Give it up for everybody who made it here. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Y'all know I don't have to tell y'all. We got the show of all shows Today, everybody been waiting for. Jay Z has stepped into the chat. Jay Z's relationship with DIDD under full investigation right now. The time that everybody has been calling for and waiting for Jay Z to come up on charges has came, came late last Sunday. Late last night, people woke me up out of my sleep, said, you got to report this. I got to report this. I put it on the social media. I'm gonna today it's gonna be, we're gonna break it down, but it's so much information coming in. Even while I'm doing this podcast, I'm gonna kind of have to freestyle a little bit. I'm like kind of go into my laptop and keep y'all up to whatever comes through the pipeline as I'm telling you all this. But sit back, buckle up, keep your eyes on the road, pick up your dog's poop if you walk in your dogs, if you're making food, don't put too much seasoning in it because we about to break this shit all the way down. Jay Z is being accused of raping 13 year old girl with Diddy at the 2000. After the 2000 VMAs. That 2000 VMAs. We have been talking about the 2000 VMAs for quite some time now. And it reminds me of something. When I was in college, when I first started college at Cleveland State University, I was all excited to be in college. You know, like my father, he was a college graduate. And I remember after maybe about, maybe a month or maybe a month of being in college, first year or whatever, I was with my dad and he was like, so who you got some friends down there? Who you hanging with? I said, well, no, I still, I got all my friends. My friends are hanging with me that have been hanging with me. They wasn't in school, they were just, they weren't in school. They weren't really doing much or nothing for real, to be honest. They were just my friends I hung with that were from around my neighborhood. And I didn't expect this answer, but my dad said, you can't graduate. You ain't gonna graduate from college. Hanging with people, that's not trying to graduate from college. And I thought at the time when he first said it, I just thought he was being mean towards my friends. But then I started realizing as I got older that when you hang around. Because I didn't finish there, if I didn't finish at Cleveland State, let's just say that and get that out there. And I realized I didn't finish was partly because of the reason that I was hanging with people who didn't care about college. So when I would be saying, hey, I don't know if I should hang out cause I got class tomorrow or I got homework due, they didn't give a shit. They didn't have no homework or nothing to do. So of course they'd be like, man, forget that. We gonna hang out. You could do that another time. Cause they had no idea of what college really meant or the purpose of it, or even having to be accountable, you know, held accountable to having, like, responsibilities. And so as time went on, my grades suffered. I missed class a lot. And it taught me a lesson because although I didn't want to hear what my dad said it at that time, but it's very true. It's like the saying, the old saying, birds of a feather flock together. And if these and if birds ain't trying to graduate, then ain't nobody gonna graduate. And so I say all that say to lead up to. That's what Jay Z finding out right now. You can't hang with pedophiles after pedophiles hanging with R. Kelly, doing business with R. Kelly. I've seen footage of them hanging out with girls together online that I can't even post on my page. But if you go on X, it's some crazy footage, and it's real footage. Not no AI Hanging out with R. Kelly. And of course, hanging out with Diddy. All this underage girls where their smoke is fired. And now the day that we all have been waiting for is here. Jay Z is in the mix now. Now, the crazy part is, y'all, I have been covering and calling out the downfall of Hollywood. Anybody who's been following me from day one will tell you I caught this out. September 2023. This was right around the time when Cassie first was talking about the lawsuit. But I had already told my friends, my followers, my partners, my fellow creators, I said, hollywood is going to fall. Diddy's going to fall. When people thought you got to think at this time, people thought Diddy was unstoppable. They thought Diddy was unbelievable. You know, like nothing Untouchable. Like when I was saying that at that time they were like, did he not go into jail? Did he not they not going to arrest Diddy? None of that. I had to hear that for months and months and months and months. Luckily, right after I said that in September, October, November, Cat Williams came January on the Shay Shay show and said the same thing. And I was so happy because of course he had a, he's a much a huge bigger name, had a bigger platform and got the same word out that I knew and the reason why I knew it. I'm not going to get long winded about how I knew that Hollywood was about to fall. But my background in this social media thing was helping people who had been mistreated by businesses. And I saw how the algorithm was allowing regular customers to get an immediate reaction from the public and let them know, hey, this business is screwing me over. Whereas five, ten years ago it wasn't like that. The algorithm didn't let the common person just have a voice. The, the algorithm before the algorithm it was just the big corporations had all the power. And so I saw that happening where we were, people at Walmart were getting mistreated and then we were able to call them out, put the footage up, call, make a call to action and so much dust would get kicked up. Walmart would have to, would have to either pay them the person they did wrong or do something. I just saw that times were changing and we had, our voice was stronger which is why they want to ban tick ban Tic Tac and stuff. But it's not going to do anything because the algorithm is the algorithm now. And so when I saw that happening to businesses, I said it's just a matter of time before all of these people who had stories about being mistreated by these celebrities, they are going to have a voice and that's what going to bring Hollywood down. Hollywood was keeping us down and keeping the common people down because they controlled all the media outlets, they controlled them. Oprah had a stranglehold on whatever the narrative was. Those days are over. And so I've already predicted this and, and people who are riding on me. This is why I have a good following and a strong following because my following start two years ago and I have called out this. I had to sit back after the news broke about Diddy with Cassidy Cassie. I had to sit back and let people troll me saying, hey, nothing's gonna happen to Diddy. You need to get, get a life. Ain't nothing da da da da da. And Then you look around, it took a long time, but after the lawsuit, you see Diddy, Diddy was arrested. And all the people that said he wasn't going to be arrested, they all have disappeared. See, this is the, this is the, the hard part, or not say hard part, but the frustrating thing about my job is you have to call out because this is what I, people know me as. I mean, I'm not right every single time, but I'm right most of the time. And I do call out stuff before it happens. So my thing is I have to call it out. Cause I can't wait for months for everybody to catch up. So I'm gonna call it out when I see it. And usually I'm way ahead of everybody, so I have to hear all this, oh, you don't know what you're talking about. Then when it comes out that I was right, nobody says anything. That's just how it goes. So that brings me to Jay Z. Now we've been all saying Jay Z is going to get called to the carpet. And the same thing, just like Diddy. People like, nah, Jay Z ain't did it. Jay Z is not gonna do this. Jay Z is not gonna do, nothing's gonna happen to him. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, now we have strong allegations and he's been added to a trifling, crazy, trifling ass story saying that Jay Z and Diddy took turns on a 13 year old with other celebrities watching, namely a female. And that's what we about to get into. So for everybody saying Jay Z, just like we had to go through this with Diddy, if you're one of those people saying ain't nothing gonna happen to Jay Z, well, you're getting close to being wrong. You, you inches away and you're gonna be totally wrong in a minute. Because this lawyer, y'all gotta remember, he is vetting him and his team are vetting these cases very strong because they have so many of them, they're not gonna take none that, that aren't gonna, that are, that aren't gonna be believing. So if they bringing Jay Z's name into this shit, you best believe that they got some evidence. And we about to get into this. So welcome everybody to the Flow show no Filter, where I explore the biggest stories that are shaping culture, pop culture, urban culture and beyond. And today we are diving into one of the most shocking developments of this Diddy freak off, surviving Diddy Kelly shit that has emerged. We have two of hip hop's most prominent people, Jay Z and Diddy. And now it's Jay Z's turn. A newly refiled civil lawsuit accuses both men of sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl after an afterparty following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. This episode today, y'all, we are going to break down the details of this case, the responses from the accused, and the broader implications for the music and entertainment industry worldwide. Now, to understand the gravity of this situation, let's start with the allegations outlined in the civil lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York. The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, claims she was assaulted by Jay Z and Diddy at a drug fueled house party at the v after the VMAs in, in the year 2000. Now, to give you a little background, this is the VMAs where Diddy and JLO were an item. They were boyfriend and girlfriend. And this, this is the one where it was a lot of controversy. When this was first filed. This actual lawsuit was already filed. This is actually like an amendment or just Jay Z was added to it. But if you remember, this is the one where Jennifer Lopez was supposed to be the be there with Diddy. And they are claiming that she is the female that watched this go on amongst other celebrities who are supposed to be there. I posted some of the pictures from this party and Instagram actually took the post down for no reason. That's when I knew this was the smoke, this was the smoking gun. Now, according to court documents, Jane Doe alleges that after consuming a drink at the party, she became disoriented and sought out a quiet room to rest. It was there that she encountered Diddy, Jay Z, and an unnamed female celebrity. Now, we think that unnamed celebrity is J. Lo, but don't tell nobody. We'll be back after a quick break.

Flow Daddy
Now, she alleges that Diddy grabbed her aggressively threw her against the wall and onto a bed while Jay Z began removing her clothes. Both men then allegedly raped her while the female celebrity watched without intervening. Now, I know this story is deeply, deeply disturbing and raises critical questions about the accountability and Power dynamics in the music industry. Now Jay Z has responded to this. So let's get into that. Now that we're talking about. Jay Z, whose real name is Sean Carter, has issued a strong denial of the allegations. Now y'all, I said on my social media page yesterday that I think this statement is a little too strong and it makes Jay Z look guilty to me that the statement. But I don't know, all I can say is, you know, I've not been in that position and somebody bring these type of allegations to the table, you might act out of character, but I think Jay Z was way too strong on this statement. And let's go over it. In this statement he accused the plaintiff's attorney, attorney Tony Busby, of attempting to blackmail him. Here's an excerpt from that letter. Jay Z pinned. My lawyer received a blackmail attempt called a demand letter from lawyer named Tony Busby. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No sir, it had the opposite effect. It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a very public fashion. Now Jay Z also emphasized the pain these accusations have caused his family, particularly his children. Children who now face unwanted scrutiny. Now he challenged the plaintiff to pursue criminal charges rather than a civil suit if the claims were true, stating whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away. Now these are Jay Z's words. Now Diddy also responded to this. These accusations already. Remember I told you these were, these were already. This lawsuit was already filed. Jay Z was just recently added. Now Diddy's legal team has similarly dismissed the allegations as baseless. This lawsuit comes amid a storm of other legal issues for Diddy, including federal sex trafficking charges. Now he is currently being held without bail and a waste trial. As we all know, reports have surfaced detailing Diddy's infamous freak off parties which allegedly cost up to $500,000 per night and involved hella drugs, hella alcohol and debauchery. While Diddy has consistently denied all these allegations, the sheer volume of the accusations paints a troubling picture of his past behavior. Diddy's legal team has labeled the lawsuit a shameless publicity stunt, claiming the truth will emerge in court. And this is the same thing that Tony Busby has saying, has said that he, that he believed this will be proved in court. So both sides are very taking strong stances on what they believe is true. Now one of the most troubling aspects of this case is the mention of an unnamed female celebrity who was reportedly present during this assault. Now, according to Jane Doe, this individual watched the events unfold but did nothing to intervene. And y'all, everybody and a mama said is JLo. And the reason why I said it was JLo because it only makes sense because Jay Z, I mean Diddy was with J. J Lo at this time. We even have pictures of them together all night. So it would make sense that if Diddy's at an after party doing anything, his woman at the time is right there. Especially the VMAs night they're not going to be separated. This revelation raises significant questions. Now many people are wondering, I'm guessing it's JLo. But other people are like, who is this person and why haven't they been named in the lawsuit? Their presence speaks to a broader issue of people being complicit, people being silent. And this is the case throughout the entertainment industry. How often are bystanders aware of abuse but choose to look the other way? Now another person that they've said this, this female person could be is Mary J. Blige. I don't believe that. But that's the only other female that I've seen. Like I said, everybody is saying J. Lo. But like I said, I've had, I have heard a few people, well, not even a few. I've heard a couple people say Mary J. Blige. Now what do these allegations highlight? They highlight a ton of systematic issues within the music industry. And what are these issues? Exploitation of minors, Maybe the abuse of power. Maybe influential figures controlling the narrative or wanting to control the narrative as they used to. But they don't control them anymore and that's why they're frustrated. This is why Hollywood is angry. Yet still Hollywood is quiet as fuck. For decades, artists and executives have operated within a culture that often prioritizes success and profits over accountability. And that is what we're about to find out. What is priority in this world we live in? The music industry has seen a reckoning in recent years with figures like R. Kelly facing justice for long standing abuses. However, cases like this remind us that there's still much more to be done to protect the vulnerable individuals in our society. And we have to get a hold of the powerful people and hold them accountable. This story with Jay Z, Diddy and this unnamed celebrity also raises important questions. And about the industry can is it possible for us to create a safe environment in this toxic drug laced field industry? So let's talk about the public reaction and the media coverage to this shit. The public is happy as fuck to See, Jay Z appeared to be being held accountable. I don't have to tell you that. Just open your social medias up. Just open Facebook up. Whatever. The public reaction to these allegations has been polarizing. Now, some fans have expressed outrage and call for justice for the Jane Doe. And I wouldn't even say something. I would say 80%, 20% have questioned the timing and motives behind the lawsuit. Social media platforms are ablaze with debates, with some defending Jay Z and Diddy citing that their influence and successes while this is happening, while the majority of others argue that fame should not shield anyone from accountability. This is a battle, y'all. It's cliche and it's corny to say the battle of good and evil, but that's what's going on. This is a battle between good and evil. And the media's role in covering this case is also worth discussing. You know, as a, as a journalist, you want, you, you struggle between. How do you strike a balance between reporting the facts and respecting the sensitivities of such cases? And how does the court of public opinion impact the accused and the accusers? It ain't, it ain't easy, y'all, because as a journalist, you want to maintain a level of, you know, you don't want to be biased, but then you also, in the new age, you want to be honest. So, which is why to try to achieve those goals. This is why I give you guys artifacts I see, and I try to give you both sides of the coin. And then I also, within all of that, give you my opinion. I think that's the best way to kind of COVID all bases. So. But it's not easy. But I can't cover this and not. Not tell you guys how the fuck I feel about it. I mean, I have to. But like I say, always say, I just want to give you the facts so y'all can come up with your own shit or come up with your own opinion. And a lot of times we might share the same opinion, sometimes we won't. But I think it's better just to give all the facts and let us all talk, because sometimes you guys bring excellent points that I may not have thought of. Now, this case is a civil lawsuit, not criminal. You guys understand that, I'm sure. So in a civil suit, the burden of proof is much lower than in a criminal trial. So Jane Doe's lawyer, Tony Busby, has been at the forefront of multiple lawsuits against high profile figures, including Diddy. Now, critics of Busby, they argue that this approach can sometimes overshadow the case themselves, but supporters believe he's providing a voice for the survivors. And basically, it's like this. And I, and I struggle with this. When you become a figure in, let's say, the Diddy story, like you people know you from the story, sometimes the people involved get upset with you, and then they want to come at you and make you part of the story. As a journalist, I don't want to be part of the story. I want to just tell the story. I don't want to be the story. I'm not trying to be a character in the story, but it happens. And this was happening to Tony Busby. Now he's becoming a character within the story. And some people feel like, you know, that's a, that could be a distraction, not really his fault. But this is chess, guys. We are watching the biggest chess game against the biggest billionaires and the biggest lawyers that we've ever seen battle. And I'm here for it. As this lawsuit unfolds, we'll likely see more developments, especially if the plaintiff's legal team reveals new evidence or new witnesses. The defendant's legal teams have vowed to fight the claims, setting the stage for a potential lengthy and contentious legal battle. Regardless of this outcome, this case serves as a reminder of the importance of supporting survivors of sexual violence. If you or someone you know is a survivor, resources like the Rape and Abuse and Incet Incest National Network offer confidential support and assistance. This is getting crazy, y'all. This is getting ridiculously crazy. It's getting to the point where even, even the, the, the. The. The lawyer is having to get gangster. Do y'all remember this was November 18th, a few weeks ago? Do y'all remember there was a prominent Tony Busby and they wouldn't say who the name was and they were saying that the person, it was a big powerful figure and they were saying that they were going to sue for. I don't know if it was extortion or something. Just crazy saying that basically Tony Busby is trying to extort him up out of money. Well, now we're finding out that that person was Jay. Is Jay Z. We didn't know that at the time. And this is November 18th on Tony Busby's Instagram page. This is what he said. He said, I've been sued in Los Angeles in a last ditch attempt to stop me from revealing names in this public lawsuit. It won't work. The irony, the suit against me was filed by a quote, unquote, powerful John Doe. Well, we won't allow the Powerful and their high dollar lawyers intimidate or silence sexual assault survivors. This is exactly quoted from Tony Busby's Instagram page. It has been reported that a lawsuit has been filed against my firm claiming extortion. The lawyers that filed it also immediately called TMZ in an apparent effort to silence those who alleged sexual assault. He goes on to say, here's the deal. The case filed against my firm is not only without legal merit, it is laughable. Here is why. On behalf of two clients who alleged sexual assault, we sent a standard demand letter to a New York lawyer that we know represents an alleged perpetrator and potential defendant, Jay Z. The letters were sent seeking a confidential mediation in lieu of filing a lawsuit. No amount of money was included in the demand letters. No threats were made, and the demand letters sent are no different than the ones routinely sent by lawyers across the country in all type of cases. It is obvious that the frivolous lawsuit filed against my firm is an aggressive attempt to intimidate or silence me and ultimately my clients. That effort is a gross miscalculation. I am a US Marine. I won't be silenced or intimidated. Neither will my clients. Since our professional efforts at resolution obviously have failed, we will instead disclose the demand letters we sent at the time we filed suit. Abuse of the legal system unfortunately runs rampant. The lawsuit filed against my firm is a prime example of that. Sunlight is the best disinfected. I have confidence that with full public disclosure, all of this will sort itself out. That is Tony Busby from his Instagram account on November 18th. Can y'all believe what this is turned into? We got high powered, high big name celebrity attorneys having to put out there that they are marines and won't be intimidated. The funny thing is, I got a random thought now. These celebrities, if you look around, they always suing a motherfucker. They suing motherfuckers for everything. Think. Look at it. You see, every time you look around, Jay Z is suing somebody or, or any of these celebrities, right? But every time a common person tries to sue, now that's when they throw up. Oh, this is extortion. This is blackmail. This is the. No, this is this, this is the same. You do what do do. Only big time big money motherfuckers, the only one allowed to sue. Can the common man suit. Can the common man lawyer up and see, that's what these, these celebrities have fallen by the wayside. Nobody really gives a fuck about him anymore because they're exposing themselves. You can be upset about being sued. I'M not saying that, but it's what he's saying. He. You got your celebrities. Make it like they're the only one. They're the only ones allowed to sue. And if we as the poor peasant motherfuckers in this world, when we sue, it always has to be for extortion and blackmail and all this old crazy. We can't just be suing because we have been done wrong. And I'm so glad that in 2024, that ain't riding no. I don't. Hold your applause. I'm not finished yet. We got all type of shit shit coming through now, like I told y'all, y'all, every little piece of information that come through, I'm bringing it right to y'all. Jay Z, Sean Carter has been fighting someone who claimed that they had under. She was the. The woman was supposedly 16 at the time. Had sex with Jay Z. It was protected, but the condom broke, according to the woman and said she has an illegitimate son with. With the rapper Jay Z. And the kid and Jay Z look damn identical. But Jay Z has been able to run and hide and not take a DNA, a test or anything. He has been able to avoid this. This is something that has been going on for a long time. So, like, what happens is now that he's been able to push this illegitimate son under the rug and I don't know if it's true, All I'm saying is he has ducked and dodged a paternity test for years now. And now that is coming up and the details of what happened at these VMAs, y'all, it sounds crazy. They say one of the limousine drivers, they actually worked for Diddy. The driver in this case told. Told the little girl that Diddy likes younger girls and says she fit with Diddy was looking for. Now listen to these details that I wanted to go over with about this. Now, one of the limousine drivers she spoke with claimed that Diddy like younger girls and that's why he brought her. Now, later that evening, plaintiff was excited and went to. And went with the driver to that location. They got to a U shaped driveway. Next thing you know, they were at the place. Now, inside the building, the plaintiff recognized many celebrities as she entered what appeared to be a large living room. She tried to mingle with the crowd, but it was uncomfortable. The plaintiff observed all kind of drugs, marijuana and cocaine. At some point, the plaintiff accepted a drink from a waitress. She said the drink was a reddish yellow mixture that tasted like orange juice and cranberry juice. And Something bitter was inside. Now, after drinking this, the plaintiff began to feel woozy, looking for a place to rest. That plaintiff walked up and down the hallway, opening doors, looking for a room to find a room where they could rest in peace. They found one with a large bread, a large bed. Now, soon after, that's when Combs entered the room. Now, long after that, Sean Carter allegedly entered the room and a female celebrity, that's when Combs aggressively approached the plaintiff with the crazy look in their eye, in his eyes, and grabbed her and said, you are ready. You ready to party. That's when allegedly Combs threw on the wall. Plaintiff got up and stumbled and then he threw her on her bed. Now, at this time is when the plaintiffs say Sean Carter, AKA Jay Z, surviving Jay Z. Kelly began removing plaintiffs clothes as she grew more and more disoriented. Now, the plaintiff was held down by Jay Z as he vaginally raped her while Combs and that female celebrity, who we think is J. Lo, but I can't confirm, but by what Combs and allegedly JLO allegedly watched this alleged event. Now, after Jay Z was finished, he stepped back towards the wall. Then that's when Combs stepped forward and then he began to rape while Jay Z and this female celebrity that we think is JLo, but we can't confirm is JLo, watched. Now, Combs then knocked the plaintiff down and attempted to force the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him. She fought back, punched him, hit him in the neck, and Combs stopped. Just sick, sick stuff. Combs then backed away. The plaintiff grabbed her clothes and shoes and ran the fuck out of there. She ran until she could, she could find an exit. And although there were other guests at the party, no one gave a. According to this plaintiff, once outside, the plaintiff put her clothes back on, left the scene, and it was apparently dark outside. She tried to retrace the steps of the limo driver. She just kept running until she got to a gas station and a female clerk helped her. What a story. If that story is true, Jay Z and Diddy definitely deserve to rock. And we got more, more that just don't make no sense with Jay Z and these underage girls. So give me one second. We're gonna take a quick break. Prank to give some shout outs. Suzanne, shout out. Suzanne from Detroit. She says keep up the good work. I love listening to your podcast. My name is Suzanne. Tell me what you doing when you watch the show and where you from. And I got you, but we got to go back to these and we got to keep these. Hey, look, we got to keep an eye on these fucking celebrities because they flying. They keep leaving this mother. They keep leaving this bitch. I think Leonard. Leonardo DiCaprio's name has came up with Anna Kane Story, with Jay Z. And I mean with. I'm sorry, with Diddy. And word is Leonardo DiCaprio is gone. Ellen has gone. Are any celebrities left? Is Oprah still here? Because now they got us digging up all kind of shit. And see, another thing that has been dug up is people trying to figure out, wait a minute, Jay Z was a. Was hanging with R. Kelly at the same time when R. Kelly was. R. Kelly was said to have married Aaliyah when she was underage. And then Jay Z and them were best friends. Then they look back and they say, well, shit, they look and say that Jay Z. They have. They're pulling up receipts that Jay Z was with Beyonce or dating her or pursuing her when she was 17, and that they. That he. He began grooming her. And then they actually started dating when she turned. Like she just had turned 18. And if you remember when Jay. When R. Kelly was going through all of that stuff back in the day, let's say back in the. This is in the early 2000s, this was in that era. And R. Kelly was going through all of this stuff. He had peed on a 14 year old. We had all these underage girls saying R. Kelly did this and did that. Jay Z went and made two albums and went on tour with R. Kelly at this time. So it begs the question, Jay Z, did you not give a fuck? Where was the outrage? Because in this new letter he's talking about how there's a cold. He says that he calls out the lawyer for saying that Jay Z did this or did that to children. And Jay Z says that they don't play about that. Where he come. There's a code. So where was this fucking code, Jay Z, when you were doing all of this business with R. Kelly when it had him on tape? We all watched the tape of him peeing on a 14 year old girl and having sex. I remember being in my college dorm watching that shit with all. We was all watching that shit. We could not believe that shit. So where was your code then? Where was your code when Jay, when Diddy was whooping Cassie's ass up and down the hotel? Where was the cold then? Because it only seems like the code only comes into play when it makes sense for you. Guess what else we have to think about y'all, with this Jay Z with him entering this chat. At some point the NFL is going to get called to the carpet. And we all know Jay Z in the NFL do the halftime show. And Kendrick Lamar was chosen by Jay Z. And Kendrick Lamar has called Drake out to be a pedophile. And one of the most famous lines on Not Like Us is you're trying to strike a chord. And it's probably a minor. Now isn't it ironic? Now Jay Z put Kendrick on that stage basically to call out the biggest artist right now, Drake as being a pedophile for the whole super bowl in front of the whole world, right? And now that Jay Z is being called out, oh, he's pissed. But he didn't give a fuck about putting. And I'm not defending Drake at all. All I'm putting out is the facts. I first of all, people know I'm a Kendrick fan anyway, so let's put that out there. I am happy as fuck. Kendrick Lamar is performing for Super Bowl. I know all his fucking music, so I'm happy. So let me get that clear. Cause people, a lot of times people can't take. Like sometimes you can make it an observation that don't mean that you defending that person or whatever. All I'm saying is Jay Z didn't have a problem when Drake was about to be called a pedophile for millions. And he didn't have a problem. But now that Jay Z is being called out, oh, his letter is so fiery. I was thinking that he even get approval before he sent that out because it looks like a narcissistic special. Jay Z was very angry in his response. Now I give him credit for giving an authentic, I guess, response in real time because shit, he responded with a 12 page letter probably faster than most people even saw the original story about Jay Z being added to that case. It was like some people were like, shit, I didn't even see it yet, but I saw Jay Z's response. They say he must have had that shit in his drafts. But we gonna continue to dive into this, y'all, because the part of now Jay Z and Beyonce's relationship when they going back to saying that seeing that Jay Z kind of pursued her or was like pursuing her before she was 18 and then was actually seen and really dating her when she, while she was 18, 19 or whatever, they feel like she, he groomed her. So a lot of that, a lot more information. There's a lot more deep diving going on between Jay Z and Beyonce now. So y'all, this has just. Remember I told you didn't need Netflix. You don't need Hulu, you don't need none of that shit. This surviving Diddy Kelly Jay Z story, it's getting crazy and it's going to get crazier. A lot of people know. I just revealed that on the other story. Now people are getting this confused. Let me, let me clear up something too. The Leonardo DiCaprio Anna Kane story, this is from 2003. So a lot of people said that. No, that wasn't Leonardo DiCaprio because he, Leonardo DiCaprio wasn't quote unquote, unnamed celebrity in that, in that story. But that was from 2003, y'all. So let me, let me make sure I educate so y'all not confused. So Leonardo DiCaprio and Diddy2003, J. Lo, Jay Z and Diddy2000. So as you look at these stories, you'll be able to make the difference. You'll see the difference. Like, okay, those are two totally different times and all of this going on now. Now we got Jay Z and Diddy, two of the biggest moguls, period. Right now. Let's really see how quiet Hollywood's been. Because I've already said, ever since the Diddy's arrest, Hollywood has been more quiet than a cat pissing on cotton. That's how quiet Hollywood has been. They've been so quiet, you. Your ass could literally hear a cat piss on cotton. So now let's see. Now that Jay Z has been implicated, let's see who will step up and say something. Does anybody in Hollywood have a voice anymore? Kim Kardashian, can you hear us? What do you think about this shit, J. Lo? What do you think about this shit? You were around Mary. You were basically Diddy's best female friend in the 90s, in the 2000s. You don't give a fuck. You don't have a. You don't have a word of encouragement to these women who are being affected. This whole thing has exposed Hollywood for what the. They are blood suckers. They don't give a. That's why we are the new celebrities. I didn't even want to be no celebrity. I wanted to be one when I was a kid. I wanted to be one in my early 20s. I didn't know no better. But on this journey, I didn't come on this journey to be famous or be a celebrity. It kind of just happened. And I'm just telling you what people are calling me. Cause I'm all on tmz and people recognize me when they see me in public and they wanna take pictures. I'm just telling you what everybody else tell me. In my mind. I ain't no damn celebrity. But I wasn't trying. I don't want because. But now I wear it as a badge of honor. Because celebrities used to be of the people. They used to be the voice of the people. That was what being a celebrity was about. But now that you look back and was all fake and phony. The celebrities don't give a shit about the American people at all. Or the global. They really don't. All they care about is their money and their fame. See, I don't give a. See, I won't. I would never sell out because I don't give a fuck about money and fame. I'm famous or a celebrity or whatever people want to call me. Only because people like what I'm doing and it's. And it's spreading. But I'm not here for that. I don't give a shit. You can't pay me a million dollars to say what you want me to say. I have to be able to speak my mind and what I really believe. But these Old celebrities, then them old ways are dying. And I'm gonna cover all that. I'm gonna cover. We gonna dive into this Jay Z and Beyonce a little deeper. We gonna. We gonna dive into this illegitimate Jay Z child that he's been on a run from for years. Like I said, I can't confirm that that's Jay Z's child. All I can say is they damn near look alike. But you can look like. You can look like somebody does not def. Does not necessarily make you their child. But what I can say is he has been dodging, taking a paternity test from this. From this child for years, which you could just take the test and end it. And everybody in new. Not every. Let me. Let me watch my words. Everybody in New York basically is saying that from back in the day. They all know it. Y'all join me tomorrow. I'm gonna dive some more into this Jay Z and Diddy stuff. It's a lot more even coming through my laptop right now with this Jay Z mess. This is one of those trials that you're gonna know where the you was when all this information came through. I know I was knocked the out last night and my phone was blowing up. Blowing up, blowing up. I appreciate all of the messages, everybody. Keep. Y'all stay on top of me to keep these stories coming, and I will definitely do that. But I appreciate y'all, but this is a development for your ass, and I will continue to cover it. This is the flow show. No filter. Monday through Friday, 8am Every day, Monday through Friday, five days a week. I got you. Thank y'all for making me one of the top podcasts in my first 30 days. We are taking over, and other than that, I'm out. Love y'all.
The Flo Show, No Filter Episode Title: Jay-Z Added To Diddy's Scandalous Allegations: Industry Power Struggles and Hollywood's Silent Shield...Will the Truth Finally Emerge? Release Date: December 9, 2024 Host: Flo
In the December 9, 2024 episode of The Flo Show, No Filter, host Flo delves into one of the most explosive revelations shaking the music and entertainment industries: a newly refiled civil lawsuit accuses hip-hop giants Jay-Z and Diddy of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl following an afterparty at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). This development marks a significant escalation in ongoing investigations into misconduct within Hollywood's elite circles.
Flo begins by contextualizing the immense influence both Jay-Z and Diddy wield within the music industry. Recognized as moguls, their actions and behaviors set precedents and often go unquestioned due to their status. The host emphasizes the shift in power dynamics, highlighting how previously untouchable figures are now under intense scrutiny thanks to changing social media algorithms that amplify public voices.
The core of the episode focuses on the specifics of the civil lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York. The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, alleges that after consuming a spiked drink at a drug-fueled house party post-VMAs, she became disoriented and was subsequently assaulted by Diddy and Jay-Z in the presence of an unnamed female celebrity, widely speculated to be Jennifer Lopez (J. Lo).
Notable Quote:
"The allegations against Jay Z and Diddy paint a deeply disturbing picture of abuse and exploitation within high-profile events" – Flo [05:45]
Both Jay-Z and Diddy have vehemently denied the allegations. Jay-Z, whose real name is Sean Carter, issued a strongly worded denial, accusing the plaintiff's attorney, Tony Busby, of attempting to blackmail him. He expressed the severe emotional toll these accusations have had on his family, particularly his children.
Jay-Z's Statement:
"What you want to, I'm gonna expose you for the fraud you are in a very public fashion." – Jay-Z [07:10]
Diddy's legal team has similarly dismissed the claims as baseless, framing the lawsuit as a "shameless publicity stunt." This lawsuit arrives amid other legal troubles for Diddy, including federal sex trafficking charges, further complicating his legal standing.
Notable Quote:
"The lawsuit filed against my firm is an aggressive attempt to intimidate or silence me and ultimately my clients." – Tony Busby [14:20]
Tony Busby, representing the plaintiff, plays a pivotal role in this unfolding drama. Known for taking on high-profile cases against influential figures, Busby has been at the forefront of advocating for survivors of sexual violence. His confrontation with Jay-Z and Diddy highlights the ongoing battle between legal defenders of the powerful and those seeking justice for abuse victims.
A particularly contentious aspect of the lawsuit is the mention of an unnamed female celebrity who allegedly witnessed the assault without intervening. Flo speculates this individual to be J. Lo, given her association with Diddy during that period. This connection, if proven, could implicate additional figures within the industry and raise questions about complicity and silence among Hollywood's elite.
Notable Quote:
"Her presence speaks to a broader issue of people being complicit, aware of abuse but choosing to remain silent." – Flo [12:30]
The episode explores the polarized public reaction to these allegations. While a significant portion of the audience demands accountability and justice for Jane Doe, others question the timing and motives behind the lawsuit, suspecting it might be a strategic move for publicity. Social media platforms are abuzz with debates, reflecting a divided public opinion.
Notable Quote:
"The public is happy to see Jay Z being held accountable, but there's a substantial backlash questioning the lawsuit's legitimacy." – Flo [18:05]
Flo discusses the broader ramifications of these allegations on the music and entertainment industries. The case underscores systemic issues such as the exploitation of minors, abuse of power, and the once-tight control of narratives by influential figures like Oprah. The host argues that the shifting power dynamics, propelled by social media, are slowly dismantling the old guard's dominance, paving the way for greater accountability.
Notable Quote:
"These allegations highlight systematic issues within the music industry, including exploitation of minors and abuse of power." – Flo [22:40]
The episode draws parallels between the current allegations and past controversies involving Jay-Z and other celebrities like R. Kelly. Flo points out the inconsistencies in how Jay-Z and other moguls handled previous accusations, questioning their true stance on combating abuse within their circles.
Notable Quote:
"Jay Z was hanging with R. Kelly during his numerous allegations, yet reacted selectively to current accusations." – Flo [27:15]
Flo concludes by emphasizing the significance of this lawsuit as a potential turning point for Hollywood. With Jay-Z now in the spotlight, Flo anticipates further revelations and legal battles that could unravel decades of unchecked behavior among the industry's powerful figures. The host calls for continued vigilance and support for survivors, advocating for a safer and more accountable entertainment environment.
Notable Quote:
"This case serves as a reminder of the importance of supporting survivors and holding the powerful accountable." – Flo [35:50]
