Flow Daddy (16:49)
This case raises profound questions, and I hope I don't forget, but I want to tell y'all of a little bit of something that I found out or that I came up with with that conspiracy part of the whole Diddy shit. I'm gonna get to that. But this case is raising profound questions. Like I say, it's bigger than Diddy. It's a power dynamic. It's accountability. It's the pursuit of justice. It's a lot of shit. And as the legal proceedings unfold, we will continue to watch whether it's cnn, whether it's Tick Tock, whether it's the fucking online news, old school newspaper, we gonna pay attention and watch it all. But since before I forget, because I wanted to tell y'all this yesterday, something I came up with. Y'all know how conspiracy is one of conspiracy to do whatever, conspiracy to run, you know, the whole rico, but it's conspiracy, right? One of the charges. And I realized something. We know for a fact people have flipped and are telling on Diddy, and they are working. People who were working with Diddy are now working with the feds. You know how I figured that out? Because I'm the smartest guy in the whole wide world. No, that's not it. Because in order for you to have a conspiracy charge, you have to conspire with someone. You can't conspire by your damn self. Right. You need more than one person to conspire with. So I'll give you an example. Remember, are y'all familiar with the Young Thug trial? The rapper who was just pleaded, pleaded out, and it was a long trial. They had all kind of murder charges on them, but they had conspiracy, racketeering, similar, but it just wasn't trafficking. And it was similar to Diddy in a way, but it wasn't trafficking and all of that. It was more like murder charges and drugs and all that. But conspiracy is conspiracy. You conspiring with somebody. But if you were. If you. If you didn't know it, let me fill you in. He had co conspirators, co defendants who were on trial. And that was with the conspiracy. These were all the people they say conspired, but it was Young Thug and it was all the other defendants because they hadn't flipped on them. But when you look at Diddy, we see a conspiracy charge, but no co defendants. Where are his co conspirators? Where are they? I'll tell you where they are. They not in that indictment because they're working with the feds. Now, who could these Co conspirators or who could they be? Ah, now that up in the air. Now. The only one I would. If I was to guess the only other conspirator. I mean, the only other person I would think would be the drug mule that they called him. They called him the drug mule. The white male who was, I believe it was Miami Airport he was stopped at. And if y'all remember, it was a big thing. This was. This was all leading up to Diddy getting arrested. But this was before Diddy got arrested. And if you remember, there was a white male that they took in. He said he. I think he believed that. He said he was doing. Doing stuff for Diddy. He got caught with drugs. You haven't heard much from him, but you also don't see him in the indictment. So it's like, wait a minute. If. If. If it's not in the indictment, then he. Then whoever it is must be working. So pay attention to that, y'all. I. That shit came to me, like, in the middle of the night, and I was like, hold up. He has conspiracy charges, but no co defendant. So that pretty much tells us some people or somebody, they're working for the Feds. Diddy has bigger problems than I even thought. So let's see how that develops, y'all. I just want to make y'all aware of that. So pay attention as this trial moves on to see who is working. Because like I said, if you look up the charges, you'll see conspiracy. But it's only one defendant. That's Diddy. So who did he conspire with? Where are the other defendants? Obviously, they gotta be working with the feds. Now, one person that we thought, that person who could have been working with the Fed. Not I ain't gonna say we thought, but everybody thought, hey, somebody, some of his best friends might flip on him. Would one of those people be Jay Z? Would Jay Z actually flip on Diddy if he had to and tell on him or what? Did he flip and tell on Jay Z? Right now, it's up in the air. We don't even know if they're cool right now, because right now it's kind of like every man for themselves. And now that Jay Z has entered the chat, his dirty laundry is getting aired out. And I think I told y'all and the other. I didn't go into detail, but I think I told y'all about the rumblings of the illegitimate son, the guy who. Who's been claiming for years that he was Jay Z's son. That his mother who was alive for years while they were fighting, but she passed away. I don't know, I haven't got much info on how she passed or what, what happened, but he was saying Jay Z impregnated, impregnated his mom when she was 16. And he's 31 now and Jay Z is 55. So that will make Jay Z 24 at the time. And Jay Z hasn't denied having a, having something with his mom. He just, Jay Z just denies that that's his son. And he's been basically avoiding paternity tests for years. Well now this son, you know, with all the recent news coming on Jay Z now, it's like, hold up, he might have a case here, or at least he might get answers one way or the other. Now who is this kid and what's the story of this kid that says Jay Z is his father? And if you see the pictures, they kind of look alike. So our journey begins in the early 1990s. A young woman named Wanda, at the tender age of 16, encounters a charismatic 6 foot 2 figure in Brooklyn, New York. This man is none other than who Sean Carter, aka Jay Z. Aka Jay Z with the big hair. Now from their beef brief meeting, Wanda becomes pregnant, giving birth to Rymer in 1992. So the guy's name is Rymer now. For years this claim remained a whisper. It was a secret. And Jay Z, at the height of his success, was able to keep this under wrap and keep it quiet. But like I said, I have been hearing this and many have been hearing this for a long time. I was hearing about this in 2006, five, like about this kid. But as you know, once the sunlight gets put on you, we start looking at all your shit. And that's just how the world works. So now that I done laid that out to you, let's fast forward now. It's 2010. Rymer, now a young man, embarks on a legal journey to establish his paternity. He and his godmother Lily file a lawsuit seeking a court ordered DNA test. However, they alleged that Jay Z's legal team employed evasive tactics, including false testimonies about his residency, which made him able to challenge the court's jurisdiction and dismiss the case. So I don't even really have to break that down. So y'all know what that is. I mean, basically what he's saying is Jay Z used his million dollar lawyers to avoid accountability for years. So then the legal battles intensified. R and L claim that multiple judges conspired with Jay Z to obstruct their pursuit of truth. People got paid off, allegedly. They also allege that despite presenting evidence of Jay Z's property holdings in New Jersey, the courts dismissed their claims, citing lack of jurisdiction. This, they argue, was a deliberate attempt to suppress their case. Now, what happened right here, I remember when this happened, too. What happened right here is they moved it. They moved the case to Jersey, and then for whatever reason, they found a loophole to move it to Jersey. Then once they moved it to Jersey, Jay Z's legal team was able to say that, you have to throw this out because Jay Z doesn't live or have any property in Jersey. But there was actually numerous properties linked to Jay Z that they found. And Lily and Rymere, you know, sent this information to the courts. The court say, no way. We not gonna. We not believe in that. We. We've already been paid off. This case dismissed. Bye bye. And they said the. If these allegations hold merit, it suggests a profound miscarriage of justice, basically, where legal influence and power potentially undermined the judicial process. In other words, they can't get justice because this system is ruled by the almighty dollar. And we know about that, we complain about that. So the stakes escalated beyond the courtroom. Rymer alleges that following his persistent legal actions, he faced intimidation tactics. He recounts incidents of being followed, his property being vandalized, and even a harrowing event where his car was shot at. Y'all. These actions, he believed, were orchestrated to deter his quest for recognition. Now, I can't say that this guy's telling the truth. I can't confirm I wasn't there. I don't know. But if this is true, this some bullshit. My heart would break for a kid who is trying to say. Trying to find out who his father is and trying to get clarity. He just wants you to take the test so you can say, is, is you. You the father or not the father, then he could go on, but he won't take it. And then. And then, because he wants clarity, he's getting shot at, his property's getting vandalized, they tearing his shit up. That's wrong, y'all. But let's move on. Let's continue. Financial repercussions also loomed large. In 2022, a court sanctioned Ramire and Lilly ordered them to pay nearly 15,000 in legal fees to Jay Z. This led to liens on their property, which they discover only when attempting to sell their home in 2023. They assert that these liens were unjust, resulting from fraudulent court orders. This is A mess. What the. Damn. This like this is one of the things you, you don't even want it to be true because it's so sad. Imagine trying to find out who the fuck your dad is. And at the same you lose and you feel you were cheated and you're left with $15,000 bills. You gotta pay a billionaires legal fees. Now Rymer says, and I quote, I don't seek financial gain. All I ever wanted is the truth and the opportunity to know my father. Y'all, this is so sad. I only. This is Jay Z get his boy a paternity test. Man, damn. Now in the backdrop of these paternity claims, Jay Z faces other serious allegations. A refiled lawsuit as we spoke about, the one that accuses him and Diddy of raping a 13 year old girl back in 2000. Which is a claim of course both of Jay Z and Diddy deny. And now these allegations paint Jay Z in a bad light. Horrible. Like if true, he was heralded as a genius, a mogul, Black excellence. All of that is in jeopardy now as Rymer continues his pursuit for acknowledgement, his pursuit for clarity, his pursuit for, you could even say accountability. The questions remain. Will the truth ever surface? And in the world of fame and fortune, where power rules, stories like Ramirez remind us of the human desire for identity and belonging. What. How far would you go? Is a question I will leave with you for this segment. How far would you go to find out who your father was or your mother? Let's commend this young man because he is up against a. He has a big fight on his hands, as I said. Again, I don't know the truth, I'm just giving the story. At any rate, I hope that he finds out who his father really is. And if Jay Z, if this somehow comes out and if they are able to make Jay Z take that test. Because this guy's about. He's supposed to be trying to get with Busby. If he has a case, Busby will take it. If he doesn't have a case, Busby will not take it. So if Busby takes it and somehow he's able to get Jay Z to take the paternity test and that paternity test comes back, what is it positive or you're the daddy. Jay Z's name brand and all that, aside from all other shit, I ain't even talking about the stuff he called it with Diddy, this would destroy his name. Especially with all the years and ducking and dodging and avoiding the test and then you turn out to be his father. Oh, you are a piece of shit. Allegedly. Oh, wow. And then did y'all see real quick what came Nas's baby mother, who heard Jay Z and Nas had a triangle going on and it was beef, and I think she slept with both. It was crazy. I don't know if y'all remember that era, but that was like, in. I think that was like early 2000s too, when all that was going on. Well, she came out and said some crazy shit. I'm gonna get to that one second. But right now, let me do this. Let me get this shout out. I love to shout out my listeners. This particular shout out is from Valerie. It's for Valerie. I still have family out there, so do your thing and I wish you luck. And I appreciate you, Val. And like I always say, if you want a shout out, either hit up, hit me up in the fan mail, or DM me on any of my social media platforms. Fl O D A D D Y Flow. So it's flow, daddy flow. And that's on Snapchat, Tick tock, Instagram, Facebook, I might even put a Black Planet page up. But for now, it's on all the other other ones. And all you gotta do is tell me what you doing when you listening, where you from, and I got you. But yeah, y'all. So let me look for real quick. Jay Z's Nas's baby mother, Carmen, she. Let me give you a quick. Okay. So back when Jay Z and Nas were beefing, there was a. A time where, where Jay Z or Carmen was with Nas. But then I guess they weren't together. Or maybe they were, but Jay Z said in a song that he had sex with Nas's baby mama, Carmen, and left and skied it in her babies in his baby seat or something crazy. I don't even want to get into all that part of it because it's weird. It's kind of. It's toxic as fuck. But long story short, Carmen, who is Nas's baby mama, was caught up in between Jay's and Nas beef. And maybe she was dealing with both of them, I don't know. But once the news broke, which I had to update you on, the NFL also has is standing beside Jay Z for now. Roger Goodell just came out and said. Because I need to give you this context for the karma news Carmen news. They said they standing by Jay Z no matter what as far as right now. And their partnership is still going strong. Now that's easy to say when it's only one accuser right now. And what I think will happen is I think Jay Z is gonna hit, get hit with an avalanche of allegations like Diddy and then good Dale gonna have to come back to the podium and eat his words. But I don't know. And let's hope for the best. I'm hoping people haven't been harmed by Jay Z. I'm not rooting for that at all. I'm just going off the fact that I know Tony Busby and he doesn't really attack a big. A big client or not a big client, but he doesn't attack a big icon like a Jay Z or anything like that without having more than one. Like even like in the desean Watson thing, we heard about one accuser and Deshaun Watson start talk, talking shit or saying like, you know, this is. You know this is not true. I don't do this, I don't do that. This is a shakedown. Next thing we know, it was like 20 some accusations or accusers and DeSean Watson's never, has never been the same. So right now that's why I say that, because of Tony Busby's history. But let's get back to without the whole point of why I was telling you that Goodell is standing by Jay Z with all this Going on for now. Well, once that news came out that the NFL sticking by Jay Z, Carmen, NASA's baby mama, who has dealt with both of them, said these days people don't defend what is right, they defend who they like. That's what she posted on her Instagram story. And she said that's what you call a groupie. And she also posted some Jay Z lyrics that could be interpreted a far away. It says it's from the song Monster and it says a part where Jay Z said murder, murder and black convertibles. I killed a block in the avenues. Rape the women and children, pillage your village or some shit like that. And she posted that like what type of guy say this stuff? And then it's going around, it's going viral Now. Carmen was pregnant during a five year affair with Jay Z. That's to give you some context of their history. She also previously worked as an executive assistant in the music industry, got pregnant during the affair, which their affair allegedly went on from 95 to 2004 while she was also dating Nas. But she sadly suffered a miscarriage. With all that going on, that's a lot, right? You gotta unpack. And one day I might have to do an episode kind of just on that whole situation. Because it's a lot. I'm just giving you the skinny. Jay Z released the track in 2004 and rapped about how he had sex with Carmen in a jeep and left behind used condoms in her daughter's baby seat. And that's a lot, y'all. So that's the karma update. Like I said, I could go in, I could make a whole nother episode about that. But that is the situation. She's come out and saying that. And this is what you deal with once you are put under the sunlight. Now we're looking at every fucking thing Jay Z. And that's just how it goes. Now what else do we need to talk about? We got some crazy ass Liam Payne news. And I'm sure you guys remember Liam Payne. Liam Payne is the pop singer who was in the group One Direction that died from he failed. They try to tell us he just fell from a third floor balcony in a hotel in Argentina. And the minute that story dropped, I called bullshit. A lot of people said I was reaching. And now those people that were saying I was reaching, now they on my side. Because more and more crazy shit has come out about this case that proves he didn't just fucking fall and that people are liable. Those two things are not what was said at first, at first it was, he just fell off the balcony. And we knew that didn't make no sense. So the, that incident, which was at the Palermo Hotel in Argentina, has led to multiple charges against individuals who are connected to the event, which raised more freaking questions about the events leading up to Liam Payne's untimely death. Listen to this, y'all. Now, initial reports indicated that Payne's death was a tragic accident. However, as investigations unfolded, authorities uncovered a more intricate narrative involving alleged drug use, potential negligence, and the actions of those in Pain's immediate environment. Autopsy results revealed that Pain had traces of alcohol, cocaine, and prescription antidepressants in his system at the time of his death. This combination of substances likely impaired his judgment and physical coordination, contributing to the fatal, quote, unquote, fall, which we believe is bullshit, and we are being proven to be right as the day continue. As the days continue. Now, this is from a legal expert, and I quote, the presence of these substances suggests a level of impairment that could have significantly affected Mr. Payne's actions and awareness, potentially leading to accidental harm. And to that legal expert, I would say, but it didn't. Is nothing accidental about this shit. This is. Which is why people are getting taken in left and right. Two more people have been arrested. We've already got three arrested. Two more people were just charged for this Liam Payne bullshit going. I don't even know what to believe in this case at this point. But in the wake of these findings, Argentina, they charged the three individuals that I already mentioned. One individual was supposed to be a close friend, Roger. They say he abandoned them, which is a serious offense under Argentina law. The two others included a hotel employee, including a hotel employee, have been also charged with supplying the narcotics. The legal proceedings took a significant turn, which would have been what Yesterday is today, the 10th of 11 or two days ago, December 10th. Two additional, like I just told you, two additional people were charged. And these are more hotel employees. Now, we understand in this case the hotel has been not giving up info. And we were been looking at the hotel from the beginning because what hotel is going to be not giving up info? It was like the authorities have been like pulling teeth. Now we're seeing why. Because the hotel is 80% of what the. Of why it even happened. And so the hotel trying to save their own ass. Now, among these two new people, now remind you, let me go back and make sure I don't forget where I'm at. But I gotta tell you this, remind you, when this story first broke a couple months ago, there they tried to shove this down our throat, that this was just a pure accident. He just walked up to his room on the third floor, went out on the porch, slipped on a banana pill, and failed three stories to his death. That's basically how they wanted us to believe. But since that narrative they came with. And when I said that, that's. I had to hear so many people talking about I was reaching. And sometimes people just have accidents. They were going off on me. And then week by week, more shit's coming out, more shit's coming out. Next thing we know, people are getting arrested left and right. Now, if he just walked up to the balcony on the third floor, slipped on a banana peel and just failed three stories, it wouldn't be arresting all these people at the hotel. So I was right. Anyway, among the ones the new people arrested, one of them was a receptionist, the one who made the initial 911 call. And we called out that receptionist. Then let me tell you what we said about that receptionist. We remember when she called 91 1, she says something about she was worried about a balcony or something. And it was like, wait a minute. The way she said it, it was like, how would you know? What. What's the odds of you saying exactly how he died, and you don't even know? The specific charges against these individuals have not been publicly disclosed, though. But their involvement has intensified scrutiny of the hotel's role in the events leading up to Payne's death. If they would have listened to me, they would have been had all these people, because I said from the beginning at the hotel once the hotel was not giving up all the footage, and they had to. They had to call for raids and shit to get the footage. Like law enforcement had to raid this hotel to get info. The minute I saw that, I said, the hotel is behind this. If they're not all the way behind it, they are liable. The addition of these charges indicate that authorities are considering the possibility of systemic failures or negligence within this hotel's management and staff, which may have contributed to the tragedy. No, no, no, no, no. May. It did contribute to the tragedy. That's why they all charge. And which is why they would not. They were holding information at the beginning. Now, further complicating the narrative are the reports suggesting that Pain may have been attempting to escape his hotel room, possibly due to being locked in or experiencing a psychotic episode induced by substance use. Security footage reportedly shows Pain fainting before this fall, leading investigators to believe he was in a state of semi or total unconsciousness, thereby ruling out suicide as a cause oh, because they tried to say suicide too. I forgot to tell y'all that they were throwing all kind of against the wall, hoping it would stick. And it didn't stick. And now the truth is starting to come out. The investigation has also revealed that Pain exhibited erratic behavior prior to his death, including passing out in the hotel lobby, which we saw pictures of that, and causing damage to his room. These actions raised questions about the response, or lack thereof from those around him, including the fucking hotel staff and associates. Now I have a quote from a psychologist and this is what they said about it. And I quote, such behavior is indicative of severe distress, possibly exacerbated by substance abuse. The lack of appropriate intervention could suggest negligence on the part of those responsible for his well being. Duh. That's what I've been saying. Now, in the aftermath, Payne's family and fans worldwide have been left grappling with the loss. His girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, shared an emotional tribute, highlighting their cherished moments together. Now, mind you, a lot of people don't like Kate and think that she was not a good. They looking at her. Let's just say that. I'm just putting that out there, y'all. Just so you know. The surviving members of One Direction have also expressed their grief with reports indicating that the tragedy has brought them closer, even leading to discussions of a tribute concert in Payne's honor, which will be nice. Now, as the legal proceedings in this case continue, the focus remains on uncovering the truth behind Liam Payne's death. The charges against multiple individuals suggest a complex interplay of factors including potential negligence, substance abuse, and systemic failures. The world watches and so will we. This is another crazy ass case. Much like the CEO killer. I don't know what the hell 2024 had in store, but obviously some people, they weren't ready for it. They, they, they and the Luigi Magnon. We haven't had much updates on that. He's being held without bond. If you didn't know that. And, and let me give you some context. Luigi Maggiano is the. Magiani is the suspect that they saying killed the CEO of the healthcare company. He's been picked up. There's a lot of. It's a lot of controversy, a lot of chaos surrounding this situation many people believe is much deeper. You know, between having Monopoly money. He was found at McDonald's. It seemed like he wanted to be caught. He literally had every piece of evidence that he did the crime on him. Which is very weird seeing as he's a valedictorian, over 130 IQ put together this masterful plan. Even got away from the scene and everything. And then he has every piece of everything on him at McDonald's chomping down a hash brown. Something ain't right and I'm a dig some more. Wasn't much to update you on with that case today, but I believe we'll have more and I should be giving you more tomorrow. Definitely we'll have updates on Diddy and Jay Z and his lawyer, because like I said, they are going to fuck at it. They going at it like this. For people who don't know who Tony Busby is, he is no joke. I'll just say it plainly like that. For those that may not know about Jay Z, as far as him handling shit, he is no joke. So if just in case you don't know both, I'm letting you guys know, don't underestimate either of those guys. Because one thing about it, when we don't know somebody, sometimes we tend to underestimate them. And so I'm letting you know this about to be some crazy. I appreciate, everybody. It's been an amazing journey, y'all. I went from, in a year, I mean, in less than two years, I went from a few hundred followers across all platforms to I'm approaching 600,000 followers across all platforms. Like 300. Over 300,000 on tick tock followers. 150,000 Facebook and like a hundred thousand Instagram and more on other platforms. I appreciate y'all for that. Like I said, if you want to shout out, hit me up on those, y'all. The news is getting crazier. I got some big, big news in the Diddy situation to go over with you guys tomorrow. So please, please, please stay tuned. And also I might, if you have, I might have some more information on not just only Jay z, but possibly JLo. And also, I don't know if I got to this shout out, so I'm gonna do it again. I'm not sure if I did this shout out yesterday, so I don't want to forget. So maybe you might have two or this might only be your one. But this comes from Demita in Washington, D.C. she says, Good morning. I just watched the Jamie Foxx special and I cried through the whole thing. If you could recognize God's grace and mercy, it's impossible to. To watch and listen and not cry. I wasn't at all disappointed that he wasn't poisoned by Diddy. Have a good show tomorrow. I listen when I can and I love catching up. I love your voice. Just a fan from Washington, D.C. demita. Thank you, Demita. That was a beautiful, beautiful message. I love DC and the Jamie Foxx special was hard for me to get through as well. It's hard for me to. It was such. It's so sad. It was kind of hard for me to, like, laugh and be sad. Like, it was, like, kind of. It was just tough, so I didn't even laugh. Like, I was so. Just caught up in the story and appreciating him, how he appreciated his family and his sister and how they all stood up, stood strong for him. And he talked about dealing with shaking and he couldn't walk. He woke up in a wheelchair. I mean, it was just crazy. So it was hard for me to laugh. It was a great special. I'm gonna watch it now that I'm kind of more over the fact of what Jamie went through, but definitely, y'all, I'm gonna leave on a note of go check out that Jamie Foxx special, please. It's very good, very informative, and like I said, you gonna laugh or you gonna cry or you gonna do both, but you won't be disappointed. That's it for today. As always, I'm out.
