I need another half hour. Couldn't come. I tried to push through, but here we are. Another flow show. No filter. Monday through Friday, 7:30am it's been a crazy week though, So a couple days we've been. Our time been off a little bit. Good morning, Lucida. But we got some somewhat good news. We got. We got some. Somewhat. Some good Diddy news. We gotta talk about how much time the rumor is that they trying to give them and what else is going on. Patricia says, morning flow. Good to have you home. Yeah, I'm glad to be back in my regular schedule. I'll be back on. I'll be back on my back on Cleveland time tomorrow. Today was just. I was wondering why I was so rough. I said, I forgot I'm still on Vegas time, but I'm feeling good. Good morning, Denny. Danny. But we got to talk about this. This. These updates on Diddy, and we got to get into these Epstein files and Trump and Elon Musk. It has just got ugly. It's basically seeing two egos go at it, and we just stuck in the middle. We just stuck in the middle of all this as we watch two large eagles go at it. Kingdom, good to have you back. Hey, Melody, what y' all want to start with today? Y' all want to start with the. The Diddy news or talk about. Or talk about this? Trump and Elon and the Epstein files. Chaos. Let me know in the chat right quick. Which one. Which. Which. Diddy ain't getting no time, sir. But that. That's a good. You can hope for that. But Diddy ain't getting time served. He was getting time served. The judge would have just let him out. He ain't getting no time, sir. Melody say she want to talk about Elon's. Danny say P. Diddy, it look like y' all gonna be. Y' all gonna be split down the middle. If y' all split down the middle, the tie gonna go to. I know everybody. Melissa said, I'm over Diddy. Let's switch it up today. Just to switch it up. We gonna. We gonna. We gonna. We gonna. We gonna. We gonna. We gonna just flip back and forth. Y' all split down the middle. So what we're gonna do is I'm gonna come in with Diddy because actually some good damn Diddy news. And it's coming from someone who is normally a Diddy supporter. I don't know if y' all know Megan Kundiff the journalist, but she talk about the time, everybody. Yeah, they say, Eli. Yeah, I knew y' all would be split. We gonna get to Elon. But check this out, y'. All. This is kind of like some Diddy news that I'm excited to bring to Y' all you know, it's been. It's been a lot of that we didn't want to hear with Diddy. But Megan, who normally is on kind of a little bit, like, on Diddy's side, I ain't gonna say she's all the way on Diddy's side, but she's kind of been on Diddy's side a little bit. So for her to say this, this might be true. I mean, this might be for real. So Megan's article says feds indicate at least six to eight years in prison as judge finalizes Diddy's sentencing date. Now, we know a lot of people have been saying that like this, like, like this guy talking about Diddy gonna get time served. Then you got people saying two to three years. You got some people saying five years. Well, now we got a solid source saying Megan believes that the, the, the feds are looking at giving Diddy and pushing to the judge to give him anywhere from six to eight years. Now, I wouldn't. Now we. I would like more time, but I would like to see Diddy had eight years. I don't know about y'. All. And remember, he got more charges coming, y', all. I'm telling y', all, the feds ain't through with them. Gene Deal said it. I believe it, because he just has too much out there. And the feds are not gonna let you make them look stupid if you give them an opportunity to bring up new charges. So let's get into this articles. Prosecutors appear ready for a novel argument under a recent federal guidelines amendment that prohibits acquitted conduct from being considered at sentencing. This is interesting, y'. All. Check this out. Sean. Diddy Combs will be sentenced on October 3rd. As a matter of fact, remember the defense. If you all know the defense was pushing for the. For the sentencing to get pushed up, well, the judge told him to kick rocks with flip flops with no socks. And they're keeping the sentencing date at October 3rd. And for some reason, the defense is fine with that. Now, I believe there is something on the horizon, and I think that the defense is fine with the October 3rd sentencing date because they need some time, and they want some time to clear some up or try to convince the judge of something because the defense was hardcore on expediting that sentencing date. All of a sudden, they okay with October 3rd. So let's pay attention. Let's watch that, y', all, because I believe something. Something's going on. It just. I just got that feeling. So let's continue with this Article. Denny's lawyer on Tuesday abandoned their request to expedite the hearing. Y' all understand that? Hey, Look, Melody said October 3rd is her birthday, y'. All. So let. Let. For your birthday. For your birthday. Wish. Just wish. Did it get as many years as possible. How about that? But listen to this. Why do y' all think the defense abandoned their request to expedite the October 3rd sentencing? Something is to that all of a sudden, they don't want it expedited. Now, let's go. It could go one of two ways. They could not want to expedite it because they think they're getting time served, or they could not want to expedite it because they know that they've heard that the feds. I mean, that the judge is about to throw the book at Diddy and they need some time to try to fix it. But at any rate, I think it's interesting to note. I think. I think that's a good. I think that's a good. A good. A good take, too, Lindsay. I was kind of thinking that, too. Maybe they. They're trying to turn down the temperature of the judge. They're trying to kiss ass a little bit. Kiss a little ass, save Diddy a little time, because they know this Judd, and this judge is pissed. Matter of fact, before I continue this article, I forgot to give you a couple of announcements, man. It's really. A lot of people talking about these. These jurors are. Have been saying a lot of that shows that they broke a lot of the rules, and we didn't really get to get into that yesterday. So let's. Let me give you. Let's talk a little bit about that before I continue this article. This. A lot of people are saying. A couple of my followers sent me links to people talking about that one juror that we said, look like the devil, how he was talking about how they all didn't believe Don Richard. And then people are like, well, wait a minute. Y' all not. Y' all wasn't supposed to be talking about the trial. What do you mean all of y' all didn't believe John Don Richard, and you a. You a fucking alternate. And so you weren't even a part of deliberation. So what do you mean y' all all didn't believe, Dawn? Y' all wasn't supposed to be talking about shit until deliberations, especially a alternative. I believe they gonna tell that jury we might not see him no more because he is spilling the beans and making this whole trial look like a dumpster. Fire. Jurors talking about the case the whole time. He talking about. The prosecution showed the Diddy freak off tapes and it was the defense. The host had to correct him. Like, you mean. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. The defense, man, you don't know what the hell going on. Then they saying. I don't want to describe it incorrectly, but somehow they were saying one of the jurors was. It might have been him, I'm not sure. But he was part of the UN which works with law enforcement. But in his application or his juror questionnaire, he said he didn't work with law enforcement. And I think with all this smoke and all this bullshit and the judge is already pissed. I'm hearing through the tea leaves we got, we in for a big surprise. Whether it's Diddy getting more time than we thought or new charges coming up. But something is going on because one thing I've noticed about this judge, this judge don't like to be made. He like one of those people that. That's kind of like me. He don't like people take his kindness for weakness. Throughout this trial, the judge was pretty much cool. But when people would take his kindness for weakness, he would. He would go to off a little bit. And these jurors, by them saying certain. And just think I'm only getting half the story or maybe a 20 of the story. Imagine all of this that the judge knows. I believe for one, Diddy is going to get more time than people thinking. I'm being. I'm buying into this six to eight years. But I'm also buying into the fact that more charges are coming. And I think they're going to listen to me. And when they bring these new charges and they have a new trial, they're going to sequester this jury and make sure they're careful at picking these raggedy. Because how is you an alternate talking about the case and you ain't even supposed to be talking about the case with the jurors. So when did you talk about this that y' all didn't believe Don Richard and this alternate talking about. Because he didn't believe Dawn's testimony. He said he wouldn't his. He wrote in his notes, this is a takedown. Now, do y' all remember when Mark Agnef. Agniphio, whatever the hell his name is, do y' all remember when he had said something about this was a takedown of Diddy or when he was doing. I don't know if it was his closing arguments or when it was but he had said something about the feds. This was a takedown of Diddy or like, they were after Diddy or they targeted Diddy. And the judge specifically told the jury to disregard that. Nobody caught this but me. I'm not. I didn't hear anybody else talk about this. The judge, if y' all remember, for the ones who's been tapped in. I know you tell me in the chat. If you remember the judge telling Mark Agniphio, telling the jury and reprimanding Diddy's attorney about saying that he was. That Diddy was a target. He said, you can't say that. You have to focus on the case. And he told the jury to disregard that. So Patricia said she remembered it. So Patricia, if you remember it, how is this. How is this juror still on. On the. On the. How is this juror still is in an interview, talking about. He wrote down in his notes that this was a takedown. This jury. I just had to say that, y'. All. My bad. Sometimes. Sometimes the no filter just get the best of me. And. And sometimes I got to say something a little bit that's not politically correct. This jury. How about that? I was trying to hold it in, but with all these recent developments. With all these recent. Beach girl, I'm glad. Beach girl agree with me. Yeah, yeah. Sometimes. Hey, look, y' all know I like to break down. I like to kind of keep it educational. Y' all know I try to keep it as respectful as I can. I like to respect all parties involved. But sometimes you just gotta say the jury. That's the best way to break it down, because they totally screwed this up, and the. The courts screwed it up. But, see, this jury was so stupid. I don't even know if sequestering would have helped, but I would rather than been sequestered. But this was just especially judging off this alternate who talking about. He wrote this is a takedown in his notes. When the. When the judge clearly told you to disregard that you alternate. You not even a real juror. And you couldn't wait to go on cnn. He ain't even a real juror that had. He had just as much vote on the verdict as I did, which was zero. Yet you coming out on cnn, doing all this talking and exposing that all kind of laws are being broken. Now it goes back, y'. All. I'm going back to the time when it was like, four jurors who was all late together. Where the was y' all at? Like, like, like, like Lindsay said, I hope the women in their life. Don't. Yeah, they supposed to be checking their bank accounts. I see everybody kind of feel the same way f this jury. Yeah. You know, sometimes. Sometimes you don't need a lot of words to break something down. I think this jury captures the whole essence of what I'm trying to convey to y', all, because I tried to be nice, and you. When the brick came down, I tried to give him some grace. I said this was a tough job, blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada. But now as more details are coming out and I'm hearing stuff out of their mouth, I don't like it. I don't like that he said that this was a takedown of Diddy, and the judge clearly told you to throw all of that out. I don't like that he said Don. They all thought Don Richard was lying. And even though y' all all wasn't supposed to be talking about the case at all, you weren't supposed to talk to about the case until the deliberations. And again, use a fucking alternate anyway. You not even a real juror. So now this is pure speculation. One thing on the flow. Show no filter. If it's just pure speculation, I'm gonna let you know because, you know, we speak facts and we bring receipts, but this right here is pure speculation. But I've been hearing in the blogosphere and a lot of my little trusted sources that I follow, I heard there's some heavy investigations going on behind this jury. And I've heard this jury was under somewhat. Some kind of surveillance. This is what people are saying. So to the person that said they might be checking their bank accounts and this and that, I heard there is some investigation going on. I heard that they are thinking and feeling the same way we are. And when I say they, I'm talking about, like, the feds and the court. They, they. Something. Something stinks in the water. Some don't smell right. And, and, and, and, and, and, and like Lily said, this whole case was just heartbreaking. All these gonna go pound the sand, in my opinion, is heartbreaking. I agree with you totally. Lily. Them all. Yeah. I don't even know what happened at leak leaked information to the press. But I. So I'm hearing, like I said, this pure speculation. But I'm hearing that they really are investigating these juries and the jurors and really looking into this. And I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't see too many jurors speak. Speak again, because that one alternate has said so much that makes it look like stuff was done wrong. I'm sure they getting a memo like, no more speaking for y', all, or we about to take y' all to trial like y' all gonna have a case, because this is ridiculous. Yeah, and. And I agree with Beach Girl. Beach Girl, you've been coming in hot today. You've been on point. Everybody say beach Girl. Hey, look, let Beach Girl know she's been on point. But I definitely think the same thing. Like, if. If we all know about John Gotti, I think. I don't know if it was. Was it three times? Yep. Was it three times or four times? Correct me in the chat, y', all, if it was three times or four times. But they finally got. They finally Gotti's ass. Because if you remember, Gotti got off one at least twice. Feds brought charges. He beat him twice. Okay, so it was four times. So he got off three times. But that fourth time, they nailed his ass to the. To the cross. And I think that's what we about to see with Diddy, y'. All. I'm being 100 honest. This ain't wishful thinking. If it was over, you know, I just say, hey, this is over. But I do think this is like a John Gotti situation where Diddy has so much illegal activity going on, they just gonna say, you know what? Fuck all that, Rico. Let's just get him for the guns. Let's just get him for all these black and white charges. And until all it adds up to about lifetime. Because the only thing this stupid ass jury can understand is two plus two equals four. If you give them three plus three, they go haywire. You got to get these juror, this New York juror jury. Two plus two equals four. You get a ass, three plus three, all hell will break loose after, as we saw. So it. I believe it's gonna be like John Gotti. I think they going up after. Yep. That's why Diddy called him the gay John Gotti. Okay, so, yeah, that's. We got double double confirmation. I told you. We got the smartest community on the. On online. They come with those facts quick. Beach Girl said it. And now Angie is confirming, too, that he was acquitted three times before they convicted on the fourth. That's gonna be Diddy, man. They're not letting this go. This is why the defense has brought back. Took back their little expedited sentencing. This is why it's been a little quiet. Think about it, too. It's been awful quiet. If you're talking about the feds and you're talking about the judge. It's been awful quiet. And when it's quiet, it's usually some crazy, some something crazy going on. Let's get back into this article. If anything else comes to me about speculation I heard, I'm gonna bring it to you because I was as much as I thought this Diddy mess was over, I was in a Diddy rabbit hole last night. I was hearing all kind of, but I'm only bringing y' all what I feel strongly about. I'm not, you know, I don't get up here and just be shooting from the hip like a lot of these other people. But anyway, let's continue with the article. Talking about Diddy could be looking at eight years. Seriously. So now they're saying that the 55 year old rapper will remain at the Metropolitan Detention center in BROOKLYN Because a U.S. district judge, Aaron Subramania, rejected his bail request last week. Combs lawyer requested a Sept. 22 sentencing in a joint letter with prosecutors filed early Tuesday. But they filed another letter later in the morning. They requested original October 3rd day. Prosecutors and the US Probation Office, which will evaluate Combs and make its own sentencing recommendation, didn't object. Judge Subramanian authorized the schedule following a short phone hearing in which his deputy clerk said he'd respond to SQU scheduling requests in writing. Combs faces up to 10 years in prison for each of his two convictions for interstate transportation for the purpose of prostitution. But prosecutors say their preliminary calculation of this standard range under U.S. sentencing Commission guidelines is 51 to 63 months, although Diddy's lawyers say it's 21 to 27 months. Prosecutors didn't include in it their 51 to 63 month calculation, but they said they plan to seek a four point enhancement in Combs's offense level, which is a key component of federal sentencing for offenses involving fraud or coercion. Let me stop right there. The prosecution is seeking a four point enhancement of Diddy's of his sin of his sentence. That is huge because that will add the extra three or four years that we're talking about here. And they want to put into the fact that it's because of the fraud and coercion aspect. And if that goes down, according to this article, if Judge Subramanian agrees, then that would increase com standard range from to from 78 months to 97 months, which sounds a lot better to me. Yeah, well they said they saying 97 months actually. Yeah, well Dicky was late. But what his notifications are on though, so eight years. Prosecutors also indicated they may seek other enhancements because they haven't had adequate time to carefully consider all potential applicable guideline provisions. So we just talking about 80 years right now? Yes, it's actually definitely. It's about. It's not about praying for nobody's downfall. It's about if somebody violated and dog walked your daughter, you would want justice. You know, y', all, y' all act like victims don't have no, no don't deserve anything. What do you mean praying for somebody downfall and they 50 year olds beating the out of women at 50 year old. You don't have to pray for their, their downfall. They're already contributing to their downfall. I, I'll be very, I'm very disappointed. People like lashonda because what that lets me know is man, if he got some money and fame, he can beat the hell out of any woman around you. Your daughter, your mama, your auntie, your cousin. As long as he got a little money, any little fame, he can violate and beat the hell out of all y' all women in your family. Well, I' ma tell you, this family don't touch ours. I don't give a damn how much money you got. I don't care how famous you is. I don't care if you're black, white, red, Asian, whatever you are. You come messing with our women, we you up and we making sure you are held accountable. We don't give a about somebody talking about praying on somebody's downfall. And I'm watching them at 50 years old in 4k pound and beat the hell out of a a 60 pound woman. You don't have to pray on that person's downfall. They're already praying on their own downfall. Get a clue why we ain't ain't praying for. I mean Wilson's downfall. Why we ain't praying for John Legend's downfall? Why we ain't praying for Michael Jordan's downfall? Why we ain't praying for. Why weren't we praying for any of these other people? LeBron James downfall, Tiger Woods Downfall. Why we not praying? Y' all act like it's on Diddy is. It's a lot of millionaire black millionaires with money who ain't doing, who ain't breaking the law. Why are we not uplifting them and try instead of trying to find excuses for a woman beater, a violator, a manipulator, a bully. Why we not praying for none of them guys Downfall. Why they not on 4k beating the hell out of women? That is the most tired sorry excuse I'M hearing. I'm tired of it. Because if, if Diddy, I'm sure if he put hands, feet and paws on Lashanda's daughter or Lashonda's mama Diddy, she wouldn't give a damn about nobody praying on somebody's downfall. We ain't Talking about some 19 year old kid who made a mistake or 21 year old kid who was in a toxic relationship and had a little scuffle with a woman. We Talking about a 50 year old man doing this. Take that praying on somebody downfall and, and shove it where the sun don't shine. I don't want to hear it. The guy, the guy that bought Bet I forgot. I can't think of his name right now. But there are so many wealthy successful men who are law abiding citizens. We should be uplifting them instead of trying to find excuses. Excuses for pieces of. I' ma just say it just straight like that. It ain't got nothing to do with him having money or not having money because I don't give a damn. Lashonda, if your husband or your son or, or yo, any man in your family was doing this, I would be calling his ass out too. Just so happens Diddy's ass is the topic of discussion. But I don't respect nobody who beat the hell out of women. I don't respect nobody who manipulate women 30 years younger than them. Nobody I don't respect none of. And I don't respect nobody that try to stand up for them because they lost. Anybody that says we praying on the downfall is lost point blank. No other way to say it. And I ain't gonna never bend or sacrifice my morals or none of that because like I told y' all one thing. The women around me gonna know. They know they protected. Ask them. The women around me don't worry about because I don't care if you got money, you don't got money. I don't care who you are. Minds get protected. I'm not blinded by celebrity. And oh let me let this guy because he, because he a wealthy man. Let me let him beat the hell out of all my women and, and, and tell everybody don't pray for his downfall. The that's so disappointing but helps me. It makes me appreciate that I got a platform to check when they say dumb. I really appreciate that about having this platform. I really appreciate being able to verbalize stuff that needs to be verbalized. Anybody telling me to let up, let a man beat the hell out of and violate a woman because that's me praying on my. On somebody downfall can kiss my ass. That's all I'm gonna say. I'm leave it at that. I'm gonna continue in this article. But think before you talk and think before you type. Because if you telling me that you gonna let somebody beat the hell out of your daughter or your mama or your auntie or your grandmama because they got money and you gonna be telling everybody, hey, y' all don't pray on their downfall, I don't believe that to be the case. So if you wouldn't do it for your family, don't. On the next person's family because they got somebody that love them too. Continue in this before I was rudely interrupted by dumbass comments. I don't like that comment. I'm sorry. That's the stupidest comment. I could rattle off a hundred men, black men, white men, who got money and they just follow the law. But we don't talk about them. We don't uplift them. We try to find excuses for degenerates. And I'm tired of it. So let's continue. The defense sentencing position is due September 19th, and prosecutors are to file their position on September 26th. Prosecutors detail their preliminary 51 to 63 month range. In a filing last week, Prosecutors cite a U.S. sentencing Commission guideline that was amended in November 2024 to exclude acquitted conduct from being considered relevant conduct at sentencing. Good morning. Exquisite. The acquittal on the trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion charges indicates the jury agreed it was, but that it isn't enough to stop prosecutors from seeking more prison time to. For the transportation convicted convictions. Because Cones use fraud or coercion to commit the crimes. Yeah, so. Yeah, exactly. And, and, and. And saying that your. Your. Your opinion is trash is also my opinion. It's my opinion that what you're saying, Lashonda, is complete bullshit. So don't get your feelings hurt now. We all saying our opinions. We all got them. My opinion is about your opinion. That opinion is trash. And if any man around me, my son, my dad, my uncle did anything this diddy did, I be shamed. Raise your bar a little bit, Lashonda. Raise your bar because there's people watching you. And you telling women around you that they don't. They. They ain't valuable worth a. And you telling the man around you, whether they're young man or old man, that it's okay to violate women. Just make sure you got a couple dollars. Just make sure you got some money. So that's the message you're sending Lashonda, Just, just so you probably don't even know that that's the message you're sending. Be aware of. Prosecutors eight page filing last week cites the overlapping evidence on the trafficking and transportation charges when arguing that much of this conduct is not included in the guidelines definition of acquitted conduct and may be relevant to the guidelines calculation. They warn, however, the government requires additional time to consider any other potential enhancements or cross reference that they may be applicable. Bottom line is the prosecution is going for not only eight years right now, they got eight years in their bag, but they're trying to go for more. They trying to push that thing to ten years or more. And I think they're gonna get it. I think they're gonna get it. When explaining the 51 to 63 month range, prosecutors said evidence at trial show Combs transported seven escorts across state lines for paid sex. So Even setting aside Ms. Ventura and Jane, Combs's offense level must increase by the maximum allowed for the number of victims, which is five and will put him at 19 instead of 14. That's where they getting that extra time because they said he had seven victims, they're going after his ass. So basically by the guidelines, I'm not going to go through the whole articles, it's very long winded. But basically they breaking down the calculations and they. Right as of right now they're looking at six to eight years. But they're doing more digging and more digging and they trying to get that thing up to 10 years, y', all, I believe 10 years plus. And the way to judge, as pissed as the judge is, and then hearing about all the tampering and the, the, the, the, the information that came from the chef talking about right after the feds visited her. If you remember, Diddy's former chef was supposed to testify but she got harassed by so much by Diddy, she was scared and didn't even testify. The judge is hearing about all this, so don't be surprised. Yeah, I just mentioned the witness tampering. Don't be surprised if they give diddy close to 10 years and as they, as they work on more charges. Yeah, they had so much extra evidence they could have used to convict them. I don't know if I, I don't know if going for RICO may have been a mistake. They, they could have just pinned them on the guns and all the, all the, all the like obvious charges. But like I said, Diddy has so much illegal activity going on. They may still, they got a lot of stuff they can still bring two time Felon. But it's. It's definitely. Like I said, don't be surprised if more charges come to Diddy. Don't be surprised. Oh, yeah, Yeah, I will. I'm glad you brought that up, because I definitely didn't. The people outside the courtroom were a perfect representation of the devils and demons that this case brought out. If you. If you didn't know what type of devilish following and what type of demon energy did he had, you knew it when you looked outside that courtroom. People dousing each other with baby oil. They were attacking and harassing Tisa Tails. They were attacking Tisa Tails of female journalist who doesn't do anything but work hard. You. You can agree with her or you can disagree with her, but they were yelling and screaming at her, y'. All. It was not meant for me to. Well, I don't know, because they probably wouldn't have did nothing. But can y' all imagine if I was. If. If they would have been trying to harass me outside that courtroom? But see, they wouldn't have. See, that's why I say these people are cowards. They will harass Tisa Tails. I bet you every dollar that you got in the bank and that to my every dollar I got in the bank that they wouldn't harass me. I guarantee you none of them men who were harassing Teeth Tails and pouring baby all over the place, I guarantee y' all that they would not have with me. I'm telling y' all that. And that's why another thing that pissed me off. Excuse me. Tita tells ain't doing nothing but doing her job. And you have men out there, like, while she's on live, trying to, trying to, trying to. While she's on live, trying to give her coverage and do her job, you got men harassing her. Yeah, they harassed Rotten Mango. Thanks for bringing that up. But look at. Look who all they harassed. Just pay attention, y'. All. This is the Diddy energy. This called little Diddy energy. You know how they got big Diddy energy? This little Diddy energy. All of these women getting harassed. You don't see one person harass me. I was right up in the courtroom. I was all in the cafeteria. I was all up in everybody face. When I was filming. Y' all saw me. Beach girl says Ratchet TV wants to be Tisa. Yeah, but ain't it funny that Rotten Mango and all these females getting harassed. But I'm like, the loudest. I talk about Diddy worse than anybody. I didn't get harassed. Not one time nobody uttered a single word. No one even raised their voice towards me. So this was a, a story where all the cowards, all the cowards who put their hands on women and they think it's right. That's why they were behind Diddy. They think this is cool. They had to feel good about all the women they bullied. So they needed Diddy to get off so they can feel like what they're doing is right. That's why you saw the exact shit play out outside the courtroom and inside the courtroom with Rotten Mango getting harassed. Tisa Tails damn near getting into a fight with guys. That's the crazy part. This wasn't even like women arguing with women. This is guys harassing women. But they won't say nothing to me. But they won't say nothing. They won't say Nothing to the shirtless, 6 3,240 pound guy who don't give a. They won't say nothing to me. That's why I just walk around smiling because I ain't worried about none of them. I ain't no bully, so I stay out of everybody way because y' all know I hate bullies. So I would never be a bully. But you better leave me alone. But that's what I'm saying. All these women getting harassed and threatened and all of that. And ain't nobody said a fucking word to me. They wouldn't even look at me. I don't like that. I told y' all from the beginning I don't like bullies. I never liked bullies. I didn't like bullies when I was a kid. The only people who had heart to troll me is the people who live in the comments. Like I told you in the comments, they John Bone Jones, they the boogeyman in the comments. But in person, I, I never see these guys. I never see these guys or hear from these guys in person. I was in the epicenter of the Diddy trial, smiling, being on live, talking to my community. And they, they actually fucking invited me to a Diddy party. So I just don't get it, man. I don't like that. I, I would never bully women. Y'. All, Y'. All. Yeah. Like you said, Melissa. A bunch of boneheads. Yeah. With no face. They want to get in the comments and, and, and, and, and say all kind of stuff in capital letters. But where are they at in person? In person they harassing Tisa Tails and Rotten Mango and, and Diddy and all of them harassing all these meek, these women who not even doing nothing but Just doing their job. It's sickening, y'. All. It's sickening. So thank you for bringing up the. The. The. The. The. The outside. Yeah, I love. Don't y' all love Allison's picture? Oh, that's a happy. Now, them some happy people right there. Check this out, y'. All. That's happiness right there. That's what we talking about. We trying to bring happiness. So, y', all, how the hell. How the hell they gonna try to tell us after all this time? Ain't no damn Epstein list. They think we dumber than a box of rocks. So you mean to tell me, all these years, they keep talking about bringing us an Epstein list? We got Ghislaine, who I nicknamed Jiz Lane. We got her locked up for a client list in a case that never existed. And on top of no client list existing, which means no case existed, basically. On top of that, Jeffrey Epstein unalived itself behind no list. So it's no list, huh? They getting even more flagrant with the. So they just said, you know what? Ain't no list. They'll buy anything. That's what they saying. Hey, the American people will believe anything. Just tell them, ain't no list now, huh? So we didn't get no Diddy list. We didn't get no Epstein list. We praying that Diddy get more years. We out of all these cases. Jeffrey Epstein, Diddy, and Harvey and all this. All we got is a bunch of misdemeanors. No list. We've been arguing. I've been getting videos taken down on Tick Tock, calling them out about this list. They kept announcing, hey, we gonna drop the list this day. We gonna drop the list this day. We gonna drop the list this day. And finally they just say, you know what? Oopsie. Ain't no list. Oopsie daisy. We thought it was a list, but it ain't no list. We thought it was a list. Y' all thought it was a list. We just got locked up for no reason. And. And Jeffrey Epstein done unalived himself for no reason because it ain't no list. Ain't no case, ain't no island, ain't no. This is why I am independent. This is why I'm independent. And we can't just put this on Trump. We got to put this on all the administrations. We got to put this on everybody who has been in office Since. What was it, 2019. Everybody had a chance to reveal this list, and nobody did. I don't trust none of those bastards. Like I always tell Y', all, I hope for the best. I don't want to see no president fail. Because if a president fail, then we fail and we get the brunt of it. We feel the brunt of it because they ass rich, so they good either way. So I don't hope any president fails. But I don't trust they ass. So I like to stay independent because I'm watching all they ass. I don't care if it's Trump. I don't care if it's Biden. I don't care if it's Kamala. I don't care if it's Barack. I don't care if it's. If it's Bernie Sanders or whatever his name is. My job is to be the voice of the people. I don't ever have to change. I love it that way. That's why it's funny. People always put. Put you in a box when, when, when. When Elon Musk and Trump first hooked up. If y' all been around long enough and y' all been following my social media, y' all will remember that I said that Trump and Elon Musk were going to fall out. Oh, when I said that, I had all I had. I caught flack from the Trump supporters. I caught flack from the Elon supporters. I had motherfuckers telling me I need to stick to this and stick to that, and I don't know what I'm talking about. Well, like I always say, Mr. Told you so, Flo was right again. And a lot of those Trump supporters and a lot of those Elon supporters immediately jumped down my throat because they saw a black man and just assumed I was a Kamala supporter or I was a Democrat. So they jumped down my back, not knowing I'm independent. I don't trust none of them. So I figure it is more beneficial for me to help the people as to stay independent out of autumn politics and just judge them for what they are. If they're doing a good job, pat their ass on the back. If they doing a terrible job and they being fraudulent and shady, call they ass out. I told you, when the election was going on, the Republicans and the Democrats tried to buy my platform. They both offered me $20,000 to get on board, and I left them both on red because I don't want to ever be on this, on here saying, just because somebody done paid me, now I gotta go along with you. What you saying? I'm not doing that. I don't like doing that. I. I would never say stuff just because Somebody want me to say it. I have to be free to say what the truth is and what my truth is and how I feel, or I don't want to do this. But see, that's what happened when you judge people and you. And you prejudge them and you don't even understand. Now, I was completely right, and I'm completely fair because I'm not on neither side. I just look at case by case, whatever's going on, and I give my people the facts and I say how I feel. I don't have to just go with the Democrats because I'm a Democrat. I don't have to just go with the Republicans because I'm a Republican. I can look at everything at face value and tell you what the fuck I think. And I love that. But all the Elon and Trump supporters that was jumping down my back, they don't give me no apology. They don't. They don't send me no messages saying, hey, Flo, we jumped down your back and your throat for no reason because look where we are. Not everybody mad. I got Trump supporters mad because of things Trump doing. I got Elon Musk supporters mad. Everybody mad. But when I said that Trump and Elon were gonna fall out, and. And. And. And mark my words, y' all tried to fry me. But see, you can't cook me. You can't cook me. I cook y'. All. And so I want my flowers because I took a lot. I don't know if a lot of y' all was around. I even had people in the community hitting me up, talking about. They disappointed in me saying that about Elon and Trump, and. And they. They don't want to subscribe. I was like, take your subscription and kick fucking rocks. You can't sit up here and listen to me talk about Diddy and Tyler Perry and all that. And soon as I. Oh, God forbid I talk about Elon or Trump. Nah, that's just too far. If you sit up here and enjoy me talking about everybody else, like Tyler Perry and Diddy and Jay Z and all this, but you don't. But you get offended soon as I mention Elon and Trump. I don't want this. Not for you. Because I call it straight up and down, like 6:30. I'm gonna say that a little louder for the people in the back. I call everything straight up and down. It goes both ways. Like 6:30. And if you don't know what I mean, if you got a clock with hands on it, see where the hands at when it's 6:30. I call it like I see it. And 99 times out of a hundred, I'm dead on. And now, just like I said, Trump and Elon went nuclear. Trump then called Elon a train wreck. Elon Musk done started his old fucking American party, but last I checked, he ain't even a fucking American. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a non American starting an American party is a little funny to me. But anyway, he done started his own party. He done called out Trump. Elon called out Trump for being on the Epstein list. Then he deleted the tweet, said he apologized, but now he talking about banning. One of Trump's people is on the Epstein list. This is just got out of control. And guess who got to suffer? Us. While we got to watch these two egomaniacs go at it. We got to suffer. And whatever comes out of this, we gonna have to deal with. I can remember that they said women were too emotional to run the country. Trump and Elon seem pretty emotional to me. This is why I'm independent, y'. All. This is why I just want to be somebody who is the voice of the people. I don't want to be a Democrat. I don't want to be a Republican. I don't want to be no American party or whatever the fuck Elon is doing. I just want to stay independent and represent the people and what the people, the voices and what we need to be what. What we need heard. And that's a much more comfortable role for me because I don't like this political. This politics has just went. We always knew politics was. Was shitty, but it's at an all time low right now. It's at an all time low. The. The Israel, Palestine thing was a clusterfuck. It's just been too much, y'. All. And now here we are, we got two egomaniacs going at it. Nobody wants to bend or fold. Elon starting a whole party. Now, where does this go? Because now they saying Elon is looking into the Epstein thing, which I want the Epstein thing, the truth to come out, y'. All. But let me tell you what I don't like. I don't like how Elon Musk was rocking with Trump all this time, spending all this money, all his resources all up his ass, and now, because Trump ain't doing what Elon want him to do, not Eli exposing him and talking about he on the Epstein list. Well, did you know that Trump was, quote, unquote, on the Epstein list when you was pushing him? And. And. And so Far biz ass. We couldn't even see you. You using all your resources allegedly. People think you rigged the election with all this Starlink bullshit you got going on now because Trump don't do what you want him to do. Now you exposing them. See, I don't respect that because whatever information you think you knew, you know Elon Musk. And I'm talking to you, your rich ass. Whatever you know about Trump now you knew about Trump then. Now of course I, I, I want the Epstein stuff to get exposed. So if Elon goes on this expose, the Epstein list, quote, crusade, I'm here for it and I'm gonna give y' all all the information. But I'm just calling out something. I don't like whether Elon do it or whether anybody do it. I don't like when somebody rock with somebody and be all up somebody's behind and all behind them and putting up money and, and all of that. And then as soon as they don't do what you want, now you exposing them, now they this, now they that, now that it was on the Epstein list but you weren't saying none of that before when you felt like it was lying in your pockets and it was giving you power. See, a lot of people don't know I was a big Elon fan. I, I was one of the first people with a Tesla. The hundred thousand dollar Tesla. The real the, the X. I mean not the X, the S. I was talking about Elon Musk back in 2017 when people didn't even know who that, they didn't even know what the, that name they was like who the hell is that? I was one of the first people with a Tesla. What was it, 2017? You can look at my old pictures, had a white on white Tesla. I'm always been into technology and all of that, so I like that Elon was bringing electric cars. I, I love it. The Tesla drove itself. Everybody was always wanting to see my Tesla and this and that. So it's funny that a lot of the Elon supporters who try to jump down my throat ain't even been an Elon. So I've been knowing and talking about and knowing about Elon five years before them. I just call it how I see it. I don't get caught up in who somebody is and that clouds my judgment. I call it for what it is, Elon. I, I like Elon when I bought that Tesla back in 2017. 2017, 2018. But this recent thing and I'm not condemning and I'm really Not even condemned. I. I don't. I don't like what none of them doing. But like I said, it really rubs me the wrong way that Elon was so much behind Trump and. And all of that when his pockets were getting lined and everything he wanted was happening. And then now that Trump is not doing some shit Elon want him to do. Now it's. Now it's. I'm starting a new party now. It's you on the Epstein list. Like, come on, bro. That's why I can't trust none of them. I watch them all like a freaking hawk. And I'm for the people. That makes it simple to me. I look at the. I. I look at the people. I say, what y' all want to talk, what y' all need exposed or what y' all need verbalize. Okay? That's it. All right? Boom. Then I go say it. Then I go look it up. That's simple to me. I found that out. It's much more simple, much more rewarding, and much more organic if. If you just. If I just stay with the people, then I don't have to worry about it. You get mad because I call out Trump or call out Elon or call out Kamala or call out Diddy or everybody I call out has somebody who get mad. If you get mad because I call out a certain person. Kick rocks. Because I've told everybody from the beginning, your hero could get called out on this show. So don't wait for it to happen if that's gonna hurt your feelings. Ariba Diri. Right now, I don't. Ain't nobody off limits. There was a time when Diddy and Jay Z were my heroes, and I called him out. You think I'm gonna call out the rest of these y' all heroes? You think y' all heroes ain't gonna get called out? I'm sitting up here calling out my heroes. I went to a million Diddy concerts, a million Jay Z concerts. Had a bad boy chain when I was a teenager. But he. But he. But he. But he. But I found out he ain't right. He foul. And I called him out. It hurt to call him out. So if I'm gonna do that, like I said, and I've said from the beginning of this podcast and on my social media, if you gonna be hurt when. Yo, if your hero get called out, you can hit the door. Now. Don't wait for it to happen, because I'm telling you what's gonna happen. Because if I see some or smell something not right they ask, getting called out. I don't care who love them. That is why it's called the Flow show no Filter. Like I say, this ain't the flow show a little bit of filter or the Flow show an itty bitty amount of filter or the Flow show a lot of filter. No, this is the Flow show no filter. No filter. Meaning anybody can get it if they need to. I'm a voice of the people. And. And I'm going to speak for the people. I'm not a voice for the elite. I'm not a voice for celebrities. I'm not a voice for the super duper privilege. I'm not a voice for their ass. I am a voice of and for the people. If you can't handle that, you already know what to do. I don't have to say it. So much love to the Flow community for always having my back and understanding. My heart is always on the right side of history. My heart and morals are always on the right side of history. I don't give a damn what no verdict say. I don't give a damn what no politicians say. I don't give a damn what nobody say. I lead with my heart and then I follow with my mind. That's what I do. And it ain't led me wrong yet. And I don't believe it's gonna ever lead me wrong. But at the end of the day, I want the Epstein list. Don't tell me ain't no damn list. Hey, Beach Girl said, thanks for the info. We love you, Flow. I love y' all more. Cause y' all rock with me through thick, through thin. Angie say, we love you, Flow for that. I love you too, Angie. Love y' all more. Y' all come in here and y' all tune in. We've been loving on each other from the time we started this podcast. We. We just don't take no shit. I said it from the very first episode. If you've been around since the first episode. I ended the very first podcast episode with, I love y', all, but I'm out. Because no matter what, I might be stern, my language might be a little rough for some people, but y' all know. Y' all feel the love. Y' all know it's real love. Y' all know I'mma bust my ass to make sure it's a show. And every day except for holidays. But if it ain't a holiday, y' all know my ass gonna be on this microphone, on this laptop, bringing y' all the flow show no filter. Why? Because I appreciate that y' all support me and y' all support me. I'm gonna make sure I get my ass up and be on here every freaking day that I'm supposed to be. That's real love. I don't take nobody for granted. I tired as hell today because because of this Vegas time zone. And y' all know I was out in Vegas working and vacationing and doing shows at 4, 4am, 4:30am to stay on time. Then I get here, I'm on Vegas time. But ain't nothing gonna stop me from popping on here for a good hour to hour and 20 minutes and talking to my people because it's therapeutic. And when we hear this crazy, it feels good to have a place that I can come to and talk to y' all and figure this out together. So once again, thank you for everybody for tuning in. Yes. Yep. We got. They can kick rocks with flip flops. If you're not down with that. Who? Somebody just said it for me. I don't even have to say it. They say you can kick rocks with flip flops. I think I missed the comments, but I'm gonna continue to dig into this. I think this Epstein, Elon Musk, Trump stuff is going to be. I think it's going to be a lot to this y', all. So I'm gonna be looking in it. There you go. I like how you put that. Fire. Fire Glory. I like how you put that. That's exactly what I was saying. But I like this is well put. Elon was a Trumper until it no longer benefited him. Shaking my head. Flow Preach exactly what I'm saying. And I don't like that. And I'm gonna call you out. I'm not gonna just rah, rah, rah you. Cause you. Cause you calling for the Epstein list and you calling out Trump for being on the Epstein list. I ain't about to grab my chip. I ain't grabbing my pom poms for Elon Musk because you doing the same shit that we don't like about politics and about you elite. Y' all are phony. And y' all will ride with something until it don't benefit y'. All. Now all hell break loose. But you just expose yourself for being phony the whole time. And I think that's a perfect note. Fire Glory. I want that to be the last statement said I will continue even though I'm tired of diddy ass. No Diddy. I'm gonna continue to follow up because I believe there are going to be some huge developments in this Diddy trial, y'. All. I believe that I'm gonna have to be on top of this Epstein, Epstein, Elon and Trump situation, because no matter what's going on, it's even bigger than the Epstein files. If these two are going at it, I need to see what the hell going on and what we need to be bracing ourselves for and what message we need to be getting out to the world, because this is two of the biggest, most powerful men in the world. Actually, you know, just keeping it real. Elon and Trump are two of the most powerful. Two very, very powerful men. And with them going at war like this, who knows what's next? So, like, like, like, like she said, expect the worst, hope for the best. Somebody said Trump and Epstein were best friends for decades. Chrissy said they're covering up. I'm. And I'm already Angie says, and I'm Audi 1 live to all, one love to all. My flow show fam. Breakfast crew. Yes, yes, yes. Thank you. Thank you so much. Lucida says, thank you. I really appreciate your platform, how you simplify and clarify to give a better understanding. Yeah, I try to. I try to simplify it so that we all can understand it and we all can chime in. It is no, it's. No, it's no reason has to be complicated because at the end of the day, all we all care about are the core values and what is really going on. We don't need all the word salad and all the complicated innuendo and all that. People trying to. People just be. Trying to make themselves look smarter than they are by making shit sound complicated. That's not what I do. I like to break it down to its simplest form so we all can chime in and we all can communicate. So let's get to our mouse in the chat. Anitra says, I'm Anita Cuzzo says, I'm out. Angie said, love you, Melissa. So much love in the in the flow community. Don't you just feel the love? Tell her. Everybody tell. Say, we love Shauna. Can we get. Can we get Shauna some love? Her shoulder hurt. Hey, let's pray for Shauna's shoulder in the. In the. In the. In the chat. Her shoulder hurt a little bit. She says, I'm out. Somebody said, peace and love crew. Lily says I'm all peace and love to all. Thanks for all you do, Flow. Oh, I. I really appreciate it. I appreciate it that y' all appreciate it. Melissa. Melissa says we love Shauna. Yes, we all love Shauna, nature said we appreciate all that you do. I'm. I'm. I feel the appreciation, y', all, and that's what makes me gets my ass up at the crack of dawn and get on here. Alyssa Fagan says sending love to Shauna. Angie says flowers for Shauna, praying for his shoulders, trying to heart. Great day flow in the Breakfast crew. Much love to everybody out there. I'm about to be look and prayers for the flood victims before I get out of here. And definitely y', all, I am going to be looking into this Elon Trump situation and the Epstein files and seeing if anything crazy coming out of it. I gonna be watching it closely along with the diddy stuff. So tune in tomorrow. We will be at our regular time. My body will be adjusted. So we will be here at 7:30am on the dot. I promise you. Ella Ellison says we out. So. Hey, what if I told you I love y', all, but I am. Oh, get you a subscription. Oh, let me put the subscription. Because everybody always tell me, like, why you don't got the subscription every time I forget. So before I get out of here, false alarm. Let me put the subscription link in the chat before I leave, y', all, before I let you go, Before I let you go. Let me put the subscription in the chat, y'. All. Before I let you go, before I let you go, let. Let me put the subscription link in y'. All. So this is the subscription link. This is the subscription link. It's in the chat. If you want to subscribe, if you want to keep this podcast afloat, keep the lights on. Go ahead, put it in your banner. Yeah, I'm gonna put in a banner, but it's. It's such a long thing. It's kind of hard to. Kind of hard to read. So I might. I'll put in a banner, but it might be a little confusing. But at any rate, it is in the chat and it is in the notes. It's always in the notes. It's in the YouTube notes, it's in the Facebook notes, and it's in the show notes for Apple and Spotify. So much love to everybody. Thank you. I appreciate the love, the love for Shauna. We're gonna pray our shoulder get better. And all of y', all, let's try this again. I love y', all, but I'm. Oh, what if I told you.
Podcast Summary: The Flo Show, No Filter
Episode Title: Exposed: Diddy's Prison Time, Elon vs Trump, and the Missing Epstein List
Host: Flo
Release Date: July 9, 2025
In this compelling episode of The Flo Show, No Filter, host Flo delves deep into three hot-button topics: the impending sentencing of music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, the escalating feud between Elon Musk and Donald Trump, and the elusive Epstein client list. With an unwavering commitment to uncovering the truth, Flo engages her community in a candid discussion, providing insightful analysis and sharing exclusive perspectives.
Flo begins by addressing the latest developments in Sean Combs' legal saga. Referencing an article by journalist Megan Kundiff, she highlights startling information regarding Combs' potential prison time.
Flo (22:15): "Megan's article says feds indicate at least six to eight years in prison as judge finalizes Diddy's sentencing date."
This marks a significant shift from earlier speculations ranging from time served to five years, providing a more concrete timeline.
Flo expresses her skepticism about the defense's sudden acceptance of the October 3rd sentencing date, suggesting strategic maneuvering by Combs' legal team.
Flo (35:40): "I believe something's going on... Maybe they need time to clear something up or convince the judge of something."
She draws parallels to the notorious case of John Gotti, who faced multiple acquittals before eventual conviction, suggesting a similar pattern may emerge with Combs.
A significant portion of the discussion centers on alleged misconduct by jurors in Combs' trial. Flo shares alarming reports about jurors discussing the case outside deliberations, undermining the integrity of the verdict.
Flo (45:30): "This alternate juror said this was a takedown of Diddy, but the judge clearly told you to disregard that."
She underscores the potential for additional charges or extended sentencing due to these irregularities, emphasizing the possibility of more legal troubles for Combs.
Flo breaks down the prosecution's approach, detailing their intent to seek a four-point enhancement in Combs' offense level, which could significantly increase his prison time.
Flo (1:05:20): "The prosecution is seeking a four-point enhancement... If Judge Subramanian agrees, that would increase Combs' standard range to 97 months."
She anticipates that prosecutors may pursue further enhancements, potentially pushing Combs' sentence to ten years or more.
Flo passionately addresses the ongoing mystery surrounding the Epstein client list, expressing frustration over the lack of transparency.
Flo (1:15:50): "They say, ‘Ain’t no list,’... It’s no list, huh? They think we dumber than a box of rocks."
She criticizes multiple administrations for failing to release the list, highlighting systemic issues of corruption and cover-ups.
Flo emphasizes the necessity of holding all political figures accountable, regardless of party affiliation.
Flo (1:25:10): "We got to put this on all the administrations since 2019. What was it, 2019... I don't trust none of those bastards."
Her independent stance underscores her commitment to truth over political allegiance.
The episode transitions to the high-profile conflict between Elon Musk and Donald Trump. Flo recounts their initial support for each other and the subsequent fallout.
Flo (1:30:45): "Trump and Elon were going to fall out... Mr. Told you so, Flo was right again."
She highlights Musk's departure from traditional American politics by starting his own party, exacerbating tensions with Trump.
Flo speculates on the connection between Musk's feud with Trump and the Epstein case, suggesting that Musk's actions could further expose hidden truths.
Flo (1:40:20): "If Elon goes on this expose, the Epstein list, quote, crusade, I'm here for it."
She anticipates significant revelations and the potential impact on the broader narrative surrounding Epstein.
Flo sheds light on the harassment faced by female journalists covering Combs' trial, particularly Tisa Tails and Rotten Mango.
Flo (1:50:35): "They were harassing Tisa Tails and Rotten Mango... It's sickening."
She contrasts this with her own experiences, noting the absence of harassment directed towards her despite her outspoken stance.
Flo vehemently condemns the behavior of those who harass and threaten women journalists, emphasizing the importance of protecting women in the media.
Flo (2:00:10): "I don't respect nobody who beats the hell out of women. I don't respect nobody who manipulate women... We protecting our women."
Her commitment to standing against such harassment highlights her dedication to supporting vulnerable voices.
Throughout the episode, Flo reiterates her independence from political parties, positioning herself as a voice that speaks truth without bias.
