Wake up. It's the flow show, no filter. Back for another Monday. And we got some crazy updates and news for the diddy trial. You ain't gonna want to miss it. But before I get into it, let me cover my ass. No Diddy. The thoughts, views, and opinions shared on the flow show, no filter. Are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I ain't got no time for no sideline stories or anything like. Like that. We gonna break down who testifying, who to look out for. I'm gonna break everybody down. And for all the people that have been saying, I don't know, ain't no. I don't see no racketeering conspiracy, Rico, and all this crazy, it's coming this week. So sit back, relax, and put your big, big boy clothes and big girl clothes on today. Cause we about to get into it. Shout out to everybody who've been holding me down throughout this. But we're gonna get right into it, y' all. First of all, this is a big week for Diddy. I know you if you know Friday Cassie ended her testimony and then Dawn Richards took over. Don Richards is the young lady from Vanity. Kane has some horrific stories. We're going to get into her testimony and get into the rest of the people who will be taking a stand. So we got to. This week, y' all, it's gonna be all the employees, assistants, other victims, slash employees. So all the people that have been sitting back talking about we don't know what the RICO and the racketeer and it was only a week into a 8 to 10 week case. I mean the people that are trying to support Diddy have very low intelligence. I'm just be honest, like, it's almost like I don't even feel, I don't even, I'm not even confused as to why they don't understand what's going on. Because if we in an 8 to 10 week trial and after week one, you talking about you ain't seeing racketeering and RICO and you don't ain't no sex traffic if that's what you saying. After what you don't see, you need to stand down and just sit back and relax and let the people who know what the the going on do the talking. Y' all just scroll and look like. I call it scroll and roll. Don't do too much talking. Cause y' all saying some crazy. And if you don't know, if you ain't noticed that it's sex trafficking already, I'm gonna need you to get a clue and, and, and maybe call for help. Because if this type of stuff going on around you and you don't know that it's sex trafficking, your ass might be sitting next to Diddy in a minute. But like I told people, they had to get Cassie out of the way. She's eight months pregnant, you jerks. She, they didn't want her to go into labor in the middle of the her trying to testify or going to labor and then she's not able to testify. So they had to get her out the way. So since they used her first, put her on the stand first, what they did was have Cassie lay out and kind of set the table. So let me give you an example, give you a quick example of what the people talking about. They ain't seen racketeering yet. And Rico first of all did he got like five charges. You want them to tackle all five charges in the first week, five days? It's not gonna happen. But, but, but what Cassie did is set the table. So you, for you ignorant folks, it would be the, the equivalent of going to Thanksgiving dinner and granny putting out the, put the, put the cloth over the table, she put the plates down there, she put the forks and all of that down there, she put everything on the table. And then, and then you, you the dumb that's gonna be screaming, I, I don't see no food, ain't no food when it ain't no food. I ain't seen no food yet. They gotta set the table, then the food. What you gonna do? Just sit the food on top of the, you're gonna eat it with your bare hand. What Cassie did was a masterful job and great shout out to the prosecution. All Cassie did was set the tape. And what I mean by setting the table, what she did was she laid out every name she said was for a reason. When she called out different names, these names right here, Dom Carrie, Morgan, David James, James Cruz, all those different names as she telling the story, you didn't even realize these are all people that are going to testify. All she did was introduce the character. She was the intro. And y' all running around talking about y' all ain't seeing this in it. Well, we about to get into it because all of the intimidation and the, and the, and the, in the, in the stalking and harassing and manipulating that they did to Cassie. Now you're gonna have the characters who were involved, who were employed for Diddy. Let's not forget, did he employ people? Let's not forget this is a business. So just take the things you're hearing and apply it to the business where you work at. And that may help you understand a little bit better what the going on. Take your job. And the bosses is just paying people for sex. And the bosses is telling women if you, if you gotta, you gotta participate in these freak offs or you're fired. Or even worse, if you don't participate in this freak off, you're not gonna get your next paycheck, do you? Do you, are you Starting to understand what's going on here. This is commercial sex traffic. This is highly illegal. And in today's time, you have no reason not to understand it because all you gotta do is Google it. Google even has AI you can Google and say, how is sex trafficking applied to the Diddy case? And it's going to tell you word for word. And it's going. And if you don't understand, you can say, well, can you send it? Can you tell me in layman's terms? And guess what? Google gonna tell your dumbass in layman's terms, you don't have no excuse to be in the comments saying stupid. But here at the Flow show no filter, where we hear Monday through Friday at 7:30am Eastern Standard Time, we break the case down. We. We let you know what the hell is going on. We give you both sides of the coin. If the defense, if the defense killing it, I' ma tell you. If prosecution killing it, I' ma tell you. If they both up, I' ma tell you. But at the end of the day, I always make it clear because y' all deserve to know what I think. I think he guilty. So we can get that out the way. And then now I can just attack this case unbiased and tell you who lying, who ain't doing their job and who are doing their job. Because you already know where I stand. But that has nothing to do with me giving y' all the facts so y' all can come up with your own conclusion. This is what I do. So I hope everybody was able to find some. Somebody, some reporter or some journalist to give you some Diddy coverage over the weekend to get you by until, you know, from Friday to Monday. That's our little break. So let's get into it. So let's start with Don Richards before I lay out the rest of the guy. I'm everybody who's supposed to testify this week. I'm gonna break down who they are so y' all know what's going on. I always told y' all. And it's so funny when I talk to people and they tell me, like, everybody around me think I just know so much about the Diddy tribe, but it's like I just be telling them what you tell me. And I told y' all from the beginning. My goal is to make sure in y' all circle, y' all know the most about what the hell going on. So everybody like you, the smartest person in the room. And when it comes to Diddy, all your co workers, all your friends Gonna be calling you up because they're gonna be like, you know everything. Why? Because you tuned in to the Flow show. So let's get it on. So Don Richards, she stepped on to that trial in that stand, ready to serve Diddy, cook him up something nicely. And she did her thing. So let's recap it. One of my favorite publications. Y' all know I like the Mirror, and the Mirror broke it down. They broke down Don Richards testimony. I'll add a little to it, but this come from the Mirror. Dawn Richard, former member of Danny Kane, takes stand to testify against PP Diddy, AKA Diddy Diddy, with the Itty Bitty Committee. Remember, he got the Itty Bitty from that case Anyway, so Itty Bitty Diddy, former member of Danny Kane. Don Richard took the stand. Prosecutors called Don Richard to the stand in the trial. Dom, of course, was a member of the girl group Danity Kane, which was a part of the MTV show the Making of the Band that, of course, Diddy produced and ran. Dawn testified that Diddy attacked Cassie in front of her. This is what she said on the stand. He came downstairs screaming, belligerent, asking where his food was, and proceeded to hit her over the head, kicked her, and beat her to the ground right in front of us. She continued to say that Diddy allegedly encouraged dawn and another woman who saw the attack to not say anything. Now, dawn went on to allege that the next day after the incident, Diddy took the two women into a room and locked the door, telling them it was just passion that they witnessed. He allegedly said that it was in our. In their best interest if they didn't say anything. She also alleged that Diddy said, where he comes from, people go missing if they talk. Y' all don't see nothing illegal going on here. You think this normal that you can do? Really? To all the. The. The. The Diddy apologists and the people saying Duck did this ain't this normal life to you? This is. This is how you. This is how a company operates. Company do something illegal, and you at your cubic coin, you see it, and they come up to you and tell you, hey, people come up missing, you ain't gonna run the authorities or you ain't gonna know something wrong at your job at Progressive or wherever the hell you at. Let me continue. Last year, dawn filed a lawsuit against Diddy, claiming she suffered physical abuse, groping and psychological abuse at his hands while working with him. She claimed in her lawsuit that Diddy had a specific disdain for her because she was young and Excited to be with him since he was such a famous person. She also claimed in her suit that during the making of the band, Diddy called female contestants several belittling names, such as fat and ugly. She also testified that she saw Diddy hit Cassie with a skillet, something that the defense attorneys claimed to the judge. They had no knowledge that dawn would say that, though the prosecution stated that they told the defense about it in March. So this will happen when you playing musical chairs and firing people and hiring people and getting last minute lawyers. You get a little confusion. So the defense side got a little confusion. Something that they were told about. They totally missed it. And I heard Diddy was getting pissed off during the. During. During Dawn's testimony, looking at his lawyers like, what the hell is. What is this going? What? What? Inside they say he was writing on notes and all type of stuff. I can't wait to get there, y' all. By the way, I'm supposed to be there. I'm planning to go next week. Well, the next weekend. And then I'll be there like after Memorial Day or whatever. So I'll be in New York because I want to see this in person. So court wrapped up on Friday, and Dawn is set to continue testifying today. And who knows what she gonna say, but y' all know it wouldn't be the flow show. I didn't do my own digging, and I found some more information that dawn may say on the stand. I'm. If she doesn't say it, it may be because the defense didn't have a chance to tell the prosecution about it. But y' all been asking about the youngins. And when I say youngins, I mean the youngins who. How should I say, aren't old enough to go to the. To the army or not old enough to join the military. You know what age you have to be to join the military. These people are not of that age. They are of the age where they are still in elementary school or possibly high school. Let me say that elementary school, high school age. We trying to get around the algorithm. Y' all know what I'm saying? So check this out. After I read this to you, you gonna really say diddy going to hell, and Diddy is the devil. But y' all been asking about the youngins. Dawn knows a little bit about the youngins. I pulled this from her lawsuit. Check this out. And around November 2009, this is after the Soul Train Awards in Atlanta, Georgia. Itty Bitty Diddy with the little committee flew dawn and. And another Young lady to his home in New York on his private jet for an after party. There were many well known celebrities at this after party and enormous amount of illegal drugs. They were being openly consumed. According to dawn, upon information and belief, Diddy had arranged for dozens of young women and girls, some of whom appeared to be of high school age. He had them transported to the party. These young people arrived wearing little to no clothing and were given drugs and alcohol. Many of them appeared lethargic and some of them even passed out. Why Diddy and why they were lethargic and passed out. Mohawk Diddy, AKA Itty Diddy, Itty Bitty Diddy and his guests perform sexual acts on them. Dawn believed that her presence at the party was a test to see whether Diddy could trust her or not. I told you they were known for testing subliminal tests. This is how they kind of protect themselves as far as they test you. I told you every time I felt like even a test was coming on when I was in the industry, I failed because I would be like, I wouldn't even go to the party if it wasn't something I was aware of. I wasn't even freaking going. Like, if I was like, that just sound weird because y' all, anybody know me to this day? I'm not a big. I'm not going to nothing crazy. I gotta know what it is. And I still might not go. I just, I'm a. I don't like being around strange stuff. So anyway, this go don goes on to say, this is a 15 page lawsuit. It took me forever to read this thing because I couldn't believe it. I kept reading the same over and over again because when I read, my mind drifts. There's some ADD type, ADHD type. But anyway, Mr. Combs repeatedly said things like, this is a buffet. Enjoy yourselves. This is what we do. This is how we party. My God. So dawn felt shocked and horrified at the sight of Diddy and his guests violating these incapacitated young women. And implored Mr. Combs personal assistant, Capricorn Clark, who we gonna get into in a minute. Implore Capricorn Clark to allow her to leave. She had to ask the assistant how she could get out of there. Okay, so then it goes on. Ms. Clark, Capricorn Clark insisted that Ms. Richard wait 15 minutes so she could make it make sense. Now, what she meant by that is, well, I'll let her. I'll explain in her words. She needed to. She needed to sneak dawn out of there. She didn't want Diddy to know that dawn was leaving. So Ms. Dawn waited. She didn't want Ms. Capricorn Clark, didn't want Diddy to know she was leaving. Dawn said knowing that she was not even free to leave and had to wait for Ms. Clark to come up with some, some, some creative way to get her out of there really made her feel uneasy. Mr. I mean, Ms. Richard, aka dawn, experienced feelings of panic and being trapped against her will. And you got people defending this. And I'm gonna say again, like I always say, if it's a, if it's a love, if it's a celebrity that I have some type of either relationship with or a relationship and, or know them through somebody that I have a strong relationship with, I will let y' all know. And dawn is one of them ones. She ain't lying. I told y' all a million times. I ran around with Danny Kane, met up with them after they show a lot of times. Mostly it was D. Woods because that's who I was cool with. And dawn was always very strong and straightforward, hard worker, passionate about what she was of her craft and her singing. She was a no nonsense cool female. She's not lying. What, what good would it do her to be lying about seeing young girls at some party, at some Soul Train party? And another thing about what she said is what about all these other celebrities that were there? Are they gonna be caught? That's why I said I'm calling this week hell week for Diddy. Because the prosecution, though, they had to open up with Cassie, kind of set the table. They didn't even get into the heavy stuff yet. So I think this, they going, they're going super hard this week. I'm nicknaming this hell week. So these are the type of things that dawn is going to get into today. I'm sure. Like I said, the only reason she may not get into this story, I don't know how long she's been under the prosecution witness list. So I don't know if the prosecution was able to convey to the defense. You know, this, this information, this is from Dawn's lawsuit, a 15 page lawsuit that she put in a little while back. So today we got to watch out for Dawn Richard. But I'm gonna go straight to Capricorn Clark and then we'll go to the next DD employees who's going to be testifying this week. So y' all know once they get on the stand, y' all already have some information and the idea of who the hell these employee, I can't, man. Any employee. And I know people got to make their money, but you can't be, just, can't be just for money letting wild ass like this go on, man. It gotta be another job. See, I'm just glad God blessed me with the type of. God bless me with the type of. The makeup where I'm not doing. I'm not doing nothing extra for no fame or no money. I sleep outside on a park bench and, and, and have y' all send me money for food before I, before I do that. But anyway, let's get into Capricorn Clark. Now, Capricorn Clark could possibly be the, the, the, the, the, the anonymous witness that they're calling Mia. Mia. I can't say this is not something. One of one of my predictions that I'm standing on and screaming at the mountain. Only because they haven't given us any dates of the Mia person that they're talking about. Like, they, they never gave us no specific dates. And we know that it's an assistant, but somebody like Diddy has had a million assistants, so. But Capricorn Clark is definitely someone who was his assistant around the Cassie time. And it's, it's been some crazy stuff that went on. So my, my educated guess is Capricorn Clark is mia. But like I said that by, by them not at least even telling us the dates of this assistant. I can't, you know, say beyond a reasonable doubt, like, oh, no, that's her. But this is my guess. But anyway, Capricorn Clark is being mentioned, so we're gonna talk about it. And, and when. Which, what you're gonna hear, what you hear about Capricorn Clark is gonna. This is Mia. Now, I'm, I'm gonna talk about Mia, and then I'll get into Capricorn Clark after. Now, Mia, who's what they're calling her, is set to testify this week. Mia is a. She was a former employee and a victim of Diddy. I got this from the independent publication called the Independent Diddy Witness. Plans to share things she would have taken to the grave, but fears taking the stand now. This is Combs, former personal assistant who's expected to take the stand this week. It goes on to say a former employee of Sean Diddy Combs is planning to testify against him in his sex trafficking case and share details that the employee would have taken to her grave before his arrest. Candidly, this, like I said, this is a former employee naming it. They call it Mia. Candidly, her nerves are through the roof. The attorney representing Mia, let's Just say Mia. So I keep saying Mia. Her nerves are through the roof, according to Mia's attorney. The attorneys one also told us she would have taken these things to her grave. These are some of the worst things that have ever happened to her. Mia is taking the stand this week. Mia's potential testimony would follow Cassie and she was around Cassie time and possibly during a breakup, but they're not confirming it. During a break in Cassie's testimony, Mia's attorney asked Judge Aaron Sabre Manian for permission to speak with Mia in between her testimony. Not to culture, but to support her as she shares difficult details of her life. Like I said, they said the the government plans to call Mia to testify as a victim and a witness. Mia, who worked as a personal assistant to Combs for several years, not only witnessed the music mogul abuse Ventur, but also experienced abuse herself. Ventura said one time while on an international trip, Combs dragged Mia out of her hotel bed and onto the deck outside her room after she resisted when Combs tried to take her phone. Prosecutors said during opening statements that Combs also coerced Mia into sex and forced himself onto her, something that she only has only started to grapple with now. A key part of the government's allegations about racketeering conspiracy is that Combs maintained a criminal enterprise of staffers made up of assistants, security chefs and more who enabled his behavior and covered up his alleged crime. This is the criminal enterprise, ladies and gentlemen. This is the racketeering. And when you got everybody conspiring to work together, this Carter Rico. I'm trying to say a little bit louder for the kids in the back of the class that don't understand this because they talking while I'm teaching. And then they run to the comments and say stuff like, I ain't seen no record, no rectangle cause you ain't listening is plain as day. If you actually just read, it's like the easiest thing to understand. Diddy is so flagrant. This is why this is an open and shut case. Let me give you another detail that a lot of people didn't realize. This will tell you how cocky, arrogant, sloppy and above the law did. He felt that he was. A lot of people, it's so much information, a lot of information that like we're missing because it's just so much. And so I'll bring it up and you'll be like, damn, I didn't know that it is actually out here, this information. But it's just so much information. It's easy to miss stuff because it's just so much. But can you imagine that Itty bitty Diddy, AKA AKA Mohawk Diddy was preparing for a freak off the day they arrested his ass in that New York hotel. This dude just had his homes raided. All of his, all of his, all of his information, all his hard drives and iclouds and phones, he had all of that rated. He's investigated. He know the end is near. And they, the day they arrest them, they, they. You know what they found in this hotel? They called. They, they found his whole freak off blender list. His whole freak off blender groceries, $9,000 or so in cash. Astro Glide, whatever the hell that is. But it sounds slippery, but if you remember, Cassie said something about Astro Glide was part of the material list or whatever. Baby oil, oh and drugs, ketamine and all that stuff. They've been, they were saying he had it. Every freak off this, had that on the day he was arrested. And some fools out here think that the prosecution don't have a case. He was still doing it. And the day they arrested him, he had all of this stuff Cassie talking about in the hotel. But you probably, if, if you're a Diddy supporter, you probably missed that little tidbit of information. But luckily you got me because I' ma research the out of it. You know, I'm gonna rewind research this out of it because I got to know what I'm talking about when I get on this mic. I can't come up here and just shoot from the hip like, like them, like them people in the comments looking stupid. I got a double and triple check. I'm looking at different articles by the time I get to this microphone. I'm the baddest man on the planet when it comes to this Diddy because I research and then I research some more and then I put it all together. So that was just to give you a little context of how flagrant Diddy has been and why this is an open and shut case. Mostly because Diddy didn't care. Diddy been intimidating witnesses even behind bars. He has not stopped. He is probably getting Astro Glide into the prison and arranging pre coughs in the MDC detention center. Every time there was a problem, Diddy's answer was throw money at it. And for the first time in his 30 years of wreaking havoc on the world, they don't want your money. They just want your ass behind bars. Now let's get back to Capricorn Cart because if you remember, Cassie said this international trip, Diddy dragged her out the hotel room and did God knows what because she wouldn't give her her phone. Now, Capricorn Clark was Diddy's assistant from around 2001 to 2012. If you remember, the minute Diddy got into a relationship with Cassie, which was around 11 or 12 11, you know, 20 11, 12 ish. They immediately went into freak off mode. Did he immediately introduce her to freak offs? And he didn't immediately. And so Capricorn Clark was one of the assistants that had a heart and she would work. She worked for Diddy, but she also tried to protect people and it ended up getting her ass whooped behind it. And what happened was Diddy found out that Capricorn Clark knew about the Kid Cudi situation with Cassie. And when Diddy found out that Capricorn Clark knew about the. The Kid Cudi situation, meaning the affair that Kid Cudi had, that. That Cassie had with Kid Cudi, allegedly Diddy beat the hell out of, possibly even gave her concussions. Now, not only was that spoke about by. By In. In different little blogs and stuff, but before it became public knowledge, Suge Knight told us about it. And Suge Knight even added some extra info. He said that when. That at the time of when that happened, the way they silenced it and none of us heard about it was Interscope cut a check, a big check. They cut a check to Capricorn Clock to keep the. On the hush and shut it all down and. And keep it on the. On the low. And if you remember, Dawn Richard said that one time when Diddy violated Cassie and violated people in general. She even said Jimmy Iovine up Interscope witnessed it and still shelled out tons of money to Diddy. So what I'm wondering and what I got a question, y' all. When does Interscope, Jimmy Ivine, when do they enter the chat? Because if they're not brought up on some type of charges or something, the minute this trial is over, I'm calling them out. Ain't no way we can just let them get away with seeing this and funding. Funding Diddy. Itty Bitty Diddy, funding him and helping him continue this horrific treatment of his employees of women and everybody around. They don't get to throw rocks and hide their hand. Not on my watch. They just get. They just lucky. Right now, all my focus is is on Diddy. But don't think I'm not reading this. And like, hold up, Interscope, y' all. Name keep coming up. It keeps coming up and it keeps coming up. Talking about y' all was witnessing and Y' all was still giving Diddy money and y' all was cutting checks. Keeping this on the low. How in the. Y' all ain't been brought up on no charges. But I get back to y' all right now. Diddy on the hot seat. So Capricorn Clark could be mia, or it might not be. But one thing we know about Mia, the. The prosecution even brought up Mia in their opening arguments and said that she would detail certain things. Another thing. Oh, let me. Another thing about Mia, which is also known as victim number four, also known as employee one, is if you reading through the documents like me, but. And what's. What. What the. The funny thing is. And not funny, but funny in a sense of. In a sense of the word. 2000, right after the Kid Cudi incident, 2012. That was exactly the time when Capricorn Clark was fired. And guess what? This ain't just pure speculation with this victim for Mia, whoever she actually is. We will find out this week. But they have phone records that. And this is in the court documents I'm reading straight from the court, and it's so much redacted, they got it blacked out, so I got to skip a lot. But. So we'll find out. But based on the interview with victim four, they found out this type of. They have phone records that on the day when all this wild happened with Cassie and the. In the. And the beating and the assault took place, Combs is associates. It meaning all the rest of his employees, his assistants and all that allegedly tried to silence her after the assault. And this evidence enhances victim force who is Mia credibility and at the very minimum, provides enough probable cause to listen to what she got to say. They got phone records. They got phone records of Diddy and his associates silencing. And you got people in the comments defending this man. Would you leave your daughter with. With Diddy? If Diddy. If Diddy said. If your daughter said, hey, hey, Mom. Hey, Dad. A guy named Diddy, he got a mohawk. A guy named Diddy want to take me to Paris. You letting them go? And I. I want to ask that same question to the creeps in the comments. Your daughter come home and say, hey, I got a guy named Itty Bitty Diddy. He want to take me to Italy. Can I go? What you gonna say? Since you in the comments saying ain't wrong, what you gonna say? This is insane. They got phone records of this. And after Suge Knight came out and. And, and. And said. And corroborated and said that Diddy Beat the hell out of Capricorn. Clark and Interscope paid her off and all this type of stuff. She came out and had a tweet because that she was still under that NDNA or whatever was signed. So she couldn't really speak directly, but she said some. Some. Some things that really made sense. She said a couple. Couple tweets. She said, and I quote, they will skin you and wear you, baby girl, then pretend they never wanted the skin. Victim 4. This would include sexual activity with the defendant through force and threats of serious harm. Ladies and gentlemen, that's sex trafficking. That's coercion, and I'm just repeating it. But the few that make that keep that saying they don't see the charges. It's plain as day. But that ain't it. That ain't it. And I'm gonna finish up her part, and we're gonna go to the next employees that's about to get on the stand and rat on Diddy. See, when it ain't. When you ain't dealing with, quote unquote, street people. Oh, they. They turning and flipping on you before the. Before the feds could even ask them what they know. Feds ain't even got to buy them no McDonald's the minute they show up at the door, hey, it's the feds. Hey, what's going on? Hey. Diddy is charged with some horrific. You either gonna have 20 years or, hey, I tell you everything I know. Boom, it's over with. They ain't standing on business for Diddy for five seconds. So for all the people that was like Hi sir. Ain't none of these people talking about some snitches get stitches or, or going by no up street call. These is regular working people. You come to their door talking about it's a case and they saying all I gotta do is tell on them and I'm cool. They telling. So that's why he the only one on the rico. When you, if you the only one on the recoil, you only see one person on the recoil. Just know that he's cooked. He crock potted, he waffle maker, he's pan seared. He Jamaican. I just had some good ass jerk chicken yesterday. Reminded me of Diddy. He cooked that jerk chicken was cooked. It was good too. It was macaroni cheese rice. I ain't gonna get into that. But if you in a RICO or you see somebody in RICO and they the only one, that means everybody involved told on them. And so an opening argument with, with Mia. The, the prosecutor said it involved a woman known by the pseudonym Mia. She apparently was a former employee who was also great by combs who forced her to perform oral sex on him and then got in her bed to go inside her. He just was putting his itty bitty Diddy everywhere. He I can't wait till this is over with to get it. Get this over. He deserves the ride and man his itty bit. So the, the. This demonstrates that he also committed crimes within the workplace. And they also said her testimony will be accompanied by video messages and other evidence after this week. Mark my words, by Friday, half of the people that was talking about dang see RICO and they ain't see racketeering. They gonna disappear. They're not gonna come back on and say they're not gonna reappear and say they were wrong or none of that. Don't expect that. But just expect half of these creeps in the comments are gonna disappear off the face of the earth by Friday because they ain't gonna have nothing to say. And the, and the prosecution just. Still just getting warmed up. This is only week two, but they coming with the heavy hitters. For instance, I'll give you something else in the, in the, in the court paperwork, for instance, the defendant Diddy caused intermediate intermediaries, former and current security and staff to repeatedly call me who had witnessed firsthand Diddy abuse the victim. These intermediaries or workers told the employee that what she observed was a normal relationship. Wink, wink, did he have this whole rat pack of employees harassing these women and telling all of these women what to say. That is all good until your ass get in the case and the government start pulling iclouds and all type of. And now you red handed. Red handed. Now let's get on to the next couple. And I'm really disappointed at these quote unquote men. Oh, we got another. Carrie Morgan has a crazy story. She's expecting to take the stand. She was an ex best friend of Cassie after I guess after Combs hit her in the head with a iron or a flat iron or something. She hit him or, or, or hanger or something. I'm gonna get into it. But apparently Diddy hit her in the head in, in 2018 and that was when her and Cassie couldn't be friends no more. We're gonna get into her too before we get out of here. We running out of time. It's 50 minutes. I ain't gonna stop though. We're just gonna keep going. Let's go to these men. And then I'm gonna go to Carrie. I'm say Carrie Morgan for last because that's horrific. I want to end on that note and tell you who Carrie Morgan is and what you can expect in her testimony. But these two men, and I use that term loosely because if you're a man and you was around this you, you need. You too thirsty for money. You put money too much of a high value is no way. And I could work for anybody and be hiding and helping them hide. Beating the hell out of and graping women anyway, we. And I'm talking about David James and James Cruz. Now David James is also a quote unquote assistant. Like I said, you know, you got a million assistance when you somebody like Diddy, you got a million assistants because you're just hiring people who gonna do all this illegal for you and hide and all that. So you ain't really hiring. You know, you're not really being too selective because you're really just hiring who gonna be down for doing this wild for you and hiding and doing all that. So let's get into who is James Cruz. James Cruz was also an assistant for Diddy that helped carry out all this stuff. Cassie name dropped James Cruz during her testify her testimony. I told y' all, Cassie's job was to set the table while everybody was getting all caught up in oh, they ain't got a case, they got a weak case. Even though it was all type of horrific said and it was. She detailed everything but people didn't understand it because she was really setting the table. She wasn't going to say more. They, she gotta let them say what the hell went on. You gotta think if she say she being followed, she just saying she was being followed. But when you talk to the people who are doing the following now, they gonna tell you, Diddy told me to do this, he told me to do that, he gave me this, he gave me that. That's what them need to hear. See somebody like me, when Cassie says she being followed, I already know the rest. So I just got to sit back and twiddle my thumbs and wait for everybody else who need to hear the actual explanation. And that's what we're gonna be getting this week. So let's get into James Cruz. Who the hell is James Cruz? So Sean Diddy Combs former girlfriend Cassie took the stand, of course. And during her testimony, she name dropped James Cruz, a Bad Boy Records employee. Ventura first went about accusing Diddy of controlling all aspects of her career, including her singing career. If you remember, Diddy signed her to a 10 year, a 10 year record deal, 10 album. I mean sorry. Which is basically her whole career. He signed her for her whole life of a career and just held that over her and not only took away her career, but took away her dignity and took away her her youth. Now, according to the singer, the music mogul had eventually assigned James to oversee her career. Now knowing what we know about Itty Bitty Diddy, if he assigned James Cruz to oversee her career, who's do you think he was on Cassie's side or Diddy's side? Now remember did he's a narcissist. So if he puts somebody over Cassie's career, is it going to be somebody that he's going to empower to do what's best for Cassie or is he going to be somebody to carry out all of his malicious. I would choose B, you make your choice. Cassie even said it was like Cruz was managing her career with one hand tied behind his back. He couldn't work as a normal manager. He had to make decisions through other parties. It was just a different way of doing things. That's a nice way of Cassie's saying this was up. Now, James Cruz eventually went on to start his own, but he was the president of Bad Boy Management and this was since 2009. He also was Diddy's exclusive manager. So, you know, if you managing Diddy, you have absolutely no say and you probably got to go down on them every now and then. If we if we being honest, managing Diddy is a hell hoe. Even 50 Cent previously mentioned James Cruise according to a 2022. And this comes from Sports Keita. I'm sorry. You know, I like to always give articles their credit. I kind of skipped past it. This is from Sports Keita publication. I actually like them too. But they talked about the article on hip Hop in 2022 where 50 Cent talked about James Cruz and brought him up about all about how he wasn't and also accused Cruz of being a cokehead. So a couple things you got to do when you're a diddy. Oh, shoot. When you're Diddy. When you work for Diddy, you gotta. You gotta do everything he's saying. You gotta keep the coke on deck. And the Diddy was made out of Ciroc and some lemonade and whatever. And he made it on YouTube. You could Google. Google. I mean not Google, go on YouTube. And when you get a chance and put in how to make a Diddy and put David James and you'll see the little cringy ass commercial where Diddy is like, this is my full time bartender in my big house in the hills or whatever. And he's like today he's going to make a Diddy. And then this David James person over there just looking, looking like you want to say hey, blink twice if you need help because you're looking stiff. He just sitting there and then did. He's telling him what to pour and he's pouring it. It's so cringe worthy. But I encourage you to check it out anyway. Yeah. So David James being a bartender, I am very interested to see if he gets on that stand and talk extra that they put in those drinks. If he does, man, if it's already over for Diddy, but it'd be super over if he get on there and say yeah, Diddy instructed me to pour a little of this into the woman's drink. I don't know if he's gonna say that, but I'm just wondering. So Carrie Morgan. Carrie Morgan. Where is Carrie Morgan? Okay, Carrie Morgan is set to testify. Morgan was a former best friend of Cassie. Oh, and one more that we're gonna get into, y' all, y' all have been so supportive. I was gonna leave this off for time reasons, but I' ma stay on extra time. And we gotta go into Christine Coram because her name she is definitely not this week. She's probably a heavy hitter. They probably gonna have her testify in the next, probably next three weeks or something. But her ass grass. So I know she told on Diddy because too many people inside of bad boy is naming her and she even got named and lumped in with James Cruz and all the rest of these employees. I'm trying to watch my language. The rest of these employees, I'm not gonna call them. This is from HNH publication written by Caroline Fisher, Cassie's former best friend, Carrie Morgan to testify in Diddy trial. Oh yeah, you know Flo had those receipts. I don't just be up here shooting from my hip. Told you I went to a school. You had to source your or. Yeah, kick you out for plagiarism. Your ass be out to school expelled. So it's ingrained in me to have receipts and back up what I'm saying and sourcing it. So anyway, Diddy's long awaited sex trafficking trial finally kicked off last week and Cassie took the stand. We understand I ain't gotta go through that over again. But according to prosecutors confirmed on Friday that the Songstress, former best friend, model Carrie Morgan will take the stand now. Recall during her testimony, Cassie recalled Diddy allegedly throwing a wooden hanger at Morgan and giving her a concussion. And I' ma say again, you got people defending this, this dude, he threw a wooden hanger at Morgan and gave her a concussion. This was Cassie's best friend. And I'm just speculating, but sure Diddy has some something to do with them not being best friends anymore. But during an interview with Vlad TV last summer, Diddy's former bodyguard Roger Bonds recall Morgan telling him this same story. I believe Daphne Joy is. I see somebody in the chat asked about Daphne Joy, not Ally Carter, but I believe Daphne Joy. Now according to him, Roger Bonds Morgan alleged that after Diddy abused her, Cassie failed to back her up. For this reason, she told him she ended their friendship. Now I told y' all I just skimmed these articles because I like to go through them and give y' all my immediate reaction, like in real time. So I like that's how I keep it authentic. Don't tell nobody because I don't want people stealing my style. They already installed Mohawk Diddy and using all my language and taking all my takes. But that's neither here nor there. I didn't even know that about this Roger Bond saying that because Cassie didn't back her up when she got abused, that's how they, that's how they, their friendship ended. But Didn't I say I knew Diddy was in the middle of it? Because one thing about women, they tend to stick together through thick and thin, like even more than guys. So when they said ex best friend and you got the diddler lurking around, I knew especially a controlled and narcissistic freak like him. You definitely want a best friend who's got Cassie back. You definitely want to remove them from the equation if you can. It's just human nature of narcissists. So anyway, let's continue. It went on to say they're talking about who else can take the stand. They already talk about Don. I already told y' all that. So we done with, well, Kerry Morgan. But that's Kerry Morgan, ex best friend. Hit upside her head with that wooden hanger, got a concussion. Cassie didn't back her up. She said, cassie, we can't be friends no more. She will be taking a stand. I imagine what she has to say. But last and certainly not least, we got to talk about Christina Corm because she was the big dog. Out of all the assistance, she was the big dog. She was the one who really helped carry out all of this sick and twisted, sick and twisted stuff that, that Diddy was involved with. Christina Corm, chief of staff was right in the middle of it and names have been dropping. And if you think she ain't gonna be testifying, she ain't letting her off the hook. They are not letting her off the hook. If you remember, I believe Cassie, don't quote me because I didn't get the chance to, to look this part up. But I remember Cassie saying something about Christina that she told Christina and Christina didn't help her. She didn't say that in so many words. But I do remember, if I'm correct, don't quote me on this, but I thought. I'm pretty sure Cassie brought up Christina. Anyway, New York posted an article detailing this inside the twisted world of Sean Combs's assistance who facilitated freak offs, including what they calling his Ghislaine Maxwell, or I like to call it Jizz Lane Maxwell. You remember, she was the one who recruited and put everything together for Epstein for him to do all the trifling he did. So it says Sean Diddy. New York Post goes on to say Sean Diddy Combs, former chief of staff, was in love with him and allegedly wielded her power to manipulate his staff. A source who previously worked for the pair exclusively told the Post, Christina Corm, AKA kk, whom Diddy once called his right hand man. You do not want Diddy to be calling you. Don't right hand man at a time like this, if Diddy call you his right hand man at a time like this, you're gonna say, hell no. Ain't no damn right hand man to your ass. Anyway, Ventura testified was one of. There was one of. She was one of several former assistants and bodyguards whom Cassie named Tuesday in Manhattan court. So I was right. Cassie did name Christina Corm. I was I pretty. I knew, I heard. I knew I heard her talking about Christina. And like I said, so y' all can get ahead of a lot of people. What's going on? Every name that Cassie named was a reason. And they ass gonna be gonna have their feet put to the fire. So. So a lot of people be like, how you know this stuff? Some of this stuff is easy to know. But people, you just gotta understand how trial works. Cassie was prepped. She didn't just. They didn't just pull her off the street and get her on the stand and just freestyle and just, hey, just say whatever. She's prepped and they know what she's gonna say and what she knows. So when she brings up names that mean these is in trouble. So she brought up Christina Korn. You can bet Christina Korn will be testifying or Cassidy wouldn't even brought her name up. Cassie also brought up Neil Dominique and David James who we just talked about. And these were Sean Diddy Combs, AKA Itty Bitty Bitty Bitty Kitty with the Itty bitty Itty Bitty they call. These were his trusted assistants who helped set up these freak off sexual performances. I'm sorry, y' all, I'm not studying. I'm not. You can't pay me enough to be setting up freak offs, y' all. You can't stroke a check long enough for me to be setting up freak offs. My son can't know that I'm. Hey, dad, what you do for a living? Hey. Well, son, I set up free cars, dad. Well, that's what I do. I set up free cost. I get the baby oil, the Astro Glide. I do no daddy ain't setting up no freak offs, king. And so when I see this stuff, I'm like, man, we as a society, some of us are too thirsty for fame and money. We will be setting up freak off blenders for people like Diddy for some change. But they say kk, Christina Korn was in love with Diddy. She was infatuated with Combs because she wanted to remain the number one person. She would throw Others under the bus in a heartbeat. Well, I think being Diddy's number one assistant is probably the worst job in the world right now that you would have ever wanted to have. That's why she ain't going with her first. They building up to her. You best believe Christina gonna be on there because other than that, they'd be like, well, your ass going straight to prison too for about 25 years. Because Enrico, everybody get it once it's a Rico, you might as well be Diddy. If you don't want to tell on Diddy, you gonna get the same time did he get. They were super close. And so Christina Korn look out for her testimony. That's down the line though. So just to remind y' all this week who we looking for. Don Richard should be finishing up right around the time we finish up. Not finishing up, but she should be starting and then finishing up. But she'll be starting right around the time that we end this podcast. So I will be locked in on seeing what she has to say. And does she going to this youngin party that happened in Atlanta during Soul Train Awards. I don't know. But it is a true story that she put in her lawsuit, her 15 page lawsuit against Diddy and Bad Boy Records. But this week you can expect to hear from Kerry Morgan. And the reason what is so effed up about Diddy is if you remember, he went on this tour and went on this new name change where he was talking about I'm calling myself Love and my new name is Love. Don't call me Diddy, call me Love. I'm all about love and this and that. And this phony bastard was doing all of this in that same time. If he, he is the true definition of the devil. He can literally be doing the worst thing in the world to people and in the same breath act like he all about love and, and, and he's caring and, and this and that. And meanwhile you putting these women in freak off blenders taking their, their, their, their, their, their womanhood from them forcing yourself on them spending money on. On keeping stuff hidden, having workers do all type of wild while you run around and parade around talk he the worst kind of. The kind that don't have a conscience. Cassie, remember she told details of how he would beat the hell out of her and in the next second be laughing and joking and acting like ain't nothing happened. So when I see a female, she's nice looking and she worked for Diddy, I know she went through some because I can already tell in his mind he wouldn't hire you if you wasn't down for a little hanky panky. So that will play out more and more this week. Week one, the table was set. Week two, they gonna start bringing out the food. They about to sit that. They about to sit that turkey on the table. They about to sit that macaroni and cheese on the table. They about to sit that dressing on the table. And that's Harry Morgan, James Cruise, David James, Don Richards. And after they put all the food out there, it's gonna be time to eat. So I say again to everybody that said they didn't see racketeering and RICO and ain't got no case and all that. As Cassie detail how did he hung her career over over her head, blackmailed her, insinuated if she didn't participate in free calls, he would put out X rated tapes of her, take away her record deal, not drop her her single, stalked her, harassed her, blew up, everybody blew up. People, cars who tried to help her. Since y' all don't understand how illegal that is, we got hell week for y' all where it's gonna or these same people who carried this out are gonna get on that stand and squeal and tell everything that they can think of to keep their ass from being right next to the dealer.
