You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck Program. 21 hour face to face talks in Islamabad collapsed yesterday. JD Vance called it bad news for Iran. Everybody else said, I don't know, looks like Donald Trump is gonna get us out. Oh, it's like, honestly, it's like the Internet has rabies. Stop it. Stop it. Remember last week, everybody's saying, oh, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, he's just whipping out, he's going to give in to all of it. He's going to be a whip. And we did this all for another. Did you see why Iran walked away? Because everybody who said he was a chicken hawk last week looks like you were proven wrong. Because we walked away. Because we said no, you have to end all uranium enrichment, dismantle all major nuclear enrichment facilities, retrieve highly enriched uranium, accept a broader peace, security and de escalation framework that includes your regional allies and funding for terrorist proxies Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis and fully open the Strait of Hormuz, charging no tolls for passage. That was our red line. I told you that last week. Donald Trump told you that weeks and weeks and weeks ago. But everybody online, There's a really important reason I am starting with the the rabid dogs, because it is why these talks fell apart yesterday. I'll explain. First, let me just continue on on the talks here. Trump immediately announced the US Navy was going to enforce a full blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. Now what does that mean? Because I thought we were here. We got to keep the strand of our mouths open. Yeah. Oh gosh. Repeat think people think he's meaning he is going to make sure that it is open. But if you get any oil from Iran you're not moving. If you are paying a toll to Iran, you're not going anywhere. But he will keep the strait open for everybody else. That's what he's talking about. He's going to interdict any ships paying the illegal tolls. He's clearing the mines. He did that as soon as they sat down on the table, he went in there and he started clearing the mines. And he's going to prevent entry and exit for any ship that is headed towards Iran. Two week ceasefire, now on life support, especially with Israel still hammering Hezbollah and Lebanon. But you know, Iran is saying we don't control them. Yeah, well, we can say we don't control Israel. One of us is telling the truth, the other one's not. This is exactly the leverage that Trump telegraphed. He said it was coming. Iran came ready to negotiate, but believed it held its held enough cards. And when you look at it, you got to ask yourself, what cards do they think they hold? What cards do they hold? Oh, I'll tell you here in a second, but here's what we learned so far. Iran is not suicidal in the conventional sense. Okay? I told you, these are 12 verse. They believe, you know, that chaos and martyrdom will hasten the return of the Promised One and end of the times and blah, blah, blah. They still believe all of that crap, okay? However, it's not hardline. Hardline. What's, what's happening here is they are looking at this and saying, that's real. However, there's enough people at the table who are like, yeah, you can, you can frame suffering as sacred destiny, but we'd rather not all die. Okay? The delegation that showed up proves that they calculate survival. There were enough people at the table, they brought everybody they needed to bring. This was not a joke of a, of a ceasefire or a peace hearing. Okay? But they weren't purely death cult. They're a hybrid. They're also not purely regime preservation and proxy leverage. They, they're a hybrid. So I'll show you here in a minute. We have a guest who's done the math and he'll show you the suffering that they, that they will actually have. The US Naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz going to cost Iran approximately $276 million a day in lost exports, $159 million a day in imports. That's a combined economic damage of $435 million a day, or $13 billion a month. 90% of their annual trade comes through there. So they are, they're in trouble. They're in real, real trouble. So why? Because collapse is coming. Pain is ensured. What do they see that we don't? You're not going to like the answer. It's not missiles. It's not that they have secret weapons. What do they see that we don't? They see us. They see our domestic divisions more clearly than we do. Social media has turned the fog of war into a superpower. It really is. Every oil price tweet, every anti war clip, every maga versus neocon argument is amplified and it's heard all over the world. They believe that Trump is transactional and he hates forever wars. They believe that other podcasters don't, but they do. And they know that they he might settle for a face saving deal if the pain, gas prices, stock market hits you. They also know America is really tired of these wars. We're polarized and sustained pressure could fracture US support the way it did in Iraq and in Afghanistan. They also see that global dependence on oil gives them asymmetric power close to the straight, even partially. You close that and the world screams at Washington, not Tran. And they know that. They also know China and Russia will backstop them. Weapons, diplomatic cover, oil purchases, or so they think. Now here's what they really see. They believe their people will endure hardship under martyrdom narrative longer than the Western public will tolerate high gas prices. So this isn't. They don't have any real power in a military sense because they're way overmatched. They're done. Their power comes in time. They believe time and pain on our side will win the war for them. That's what's really happening here. Okay. When you look at all of this, you have to realize it's us that they see. It is us. That's why it is so incredibly critical to make sure that we are. We can argue amongst ourselves, but when you go online, that is global. Now. That's all global. Okay, so what do we do? Well, we. We listen to the warning that the fog of war is now amplified. TikTok x Instagram Everywhere MAGA voters especially don't let podcasters or party loyalty, you know, march you into a team war. Don't wait, just wait. Process the facts. The Iranian regime is a civilizational threat. It is. It's rooted in this 12 or esque eschatology that says the, the, the. The Antichrist. They think it's coming from us. We think it's coming from them. The Antichrist is coming and they will hasten the return of all of that. Okay, so process the Facts know what they actually believe and then stand up for us, defending what is important to us without becoming the world's policeman. We don't need to be the world's policeman. I don't want to be the world's policeman. I don't want to be in another war. Okay, I don't. But when you're playing big stakes, buck up, buck up. And I want to show you the numbers here in just a few minutes because those numbers are staggering on what they're facing. And then at the top of next hour, I want to show you a bigger picture. I want you just to step back and go, wait a minute, wait a minute. Let's stop thinking like podcasters. Let's stop thinking like cnn. Let's stop thinking today, today, today. I hate to say this, but can we stop thinking like McDonald's Americans for a while? Let's actually step back and look at the bigger picture because it's already beginning to happen. There is. There's some facts here I want to give you. And this came from Jesus Rojas. He says hundreds of super tankers, the kind that carry 2 million barrels each, are currently racing toward. Where do you think? The U.S. gulf coast, from every direction. The Atlantic, Indian Ocean, around Africa. Iran closed, the Strait of Hormuz. Everyone panic. Oil hit $126 a barrel. Gas hits $4 a gallon. Cable news does a thing where they put the red banner on the screen and they say, crisis and everybody should start hoarding toilet paper. And then something happened that nobody in the media seemed interested in reporting for obvious reasons. The world did it just switch suppliers, like changing your Internet provider. Except the Internet provider is the entire global energy economy. American oil exports are now approaching record levels. Gulf coast refineries are running at 95% capacity. Supertankers that were mid ocean on their way to the Persian Gulf literally turned around and headed towards Texas. This is not a metaphor. Ship tracking data shows them doing U turns in the Indian Ocean. Meanwhile, which in China, which is getting 45% of its oil imports through Hormuz and paying basement prices for sanctioned Iranian crude, is now competing with Japan and Europe for the same expensive American barrels. Chinese manufacturers are already raising prices 20% on goods. So to summarize, Iran has played its biggest card. And the main result is that the United States has become the world's emergency gas station and China's cheap energy subsidy has evaporated. Either that's the most elaborate coincidence in the history of the world, or something good is working for America. And those who put America first, you're
