The court requested a joint letter with similar cases in preparation for sentencing. The defense was unable to comply, and so separate letters were submitted. The defense once again slapped the judge in his face. That once again, yes. Flo saw that comment the woman made. I was a part. Yeah. And that woman kept calling. She's been calling me on Instagram video. I don't know why she's calling me anyway. Diddy's defense team has just slapped the judge in the face again. Do they not know that he is working on Diddy's sentence? The judge asked for them to make a joint letter with similar cases to help him come up with a sentence for the Diddy meister. And these mother efforts couldn't even comply. How do you think the judge feel about this? And we gonna go into this. But I. This is a theme that we've been talking about the entire time. Dear Judge Subomania, the government respectfully submits this letter in response to the court's July 9, 2025, order directing parties to provide sentencing data to the court in advance of the sentencing. Specifically, the court requested that the party provide available data on sentences and polls. The primary or sole conviction was for violation 18. The base offense level under the sentencing guidelines was calculated. The court further directed the parties to identify cases that match these criteria. So they came up with a few cases. United States vs. Felicia, United States vs. Timothy, and United States vs. Mark. After conferrals with the defense regarding a joint letter, defense counsel informed the government that they would be unable to exchange their case list with the government in advance of filing and will be submitting their list directly to the court. Accordingly, the government providing its case in this letter rather than in a joint letter. So the defense. Oh, my granny. My granny would accust the defense out. My granny would have said, I gave you specific instructions, and your ass just gonna do whatever you want to do. Huh? After she say that, my mama would say the same thing. The case data reveals that Federal guidelines are 15 to 21 months per count. They are essentially meaningless for organized prostitution cases.
