Now, y' all remember how during the trial, Diddy's legal team was trying to put a lot of these names of these celebrities out there, but the prosecution, namely Comey, was protected all those celebrity names. Remember we were talking about that? We were like, why the are they protecting all these celebrity names? And they kept trying to tell us, oh, we protecting the integrity of the case. The case that you about to lose. You might as well told us all the celebrity names. Y' all protective celebrities. And by protecting the celebrities, they protected Diddy as well. I'm sure it was mountains of evidence that didn't get talked about because they were protecting. Yeah, like Melissa say, integrity my ass. So they sure is throwing everything against the wall. So when they put in these motions for this acquittal motion hearing that's coming up, the prosecution had said that the defense were going to redact, like certain witnesses. I don't know if that was an assumption they made. It was the non testifying witness statements that they were gonna. The, the, the prosecution said that the defense were redacted. Well, the defense has come back and the bit has filed a motion to say the government is incorrect. They wrote that they wanted to clarify that they have not agreed to redact non testifying witness statements. Rather they actually want to expose them. Listen to that. The defense, and this is mainly Diddy, remember Diddy has been on a crusade to expose people who've been hiding, who've been hiding and basically left them high and dry. I'm gonna read this with the, with the defense file. But I believe strongly Diddy is still upset at all the celebrities who name is still in good graces even though he knows they've been doing the same he been doing. And since he knows that, that's why during the trial he wanted to expose celebrities but the prosecution wouldn't let him. If you remember the defense, even during the trial, they wanted to name Kanye as being one of the people who was having a freak off or, or Diddy's ex with Jane Doe was at a freak off with Kanye. Whatever. The Vegas incident, remember Diddy's defense wanted to expose Kanye name. It was the prosecution who wouldn't let. And y', all, y' all remember I was speaking on that. Then I was like, wait a minute, why are they keeping his name? And people try to tell me to. They're just trying to protect the integrity of. No, hell no. If a celebrity need to be named and caught up in this mess so we can know what the hell been going on and have more, more access to more information, you gotta name it. I never agreed with that. To me that was all a crock of shit. I don't think there's no reason why you shouldn't be naming celebrities or naming people. Why are you not naming people? Why would you not name people? So here, let me see if I can turn this over a little bit so I can read it better. All right, so here I'm about to read the exact motion that the defense file. But I'm telling y', all, I'm telling y'. All, this is Diddy. Diddy wants. All right, here we go. Dear Judge Sanbermania, this is from the defense we write regarding the government September 12, 2025 letter which just came in. Contrary to government's representation, the defense has not agreed to redact any reference to statements of non testifying witnesses. And this is from the. They're not going to redact it in their sentence in their sentencing submission. Rather, the defense's position is that unless the court orders otherwise, we are required by the protective order to redact this information. However, our letter sought permission from the court to be relieved of These provisions of the protective order and to not redact this information. In light of the court's order at docket 492, we do not agree with the government's position and continue to seek the court's permission to file this information without redactions. And this was signed by Mark Agnesilio, Tenny Garagos, Alexandra Shapiro, Jason Driscoll, Brian Steele, Nicole Westmoreland, and Xavier Daniel Donaldson. In other words, the Supreme Dream Cream team. See, why are the deposit. Now I want to see what the judge gonna say. Because the defense is trying not to redact these names. And if the fifth don't want them to redact it, why would they be redacted? Are they hiding names like JLo? Are they hiding names like Michael Myers, Ashton Kutcher, Ellen? Who are these names who have made testifying statements, but we don't know who they are? Who are these people? Denise says there's a protective order against naming names. They are trying to get a relief from the order. Yeah, they. I. I believe it should be. They hiding way too much. And that's another reason. And that's another reason why. That's another reason, y', all. Why I feel like they lost this case or lost the main part of this case because they have been too busy trying to hide and protect people. Vito comes in, says, salute. And this is just another way that. That the prosecution destroyed this whole case just like that. And they will continue, like Lydia said, they can continue to hide and hide and hide. The judge said when sentencing, everything must be released for the public to see. The judge did absolutely say that. The judge absolutely said everything must be released for public deceit. So I am very excited to see what the hell gets exposed. Especially now that the defense is asking basically for transparency. Yeah, this. This is just another. Another. I said already that that could be turning into a criminal because they starting to have a lot of receipts. Well, check this out. That case. Word on the street is that case is in the process of being converted into a superseding indictment by the feds. Also, fans have discovered that Diddy was running a major rug trafficking operation that put stacks in his pocket. Now, remember I told you about that guy who's a doctor who said that Brandon Paul was around and he was actually moving serious weight. He was actually moving serious rugs, not this personal thing they tried to paint. Well, now I'm getting news that the feds have discovered. Discovered major rug trafficking operation that Diddy was a part of. This is why Brendan Paul tried to downplay the whole moving drug thing, you know, like he was just buying personal stuff. Now, also, there is still stuff going on with this. Why do I picture Logan Paul? Remember, it's still stuff in the air about Tupac's death, and they're bringing up this one million dollar bounty that was supposed to be on his head. So you got the Tupac death, you got this lady who had said she has receipts, and this case is moving forward. Where she. Where she was being. She was assaulted at 17 years old. And then they have all of this evidence with this drug trial. These are the three things that are floating around and could cause Diddy to have bigger problems than we even could imagine. And so with all this going on, and then I'm getting word from one of my sources that the Feds are digging in these cases and working on a supersede indictment. They got new charges that will bring the house down. New. If new evidence is presented, then it's not double jeopardy and he can face charges. Yeah, this is. So speaking of this shady, shady, shady, shady, did y' all know that some bombs were found hidden on some FOX News vehicles in Utah? Same place where Charlie Kirk, where his life was ended. They have found somebody was trying to blow up FOX News or something to that effect. Check this out from KY3 News. Two men have been arrested after a bomb was found under a news media vehicle in Utah. What in the world is going on, y'? All? Authorities in Utah say two men have been arrested on suspicion of placing a incendiary device under a news media vehicle in Salt Lake City. Fortunately, the gun, the gun, the bomb didn't go off. Police and fire department bomb squads responded Friday when a suspicious device was found under the vehicle parked near an occupied building. Investigators determined the bomb had been lit but failed to function as designed. This is according to court record cited by CES affiliate kutv. So the bomb luckily didn't go off. What the hell is going on? The FBI identified two suspects and served a search warrant at a home in a neighborhood and cities downtown. Two men, ages 58, 31, were arrested and could face charges related to weapons possession and threat to terrorists. ABC affiliated affiliate report. Neighboring homes were evacuated during the search which turned up explosives and explosive related components, firearms, illegal narcotics and other paraphernalia. Authorities say they also found at least two devices that turned out to be hoax weapons for mass destruction. There was no information about a positive motive and the relationship between the two suspects wasn't immediately known. News media have descended on Salt Lake City following last week's assassination of Charlie Kirk. So now they find somebody had placed bombs on me and see to those that have been in my DM talking about why you care? We don't care about Charlie Kirk because he said black people this or trans this or women this. I already told y', all, I don't, I don't bad mouth when they did. First of all, first of all, people, when they're hearing they can defend themselves. And I put my face on it every time, so I don't want to hear it. I already let Charlie Kirk know what I felt about what he said when he was alive in here. Now he's dead. That shit's over with. But let me tell you another reason why, why, why I pay this attention. And if you got any love for me or this show or independent journalism or independent media at all, you need to be paying attention. Because I don't know if you notice this or not, but I'm part of media. And I don't want to go be speaking of folks and somebody bust a cap in my ass. So I'm paying this some attention. And if you care about flowing the flow show and me at any you should be paying some attention. Y' all get so caught up in what somebody personal beliefs is. But at the same time, if they putting bombs on media's cars and shooting people with their own message, I gotta pay attention. I can't have my head in the clouds. I don't give a damn what his beliefs were at this point because bullets don't have no names. Somebody who didn't like what he say, People that don't like what I say. It's people that's in their feelings about that. I say so I need to know what the hell is going on to make sure I'm safe. The definitely trying to start a civil war. He not even taking it serious. So that the, the assassin who, who they saying did this, no surprise is not, is not cooperating with authorities. He. He think it's all a joke. This ain't no joke. The suspected shooter Charlie Kirk's assassination, Tyler Robinson is confirmed to be uncooperative with authorities, per Utah Governor Spencer Cox. He thinks this shit is a joke. The suspect has not been cooperating so far. And so we're getting all of this information from family members, people around him and forensic evidence before the 22 year old was arrested on Thursday, September 11th. September 11th. Hell of a day, ain't it? Don't it seem like they always doing some crazy shit on September 11th? Say that for another episode, he implied that he had committed the murder to a family member and that's how he got scooped up. Although Robinson was identified through the FBI's facial recognition database, he reportedly told friends on Discord that his doppelganger was the shooter. Then his family turned his ass in. This guy even joked that his look alike was trying to get him in trouble. When a member of the chat suggested turning the suspect in for $100,000, Robinson replied, only if I get a cut. They made a big joke about this. Somebody even said whatever you do, don't go to McDonald's because y' all know Louise McDonald's and took it in. They've been making this to a big ass joke. Dan Robinson joked again on Discord, saying he better also get rid of his manifesto. An exact copy rifle that he has lying around. The suspect went on to mock the FBI by claiming the anti fascist trans inscriptions created by some dude in a briefing room. Like I said, they think this, that Tyler Robinson think this a whole joke. Apparently he's in a romantic relationship with his trans roommate and his trans roommate is telling on but he not saying anything now. This is just me telling you information that's on here. I don't give a about this because I just want to know, is he going down? Is this what happened? And who. Who is behind all of this? That's what I want. But they are saying that they can confirm that the roommate is his boyfriend who is transitioning from a male to a female. And it's been very cooperative. So there's that.
