One of the craziest things I heard or not crazy but I know Diddy is is pissed about this. He has to be a a registered drug offender. I mean I'm drug offender. Sean Diddy Combs, the hip hop mogul sentenced to 50 months in prison on two interstate prostitution convictions, faces strict conditions after his release. According to court documents filed on Wednesday, which was yesterday, Combs will be under supervised release for five years. The document says. No, I know. I'm not in a bad mood. Even after he finishes this 50 month term, Combs will be supervised, will have supervised release for five years. After the 50 months, he will be required to attend regular meetings with his probation officer and refrain from drug use. With the drug test taken within 15 days after his release and two periodic tests after that time frame. The Grammy winning rapper must participate in an outpatient program that includes testing, an outpatient mental health treatment program and an approved program for domestic violence. According to the seven page filing, Combs, along with his probation officer will be allowed to his. His probation officer will be allowed to drop in on him unannounced at any time and he must live at a location approved by the probation department. He also must submit to a search of himself as well as his property, his residence, his vehicle, his papers, computers and cell phones, but only when there's a reasonable suspicion that he has violated a condition of his release. In other words, they're gonna be on his ass like white on rice. They gonna be on Diddy's ass like white on rice according to this paperwork. Now remember, this is after his 50 month term. So after he does his 50 months, minus his good time, good, good behavior, time off and all that crap, he still got five years of the feds up his ass. No did it. They will be checking all his. He cannot own, possess or get access to any firearms, any ammunition, any destructive device or any dangerous weapon he is not allowed to have. He will also be required to say bless you to flow every time he sneezes. No, he not gonna, he's not required to tell me bless, bless you. But he will also be required to work at least 30 hours a week like the average everyday peasant like me and the rest of the world. He got to work 30 hours a week and he is forbidden to communicate with anyone involved in criminal activity. So he has to work like an average Joe Schmo for 30 hours a week. Representatives from the Combs estate did not immediately respond to requests for a comment. In other words, they pissed whenever. Don't respond as much as, as much as Diddy's attorneys and his people always on speed dial to respond to some. When it's a. Additionally, you must not Directly cause or encourage anyone else to have such contact with the victim. You must give probation officer access to any requested financial information. Sean Diddy Combs has been ordered to hand over his infamous Freak off tapes as part of the terms of his recent sentencing in a federal prostitution related case. The embattled music mogul was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, violations of the Man act and sentenced earlier this month to 50 months in federal prison, including time served. According to all hip hop, Combs must relinquish various digital physical items containing footage of sexual acts involving Combs and others. He must also fork over the $9,000 in cash found on him during his September arrest. These items are now in the custody of U.S. customs and Border Protection. They include multiple laptops, hard drives, USB sticks, iPhones, iPads, and notably the Ibiza tapes, a collection of footage recorded during a 1996 trip to the island of Ibiza. The Ibiza tapes, filmed on a Sony DVC DV cam in 1996, are believed to be part of a broader scheme in which Combs recruited male escorts for private sex parties he called Freak Offs. Witnesses testify that Combs often observed and recorded the encounters without participating. The parties alleged involved drugs and were held in various locations, including during his Ibiza, Spain trip, a destination known for its nightlife and where combs performed in 2010 along his girlfriend alongside his girlfriend K at the time, Cassie. Jones says he was pressured or forced to solicit and perform sex acts with other people, including sex workers. What type of environment is this? He includes claims under the Trafficking Victims Protection act alleging that Combs and his associates use coercion, fraud and force to cause him to engage in commercial sex act. He also asserted RICO that Combs operated a broader criminal enterprise involving sex trafficking and drug trafficking. Also, Little Ride said Diddy, cheap ass didn't pay him. He didn't get paid. Now the court. What, what has the court already ruled on? Well, in March 2025, a judge dismissed five out of the nine claims in Jones's complaint. Among those dismissed were the RICO breach of contract claims and some emotional distress claims. How ever. However the court let stand the sexual assault claims, premise liability and TVPA claims against Diddy and his and his chief of staff Christina Korn. You are definitely not going to get away scot free. And I believe it's this little ride case that's gonna bring your ass right back where you belong. Now the judge had criticized parts parts of Joan's filing, saying it lacked some legal precision. This is which is why he dismissed the RICO claims. Now it's multiple dependents on here. Defendants Sean Combs, of course, Justin Combs, Christina Corm, various record companies like Motown Universal, etc. And there are some John and Jane does along with some corporate entities in this case. And, and, and like I said, in a couple days. I don't know if it's today. Well, hold on. Today it's tomorrow, I believe. Isn't it tomorrow when they start discovery or whatever? The 17th, October 17th. I believe it's tomorrow. But again, just to, just to reiterate what the judge dismissed. The judge dismissed the RICO claims, the emotional distress claims, the contract breach claims, but the court is allowing the sexual assault claims. Non consensual touching, et cetera, to move forward. Premises liability, claims liability for what happens to the defendant's premise and other claims. So what, what survive and what gets to discover? Well, since the judge allowed certain claims to survive, those become the focus of discovery. Discovery. For those who don't know, discovery is the pre trial phase, when parties exchange documents, take depositions, interrogations of the claims that survive. So in this particular case with little Rod Jones, sexual assault, battery, and unwanting touches, premise liability, premises liability, and trafficking, and any other trafficking claims will all be a part of the discovery. Now, the claims that were dismissed do not, of course, common sense let us know that the claims that are dismissed do not have to be a part of discovery. And so the ruling means that the parties will now litigate over evidence supporting the remaining claims. Medical records, communications, internal documents, and witness statements. In other words, this is heating up. It's heating up. I'm telling y'. All. See, it's almost like the feds get free, free work with these cases because it's like it's not money coming out of their pockets, but they have a whole other entity investigating the hell out of this. And then when fans find something they can use, they can just cherry pick. So. Which is why I keep reiterating that I don't think the worst. The worst has yet to come for Diddy.
