The thoughts, views, and opinions shared on the FLO show. No filter. Are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Oh, happy, happy Friday. Tgif. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Damn. Got a crazy show for you. As always, Jay Z ain't looking too good now. Tony Busby has fired back. And I told y'all that something was coming this week. Some big news was coming this week. I just didn't know what it was going to be. But this Diddy, Jay Z, Tony Busby situation just heated up even more, y'all. We gotta get into that. I got a theory in the Luigi Maggiano case. You know, that's the ce. The. The guy accused of killing the CEO of UnitedHealthcare. I got a theory that's going viral all over the Internet, and it's got people saying all kind of different stuff. About what? Something from that video footage of that. Of the killing doesn't at add up with it being Luigi. Now, I don't know if I'm not saying Luigi ain't part of it. I don't know. But I just saw something that has me gave me cause to pause on him being the shooter, something that nobody else pointed out. And we're gonna get into that towards the. I don't know, some. At some point in the show today. I'll stick it in there. And other than that, we're gonna just talk today in deep dive the way we do. But first, how we gonna get into this? Y'all any UNO players out there? How many of y'all play uno? I remember in my family, we played a lot of Uno. We played a lot of card games. So we played. We played spades, we played Be It Whiz, and we also play Uno. Now, I could have used any one of these card games to. To make my point that I want to start off with today on this lovely Friday. But I'm gonna pick Uno only because I think more people can relate to uno. I wanted to use spades or be it whiz. Mainly spades, because I love spades. But I don't know if everybody will understand space. I don't know if everybody listening to my podcast are really spades players. If you are, send me some. Send me a message in the. In the fan mail or DM me. Let me know you know something about Spades or Be it west, because Be it west is like a. I don't know if that's just a Cleveland thing, but anyway, so I'm gonna use Uno because that's More widely recognized. So you play uno, right? And you had. You got your players. Let's say it's four or five of us playing. And then you make it down to the final two. Is you and me, or you and them, however you want to look at it, right? And you go on a run. You say, draw two, Draw two is back. You know how it goes back to you. And then you say draw four. The color is green. Skip. You skip. You. Boom. Then you get down to the last card, or you got two cars, and you put it down. You want to run. So the other person, they. They got about a hundred cards in their hand at this point, and you yell, uno. And your last card that you put down was a draw four. You know, you love that. Ain't nothing like ending. Putting a draw for calling uno and then calling the color. And you got red in your hand. You put that draw four down, and you say, boom, uno. And the color is red. And you sitting there with a red number seven in your hand. You know your ass about to win. You get all happy because you looking over at the other person, he got a hundred cards in their hand. They ain't no way. But you didn't realize out of them hundred cars, you. You gave them some good ones. And. And you didn't know that they had a red. They had red in their hand. Guess what they read was a draw two and another draw two and another draw two, all red. Now you. Not now it's looking crazy. Now you got all kind of hands. Now they. Now they put down draw four, and then they put down draw four, and they put down you like, oh, now you just went from about to win the game to about to lose the game. And now you looking around. Now they down today. Not. Not now they getting down to uno, and now you looking nervous. Everybody has been through that scenario. If you play Uno, uno is a game of just when you think you got it. Here come this. Just when you get down to uno, thinking you got it, you didn't change the color to your color. Yo, red. You. All you need is him to either say he don't have nothing for him to pull a car, and then you slam your card down, uno out. But that ain't happening. And that is exactly what the hell Tony Busby just did to Jay Z. If you recall Jay Z and his attorney, Alex. I don't know if it's spiro or spiral, because people say both. So I don't know if it's Alex, Spiro, or spiral. So let's Just say, Alex, that's Jay Z's attorney. They slammed down that draw for on Tony Busby when. When they had the. When they pointed out the inconsistencies in the latest client alleged victim that Tony Busby is representing. And that victim saying back in, when she was 13 that Diddy and. And Jay Z raped her and, and Jay Z and his attorney poked a lot of holes in it and said she didn't know this information and the father and her father didn't cooperate. What she was saying all kind of stuff. And they had Tony Busby looking crazy. They had all of us looking at it like, what the hell is going on? Why would Tony Busby do that? What is he. Is he done? Is he finished? Are they going to dismiss? Missed this case. Jay Z and his attorney were so confident in what they said and did about this accuser and the hoes that they pointed at that they were calling for the case to be dismissed. In other words, they call Uno. Well, yesterday they didn't know that when they changed the color to red, they didn't know Tony Busby had a lot of red in his hand. And so did the judge who's overseeing this lawsuit. And that judge came back firing yesterday and it's got Jay Z looking crazy. So we about to get into that right now. Oh, and before I forget, because a lot of times I'll say, let me wait to the end and then I forget and don't tell y'all, I will be on TMZ for the. This will be my fourth time. TMZ reached out to me on my, on my app and DM me on Tick Tock and my ass be not looking at my messages and stuff. I didn't even see it. So like I didn't respond to like, like they might have sent those messages in the morning. I didn't get back to them to like that late that evening. And so it was before the holidays and the weekend. So they didn't get back to me for like four days because all that was going on. So I didn't know. I thought maybe missed it, whatever. And then they got back with me yesterday. Or was it yesterday morning? Yeah, yesterday morning. And said that they. Well, they reached out for me to come on and I said I would. And. And they, they're putting me on the New Year's Eve show. So I will be bringing in the New Year's on tmz. Just my old flow truth telling self covering these stories somehow TMZ wants to keep putting me on. So I love It. I appreciate it and all my fans and supporters. This is always a victory for us because they said I couldn't do this shit two years ago. They was laughing. They didn't know. They thought, they didn't know what I was capable of. But see, I'm exactly who I thought I was. And that's. I just send that message out to anybody out there, man. Don't be worried about what nobody say, cuz they will talk. But guess what? When you hit your number and you get where you. Where you knew you were going, oh, they show up like they never said nothing. And you ain't even got to rub it in their face, y'all. You just keep working hard and keep doing your thing. But I just want to be the motivation for people out there that have to listen, have to, you know, you're grinding and working towards something. You have to hear the little whispers of people talking shit. Well, let me be your motivation that you will have the last laugh. Just keep working hard. And that's what I do. I just keep working hard. I don't give a what nobody else say or do. Just watch me like you watch tv and I'll be on tmz, matter of fact. So let's get into this, Jay Z. This hit like a ton of bricks, y'all. And so we gonna have to dive into it. Y'all ready? Let's get it. I would like to welcome y'all. Let's get formal. Let's get formal on this. I would like to welcome y'all to the Flow show, no filter. I'm your host, of course, Flo. And today we are diving into some more explosive entertainment news. This story filled with shocking allegations, high stakes legal drama, and a public fallout are all at the center of two of the biggest names in the music industry. Jay Z, AKA Jay Z with the big hair, and Sean Diddy Combs, AKA Mohawk Diddy. Now, over this next hour or so, we're gonna go ahead and unpack the allegations against these two moguls. The courtroom drama and what's at stake and what the new ruling was. We gonna break down the ruling. We gonna break down the judge's scathing comments. This judge, y'all. When y'all hear what this judge said, this judge literally hates Jay Z, I believe. And his attorney, she went the off on them and their tactics. I couldn't believe it. I was like, damn. I ain't never heard nobody talk to Jay Z like that. But there's a first time for everything. And these attorneys, Alex Spiro, Spiral and Tony Bugsby. These two attorneys are shaping up for a serious heavyweight bout. And we'll also explore what the broader implications of all this shit is, as we always do. So before I dive in, I just want to say thank you for everybody for listening. I appreciate y'all making this podcast what it is. And we. And let's get started without further ado. What the. So we begin with the allegations. Just to remind you why everybody's so shaken up. These are horrific allegations. The lawsuit was initially filed Oct. 20, naming Sean Diddy Combs as the primary defendant. The accuser, Jane Doe, alleges that she was raped at an after party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. She was only 13 at the time. Now, the original complaint also mentioned two unnamed individuals, a male, which would we call Celebrity A, and a female, who were recalling celebrity B. On December 8, Jane Doe amended her complaint to name Jay Z, real name Sean Carter, as Celebrity A. And the identity of Celebrity B still remains unknown, although many have speculated that it is JLo. And a few people have said it was Beyonce, but not many. Everybody's pretty much pinning this on JLo, and me, myself, I put out a video a long time ago saying it was JLo, that I thought it was JLo. So let's see how that plays out. But let's continue. Jane Doe claims she was invited to the party, given a drugged drink, and assaulted. She also appeared in an NBC interview where she acknowledged inconsistencies in her story, if y'all recall. But she remained and maintained that the core allegations were still true. Sean Combs, already facing federal charges, including sex trafficking and conspiracy. Well, he's currently incarcerated at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. He's awaiting trial in May. I believe May 5th is the starting date, which is actually Cinco de Mayo. Shout out to all the Latinos out there that celebrate Cinco de Mayo, we be partying with you. But Jay Z, meanwhile, has strongly denied the allegations. He even released a handwritten statement urging Jane Doe to file criminal charges if her claims are true. His legal team, led by Alex, has described the allegations as baseless, defamatory. Now let's discuss the legal maneuvers that followed these allegations. Okay. Jay Z's response to these allegations was indeed swift and aggressive. His legal team filed multiple motions, including one to dismiss the case entirely and another to make Jane Doe's identity public. They also sought to fast track the proceedings, arguing that the case lacked merit. However, Joe, Judge Annalisa Torres rejected these motions in a scathing ruling. And y'all she didn't hold back. She didn't hold back at all. So let me go over some of the key points from this judge's ruling. First of all, the motion to dismiss. The judge stated that dismissing a case like this is generally disfavored and requires strong justification. Jay Z's argument, which described the claims as baseless and salacious, didn't meet the high bar for that dismissal. So there's that next anonymity of Jane Doe. The court ruled that Jane Doe could remain anonymous, at least for now. Why? Well, that is due to the sensitive nature of the allegations. Also, criticism of Alex, who is Jay Z's attorney. The judge criticized Spiro for his combative filings and inflammatory language, calling them a waste of judicial resources. This judge is, is basically seeming like she gonna throw the book at them. I mean, that's how, that's how. That's how her energy is. She also warned that future violations of court rules could result in motions being denied outright. In other words, she told Jay Z is an attorney and, and his attorney to take several seats. Back in the day, they, we. That our parents. Our parents or our mother used to say, sit your ass down somewhere. That's kind of like what the judge is saying to Jay Z and his attorney in this. In this filing. Now, this was a significant setback for Jay Z's legal team. Now after this setback, it brought on broader legal problems in this battle between Jay Z and Tony Busby. Meanwhile, Diddy is sitting on the sidelines happy that for. For five minutes people ain't talking about his ass. The case, this case isn't just about allegations. This is just. This is also a showdown between two high profile, very, very powerful attorneys, Alex and Tony. Alex, the big wig in New York and Tony Busby is the top dog out of Houston. So let's just call that Texas. Both of them ain't playing around. So Spiro or Spiral is known for representing high profile clients like Alec Baldwin and Elon Musk. His aggressive legal style is often effective, but in this case, it seems to be backfired. The judge's criticisms suggest that Spiral approach may be doing more harm than good and he needs to tread lightly. Seriously. Now, Tony Busby, as you know, represents Jane Doe and has taken a more calculated approach. While Jay Z's attorney accuses him of misconduct. The judge has not indicated any dissatisfaction with Busby's conduct at all. So these mother. These two are going back and forth. Like I said, this is like, I don't know if you watch boxing. This Is like Tyson versus Holyfield back in the day. Or if you want to get more current, this is Mayweather versus Pacquiao. This is Bud Crawford versus Canelo. These two attorneys have been locked in a war of words. Alex accusing Tony of rule violations and unethical behavior. Busby, meanwhile, has filed his own claims alleging that Jay Z's team engaged in intimidation tactics, including hiring private investigators and attempting to bribe witnesses. Now, y'all remember that we covered that. There were, There were actually people going to social media, influencers, doors and allegedly. Well, I don't even know if I'd say alleged because Tony Busby actually recorded them. His, his former client recorded private investigators bribing him and wanting him to. Wanting them to talk bad against Tony Busby. And they got it all on tape. So this, this has been going. This has been a serious, serious, crazy, crazy, serious situation. And this legal duel will undoubtedly continue to shape the case as it progresses. Now, let's talk about the implications of the judge's ruling and what it means for this case moving forward, because that's all that matters. What the hell does this mean moving forward? Well, the judge ruling has several important implications for every party involved in this case. Let's talk about for Jane Doe first. Now, for Jane Doe, what the hell does this mean? The decision to allow her to remain anonymous is a win for her legal team as it enables her to pursue the case without fear of retaliation. Now, for Sean Combs, what does this mean? Or what does this ruling mean? As far as Diddy, he faces multiple lawsuits and federal charges. This case just adds to the mounting legal troubles that he already has. The ruling also sends a message about the court's expectations for professional conduct, particularly for high profile cases like this. Now let's turn our attention to the broader context of this case and its impact on the entertainment industry. Broader implications for the entertainment industry go as such, this case is part of a larger trend of accountability in the entertainment industry, the MeToo movement. High profile cases like this reflect the ongoing impact of the MeToo movement, which has encouraged survivors to come forward with allegations of abuse. For celebrities like Jay Z and Sean Combs, legal battles like this can have significant impact on their reputation and their pockets. Too many of these cases floating around will tear somebody's brand up. And for Jay Z and Diddy, their brand is a large portion of what brings in the dollars for that, for their. For them and their family. Now, the entertainment industry will likely continue to grapple with issues of accountability and transparency as more and more of these cases come to light, this particular case could set a precedent for how similar allegations are handled in the future. Looking ahead, here's what we can expect. So we have the discovery phase. Okay, so during the discovery phase, both sides will gather evidence to support their claims. Evidence which could include depositions, documents, and other materials. Additional filings. Given the contentious nature of this case, it's likely that both sides will file more motions in the coming weeks. So stay tuned. Potential settlements. While this case is moving forward, there's always the possibility of a settlement, particularly if either side wants to avoid a prolonged legal battle. Now, Jay Z has said, ain't nobody getting one red penny from them. So a settlement would be. I would be shocked. But you never know. You know, different day brings different, different drama. And it could get to a point where Jay Z might just say, let me just pay this off. Who knows? Like I said, stay tuned. Now, like I also said before, this could. Could impact parallel cases. This case could influence other lawsuits against Sean Combs and other lawsuits against Jay Z. So this is a very, very important case. Very important. Now, we will continue to watch this Jay Z, Diddy, Tony Busby, Alex situation after that ruling that came in yesterday. Expect. You can expect more fireworks to. You can expect more fireworks to rear their ugly head. This judge, like I said, is pissed off. So this is going to be a wild one, y'all, because I'm sure Jay Z and his attorney aren't going to take it lying down, but neither is Tony Busby, and apparently neither is this judge. Now, also, we know we must pay attention to another thing about this case. Did y'all notice that Jay Z was not shown in Beyonce's recent halftime performance that was on Netflix on Christmas Day? Now, if you go back a little bit before that, when these allegations first came out, Jay Z showed up the day. The very next day, Jay Z showed up to him. Beyonce's daughter's blue, blue red carpet event for the new movie Mufasa. And so Jay Z got hit with so much backlash for even showing up there that I don't know if the backlash from that is why he was not shown at all during the performance, especially considering the fact that Jay Z is partnered with the NFL. Why was he not? Why didn't they show him? Now, if it wasn't because of the backlash, could it have been because of this ruling? Because for you to think that the case is about to be dismissed because you found all kind of holes for it to go from that to you getting cussed out by the judge and. And the judge cussing out your attorney and basically not liking anything that y'all have done so far. That's like night and day. And I'm sure that caused Jay Z and ROC Nation to regroup because now it's apparent this case ain't going nowhere. And since this case isn't going anywhere, Jay Z and his attorney got a long road ahead. Because if I know Tony Busby, he's a pretty intel, he's an intelligent attorney, and I know what he's he's gonna do is he knows Jay Z and his attorney wants this case done and over with as fast as possible. Why do we know that? Well, because they filed for an emergency ex expediting. They wanted this case expedited. Judge said no way. And so since Busby knows that they want it to go away as fast as possible, I'm sure he's going to string it out as long as possible. And every day and every week and every month that this that goes by in this case is still ongoing, every day damages Jay Z's brand and his pockets. So I believe Tony Busby is going to play the long game with Jay Z on this one to see how long Jay Z can survive or let this go on before he has to say, you know what? I could have just paid this and been over with and on to the next. But I understand why celebrities don't pay if they're innocent or if they're guilty either way, because they fear for copycat lawsuits to come out once they say, oh well, Jay Z paid that one. So I'm sure he'll pay me. But it's still a dangerous game and a slippery slope to not pay. Because yeah, you could have copycats, but if Jay Z would have settled behind closed doors, nobody would have even know he settled. Because if you remember, he was listed as celebrity A. We didn't know it was Jay Z in that lawsuit. And so had he settled, it would have remained an anonymous name and then it would have been moved on and everything would have just been on Diddy. But Jay Z has taken this stance to fight and fight is what he's gonna have to do. Now, I'm not a psychic. I can't say if Jay Z gonna win, I can't say if he gonna lose. But one thing I can say is his brand is going to take a huge hit. And, and, and depending on how long this trial goes and what comes out, the damage from it could be lifelong. It could be damage that Jay Z might not never recover from. As far as his brand. And I, I think Jay Z has more money than he could ever hope for or ever even. He could lose million hundreds of millions and still be hundreds of millions up. So I'm not sitting here by any stretch of the imagination think that this case or any case can financially wipe Jay Z out, but it could do damage. And, and that's what we looking at. And that's what you have to look, will be looking forward. So let's check it out. Now. You know, this is a back and forth and they are really, as much as this is being held handled in the court, y'all, Jay Z and, and Busby and all them understand the value and the importance of the court of public opinion. So now that this ruling has come down and it's making Jay Z and his attorney look like y'all can expect that Jay Z and his attorney will bring back something to sway public opinion again. So stay tuned, just like I told y'all, something was about to hit the fan this week with Busby and Jay Z and all of that. Stay tuned for Jay Z and his attorney to come back. And they're not gonna probably take too much time coming back. And if they don't come back, then that means they either gonna, they're taking the road of just being silent because either you're gonna come back immediately or swiftly to kind of get back to get the narrative back going in your favor, or you're just gonna say, all right, we're just gonna shut up and let the courts handle it. So let's see how it plays out. But like I said, I believe if they're going to come back, it's going to be quick. They're not going to wait too long. And if, if too much time goes past and we don't hear from his attorney or Jay Z, then we know they're going to play the, the keep quiet game and, and not, and not add any fuel to the fire. So we shall see. But speaking of fuel to the fire, why did I throw out a little, my, my little theory about Luigi Maggione might actually not have did it despite the evidence that they're trying to say that he was the shooter. Now, I'm not saying he, if I know if he's involved or not involved or any of that. Y'all hear my statement in the beginning of the show. I am not professional. I'm just good. And so I can't say if he involved or this or that, but I can say there is strong circumstantial evidence that he was not the shooter. And it's a lot of different things, but I saw something that I didn't see anybody say or point out when I re watched the video. Because see, when these cases, when these cases drop. And let me give you a little background, y'all, I've been, I'm known for calling out stuff way before a lot of the media. That is how I made my name. That is where my following came from. So people who have been following me are never surprised when I point out stuff that nobody else pointed out. It's what I, it's what I'm known for, is what I've been doing, is what my, where my followers came from. And so this case is no different. And now am I saying when I bring these theories, I'm 100, would I bet my life on no. But I'm just reading tea leaves and I'm pretty good at reading them. And so when I looked at the film, I noticed that the shooter was right hand dominant. So I said, well, let me check and see. Is Luigi right handed or left handed? So after doing some Google searches and digging, digging, digging, I found an article, I believe it was the Daily Mail had an article. And in that article it talked about how Luigi's mom used to make him eat with his right hand because she didn't want him looking odd. Because every, you know, back in it, especially back in the day, they used to try to make left handed people do right handed stuff just to make them look like everybody else. And for lack of better words. And so, and that, and so that article also com confirmed that because they got that information from a book review that, that Luigi Magiani had did quite some time ago. And in that book review he was really talking about the book. But for some reason it, it has something to do with right and left hands or whatever. I don't know. But in that book review he told the story about how his mother made him do that because he was left handed. Okay, so now I found evidence that he is left handed. So wow, there's some doubt here because the shooter is right handed, yet this guy is left handed. Now two things I know some people say, first of all, let me just clear this. A person's gonna shoot with their good hand when you don't have no time. He didn't have no time to be playing around trying to. Okay, I'm gonna shoot right handed and make it look like I'm left even though I'm left handed. Like, like let's, let's be real, let's Throw that out of there. You. He's trying to. Whoever did this is trying to kill this guy and get the hell out of there Today. Don't got no time to be playing around trying to shoot with their offhand to trick nobody. So let's, let's kind of throw that to the side. But one thing that somebody that people were saying that could kill that theory, but it didn't kill the theory because I'm a back. I'm gonna tell you why. Some people said, well I had a couple people say hey, well my father, he's left handed and he shoots with his right hand. And I said good for him. But see, the devil is in the details and the devil is in the. And then you got to realize what the. With the stats, look up the stats. Because I don't want to just argue with people and you just pulling out your ass. And I'm just pulling out my ass. No Diddy, I looked it up. And do y'all know the percentage of people who are left hand dominant but shoot with their right hand? It's less than 1% actually.5%. So let me give you that, let me break it down so people who aren't math math nerds can get it. For every 200 left handed people, one of them shoots right handed. And so when you in a court of law, we're not talking about the 1% of people that do something, we're talking about in general the average person. And a juror is hard pressed to convict on somebody when they have to believe this person would have had to be the one person out of 200 people to do this. Folks, that's called reasonable doubt. I'm not saying you don't have a person, you don't know a person who is left handed but shoots right handed or, or you don't know a right handed person that does left hand. I'm not saying it's not possible, but when you're dealing with a court of law, it's not about what's possible, it's about what's likely. That's why they say beyond a reasonable doubt, not oh, one person could have did. And like I said, I know and I've seen people who can shoot bow and arrows with their big toe and hit a bullseye, but that's the 1%. We're not talking about them, we're talking about what's likely. And with all the other odd weird going on in the Luigi case with the CEO United Health Care, this is just another weird thing. It just so happened that the guy is left handed, but the shooter's right handed. Yeah, you can say it's possible, but all Luigi needs is doubt. See, his, his burden of proof is different than the prosecution's burden proof. Luigi only needs doubt. The prosecution needs to be beyond a reasonable doubt. So when you take the statistics, one out of 200, does that leave doubt? Or does that one person, one person out of 200 people that shoots with the opposite hand, there's one person out of 200 people. Do you believe that shows that he did it beyond a reasonable doubt or do you think that shows some doubt? He just needs some doubt. And there's a reason why though, that, that that post is going viral. Because it does make sense. And like I said, the only people who are trying to refute it, which, hey, I'm looking for people to prove it wrong. I'm just throwing out a theory that I thought was interesting. But if you gonna prove me wrong, prove me wrong. But don't. You can't say, oh, well, my uncle shoots left handed. I mean, my uncle's left handed and he shoots right handed. Yeah, but if you just look up the stats, and this isn't me saying that, this is Google, this is chat gbt, this is Yahoo. This is anywhere you look, you're talking about less than 1. Your, your, your uncle or your father is less than 1% of the population that does that. Ain't no juror about to convict nobody on no less than 1% chance. But thank you for chiming in. And so as I throw that theory around, like I said, I don't know who did what. We are all talking and conversating and trying to figure this shit out and seeing what makes sense. But all I'm saying is I'm right handed. If you see somebody and they saying it's me and he's shooting left handed and hitting his target, that ain't me. I'm right handed. So again, am I saying that is 100% irrefutable evidence that he's innocent? No, of course not. But what I am saying is it's just another piece that shows, hey, he might not have been the shooter. Amongst other things, that they have other other things. And I'll break those down at a later time. But right now we're going to focus on the fact that. Go watch that video. I want y'all to go watch it. I'm giving y'all some homework. Go. Go watch the Luigi Magione video or the video of that case. I'm not Going to say his video, the video of that case where the CEO where an assailant walks up behind him and shoots. You'll notice that he shot right handed. And if you look up the article in the Daily Mail where, where Luigi talks about his mother, how she made him eat. Just kind of google those words, those terms, and you'll find it. You'll see everything that I'm talking about and you tell me what you think. I just know that this case don't add up. I don't give a fuck what, I don't care if he didn't do this. I don't care about what nobody says could have happened, didn't happen. All I know for sure is that it don't make no fucking sense. It don't line up. It don't add up for him to be so smart to cap, to carry all this out and get away with it scot free to Pennsylvania. And then to just be chilling in a McDonald's waiting to be arrested with, with a manifesto and all this right there with you, that don't make sense. This guy's a valedictorian. This guy's borderline genius, 130 IQ type person. That shit would have been discarded. And I doubt he would just be sitting in a McDonald's chomping down hash browns while the whole world is looking for his ass. I mean another little small thing. And see, I pick out little small things that show me don't make sense. And this is some of the other stuff that I'm gonna go into when I do my deep dive of this case. One of the people, customers, they interview, TMZ interviewed him and then they did their own like post and they said that when they walked in that McDonald's, the guy said, his friend said there's the, there's the, there's the CEO shooter right there, like. And the guy thought he was joking and he said when he said that the cashier said, came over to him and said yeah, actually I think it is, and I'm calling or something like that, or I called or something. But what stuck out to me is something that the guy said. He said if the cashier heard his friends say that's the CEO shooter, even though he thought his friend was playing. He thought his friend was just joking around because they had just saw it, you know, the day before all over the place, that they were looking for this guy who shot the CEO of a healthcare company. And so if the cashier did her, if the cashier heard his friend, then Luigi Maggiani should have heard him. And he said he didn't flinch when he said, that's a CEO shooter. That don't make sense to me. So we're gonna dive into that, y'all. I appreciate y'all for joining me on another show of the flow show, no filter, as always. Enjoy your weekend. And I'm.
The Flo Show, No Filter — Episode Summary
Title: Jay-Z and Tony Busby's Uno-Inspired Legal Tactics: Navigating Courtroom Twists with Diddy's Brand at Risk and Viral Conspiracies Uncovered...Will New Evidence Change Everything?
Host: Flo
Release Date: December 27, 2024
Description: Real news! No spin! A truth-seeking podcast!
In this riveting episode of The Flo Show, No Filter, host Flo delves deep into the high-stakes legal battle involving music moguls Jay-Z (Sean Carter) and Diddy (Sean Combs), represented by attorney Tony Busby. The episode, released on December 27, 2024, unpacks explosive allegations, courtroom drama, and the intricate tactics employed by the legal teams.
Flo begins by outlining the gravity of the allegations against Jay-Z and Diddy. The lawsuit, initially filed on October 20, accuses Sean Combs of rape, with Jay-Z later named as a defendant amid the claims.
“These are horrific allegations. The lawsuit was initially filed Oct. 20, naming Sean Diddy Combs as the primary defendant... Jay Z, meanwhile, has strongly denied the allegations.” [05:20]
Jane Doe, the accuser, alleges she was raped at an after-party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards when she was only 13 years old. Jane Doe amended her complaint on December 8 to include Jay-Z as a defendant, stirring further controversy and legal complexities.
Flo meticulously breaks down the legal strategies employed by Jay-Z's legal team, led by attorney Alex Spiro (or Spiral), and how these tactics have influenced the courtroom dynamics.
“His legal team, led by Alex, has described the allegations as baseless, defamatory.” [15:45]
Jay-Z's team filed motions to dismiss the case entirely and to reveal Jane Doe's identity, aiming to fast-track proceedings by arguing the case lacked merit. However, Judge Annalisa Torres delivered a scathing ruling, rejecting these motions and criticizing the aggressive legal tactics.
“The judge criticized Spiro for his combative filings and inflammatory language, calling them a waste of judicial resources.” [30:10]
This backlash from the judiciary has significantly hindered Jay-Z's legal efforts, casting doubt on the effectiveness of his team's approach.
To illustrate the unfolding legal drama, Flo draws an analogy with the popular card game Uno, comparing the back-and-forth legal tactics of Jay-Z and Tony Busby to the strategic plays in the game.
“Now, I'm gonna use Uno because that's More widely recognized... that is exactly what the hell Tony Busby just did to Jay Z.” [03:10]
Flo describes a scenario where Jay-Z's legal maneuvers resemble a draw four card in Uno—seemingly securing victory but ultimately allowing Busby to counter with multiple draw twos, turning the tide against Jay-Z.
A significant portion of the episode focuses on the clash between Jay-Z's attorney, Alex Spiro, and Tony Busby, Diddy's legal representative. Flo likens their confrontation to iconic boxing matches, highlighting the intensity and high stakes involved.
“These two attorneys are shaping up for a serious heavyweight bout... This is like Tyson versus Holyfield back in the day.” [25:35]
Spiro's aggressive style has been met with Busby's calculated responses, including allegations of unethical behavior and intimidation tactics by Jay-Z's team. This legal tug-of-war is intensifying the case, with both sides striving to outmaneuver each other.
Flo explores the wider impact of this case on the entertainment industry, noting how it aligns with the ongoing MeToo movement and the push for accountability among high-profile celebrities.
“This case is part of a larger trend of accountability in the entertainment industry, the MeToo movement.” [40:50]
The outcome of this legal battle could set precedents for how similar allegations are handled in the future, potentially influencing public perception and industry practices regarding misconduct.
Shifting gears, Flo introduces a compelling theory related to another high-profile case involving Luigi Maggiani, accused of killing the CEO of UnitedHealthcare. Flo questions the validity of Maggiani's guilt based on inconsistencies in the shooter's handedness observed in video footage.
“There is strong circumstantial evidence that he was not the shooter... he is left handed.” [55:30]
Flo highlights how Maggiani, reportedly left-handed, appears to have used his right hand in the shooting, a detail that could sow reasonable doubt and potentially exonerate him.
Flo reflects on her own media presence, mentioning her upcoming appearance on TMZ and how public perception plays a crucial role in high-profile cases. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining one's narrative amidst relentless media scrutiny.
“When you hit your number and you get where you were going, oh, they show up like they never said nothing.” [12:00]
Additionally, Flo points out Jay-Z's absence from Beyoncé's recent halftime performance, speculating that backlash from the allegations may have influenced this decision.
“Why didn't they show him?... And so if it wasn't because of the backlash, could it have been because of this ruling?” [48:20]
In wrapping up, Flo anticipates continued legal battles and further developments in the case. She predicts that Jay-Z's legal team will strive to regain control of the narrative, while Tony Busby remains steadfast in pursuing justice for the accuser.
“This legal duel will undoubtedly continue to shape the case as it progresses.” [35:45]
Flo also reiterates her commitment to uncovering the truth, encouraging listeners to stay informed and critically analyze the unfolding events.
“I just send that message out to anybody out there... you just keep working hard and keep doing your thing.” [09:15]
