That was Mentioned thousands of lies, and now, oh, the audio comes back, and all of a sudden we can hear Nolan yelling in the background, screaming. You know, we're screaming about how he's dead. That's just a complete lie.

I think especially about the Sito call. I think people, regardless of who it is, is gonna believe what they want to hear. I think half these people or not half these people, but some of these people you can't convince

When Wyatt was on the phone with C. TO and it is boldly clear that no one was not on the boat with us. You can literally almost see down to the deck. Yeah, we were scrambling. Scrambling around, trying to get the boat fix, but the guy.

And when they're saying, like, Nolan could have been in the bottom of the. They say Nolan could have wasn't. If. Why wasn't he at. At the bottom of the boat? There were people saying that they saw his foot or his. Somebody said, yeah, y' all denied coast guard. If you denied the coast guard. Wait a minute. Why am I not getting sound? Can y' all hear me? You know, when you bring in the truth, they always wanna. When you bring in the troop, they always try to put a, put a monkey wrench in your, in your situation. But it's all good. And I mean it'll prove its own facts. I could say do the, I would want to add on to that. Do the proper research. See, get sort through all the lies. I mean and a lot of these stuff like you, like you can just tell straight off the bat it's lies. And for one it's defaming us. And for two it makes you look like a dummy. I mean like you're just saying stuff, just pulling it out of who knows where and you just look like an idiot on, on your phone making this TikTok or whatever. Like do you like do your research, man? Like if you can't simply do that, don't get on the, don't get on your phone and start making a video.

It's just kind of concerned me with like how people have the time of day to just make up complete lies out of something that they have no evidence of and to post on social media to put other people down. It's insane to me like how like just people push this and you know, want to make this a story that it's absolutely not. I don't know what happened to Nolan, my friends don't know what happened to Nolan. But for people to come around and say, oh, this happened for a fact and I know this and, and there's no telling me otherwise, then you're, you know, that's just stupid. You have no like half these people that are saying all these crazy things on the Internet, those lies have already been debunked. There's. There's evidence supporting this is a lie. Like why are you still saying this? You like these people just have no idea what they're talking about. It's very clear because a lot of these people just speak without thinking and post stuff without thinking, but at the end of the day it just looks really stupid on their page and whatever they're posting on. But it's just sad. Like people really take the time out of their day to post a bunch of BS lies on a bunch of 19 year old. 19.

It sounds to me that they are. They're spending more time worried about what people are saying on social media. They're spending more time worried about that than they are worried about finding out what happened to their supposed to be brother and friend, Nolan Wells. And this is what people are having a problem with. It's like no, rest in peace, Nolan Wells. No, none of that is just straight calling people stupid. Meanwhile, these are the people that are, that are, that are, that are trying to figure out what's going on with Nolan Wells and trying to find out people on social media are, are just concerned and want the truth. What is the big deal about that? What's the problem with people wanting the truth? I don't see. I don't see nothing wrong with that.

And 20 year olds who have never done anything to hurt anyone and, you know, loved their friend, like I love that man more than anybody and like, so did all of my friends. And it's absolutely horrible that these people want to come on and push this narrative that we had something to do with this or we killed our best friend. It's just sick to me. Brandon, that's it.

Well, this might be too long, but I have a few things I need to add. First of all, with respect to Warren, if you just murdered your best friend on an island, the dumbest thing you could do would be to call the Coast Guard, to call a federal law enforcement agency and tell them, hey, can you guys go out and check out this island and look for Nolan Wells? Well, that's exactly what Warren did. Warren called the Coast Guard and that is one of many very compelling facts. He got back and he called the Coast Guard. Does that sound like a guilty man to you right now? These are all American young men, incredible young men, and they did a lot more than just that. I won't go through all of it now, but they did a lot of heroic things after the fact, and they did the best they could and they tried for their dear friend. All of their actions are the actions of innocent men, not guilty men. And again, they are categorically, completely and totally innocent. Right? But that's not the end of it. I'll say this again. If you lied, you won't be able to hide. If you lied, you won't be able to hide. And you're going to be held accountable. And if you lied about these fine young men, these good Ocean Springs people, you're going to be held accountable. You're going to be sued. I'll tell you, there are going to be lawsuits because we have already identified Some of the worst offenders and it may have felt good for them in the moment. Instant gratification. Sugar high. They got their sugar high. But long after that sugar high wears off, they're going to find themselves in court and it's going to be excruciatingly painful. The only thing I can say about that is it won't be quite as painful as what they did to Morgan Jackson Warren.

So. So Ed, I got one question for you. Because the way you guys articulated.

Let me get this straight. Y' all are threatening the people who are out here on their free time, on their free dime, searching for the truth of what happened to Nolan Wells. Y' all threatening them. So if, if y' all had a job way everybody would just stop posting about Nolan Wells or stop posting about Nolan Wells friends, whether it's a rumor or not, we are trying to get to the truth. It is funny that for that to be a brother to y', all, y' all are trying to scare people from digging for the truth. Nolan Wells is post supposedly like a brother to y', all. But y' all got attorneys and, and different people basically threatening people who are only trying to do nothing, find out the truth. This is just does not read well to me. This is not how you treat your brother.

Defamation. Obviously, if someone puts out online lies knowingly and intentionally do them knowing that they're lies, impartial, that's a part of the defamation. But is the racial component, because when someone goes out and says things without evidence, projecting that this was a racial encounter, is that a part of this defamation? Or is or does that not count as far as your tactics on defending them or defending their honor, I guess in this situation,

well, one thing that we're never going to do is we're never going to speculate and we're never going to guess like some other folks who got their sugar highs and are sucking up all the oxygen in the room for now and they'll have their day in court. But we can talk about what might motivate people. And I won't talk about any particular people because I am not inside their head right now. But I can tell you that racism for profit is a major factor here. And we don't have to name names, but racism for profit, generating outrage. Outrage for profit. In the end, it's all about money.

if an 18 year old goes on a trip on a boat on an island with his quote unquote friends and the whole island, a thousand people all make it back from the island and that friend doesn't make it from the island and everybody turns off their social media, lawyers up and nobody, everybody acts like they don't know anything. There is going to be outrage. It don't matter about no racism. It's a child, a young man who we don't know what the happened to him. We don't care if he green, brown, purple, yellow. It's not about y'. All, you to me, y'.

This lawyer and Nolan's quote, unquote friends are speaking and injecting more racism than anybody. Because you think this outrage is because of race? Or do you think this outrage is because Nolan Wells didn't make it back and nobody knows what the fuck happened? And we don't believe that. Which one you think causing the outrage? If Nolan was still alive, would we be outraged? Would the world be outraged if Nolan made it back, Would we be screaming right now? Answer that question to me. If Nolan made it back on that island, would there be outrage? Because there would still be a black and white dynamic. Racism would still be there. So would we be outraged if Nolan Wells made it back home? The answer is no. We are outraged because he didn't make it home. And we don't understand how nobody knows anything. Let's continue.

We don't even have to think about whether the racism that these people are talking about, talking about is real or fake or anything like that. It's racism for profit.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't like this. Lord.

when you have offenders who defame innocent young men, fine, innocent young men, upstanding young men, it might be a constellation of motives, profit, animus, stupidity, ignorance. Maybe they just don't like evidence. See, we really like evidence here. Tyler Cox really likes evidence. I really like evidence. Morgan, Jacks, Warren, we really like evidence. And that's the difference between the other guys and us. And we have evidence. We have the receipts, we have the goods. We're going to be presenting it in court. And I will say, once we present it in court, we're going to say, now you can't leave.

Do you think that the other side. Because I've seen on an, you know, through social media that there's a preparation of lawsuits against the boys. Is there merit, according to your knowledge, in this space, is there merit to pursuing lawsuits against them?

I am so glad you asked that question because I can answer that question definitively and unequivocally. Anybody who sues Jax, Warren or Morgan, they're going to end up Paying our attorney's fees, guaranteed any lawsuit. And I'm going to warn anyone right now, anybody who is thinking for one second about suing these fine young men, these good Ocean Springs people, you're going to pay their attorney's fees. You're going to lose. You're going to get annihilated. You're going to get crushed. You have nothing. And here's the beauty of it. We know you have nothing because we actually have the.

Quick question and honesty. Honest question. Do y' all feel like. Do they feel like. Do you feel like these guys honestly listening to this interview so far, do you really feel like these boys really love Nolan Wells? Is that what you feel? Just listen to how the lawyer talking. Listen to what they said. Do you really. And this is for anybody on either side, whether you think it was an accident or you don't think it was an accident. Anybody, don't matter what your opinion is. Honestly listening to this interview. If these were the friends of your lost child, would you. Do you feel the compassion? Do you feel like, man, these guys really cared about Nolan. Threatening people, like, this is a. This is for real. Like. Like this is. They don't give a damn. In my opinion, Nolan Wells was a com. What. His friendship was a convenience for these boys. I'm just be honest. I have friends. They don't act like this. I know for a fact my friends wouldn't shut down their social media and lawyer up if I went missing. But this lawyer is taking the cake with all these threatening and all this cocky ass talk. All we are concerned with is what really happened to Nolan Wells. All this extra tough talking pissing contest is doing nothing for me.

So with all the negative that's going on, obviously there's been positive that I've seen that have come Yalls direction. I felt like when Warren came out and did the interview the first time, of course a lot of people decided to say a lot of negative things. But then there's a tremendous amount of people that were very supportive and thankful that they had a chance to hear the other side. So what are your thoughts and feelings on the other side of this where people have been supportive, you know, kind of. What are your thoughts on that? What have you experienced in that area?

I want to start off and just say that that has helped us tremendously through this one mentally knowing that there are people on our side that are here to help and want to help and are actually helping with the online stuff. And I want to say thank you to everybody who has made a video on the positive side of things and showing the actual facts and debunking a lot of false information and given to the gifts and go, yeah, that's the. That's another really big one. Thank you so much for that. Given to the gifts and go.

That means a lot more than you could ever imagine. Morgan, I just want to say thank you to all the people out there. I mean, I personally went through and looked at all the. It's really helped us out.

Your child goes out with his friends. He comes back, Everybody comes back except for your child. His friends lawyer up, delete all their social media, then go on a press tour, and then request a GoFundMe just for them. Now, you lost your child, but they want to go fund me for being questioned or harassed. Have y' all ever seen anything like this? But you got people that'll act like it's a problem for content creators and YouTubers who get paid to talk about this stuff. People act like that. That's a problem. But I don't see enough people having a problem with friends of somebody who died getting a go getting $200,000 and go fund me money. If I go to out somewhere with my best friend, he don't make it back. And. And I shut down my social media and lawyer up. My. My friend's family gonna be looking at me like, what the hell is wrong with Harold? And then on top of that, I put up a GoFundMe. You lost your child. My quote unquote brother is dead, and I don't know how it happened, but I'm getting a GoFundMe for $200,000. Y' all don't see no problem with that? Y' all don't see. Did that pass the eye test? That's ridiculous. I would. My feelings would be hurt at this point. Now my child's friends are getting GoFundMe talking about support us because we getting our feelings hurt, which is nothing compared to Nolan Wells not even being here anymore. Man, y' all crazy. I can't believe y' all let this. Y' all letting this slide like that's Crazy. I don't want to hear nobody complain about nobody getting any money no more. For whatever reason, if there's no problem with these guys getting $200,000 to go fund me because their feelings are getting hurt.

Oh, you know, obviously, I want to give thanks. My friends and my family really appreciate it. I mean, it's.

Somebody said. See what I'm saying? See how. See how we make excuses for people? We see how we make excuses for certain people and nuns for other. When you're in this game, death threats come. You telling me you need $200,000 for lawyer fees and death threats? Lawyer fees for what? Lawyer fees for what? You said you ain't did anything. We gonna justify friends of the deceased getting a GoFundMe when the actual deceased needs to go crumble? I don't believe it, man. Y' all can keep making excuses if. I just know that if. If this was your child and your child and you lost your child and his friends did this, you'd be pissed off. You can say what you want to say because it's not you. And that's the difference between a lot of people. Like, I literally could put myself in the shoes and. And. And really be honest and say, if this was my friend, my son's friends, and he's not here no more, and he was with y', all, and then y' all getting. Y' all requesting GoFundMe money. That'd be some. And I'm sure anybody else would agree, but some people can't put themselves in their shoes and really feel it. So they can just say. They act like it's no big deal, but if that was your child and their friends did all the stuff that these friends are doing, including getting $200,000 in GoFundMe off of your child's death? I don't care what the reasons is. If Nolan Wells didn't die, they're not getting $200,000 in GoFundMe money. So if you are getting $200,000 in Gofundme money off of your quote, unquote, brother's death, that is five. That's five. I wouldn't even want the money. My best friend is dead. You think I want to collect $200,000 because he's dead, man. Let's continue. Man. I'm different. I know I'm different. Island girl, what's up?

It's hard to get by every day without having a group of people behind you. And it's, it really helps my friend and I as especially like mental state, mental side of things, you know, knowing that we have a community behind us that is willing to stand for us and stand for the truth and, you know, we can't thank him enough. Like, seriously with, you know, like Morgan said the prayers and just, even the money and the gifts and go. It's just, it's all. It's a blessing from the Lord and you know, we, we can't thank everybody enough. Seriously. It's been, it's been more than enough.

So, so what are your thoughts on this? I know you see the outpouring of, of support for the boys. I know that obviously with your credentials you're taking on this case, which is a huge undertaking representing multiple young people. And it's with so many people that you have mentioned that could be in, possibly going to get sued in this. So what would you like to say to the people about this?

Well, the most important thing is that these three outstanding young men who are completely innocent are worth standing behind. It's worth standing behind them. It's worth supporting them. Because these three gentlemen here, they're going to go out into the world and they're going to do incredible things for society. Right? These are. These are three young men who want to help people and who are going to help people. They're just, they're just wonderful souls, wonderful human beings. So if you want someone to support, if you're looking for someone to support, and if you're looking for people who tell the truth and like evidence and common sense, you should support these guys, not the other guys who traffic and lies. All right, now there's a give, send, go page. Right. Those donations are very important. We have an incredible legal team very, very privileged to be working with Tyler Cox. Call Cox. Right, so. She raised her child to the age of 18, 19 years old. He was an athlete, a student. So whatever you're saying here means nothing. We're talking about Nolan Wells mother. Man, I just hope and pray that y' all don't have anything up, happen in your life, man. That's crazy. A parent, like. Like Enoch said, this parent had to bury her child. Start judging credibility and look at the respective motivations, the motives on both sides, right? On one side, you have some folks who maybe are not motivated by such great things, but what we have on our side and why you should support us. One word for you, my favorite word, which is virtue. We've got virtue, all right? We've got the honesty. We've got the integrity, right? We're doing the right thing here. Honesty. Integrity. That's us. Honesty, Integrity and the truth. And those are very high virtues. And that's why you should support these incredible young men.

You can literally almost see down to the deck, and as you can see in that picture, everybody is completely casual while Wyatt's on the phone with Seato. Yeah, we were scrambling. Scrambling around trying to get the boat fixed, but the guys were. You know, in the video, you'd see me. I'm sitting on the bow. If there was someone dying on the boat, why would everybody just be sitting there waiting to either get towed in or in the first place? Like Jack said, why would Wyatt call Sito? It's. It's crazy. He. The reason we turned down Coast Guard is why would we call Coast Guard if Seato could pull us in? But we fixed the boat, and we ran into Four Bayou, and that's it. The CTO call was completely enhanced, and these people just want to believe what they want to hear, and that's exactly what they're doing. So it's just crazy to me that people have tried to twist this and twist the audio. When we came out with the first interview, it debunked half these lies, and now you don't hear about any of it. You don't hear about the pool party because it was on June 27th. You don't hear about anything else that was mentioned. Thousands of lies, and now, oh, the audio comes back, and all of a sudden.

Wait a minute, Warren. If. If you don't hear about anything and y' all debunked all the lies and you don't hear about any of them anymore, then why are y' all still trying to sue everybody? Why are y' all still trying to sue everybody? If everything has been debunked and you don't hear about it no more, that seems pretty easy. Problem solved. And as far as this sito call, why don't you. Why don't they explain? Why don't they play the call? Why didn't they play the call and let them tell us what was said? Because we heard Nolan. Oh, my God. Is he dead? Damn it, Bart, if we didn't hear that, why don't you play it? And you. You were there. You tell us. You tell us what was said. They haven't even played to see that. They haven't told us what was said. They just want us to. They act like we're just not hearing. Like we're just hearing things. We're hearing something. So tell us what was said. Y' all were there. We weren't. But instead of telling us what. What was. What we heard or explaining it, you're just gonna act like we don't. We don't. We just making up.

Nobody ever said that we heard Nolan in the background screaming. Where do you get that information from? Was Nolan in the background screaming? Did you hear him screaming? Maybe we never said that. And if I, if I had one thing to say to them, I'd say do your research. Before you go out saying something that's not true, that could hurt someone, just, just do your research. I mean it's, it's, it's easy. All you have to do is just, just scroll like they do all day long and find the evidence that's right in front of their face. And I mean it'll prove its own facts. I could say do the, I would want to add on to that, do the proper research. See, get sort through all the lies. I mean, and a lot of these stuff like you, like you can just tell straight off the bat it's lies. And for one it's defaming us. And for two, it makes you look like a dummy. I mean like you're just saying stuff, just pulling it out of who knows where and you just look like an idiot on, on your phone making this TikTok or whatever. Like do you like, do your research, man. Like, if you can't simply do that,

And it just make up complete lies out of something that they have no evidence of and deposits posted on social media to put other people down. It's insane to me. Like how, like just people push this and, you know, want to make this a story that it's absolutely not. I don't know what happened to Nolan. My friends don't know what happened to Nolan. But for people to come around and say, oh, this happened for a fact, and I know this, and, and there's no telling me otherwise, then you're, you know, that's just stupid. You have no, like half these people that are saying all these crazy things on the Internet, those lies have already been debunked. There, there's. There's evidence supporting this is a lie. Like, why are you still saying this? You, like these people just have no idea what they're talking about. And it's very clear because a lot of these people just speak without thinking and post thinking, but at the end of the day, it just looks really stupid on their page and whatever they're posting on. But it's just sad. Like, people really take the time out of their day to post A bunch of BS lies on a bunch of 19 year old, 19 and 20 year olds who have never done anything to hurt anyone and, you know, loved their friend. Like I love that man more than anybody. And like so did all of my friends. And it's absolutely horrible that these people want to come on and push this narrative that we had something to do with this or we killed our best friend. It's just sick to me. Brandon, that's it.

Says his, his body language says it all. A walker says, why can't you say his name? Ali Cat says, you not in jail when your mom's a judge. Yeah, so? So she answering that question where he says, why am I in jail? Why I'm not in jaily? Cat says, because your mom is a judge. And that Philly girl says, in response to them saying, why would they call the Coast Guard? She says it's called let's make an alibi. Let me go over here. I didn't know y'. All, Y' all been in here. Y' all been in here talking. Kentrell Jackson says y' all not in jail because y' all have the government on y' all side. Duh. Hey, y', all, they've been over there chopping it up in Instagram. I, I, I ain't paid them no attention. Let's go back to this.

Wyatt's on the phone with Sito in that clip. I mean, he's on the phone. Don't you, like, wouldn't you think that you would have seen no one on the.

If your boat is sinking, who the is videoing it, though? If the boat is sinking, who is taking a video? So y' all pull up on your friends. So let me ask y'. All. So y' all friends Boat sinking. And as the boat is sinking, y' all pull up and start video recording as the boat is sinking. Would y' all do that? Let me know in the chat. Let me know on Instagram Instagram World if yo, if you pull up on if you coming to help your friend and his boat is sinking, are you videoing it? Are you making a video? Are you posting it on Snapchat? I'm trying to figure out who is. Who pulls up on their friends when their boat is sinking. According to them on the. On that. On that call he was. They were saying it was sinking and. And they needed help. So the help comes and you and somebody's just videoing it as the boat. So they want to catch the boat send sinking when they want to watch their. All their friends get sunk into the water. Somebody says just listen to this. This is on Instagram. Silver Brian says, just another black family looking for a meal ticket. You see the kind of people we got in this world. This mother loses her child and some idiot says, I can't make this up, y'. All. The. The value of a human life has plummeted back in the day, even no matter how bad got we still value a human life. I'm talking about the 90s. Nowadays you can lose your child and you got people that'll say stuff like that was said earlier that I just said talking about another black family looking for a meal ticket. She knows she's just looking for a son. If you call her son a meal ticket, then so be it. But she did looking for a son man that died that you don't give a about. Which is why we here. And this is why I will be continue to post about Nolan Wells to get justice because there's so many who don't give a so since we have those a holes who don't care, I have to balance them out. I have to balance it out so that. So the don't have the have any leverage. I built my platform up to protect us against who think like that. Talking about another black family looking for and this lady has lost her job. So to all the people out there, do you see. Do you see why we do what we do? Do you see why we have so much support in the comments? It's because of stupidity like that. I don't care what side you on. That is a foul thing to say. When somebody has lost somebody life, man has lost their child, that's just foul. I'm glad, man. Y' all talk about how she handling it, man. If it was Me, I'll be cussing everybody out.
