And for the particular throat situation, even the independent autopsy person who did this one said that they would take a throat out for further testing and hold it. And that's apparently what's going on. So that's the throat situation. It came up undetermined. Which doesn't say he drowned. It does. It didn't say accidental drowning. It said undetermined. Man Nolan. Bombshell tonight in the tragic death of a young man, Nolan Wells. In the last hours we learn the contents of a second independent autopsy on Nolan's body.

What the hell really happened? The more I'm thinking looking at this autopsy, the possible cover up and kind of just like what took place in general. It's almost like something happened to Nolan between three and I almost think something happened. They did something or something either right before they took off or something happened. Man, I don't know. I don't know exactly. Can't quite. Can't quite put my, my, my, my, my finger on it. I'm almost thinking. Let's see what Nancy Grayson them say about this autopsy. I'm almost thinking they use as an excuse to leave him because something had happened already.

On his back, I assume not on his face. And so after death you can still have pooling of the blood.

You may have an explanation for this. I've already thought of one and I'm not a medical examiner but I don't see how the deep red I'm talking about was there a blow to the back of the head? Did he fall off a boat? Did he hit his head on something else? If it turns out he drowned, how did he get in the water? Why was he in the water? Why did everybody leave him? Lots of questions tonight. But if he was found face down, the blood would not have settled to the back of his occipital?

Well, that's correct at the initial autopsy. But he was also Transported to Washington, D.C. on his back, I assume. Not on his face. And so after death, you can still have pooling of the blood in the dependent areas. If the lividity is not fixed, or even if it is fixed, you can have pooling. So it is difficult to say, without seeing the actual reddened area in the deep soft tissue, whether this is just a decompositional artifact or if it is indeed blunt force trauma. Now, they're not describing any injuries to the skin surface which would still be there if he was. Even if he's decomposed, he would still see injuries, abrasions, bruises, lacerations, things of that nature, even with decomposition. So it's difficult to give significance to this deep red area in the musculature of the deep soft tissues of the back of the head without further photographs or more information. To me, it. Could it be blunt force trauma? Yes. Could it be a decompositional artifact? Yes. Could it be something from transport? Yes. Hard to say at this point.

Okay, hold on. Let me just take each one of those.

In the rest, I don't believe none of that, and I don't think Nancy Grace believe it anyway. I think that's an injury to the back of the head. Somebody hit him or something. I don't think it's no discoloration from decomposition or whatever the hell he's trying to say. Why wouldn't they. If you leave your friend, quote unquote, using their words, if you leave your friend. And you know that y' all only came over on three boats, and everybody's leaving pretty much the island by 5, 6 o'. Clock. Why are you waiting till 11 o' clock to check on your friend anyway? You can. You literally went to a whole ass island. You can. You. And Nolan's supposed to have all these. Everybody's supposed to be his friend. Let's see what Nancy Grace said about it.

You said that there could still be pooling of the blood, and I don't want to be too DEFCON 4 into this and get lost in the weeds. But Nolan is dead. He's already been autopsied. Days have passed, and you're telling me that the blood could still sift down from the front of his face? To the back of his neck in one specific area. Why was it pulling all the way down his neck or why just that one area? I. I don't believe that when you have been deceased that long, you've already undergone autopsy, they've drained the blood from body, that somehow in the few hours of transport, you're going to get pooling of the blood to one area in the back of your neck.

So first off, it's not a few hours of transport. It's from whenever the autopsy ended, he's placed on his back. Whenever he's picked up at the scene, he's been placed on his back. So all that comes into play, they don't drain all the blood from the body at autopsy. There's still blood in the body after autopsy. And also, decomposition causes the breakdown of tissues, including musculature, which can give a reddish decoloration from the actual decomposition process of the muscle. So all these have to be considered when you're saying a reddened area, because the doctor didn't call it hemorrhage, which is interesting to me. He called it a reddened area. So I don't know what he's describing. I would love to see pictures, but again, there's no description of a bruise or an abrasion or a laceration on the skin surface, the back of the head. So what the significance of this is? Could it be a decompositional change? Could it be something else like blunt force injury? It's hard to say. At this point in time, I find

I don't care what the hell he was doing. You're not going to be on no damn island and let your phone leave and you're still there on the island just in case anything can happen. And let's go back to this. And you can use a phone on that island. Matter of fact, y', all, there are people coming out saying that you can use phone service on that island. And if you couldn't, then how can they explain that Katie called her, her family to come and get her. She would have had to call from the island if she called her family to come get her. Well, why was that in? Boat issues. And the bilge, when it pops. So the bilge is basically a pump that releases water from your boat when water comes in. So I open the back hatch and there's water up to the batteries, and that is obviously not good. There's water almost coming over the transom, which is where your motor sit and which is the, you know, stern, like in the back part of the boat. So obviously we were in emergency the boat. We're trying to save the boat. It's not like we didn't ask no one or we just left Nolan. Nolan decided to stay on the island with the girl that he was with. And the girls witnessed that too. Yes.

You know, if you're sitting on a pond and no one's getting out of the water with their phone in their hand, unless, you know, it's to take a quick picture. But most the pictures take on the 4th of July. We're on the boat. Yeah. I mean, and, you know, salt water. If you drop your phone in salt water, most of the time, you're not going to get it back.
