Wake up. It's the Flow show, no Filter. And we got some crazy ish to talk about. But before I get into it, let me cover my ass. No Diddy. The thoughts, views and opinions shared at the Flow show, no Filter are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I am not a professional. I am just good. Happy Thirsty Thursday. Now, today I don't have my water. I'm swigging on a diet Coke because I'm trapping right now. But I hope you got your water. How you doing, Angie? Angie P. We got Angie P. In the building. We got Angie. Melissa. Good morning. Good morning to the breakfast crew. Laura. Ms. Laura Clifford. Hey, Kathy, Megan, Courtney, Lily, Alicia. I don't want to miss nobody this morning. Happy Juneteenth, Angela. Kathy, Cindy. Surrey. Surrey. Say good morning. No sleep. No. No sleep for the weary. Hey, Jen. Jen says she finally catching a lot. Love you too, Laura. Speaking of love, we gotta get into Diddy. But just much love to everybody who shows up for the Breakfast Club. Y' all don't know this is as therapeutic as it is for y' all. It's the same way with me. It's just somewhere where I know people are very supportive and we support each other. Don't take support for granted. Like I'm telling you, from a position I'm in, I probably you, you, you get, you get more support from your community and people that you haven't even met. You get way more support from y' all then people who know you. I don't know what it is about people who know you. They think they don't have to support. I don't get. I don't understand it, but I don't try to understand it. I came from zero followers to half a million followers and 99.9% of my journey has been supported by people I don't even know. I. And it's beautiful and I appreciate it. That's why I always tell y' all I appreciate the support. It means more than y' all know, because I don't know what's up with the world, but I don't know between family and friends and all of that, people don't, they don't support. I don't know what it is. They just want to tell people they know you and they want to clout, chase off your name. But they, they, they don't support like they should. I'm a very supportive person. So I believe in support. I support everybody around me. I've did it my whole life. And to have a place to come to every Monday through Friday, 7:30am with a great group of people who genuinely support what you do, love what you do and show you and tell you and make sure you know it. And to, to, to be the type of person I am, to have that reciprocated because that's how I am. I never take it for granted, which is why I get my ass up every morning and get my ass in front of this computer and get into this news. So y' all, thank you for another subscriber on YouTube. I'll shout you out. Matter of fact, can I pull it up right now? This Diddy mess, this Tyler Perry mess, it's all type of stuff going on. I don't like Talking about Diddy stuff has me so consumed. It's hard for me to talk about other stuff, especially serious topics where I can't really deep dive in them. That's why I don't talk about other stuff that's going on because I don't really have the time to educate myself fully on it. And so I can't get my opinion without really educating myself on them. So I stay away from it, be able to dive into other stuff a little more. We out. We at the end of this Diddy trial. Y' all know I've. I've been covering Diddy since Cassie threatened to sue him. I go way back, so I've been covering this a long time. I ain't like a lot of these people who just start covering it when he got arrested or just start covering it when the trial came. I started covering it. I was one of the first big platforms to cover when Cassie was suing Diddy. A lot of people don't know that unless you've been following me and you've been on this journey with me since the beginning. A lot of big platforms didn't pick it up. They thought it was nothing. You know, at that time, Diddy was untouchable. So when Cassie was threatening to sue him, the word was, man, ain't nothing gonna happen to Diddy. She. She. It's just a money grab. Me just knowing and able to read the tea leaves. I knew it was more serious than people thought. So I've been covering this a long time. I'm gonna see this thing through. We about. About a week or two away. Frankly, I'm happy. I'm. It's been a. A, A exciting journey with y' all. But being somebody who has covered this from the very, very beginning, I am ready for a verdict, and I'm ready to move the hell on and get. Because there's so many other stories out there. I want to cover the ice rays. I want to deep dive into this Tyler Perry mess. I want to deep dive into this R. Kelly mess. What's going on? So I look forward to putting a bow on this Diddy stuff and being able to get more. Get my. Use my journalist skills on a lot of the stuff. But in the meantime, in between time, I'm a person. I'm always gonna finish what I start, and I want to finish strong. That nice hair. Thank you, Lord. Yeah. I brought the hair out today because Juneteenth, it's supposed to be kind of like my off day. So this is. I don't wear no shirt or not. So this is me dressed down with. With my hair just out. No bandana, no scarf, no nothing. Just frozen. Yeah. But yes, put this in the past. I am ready to. Y' all don't know. I had so many people hitting me up about stories, and I'm like, trust me, y' all want to get to them. But we gonna see this Diddy thing through this old freaky freak off mess. Happy thirsty Thursday. I hope everybody got their water. Drink your water. Good morning, Anitra. How you doing? How you doing? So y' all and those people that be like, hey, you be. Take. You. You. You take too long to start, or you do this or you do that. This ain't for y' all. We a community. We don't. We ain't rushing. We all care about what each other thoughts and what everybody thinking. If that's not you, get the hell on. I'm not begging for no. No viewers, no views, no none of that. We take our time here at the flow. Community. I want to know how my community feeling. My community want to know how I'm feeling. If that's not you, then kick rocks with flip flops with no socks. Y' all know this motto. On this show, I will put a shirt on before I rush for anybody. I'm telling you that now. We do it how we want to do it. This is real love. This is a community. This is just. It ain't about Diddy. It ain't about Tyler Perry. It ain't about none of that. This is about us. And if it. And if you don't get it, adios, Reba Dirt. She sent you peace. What they used to say back in the day, see, you wouldn't want to be you, but yeah. So let's get into this. Let's get into what the hell going on in that damn diddy trial. Yeah. Happy Juneteenth to everybody. Somebody said, Kelly said I'm late now. I don't like it. We kick hot. Oh, yeah. Tell her hey, Andy saying. And in New York, we say kick hot rocks and flip flops. Okay, that's even worse. Damn. Hey, look, fro time. Everybody like the fro, so we gotta let the pro. I might have to give me a. I might have to give me some merch with the fro. Let the fro flow. We got trouble in the. In the chat already. Hey, the pro. The fro. The fro is magic. The fro is magic. They. They ready to. We gonna have trouble in this chat today. When I bring the fro out, they don't know what to do. But anyway, y' all, what the hell is going on with these jurors? It's like they. It's like they saw 15 minutes of the freak off and. And people head spinning and vertigo and. And, and. And. And. And people ain't showing up. And Diddy Is all extra happy. Like, what is going on? So y' all know yesterday court ended. Court was canceled on the second or third day. No second day that Brendan Paul was supposed to testify. Juror head start spinning. I don't know if it was the baby oil, the Astro Glide or the Punisher. I don't know what it was. But this juror had to turn around and go back. Did he pay somebody to put something in his food? I'm just speculating. I don't believe that. But it's weird. We had no problems. And then we get to the very end. Jurors is dropping like flies. Remember, we still got the other juror who got a mysterious text. We still ain't got no answer on what the hell going on with him. I don't know. All I know is I had to bring the fro out today. Yeah. That's why I said watching them freak off tapes. Somebody said something going on with the drugs for sure. Yeah. This is. Hi, everybody. How we just go from all the jurors going strong to draw his head spinning and. And. And jurors getting mysterious text. All this in the 25th hour. Diddy are extra happy. They was talking about him in the courtroom. They say his energy been phenomenal. Like he knows something. I don't know if he know nothing. I don't know if he. If he just faking. I don't know. But we're gonna talk about that too. I found an article talking about Diddy's demeanor. I got an article about the juror and TM Sleazy. Tmz. Tmz, AKA TM Sleazy is all in the middle of this. So let's get into this. Yeah. Somebody said maybe. Maybe Diddy manifested the court. The court is hot. It sure is. So Anitra said, we got trouble in the chat already. You already know. Don't forget to like the live and share the live, y' all. Let's get. Without further ado. Happy Juneteenth again. Be safe and celebrate, but be safe. It's number one thing. Enjoy your off day. If you off. Grand rising. Antoinette Miller. Thank you for all the support. I greatly appreciate it, y' all. I really do. It means a lot. It means a whole lot. Let's get into this. So I want to do. I kind of like the New York. I like the New York Post. The New York Post people say what they want, but the New York Post is one of. To me, one of my. The best publications that I like to use and go over with Y' all they got clear and concise articles. They normally talk about what needs to be talked about. And it's. And they don't have a thousand pop ups. A lot of these other publications, I'm trying to read them, and they got all. They selling all kind of. I'm like, damn, can I read the article? I want to go back to newspapers. I wish. I wish I could have a newspaper to this, y' all. I wish I could have, like, the New York Post newspaper. I wish I could just sit here and open the damn newspaper and read it to y' all. I would. I would rather that anyway. New York Post title of this article is Sick Juror derails Diddy trial as Rappers Drug mule was set to testify. Okay, Sean Diddy Combs bomb sales sex trafficking trial was derailed Wednesday because of a sick juror as the rapper's alleged drug mule had been poised to begin testifying. Now, y' all, I'mma stop it right there because we're gonna take our time today. It's Juneteenth. I got the fro. The fro is out. And today is dress down Thursday, which mean no, no, no head gear. What? Why? We just couldn't slide in an alternate drawer. Look, if you got vertigo gone, gone somewhere. We almost at the end. Put alternate in. Let's keep this thing going. We only a week out. I don't get that. I mean, I'm sure they got their reason because they want to stick to the jury, but. But I would have just been like, oh, you got vertical. All right, alternate end. Take your vertical. Go get healthy. We don't need nobody who head spinning right now trying to. Trying to come up with this verdict anyway. That is why I was like. It's like it's still like five alternates left. We can't. Five alternates can't hold. Can't hold us another week. Why are we waiting on this juror? You got vertical. All right, Stay your ass home, and we gonna finish this damn try. I didn't understand that, especially with an important witness slash snitch like Brendan Paul. He been up. I don't know if y' all seen him. He all. He been suited and booted. He got his Sunday best on every day and ain't been able to get on the stand yet. And I'm sure he got to be nervous. I'm sure his anxiety has to be through the roof, like, for real. And so he gotta keep. He keep getting postponed, getting pushed back. Exactly. Anitra said, I thought that's what Alton is before. Yeah. Scrape your ass up. It's like when we play basketball. We used to play basketball. And one thing about when you in the gym playing basketball, guys don't have no. We have no sympathy for you, man. I've seen guys whole knee. Whole knee breaking. Collapse on the court. And what we do, we scrape him up, slide his ass off the court. Hey, who want to run one? It's just. It's a cruel world we live in, y' all. I saw OG man, he. We was playing basketball. His. He pulled something in his knee. Sound like a damn gunshot went off in. In the gym. I don't know if he popped his Achilles or what. He was screaming, but it was like 11, 11. Tie game, man. Guys scraped him off the court, put him and put him on the sideline and called the next man in and started running and going up and down the court like. Dude was never. Like. He was insignificant. It's a cruel world. That's how we live in. Hey, look, we sorry about your trouble, but get your ass out the way. We gotta alternate. Let's keep this baby going. That's the type of energy I wanted to see. So I didn't get that. I'm like, going to the alternate. If he got vertical, how we know how long he gonna be out? He could be two, three days, four days, a week. He could be in the wrong state of mind. We need healthy. We need healthy for this. For this, for this verdict. But let's continue. Manhattan Federal Judge Aaron Subramanian. No, I'm gonna talk about that, Melissa, after I get. After I go to this, but thanks for bringing that up. Manhattan Federal Judge Aaron Subramian informed Combs, his lawyers and prosecutors just after 9am That a juror had been experienced vertigo symptoms. Vertigo symptoms is head spinning, dizziness, things of that nature. Then the judge said, I don't see how we can proceed today. Hey, y' all, just when I talked about New York Post don't have pop ups. Today is pop up heaven. I don't know what the hell they got going on. So. Brendan Paul. Brendan Paul, a former college basketball who allegedly supplied Combs with drugs, arrived in court Wednesday morning as he was slated to begin testifying as the last major witness in the prosecution's case against the hip hop mogul. Told you he had his Sunday best on. He'd been ready since. He really been ready since Monday, but for sure, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he can't get on the trial. He can't get on the stand. The closely watched trial will be on hold until Friday morning because of Juneteenth today. Paul, 25, was arrested on March 26, 2024, around the same time the feds raided Bad Boy records founders Miami home. Paul was found with cocaine and marijuana candy when he was cuffed just as he was about to board Combs's private plane in Miami. The feds dropped the case against Paul in December after he completed a drug treatment diversion program. Now on Tuesday when the jurors were not in the courtroom, Paul briefly took the witness stand so he can plead the fifth so he wouldn't incriminate himself and that's how he got his immunity. However, prosecutors then said they would grant him immunity if he testified truthfully in the case in a 30 million dollar lawsuit filed by producer Rodney Lil Rod Jones. Y' all remember that big, the other lawsuit that's kind of been the blueprint for this trial. We got Cassie's lawsuit and we got little Ross lawsuit. The Hooper was mentioned in there. Who supplied him with also with guns. Paul. As y' all told y' all, he's an Ohio native. He, he frequented the area. I'm from Shaker Heights, Ohio. Played at the Syracuse University from 2018 to 2020. He is expected to be the last major witness and, and, and, and the, the grand finale to the prosecution's case. After Paul, only two more law enforcement witness are scheduled to testify before before prosecution rest is case. So they don't have like two after him. As y' all know, the defense say they only gonna be two to five days. They don't have, they don't have any witnesses. That's nothing to me to make Diddy look super guilty. He ain't even got no witnesses to testify on his behalf. Maybe that's why he's been trying to get Kanye. Matter of fact, do y' all know Kanye west and his wife have checked themselves into some type of mental facility that cost, I don't know, a couple hundred thousand a week or something. I ain't really got the full details. I just saw the article and saw the headline, but I just thought that was kind of interesting. After he went in there and saw what the hell going on with Diddy, he done went and checked him and his wife into some mental hospital that costs six figures a week, something like that. Somebody said that the jury leader country. I don't know, but maybe. So let's get to this flow. Did you hear about the content creators Real quick before I go to the next article, I didn't hear about content creators being contacted to Spread, spread false information. I'm not surprised. It's so much, it's so much power in content creators who cover media and journalism. I'm not surprised. I just feel like I'm happy that I ain't one of them. Like, I'm happy that they know not to contact me. See, they know my, they know the energy I give off is don't contact me about no, See, I give off that and that's why I'm always clear about where my stance is. I'm clear about what I believe in and I'm clear about what I'm gonna go for and ain't gonna go for. So I don't have those problems. Ain't nobody about, about to contact me about no false information or spread no false information that you can see me for. You can watch five seconds of my video and you know, you know, you know what? Let's not contact that guy because that guy, not only would he not spread false information, but he would tell and blow our spot up and put us on blast. Blow. Not going for that. So I didn't hear about it, but I'm not surprised. And it, man, there's so many content creators, I just don't like calling people out. But there's so many content creators that's doing this media stuff that just ain't built for this. They just want views and clicks. They could be bought. You give them the right kind of ham sandwich and they gonna spread whatever false rumor you give them. Like, it's sad and I don't like it. I just be sparing folks because I'm not trying to be the story. Y' all know I've always said that from the beginning. I cover stories. I'm not trying to be the story. Which is why I don't call out, you know, content creators for real. But don't get it twisted. It's a lot of content creators that, that don't have any integrity and they will say whatever and do whatever if it means going viral or if it could line their pockets. To me, that's no better than legacy media, so that's unfortunate. Melissa. I will look into that, though. I haven't heard it though, but I ain't surprised. Oh yeah, you know, I can't be bought at all. I, I, I get an attitude for, for somebody even asking me some like that. Say, you, do you watch my content? Do you watch my videos? I'm not going for no like that. You can save it. Ah, my, I'm saying what need to be said. You can't pay me to say some false, spread false information. You couldn't pay me any amount of money for that. I gotta sleep at night, I gotta feel good about me. You can't put no dollar on that. You can't put a dollar amount on not being able to sleep at night because you run around saying for money, nah, I'm sorry. So, yeah, I, I, I, I ain't, I don't like that. And it's unfortunate. Yeah. Somebody said if someone has vertical, they should have told the people before they became a juror. Yeah, this is, this is exactly. Lily. I definitely have a conscience. I ain't doing that. I definitely have. Y' all don't know how much information I get that when people tell me in confidentiality, it's, it's information that if I was put it out there, it would go viral and it would be huge. But when I give somebody my word and they tell me something in confidence, I'm not breaking that. Y' all would be surprised how much information that's told to me that's told to me in confidence that I can't say nothing. And I don't, that's why people trust me. Even people on the opposite side of me. You know, I talk to people who kind of pro Diddy, you know, in a, in a conversational way. Like they not running around wearing T shirts or running around, you know, going to bat form. But in our talk, certain things, they may defend this and that. They may, and they give me information about that. You know, if, if they telling me in confidence, I'm not gonna run around and say it. I don't sell myself for nothing for nobody. That's why I tell, I tell people all the time. I'm, that's why I appreciate when I go out, I get love. I don't care if you, if you agree with me or disagree with me. When you see me in person, you gonna give me love because you know, I'm a stand up guy. Whether you agree with my takes or disagree with my takes, you know, I keep it real. You know, I'm genuine and passionate and, you know, I'm not out to get nobody. I'm just out to be honest about my feelings and give my people the facts. That's it. It's very simple. It ain't complicated at all. So yeah, I don't know what the hell going on with these content creators spreading false information but them, you know what I mean? So let's go to the, to the, let's talk about Diddy's energy like like he knows something. This comes from the Business Insider, y' all. Good morning Nicole. Glad you could make it. Is Itty Bitty in the comments? I don't know. Let's see if Itty bitty, Itty bitty, Itty bitty. A little late but this comes from the Business Insider and the title of the article is Diddy's courtroom energy has been off the charts as the defense case nears its start. They say he greets his multi million dollar defense team each morning with the round of three second hugs and a volley of fist pumps. Lately he even throws in a small yoga studio worth of short name is like bows hands together as if he's in prayer. And his smile as he turns from his lawyers and scans the courtroom nearly stretches ear to ear as his Manhattan sex trafficking trial nears a conclusion. Sean Diddy Combs has been walking into court and taking his seat as the at the defense table with the show of high energy and still higher spirits. He coming in laughing and joking. Did he think he about to get off or is he just putting out some. He, he trying to, he trying to manifest it. He trying to he trying to manifest a not guilty verdict. Somebody said he's at peak Diddy. This is Peak Diddy observe. Somebody in the courtroom said that who had this is and this is the courtroom sketch artist, Christine Cornell. I never knew who the sketch artist's name was. So apparently the sketch artist who've been drawing all these crazy pictures is Christine Cornell. Shout out to her. She says it's like he, he, he sees what he thinks is the light at the end of the tunnel. She told Business Insider. Federal prosecutors are on track to arrest their direct case after calling their final witness. After calling their final witness, which would probably be today, they say Combs, the defense, the defense is set to start their case will begin as early as Monday and they will be starting with testimony by a pair of. Who are these parent executives, apparently from Combs Global. Comb Global, the hip hop, entrepreneurs, music and lifestyle empire. The defense also has a forensic psychiatrist on tap to testify as an expert witness. They have not said if they will call Combs to the stand. Tell me in the chat, do y' all think, do y' all think that, do y' all think Diddy gonna testify? Give me a yes or no in the chat. I want to see what y' all think. So Combs, who was fighting for his life, has been, they say, often appear animated throughout nearly six weeks of testimony by 32 witnesses. Wow, y' all, I Didn't I? I mean, I know we've been rolling through them, but I didn't even realize it's been 32 witnesses. It's a lot of witnesses. The judge, Aaron Subramanian, has at least twice worn combs to rein himself in when the jury is present, including a specific directive against nodding vigorously when he hears testimony he apparently likes. Melissa said they don't want his ego. Understand people saying no and yes. We looking like we split down the middle so far, y' all. Somebody said, I think he's delusional enough. Y' all look like y' all 50, 50 on him testifying so far. Let's continue. But as the prosecution case wraps his own case nears its start, Combs appears extra amped. I don't know if it's because he think he, I mean, maybe, maybe he believes he's he's gonna get a not guilty verdict or maybe he's just happy that this thing is about over. Either way ago. During testimony this week, he has jotted his ideas on a flurry of post it notes. We call them sticky note Diddy, handing them out. Among the eight attorneys seated near him, a team led by Manhattan attorney Mark Agnifilio. Often he'll lean in for whispered exchanges with the attorney's side sitting to his side. Lately, he's been tapping his leg a lot and he takes copious notes. I've never seen a defendant take so many notes, said the sketch arts in her 50 year, her 50 year career. Yeah, sticky note. Did he. On Tuesday, attorney Tenny Garago's cross examined one of three U.S. attorneys. We already kind of went over that. No need to go over it again. We got to figure out they say he'd been coming in. One of the few instances when Combs appeared aggravated in court came minutes after losing that battle of the juror who got replaced. One of the few instances. Another instance Williams aggravated came minutes after losing that battle. After the jury departed for the day, Combs shook his head no and seemed to say it's bad to his mother, Janice Combs, who sat three rows behind him. Otherwise, at any chance he gets when the judge is not on the bench, Combs turns to his mother, mouth and I love you, blowing her kisses and making heart shapes with his hands. Go eat. Cornell has heard him tell her, go eat. Go eat. Go eat. Thank you for the super sticker. Super chat. Thank you for the 990 super chat, Nicole. I will eat. Good on you. I appreciate it. He's been they say he's been Mouthing to his sons, be strong. Combs has been mouthing to his sons, be strong. Pounding his chest with his fists during break as different witnesses complete their testimony. So Combs has been very vocal, communicating a lot. We shall see what the result is. Somebody said, hey. Sherry says, so who do y' all think will be questioning the witnesses of the defense? Diddy or his attorneys? I think it's gonna be sticky note Diddy. I think as those witnesses are are on the stand, I think Diddy gonna be sticky noting some up. Good morning. Nadrema. Nadrima says good morning to everybody and good morning to the breakfast crew. We are here live in full effect on this Juneteenth. Happy Juneteenth. Not dreamer. Happy Juneteenth. Hope you enjoyed your. Hope you enjoy your Juneteenth. I got the throw out today for Juneteenth. Yeah, that's why he got sticky notes. Somebody need to hide his sticky notes and see what he does. So Tim Sleazy with all this going on, I want to cover this TMC tmz, AKA TM Sleazy. I want to cover this article just to show you what side of the coin they own. Now we got jurors missing, vertigo, delays, all kind of serious stuff going on. And they got an article talking about Cassie threatens a man over freakoff video. New Diddy defense exhibit courtesy of TM slee z Diddy's defense played jurors and audio recording of Cassie confronting a man who she says had told her he'd been shown a video of her doing a freak off. And now we're finally getting to hear what was played for the jury in a batch of freshly released Diddy defense exhibits. There's an audio file that Diddy's defense team says features Cassie making death threats to a man she calls Shug. It s u g I t. I'm gonna just say sugi, Sugi, Sugi. The recording was played in court over a month ago during Cassie's testimony, but it's only now being made public. They say you gotta listen to the clip. You can hear Cassie tell the man she will kill him if he doesn't immediately show her a video. Why don't they just put TMZ on the defense like in the courtroom on the defense? Why don't they just sit the TMZ reporters? It's already about 10 to 15 defense attorneys. Why don't they just slide TMZ over there and let's just quit the. Let's just cut the games. Just put the tmz on the defense team. And in that way, at least we clear about we know who is what and who is who. You know, I don't believe in bullshitting. We're gonna do it. Let's do it. Tmz, you gonna be team. You gonna be team Diddy. Be Team Diddy. Get Mark Garagos, get your asses over there, and. And. And. And get for real about it. Quit playing with it. Cassie says she. Oh, no. She said she's. She. She. She said she never killed anyone but would kill him because he's messing with her life. Cassie says she never wanted anyone to see the video and demands he show her the video. And a couple times she tells him someone other than her will kill him. The video was played for jurors May 16, when Cassie was being cross examined. And the Incident is from March 2014 and happened in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Cassie testified she confronted Sugar, whatever the hell that name is, after he claimed he'd seen her freak off video. So that's what. That's what TMZ talking about. Tmz, they was already on thin ice, but they. They. They totally lost me during this trial. I just don't even like their coverage. I just don't even like their coverage of this y' All. Yeah, her name is Vashta. Jan says. I read that the first witness for the defense is someone from HR at Bad Boy. Yeah, her name is Vashta, and she's actually a black woman, I believe. And I can't. I. I can't say with a hundred percent certainty, but for some reason, I remember her name. I thought I remembered her name during the Mia testimony. If you recall, Mia said when she met Diddy for the first time, someone from Human Resources walked her up to the. To Diddy the place. And he ain't. He had nothing on but his boxers. And for some reason, I thought that's when they mentioned bastard. I'm not sure about that, though, so don't quote me. But anyway, they did say someone named Basta from Human resources is the first one. I actually got the other names, too. Let me. Give me one second, and I'll pull up the other names of witnesses that are supposed to testify for the defense. You got Vashta, and then you got some. Some guy. Some white guy. Hold on, let me find him. Hey, y' all. Gina. Gina. Gina stood ten toes. Gina. Gina. Gina did not testify. I don't know how she got away with it, but she did. She dodged a bullet. Harv, Harvey, Pierre D. Rock the Security. They all. They all. They all took a big gamble by not testifying. If Diddy is found guilty, all they ass is getting locked up. But we'll see. We will see. I'm trying to find the list of. Of. Oh, matter of fact, here we go. The list is another guy. Another guy. I don't know. Maybe y' all might know who he is, but another guy. Not Christina, Not. Not any of those people. Some guy named. I don't know. I can't find it right now, y' all, but there's a list online, and there's a guy. It's Vaster, and then it's a guy. I'm having trouble finding it right now. But definitely not many witnesses. So if it's only maybe like two or three actually, or, man, if they talking about two to five days, that mean they really only got about three witnesses. Nobody is trying to speak in for Diddy in his defense at all. But I'm. I am surprised that Gina was able to get away with not testifying. Definitely surprised at that. Yeah, definitely surprised at that. Where is this damn list? The. Oh, here we go. Finally. So the other person. I found it, y' all. The other person is Stephen Lynn. I don't know what the hell he did. Okay, so Vashta is Vashta Wilson. If y' all want to look, look, look these people up on your own time or right now or whatever, but Bastard Wilson, she's a black lady. That's the human resources person. I don't know who the hell this Stephen Lynn guy is. His last name spelled L, I, N, D, hyphen, O, R, J, A, L, A. He is set to testify. I don't know who he is or what he. What he did for Diddy. He's a white male. Nobody knows his role. Okay? Somebody is saying. I don't take this. I haven't confirmed this, but somebody's saying he's a realtor in Florida. So if he's a realtor in Florida, the Stephen Lynn guy, I wonder what he's going to testify. That Diddy's a great guy, that he's worked with him and helped him buy a lot of houses. I don't really know what a realtor is going to say unless they're just friends, who knows? But those are the two witnesses that we know so far. Yeah. DD K Christianity Corm is gonna be in trouble. If Diddy is convicted, they all gonna be in trouble. So they hoping for a mistrial or a. A mistrial or a not guilty verdict for sure. D Rock will be in trouble. Christina Korn. Kathy says to all the flow show family, enjoy your day. Happy Juneteenth. Could they testify then? Maybe. What? Let's see. What do you mean? Let's see? Diddy. Oh, yeah, yeah. They definitely. They definitely could still be. Have to testify. Laura says kick KK needs to go away. Yeah, she. She definitely dodging. Dodging testifying. She's standing 10 toes behind. Behind Diddy. She definitely standing 10 toes behind Diddy. Yeah, somebody said somebody contacted TMZ. I believe that too. So people saying what I've been saying, they said, is it. Sherry says, I never understood why the jury wasn't sequestered in the first place, knowing this man would try every desperate move to try and get off. Yeah, I. I'm surprised about that, y' all. Most definitely. I'm definitely surprised about definitely surprised that the jury wasn't sequestered. I don't care what nobody says in a high profile case like that. I like this. I don't. I don't get it. But let's see what else we got here on any breaking news. Any breaking news. Okay, so another update. They're saying Kim Porter. This don't have nothing to do with the case, but it's something I wanted to bring to your attention. Y' all know Kim Porter, Diddy's deceased mother of his children, mother to twins. Most people know her for being a mother of the twins. She. They have a full phone call with a homicide department date, some guy named David from 2024. And this could get the case reopened. If you're not familiar, a lot of people think that Diddy has something to do with it. I, you know, I don't know. But a lot of people to feel that way. They said Kim Porter was about to come out with a tell all book, and next thing we know, pneumonia. She got the Hollywood pneumonia. And so there have been some developments where they think this case is going to be reopened. It's in a lot of stuff don't add up with the coroner. This is pure speculation, but one of the blogs I follow even said Kim had a secret. It's like a video recording of herself that she recorded from, like that she had security cameras that recorded the inside of the home. And people are saying some other happened. So I don't know. That's pure speculation. But I did hear that on one of my blogs, and it's a blog that I've been following for a long time. So they normally put out information that has some validity. So we'll see, but the fro is throwing today, y' all, ain't it? I don't even want to touch it. It's just. It's like a. It's just in place. Stay there, bro. Stay right there. What else we got going on? Any updates in this, Diddy? Not really. They've given jury instructions. Since we're so close to the end, the judge has instructed the jury on deliberating. And. And just as we get to the end of this thing, y' all, Christy says you're trustworthy. I come to you first. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, I. Because, you know, I'll be straight up. If I'm giving you some speculation, something I'm heard, I'm gonna tell you, hey, take this with a grain of salt. This. This might be some information you might want to look into, but it. It always comes from a source that I. I've been trusting for years. I don't. I don't do the clickbait stuff, but for the most part, when we go over serious stuff, I'm pulling it straight from articles and telling y' all the article so y' all can go look it up yourself. See what else we got in here. Nicole says good morning to the breakfast crew. Good morning, Nicole. Happy Juneteenth. Hope everybody enjoying their day off. If you have a day off. If you don't have a day off, you like me. You working. And you know we don't mind working. We don't mind working on holidays. But somebody said her daddy said it ain't pneumonia when he say hurry. Talking about. They're talking about Kim Porter. Yeah, y' all, it's been some, because everything's been consumed by the actual trial, but there's been some reputable sources and blogs that are saying this Kim Porter is real. Lady said God rest her. So. Yeah. Melissa says Christina Corm has witnessed many crimes. I agree. Angela says crazy. Yep. Laura says you have the Hollywood ammonia. No, no, no, no. Mistrial does not mean he goes free. Let me. Let me explain that. Please explain. A mistrial. Doesn't know. Okay, so this is what, a mistrial? I'm glad you brought that point up. A mistrial pretty much means he. He stays locked up unless something crazy happens and they retry this whole thing again. It could take a year or more for them to get a new trial and all that, but for the most part, he would stay behind bars, and the feds would have a chance to dig up more witnesses to prepare more and look at where maybe they may have Dropped the ball a little bit in this case. And they get to retool most of the time in cases like this, if they don't get them on the first try, they normally get him in the mistrial. So. But no, mistrial does not mean he goes free. Actual mistrial would just mean they do this all over again. And since he is, since he wasn't given a bond before, more than likely he wouldn't be given a bomb. But I can't say that because that's still up to the judge and the d. A and all of that. But he doesn't go free, they're gonna retry this thing. And remember, Diddy asked for a speedy trial. The feds were still investigating, which is why we had so many super indictments. And more. More indictments, More charges came in because the feds were still investigating. Diddy and his team asked for a speedy trial. So the feds had to cut their investigations short. So I say all that to say if there's a mistrial, they will have time to investigate more, get more witnesses, and retool. So mistralism isn't necessarily great news for Diddy. It's better than for Diddy. It's better than guilty, but it's nowhere near not guilty. But hey, looks somebody say flo got the silky flow flowing today. Yeah, the silky flow is flowing today, y' all. I, I, I said it's juneteenth. I'm gonna bring the fro out. I'm gonna let the fro out in his full his full capabilities. TM sleazy is already in there. Let's call him a bag. I like bag. That's a nice name for him. Bag. I agree. They need to go after and investigate Clive Davis so they can get to the bottom of the barrel with all this unaliving crap. We still want to know what really happened to Whitney. Laura, thank you for the super chat. Super sticker 499 goes to a great cause, and that cause is my belly. I will be eating good thanks to y' all. Angie says, have a great day, Jen. Nicole says you as well. So, yeah, I just broke down with the mistrial means. I hope you all understand it. And the way we would get a mistrial is if we don't have a unanimous vote either way. We either. In this fed case, you got to get a unanimous not guilty or a unanimous guilty. Anything in between, that is a mistrial. Now, this is a question I'm not sure of. I've heard someone say they they keep the Original documentation and all previous testimony still applies to the mistrial. I haven't been able to look that up and verify that though. But believe. I believe T Cell said that I was watching one of her videos yesterday and she said she believes that the testimonies and the original everything still is in play for the mistrial. But mighty get back to you on that. Yeah, he got. He got the money but they gonna drain him. That's another thing. I'm glad you brought that up, sir. He definitely can. Can afford it. I mean he definitely can afford it, but they gonna drain him. That's nothing. These judge, I mean this, his attorneys, they would love a mistrial. They would love a mistrial to get this money. Again, double pay. So there more would make you send you money or the super chat. Oh no direct way is you see it. Hey Yana, you see it at the, at the bottom of your screen. You can either Cash App it or Apple Pay it. If you look at the bottom of the screen in orange, the little ticker, you see my Apple pay phone number and then you'll also see my Cash app you. So those ways are direct. A direct way to send me money, a tip, food money, whatever you want to do right there. So Yanni, you can look at the bottom of bottom of the screen you see The Apple Pay 216-357-96878 Cash App $Sign B I Z Z J A Y S B. Appreciate all donations. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Hey see tech say he about to start calling me Flow Stone with the fro. R.I.P. Ms. Angie. Yes, yes, yes. Love Angie Stone. R.I.P. to Angie Stone. Agatha, why he's going to need a public defender if it's a mistrial? Because these cases are running up somebody who is this? Nicole says we need to make sure you eat well so we can continue to get the information coming. I appreciate that. Yeah, I need to eat well. I appreciate y' all helping me eat well. Yeah, YouTube does take a portion and yeah, I would if possible. The Apple Pay and the Cash app are a little bit better because they don't take it. YouTube does take a nice portion of the super chats and super stickers. So if you are able to send it straight to my Cash app or straight to the Apple Pay. I appreciate that. They keep what you say, Siri. Siri says they keep everything. But the whole thing will be tried as if it's the first time witnesses have to testify again. A new jury will be selected. So Siri just gave us some information. Thank you, Siri. For clearing that up in the chat. So as far as the mistrial, she said they keep everything, but the whole thing will be tried again for, like a whole new trial. Witnesses have to testify again and a new jury is selected. So it is all good. I hope everybody enjoying their off day. Hope everyone is enjoying their off day. If you have an off day, Juneteenth, put your Juneteenth colors on. It's just a. A great celebration. I always have. Always like to chill and just kind of look up on Juneteenth and just relax. Tomorrow we're back in court. We'll find out what's going on with Vertigo. Angie says Anthony's two brain cells are competing for the third. Anita says, right, Nicole? Yeah, y' all. It's. It's. It's. It's a. It's a beautiful thing, man. They love us, man.
