I want to be very exact on what I am saying because what I'm about to say, I mean, and I am choosing the words carefully because these are some of the most dangerous words or most powerful words in our country. We have been standing at a crossroads for a while now, and it's not crossroads of our choosing. It is the crossroads of necessity. In November, we made our first choice, which tro, which road we wanted to travel. The people voted and the selection was made and the winner was pronounced by the electoral college and the popular vote. And it was such a shock because this man was supposed to be Hitler. Every tool was used against him. But he campaigned and told us exactly what he was going to do. He was going to stop the corruption, arrest the bad guys, secure our borders, get Elon Musk to follow the money and streamline the government. He was going to fire much of our government. Trump said he would also release those things that were withheld for reasons that seem to be only to protect the wealthy and powerful. Epstein was part of that promise. That's what America, like it or not, left wingers and the press, that's what America voted for. That agenda and the President is executing it in an unbelievable fashion at hyperspeed. He is doing exactly what he told us he would do. We asked if anything, please, please, just create an administration that is not going to play the same game over and over. Tell us one thing. I'm on Team Average American, and then betray everything you told us you were going to do. And so far, he's. He's given us the people and he's given us the action that he said he would. Far too long we have let shadows just go. They've lengthened across our institutions that we've entrusted with our liberty. We've just seen them just start to go into darkness. And we would ring the bell, but nobody would do anything about it. For far too long, we have whispered words like corruption and betrayal and they have become more and more open. But there are a few words that really, at least me, I haven't even whispered them. But the time for clarity for me arrived yesterday afternoon. It's been building for the last 20 years. It picked up steam with the Biden bribery scandals. The way it was all covered up and then excused an old man. He was just confused. Too confused to stand trial, but not too confused to have his finger on the button. The COVID up of that which is now laughingly being exposed by Jake Tapper, the man who insisted over and over, this isn't senility, it's just a stutter, really, was it? Today we have to use new language, the word that I avoid like the plague, because it is the only one mentioned, the only crime mentioned in the Constitution. And it comes with the punishment. Death is treason. And I use that word today, not as a casual accusation. I understand the constitutional reality, but we cannot, we can no longer ignore that part of our Constitution. So let me begin laying this case out with what the word treason means. Because unlike many people on the left, I believe words matter, especially this one. Constitution Article 3, Section 3 defines treason plainly, treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid or comfort. Only crime mentioned specifically in the Constitution. That should show you. This is a testament to its gravity. And to convict according to the Constitution, it demands two witnesses to an overt act or a confession in open court. And the punishment is death. At the discretion of the courts. History shows most times mercy has prevailed. But just as mercy is not a weakness, justice is not optional. Treason is a word that you do not use lightly. It is a blade, the last one you pull out. And it is forged in the fire of betrayal. It is sharpened by the oaths that have now been broken. Apparently, if this is true, what they say, it is an oath brought broken by those who swore to protect and defend the Republic and the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. So let me ask, let's take an inventory of what we've seen, just really a lot of this in the last week. Bureaucrats, unelected, unaccountable, funneling your hard earned dollars, your tax dollars that you practically sweat blood over, you send it into Washington. And these unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats have funneled them to radical revolutionary NGOs who are intentionally designing systems to destroy the fabric of America and freedoms, not just here, but all over the world. They are housing, let's just say, the threat of what happened on our border with your tax dollars spent on five star hotels in New York City for those threats. They have come after Texas for busing these people to their beloved sanctuary cities, claiming Texas has no right. All the same time they're lecturing us, Texas has no, no right. They have shipped people all over the country in the middle of the dark and we find out this week that they allowed the TSA at airports to board people with no other ID other than an arrest warrant. The FBI dis disobeying President Trump's order to turn over the names, the recordings and the videos of one of the most violent, vile crimes on our books, one that has gone, gone in circles for years. They've withheld them, apparently. Do those records even exist? Don't tell me we don't have the tapes. Don't tell me we don't have the evidence. We mounted a case and threw somebody in jail who is, who hung themselves with paper sheets. And then on top of that, his partner, literally in crime, is still in prison. What we, we, we condemn those people to those that, that, that was their life over flight logs and what was released Yesterday. It's a lie. It exists. Or it did. Now we also find out yesterday that members of our CIA and Intel organizations are threatening to sell or release state secrets if they're fired, if their power isn't preserved. Well, okay, I don't know about you, but our nation's security is not a bargaining chip in their game of self preservation. Anyone who would even think about threatening our safety and our security and the secrets of our republic to preserve their little fiefdom are certainly the very definition of the word traitor. One who commits treason. Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York. They are now supposedly clutching the Epstein files. Evidence. Hear me. Evidence of the most unspeakable crimes against the innocent, refusing now to release them to the Department of Justice, defying the Attorney General and defying the President of the United States. They have also siphoned billions, if not trillions of dollars through fraudulent schemes. The oaths to protect the Constitution disregarded like yesterday's newspaper that you just wrapped the fish in. When the duly elected leaders of this nation issue lawful constitutional orders, some now in the deep state are folding their arms and saying, nah, no. Not only are we not going to obey those orders, you can't even fire us or we'll release secrets. This is not the definition of insubordination when it comes to the safety of our nation and upholding the laws, the highest laws of the land, that is, that is spelled out in the Constitution. It's not insubordination. It's not a policy disagreement. It is rebellion against the very framework of our government. A framework they raised their hand to swear to protect and defend. If that's not treason, I don't know what is. Let's take and actually measure this against the standard to levy war. What does that mean? Well, you can levy war. It doesn't necessarily mean cannons and barricades. You can mean a war of subversion, a war of defiance against the constitutional order. To give aid and comfort to enemies doesn't mean that you're cradling them in your arms and then sending them band aids. I mean, I guess it could. It also doesn't mean you're arming a foreign foe. It can be shielding domestic criminals and predators, rapists, groomers, those who prey on our children. Remember what we're talking about here. Because I want every Republican, independent, Democrat, anyone who was preying on our country or the world's children to go to jail. They are now being protected under the guise of privilege or power. When you withhold evidence of heinous crimes like this. When you obstruct justice at the highest of levels, when you undermine the will of the people expressed through their constitutionally elected representatives, you're not just breaking the law. You are breaking the trust of a nation. You are eroding the foundations of the Republic. You are an enemy to the Constitution of the United States, my friend. You are a traitor, and you are committing treason. However, before we get to the death penalty, before I. Well, let me just. Let me. Let me just take the death penalty, because that is the. That is the sentence. If you are. If you are convicted of treason, the sentence is death. Okay? I don't like the death penalty, generally speaking, because, I mean, I didn't create that life. I don't. I'm not comfortable with the, you know, power to destroy that life. Now, the catch for me has always been it's innocent life that we protect. All right? Still. But if we're gonna do the death penalty, which I agree with. I'm just uncomfortable with, and I think we should all should be at least uncomfortable with it. It should be for the most heinous crimes. And one of the most heinous crimes I can think of is raping children, engaging in sex slavery that rises to the death penalty. But if it is even possible to be worse than that, it would be protecting those who engage in that satanic right, especially when it is done to preserve your or their power or wealth. Death penalty, it's a heavy thing. It is a final thing, but it is a tool of justice. And the Constitution and the courts hold that authority guided by evidence and reason, not emotion and vengeance. There are acts so egregious, so destructive to the soul of this nation. The founders saw fit to name them and set them apart. There are some betrayals that cut too deep to ignore, that some enemies, foreign or domestic, threatened the very survival of liberty. And they entrusted you and me, the people, to recognize them and name them.
