The thoughts, views, and opinions shared on the Flow show. No filter. Are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Happy Tuesday. This is a really special Taco Tuesday, y'all. Y'all know I love Taco Tuesday. Cause Today is Chris, Ms. Eve. How y'all feeling out there today? Hope everybody's having a beautiful Christmas, a happy holiday, whatever you celebrate. No judgment here. Y'all know the saying. We listen. We. We don't judge. Everybody, everybody. I'm feeling good this morning. Got all my Christmas stuff out today. But let me tell you about what we got in this show today first, because, you know, I always like to tell y'all what the hell going on first, because you're listening and I appreciate that. Today we got a crazy new lawsuit from Diddy from another former employee. He spilled some crazy beans. So I'm sure that ruined Diddy's Christmas. But I heard he having a basketball tournament up there. I think Diddy supposed to be hooping. The Diddy monster. We're gonna start calling him Michael Air Diddy. But also Jay Z is ready to start snitching on everybody involved. He don't give a shit. A new article has come out with his camp talking and basically saying he don't give a about Diddy and will do and say whatever it takes to separate himself. He don't give a. He gonna throw Diddy under the bus like a mother if he have to. But first, let's. Oh, update on. We talking about Christmas shopping. We talking about how these. How these big corporations don't give a about us. And we was talking about on the last episode how it takes point 2amillisecond for them to take our money. Boom. Right? But then to give our money back. It, it, it. It's like now we go back to the 1920s again because it takes all type of craziness and. And 7 to 10 business days and I gotta call my bank. You gotta call your bank. They bank gotta talk all that. It didn' when they took y'all money. Right? So we was talking about that. So let me give you an update. I told you this happened to me over the weekend or later that. Yeah, over the weekend. It was like Saturday. So just to update y'all, my money still ain't came back. Now, of course I bought all my gifts and all that still, but I had to buy all my gifts twice because of this. And I checked my account and of course Macy's still hasn't refunded it just to give you an update. But then yesterday and, and I had a lot of people hit me up in my messages telling me the same happened to them. So if you got a story, because I'm about to start going after these corporations 20, 25 about this money, what they're doing with our money and holding our money while we suffer. They got billions, we got dollars, they got billions. But yet they hold our money while we suffer. And it been going on too long. So if you got a, a, a situation that happened to you like that, please send it in the, put it in the fan mail or DM me so I can start building case against these. And so yesterday, before we get into the Diddy mess, a young lady went through the same thing. But I would say it's even worse. She was flying. This is United Airlines. I believe it was United. Yeah, United Airlines. She was flying or going to fly. She paid for her ticket in advance. Then when she gets there, they had canceled her ticket because of some system error. So she didn't have any flight. She was flying home for Christmas. And then they wouldn't give her credit or anything. Then they told her she had to repurchase her ticket. Her ticket was like a thousand dollars. So she's out of $1,000. And they claim they're refunding it, but you know when they say they reversed it, you don't see that money for eons. And so they told her she had to buy one and she couldn't. I don't know if she could afford it or. She said she wouldn't want. She didn't. And it just ruined her Christmas. So let me, let me, let me let her let you hear her story real quick because this is, and I just like to bring awareness. Anytime the, the big corporations, elites and all that screw us over, I'm always gonna put them on blast. And a lot of people that don't know this kind of how my platform really got started. Like, I started off by helping us, the common people. When I say us, everybody, that that's just doing the best they can. Every time a corporation would screw somebody over, I would make a big stink about it. And I would get shit done. I would get to, they would get refunds, whatever, because my people would tear your Yelp reviews up. If you a business and you with us, we tearing up your Yelp reviews, your online reviews go go down to half a star and two days. So anyway, just so you know, like, so this is really where I got started. It just kind of worked up to the, the taking on the big crimes and all that because I was taking on these corporations. I figured that these witnesses, I mean these sus. These victims needed me a little bit more. So. But listen to this lady's story real quick.
B
So it's really United Airlines. Like I, it's. Y'all from the bottom of my heart. Y'all really sat there and canceled my fight and refunded me the money due to a system error. Did not notify me that you canceled the flight. So I'm up here at the airport looking stupid, trying to check into my flight that I don't have. Then you proceed to tell me that it was a system error and that I would just have to repurchase another flight today to get on the flight that I've already booked, that I need to repurchase that flight and just wait for the refund to come. Y'all have ruined my travel plan is I'm not repurchasing another thousand dollar flight and I haven't received a refund from you guys from the flight that I purchased in the first place. Y'all have one. Like, this is not fair. Now I'm gonna be spending Christmas alone because I don't want to pay another thousand dollars when I haven't received $1,000 back from the flight. The first flight I purchased, they legit were so, and they were so rude on the phone. Whoever works for United in the reservations department. I'm recording y'all because that, the, that they spoke to me on the phone was so disrespectful, y'all. And like the fact that nobody was being any like empathetic at all, being like, oh, we're sorry. That was our fault. We apologize. It was a no practice in the flight. Here's your refund. I can't. I don't have another thousand dollars to spend right now. Like, I, I can't.
A
Yeah, y'all. And then I didn't even. I forgot to add in the fact of the, the, the damn customer service treating you like why they got your money. This young lady had to spend Christmas by herself because of the same. I just told y'all. I mean, what the hell is this? They just re cancelling stuff and, and stuff with no warning, no reaching out or nothing and then just expect you to have to buy a whole nother to spend that same money again. Like, like, like we got money like that. Just say, oh, I just paid $1,000 flight and y'all canceled it. I'm thinking I'm about to fly y'all Canceled it. Oh, okay. I didn't get that thousand dollars back. Even though y'all saying y'all refunded. I haven't got it yet. But now y'all, I need to spend another thousand dollars in order to see my family for Christmas. That's y'all. And I don't like it. I don't like, like that. Like now she gotta spend Christmas alone. She getting talked to. Like she ain't. And they got your money. I hate that. And I'm sure y'all hate that too. Like ain't nothing worse than somebody talking. And you got my money. Damn. And see, then when the CEO, this is y'all know Luigi Maggione, the CEO, alleged shooter that's on trial right now that shot the, that they said shot the CEO of the health care. And, and people been complaining about health care and they like, and, and people, the elite people and other people are mad because the people are not mad at Luigi if he did it or not. Because they're tired of getting ripped off and they tired of getting bullshitted. And see, then you do like this with United Airlines and one time you're gonna take the wrong person's money and then they gonna be looking for the CEO of United Airlines and then y'all gonna be saying the same mad because people ain't sad about it. It's because of like this. Y'all ruin people Christmases. And it don't even have to be that way. Y'all make billions of dollars if y'all cancel her flight and she's, and y'all canceled it and she's about to. And she gets to the airport ready to go see her family and y'all canceled it and give her a goddamn credit and put her on a flight to go see her family. United making billions and billions of dollars. They just did an article. I'm sorry, I didn't even get to read it. But all I'm saying is they did they make so much money just on seat fees. They, they, I wish I had the exact number. I, I, I looked at the article. Just it was a high ass number. It was, it was millions, billions, something. It was a high ass number that they just make on the seat fees. Y'all, you know when you want to pick a seat or whatever and they charge you, they nickel and diamond you for all of that. They make damn near enough money just on that. So, so, so, so excuse me, y'all. Y'all know I like to rant and vent about these knucklehead ass businesses. And. And. And please send me those stories because I'm gonna get back to putting some business. I know I'm. I. I can't do it as much as I used to because I have to post other stuff and I have other stories that I'm working on. Been working on forever. But I'm about to get back to these businesses and putting them back on blast and getting us some more justice. Because I. Like I said, it's one thing when you do it to me, I just vent about it, but I don't know, it pisses me off more when they do it to other people. So send me those goddamn stories, y'all. But let's get into this. I'm sorry, y'all. Christmas Eve, we get what we got for you today, man, Christmas Eve is always cool. I'm gonna go. We're gonna go with Diddy first, huh? How about that? All right, so it's time to get it. Get a little professional, kind of. I kind of came in. I came in on one, didn't I, y'all? I came in talking about Happy holidays, Christmas, all that. Next thing know, I'm cussing out United Airlines. So let me get back on track. Let's get back into the professional mode. And then I'll tell you a little bit about Christmas Eve, a little bit, too, towards the end. But let's get back to professional mode. So what's up, guys and gals? This is the flow show, no filter, coming to you every day, 8am Monday through Friday. And I won't be tomorrow. We're gonna enjoy Christmas. So no show tomorrow, just to let you know. So let's get into this. Diddy's Christmas just got a little worse. Or we used to say as a kid and get in trouble Worser. Boy, there ain't no damn word. But see, when you get old, you can do that. You want. So I'm gonna say worser. Diddy's Christmas just got worser. And how, you might ask. Well, another one of his employees then came out spilling beans. And we picked up those beans and we put them in today's podcast. So we gonna dive into this one. This was. Were actually reported by Variety magazine. Um, and it involves misconduct from a. And. And a former employee that's talking about it. So let's get into it. So here is the gist of this new lawsuit. Diddy's former employee Philip Pines filed a case. This was in Los Angeles. He's accusing Diddy of workplace mistreatment, pressure to participate in inappropriate activities, and even Helping to cover up wild drug fueled nights that Diddy allegedly called Wild King Nights. Diddy got some freak offs. Wild King. Now did he be, did he, did he wild? So now remember when rumors swirled about Diddy having even more lawsuits coming his way? Well, this might be the tip of the fucking iceberg. And with that said, who is Phillip Pines? I'll tell you who Philip Pines is. Pines worked for Diddy from December 2019 to December 2021. What was his job? Well, officially he was labeled as a senior executive assistant. But according to him, it was more like being Diddy's personal flunky. And if you don't know what a flunky is, a flunky is someone who has to do anything for, for a dollar for their worker. And, and, and people don't have much respect for flunkies. It's not the, it's not the person fault. This is about the person who's working for them. The person, a person, if they consider him a flunky, they just make them do anything. They make them go outside and, and they'll make them sweep the grass, you know, stupid just because. And they call you a flunky one. And we used to grow up in my family, they used to be like boot, that's my nickname, Boo. Don't be, don't grow up and be no flunky. And meanwhile my, my uncles and them would have workers that they would call flunkies or whatever. You know, they just, you just don't treat Funkies well. So I don't know if y'all ever heard of flunky, but I just want to give you a little context. We're talking flunky would do like food runs, laying out clothes and being available 247 for anything that Diddy would need. And of course, when it comes to Diddy, it's gonna be a lot more than some food runs with his because he freaky, so his flunkies gotta get freaky. So what are these Wild King Knights as Diddy would call them. First, let's pause for a moment and think about that name. Wild King Knights. Anything with wild in it. And Diddy at this point, you know, it's some crazy shit going on. And if you're like me, you're wondering, well, what the hell is the Wild King Knights? What, what's the difference between this and pre coughs? Because I think it's probably the same. Well, according to the lawsuit, it's exactly what it sounds like. Whatever. If, if you knew that Diddy did freak offs and now we talking about Wild King Knights. Whatever you picturing in your mind, that's what it is. And then some. A night of drugs, a night of alcohol, and a night of. For. Let's see how I can. Adult activities, I was gonna say, but that's a little raunchy. Adult activities. Now, Pines says he was tasked with setting up these events and cleaning up afterwards, which included wiping up evidence of illegal substances and even bodily fluids. Sexual body fluids at that. Now think about that for a second. This man was hired as an assistant and ended up being a professional cleaner upper of illegal mess. And that don't sound like a senior executive assistant, but I digress. Pines was allegedly instructed to set up hotel rooms with red lights, alcohol, honey packs, and even adult machines. Power bottom machine, y'all. This gets dark after these nights. Pines was responsible for cleaning up everything stains, illegal drugs and all the nasty ass equipment. I forgot the name of that. Demontre, whatever that. You know, that crazy sex stuff where they bind you up and. And make you do and whoop you and all that. That kind of equipment. I forgot the name of it. This is, in other words, y'all, Pines. And I'm gonna continue. But as we break all this down, Pines knows a lot. And if Pines is filing a lawsuit about all this, I know the feds, if they haven't reached out to him, already have reached out to him and talking to him. I believe they already talking because he. He's in the middle of too much. One thing about it, and this is from being around me, being in the industry, if you don't know, I was a rapper. I was with Floyd Mayweather, oh, from like 04 to like 08 or something. And I've seen a lot. And that's why I have a lot of insight on a lot of this. But I. One thing I can say is assistants, they know everything because they get called for every thing. They like the garbage man. Like. And when I say garbage man, I don't know if you play sports, but like the rebound. Would you have a garbage man, he cleans up everything, gets the rebound, do all the dirty work, but then they know everything. So I think the most dangerous person to a person like Diddy are his assistants, past and present. Because the assistants, they know where all the skeletons is buried because they more than likely buried them. So another thing that Pines had to do, he had to make sure the hotel staff didn't report anything suspicious. Often let leaving them large tips, hush money. Hey, I know we in this. Like, they'd be it was like they would tell the hotel, like, I know we in this doing crazy illegal, but here go pocket full of money. No harm, no foul. You go that way, we go this way type of thing. And y'all know money talk and run a marathon. So one of the most disturbing parts of Pine's allegations is that Diddy allegedly pressured him into inappropriate situations. Now, if you know Diddy like I know Diddy from these stories and what's been going on, I don't even want to know what the inappropriate situations was, because when you dealing with Mohawk Diddy, that could be anything. Inappropriate situations could be anything. So Pines claims Diddy once asked him to participate in an intimate act with a female guest to test his loyalty. Now, according to Pines, he reluctantly agreed, but eventually left the situation upset. The psychological toll of this kind of manipulation is just mindblowing. Pine also claims he witnessed Diddy engage in violent behavior, including an incident in Miami where Diddy allegedly kicked a guest. Did he. Keep your feet and hands to yourself at last time we saw him, he was kicking somebody. See, that's another thing these people are reporting that we've seen you do, too, Diddy. So it's like the feds having a field day. Y'all seen Diddy kicking Cassie in that hotel footage that they tried to keep buried with hush money. But I ain't the one that gossip, so you ain't heard that from me. When asked about it later, Pine said he was told to never speak on it again or he might disappear. In other words, face serious consequences. Then this freaking Covid happened. Diddy's thirsty ass. So thirsty to have a damn party. This Diddy had covet and had a party. Still, Pine said Diddy threw a 51st birthday party while knowing he had coveted. Everybody knows somebody like that that just so thirsty to have a party, they would do this shit even when they sick and risk everybody else being sick. So Diddy, on his 51st birthday, throws a party knowing he got cold. Covid, he allegedly infected celebrity guests. And when they called to inform him that they tested positive, Diddy told Pines to keep quiet. This is beyond reckless behavior. This shit is dangerous and would infuriate, I'm sure any guests who went to that party knowing that they got Covid from Diddy and Diddy knew he had Covid. Sure, they read this article and got pissed. So who were the guests? Well, Pines didn't name names, but y'all know the usual suspects. The A listers that were at was at Diddy's party. It might have Been one of them. So it's up to you to guess. And at. Anyway, whoever it was, you don't just be. You don't. You don't. Especially in that. At that time. That was four years ago. You don't have no damn party knowing your ass got Covid Diddy wrong with you. Let's continue. Diddy's legal woes in this lawsuit is just the latest in a string of legal troubles for Diddy. It seems like every week a new allegation pops up or a new lawsuit pops up, from former employees to business partners to. People are coming forward to share their stories, and many of them sound eerily similar. Whether it's allegations of financial misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or outright abuse, the narrative here is painting a disturbing picture. Let's not forget, y'all, that Diddy's former chief of staff, Christina Korm, has also been named in this saga. Is she cooperating with authorities? Will she be one of the ones to provide key evidence in court against Diddy? We shall see. So where does this leave Diddy did with a. With an employee coming out and basically giving the blueprint of Diddy's freakiness. Right now, Diddy's locked up, as you know, facing a mountain of lawsuits and accusations, and let's be real, ain't looking good. The details in these cases are graphic, disturbing, and if proven true, paint a picture of someone who believed they were untouchable. But guess what? The walls are closing the in. Who will speak out next, y'all? Because I got a feeling this lawsuit is going to bring more people to come out and tell more of this type of thing, Because I know Diddy had more assistance than just him and the other assistant that we know. Everybody wants to hear from his Fonz worth Bentley. A lot of people believe he will be testifying against Diddy. We don't know that. That's all speculation as of right now. So will it be another employee speaking out against Diddy? Will it be another? Whether it be a family member, my money is that eventually someone close to him that's finally had enough of this is gonna come out, and we shall see. And some of the people that might be another person that might be coming out or saying something damaging is gonna be Jay. It could be Jay Z. And we gonna get into that next. But before we get into that Christmas Eve, I meant to tell you, enjoy your family. We used to have a candlelight dinner where we would exchange gifts, eat good food, steaks and everything, and do it like, you know, do it kind of Big as a family. And we had these big events so, you know, these dinners. And we celebrated so much that what we would do was Thanksgiving. We would all get together, then we would pull names and do a Secret Santa for everybody. And it was always funny because you would want the people who buy good gifts to pull your name. So you would always wait. You always have to wait from Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve to find out who pulled your name. You would write like three things that you would want on your name and you put it in the. The hat or whatever and everybody pulls. And then you be waiting on. On New Year's, I mean, on Christmas Eve to find out who pulled your name. It used to be like, I ain't gonna call out no names because I don't want to hurt nobody feelings. But it used to be like you. When you seen who pulled your name, you'd be like, oh, she always get cheap gifts. But it was always all in fun. It never. And at the end of the day, we always left happy. Everybody had gifts. People used to be mad because I was the only one who was allowed to be in the kids one and the adult one and everybody. And so that meant I used to get two gifts on Christmas Eve at the candlelight dinner with our family. It'd be. My grandmother would do all the cooking and of course my. The aunts and my mom and them would help. But. But people used to always get mad and say, why he get the. Why he get to be in both. In both gifts exchange the kids and adults. And that's always tell him because I'm Granny's favorite. Y'all know how Granny's favorite get to do extra. So enjoy your family. We don't have those times no more. I said all that to say enjoy your family. When I was doing that stuff when. When our family was doing that. Not. You could have never told me that that wouldn't last forever. This is probably the. I don't even want to. I didn't lost track. But that's probably. It's probably been 10 years since the last one or something like that. I don't know if it's been quite 10 years. Might have been. But it's been a while. But enjoy it. Enjoy your family. And nothing lasts forever. So appreciate it now. But let's get to Jay Z. Speaking of stuff. Stuff not lasting forever. Jay Z's and Diddy's relationship. Jay Z is about to. Is prepared to throw Diddy under the bus. So that's another bombshell in this episode. Jay Z is Ready to save himself, according to his camp. According to a report from the Daily Mail, Jay Z's camp has made it clear that he has zero loyalty to Diddy. And honestly, I ain't surprised. Jay Z's track record in the industry isn't exactly one of a ride or die partnership. Jay Z's reputation has been built on being a strategic powerhouse, not someone who will go down with the ship for anybody else. As you know, Jay Z was named in a lawsuit alleging he assaulted a 13 year old girl at a party in 2000. And this lawsuit was tied to Diddy. What's Jay's alleged response? Well, according to report, he said he'll deploy any tactic necessary to clear his name, including throwing Diddy to the wolves. Now a source claims Jay Z's focus is singular, protecting himself and his family. And honestly, that's what the going on. That's what I see. What y'all see. The moment Diddy was arrested, Jay Z scrubbed him from his existence. That's what the insider told Daily Mail. And if you've been paying attention to Jay's moves over the years, listen to his music. Jay has a history of distancing himself from controversy and anyone who might drag his name through the mud. Loyalty, that just ain't a strong word for Jay Z, especially when it comes to industry friends. So Jay Z and Diddy, how did they fall out? Well, let's talk about this supposed fallout between Jay Z and Diddy. According to the insider, Jay Z was appalled by the leaked footage of Diddy allegedly attacking Cassie. The source also claims that this was the turning point for Jay Z. One where he decided to publicly and privately distance himself from Diddy. But let's be real, it the optics look crazy because if you follow Jay Z's career, you know he's the master of managing his public image. So let's talk about optics versus ethics. The timing here is everything. Diddy gets arrested on federal charges and then suddenly Jay Z is disgusted and distancing himself from Diddy. Very, very convenient, isn't it? It feels less like Jay Z took a moral stand and more like he saw a sinking ship and jumped the hell off of it. He saw the Titanic sinking and he got on his paddle boat and rolled and roll, roll, roll your boat right up out of there, as Jay Z is known to do. He didn't even let the water touch his feet. Left the Diddler high and fucking dry. So now let's, let's zoom out for a second. Let's look at the bigger picture. This Isn't the first time we've seen Jay Z's loyalty or lack thereof come into question. Enter chat Dame Dash. Enter chat Kanye West. You see how he threw them two to the bus to the wolves. He left Dame Dash high and dry. Same thing with Kanye West. Jay Z's pattern is clear. If you're no longer useful to him, you're out. Period. So let's not forget how Jay Z parted ways with Dame Dash. If you know, you remember Dame Dash was his right hand man. Dame Dash has fell off and is left to pick up his own pieces. I mean I think not too long ago his teeth fell out on camera on live. All his teeth fell out into his hands and because he was drinking orange juice and. And then they said the citric made his dentures slippery and then his he was talking on live and then his, his teeth fell out all on onto the table or some Dame Dash been going through it. But shout out to Dame because he's still grinding, he's still doing his thing. But Jay Z definitely didn't help when got rough. Dame was the co founder of Rockefeller Record. A co founder, imagine that. Co founder of the. One of the biggest labels of all time and he's still having to bust his ass to make a living. Now Dame has been vocal about how he felt that Jay Z betrayed him. He aligned with more powerful players in the industry and left. And when I say he aligned him, saying Jay Z aligned with more powerful players and left Dame Dash behind in a sense. And it just goes back to the recurring theme. Jay Z loyalty lasts for as long as he needs you. Kanye West. Remember when Kanye publicly called Jay Z out for not being there for him during personal struggles. While the specifics of their feud are complicated, it's another example of how Jay Z prioritizes his own path over maintaining close bonds. So what's Jay Z's play here? What the hell is he gonna do? Well, according to this report, Jay Z's lawyers are going hard. They called the allegations idiotic and pointed out the many inconsistencies in the accuser's timeline. We of all aware of that. Jay Z even took a swipe at Tony Busby, calling him a showman and accusing him of using theatrics, calling him a 1, 800 lawyer. But let's not forget Diddy is still battling behind bars as Jay Z fights for his reputation in his name amongst us in the land of the free. And now those paths are crossing each other in court. One source told Daily Mail that Diddy is Secretly happy Jay Z is fighting these allegations because it can help him too. But here's the kicker. Jay doesn't care about helping Diddy. According to the insider, Jay is only going after Busby to clear his own name. Diddy is just collateral damage. So if you're Diddy, this is turning into a nightmare scenario with Jay Z with the big hair. You're already facing a mountain of legal trouble and now your so called peer in the industry is allegedly ready to use you as a scapegoat. And let's not forget the allegations against Diddy aren't just about misconduct. They're about a systematic abuse of power. And now he's losing allies. Fastest today is Jay Z, tomorrow's could be Ashton Kutcher. Who knows? This situation raises a bigger question. What happens to the music industry's culture of silence and loyalty amongst amongst his most powerful figures? If Jay Z, a man who's been seen as intouchable, is willing to turn on Diddy, what does that signify? Or we should say, is this just business? Is this politics as usual? One of Jay Z's song and Jay Z was always one who played by his own rules. Didn't care about a Diddy monster. And at the end of the day, Jay gonna take care of Jay. Cause Jay got a family, Jay got kids, Jay got a wife. Jay got a whole different setup than Diddy. So at the end of the day he does. He has a, a big reason to throw Diddy up under the bus. I mean, when it comes to protecting himself and his family, what the hell do you expect? Ain't nobody disregarding a wife and kids for another man. Nobody I know. And Jay Z has shown time and time again that he'll do whatever it takes to protect Beyonce and his children and himself and his legacy. That might seem cold to Diddy, but it's the reality of the entertainment industry. And so as we watch this unfold, what type of damage, what kind of damage has this Diddy situation caused for Jay Z so far? Well, so far nothing has been changed as far as you know, the NFL still working with Jay Z. No brands have backed out from him or Beyonce. But there has been some feathers ruffled like at the Mufasa, you know, the new Lion King movie that stars Blue Jay and Beyonce's daughter. Y'all know they had a red carpet premiere a few weeks back and I was her. It was told to me through sources that Disney did not want Jay Z to come because those allegations had just broke out about the 13 year old but I'm. I was told that Beyonce was. Was. Was. Wasn't on it. You know, and lack of better words, Beyonce was like, no, I want my husband there. I want to show a united front, blah, blah, blah. And Disney acquiesced to Beyonce's demands. And so Jay Z and them, they did a photo op. But it ain't over with y'all with that movie because I know y'all ain't heard the latest. Cause don't nobody else be talking about. But would everybody else talk about. See, me, I like to make my. I like to do my own digging and come with my own news, per se, on top of the regular news that everybody talk about. So ain't nobody talking about this, but that's why you got me. It's been a little drama because they expected. Well, Mufasa and Sonic. Mufasa and Sonic both dropped two cartoon movies or whatever, animations, what have you. They both dropped at the same time. And everybody pretty much expected Mufasa the Lion King to. To dominate the Sonic 3. You know that Sonic 3 is a Sonic the Hedgehog, but y'all know Lion King is classic. That's me and my son's classic. That was probably the first movie that we watched that when he was old enough to know what the hell was going on in the world. And my son's nickname, I nicknamed him King. So the Lion King is a special movie to me, but I'll be getting all mushy and. But y'all know the Lion King is classic, right? Well, how about this? Sonic Blue Mufasa out of the water in the opening, which was a total shock. But guess who they're blaming for this. L. Sonic 3 opened at 62 million at the box office domestically. Mufasa did half that. Mufasa did 35 million open. Big difference from what they thought. But they are blaming Jay Z, the Lion King and Mufasi are blaming the Jay Z allegations and the Jay Z stench from Diddy for this disappointing opening. People saying, I took a quote from a random person on Twitter known as X now. And this should give you the sentimental kind of what was going on. Someone said, seeing as how Mufasa stars Jay Z's daughter and Jay Z is a total piece of. I have no desire to see the movie. That was just one comment. It was a lot of comments like that. But. So that is probably the first, I want to say, probably the first thing that we can kind of put our hands on that might be as already affecting Jay Z and his family. Everybody thought that it would, it would do well and it would definitely thought it would out perform Sonic the Hedgehog, but not so. And so Jay Z is already catching, catching some. Catching some strays Disney is already putting out there. Now. I don't know if when they. Probably at some point somebody's gonna do a big article on it. This is something I just noticed myself. But somebody's gonna do an article on this and really get into the details because I believe Disney is upset and blaming Jay Z. And this is not going. This is gonna, this is gonna have lasting impressions. Matter of fact, I don't think now because of, I don't think blue Jay Z and Beyonce's daughter, I think it's gonna be hard for her to get another role with Disney, especially now in the near future. I don't know, after this blows over, probably. But right now that Diddy stench is hard to get off. It's like skunk. You know when you get sprayed by a skunk. And I think they used to say he's to take a bath and tomato juice or some. Or tomato pay. I don't know. It never got sprayed, fortunately. But that skunk juicer, man. So let's continue to pay attention to this Jay Z and Diddy situation because y'all, this is just the very beginning. And before we get out of here, another case that I will be covering extensively, I haven't really touched on in the last couple episodes, but I need to. I'm gonna get. It's heating up now. And that's the Luigi Maggiani's case. He is, if you don't know, he just pleaded not guilty. And they are the, the, the, the, the powers that be. Let's call them the powers that be, since I can't just call them assholes. This system, this, the law enforcement or whatever they call themselves, they are worried that they won't be able to convict him or going to have a problem convicting him because nobody gives a shit about the CEO because of how UnitedHealth Care has been dogging his clients. And so they think it's gonna be hard to find a jury pool or a juror to convict them. But they. That don't stop them from trying to tank the jury pool. And this is according to Luigi Maggione's attorney. I'm sorry, I don't have the young lady's name in front of me, but she has been doing her damn thing. I'm gonna get her. I'm gonna get more information for you guys. But basically she just called Out New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who has his own problems going on. But she just called out Mayor Adams for trying to taint the jury pool with prejudicial statements and doing that crazy, and orchestrating that crazy perp walk where they had Luigi Maggiani walking with. Looks like hundreds of law enforcements with, with guns and, and made it look like Luigi was like a folk hero or, or Superman or something. And basically she's called them out for, for tainting the jury pool with that and treating their, her client, which is Luigi like a spectacle, and basically saying that they have violated his right to a fair trial. So that shit is heating up like they're going at it. This is like basically the system against the people, because this is the first, you want to say, alleged criminal that pretty much 90% of the world wouldn't convict him right now. And so the, the, the, the, the state, the feds, whoever, who's ever involved has a, an uphill battle when it comes to Luigi Maggiani. And we're going to definitely keep watching. I mean, this guy has so much support, y'all, that there are people, tons and tons of people who are offering to pay his legal costs or to help out with it. It's just. I haven't seen anything like this. I don't know if you have. I don't know if you can name the last time someone was accused of killing someone. And then the whole world is behind them. So this is unprecedented, uncharted territory. But they like, it's all type of stuff going on. And it's like they're so fixated on, on Luigi that because of. He killed an elite, allegedly. And like we said before, if you, if you just. If, if that was Joe Blow off the street, nobody would care. I mean, a, A woman was literally just set on fire on the subway. And the cops, and this is in New York, and the cops walked right past her. But there was no response from the NYPD news. There was no, there was no response from the mayor, and there was no response from the governor. You know why? Because NYPD is too busy staging photo ops with Luigi. They're too busy orchestrating ridiculous perp walks with Luigi. Something has to give, because this is ridiculous. But one thing about it, the people are going to show you who the people give a shit about. And there are droves of women down at the courthouse there to support Luigi. I know it's, it's never been seen before, but the people have this guy's back, and that's all I Can say the health care system is broken and people are sick of getting denied, which is why this will also be the trial of a century. And I believe this one will be covered with cameras. You know, we're not getting footage for Diddy, but I believe, and I'll check on this too to confirm. But I believe the cameras, the cameras should be on for this one. The camera should be on for, for the Luigi case because I was told that J. Diddy's wasn't ever going to be televised because the Fed case or whatever. But who knows, you know, they'd make the rules as they go. That's why I'm not going to confirm nothing until I hear or they say this will be televised and it'll be on Court tv. But let me tell you something. One thing I want to pay attention to before we get out of here and let's pay attention to this judge that is presiding over Luigi's case now. Her name is Catherine Parker. And, and one thing that I'm not really trusting about this judge or just judging or, or that they would, they would, that this judge would be fair. One thing that has gives me cause to pause is this judge reportedly holds millions in stock in health care and pharmaceutical companies and also is married to a former Pfizer executive. Now with all that being said, can this judge. Will this judge be fair? Can they be fair with their ties to the health care system? We shall see. But like I said, between Diddy and this Luigi case and a matter of fact, I'm sure I told you before, but if you don't remember, Luigi and Diddy are both at the same. They're in the same. Being held in the same jail currently and their lawyers are married. It's just so many. I don't know what, you know, like they say, like this is a movie or whatever, like life, this is a matrix we live in. I don't know. But that is kind of like. Isn't that like what a coincidence that Diddy trial the other century. And then now we got Luigi and then we got them in the same jail. And the wife of Diddy's attorney is the attorney of Luigi. I don't know, a lot to unpack there, but this has turned into a show. The way they parade Luigi around and, and, and, and they, it's almost like even, even, even the, the media, when I say the mainstream old school media, it's like they, they looking at this like a, like they're making a spectacle out of it and we just watching it unfold and one thing about it. I don't know why. I don't know if Luigi's family just wants to stay off the radar, but they weren't. There weren't any family present at the courtroom when he pleaded not guilty either. I wanted to let y'all know. Note that, too. I don't know. Now, from all I know, his family is behind him. So I'm not. I'm not, like, not gonna make a. Or assume that they're not, because they weren't there. But I just want you to note that. That the family wasn't there. But there were. Even though there weren't family, there was a. A lot of support for him. So we're gonna keep an eye on this case, y'all, and I'm gonna get out of here. But before I leave, I want to make sure all y'all enjoy your Christmas, enjoy your holidays. We will not. No. No Episode. Tomorrow. We will be enjoying Christmas. I'll be enjoying Christmas, but we'll be right. I'll pick it right back up on Thursday because they. Tuesday, Wednesday. Yeah. Thursday, Friday, it's regularly scheduled. 8:00am Merry. Merry Christmas. And I'll keep you in. In the loop, and we'll see if Macy's ever gives me my money back. But until then, I'm.

Flo highlights concerns about judicial impartiality, noting that Judge Catherine Parker holds significant stock in health care and pharmaceutical companies and is married to a former Pfizer executive:
"Can this judge be fair? Can they be fair with their ties to the health care system?" [55:30]
