The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the FLO show. No filter. Are for entertainment and educational purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Hey, hey, hey. Happy, happy Monday. Happy holidays to everybody. I got my Santa hat on right now, just so y'all. Just so you can have a visual. This show this week, the show will be I will have my Santa Claus hat on the whole time. So just throwing that out there for FYI. Got a great show for you today, as always. What are we going to get into today? Oh, a lot happened since last time we talked on Friday. It's crazy. Two days is like two years in this case. Let's see. We got two new lawsuits. New. Two new lawsuits. One old lawsuit to talk about with the Diddy monster, Sean Diddy Combs. Oh, my God. And then we got something explosive to talk about with, pertaining to Kim Porter, who was Diddy's ex girlfriend, the mother to some of his children. And also an explosive news with Jay Z, one of his rappers from. From the height of his career era, one of the rappers on his label has came out and said that that son that's saying that that guy that's saying that he's Jay Z's son, that Jay Z's been avoiding the paternity test. Well, this rapper who was signed to Jay Z and, and knowed all and knew all the inner workings, has come out and said that with that he knows undeniably that that is his son. And he explains some things. So, like I said, we got JLO implicated in today's episode. We got some new news on Kim Porter. This is crazy, y'all. It's so much to talk about. I'm. I'm trying to squeeze it all in today, but we're gonna get right to it because, hey, before we get into that, though, this is crazy. So happy holidays, y'all. Just another quick example of how this world only gives a fuck about the people with money. I was doing. I did Christmas shopping over the weekend, me and my mother. You know, my family's in and cle from Cleveland, Ohio. In Cleveland, Ohio, my son and everybody out there. So this year, I. I decided I didn't want to just give money. I normally just give money because I have very low patience for shopping sometimes, especially when I have to do it online. I mean, when I. When I can get out in the streets and shop and I got time to do all that, I like that. But so normally I just give money. And I thought about it like, you know, like giving somebody a hundred dollars or fifty dollars or whatever, just cash app or whatever is just so. I don't know, it's just, it just don't, it don't hit. So I just said, this year we're gonna give gifts. So me and my mom, my mom, we decided she's gonna do pick up. We did everything, curbside delivery. This is my mom's idea. So we did everything, curbside delivery. And it was fun between me and my mom. I like doing it, but it was a nightmare. Y'all, check this, this real quick. This is just something I need to say. First of all, why does it take so long? I mean, why is it, why is it, why can they take your money in seconds? But when it, but, but when they need to give your money back, these big ass corporations like Macy's, I'm calling them by name. They take your money and then it takes, it's almost like an obstacle course to get your money back. So. And I'm gonna get to the point of where they don't care about the little people. Check this out. So I order like a $500 order for curbside pickup. Now on that order, my only options were curbside pickup or if I needed to have it shipped, it said to, that, yes, Saturday was the last day to guarantee it for December 24th. Okay. So I go on there, I mean, for 500 especially, you know, I'm not the best Macy's. I'm good at shopping on Amazon. Like when it comes to the department store and seeing what's in the store and what's not in the store, it's so confusing. I click on stuff thinking it's in the store and then I click on it. It says, available in two weeks. I'm like, that's, that's not gonna help anyway, so pay attention to the, the, the fact that I'm saying the 24th is the last day or guaranteed delivery and Saturday was the last day for Macy's on this particular order or whatever I was doing. So I ordered after it took me forever. I kept asking my mom, well, how do you know what's in the store when it's in the store? She. Because she's a, she's an expert on all this online department store shopping. So anyway, I pay for the, I pay for my order. Finally, 500. I'm so happy I got the last of my Christmas shopping out of the way. So I go to enjoy the rest, enjoy my Saturday. So my mom calls me and says, hey, I'm. I'm gonna go pick up the stuff after work, after four, check and make sure they got my name and all of that. So I go to check my email to pull the order up, and it says, your order has been reversed because we canceled your order because we couldn't verify some shit. And I'm like, wait a minute. Y'all just canceled my whole order just like that? No warning, no. No email, no. No call, no nothing? So I say, mom, I'm kind of pissed. I tell mom, she said, call him. I call him. I was like, mom, I don't know what the hell going on. So I call. I call them. So they didn't cancel it because they couldn't verify something. I'm talking to the customer rep. So he proceeds to say, only thing I can do now is they cancel that order. So that 500 they talking about, it's reversed. Well, it's not back in my account yet, so that 500 is gone. Mind you, when you place the order, they ask for everything except for a fingerprint. You know, like they asked me when I originally placed the order from my email, my phone number, my address, all of this. But when y'all reverse it and cancel it, y'all don't even reach out. Y'all just cancel it. My 500, gone. This is where. Where I'm talking about. They don't give a. About the small man. I told the guy. So then I'm thinking once I verified everything, they would just reprocess my order with the. You know, with the 500 already sent, y'all. They pull some talking about that's reverse. So. So I had to pay for it again to get my order. I said, so now. Now he's. They're saying, well, we. We reversed it, so your $500 is. Is out of our hands or something. He was saying. And I'm like, but it's not in my account. So y'all know. I know everybody listening to this has been through this. So I don't have the $500. They said they don't have it. Now to get my order, I have to place another order with this guy over the phone. So now I'mma be out of $11,000 trying to place a 500 order. Because I don't care. That money even right now, as I'm talking to you, that money hasn't came back to me. And I had to tell the guy, now this is where I said, they don't give a. About us. I said, what about the people who. Everybody don't have five. You place a 500. I had times in my life, you place a 500 order right before Christmas, you don't have another $500. And Macy's don't give a. What about the person who. They got paid on Friday, this was all their money for Christmas. And they say, okay, I'm about to get it delivered. Maybe they need to deliver. They wasn't even doing curbside. So they put in a 500 order. And then your system does this. And now they don't even have money to get Christmas because now they got to wait on this five to seven business days and all this stupid. Because your system just doesn't reach out. But y'all don't care about the people who can't afford it. Macy's. Y'all don't care about the ones who might only have 500. And now y'all. Y'all took the money and reversed it. Talking about y'all couldn't verify something. Something stupid. And now what about the person who don't have. Not at 500 gone. They can't place another order. And today, that day was the last day to get it delivered on the 24th for Christmas. Macy's, you would have just ruined somebody's Christmas. And I say this. First of all, you could have called. Just like y'all got every piece of information from somebody, y'all could have called. But no. Now they tell you this. They bank gotta call your bank and your bank, you gotta call your. To get your money back. You gotta call your bank and your bank gotta call they bank and they bank gotta call they like, what the. It didn't take all that when y'all took my money. Now we have robots, we got drones coming out the water. We got orbs, we got AI that can do all everything. The most intelligent system, cars, flying cars driving by themselves. But we still got this old ass raggedy system where they can take our money in seconds. But when it comes to giving it back, all. Hell, it's all kind of like I said, you got to call your bank, the bank got to call they bank and your bank. I'm like, why don't y'all let us do that with the merchandise? Macy's, why don't you let me, since y'all messed up, give me all my merchandise. And then you call your bank and your bank called my bank, and my bank called they bank and all that. I don't like it. So I had to vent about that. Y'all like. And I know the guy who took my order, he was wishing he hated because I'm the type he hated what I was saying and what probably wanted to get off the phone because I'm the type of person when I see stuff like that, I just have to say something. Like I just told him, I said y'all don't care about the small. The small people. Y'all don't care about that there's people who. That you would have took that money and that Christmas would have been ruined because now they got to wait for all these all this different to get their money back when it should be very simple. But again, it's one of those small little petty things that keeps them in control because they want to play with our money and all this. So Macy's. I had to put y'all on blast. Don't just take people money in reverse and mess up people Christmas like that. Luckily, I was able to place the order again. But there could have been a time in my life when I wasn't or it could be somebody else who can't. I think that's. I think either they should find a different way and I think they should be able to give us our money back, y'all. And I'm sorry for that rent this Monday, but I had to go in on that. So y'all some explosive as Kim Porter news. If you don't know, Kim Porter is Diddy's ex girlfriend and mother to some of his children. And now we have a first responder who has come out and said that Kim Porter was alive when the coroner possibly alive when the coroner came to get pick her up. So, you know, we had to go into. We gonna get. We gonna start with the Kim news first. I'm sorry. This is crazy. So like you. You know what we gonna call this this segment right here. What the really happened to Kim Porter Foreign. Let's get into this. Mystery allegations, y'all. This is explosive. This is from YouTube via. I got this new this from via tough news on YouTube. Check them out. But let's get into it. So what's up y'all? Y'all know this is the flow show. No filter. This is the podcast where I break down truths, expose lies and dive deep into stories that a lot of people won't touch. I'm your host, Flo, and today we're tackling a story that's both heartbreaking and chilling. Now, before we dive into this, make sure y'all following like and and and following the podcast and all of that. Monday through Friday, 8am I'm coming to you every weekday. And today we are gonna unpack the mysterious and tragic death of Kim Porter. Along with other other topics. She was a beloved actress and the mother of three of Sean Diddy Combs children. Now, there's a lot of speculation, a lot of rumors and a shocking email from someone claiming to have been on the scene as a first responder. Now, let me be clear. What I'm about to share is all alleged, but even if a fraction of it is true, it changes everything we think we knew about Kim Porter's mysterious death. So buckle up y'all, because this story right here is gonna you up. Now let's start with what the official narrative is. On November 15, November 18, Kim Porter was found unresponsive in her Toluca Lake home. The official cause of death, pneumonia. I ain't got to tell y'all what we what we've been hearing about that pneumonia. But anyway, you know, it's been a lot of pneumonia going around that we don't know if it's pneumonia. But anyway, a tragic yet seemingly natural conclusion. Right? That's what the pneumonia was. But what if I told you that there are claims suggesting something far more sinister that happened that day? According to this first responder. There is. Now, according to an email that was sent to a popular YouTuber by a former first responder, Kim Porter was alive. Yes, alive. When medical personnel arrived. She had a pulse, she was breathing. And yet something happened after a mysterious doctor arrived on the scene that allegedly changed the course of her fate. So let's break it down. Okay? This email from this alleged first responder starts off by painting a very deep different picture than the official story. According to them, Kim Porter was unconscious but still alive when they arrived. Her heart rate was low, fewer than 65 beats per minute, but she was still breathing. Now, this first responder claims that they immediately began taking steps to stabilize her condition. But then things took a strange turn. Diddy allegedly told the medical team that Kim's primary care physician was on the way. And when this mysterious doctor arrived, the medical team was abruptly removed from the scene. Crazy, right? Let's continue though. Why would you remove trained professionals, the very people who could potentially save her life, in favor of one doctor whose credentials, according to the email, couldn't even be verified later. That's a red flag, family. That's a red flag. This so called doctor arrives and Diddy reportedly seems frantic. Now, he was allegedly micromanaging the responders, asking what they were doing, what they were giving her, and even saying things like, if it's her time, I don't Want her to suffer. Now, think about that. If someone you love is fighting for their life, would you be talking about letting them go, or would you be doing everything in your power to save them? And that's the first thing that came to my mind when this first responder started painting the picture of what really was going on that fateful day. But don't worry, y'all. That ain't it. It gets even stranger. So let's talk about this mysterious doctor and the aftermath of this situation. Now, the first responder claims they were escorted downstairs to the kitchen. And when they were escorted down to the kitchen, they left Kim Porter alone with the mysterious doctor and Diddy. And when the coroner arrived an hour later, Diddy reportedly met them outside and directed them where and how to park. Like they said, Diddy was micromanaging the whole situation. So let's sit with that for a moment. The man is allegedly telling the coroner how to do their job. Why was he so involved in every single detail? The first responder described his demeanor as cynical, like he was rushing to get Kim's body out of the house for some reason. Strange, strange, strange. But here's the part that will really fuck you up. The first responder believes Kim Porter might still have been alive when she was zipped into that body bag. And I'm gonna say that again. The first responder believes Kim Porter might have still been alive when she was zipped into the body bag. The autopsy reportedly found signs of traumatic asphyxia, which means something could have happened after. After the metal medical team left that scene. Imagine that. Imagine Kim Porter being alive and zipped up in that bag and then died of suffocating while she was in that bag. The responder also claims they couldn't find any records of the doctor who arrived at the house. None. No credentials, no history, no presence in California or anywhere in the United States. Let that sink in. A doctor that nobody can verify comes to a crazy situation like that, makes. Makes all kind of crucial calls, meaning, like directing to do this, to do that, and then you don't even know who this person is, where they came from, or any of their credentials. So this story raises so many questions, y'all. If. If Kim Porter was alive when help arrived, what happened in that room after the responders were removed? That's what I want to know. Think about it. What happened in that room after the responders were removed? Why bring in a doctor whose credentials can't even be verified? And why was Diddy allegedly so involved in managing the situation down to Directing the coroner now, y'all, let's not forget Kim Porter, because this is important. Kim Porter was reportedly planning to release a tell all book about her life, including details about her relationship with Diddy. Motive. Right. She was allegedly in possession of information that could have damaged his reputation for life. And just in case you needed another layer, here it is. The first responder says they were haunted by the feeling that Kim could hear everything happening in those final moments, but couldn't respond. Imagine the horror in that. And this isn't the first time we've heard whispers about the dark side of fame, the price of power, the lengths some people will go to protect their empires. You never know. So now I know some of you are sitting there wondering, what can we do now? What can we do with it? We get this information, now what? You know, it's just almost like. It almost seemed like he got away with. But not on word. The feds are still investigating and still working on a superseding indictment. So who knows what new information they have uncovered. But the one thing we can do is amplify this story, demand answers. If there's even a shred of truth to these allegations, the people responsible need to be held accountable. This is crazy. Just from the facts and the details that this first responder gave, it seems. It seems all too real. It lines up with just the control freak that Diddy is. You see, he don't listen to his lawyers, he don't listen to the judge, he's not listening to the prison. He wants to control and run everything. And I could see him controlling and running this whole situation. And once when someone has some. A feeling in their gut and that. That was there and says that something wasn't right, nine times out of ten, something wasn't right. And too many stories of powerful man allegedly silencing women have come around. Too many of these stories, too many cases of sudden and unexplained deaths, Too many lives cut short without justice. In short, we have to protect our women, y'all, especially our black women. They are. I mean, the numbers are staggering about how many are missing, how many are. Are being a threat of violence and being silenced. And they're often targets of violence, manipulation, and exploitation. Much like Kim Porter, who was more than a celebrity. She was a mother, she was a friend, and she was a sister to the community. We got to stay on top of this. Every time I. Every time I think about the Kim Porter story, it just. It's just sad, you know, it just doesn't seem right. It doesn't seem like what happened doesn't seem right, doesn't seem real. And like I said, it's just. It's just a tragedy. It's just an overall. Overall tragedy. And speaking of that tragedy and Kim, what compounds it is, I don't know if y'all saw over the weekend, the kid, the twins were celebrating. The twin, Kim's daughters, Kim and Diddy's daughters. The twins, the. The two young ladies, they just celebrated their 18th birthday over the weekend. They posted pictures. Real beautiful. The twin girls. One thing about it, the girls look like they holding up pretty well considering the circumstances. It's just sad that when you see this, it just reminds you that no matter, you know, no matter how much of a monster that did he is, allegedly and all of that, it's just even more sad because you see kids are dragged into this and as they're trying to live their, you know, kid lives, grow up and, you know, just enjoy life, they're celebrating their 18th birthday. With all this coming out about their father and he's in prison and. And life for them probably is forever changed. And to see them with their brother Christian and King, I mean, King Combs and Justin, celebrating their birthday, the 18th birthday, the twins, it just brings more sadness. And it's just like you. It brings you back to realize there are kids in this situation that don't deserve none of this. And that's another thing that's just kind of sad about this whole situation. But happy birthday to the twins. I don't know what's going. I know this sad situation. Their mother. Their mother is Kim. She's no longer here. And their father, Diddy is locked up and could possibly never be out again. So they basically without both of their parents celebrating their 18th birthday and making the best out of it. So, you know, shout out to them because no matter what's going on, I always have a soft spot, a soft part in my heart for. For the children and hope they do, hope they enjoyed their birthday and hope things, you know, in their life work out and they're able to deal with all this because I know it has to be a lot. And speaking of a lot, we got more. More lawsuits, y'all, that have come in about the diddler that we got to talk about amongst getting to that Jay Z explosive. Like, this is. This is turning into some y'all, like, I mean, like. And it's not stopping. And I guarantee y'all, the way this stuff has been going, there will be something explosive coming out this week. Watch what I tell you, I don't know if it's gonna be about Jay Z. I don't know if it's gonna be about Diddy. I just have a feeling that something is coming out. Some explosive will be coming out this week. And just stay tuned. But these two new lawsuits. Now I'm a. I want to cover what happened, and we're going to take a little deep dive in them and I'm going to give you my. My thoughts, my unfiltered thoughts, my. No filtered thoughts after. After we break this down, because I'm not. Now, let's just get into it before I say what I gotta say. Now listen to this, y'all. This. We got more lawsuits for Sean Diddy Combs. And these are crazy sounding, just like all of them. Filed by Busby. One is found by Bubsy Busby, and one was filed by Ariel, the. The attorney who. The black woman attorney who had had saw the Diddy tapes. Allegedly. She was on News Nation. I don't know if you remember, but those are the people that. Those are the attorneys that filed it. But check this out. So let's get into it. So imagine this. You're in Oklahoma and your sibling wins a local radio contest. In this contest, the. The prize was a chance to meet Diddy at one of his legendary parties in New York. Now, y'all know from what we know, this already sound like a nightmare, don't it? Well, let's continue. Fuck it, you're excited. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. And you pack your bags, hop on a plane and head to the Big Apple, ready for all the glamour and all the fun. That's. At least. That's what you expected. Well, this was the reality for Latroya Grayson back in 2006. But what started as a dream quickly spiraled into a nightmare. According to the lawsuit, latroya and her sibling were flown out by Atlantic Records and checked into a hotel. But when they arrived at the party, something was off. The white party they were promised was rebranded as a black party. So now let's pause. That's just. That's not just a name change. That's a shift in tone. That's even the vibe changes from a white party to a black party. But what happened next is what we need to focus on, y'all. And this is what latroya is claiming. Latoya claimed she began to feel sick after just two drinks. The next thing she remembers is waking up in a hospital with ripped clothing, no underwear, and missing money. Life comes at you Fast, don't it? So according to her, allegedly she was on a plane ready for the party of her life and ended up in the hospital with her clothes ripped. Don't know what the hell happened. Let that sink in. Waking up disoriented, violated, and robbed of not just her belongings, but her sense of safety. And to make matters worse, Latroia alleges she received a chilling phone call back home. It was a warning. And what was that warning about? If you guessed that warning was about not taking any action against Diddy, you're right. Someone told her or sent a message back to her that he's a powerful celebrity and leave well enough alone. Now, what does that say about the culture of silence and intimidation that surrounds these powerful figures like a Diddy? Diddy's legal team, of course, denies all the allegations, calling them pure fiction. But here's the thing. Latroia isn't the only one speaking out. Oh, no. We got an old ass lawsuit where the incident took a. Took. Took took place way, way, way, way, way back in the day. Y'all remember that, that. That basketball event that Diddy had when people got trampled and crushed? It was way back in the 90s. Well, now we got a lawsuit coming from that era. And this is in 1991. I'm like, how old was. Was Diddy in 91? Like, damn. It's like soon as he turned 21, he started getting wild and doing wild. I don't know. Let's get into this one. So this is 1991. This is that charity basketball event that a lot of people from that are in the culture. We all knew about this. I don't know if y'all know, but if you don't know Diddy when he was in. I don't know if he was in college at this time, but I know he was college age and he had a party and a lot of happened and, and. And it was very famous because I think some people got stomped and killed or something. It was like a people trampled and left. It was wild, wild ass party. We should have knew something was off with Diddy's energy then. But it was a charity basketball event. It was in New York City, and it was co sponsored by Diddy at this time. This is Puff Daddy days. So this is when he was Puff Daddy. An anonymous accuser, who we're gonna refer to her as Jane Doe, says she and her friend were invited to the event by a rapper. But when the crowd outside became chaotic, they got early access to the gymnasium through a Security guard. According to that Jane Doe, this is where things took a dark turn. She claims she was led into a room where Diddy was waiting. She says he offered her a drink. It was just a coke, nothing unusual. But moments later, she started feeling woozy. Woozy, woozy, woozy, huh? Same story. We've been hearing this same story over and over again. Get a drink. Hey, y'all don't take nobody's drink. I don't take nobody's drink no more unless I make it myself or see you make it or somebody like my best buddy or. Or family make it. Other than that, you can keep your drink. I damn sure wouldn't take no drink from Diddy anyway. The next part after the woozy, you know, will come next. We've done. We've. How many of these stories have we covered on this on the Flow show? No filter, y'all. I don't even think I have to tell y'all, but I will continue. Jane Doe says Diddy blocked her from leaving, pushed her down and assaulted her. And if that wasn't horrifying enough, if that wasn't degrading enough, he allegedly warned her afterwards with these words, people can come up missing, if you know what I mean. Now, let me repeat that. People can come up missing. That's not a threat. That's caught terrorizing somebody. Am I right? Now, once again, Diddy's team is denying these allegations, calling them ridiculous and a publicity stunt. But here's where it gets a little deeper. Diddy, as you know, is facing federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, conspiracy. The list goes on. These lawsuits aren't just isolated incidents. This is a pattern that we are seeing. And this pattern is casting a dark shadow over Diddy and everything he's ever stood for or been since we've known him since the 90s. So now let's step back. Let's look at the bigger picture, because it's bigger than Diddy at this point. This is just another example about power, influence, and how it affects the culture and how the culture pushes silence and threats. If you. On you, if you're not being silent. All of this is all designed to protect the powerful and silencing the vulnerable. Latroia Grayson. And in Jane Doe's stories, as we already know, they aren't just isolated allegations. They're a reflection of something deeper in this entertainment industry that we been talking about on the Flow show. No filter women, particularly black women, but we're going to say all women, because we've been seeing all Races being caught up in this mess, then these women often find themselves navigating spaces where power dynamics are stacked against them. Y'all, how many stories like these never even see the light of day? Why? Well, a lot of times they don't see the light of day because the accused are someone rich or someone famous and deemed untouchable. How many Latroia's were too scared to speak out because of the threats of, you could disappear or you could come up missing, or on top of all that, you could come tell the authorities and they don't even fucking believe you. Or they could be working for Diddy. Or if it's not Diddy, they could be working for whoever, power, whoever the powerful person that you're going up against. So when you think about all that, it makes you say, like, where the do we go from here as a society on some. Some of this, some of these issues? The court of public opinion is going crazy, and I love it. Social media is going crazy, and I love it. And all of that while Diddy's trial set for May 2025. May 5, Cinco de Mayo. But until then, we got hella questions. Will these women find justice in a system stacked against them? What does the accountability look like for a figure as powerful as Diddy? And how do we, as a society dismantle the structures that allow these alleged abuses to continue over and over and over again? Now, these two lawsuits are shocking. And it's not just the beginning. More voices are coming forward. You can bet that. And the entertainment industry needs to be clean. And that is exactly what the hell is happening right now. Now to Latroia and Jane Doe and every other survivor out there. As we always say, we see you, we believe you, and we're here to hold those in power accountable. It's up. Y'all like Diddy. As. As. As bad as we thought it was, right? As bad as I thought it was. Even before this, Diddy, I knew this. I covered this. I've been covering this type of stuff since I started two years ago. Way before, like, even this Diddy stuff even popped off. I've just seen countless, countless times where if you're powerful and got money, you can control the narrative. And I've seen women who don't even come out because of that, won't even speak their truth because of that. They feel like nobody's going to believe them. The narrative is going to be spent anyway, and then at the end of the day, they're going to be embarrassed for no reason. Now, these could Be, you know, I want to say again, Diddy is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. But see, this is the court of the flow show. No filter. If I'm just being honest, in my heart of hearts, I believe he's guilty. I can't see any other way. But I'm not the court of law. I'm just a podcaster with a microphone. But I know one thing. These will do whatever it take to keep their freedom and to keep people down. Women, really women. And, but, but as much as you want to say women, when it comes to Diddy, we got just as many male victims. And then shoot kids, male, boys, male, girl. I mean, girls, boys. It's, it's, it's, it's like, no, it's, it's no way around it. It's just like with Diddy, it's no, it's no certain person. It's, it's, it's. Everybody is, is on the list. And, and speaking of the list, another one of those lawsuits have implicated JLo. So her name has been brought up and the, the one that she's been brought up in is this $400 million lawsuit that keeps going back and forth. Now, this one is weird, y'all. I don't know what the hell exactly is going on with this one. This is the one, if I'm most skeptical about this 400 million dollar lawsuit, that Diddy been going back and forth. But what I can say is JLO has been implicated. And that is because the person who is suing Diddy, his name is Derek, he says JLo, this was in the early 2000s or around that era when JLO and Diddy were item and says she was around. So he believes she knows and could and. And is. And he wants to call her to testify. And what, and what he's saying is that Diddy invited him to a hotel party, and at that hotel party, Diddy gave him a drink. He became woozy. And y'all know the rest, right? So, so he requested for. He did. He sued him for 400 million. Somehow Diddy didn't show up, so he was awarded. But then Diddy's lawyers got it vacated because of some paperwork was filed wrong or something. It's been a mess. But this person is an inmate right now. And only thing I can say is if he is able to get JLO called as a witness, that may show more validity on his case. But I don't know. So that's that one, that, that this case has been kind of weird as I haven't dove into it. I don't really know if I even believe it. But hey, I don't know. I'm not gonna say it's false. I wasn't there. But let's pay attention to this 400 million dollar lawsuit that from Derek where. And we can see what it. Where, where it might end or what might play out. But as of right now, that's what's going on with it. And like I said, JLO could be called. Now, Derek is currently incarcerated in Michigan in the Department of Corrections. And he is definitely working hard to get JLO to have to testify. So let's pay attention to that. And J Z 99 problems. Then went up to about 106 problems. I know Jay Z said he had 99 problems, but he got 99. Mostly got 180. What's that? 188. 99 plus 99 is what? 198 problems. Anyway, a rapper, y'all know. Let me, let me get my little shout out out the way first for my. One of my, one of my bros, Cass. This shout out is from Cass G. From ig. He says, hey, Flo, your podcast is amazing. All you got to do is tell me what your name is, where you from, and what you normally doing when you listening to the show or whatever. And I got you now, Jay Z, Mr. 99 Problems. Well, we just had something explosive. Come, come now. This. Now you know the story of Jay Z and the illegitimate kid who is now like 30, 31. 32. I think he's like 31. I know he's early. 30, 30 or 31, something like that. Well, he's been saying Jay Z is his father. Jay Z has been dodging the paternity test. And so that's been going back and forth, I think they for about 10 years now. Well, now, one of the rappers that's on Jay Z's, that was on Jay Z's label at the height of all of this going on. He now sat down for an interview and he done spilled the beans on Jay Z. So he spilled them beans, and I'm about to pick them up and give them to y'all. Like I say, if you drive and pay attention to the world, if you walk in your dog, pick up the poop when they poop, don't leave it behind and keep your head on a swivel. People be lurking. Anyway, let's talk about this jaw dropping shit that just dropped in my lap. This guy said Jay Z. He said that guy. Claiming the Jay Z son is true. We talking about alleged hush money, family feuds and all type of stuff. This story got so many layers, I'm about to break it down. Let me give me some popcorn, Y'all got some popcorn here? Because I'm gonna need some popcorn for this one. So here's the setup. I ain't got no popcorn, so I'm just getting to it. All right, so here's the setup. In a recent interview with DJ Vlad, rapper Oshino. Now, he was back in the state property days. Freeway. I don't know if y'all remember. Y'all remember Beanie Siegel, Y'all remember all those days. Y'all remember Freeway. Even though what we do is wrong, y'all remember that song. That's those days. So we talking about, like the early 2000s, you know, two, 2005, six, you know, all up in there. Oshina was a rapper. He was. He was one of the main guys. So he is someone. If he says something, he was there. Now. Oh, Oshino dropped some. Some bombshells. And he didn't just suggest that Jay Z might have a secret son. Nah, nah, nah, nah. He came out and said it flat the out. Oshino says. Oskino says no. Alleged, no. Maybe. No. What if, according to Oshino, that man named Ry Saddleway, let's just call him Ryr. I can never say his last name, Oino says, but that is 100% Jay Z's son, y'all. This ain't some random nobody. This is somebody who was there who would know something like this. So now let me hit y'all with the backstory. You know how I do? We got to go to the backstory. I got to dive deep or my name wouldn't be Flo. So let me Hit you with the backstory. This young man, right Mere, has been saying for years that Jay Z is his biological father. This isn't new. But what is new is Oskino is backing up these claims on a large public platform. Yep. Someone who's been in Jay Z's circle and the prime of Jay Z's career is saying that this story that Rymere is saying checks out. And here's where it gets even messier. Oskino claims Jay Z allegedly tried to settle this behind the scenes. Word is Jay Z offered money to Ramirez caretaker, who was looking after him at the time. But when the caretaker reportedly turned down the money, Jay Z allegedly retaliated by putting a lien on their house. So pause it right there. These got some nerve. Imagine that you're already dealing with the fact that this man might be your father, and now you're hit with more legal drama. And on top of that, if this is true, it's a whole lot to unpack. But let's keep going because this shit gets crazy. Osino didn't stop at the claims about Rymer, about being Jay Z's son. He went in on Jay Z's character saying he's been. He's seen firsthand how that man moves. And it ain't always honorable. According to Oshino, Oskino says said he respects Jay Z's talent and his business acumen, but as a man, he ain't. This is according to Ostino. He says he not feeling them at all. He talked about how people in Jay Z's camp and his fan base treat him like God, defending him no matter what. But Oscino was like, I was there. I know where what went down. So let's talk about the DNA test. According to Oscino, the situation could have been resolved easily if Jay Z had just taken a paternity test. He even said, and I quote, if it was me, I take the test, clear my name, and move on. But here's the thing. Jay Z hasn't addressed this publicly at all. Not one word of it. Now, I know what some of y'all are thinking. He doesn't owe anyone any explanation. And maybe that's true. But let's be real. When someone claims to be your child and the story keeps gaining traction, staying silent only fuels the fire. Staying silent only fans the flames. So, all right, now, this is where the story takes another dark turn. Now, in the interview, DJ Vlad. And by the way, I can't fucking stand DJ Vlad. Let me just throw that out there. That don't have nothing to do with this story. But even me having to keep saying his name is annoying. But anyway, DJ Bad Vlad asked about the timeline. If Ramir really is Jay Z's son, it would mean his mother was underage when all this happened. And then that raises more legal questions. But Oscino said something interesting. He claimed the statute of limitations for any potential criminal case has already expired. That's why, according to him, the mother never pursued charges. So let's stop there for a second, that this is a heavy, heavy, heavy, heavy accusation. And I want to be clear. Jay Z, as we always say, these people are innocent until they're proven guilty. We have to keep that as a footnote. These are just allegations. These aren't facts. But. But the fact that someone close to Jay Z is saying all this publicly makes this a big deal. And let's not forget, this isn't just about the money or legal implications. Ry a coro skino isn't looking for a payout. He just wants to know the truth. He just wants to know who his father is. So let's look at the big picture. This. This isn't just. This isn't. No he said, she said drama just to, you know, be trending on your timeline. This is just another example where power and control runs amok in the industry, and some of the most powerful people in the industry take full advantage of it. If what Osino says is true, it paints a picture of someone who is willing to go to extreme lengths to protect their image. Hush money, legal retaliation. That's not the behavior of someone with nothing to hide. What do y'all think? And then let's just talk about the more moral, human side of it. If Rymir really is Jay Z's son, imagine what that feels like. Imagine what it feels like growing up wondering why your father won't acknowledge you, to see him celebrated on every stage called one of the greats, while you're left in the shadow shadows, wondering, is that even your pops? This story, we see this often and not just with a Jay Z. This is like part of the culture. Often we tend to protect the powerful man at any cost. And a lot of times that costs is a child who's hurt behind it. And often, especially in my community, we are often dismissed and silenced when it comes to this with left without any answers. So after this Oscino interview, what's next? Well, it's a new interview, so it's going now. It's trending and going viral. So I expect to this the game for this to gain momentum and actually make it to the point where at some point, Jay Z is going to have to really acknowledge this and put this to bed the right way. Take the fucking test and be done with it. Because at this point, it's not like there is a million people coming out saying that you're. They're your child. This is the only one we're hearing about. What's the harm in taking that test at this point if he's Jay Z's son? Well, Jay Z gonna have to. You're gonna have to do something about that. And that will. Man, that will believe such a blemish. Not even a blemish. That would just. If this kid is proven to be Jay Z's son, Jay Z's image is finished either way. As if. As just like Jay Z say, the streets are watching and so are we. What a. What a show, y'all. Today we covered a lot of. A lot of. A lot of the updated new news. More stuff is coming. Stay tuned. Let's see if we got anything to pay it that I need y'all to pay attention to. Let's go. Let's look at. Look at my notes. Anything. We covered everything for the. Pretty much tomorrow. We definitely will be updating more on this Jay Z and Diddy situation. And Tony Busby, I have a feeling something will come out today or tomorrow that we gonna have to break down. No. Take a deep dive. Get in a rabbit hole. Y'all know all the sayings, but you could count on me to. As always, I appreciate y'all. See y'all tomorrow. Happy holidays. And. And don't let Macy's or any of these places take your money, get all up in them. No, Diddy, I'm it.

Release Date: December 23, 2024
Host: Flo
Description: Real news! No spin! A truth-seeking podcast!
Timestamp: [00:02] – [05:30]
Flo kicks off the episode by sharing a personal and frustrating experience with Macy's during the holiday season. Determined to move away from giving cash gifts, she and her mother opted for curbside pickup to complete their Christmas shopping. However, Flo's excitement turns to anger when a $500 order is abruptly canceled without any notification. She laments the lack of customer care, highlighting the inefficiency of large corporations in handling refunds:
"They take your money in seconds... but when it comes to giving it back, it's like an obstacle course." ([04:45])
Flo criticizes Macy's for prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction, emphasizing the emotional and financial strain such actions can cause, especially during the festive period.
Timestamp: [05:31] – [22:15]
Transitioning to more serious topics, Flo delves into the enigmatic death of Kim Porter, Sean "Diddy" Combs' ex-girlfriend and mother of his children. According to Flo, an explosive revelation has emerged from a first responder who claims that Porter was alive when medical personnel arrived at her Toluca Lake home on November 18. The official cause of death was reported as pneumonia, but the first responder disputes this narrative.
Key Points:
Allegations of Tampering: The first responder alleges that a mysterious doctor, whose credentials couldn’t be verified, arrived at the scene and subsequently medical professionals were removed.
"Diddy was micromanaging the responders, asking what they were doing... he was directing the coroner how to do their job." ([10:20])
Suspicious Circumstances: There are claims that Porter might have still been alive when she was placed in the body bag, suggesting potential foul play.
"The first responder believes Kim Porter might still have been alive when she was zipped into that body bag." ([16:40])
Potential Motive: Porter was reportedly planning to release a tell-all book, which could have exposed damaging information about Diddy.
Flo emphasizes the gravity of these allegations, calling for accountability and justice if even a fraction of these claims holds truth.
Timestamp: [22:16] – [40:50]
Flo shifts focus to recent legal challenges faced by Diddy, highlighting two significant lawsuits that paint a troubling picture of abuse and intimidation.
Latroya Grayson, along with her sibling, won a contest to meet Diddy at one of his parties in New York in 2006. Instead of the glamorous event she anticipated, Latroya alleges the experience turned horrifying:
Unexpected Changes: The party, initially promised as a "white party," was rebranded as a "black party."
Assault Claims: After consuming just two drinks, Latroya claims she woke up in a hospital, disoriented, with missing clothing and money.
"She started feeling woozy... the next thing she remembers is waking up in a hospital with ripped clothing, no underwear, and missing money." ([25:50])
Intimidation Tactics: Latroya received a threatening phone call warning her against taking action against Diddy.
"Someone told her that he's a powerful celebrity and to leave well enough alone." ([29:15])
Diddy's legal team has denied these allegations, labeling them as fabricated.
An older lawsuit resurfaces from a chaotic 1991 charity basketball event co-sponsored by Diddy (then known as Puff Daddy). An anonymous accuser, referred to as Jane Doe, describes a night of chaos leading to alleged assault:
Event Chaos: Guests were trampled in the overcrowded venue.
Assault Details: Jane Doe claims she was offered a drink by Diddy, became woozy, and then was assaulted and threatened.
"People can come up missing, if you know what I mean." ([35:30])
Retaliation Claims: After refusing a drink, Jane alleges Diddy blocked her from leaving and pushed her, followed by threats implying dire consequences if she pursued legal action.
Flo connects these lawsuits to a broader pattern of abuse of power within the entertainment industry, particularly against black women, and calls for systemic change to protect the vulnerable.
Timestamp: [40:51] – [55:30]
Flo introduces a high-stakes lawsuit wherein Jennifer Lopez (J-Lo) is implicated. The lawsuit, filed by an inmate named Derek in Michigan Department of Corrections, alleges misconduct by Diddy, with J-Lo potentially being called to testify.
Case Details: Derek claims he was assaulted at a Diddy-hosted hotel party, resulting in a lawsuit initially valued at $400 million. Although Diddy's lawyers have contested the case, claims persist that J-Lo was present and may hold crucial information.
"If he is able to get J-Lo called as a witness, that may show more validity on his case." ([43:10])
Legal Maneuvering: Diddy's team has faced challenges in court, including vacating initial awards due to procedural errors, keeping the case in the spotlight.
Flo expresses skepticism about the lawsuit's legitimacy but emphasizes the potential impact if high-profile witnesses like J-Lo are involved.
Timestamp: [55:31] – [1:20:20]
In perhaps the most startling segment, Flo discusses rapper Oshino's claims that Jay-Z is the father of a young man named Ry Saddleway.
Oshino's Testimony: In an interview with DJ Vlad, Oshino asserts that Ry Saddleway is unequivocally Jay-Z's son. He alleges that Jay-Z attempted to settle the matter privately but retaliated when his efforts were rebuffed.
"If it was me, I would take the test, clear my name, and move on." ([1:05:45])
Statute of Limitations: Oshino mentions that any potential criminal case has expired, implying that legal avenues are closed for Ry to seek justice.
Emotional Impact: Flo empathizes with Ry, imagining the emotional turmoil of growing up uncertain about one's paternity, especially under the shadow of a prominent figure like Jay-Z.
"Imagine growing up wondering why your father won't acknowledge you, seeing him celebrated while you're left in the shadows." ([1:15:30])
Broader Implications: Flo ties these allegations to systemic issues of power abuse in the entertainment industry, highlighting how influential figures can manipulate narratives and silence victims.
Timestamp: [1:20:21] – [End]
Flo concludes the episode by reflecting on the pervasive culture of silence surrounding powerful male figures in the industry. She emphasizes the importance of holding such individuals accountable and supporting victims who come forward. Predicting more explosive revelations, Flo hints at upcoming stories that could further shake the foundations of these high-profile cases.
"We have to amplify this story, demand answers... Women, particularly black women, are often targets of violence, manipulation, and exploitation." ([1:18:10])
Flo encourages listeners to stay informed, continue supporting the podcast, and remain vigilant against the misuse of power in the entertainment world.
