that you. Your life do become a lot less stressful.
A
Yeah, I see people.
D
And then like, some people might mistake it as you being more so like, nonchalant or something about that, but it's like, no, I'm not. I'm just not really getting bent out of shape.
A
Right, Right.
D
I remember one time, I was a kid, just for answer. Like, I was a kid and me and my granny went to the grocery store and then we was getting the. I would get. I was getting the rest of the groceries out the car. I'm like, granny, I got it. I'm like. As a kid, I'm like, I'm a professional grocery get around this. Like, no, I. I got all of this. So she still insists on grabbing some. So I got my hand, like, propped up against the door jamba. And then, like, I'm reaching because I'm trying to reach in. Because I ain't feel like walking all the way around in the street just to get to the other side of the car. I'm like, I could just reach it. So I'm. I got my hand propped up and I'm reaching in. Granny slammed the door after. After I like, I'm Grabbed the bag trying to situate it on my arms and stuff. Cause I had them, like, lined up against my own sergeants and carry like that. Slammed the damn dope. But me as a kid, I think I'm probably like 8, 9 years old. I knew how strong my granny is. I'm like, granny, you. I'm like, you so high. I told her, I'm like, you. I'm like, you so high, strong Granny, if you trip over your shoestrings, you would just probably start swinging. I'm like, right? So she shut the door and, like, my fingers was in the door jamba. So, like, hurt like a. But I'm like this granny. I'm like, if I trying to got to get out of this, I got to be cool. I'm like, granny, open the door. Say what? What? I'm like, granny, just open the back door real quick. Just real quick. I forgot something. I might open the back door. Say what? What, What? You what? You forgot my granny? My fingers is in the dough. Open the door. I might. See, that's why I ain't want you scrum like, granny, just open the door, please. Like, all my fingers was thriving and stuff. I'm like, man. But I like. I knew I couldn't like, ah, Granny over because she would have flipped out. So I'm like, no, hey, Granny, open the door. Yeah,
A
Did y' all get it worked out?
D
Oh, no, for sure. I mean, shoot. I still got. Still got these.
A
Because everybody don't got him, man, for sure.
D
But no, that man. What's up? What's. What's up with your boy David, man?
A
Man, we about to get into his ass.
D
This dude is. That's a wild boy.
A
Hey, they said. They said they went from. They ain't got no evidence. You know, people were saying. Or even his leaders saying that they did hold up.
D
We got too much going on.
A
We got mountains of this.
D
I'm like, what? I seen that yesterday. I'm like, damn. And I'm like. Because I was wondering. I'm like, what type of. What type of angle he working? Why his date keep getting pushed back? I'm like, they own some. But when they saying they had to just go through some more evidence, I'm like, all right, cool. I'm like, we. We cooking with Grease now,
A
man. So we about to get into David, man. What y' all think? Y'. All. Yeah, we. So what we talking about is David. If all y'. All. If y' all know. At first they. People who's trolling. Somebody had no evidence. They don't have the. The. The. The. The cause of death. They can't tie them to the body and all this. And then even his legal team was saying they didn't have any evidence and they was trying to get him to get bail and all of that. And we have come a full 180 degrees from that. It's so much evidence, they can't even start the damn trial. It has been delayed because it's too much evidence. And like we said from the beginning, David is cooked. Yeah, cooked. He got. They got evidence of him literally doing everything. That's the crazy part. They got evidence of him bribing kids to give her a phone. They got evidence of him texting and arguing with her right before she is deceased. He got her a Uber. The Uber driver dropped her off at the place, and then he tried to do some fake calling. And somehow we had. They haven't described it yet, but somehow it seems as though they know he stood over her body and watch it bleed out. And that's the part that I'm like, for them to keep saying that. I'm like, what evidence do they have? Because they keep saying that. They keep saying that we have ev. We. That David stood over her bike or. Or stood by and watched her bleed out.
D
For them to be. For them to even say, like, he stood. It gotta be some type of video footage.
A
Yeah, it gotta be. That's what I was thinking. The only thing, if it's not, I'm thinking video footage. But if it's not video footage, it's a witness. Like.
D
Yeah, but. But, you know, nowadays ain't out there taking steel frames. You know, mother called, they pull out their phone and start recording before they even call 91 1. A lot of the times nowadays.
A
No, I'm saying maybe somebody might have told them.
D
Yeah, I'm thinking video.
A
Because that's the first thing I said. I said, man, they got some type of video on this dude.
D
They don't know or what if it's somebody like, all right, look, it also, unlike some. With the man trial, with Old girls, how she signed up mutinies. Like, look, give me this agreement, make me immune to this because I wasn't with the. Anyway, right? Talked me into it. Look, I signed this, I recorded. He didn't know, but I had. I got. What if they got the footage? And like, look, I got this all on camera just because I knew wouldn't believe me. Oh, because.
A
Oh, because I don't think somebody like David, he's a coward. I don't think he would have. I don't think he would do it by himself. Yeah, I think he would have. Because you know how them especially he a celebrity, he this, he that, and they always got somebody to help or do this or do that. Like, I don't see him just straight doing this solo either. That's why I think they got some either. Like you said. It's just that the only reason I'm like, I'm thinking video, but the only reason I might not. I mean, when I say video, it could be a person video, but I'm saying not like a random video, because I don't think it was probably just cameras in the house.
D
Right?
A
You know what I'm saying? But like I said, like we said, I. I still believe it could be the per. It could be a person might have filmed knowing it was worth something and knowing he was tweaking out. Or it's just a witness who was there, who helped him do a lot of this. Maybe Neo, or.
D
Or you can't even really rule out the house camera because. Because, you know, nowadays most of these celebrities be having a little inside house camera footage. So, like, if they house get broken into now.
A
Idiot, if he ain't think about that.
D
So, but like. But like, peep this. So what if before he even got a chance to do it, what if the person, like, let me go wipe the camera footage and they just swiped it and can't, like, tucked it and like, yeah, I know I'm gonna need this later. And then he did all that then. All right, look, I got the hard drive right here. What if it's some like. Man?
A
Man, if it's some like that, he
D
getting a death penalty for show. For show. For show.
A
There's something like that. He getting the death penalty. He is getting the death penalty. What's up, y'? All? Lord said, wow. Yes. Video, video, video. So let's get into this article, man, this is crazy. All right. It's coming from the New York Post. New York Post. Now, they don't have so many. I like theirs because they don't have a thousand pop up ads. Some of these publications getting thirsty for some money.
D
I was trying to sell you something.
A
Yeah. Things popping up. 50 off this, 100 off this. All right. So. Dave, the New York Post. David murder trial delayed over mountain of evidence in Celeste Reevis case David appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday looking weary in an orange prison jumpsuit as a preliminary hearing in his murder trial was delayed due to a mountain of new evidence. Prosecutors said the decision to delay the hearing until the end of June came after horrifying new details emerged last month in the case of his alleged mutilation of 14 year old Celeste Reavis. This is going to hell in a hand basket. Prosecutors revealed Tuesday that they have tons of evidence to review, including lab reports, police reports, photographs, numerous videos, arrest reports and forensic evidence. They said he came in that shackled up. They said David had the orange jumpsuit on and the shackle, the whole nine. They got him.
D
Yeah. No, ain't no suit for you, my boy. You ain't putting jumpsuit, that's what you got.
A
We got that orange one for you. Yeah, the back the original prison uniform. They should have had the black and white striped one on them, man.
D
You feel me, Sauce?
A
So David, whose real name is David Burke, appeared exhausted in court and disappointed at the hearing being delayed as he stared down Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Charlene Almido. When asked if he agreed to the new June 29 date, he replied, yes, your honor. Now, last month court documents the singer's legal team argued to have sealed revealed disturbing accusations from prosecutors that he groomed and eventually mutilated Reavis with a chainsaw.
D
That's just sick
A
crazy.
D
Like what the. And then not only that, like I know for sure they got forensic evidence because you know when you doing some like that, all that splattering and everything like that, you in order to clean up, you're gonna have to get into every nook and crank. I don't know if you've seen the show called Dexter, man, Bro, it's a show. I don't remember if it came on Showtime or whatever show about this dude. He cop like one of the forensic specialists and. But he a serial killer on the. On the flip side. So he. But like he like real meticulous with it. He got his own little. The way he mask off the room and stuff. And he only like a speck of evidence.
A
Okay.
D
He and he be. They be like, even like if you watch one of them little forensic shows, they show like, oh yeah, you, they show like you gotta do this and stuff like that. And if you don't, this is where it could show up. So imagine if he did that in somewhere like a kitchen or a living room or something like that. Yeah, that gonna get like underneath the couch or something. He ain't flipping over no couches. He not looking under no countertops and trying to really cover his tracks. So I know they got hella forensic evidence on his stupid ass.
A
Hell yeah. You know, I was thinking the same thing. I was like, man, you can't clean that up like that. Where. And it's the tiniest that they can go off.
D
And we talking about a chainsaw, right, bro? Like I, I got a chainsaw when I've got to cut down branches and.
A
Exactly.
D
That should be all over the place like you. So imagine if that. And that's wood and then we talking
A
about a person, right?
D
Like, like, come on, bro. Yeah,
A
man, it, it's crazy. Like I just had a tree at that one of the houses we working on, we had to chop down a big ass tree, man, like you said, that should be everywhere. That changed that, man. I had to walk away, get away from the area, you know.
D
Yeah, like you gotta have glasses on if you, you a fool if you don't have no type of protective eyewear because that. You had sawdust all in your eyeballs.
A
No, that should get everywhere. Now continuing last month, court documents, I mean, David, real name David Burke, ordered an Uber to deliver Reavis from her family home in Lake Elsinore to his Hollywood Hills home on the night of April 23, 2025, according to documents obtained by the California Post. Now, when he sent this Uber to get her from her home, it is already documented that he was made aware that she was underage. He already had, was approached by investigators way prior, prior to that, and they was questioning him and letting them know that, you know, ask him what did he know about her disappearance. And he claimed he didn't know she was underage. And they let him know she is underage. So on top of all the other mountains and mountains of evidence, they literally have evidence that you was with her before and you were warned that she was a minor and she's a minor and you still had relationship argument with her and sent an Uber. What juror, what jury is not going
D
to convict your ass? A dumb one. A dumb one. And I hope they don't line them
A
up with one right now. Once he Ubered her to her to his home, April 23, 2025, he then stabbed her and stood while she bled to death. Prosecutors say. I'm telling you, they keep bringing that point up.
D
Yeah.
A
Why are they keep. Why do they keep. You know, he got to be freaked out. He know pretty much. He probably know how they know that you know whether somebody told on him who was around video evidence. But they literally keep saying he then stabbed her and stood by while she bled to death. How the hell do they know that? How do they know he stood by and watch her bleed. That is the smoking gun of this whole thing. Keep bothering me. And I know it's a reason why they take.
D
They keep literally saying that they stressing that yeah they stressing might be a ploy with the prosecution. But even. Even though. Even regardless of the fact they making show you know that the public know that he stood over this. This, this girl, this young lady and watch her suffer. They. They want people they. They making sure we know that.
A
Right. Right.
D
Because they. I guess they just. And then that also opened the door for. To kind of like hinder his defense for any type of leniency. Asking for any type of leniency.
A
Right.
D
Because like you said, even. Even on forget to just bypass the jury. What judge in a right mind would be lenient knowing haven't known or have a knowledge of a grown ass man standing over a teenage girl after he didn't stabbed her and watch her bleed out. Especially if they appearing in A and A within their own. Right.
A
Right. Right.
D
You feel me like no. And your moral compass gonna kick in past the judicial restrictions.
A
So let's continue with. And as they break down evidence of all the they got. So he didn't stop. He stabbed her and stood by while she bled to death. Prosecutor said Burke allegedly ordered a shovel from Home Depot the following day and had it delivered to his home by postmates. So you just had a random. You know what's crazy? All this that he ordered is that I just with. On this. On. On this renovation. I'm like, you ain't doing renovations. David,
D
would you get in the shovel for.
A
Hey look, we ordered a shovel because we leveled off this porch and the porch was so like. So once we leveled it and then we attached the lattice back to it. Yeah. It kind of had a big gap damn bottom. You know, because it was sunk down. You know that gap was there. So we used the shovel to bear to. To shovel dirt.
D
Yeah.
A
Build the dirt up to the. To the lattice and make everything look even we want killing. But David, on the other hand, David
D
on that, on that he don't got
A
a general contracting company. So what the is you ordering a shovel for?
D
But and then where he was at. It ain't no snow out there.
A
Yeah, it ain't no snow. What is you shoveling? And then you order See that's the thing about it.
D
And he wasn't even on a farm. So what the is you shoveling, David? Like what the man they used to.
A
They used to have to pull surveillance footage. Are you going to get it and all that with all this new technology. Now the the. The bad guys just bring them right to the oh it's all documented. You don't went on postmates and ordered a shovel from Home Depot.
D
I wouldn't. I would have respected them more. I not even respect him. I would have just like like like you are. At least you did some leg work go get you he could have went to Home Depot himself. Yeah, put a little covert mask and some glasses on or some dude go how the you ordering some off shovel off.
A
And you just killed this girl. You just ordered Uber her to your house stabbed or whatever all the you did. Then the next day you randomly ordering a shovel. Check this out. Then about a week later he ordered two chainsaws from Amazon that were delivered to his home documents show. And on May 5, he allegedly ordered a body bag, heavy duty laundry bags and a blue inflatable pool.
D
Right man, this see criminals
A
stupid don't care who do it. Meaning anybody can do some stupid stupid. Don't discriminate anybody. You could be the biggest star in the world. You could be the biggest nothing in the world. You, we everybody could do stupid. This dude not only did stupid in the heat of emotions, he did stupid after he had time to think about it. Like week later, two weeks later you still what the do you think like you said world's dumbest. How do you think that's how entitled these celebrities being work they mind be you you.
D
You out of touch
A
you. You don't think. You don't think somebody go. You don't think somebody gonna look into the or. Or think something weird about you over ordering shovels and chainsaws. And you know what you just did allegedly that is oh you is a
D
but the the like to be bold enough to order this though. That that's what get. I wouldn't like like you you got. You gotta have a card attached to that like that just let you know what like like my like you stuck on stupid parked on dumb and it's
A
coming straight to your house.
D
Come on bro. Like if anything you like the part the. I don't know if people, like, really notice or not, but, like, people that's do, like, like engaging in the life of crime. I don't know if y' all aware of this or not, if y' all listening. The purpose of doing something that you're not supposed to do, if you choose to do it, is to not get caught doing it or have done it. Like, other than. Other than that, you. You going to jail or did you. Something gonna happen to you? Just. Just bottom line. And if you think it's cool to. I mean, like, I remember pointing time when used to think it was cool to go to jail and like, yeah, man, they used to wear these like a badge. Honor. Yeah, I went to jail. I'm like, yeah, all right, cool. I'm like, but how many times when you was a kid did you go bragging to your friends when your mama whipped your ass? Oh, she got the big belt this time, y'.
A
All.
D
She pulled out all the stops this time. You wasn't doing that.
A
Nah. And so check this out. So from there, once he ordered all his how to not get away with a murder kit. After that, they say the investigators say Burke took horrifying measures to destroy and discard the victim's body. Burke is accused of placing Reevis Reavis's body into the blue inflatable pool to prevent her blood from. From making a mess on his garage floor and use the chainsaw and possibly other tools to cut off her limbs. According to documents, Burke also allegedly amputated Reevis left ring and pinky fingers because a ring finger bore a tattoo of his name. And those fingers were never recovered, according to the documents Reeves's family attorney Patrick Steinfield described. Inform her informing her family of the news. The most difficult thing he has ever done is 37 years of law. Last night I had the heartbreaking responsibility of informing the Revis Hernandez family of the horrifying allegations submitted in court yesterday that David Anthony Burke allegedly stabbed Celeste, stood by while she bled to death, used the chainsaw to cut off her limbs, and bought a burn cage with the plan to incinerate the evidence. Seinfeld said in a statement. Steinfeld. Sorry. Reavis is by. Reavis's body was discovered in Burke's Tesla. Of course we know that. Which was impounded last September. On April 16, he was arrested after LAPD officers swooped in on Hollywood Hills home the singer was staying in. Now, I want to touch on that real quick, too. So much happened since that happened. We didn't get a chance to really talk about this and really backtrack. It was somebody on the inside that was trying to hold up this, this, this, this, this case or this investigation because why did the LAPD have to jump the gun and arrest him in order to make the grand jury come down with the charges? Think about it. Remember they said when they first did it, remember they said that they still hadn't charged him yet. And they were like, well, if, if they don't charge him by Monday.
D
Yeah. And we, I remember we was always told him like, damn, like even Grandma Kathy. I'm saying, like, I don't understand like what's taking them so long to arrest them. We were, and we were talking about that for weeks.
A
So it was like somebody said we gotta force their hand. Somebody in the LAPD said we gotta force their hand. And, and I ain't never seen and think about it. Ain't nobody talking about that. Like, it's just, it's just getting glazed over like. But because once that happened, we all happy got arrested. Now we hearing about all this evidence, so it really ain't nobody went back and touched on like, okay, so what was the hold up? You know what I mean? Who was holding it up? I would like to know who that, who was holding it up, what did what person or what committee or what whoever.
D
Because what type of shell game was they playing?
A
Yeah, because for somebody in the lap they say it, we gonna just arrest it, arrest them and then put the onus on the la, on the grand jury or whoever. That was a bold move and somebody took it upon themselves. But now I still want to know who the was like holding this up. Nobody's even talking about that. Like, like that's a big thing. Like then all of a sudden they arrest them. Then they can figure out charges and get all into it. But before the LAPD arrested him, he was just free as a bird and nobody.
D
And they kept still on tour.
A
Yeah, that's gonna come out. I believe at some point too. I believe somehow some way that's gonna come out.
D
And you think that part and you think that person gonna get reprimanded behind it?
A
I don't know. Maybe, maybe not. Because it depends on who he is, how much power they had and whatever. I would hope they, I hope they do.
D
Oh yeah, you will hope so. But you know, you know the way this be going sometimes, man, because it
A
just don't make no sense that they had to do all that in order for them to come with a, a Case.
D
Yeah.
A
Charges. So let's continue. What else they saying? Exclusive video footage obtained by the Post. New York Post showed the singer with his hands behind his back as he's led down a residential street in the Hollywood Hills. A neighbor told the Post she witnessed so many cops on the street. Just before the singer was taken into custody, one officer was on a loudspeaker outside the home shouting surrender. According to the neighbor. Louisiana County District Attorney Nathan Hockman has said that the death penalty is still on the table for the singer. So when is the case going? When is it gonna start? I don't know. They said they delayed it. Have you heard anything of when they delaying it too? Or are they.
D
I think it was like, like May 20th or something like that. I think that's when they put. I think they pushed it back to that, if I'm not mistaken.
A
Talk about being caught red handed, man. I remember, I remember one time I was like 20, 21. Just to show you how stupid you is at that age. I ain't, I ain't David stupid. But you know, we all have our younger days and so I had my first real girlfriend. And so this one, like cell phones are just kind of getting like popular where they had like the touch screens and.
D
Yeah.
A
And so I had, I had, I had a. Like a jacket I used to wear. Had a pocket in the front. So I'm doing things I probably shouldn't have been doing. And I done dial. Not being used to these touch screens, not having no lock. I didn't call my girlfriend. Didn't even know it. I'm kicking it with the guys, man. It just so happened to be the worst time for me to, you know, you know, we got talking, man.
D
Man,
A
she listened to about an hour.
D
Yeah.
A
Me just talking and talking about this one and that one and my boy, this straight guy talk, man, that taught me a lesson. First of all, first of all, you won't be too two faced like that anyway because of like that. You know what I mean? I was young and dumb. Like I shouldn't have even been talking the kind of I was talking and I never did that since. Like it taught me more than just. But it also just was a. A case. And when you just caught red the handed you can do about it. I mean, say it wasn't me.
D
I mean, but even then like, you know, it's barbershop talk and beauty shop talk. So like that ain't. That ain't held against nobody. A lot of times it don't even be nothing that's actually going on. It has been. That didn't happen in the past. So like, you, you.
A
Yeah, that's what I was trying to say. You sound just. That's exactly what I was trying to say. But when somebody hear you talk all kind of. It's kind of hard.
D
O. Oh, yeah. Like, man, I had her in the Captain Morgan pose.
A
Like I said, I learned a valuable lesson that day. She was mad as for. For a long time. But I learned a valuable lesson just for like going overboard about talking shit for real. Like, just in general. Because when you get caught, like, sometimes you don't realize how bad some shit is till you kind of get caught. You know what I mean? Or like, you know what I'm saying? It was just like. So like, even since that day, I ain't never really went in like that. For real. For real. I mean, I do my regular guy talk, but just, you know, show more respect for the person I'm with. But. And like I said, also, it was just. It was just a. When you caught red handed, it make you not even want to do wrong. Shit, man. You know what I'm saying? Nothing like being caught red handed. One thing like when you got some wiggle room, it's different. When your ass busted red the fuck handed is your voice. You saying it. You co signing double and tripling down. You talking about other women. You know what I'm saying? You doing all type of. Ain't nothing like it, bro. I think that's the last time that I've been even caught redhead. Like, I. I've been out. I think that moment changed me, bro.
D
Man, I remember the one time I was. I was kid. My mama. My mama whooped my ass too, because we was outside and. And everybody was playing with fireworks. So you better not be out there playing with no fireworks. I'm like, no, I ain't even got no fireworks, man. I'm like, what you talking about? I ain't. We didn't even go to no fireworks, though. I'm like, everybody else got something. Like, I wish I can get some. And so then she's like, whatever. So you better not be playing. Playing with no firework. So had lighters. And so I'm up there ain't nobody doing that. She's like, all right, I'm about to go to the stove. Going to the stove. Like, why she coming back home, bro? Riding up the street, I'm in like, there's already car coming and then there's another car pulling up. I'm sitting there on like, because I'm about to go lights and I'm sitting there, firework in my hand. Like just like I'm moving out the way with the car. She riding up the street. I was sitting there lighter and fireworking in. Oh, so your ass ain't playing with fireworks, huh? Get your ass. I couldn't say. I'm like, this, this nothing. She like this, hell, get your ass. Yeah. I'm like, can I get in the car? No, walk your ass. I'm like, man, but it was like, red hand. I got firework and a lighter in the other hand, bro.
A
Yeah, like you just red handed, man. Even after that, you probably changed a little bit. Like, you know, getting caught red handed, especially when you ain't trying to be a shady dude, man. No, it'll make you tighten up on for real. Because you usually got some wiggle room you can kind of get, you know, leave some deniability in there. But when you red handed, you just can't do nothing but sit there and look stupid.
D
Yeah.
A
And then you had a similar story when I was a kid with fireworks where I wasn't supposed to be with him and I said I wasn't. And then I burnt my hand and I had to get taken care of. So I was super busted because I needed help. At that point, I had to tell him my own damn self, man. Finger.
D
I was on the bike and then
A
I burnt myself on the bike. Oh, man. Yeah, that red handed. Hey, anybody out there? Oh, let's see. Somebody. Siri got an update. Hold on. I see Siri popped in. Hey, look, ain't nothing like, oh, I did that too. Make sure you in the. Oh Lord did that.
D
Lord.
A
Hold on. Before I go to series update, because Siri, Siri, one of our favorite members has an update for us. But I gotta go to Laura because she said she did that too. Make sure you end or ain't that the worst ever, man? That's the worst ever for your phone call to call somebody and you be saying, you ain't supposed to say, oh my God, I wouldn't even wish that on nobody, man. That's the worst feeling in the world. She did that too.
D
Or even before they even got like all of that, like the mechanism together, like when will be just butt dialing people.
A
They had to come up with all this, locking all the light. They was getting people in trouble, man. Man, I said, Lord, Lord, Lord, Lord said. She said the worst. Anybody that has had that done that before, you know how bad that is? That is terrible in the Internet, you have PTSD the rest of your life behind that. You make sure your phone and off. But yeah. So let's go to Siri. Got an update. LAPD hold up was they were on the hunt for the second suspect. We will see a press release soon. Major evidence was discovered. So. So they were on the hunt for the second. So is that second suspect? Well, no, because they wouldn't be on the hunt if they did cooperate.
D
Right.
A
So who is this second suspect? Is this the person who was there though? Like, is this the person who did.
D
Might have been more than one person there.
A
That's what I'm saying. That's what.
D
Yeah, it might have been like, it might have been David that the second suspect and another person and the other person probably like. All right, look, this, this. All right, so who the is that on camera? Oh, that's. That. That's Jay, bro. All right, Bet we gotta go get him, right?
A
Thank you for the 9.99 10$. Holla. Surrey Weathers says good morning Float and the community. The show is holding me down as I tiptoe through the weeds that show up. Thank you so much, Siri.
D
Yes, ma'. Am. Yes, ma'. Am.
A
I love me some Siri, but. Yeah, man. Yeah, make sure y'.
D
All.
A
Hey, look, make sure y' all hang y' all phones up and. And so people don't hear you talking about them, man.
D
Speaking of phones, you seen that new Galaxy phone?
A
What they got going on, man?
D
Got a built in privacy screen. Oh, for real? So, like, don't you know how to screen protectors? You. You put it on and it'll black out where you can't.
A
Yeah, you can't see from it from the side.
D
He got that built in.
A
Oh, that's cold.
D
I'm like, they showed the commercial. The dude was like texting this girl or whatever, and then his friends was up there trying to look at it. He tapped it, he swiped down, tapped it and like tapped the privacy screen icon. Then they like, were you. Why you. What you just staring at your phone? Then he just showed it to the side of like, oh, hey, like, cool. I'm like, man.
A
So hold on. They. They. Oh, so you could turn it on and off too?
D
Yep.
A
Oh, that's dope.
D
I'm like, y'.
A
All. Hey, look, they know they be coming with some.
D
I'm like, y' all gonna make me get that green bubble?
A
Yeah, yeah, for real, Man. I. I got. Hey, look, Apple, you know Apple gonna copy,
D
man. You. You heard about the. You, you getting a new AP Man,
A
I ain't getting it, but I heard about it. It's going crazy, man.
D
I seen him. One navy blue one. That looked hard, though. Okay.
A
If I was to get a watch, I would. I wouldn't mind getting it. You know what I'm saying? Like, it. It is. It is still 500. Yeah. It ain't cheap, you know, I mean, it's still quality, you know, they gonna put some quality out. I just.
D
It come out on Saturday.
A
Okay. Yeah, okay. Sounds like she took. Don't have it. He'll have him a blue one.
D
I don't know. I'm gonna try to get one. I'm trying to get one, like. And everybody, like, going crazy over, like, everybody that didn't pay, like, the big money for, like, didn't pay, like, a hundred thousand for them other ones. I'm like, they like, well, how he doing doing this? So what they did, because AP was losing money because the. That how they bezel got that octagon shape, they was trying to trademark and patent that.
A
Okay.
D
They was taking it to, like, different court, like, international courts, all type of. And they. They were like, no, y' all can't do that. That's too much of a general shape. They're like, y' all not making no additional customizations to the shape that will make it differential from the original. So we can't give you grant y' all that. And they kept throwing it out. So that's. So basically by them not being able to lay claim to it, they started losing money because. All right, look, we just rolled out the AP125, 2026 retailer for 50, 000. They didn't just went to the. To the machine shop. They xyz never figured out how to make it. They only selling theirs for 1500. Look, just the same. And they can't sue AP. Can't sue them for that for, like, recreating the shape or the image of it, because it's a general image, okay? So that's. That's just like you getting a purse from another manufacturer and putting a Louis Vuitton logo on it. Like, they really do. So they. They were losing money behind it. They're like, we got to figure out a way to get. Get back in the black. So they went. Went more basically more retail, like, affordable retail.
A
Right?
D
All right, we're gonna partner with such and such, and we're gonna go ahead and drop it down to where not everybody can get these, and we can possibly do something where we can, like, monopolize that market. And we can like, capitalize like that.
A
Oh, yeah, because they. People get them.
D
Oh, no, for sure, ain't they.
A
You can see people talking about people.
D
They gonna be. They gonna be out there all. All the tax money out there hanging up.
A
Because at the end of the day, like I said, it's still 500. It ain't like you can talk about nobody for a 500 watch, you know what I'm saying? Like, exactly 500. Exactly $20, man.
D
And then it's like. Like when you. When you really get in, like when you into watches and get into that type like that, you know what to buy, right? Like a lot of that. Like, not a lot of watches. Like five. You don't have to have a nice. It's a lot of nice watches. That's not five. You can see a night. Real nice watch for 150. And that's a real great, like, lasting watch.
A
Yeah.
D
So like you said, it's all about what you want and what you. What you're trying to buy.
A
Yeah. Nah. So look out for C Tux automobile.
D
Oh, yeah. I'm gonna get. I'm get mine with the mine. Gonna have a flow show face.
A
No, that's dope. What else we got? What else? What else going on in the news,
D
man, they up there trying. We already sky high at the pump, man. They up there trying. Up there trying to trick again, man. This yo neck of the woods, too. These yo people, these Shaker.
A
Oh, what's going on in Shaker?
D
They didn't caught the BP on Chagrin in Warrensville. So these are say, like, all right, gas is 479. All right, cool. You pull up when you get to the pump, the pump say 499. And then. And what you supposed to do is if it. If it don't. If those prices mismatch, you supposed to honor the lower price. And BP wasn't doing that. They like one because it was one of the customers ended up being a news lady for Channel three. Damn. And so she went. She asked him about. She like, yeah, that price different. Y' all gonna change that or something? Like y' all gonna get that together. They just cut the screen off of like, no. Oh, what? So they cut the price screen off like, no. You pay what we say at the pump.
A
What is going on with life right now? Gas is done got crazy. What is Trump doing? He got me peek, flipping, turning the screen off, man.
D
And then they had one and they had one of the. Like one of the commission people up there, he was saying, like, yeah, we've been getting a flood of complaints regarding that. He. Like, we put it in the system where, like, basically, if you get caught, like, it's a warning. And then if they come back, then what they said if you get caught, it's a morning. If you get. They had to come back, it's like a fine or a penalty or whatever. And then they had to come back again. They can shut down the pump.
A
The. The whole gas station or like.
D
Yep, the pumps, Man. And then, like, when she went.
A
So this is. Where's this bpa? Only one BP so far.
D
That's the one that they was reporting on.
A
Oh, okay.
D
That's when. I hadn't seen it when I seen it this morning. Yeah. Shagrina, Orangeville. Right across businesses, you feel me? Right across from that Wendy's. And that's.
A
Yeah, yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about.
D
Yeah, they be smack. They get. That's where. That's where my carriers go fill up at.
A
Okay.
D
For that. For that one. And the Shaker post office. Both of the. All of the carriers go fill up at that station,
A
man.
D
So, yeah, they. They get. They getting money. You ain't. You ain't got to play with people like that.
A
No, no. Yeah, y' all in the busiest area. Busiest, man. Come on now.
D
And then when the news lady went there to try to talk to him, too, they're like, oh, yeah, no comment. I bet he's like, well, you know, this is going to be on the news. You're like, yeah, okay, Man.
A
Damn. So what's gonna happen? She said, you've been giving us the news on the gas and the war. You ain't saying nothing. You ain't saying nothing. Like the gas price about to come down.
D
See, that's the only thing I heard was yesterday that federal tax. But, like, you gonna take. You see, you talking about you gonna take it. Take 18 cent off. Y' all probably gonna raise it to 5. 18 and then take the 18 cents off. But we still paying $5 knowing how they work, man. Yeah, I'm gonna get a bicycle. But,
A
Man, did you know Michael Jackson had a. Had another brother that died when they was young?
D
I seen you. I seen your video. I ain't know that. Yeah, and I did. I. I ain't even get to tell you, man, that movie was awesome.
A
Okay? You got a chance to see it.
D
That movie was awesome, man. Oh, man, they. And then. No, but now. Rotten Tomatoes. Change on the chains. They talking about this 90, 98. Rotten tomato. Yeah, it wasn't never bad.
A
It wasn't never bad.
D
Man, that. That. Man, that movie was cold. I. I wish they would have had Janet in that, though. That would have been dope.
A
Yeah.
D
Like, I noticed that whatever differences they. She had with that, like, indiscrecy, but, man, all that. That movie.
A
That's a sister. If they was to make a movie about my life, my sister wouldn't like none of it. My sister would think everything wrong. And, you know, they just be real protective over. Over their brother in a way. So it's like, I just think she ain't just, like, none. Like, you know what I mean? Just because, man, that sister. That close. Sister. Brother bond be different.
D
Yeah, for sure.
A
And so I just think probably. And I would have wanted her to be in it for sure. I think she just had that.
D
I can't wait. They need. They need to make a movie about her. That. That. That's gonna be cold because.
A
Because people don't. People don't know a. A lot about her like they did Mike, so it'd be, like, even more, like, newer. Even though Mike movie was good, it still was a lot that we knew. You know what I'm saying?
D
He was on a syndicated show.
A
Yeah, exactly.
D
Like, and there's a lot of people that don't even know about the Cosby show. For real. Like, a lot of the younger generation, especially with all this Bill Cosby, because I don't even think they play the reruns as much as they used to.
A
What?
D
The Cosby show?
A
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
D
Even after. And then it's, like, crazy, like. Like, even just seeing that movie, like, I'm like, damn. Like, it's just like, I always had, like, a love and respect for Mike, but it's like, that gave me, like, I had, like, a way different. Like, just seeing, like, I'm like, damn, that dude was just cold, man.
A
Yeah, that dude was cold, man.
D
Even like, that. What's the name that want to be starting something song. He. So he made that song about. That song about latoya. Yeah, because she was getting into it with the. With their brothers, with their brother's wives, and she wasn't getting into it with them. It was basically like they be doing. And he was like, no, latoya, don't do it that way. So all of them was mad at latoya. She like, well, that ain't got nothing to do with me. And then Mike made the song about her.
A
Yeah. Nah, that. That was hard. But. But for those who didn't know Penny, good times. Yeah, that's. That's what Janet was known for, Penny. But the brother was actually a twin to Marlon and died shortly after birth. His name was Brandon, Brandon Jackson. And he didn't make it. I wonder how he might have been like Michael. Who know? Who knows?
D
It was. Yeah, I meant. That's what I meant. I meant to say good times.
A
Yeah, yeah. You were saying Cosby show, but it's. Hey, look, we all knew what you mean.
D
No, it was like Penny and Rudy. That's. That's.
A
Yeah,
D
I was thinking about. I was thinking about Rudy. 8:30am Yeah, I was thinking about Rudy, but I meant. Yeah, I don't know what.
A
Laura came in with the little sad. She said, penny, good times.
D
Appreciate you, Laura.
A
Y'. All. It was early. Yeah, way to do. Way to come in. Laura with the. With. With the little silent save. But, yeah, so. So, see, today, saw the movie. The movie was good. David is cooked. And gas. The gas company's getting shady, so y' all gotta watch it. So what C. Tuck is saying, y', all, now what they starting to do is have a different price. One price on the big board and then another price when you get to the pump. Is that what they doing?
D
Yep. Yeah. Okay, so make sure y' all on the lookout. And if y' all see it and they don't change it, they say, make sure y' all call and report it. They said, make sure y' all call and report it. Good. Because it's gonna get. Are you gonna get taken advantage of if you don't? I know, I know. I'm about to be checking them as soon as I put them up. All right, now we. We playing fair.
A
You said BP turned the screen off, man.
D
Yeah. Hey, man, I. Man, and I. And I. And I. And I believe it too, man. Cause that's the thing.

D
One of the people went in there. That's the one gas station. One of the gas. Yeah,
A
I had to walk to that gas station in the winter time all the way up from, like, Rich. No. Yeah, like Richmond. I had to walk all the way up from Richmond and Chagrin. Was it Richmond? Yeah, I had to walk all the way from Richmond and Chagrin all the way down to Warrensville. Chagrin and, like, below freezing temperature. Because I went out. Yeah. I had went out on a date and. And it didn't go well. I wanted to go to the crib, but I had parked. I had Parked somewhere else and I was riding with her. She done went past where I live at and was just gonna force me to go where she was going. I literally had to jump out the car.
D
Oh, man.
A
I had to jump out the car at the light and. And. And my phone died the minute I got out. And it was like, below freezing, bro. I ain't even had no coat on because I wasn't. I mean, I had, like, a little jacket, but nothing crazy. So I had to walk all the way to that bp. By the time I got to that bp, I was stiff as a board, looking crazy. And the old lady said, you need some help, baby? And she gave me her. Let me use her phone.
D
Dang.
A
That's my memory of that bp, bro. I walked into that bp, like, just frostbite from head to toe after just damn near diving out of a car. So when I see that bp, I'll be thinking about that like, man, I remember that time I had to hop out the car. I was getting kidnapped.
D
Damn.
A
As a grown ass, man. Getting kicked, getting adult napped.
D
Damn.
A
So that's what I think about when I see that.
D
They got some going on up there, man.

Host: Flo
Air Date: May 13, 2026
In this unfiltered, raw, and truth-seeking episode, Flo and co-host C. Tuck (plus a lively community) explore the philosophy that everything in life has a beginning and an end, with a focus on the high-profile murder case involving singer David Burke (known as D4vd) and the tragic death of Celeste Reavis. The discussion ranges from coping with life’s ups and downs, to a detailed walk through the case evidence and legal proceedings, peppered with personal stories, community shoutouts, and some sharp commentary on everything from crime to everyday annoyances.
This episode delivers a layered discussion that moves seamlessly from the philosophical (everything ends, accept and grow) to the forensic (analysis of the David Burke/Celeste Reavis case), and right back to the streets (gas prices, community advice). Flo and C. Tuck, with lively engagement from regular listeners, offer real talk, sharp humor, and critical questions that encourage both reflection and vigilance. The show closes on reminders to report consumer scams, appreciate small lessons from life’s “caught red handed” moments, and always keep an eye out—because, as this story proves, “everything has a beginning and an end”—even for the most notorious.
