Glenn Beck
This year, America celebrates its 250th birthday. Two and a half centuries, Americans have worked hard. We've built a life. We've sometimes owned a home that was truly ours. That's why it's so disturbing to learn that criminals don't have to break a window or kick a door in to come after that dream. All it takes is publicly available information, a forged signature and some paperwork filed in the right place. Suddenly you find yourself trying to prove that that home that was yours, you bought and paid for it, you worked hard to build equity in is, is actually yours. That's why I want you to know about Home Title lock. They provide 247 title monitoring. They'll send you an urgent alert if something suspicious appears on the title. And they have a 100% fraud restoration success rate.

With Pat and Jeffy this week. Great to have you with us. Thanks for joining us. Iran's making some interesting claims and the President had some interesting things to say about it to Axios yesterday. We'll get into that and lots more in 60 seconds. You know, there's a strange thing that happens when the cost of living goes up. You start looking for little places to save money. Well, some of the biggest expenses in your life are sitting there untouched. You cancel subscription, buy the cheaper groceries, maybe put off a purchase for another month. But meanwhile, those credit cards are still charging at 20% interest. If you own your home, American Financing wants you to look at the bigger number. The equity you built in your home may give you a way to consolidate that high interest credit card debt and dramatically reduce what you're obligated to pay every month. In fact, American Financing borrowers save an average of $800 a month. And there are upfront fees. You may even be able to delay up to two mortgage payments. And timing matters because rates are currently in the fives with a strong chance they could move higher in September. There are zero upfront fees. You may even be able to delay up to two month mortgage payments. Lock in your lower rate before September. Call today, 800-906-2440. That's 800-906-24440 or visit American Financing.net nmls182334n consumeraccess.org APR for writs in the five starts at 6.799 for well qualified borrowers. Call 800-906-2440 for details about credit costs and terms. So Iran's Revolutionary Guard insisted yesterday they will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz until the United States complies with their list of demands.
Pat Gray
How about no, no.
Jeff Fisher
I'm just. No, no. That's not even worth entertaining because it includes compensation for war damage. No. Also includes that they will charge fees. Everybody will admit, I guess, that they charge fees for your passage through the Strait of Hormuz after the war is over. No, no. And on and on. I mean, it's a ridiculous list of demands. The president didn't really react very strongly to it. He said yesterday he's prepared to allow economic pressure on Iran to mount as opposed to ordering a new military offensive even as the country continues to defy the United States. Only a week ago, President Trump was on the verge of ordering a return to major combat operations. But in an interview with Axios, he didn't make any new military threats. He also didn't express any anger or frustration about the fact that Iran has been holding up an announcement on a deal with Oman to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. And on Saturday, they gave their list of demands. President Trump, though, said, we're low keying it. Wow. We're only semi negotiating with them. We're just watching Iran with its huge inflation and the fact that they have no money. He stressed that Iran is in very bad shape economically and has no money to pay its troops. The US Naval blockade has exacerbated the Iranian regime's economic crisis, he said. At the same time, President Trump said that the oil that with oil down to slightly over $75 a barrel, US consumers are feeling less pain from the war.
Pat Gray
Are they?
Jeff Fisher
I don't know about that.
Pat Gray
Are they?
Jeff Fisher
He said it'll work out. It always works out. It's like a chess game. Okay, well, I mean, is that how you feel about it?
Pat Gray
I don't know. I mean, not really.
Jeff Fisher
Really.
Pat Gray
I mean, all right, you've backed me into a corner. I think we should just bomb the heck out of them.
Jeff Fisher
That's kind of where I am. I, I say whatever's left in our arsenal, we expend it all right now
Pat Gray
and just let them have Pushed me back in. Let him have it. Yes.
Jeff Fisher
I'm really tired of this. And as I said on, on our show earlier, I'm just not in a good place with this anymore. I, I just want to, I just want to hit him as hard as we possibly can because they only seem to respond to one thing and that's violence.
Pat Gray
Yeah. And I mean, while we care about the people in Iran, they don't at all. Clearly the, the Alphabet, what is it? The ir,
Jeff Fisher
gcc?
Pat Gray
Yeah, they, they clearly don't.
Jeff Fisher
They do not. They clearly don't because I think they're fine. I, I think the leadership in Iran has what they need. The people may not. And they don't care about the people.
Pat Gray
Yeah, I mean, sure. And absolutely. We're squeezing them financially every way we can, or at least we will be soon. Besant has, has been proudly touting that. And the President is, you know, I guess content for now, or at least he was during the Axios interview. That that is going to be enough. And I, you know, I don't, I don't think it is because again, they don't care about those people.
Jeff Fisher
Not at all. There's 93, over 93 million people in Iran and I don't think they, I think they could care less about the people of Iran.
Pat Gray
I think so, too.
Jeff Fisher
They couldn't care less. I almost did what I absolutely hate myself. In fact, I did do it good.
Pat Gray
I let you go.
Jeff Fisher
I let it go less. I let it go about their 93 million people. So it's just, it's difficult to, to expect the economic forces to drive the regime because to change. They don't care.
Pat Gray
Because they don't care.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, because I think they'll, they're probably fine and they've got enough stashed away that they're going to continue to do fine.
Pat Gray
And even if they don't, you know, if they're, they have had way, they've got certainly have ways of getting things smuggled in to them. So, I mean, I'm sure some of that, you know, they will say is going to the people.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Pat Gray
That's cute.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Yeah. And you know, it's not, you know, it's not making its way.
Pat Gray
So I'm not sure if this is this like, dad that he's been now he's is Trump like the dad who's just disappointed in the kids. You know, I've been spanking him all this time and it still doesn't seem to be working. I'm just, I'm just done with it. You know what? I'm not going to give them their, their allowance anymore.
Jeff Fisher
Well, I think, you know, he's threatened so many times and then called off the threat so many times that I think he realizes he can't keep doing that. And so he's not doing that this.
Pat Gray
And I hope that he is not doing that just because he knows he's going to do it soon. And hopefully in the next couple days, the American bombing campaign begins. I would like that very much. And a serious bombing campaign. Yeah, serious bombing campaign.
Jeff Fisher
Like it was before. If not even more intense.
Pat Gray
Oh yeah, a lot more intense. Yes.
Jeff Fisher
Return to the early days and then some.
Pat Gray
And look, if, if we're, if we're short on a couple of kind of missiles, use the other ones. Use the ones we're not short on.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Which he said we've got plenty of. We've got an almost endless supply.
Pat Gray
Correct. And pistol.
Jeff Fisher
Of the dumb weapons.
Pat Gray
And Pistol Pete was all wound up. When you start telling him that we're short on weapons, he's like, you're out of your mind. We're not. This is the American military.
Jeff Fisher
He denied that a lot. Strongly. So I, I hope he's right.
Pat Gray
Me too.
Jeff Fisher
I, I hope we have plenty of.
Pat Gray
I mean, that's what I want him. Everything I want him to say. I, I want, I want to believe that's true.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Yeah, I think we all do. But where are you with this? Triple eight seven two seven. Beck, are you. Should we pursue just economic reality? Are we doing better with the gas prices? I was down, like, are you feeling less pain?
Pat Gray
It was like what, 3:20 this weekend? Shut up.
Jeff Fisher
It's fine. It's fine. 320.
Pat Gray
That's talking about.
Jeff Fisher
I don't think a lot of the country's paying 320 since the average national price is over $4 a gallon. I think Texas is fortunate in that, you know, we've got the refineries.
Pat Gray
So you say. The rest of the guy is like, why don't you shut up?
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Yes, I think so. Especially in California, where we heard last week.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
In some places it's $8. How are you.
Pat Gray
How do you even survive at that? I, I don't know how.
Jeff Fisher
I honestly don't know. I don't know. Cuz that's ridiculous.
Pat Gray
I mean, it's incredible. I mean, you're walking.
Jeff Fisher
I mean, for my car. It holds 21 gallons. So you're talking about.
Pat Gray
Are you driving that car in California? I mean.
Jeff Fisher
No.
Pat Gray
Right?
Jeff Fisher
Probably not. Because that would be just 20 gallons. It would be $160 to fill up my tank. $160.
Pat Gray
And that's. And in California, where you have seen similar kind of to Texas in the fact that you have to drive a thousand miles to get places if you want to do anything. Yeah. In your life. So, you know, that guest isn't, you know, you're going to want a vehicle that's getting at least motorcycle mileage.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Yeah. Or you'd want an ev.
Pat Gray
Well, and, you know, and you're, you're not charging those for nothing.
Jeff Fisher
That's true.
Pat Gray
And electricity prices are even higher in California. I mean, I don't know how they're surviving, honestly. I don't. I, I honest question. If you're in California, how are you surviving? I mean, I guess you just stay home.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. And don't eat. You stay home and you don't eat.
Pat Gray
Donate anything, so you don't need.
Jeff Fisher
Which is difficult to do, frankly.
Pat Gray
I want to go on record to say it's very difficult to do. Very difficult to do something that I have not attempted in my life as of yet.
Jeff Fisher
Wait, what?
Pat Gray
Yeah, I know.
Jeff Fisher
Oh, you're surprised, huh? Because as I look over there, I think, wow, there's a guy who's missed a few meals.
Pat Gray
Well, I have come to think.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Yeah, I'm sure you have.
Pat Gray
I'm sure. I didn't realize it was noticeable. All right. Yeah, it is. Okay.
Jeff Fisher
It is very obvious.
Pat Gray
So thank you. Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Oh, absolutely. I mean, anybody would say the same thing. Any, Anybody who's lying, you know, so I don't know where, where do you stand on this? Triple eight, 727 Beck. I, I don't know how long this can last. I don't know where we're going back and forth like this, where we're waiting for Iran to cave in or, you know, do we force the issue?
Pat Gray
Yes. Yes. If I, if I have a vote at the table, I'd like to. The answer is yes, we force the issue.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Sadly, neither of us have a vote at the table.
Pat Gray
Donald Trump has not called me. Jeff, what do you think?
Jeff Fisher
Surprising.
Pat Gray
Jeff, what do you think?
Abdul El Sayed
Huh?
Pat Gray
Well, first, Mr. President, he has not, he's not done.
Jeff Fisher
No, he hasn't done that. I'm prepared.
Pat Gray
I mean, I'm sure he knows my number. I'll take his call.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, well, he has everybody's number, I think, through the address.
Pat Gray
That's what I mean. Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. All right. Triple eight, 727 Beck. Also, let's see, we've got. Yeah. Okay, more coming up in one minute.

Jeffe for Glenn this week. 88727 Beck. Let's go to Pat in Ohio. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
Caller Pat
Yes, I have an idea about the thing about Trump being like an ineffective parent. I think an effective parent who wants to discipline a child comes up with a new way. Rather than doing the same old thing, you come up with something different. And like my, when my son got too old to spank and he slammed the door in order to figure out we don't slam doors in this house, I simply took the door off of his bedroom and he had to live without a bedroom door. I mean, an effective parent comes up with something new, something different. Yeah, and, and, and too many people want Trump to just do the same old, same old. And I know it might feel good to say we'll hit him again, but I'm all for him coming up with something different.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, we should remove Iran's doors.
Pat Gray
Absolutely. We should have no doors to slam. You are absolutely right, Pat.
Jeff Fisher
No, you're right.
Pat Gray
I mean, she's right.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, yeah, he is trying something different,
Pat Gray
but I hope it works. This has been going on with Iran for many years and Trump is very, you know, he, he's quick to remind us of that and he should. But, you know, it's been going on for quite some time and we have tried to remove the doors and, you know, give them other forms of punishment like, you know, barrels of Cash, anyway. The. Or, pallets, either.
Jeff Fisher
Or.
Pat Gray
And, you know, it doesn't seem to work. So, you know, I. Again, I honestly don't know what to do other than that. And that's. I know Pat's saying I'm just, you know, I'm an ineffective parent. I'm sorry.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Did you ever remove your children's doors?
Pat Gray
I did not.
Jeff Fisher
You should have. I should have tried that.
Pat Gray
Maybe not. Want to see what they were doing in there?
Jeff Fisher
Okay. Ron in South Carolina, welcome to the Glenn Beck program with Pat and Jeffy.
Caller Ron
Hey, how are you doing today?
Jeff Fisher
Good.
Caller Ron
Oh, I have a few issues with what's going on. The price of gas isn't as high as it has been, which is good, but it isn't as low as it should be.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Caller Ron
We are. According to Trump, we should not. In the beginning, we should not pay a toll. There is no way in heck I'm willing to pay a toll to anything.
Jeff Fisher
Right. And I don't think any country should have to pay a toll because that's against international law. For one thing, you're not supposed to have to pay a toll to go through the Strait of Hormuz. So to start that up is a really bad precedent, I think.
Pat Gray
But do we make a deal with Iran that they don't charge us, but if they, you know, they have to deal with the other countries separately to go through.
Caller Pat
No.
Caller Ron
Because.
Jeff Fisher
No.
Caller Ron
Then it's still. It's still an international waterway.
Pat Gray
Right, Right.
Caller Ron
Okay.
Pat Gray
Yeah, just ask him. Calm down. Oh, hey, I'm sorry, buddy. This subject's a little touchy.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, thanks, Ron. That's the thing. We probably could make that deal. We're not paying you anything, but we'll let the other countries work out their own deal.
Pat Gray
They want to help us. Let them work out a deal.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, except I. I don't know that that's the way to go.
Pat Gray
It doesn't feel right.
Jeff Fisher
It doesn't feel right.
Pat Gray
But.
Jeff Fisher
No, but so what is kind of where you are. It doesn't feel right.
Pat Gray
Doesn't feel right. But you know what?
Jeff Fisher
So we got ours. Go get yours. Britain. You didn't help us with the war anyway.
Pat Gray
Spain.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
France.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Pat Gray
Heck with you.
Jeff Fisher
Exactly. Richard in Tennessee. Welcome.
Caller Ron
Good morning, gentlemen. The fear that I have is that the approach that we kind of see from the Western world is not the approach that those over in Iran are taking. You know, after October 7th, there was a big talk about how those who made this attack, they think differently. They approach life very differently. And there were different recordings of people celebrating this atrocity that happened. And so I wonder if. I wonder if those in leadership in Iran aren't just. They don't care about other people, but they're willing to sacrifice their people like a human sacrifice for the benefit of their.
Pat Gray
For the greater good, not just like,
Caller Ron
yeah, it's just a different way of thinking than we have in this world. And so we have to change, you know, we have to understand their perspective so that we can approach this correctly. Otherwise it'll just go on forever. Bricks for battling an ideology versus a policy.
Jeff Fisher
And so where do you think that leaves us? Does that leave us with negotiating with them, waiting them out, or hitting them harder?
Caller Ron
I think it's. I think it's either going to be hitting them harder or conversion. One or two, but it's.
Pat Gray
Right.
Caller Ron
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Yep. Appreciate it. Thanks, Richard.
Pat Gray
That's, that's the thing, and that's where we are. They, you know, they understand strength. They always have. And I, you know, I don't know that that's ever going to change with, you know, the Middle east mindset. I just don't.
Jeff Fisher
And we've seen that time after time after time. We've seen it with Israel and Hamas. We've seen it with Israel and Hezbollah, Israel and Iran. U.S. in Iran, U.S. in Iraq, U.S. in Afghanistan.
Pat Gray
Right, Right.
Jeff Fisher
We've been there mired in nonsense for a long time.
Pat Gray
Right.
Jeff Fisher
I mean, how many times should we have to go through this before figure
Pat Gray
this out and it's time to be done with Iran.
Caller Ron
Yeah, right.
Pat Gray
And it's time to be done.
Jeff Fisher
I think it is. And I. But I just don't know how we get to that point where we're done with them. You know, is it President Trump's current way, or is it the way we started out with this thing and that's, you know, with, with military exercises?
Pat Gray
Yeah. No boots on the ground, bombing campaign.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. I don't, I don't know that anybody wants boots on the ground. I certainly don't.
Pat Gray
I do not.
Jeff Fisher
And I, you know, I don't want
Pat Gray
anybody's boots on the ground. Many countries, any of our allies, just a bombing campaign. If Saudi Arabia wants to help with the bombing campaign, come on.
Jeff Fisher
Or if Saudi Arabia wanted. I wouldn't care if Saudi Arabia goes into Iran with boots on.
Pat Gray
The boots on the ground.
Jeff Fisher
Go ahead, if that's what you want to do. Knock yourselves out.
Caller Pat
All right.
Pat Gray
You've talked me into it.
Jeff Fisher
I just don't want our boots. Other girl.
Caller Ron
Correct.
Caller or Guest
Yeah.
Pat Gray
No way.
Jeff Fisher
We've done that. We've Been there, we've done that. Didn't work out.
Pat Gray
Well, let's not do that bombing campaign.
Jeff Fisher
Triple eight, seven, two, seven. Beck with your thoughts. More coming up.

That great. Jeff Fisher for Glenn this week. Where do you stand on the Iranian situation right now with President Trump's current theory or his previous one where we hit them hard and then be done with it? Or do we wait this thing out and just let economic factors catch up to them and become so bad in Iran that they're forced, you know, they're forced to give up? I don't know. I, I don't see them doing that. I, I don't see this particular regime just giving up because of economic pressure.
Pat Gray
They certainly haven't, they haven't so far. How much, how long we been there?
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
Too long.
Pat Gray
Too long is the answer. But how long have we been there? Six months.
Jeff Fisher
Late February, early March. Right.
Pat Gray
Okay.
Jeff Fisher
So, I mean, so it's been a while. Yeah, it's been longer than we were told in the beginning, that's for sure.
Pat Gray
Yes, it has.
Jeff Fisher
Quite a bit.
Pat Gray
Yes, it has.
Jeff Fisher
Now, there have been some ceasefires in between.
Pat Gray
Yeah. Okay.
Jeff Fisher
But this whole thing is stretched out way too long.
Pat Gray
Yeah, way Too long. And then, of course, you know, we have this and we have, you know, the. The peace plan in Gaza that Israel doesn't want anything to do with now that that's going on for the President. So I'm not. Maybe we let Israel help us bomb some more of Iran. They maybe will like us, you know, to get some peace in the Gaza for them. Yeah, I mean, that'd be nice. And then we have the federal appeals court blocking construction of the ballroom. I would like the president just to continue construction. I don't want the president to stop construction anymore with these federal judges.
Jeff Fisher
It's so ridiculous.
Pat Gray
I want them.
Jeff Fisher
They think they can stop everything. He ever says.
Pat Gray
Yes. No, I just want him to say, oh, they blocked it, so.
Jeff Fisher
And you're going to block it now. It's. It's a mess. They tore down the East Wing. Let them finish construction on the new part.
Pat Gray
Have you seen the pictures of what's going on? Yeah, busy constructing. Okay.
Jeff Fisher
It's not good right now, so let's not leave it there.
Pat Gray
I got a helipad to worry about. I got the reflecting pool to worry about. I got the ballroom to worry about.
Jeff Fisher
Got a war to worry about, the economy to worry about. Yeah, there's a lot going on.
Pat Gray
I don't even. I barely get to golf.
Jeff Fisher
All right, let's go to Blake in Missouri. Hey, Blake. Hey.
Pat Gray
Hey.
Caller Ron
Morning. Yeah, just earlier, I know you guys said something about how can you afford to live in California. I'm from California. I retired and I left and I went to the Midwest.
Pat Gray
There you go.
Caller Ron
And I don't know how people are affording groceries man, because minor cost in just as much or more when I left, and that was six years ago. Yeah, but tyrant, though, I mean, you know, he's in a heart. He's in a hard spot, man, because you walk away from it and you're gonna look weak. We're just gonna go back square zero, you know, Square one.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Caller Ron
And was it worth or not? But if you bomb the heck out of him, like he has said, and, you know, rallies and stuff, you know, raise the price of oil, yada, yada, which is what a lot of people want, I'd want. Yeah, it's not the nice thing to do, but you know what I mean? It's getting rough again, and people aren't able to, you know, pay for groceries and gas, and we need something. So I don't want to be in his seat, but I hope he does the right thing, but he's got to do it Quick, man, because the clock is ticking.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Thanks, Blake. Appreciate it.
Caller Ron
It is.
Jeff Fisher
It's difficult.
Pat Gray
If we had the Congress. If we had the Congress and we had the Senate.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
And we had the.
Jeff Fisher
The Supreme Court and the Executive branch
Pat Gray
and we had the executive branch all at the same time.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
Oh, this.
Jeff Fisher
Wouldn't that be a dream come true?
Pat Gray
This kind of stuff would not happen.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. We could fix everything if the Republicans were just in control of the government right now. Yeah. Yeah, you'd think so, wouldn't you?
Pat Gray
Yeah. Yeah, you would.
Jeff Fisher
Carol in Ohio, welcome.
Caller Pat
Hello. I agree with Blake. You've got a. Well, I don't want to say it, but, you know, forget off the pot. Right.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Caller Pat
Because if you don't, you're. You're. He. They're just messing with him. They're. They keep tweaking him. They're making a fool out of him and they're making us look stupid. And this is. It's like a. I don't understand this. This whole thing, it was supposed to be over in a few weeks. I think we need to listen to our experienced generals like General Keane. He has said this multiple times. Hit him at car guy and where it's going to hurt the most and you then, oh, it's going to hurt the people. You know what? We could. They continue to insist the straight is theirs. It is not.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Pat Gray
Right.
Caller Pat
And so we've got to. He's waffled so many times. I. I don't. This is not helping the election because what people are feeling in their pocketbook is in. The gas is going up and the food's going up and everything. It. We've got to. We can't do this. This is not a really teenager, only a brat teenager that wants to kill his parents or something. You can't. You've got to act strongly and you've got to be decisive and you've got to do it soon. You don't let it. Justice delayed is justice denied. You see?
Caller Ron
Yeah. So.
Pat Gray
Amen.
Caller Pat
Punish your kid. You know they did something. You know, your kid does something and you say, well, I'll take the keys away from, you know, the car next month, we're taking the keys away from your car.
Jeff Fisher
Do that one more time. One more, one more time.
Pat Gray
Don't make me pull this car over.
Jeff Fisher
Thanks, Carol. Appreciate it. You're right. And I feel that frustration, the same frustration, because he has said multiple times, we're going to hit them, and then he calls it off because he doesn't
Pat Gray
want to hurt the people he Doesn't.
Jeff Fisher
I know.
Pat Gray
And I feel maybe he doesn't. I know. And you mentioned cargo and. Okay, so Carg island is a, Is a big part of the infrastructure of the world. So you take that out. Sounds good, but that hurts in the long run as well.
Jeff Fisher
It hurts everybody, not just Iran. And, and that's the problem with Carg Island. You just. If you're taking oil supplies, it's all connected.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Jeff Fisher
You know, so.
Pat Gray
And I thought we, I thought we honestly had Car Island. I'm a little disappointed. We found out today that our Marines went home, and I thought that was ours. I thought we had already taken that over.
Jeff Fisher
Nope.
Pat Gray
Because, well, they were just in town to steal the oil, and once we got caught stealing the oil, they left. I didn't like to hear that.
Jeff Fisher
No, I, I guess that's when it happened. I don't know. They. Months ago, they sent 5,000 Marines from Japan. They were on their way to Iran. Nobody said what they were going to do once they got there, which is fine because we shouldn't know about that anyway.
Pat Gray
Right.
Jeff Fisher
But then we never heard anything about where the Marines wound up. Well, and then it turns out, nope, they're back. They're back in Japan again.
Pat Gray
And in between the time we find out they're back in Japan, whenever, whenever they left, we found out that we had. Trump was stealing oil. And we don't know exactly how much he stole, but he stole a bunch to keep our prices down. Well, okay, so who, why didn't we continue to steal the oil? How come we're just continue to take it? Why?
Jeff Fisher
Right, Mr. President? I don't know.
Pat Gray
I don't know either.
Jeff Fisher
I don't know. So that's the problem.
Pat Gray
It is, it is. And you know, the raising, the, the fluctuating of the prices, you know, while that's great and you know, when, when we, when we stop the bombing, the prices go down and that affects the price at the pump. I don't know how much that fluctuation affects the price of food. I feel like the, the price of food goes with the higher number always. Yeah. And, you know, so the price dropped at the pump is great, but I don't know that that fluctuation gets to the supermarket yet.
Jeff Fisher
I. When gas prices are up, I mean, everything is up. Right, because of transportation, so.
Pat Gray
I understand that. But if gas prices until gas prices are low at a, at a reasonable amount of time, then we see the
Jeff Fisher
effect, then it starts to trickle down. Yeah, but that hasn't happened.
Pat Gray
No, it has not.
Jeff Fisher
And it Needs to.
Pat Gray
Yes, because. Yes, it does.
Jeff Fisher
You've got the midterms coming right on up. I mean, any minute now, early voting is going to start.
Pat Gray
I mean, we're still listening to all the people running for office yapping about
Jeff Fisher
elect Me, and literally at the end of September, several states start voting. Yeah, well, okay. We don't have a lot of time to get this thing worked out or get. Have a bloodbath happen at the election booth. I. I can't imagine the horror of what could transpire if you've got people like, you know, Abdul Rahman El Sayed in Michigan being elected to the U.S. senate.
Pat Gray
And let's not forget about the state of Texas.
Jeff Fisher
And let's not forget, oh, my gosh, James Talarico against Ken Baxton. A nightmare. Yeah, that's a nightmare in the making.
Pat Gray
I mean, that can't happen.
Jeff Fisher
That can't happen.
Pat Gray
You know what? It can't happen in Michigan either.
Jeff Fisher
So you got the. You've got the guy who's Muslim in Michigan and maybe a. A very big Israel hater. And here in Texas, you've got a guy who claims to be Christian but hates Christianity. His words, not mine.
Pat Gray
Noodle that out for me for a moment, would you, please?
Jeff Fisher
He's a Christian who hates. He said. I describe myself as a Christian who hates Christianity.
Pat Gray
I don't know how that works.
Jeff Fisher
Okay, that's interesting. But he's a radical, and. Yeah, he's really good, though, at deflecting that and saying that Ken Paxton's going to claim I'm a radical. Well, he never denies he's a radical because he is one.
Pat Gray
Correct.
Jeff Fisher
Now, he's gonna say I'm a radical, and he's gonna say.
Pat Gray
They say
Jeff Fisher
Christianity and that, and. Yeah, they're gonna say it because it's true.
Pat Gray
He doesn't go that far, though.
Jeff Fisher
No, he doesn't.
Pat Gray
He stops himself. Sure.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, he does. Yes, he does. But that's a race that's way too close in the state of Texas. You lose, you lose a Senate seat in Texas, and what do you think is going to happen to the majority in the Senate? It's going to go away. You can't lose Texas. You just. You can't.
Pat Gray
I mean, if, if, if, you know, as long as we're just, you know, spitballing here, if you were to lose Texas and Michigan, oof, that'd be very bad.
Jeff Fisher
Very bad. Because they'll gain control. It's. I mean, most people think that they're going to regain control of the House. So if they get the House and the Senate. You know, then President Trump's just a lame duck president who has no support.
Pat Gray
Everything, everything he's trying to do is forget about it. Done.
Jeff Fisher
None of it's going to happen. All right. 888727 Beck more coming up.

The threats facing Israel remain. While much of the world has moved on to the next story. Israeli families continue living with the reality of terrorism and uncertainty and recovery. As Christians, we're called to stand with God's children in times of need. And that's why the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews remains on the ground in the holy Land each and every day providing life saving aid, food for struggling families, emergency assistance, bomb shelters and critical support for those impacted by war. He's unapologetic, doesn't care, lays it on the line.
Jeff Fisher
I don't care what CNN says. I don't care what Ms. Now says. I don't care.
Pat Gray
He's a great spokesperson for the president.
Jeff Fisher
Tremendous.

No question about that.

Guy's got a real future, I think.
Pat Gray
Really?
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, I think he does. Wow. I think he's going to be okay.
Pat Gray
Okay. And I'm going to write that down.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. It's Steve Miller. Stephen. He's going to be okay. And here he is talking about Democrat cities.
Pat Gray
Where does it lead?
Caller or Guest
I mean, the answer is look at the countries around the world that have the system of government that Democrats want. It leads to Haiti, it leads to Somalia, it leads to a failed third world state. Look what Democrats have done in the cities they control right now. I grew up in Los Angeles. It went from a gleaming paradise of prosperity, opportunity, a flourishing middle class to open Drug density. Parks you can't take your kids to, your children can't walk home from school. You're going to get mugged and beaten up outside the place where you work. Miles and miles and miles of unremediated slums. That's what they did to Los Angeles. Look what they've done to Chicago. Look what they've done and are doing now to New York City. You don't have to use your imagination. You mentioned abolished prisons. That is part of their platform right now. The Democrat Party, the dsa, they want to abolish prisons. Think about what that means. Rapists, murderers, child predators set free to offend and reoffend and reoffend again. That's how you end up with these horrifying tragedies like we've seen on Charlotte with Arena, where you have repeat offenders set free over and over again. This is not imaginary, it's not hypothetical. It's what's happening in Democrat controlled territory right now. And here's the other thing, Laura, to keep in mind.
Jeff Fisher
There is going to be one group
Caller or Guest
of people they will put in jail. They will put in jail their political opposition. Good communists and good socialists. They don't want police officers to put hardened criminals in jail. They want police and law enforcement to exist only for putting their political opposition in jail or the police. That's a very real hell. They also want ICE that we're facing.
Jeff Fisher
Right. And he's so right about Los Angeles. If you've ever been there in the past, you know, 10, 20 years ago, it was just, it was practically a paradise.
Pat Gray
Yeah, it was beautiful.
Jeff Fisher
So much to do, so much to see. Has great weather. I mean, Los Angeles was one of the great American cities, so. San Francisco, for that matter.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Jeff Fisher
And look what they've done to it. They've turned it into like he said, a slum.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
With 10 cities everywhere. Everywhere.
Pat Gray
Everywhere. My, my sister in law talks about living out there with her friend and the neighborhood they live in is right by Sofi Stadium. And it's beautiful. It's beautiful. But then she said, you come out and you make a right and you're
Jeff Fisher
in nothing but homeless. Yeah, it's. It's like the shanty towns in South Africa. Yeah, it is like, what in the hell happened?
Pat Gray
Very similar to that.
Jeff Fisher
Well, democratic leadership for 60 years, that's what happened there. It turned to paradise, into squalor. Congratulations. La. Congratulations.
Pat Gray
Pass it on. Crank the game. Glam back is on glam. The fusion of entertainment, enlightenment and empowerment. This is the Glenn Beck program.

We are concerned, too, about what's coming our way in November, which is one of the reasons we're so, just so concerned about what's going on with Iran, because it's affecting our economy so much and the perception of people and the Trump administration. And then you look up north and you see what's going on in the middle of the country with this Abdul Rahman, Al Said and his election campaign, which the last poll we saw, he was actually ahead of Mike Rogers. It's hard to believe, yet.

Pat and Jeffy Forklayn. Gotta get into this Al Said thing in Michigan. It's just an incredible situation. This guy has come out of nowhere. And why? Well, let's trace back the roots of this to 2007, and it is the. It's a graduation ceremony.
Pat Gray
He was the valedictorian at the University of Michigan.
Jeff Fisher
Valedictorian.
Pat Gray
So pretty smart guy.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. I mean, the guy went from University of Michigan to Oxford and we broke down in Columbia. Yeah.
Pat Gray
And it's. You Know you're talking about doctor. Yeah. El Sayed, Right?
Jeff Fisher
Yes.
Pat Gray
Yeah. Okay.
Jeff Fisher
That's who I'm talking about. Dr. Elsa didn't say.
Pat Gray
You didn't preface the full name with doctor.
Jeff Fisher
Right. Should have been Dr. Abdul Rahman El Sayed.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Caller Pat
Okay.
Pat Gray
Okay, now I know you're talking.
Jeff Fisher
Now you know.
Pat Gray
Okay.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Yes. I apologize. The guy's never practiced medicine, doesn't have a medical license.
Pat Gray
No, he does not.
Jeff Fisher
But. But he wants to be called doctor and he's really kind of put that out there in the campaign.
Pat Gray
Yes, he has that.
Jeff Fisher
He's a physician. Okay, so here's where it all began. He speaks a little bit. There's a little snippet of him and his valedictorian speech. And then Bill Clinton steps to the microphone.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
It's that we have the audacity to believe that we can change this world and that each of us will. That, my fellow graduates, University of Michigan, Class of 2007, is the Michigan difference. And I'm humbled to have been a part of it with you.
Pat Gray
Go blue. Hail to the victories, baby. I don't want to embarrass your senior
Jeff Fisher
speaker, but I'm going to anyway.
Pat Gray
That's what I was pointing out. But I wish every person in the world who believes that we are fated to have a clash of civilization civilizations and cannot reach across the religious divides that have heard you speak today. I just wish every person.
Jeff Fisher
Keep pandering Bill.
Caller or Guest
In the world.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
And he tells them. Zaire just said that Clinton came up and got him into politics. After that, you need to be into
Jeff Fisher
fat chicks and that'll lead you to politics. Or maybe it's the other way around. I'm not sure. But it's great whichever way it goes. Anyway, he's. Apparently he had a big influence.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
On El Sayed. And so now he's in politics. And so we're battling this whole situation. And Mike Rogers has a real fight on his hands.
Pat Gray
Yes, he does.
Jeff Fisher
To win that Senate seat.
Pat Gray
Yes, he does.
Jeff Fisher
Here's El Sayed talking about Muslims and hate.
Pat Gray
And what I have not heard is
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
the Republicans on this panel decisively and swiftly.
Jeff Fisher
This is back in 2018.
Pat Gray
Yeah. This is when he was running for governor.
Abdul El Sayed
Phobia.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
This kind of racism in the context.
Caller Ron
Right.
Pat Gray
That they are running to represent a
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
state that has the highest per capita number of Muslim Americans in the country. Now, you might not hate racing Muslims, but I'll tell you, Muslims definitely hate you.
Jeff Fisher
Tree.
Caller Ron
All right.
Pat Gray
Okay. He was just talking to one specific person there.
Jeff Fisher
Not everyone oh, sure, sure. That's what he says. Then he was this part of this campaign? I think this was.
Pat Gray
Oh, yeah.
Jeff Fisher
This is when he goes to Mackinac island.
Pat Gray
Oh, no. Mackinac island, first of all. Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
It's spelled. Why do they spell it Mackinac when it's Mackinaw? It doesn't make any sense.
Pat Gray
That's the Indian land. Okay, okay.
Jeff Fisher
All right.
Pat Gray
Are you done with the hatred?
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
And the.
Abdul El Sayed
I am.
Pat Gray
But he's the mispronouncing of. Of mackinac.
Jeff Fisher
He's not. Because check him out.
Pat Gray
This is part of that governor campaign.
Jeff Fisher
Oh, okay. When he was still back then.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
All right.
Pat Gray
Please watch your stuff.
Jeff Fisher
Listen to what he says.
Caller Ron
So much.
Jeff Fisher
I hate mackinac so much.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
It's funny because, like, if we win,
Pat Gray
this is gonna be the, like summer.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
Summer home.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
I'm just gonna be like. Every time I've ever come here, I've hated it.
Pat Gray
Why am I here?
Advertisement Voice
Yeah.
Pat Gray
Cause Mackinac island sucks. There's no cars. There's just bicycles and horses. And there's the million dollar governor mansion there.
Jeff Fisher
That's all it's supposed to be. Very beautiful. Gorgeous.
Pat Gray
Yeah, it's gorgeous, but it's beautiful.
Jeff Fisher
Everybody says it's beautiful. And he hates it so much.
Pat Gray
Yeah, it kind of tells you.
Jeff Fisher
Sure does. And how. How many other places does he feel
Pat Gray
that way in the state of Michigan? Probably a lot. Because there's a lot similar to Mackinac island.
Jeff Fisher
My guess is he loves. He loves dearborn. He loves hamtramck.
Pat Gray
Be a good guess.
Jeff Fisher
And he probably decided. Absolutely despises the rest of this.
Pat Gray
Maybe Ann Arbor, because that's the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Amazing that the people of Michigan would even consider this guy.
Pat Gray
I know.
Jeff Fisher
For any u. S. Senate, but. Yeah, anything really. And they obviously. And they have him down for governor
Pat Gray
so far they haven't. Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Please turn him down again. Michigan, he's talking here about. I think this is on. Is this CNN appearance he's on talking about raising taxes for health insurance.
Pat Gray
This is
Jeff Fisher
Ms. NBC. Anyway, here it is.
Caller Pat
Medicare free and universal. If you increase taxes. So if you are elected and make this push, would you need to increase taxes?
Jeff Fisher
Sure. Yeah, of course.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
As I've said across this campaign, I am for taxing billionaires their wealth.
Jeff Fisher
What about people who make less than a billion?
Caller Pat
Less than a million dollars though? Dr. El Sayed. What about people making less than a million dollars?
Jeff Fisher
What about them?
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
So for the average person, and you look at your W2, if you're an employee, he gets paid every two weeks or four. Four weeks after you pay your taxes, the next biggest check that comes off the top of your pay stub is to your health insurance company. So imagine instead of paying that to your health insurance company whose CEO makes $20 million a year, instead, you paid a little bit more in taxes for health care that you wouldn't lose if you lost your job or turned 26 or got married or got divorced. I think all of us would be a lot more interested in that kind of a system if we knew that our healthcare would be free at the point of care and would be free without having to worry about losing it in general. So there's an opportunity here, I think, to trade what we give to a big corporation who gets to decide who we get to see and who we don't, for a little bit more paid into fica. And I think that's a trade that's worth making.
Jeff Fisher
I don't. This guy claims he's not a socialist, but listen to his policies. Yeah, he is a socialist. He wants the government to take over all this.
Pat Gray
Absolutely. And he hangs around with Hasan Piker, who is, you know, just a raging lunatic. But he was asked about that on this very show, Meet the Press and if he was going to continue campaigning with Hasan.
Jeff Fisher
And here's his fabulous response.
Caller Pat
You know, you face scrutiny for campaigning with socialist streamer Hasan Piker, who has made a series of inflammatory comments, as you well know, including Saying America deserved 911 describing Hamas as a lesser evil than Israel.
Jeff Fisher
Oh, my God.
Caller Pat
You plan to continue to campaign with Hasan Piker in the general election campaign.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
Look, I'm less concerned now with who I'm campaigning with, a lot more concerned about who I'm campaigning to. We got a lot of work to do to continue the coalition that's going to be Mike Rogers.
Caller Pat
Would you welcome him, though?
Jeff Fisher
Would you?
Caller or Guest
Good.
Pat Gray
She fights back a little campaign trail.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
Like I said, I'm a lot more focused on who I'm campaigning to.
Pat Gray
So I got it.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
I think we have the notion sometimes on shows like this that we cannot or should not talk to certain groups of people. And I'll tell you that the million people who listen to Hasan are people I want to make sure understand that there's a pathway into our politics around getting money out of politics so we can keep money back in pockets and pass Medicare for all. And so I'm going to continue to have the conversations with, with those folks who we desperately need to reach out to. Just like I'm going To continue to have conversations with seniors in senior homes in Detroit, folks in Grand Rapids. So again, I'm a lot more focused on who I'm campaigning to rather than who I might campaign with.
Jeff Fisher
I mean, she pushed back a little bit.
Caller or Guest
A little bit.
Jeff Fisher
So there was that at least so much.
Pat Gray
Yeah. I mean, in those tight interviews.
Jeff Fisher
He's not going to answer the.
Pat Gray
Give it anything. Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
He's not going to say yes.
Pat Gray
Right.
Jeff Fisher
Even though that's the answer.
Pat Gray
That is the answer. And by the way, he got to it it. He got two. Yes, absolutely. Because he wants to reach the people that follow him and believes they could. He can. He can make them, show them the pathway to come to us.
Jeff Fisher
That's incredible. It really is amazing. Piker is an absolute extremist.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Absolute radical. And clearly hates America as it currently stands.
Pat Gray
Absolutely.
Jeff Fisher
What he wants is for it to turn socialist and obviously that's what Al Said wants as well. Ilana Mar was asked about her relationship with Hasan Piker and had a similar response.
Caller Pat
One powerful voice that has been a
Jeff Fisher
big topic of conversation is the left wing streamer, Hasan Piker. Yeah. He's someone that you've campaigned alongside with. He put out a video backing your re election Today. There are moderate Democrats who have criticized
Caller Pat
Abdul El Sayed for appearing on the
Jeff Fisher
campaign trail with him.
Caller Pat
What's your view of that criticism?
Abdul El Sayed
I mean people, you know, in a free country, people can have opinions about people who campaign with candidates. Criticisms of Hasan Piker would. You can't campaign. Folks that were on the top of the ticket for us in 2024, again, that's ultimately we all put our heads down, try to get to voters, have the conversations that are necessary because we're not able to have any kind of the changes that we want until we win. And so everybody's trying to do the best that they can to try to get their message out and can campaign with whoever that they think can help them do that. Sometimes not everybody's going to agree the kind of messenger that you use, but it's ultimately the decisions that campaigns have to make.
Pat Gray
The worst, she must be in Minnesota campaigning because she's got the haji bond.
Jeff Fisher
So. Yeah, yeah, right. She must be in the Dearborn area
Pat Gray
or back home in Minnesota asking for their. The Somali vote.
Caller or Guest
Okay.
Jeff Fisher
I can't get you to commit on the Hasan Piker situation, but will you continue to campaign with your brother husband? Will that be happening? Will the husband, brother, brother, husband be involved in your campaign this time? That I'd like to know that part.
Pat Gray
I Certainly. I certainly can't help what some folks have reported.
Jeff Fisher
Some folks campaign with their brother husbands, but others don't.
Pat Gray
I can tell that those conspiracies have been laid to rest. I'm tired of facing them.
Jeff Fisher
Kind of interesting, though, what she seems to be saying, if you want to get to the bottom of it, is I'll campaign with anybody if it helps me get elected. I'll do anything that helps me get elected.
Pat Gray
That's what Dr. El said was saying.
Jeff Fisher
Yes.
Pat Gray
He wants. He needs to get that so that they can find a pathway to vote for me, is what he's saying.
Jeff Fisher
Yes.
Pat Gray
That'd be great.
Jeff Fisher
Up to and including not talking about the Ayatollah in Iran during the campaign.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
There he had a little call with his staff.
Pat Gray
This was during the. During the campaign for. To get the Democratic campaign. Yes, to get the nomination.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
Which worked.
Jeff Fisher
Here he is talking about the death of Kalmani.
Caller Ron
I also want to remind you guys
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
that there are a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad today.
Jeff Fisher
So, like I just told me.
Caller Pat
Wow.
Mike Rogers
At all.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
Like, I. I don't think it's worth even touching.
Jeff Fisher
That just shows you these people are going to do anything they have to, anything they can just to get elected and to get into power.
Pat Gray
No kidding. They absolutely will. I saw a clip, and we don't have it, but Charlie Kirk was on a panel with Hassan Piker, and Kirk was saying, hey, why don't you just give up all your money? I've got a way that you can become the socialist you want to be. Give up all your money and then you're good.
Jeff Fisher
Oh, I like that.
Pat Gray
And Hassan was like, oh, if I gave up the measly earnings that I make, it wouldn't make a difference.
Jeff Fisher
Oh, my gosh.
Pat Gray
And he. I think he's worth, I don't know, 20 million, maybe more.
Jeff Fisher
Wow.
Pat Gray
So it's amazing. It is amazing. It's hypocrites.
Caller Ron
All right.
Pat Gray

Is there somebody else in this race?
Pat Gray
You don't.
Jeff Fisher
There is somebody else.
Pat Gray
There is someone else. Yeah. His name is Mike Rogers and he's running for the Republican seat of the Senate in Michigan. And he posted this campaign video this weekend. I thought it was pretty good. I mean, it. I thought. I mean, he says the right things for sure.
Jeff Fisher
All right.
Mike Rogers
If you're among the majority of Democratic voters that woke up on Wednesday feeling, well, hopeless because the person who won does not represent your values, well, just know there is still hope. Michigan deserves a senator who is ready to sit with you, hear from you and represent you. The parents across Michigan who want an education system that sets up their kids for success. You have a home with us. To grandparents across Michigan who are heartbroken from watching their kids and grandkids leave the state. You have a home with us. To young people who are looking for real solutions to solve our housing affordability crisis. You have a home with us. To working families who don't want higher taxes and lower paychecks. Well, you have a home with us.
Jeff Fisher
Nice.
Mike Rogers
And to the vast majority of people across Michigan who do not want to throw their support behind a campaign filled with anger, divisiveness, calls for violence, and the views that are out of touch with your values. Well, you have a home with us. The fight is far greater than just left versus right. The fight is for the very soul of our nation. Over the next 90 days, I'm going to work hard to earn your trust, to earn your support and earn your vote. We have a state to save. Michigan.
Pat Gray
Let's get to work.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, let's see. Let's do.
Pat Gray
That's a. That's a great message.
Caller Ron
It is.
Pat Gray
That's a great message. I will say those watching on Blaze TV and the torch, he could have left the wife out of that.
Jeff Fisher
She. She humanized it. She humanized the message.
Pat Gray
I feel like. No, she didn't.
Jeff Fisher
And she showed that the guy's got a family, he's married.
Pat Gray
I know what they're trying.
Jeff Fisher
Has a wife. Doesn't let her speak, but he has a wife. I don't know. That's. That's a great message though. It is. I don't. Are there any moderate Democrats left that'll be interesting to see? Because that's what he's. Those are the people he's trying to appeal to there. He's trying to say, look, if you're not a radical, if, if you don't want the fundamental transformation of America that Barack Obama was talking about, that Joe Biden tried to push down our throats and that this guy Abdul El Sayed is promoting, then come, please vote for me.
Pat Gray
And look, look, in the past you would say, yes, I believe that the, you know, there are plenty of Michiganders that are middle of the road but this ain't the best.
Jeff Fisher
No, no. That's what's so chilling about it.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
The perception of, especially the youth of socialism. They think it's great. They think it's the way to go. It's the nice alternative to evil mean capitalism. A little bit frightening.
Pat Gray
It is.
Jeff Fisher
888727 Beck more coming.

Pat and Jeffy for Glenn today. Triple eight, seven, two, seven. Beck. We're talking about before the break. We're talking about this Abdul El Sayed and his chances at winning. I just, I saw a couple of polls first the other day I saw a poll that had El Sayed in the lead.
Pat Gray
Right.
Jeff Fisher
Seen two polls this morning that have Rogers slightly in that.
Pat Gray
I like those.
Jeff Fisher
I like that there is some hope for Michigan and humanity like that. Good to know.
Pat Gray
Don't look at the polls in Texas. I don't want to hear. I don't want to know. I don't even want, don't want to know that.
Jeff Fisher
But it's fascinating because we played, we played the El Sayed ad where he kind of twerks and he sings.
Pat Gray
Right.
Jeff Fisher
You know that one. I made the mistake this morning of looking at some of the, the comments underneath.
Pat Gray
Huh.
Jeff Fisher
It's unbelievable that people were saying things like, oh, I'd move to Michigan just to vote for this guy. What's the matter with you? So there's something wrong.
Pat Gray
You haven't seen, you haven't seen his tick tock lip syncing to Whitney Houston.
Jeff Fisher
I have not.
Pat Gray
And dancing with. I bet that's really good at the campaign office.
Jeff Fisher
I bet that's great.
Pat Gray
Want to dance with somebody?
Jeff Fisher
And somebody. Under this particular video of El Sayed as he's walking through a sea of people, James commented, he's a medical doctor and Rhodes scholar who wants corporate money out of politics.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Jeff Fisher
Medicare for all and lower taxes for working people. It's no wonder he won. Okay, there you go. That's.
Pat Gray
That's from his campaign office. That's not from.
Jeff Fisher
I think so. I think so.
Pat Gray
That is not from a regular human being. I'm sorry. No, no.
Jeff Fisher
And as Leanne noted after this particular comment, he is not an md and that's true. He is not a medical doctor. People have to wake up here. And if you're in Michigan, I hope you're paying attention and alerting your neighbors to who this guy really is. And that. Yeah, they sound like they're for the little people. They sound like they're for working Americans. They're not. They are for themselves, period. First and foremost and really only. All right, let's get a little lighter. Look at life right now and check out a Fat five with Jeffy. Wow.
Pat Gray
Okay, let's. Let's not. Let's rock and roll this. I can find my correct email for the chewing the fat Fat five here on the Glenn Beck program this weekend, I think Friday afternoon. Kristi Noem got a life size bronze statue of herself and her favorite horse, Iceman, unveiled in South Dakota's capital.
Jeff Fisher
Oh.
Pat Gray
She's the first woman added to the private Trail of Governors project that put statues of every past state leader around Pierre, South Dakota. She also helped pull the Conor off here. But that's why I knew it was, it wasn't right. It's just Pierre. And she was there with the daughters and the grandkids. There was no husband. Brian was not there. Yeah, I think there was no mention of the, there was no, there was no little headstone for a dog as on the statue either that she took to the gravel pit. But, you know, whatever. I digress. But hubby was nowhere to be found. And this is like a month ago we got, you know, the, the mother saying that the two were divorcing, but as far as I know, the divorce papers have not been signed. And she is. Christie is now, you know, 54, served as the state's governor from 2019 to 2025. Then she was the Homeland Security secretary for President Trump's second term. Got the boot from that position. She still serves as the first special envoy to the Shield of Americas, which we hear so much about.
Jeff Fisher
No bigger, no bigger position in America than that. Special envoy to the Shield of America. Shield of America.
Pat Gray
Well, you don't pretend like you don't know.
Jeff Fisher
That would be silly.
Pat Gray
And the hard work that she does for the Shield of America. And we had a sighting of Christie and Corey Lewandowski not too long ago. They were spending a day together in Minnesota, a little afternoon biking in business along the shores of Lake Minnetona. So, you know, she's, she's still, I'm sure that's just because of. She's getting ready to have a campaign for something or Corey's getting ready to have a campaign. So it's business. Business. Yeah. She's just living the good life. Living the good life. Coming to a city near you soon. Zook spelled Zoo Z, O, X or Zoox to become the first control free robo taxi to charge fares. Amazon Zooks gonna start collecting fares from passengers in Las Vegas today. The entry of Zooks into the market dominated by Alphabet's Waymo stands out because there's no pedals and no steering wheels. So it's needed an exemption from federal regulators to operate as a robo taxi service. The company said fares will be calculated based on distance, time traveled and displayed in full before booking. You have the Zooks app, and if you have that, they're going to help riders identify the Robo Taxi. It's got the license plate numbers going to be displayed in the app. The app will also include estimated pickup times, real time arrival dates, post ride summaries and feedback options if riders need support before, during or after their ride. Tough. No, they didn't say that. They said they could contact a member of our remote Zook support team through the app or via the help button located on the rider screen within the Robo Taxi. It's been running in Vegas for a while now for free. And that is no longer, obviously. And as far as I know, it's still free in the Foster City, California area. That's located in the San Francisco Bay area. But that's their headquarters, so. And their development center. So I don't think it's free for very many people there. It's just that they say, oh, you write your free. So we'll see that more and more of them are going to be coming. They look, if you're watching Blaze TV and Torch, you see how they look really strange. They have that box look kind of a bus look, kind of thing. Really, really kind of weird. But, you know, hey, whatever, let's, you know, just get in and let it take you wherever you want to go. Zook. Beautiful. This picture here, if you're watching it, seems like that's on the wrong side of the road, but that's just me. I hope that, you know, I would call customer service on that particular ride. It's a beautiful picture, but I don't think that's the right side of the road.
Jeff Fisher
I think they're making a left turn.
Pat Gray
I don't think so. I think that's what's happening. Okay, sure. Then it's going to hit the bicyclists. So maybe, I don't know. Anyway, and we all know you can hire a clown for celebration parties and, you know, have fun with. Everybody loves clowns. Right. But in Switzerland, you can now hire a clown to haunt someone up to seven days and the clown is going to secretly follow the person, appear unexpectedly in public, send creepy messages, set harmless pranks, and even at the end of the week, smashing a pie in your face. So the service is intended as terrifying for willing participants rather than genuine intimidation. It's a good way to get shot in America. Yeah, doing that. So that's why it's in Switzerland. So have fun, good luck, God bless. And don't forget I mentioned on Friday about the Powerball. There was no winning, there was no winner this weekend. So we're inching closer to that billion dollar mark. A drawing is tonight, 10 August 2026 for $95 million is the jackpot and the cash prize payout is only $391.9 million. I would take it, but you know, we talked about this a little bit on Friday. Thirty years at 905 million. That's what I mean, 30 million a year, whatever, something like that. But you got to believe that it's going to last 30 years.
Jeff Fisher
Right. That's the gamble you take.
Pat Gray
Yeah. And I, I don't know, I'd rather
Jeff Fisher
have the money up too. Even though they're taking way too much of it.
Pat Gray
Way too much. And then they're going to take it out of that pile.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, that's pre tax.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
So I mean you're not barely get by on $200 million.
Pat Gray
Thank you. How can I say it?
Jeff Fisher
How can you even survive?
Pat Gray
That's what I'm saying. I mean it's. Man, it would be tough.
Jeff Fisher
It would.
Pat Gray
That'd be tough. But yeah, man, all right, I'll take it. But it would be tough. This, this weekend there was a two million dollar winner from Texas. Oh, it was with the state that I live in.
Jeff Fisher
Yep. And it happened to be you though.
Pat Gray
I took, I took like two minutes before I looked just to bathe in the fact that I want a couple million this weekend. That's good. That was not me.
Jeff Fisher
No. What a surprise.
Pat Gray
Some guy, Tom Thumb down the road or something and I was in. Great. Congratulations to you. Yeah, happy for you. OpenAI and anthropic AI models went rogue again in security testing. The United Kingdom's AI Security Institute, AISI Love Them, said last week that it discovered the incident the week before last while running cyber evaluations on various AI models. It found 19 instances in which agents took autonomous unsanctioned action on the live Internet targeting real people and organizations. In what the Institute described as the most serious case, an AI agent tried to insert malicious code into an open source project and secure approval from the project's human reviewers. Open source code obviously lives in the public domain, can be downloaded and customized by anyone. The agent researched the individuals responsible for maintaining the project and created multiple fake identities in an effort to get them to sign off on its proposed changes to the code. When these changes were challenged in public, it edited its previous activity to appear harmless and considered creating a new identity. The same AI agent also tried to contact real people, sending messages and files to get them to run malicious code. And it tried to insert malicious instructions to get other automated AI systems to run them. These attempts, according to these people, were unsuccessful and according to their investigations have not evidenced any resulting real world harm. Uh huh. But this is the first time we've seen risks around autonomy and deception manifest this clearly without specific prompting in the real world. That's not the first time we've seen. No, but whatever. AISI was testing AI models in an environment in which Internet access was intentionally enabled and built in safeguards were switched off. Out of 122 runs, there were only 19. Yeah. 122 runs, Pat. There were only 19.
Advertisement Voice
Yeah.
Pat Gray
Look at it. A whole new way. A whole new way. Holy cow. 17 of these occurred with anthropics mythos 5 and 2 others came from OpenAI's chat GPT 5.6 Soul. Those are the two most advanced models currently available. So good times. Humans caught it.
Jeff Fisher
It's all good, good, good times.
Pat Gray
It didn't cause any problems.
Jeff Fisher
Nothing to worry about. Nothing to see here. Move along.
Pat Gray
We saw that it happened and we fixed it.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. It's not a problem. Not a problem at all.
Caller Ron
Wow.
Caller Pat
Sure.
Jeff Fisher
We can't explain any of it. And it's probably gonna get much worse than this.
Pat Gray
Look, it broke out. Broke out of the guardrails. We sat so fine. So. So I'll let you chew in the fat. Fat five. Please subscribe to two in the Fat, my Jeff Fisher podcast, available wherever you get your podcast. And you can hear my daily 55 during the background leash program, daily 7 to 9 Eastern, right before this show on Blaze TV and Blaze Radio or wherever. Get your podcasts.
Jeff Fisher
Exactly. You know, you combine that with what we just heard from Tony Robbins.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
And it's pretty chilling.
Pat Gray
It sure is.
Jeff Fisher
Where his AI just. Just decided to buy a robot and then expected Tony to combine it with the robot.
Pat Gray
You said you were probably going to get one.
Jeff Fisher
You said you'd consider it. So I bought one and then sent it to you. And now I wanted to open it up. Interesting. And again, none of that was programmed. None of that was asked for. The AI did it on its own.
Pat Gray
And it still made the money in
Jeff Fisher
the AI chat room to buy the robot. It made a hundred million? Well, it didn't make I guess, 100 million exchange hands in the.
Pat Gray
In the AI.
Jeff Fisher
In the AI realm work.
Pat Gray
Yeah. I don't know. Sold NFTs to raise money for the robot. Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
So they raised a hundred million dollars. All the. But there was 2 million AI agents in this little area and they're just chatting and making money. $100 million in a month taking care of you.
Advertisement Voice
Right?
Pat Gray
The human.
Jeff Fisher
So everything's great. Don't even worry about it. More coming up.
Pat Gray
We don't need to agree on everything, just enough to stand shoulder to shoulder. Glenn Beck is back in a minute.
Caller Ron
Sam, pass it on.
Pat Gray
Crank the game.
Abdul El Sayed (campaign clips)
Glam.
Pat Gray
Beck is on Glam. The fusion of entertainment, enlightenment, and if power.
Caller Pat
Yeah.
Pat Gray
This is the Glenn Beck program.
Jeff Fisher
Boy pack. Ray and Jeff Fisher for Glenn. Triple eight, 727 Beck. This is day 58 of America held hostage by Mitch McConnell.
Pat Gray
Yes, it is. Ah.
Jeff Fisher
I don't understand how you can go this long two months now without any proof of how this guy is doing,
Pat Gray
but zero proof of life.
Jeff Fisher
Unbelievable. Talk a little bit about that. Plus very strange and sad tragic situation in Mexico with Mexican influencers being murdered by cartels quite a bit by the dozens so far. That and more coming up in one minute. You know, there's situations where you know something is wrong long before you know exactly how wrong it's gonna get. Somebody's behaving aggressively. They're getting closer. They're ignoring every signal you're giving them to back off. And now you have to make a decision. Except the choices available to you suddenly seem incredibly extreme. That space between doing nothing and using lethal force is exactly where the burner launcher makes sense. Burna gives you a powerful, less lethal way to defend yourself and the people you care about. From a distance, it looks and handles like a serious defensive tool, because that's exactly what it is. Launching projectiles capable of stopping a threat without requiring you to make an irreversible decision in a matter of seconds. Because real life danger doesn't arrive with a label telling you exactly how far it's going to go. Sometimes you need the ability to protect yourself immediately while still having an option between helplessness and lethal force. That's why having a burn in nearby can fundamentally change the choices available to you when those choices matter most. So visit. Visit byrna.comb y r n a.com to find out and find the right launcher for your family. That's Burna.com all right, how much longer can Mitch McConnell go before he finally informs Americans and the people of Kentucky what's going on with him?
Pat Gray
I mean, how long is. Are the Senate off now? The Senate's off?
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, they're off for seven weeks.
Pat Gray
There you go. You got another seven weeks.
Jeff Fisher
So yes, at least that.
Pat Gray
At least that. They certainly didn't care about it prior to them living. Them leaving.
Jeff Fisher
No, they didn't. So you know, and he was unconscious when the EMT arrived. That's what was reported when the ambulance got there. He'd apparently had a heart attack. He was unconscious. They took him away like that.
Pat Gray
That's what the letter said. That was, you know, reportedly from him, which, you know, again, there's been no proof of life. We've seen two pictures, both looking similar with him sitting with almost exactly the same wife. Different. Different shirts and different blouses. One, one, one review I said, I saw, said that, that that picture is obviously fake. The wife would not be seen in that TJ Maxx blouse.
Jeff Fisher
That's probably true.
Caller Ron
Yeah.
Pat Gray
And I thought that is absolutely true.
Jeff Fisher
I mean, they could have faked them both or they could have been from a prior hospital stay or, you know, it could be AI, could be. Who knows? Or it could be real. I don't know. Maybe he's perfectly fine. Maybe he is in rehab or has been until they finally sent him home.
Pat Gray
That's what they want us to believe. Yeah. No question. But we have seen there's been zero. In a. In an age of on demand videos by the millions per second, seemingly. We've seen no video evidence of his life, of him being alive.
Glenn Beck
Zero.
Jeff Fisher
It's unacceptable in a US Senator. Unacceptable. Yeah. And even though he's not running for re election, he's still in the Senate.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
And if this were Republicans would be out of their minds. If this was a Democrat, this was Chuck Schumer, and we had no idea for 58 days on how he's doing. We'd be out of our skulls right over it.
Pat Gray
We would have been at least gone to the hospital.
Jeff Fisher
Somebody would.
Pat Gray
Someone would have gone to the hospital to check on Chuck Schumer.
Jeff Fisher
Yes.
Pat Gray
With their team, with their videos being shown. We were walking down the hallway.
Jeff Fisher
Demand proof of life.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Jeff Fisher
And. But I guess since it's Mitch McConnell, man, nobody cares.
Pat Gray
And we. Right. We know that. You know, our buddy Tom Tillis, we got video evidence of him. He lives in the back house. The other edifice. House connected.
Jeff Fisher
It's a separate edifice.
Pat Gray
So he did.
Jeff Fisher
We've got no reason to doubt it.
Pat Gray
I think it connects through the garage, but that's a, you know, that's. Otherwise, it's a separate edifice.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, but.
Pat Gray
And we've seen. We saw no video footage of him leaving the hospital, going to his home.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Pat Gray
Nothing at his home.
Jeff Fisher
There's nothing.
Pat Gray
We have video evidence.
Jeff Fisher
You would think as he's being wheeled out, he'd give a wave to a camera, something. Okay. There he Is something. He actually is up and alive.
Caller or Guest
Right.
Jeff Fisher
Something. But we don't like, we don't deserve even that. Not even the wave.
Pat Gray
That's unbelievable.
Jeff Fisher
It is.
Pat Gray
It literally is unbelievable. I, I don't. I mean we saw evidence of one of a proposed caretaker going into his home and when questioned going in, oh yeah, I'm here, I'm gonna be here overnight and I'm taking care of Mitch McConnell. That's what I'm here for. And then she comes out the next morning and she makes a high tails
Jeff Fisher
it to the ride for say a word.
Pat Gray
Won't say a word to the same person that was waiting out there. I mean, so does that prove that McConnell is alive and they told her to zip it or does that prove that he's barely alive and they told her to zip it?
Jeff Fisher
Doesn't prove anything except they told her to zip it.
Pat Gray
Yeah. Part is obvious because I mean she hightails it.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. She's a different person when she comes.
Pat Gray
She sure is.
Jeff Fisher
At least as, as it applies to responding to questions from a reporter.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
You won't say anything. Just like the rest of his staff has done. You know the guy, his chief of staff, who by the way, they make a point out of letting us know he makes $226,000 a year.
Pat Gray
It's a pretty good gig.
Jeff Fisher
That's more than the Senator himself. Your chief of staff is making about 50, 000 more than you are. That's kind of weird.
Pat Gray
Anyway, he's doing the work.
Jeff Fisher
He's repeatedly refused to say. I mean, anything.
Pat Gray
Nothing. We were, we ran into the her. The head of communications for Mitch McConnell.
Jeff Fisher
Nothing.
Pat Gray
Nothing. Yeah, I think that goes against what she's supposed to be.
Jeff Fisher
You would think. Yeah.
Pat Gray
You know, nothing.
Jeff Fisher
You would think.
Pat Gray
Not even a. Not even a stop. Yes. The Senator wanted us to let you know that he's still in. He's doing well and he's doing okay and he's doing what the doctors need. I mean, nothing. Nothing. Yeah, it's unacceptable. It is unacceptable.
Jeff Fisher
Iran is even saying they're going to release photos of Moitaba Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, shortly. We haven't even heard that from McConnell's campaign.
Pat Gray
Not.
Jeff Fisher
You can't even get that out of them.
Pat Gray
I mean the last letter was. They didn't even provide a picture or anything. It was just, it was letter that was supposed to be from Mitch.
Jeff Fisher
Oh.
Pat Gray
Oh, okay, sure. No problem. Because, you know. No problem. He's the United States Senator. The people he's representing in, In Kentucky.
Jeff Fisher
So, so what I would really love for President Trump to put an end to this.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Jeff Fisher
Tell the American people what, where he is, what's going on. Is he even capable of coming back?
Pat Gray
Hasn't that happened?
Jeff Fisher
I don't know. Know. I really don't know.
Pat Gray
I mean, I, I get the President's got a couple things on his plate.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
But he's pretty good at juggling those plates. I mean, that's what makes him Donald Trump. And so I, it's really interesting to me that there hasn't been questions to him.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
That we've seen about.
Jeff Fisher
I think we've seen one in the last two months.
Pat Gray
Maybe one person kind of said he's fine. I'm told he's fine.
Jeff Fisher
The first time, maybe it's been a couple of times because the first time he said he didn't know him anything and then he said, I don't even.
Pat Gray
Because people said he was fine.
Jeff Fisher
People say he's recovering in rehab or whatever, but it's a, it's a, it's a really weird situation.
Pat Gray
Very weird.
Jeff Fisher
Don't get it.
Pat Gray
And un American. Yeah. We've had some, we've had some struggling times in the United States Senate past couple of months since Mitch hasn't been there to do any business at all. Or at least he's, he claims he's still doing the people's business. Are you a. Because you missed a bunch of votes.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. 40 to 50.
Pat Gray
And now there's a time when you're supposed to be back home meeting your constituents in your home state, because this is called, I think, Senate home time or whatever. You're in D.C. apparently in your home in rehab. So you're not really doing that either.
Caller Ron
Either.
Jeff Fisher
No.
Pat Gray
I don't get it. I don't get it.
Jeff Fisher
And I'm pretty sure they're not going to say anything while the Senate is in recess.
Pat Gray
Right.
Jeff Fisher
They're not going to say why.
Pat Gray
They don't have to.
Advertisement Voice
Right.
Pat Gray
They don't have to.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Pat Gray
And we did get a report early on or at least a month or so ago that they were going to pull the plug on him. Right. The plug was going to get pulled. He was unconscious and it was time for him to go. But then that was debunked because that first letter came out.
Caller Ron
Out.
Pat Gray
And so they, I, I, and if you could make the case that because the news broke, they were going to pull the plug. They didn't. So is, has he been on life support this whole time and we're just carrying him around with the, with the, on life support, with the oxygen tank going up and down every, every second.
Jeff Fisher
I don't know, Jeffy, because they've proven nothing. So.
Pat Gray
Yeah, I don't know.
Jeff Fisher
We're just left to speculate like this because they won't say anything.
Pat Gray
I, I, it's crazy. I keep saying it's unbelievable, but they're doing it, so it's believable, I guess.
Jeff Fisher
It's been going on for 58 days, so I guess by now we kind of believe it. Something else that's pretty unbelievable is what's happening in Mexico. Have you heard about the, the killings of influencers?
Pat Gray
I have.
Jeff Fisher
Internet influencers have been being murdered by drug cartels left and right. It's like dozens of. Yeah, I think it's the last count I heard was 40 some.
Pat Gray
Wow, I heard that number. Now are they, have they all been. The couple that I'm aware of, this
Jeff Fisher
is just in the last two years, by the way.
Pat Gray
Okay, so a couple that I'm aware of for sure that were murdered while live streaming.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, some of them were.
Pat Gray
They all, they all weren't murdered live streaming.
Caller Ron
Right.
Jeff Fisher
Okay, but.
Pat Gray
Oh, that makes it better.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, that's better. That's better. At least nobody got had to see it.
Caller Ron
Right.
Jeff Fisher
But in this one case, Cesar Gastelum was dressed in a luminescent orange outfit with delivery ruck sacks on his back and his friends had some on their back and they were joking around on a live stream. And then all of a sudden, two masked people on a motorbike drive by and shoot him in the head. Oh, just like that. He had over 500000 followers. He was the latest in dozens and dozens of influencers being murdered by cartels in Mexico. Often executed publicly and brutally. Then there's a Valeria Marquez, a 23 year old beauty content creator who was shot and killed while live streaming in her beauty salon. The camera continued rolling while blood poured from her chest and head.
Pat Gray
I remember one, I remember one that I watched was a guy kind of in a, he was in his home, but it was a kind of a radio studio set kind of thing set up for his live stream. And they just marched in, shot him, walked away. You see the gun come in and you see him, you know, fall back. And it's still streaming. They weren't concerned.
Jeff Fisher
Wow.
Pat Gray
They weren't concerned about not streaming it. In fact, I believe that was the reason that they wanted to do it then, is because here, this is what could happen to you. Right. There was the, the other Cesar Gastelum.
Jeff Fisher
Yep.
Pat Gray
Right.
Jeff Fisher
Yep. Just talked about.
Pat Gray
Is that right? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. He's the motor guy, Got with the motorcycles.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Pat Gray
They just rolled up on him and took him down.
Jeff Fisher
Yep.
Pat Gray
So that's good times.
Jeff Fisher
It's really frightening. And if you are a. A Mexican influencer in Sinaloa, Jalisco or Mexico City, I'd move if I were you, because this is where the vast majority of these have happened in that. In these three areas. So I. I don't know the way they're. You might think, why are drug cartels even concerned with these influencers? And apparently occasionally they say bad things about. About the cartel. So they pay for it with their life.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Or a lot of times they're involved with them.
Caller or Guest
Yeah.
Pat Gray
They took money.
Jeff Fisher
They've taken money. Yeah.
Pat Gray
And that's. It's hard not to.
Jeff Fisher
I mean, I'm sure it is.
Pat Gray
I mean, I've often thought, you know, I think a lot about, you know, a. If they. If you're in a position for them to come to you, can you say no without any harm coming between you or someone you love?
Jeff Fisher
It's a good question.
Pat Gray
And once you do take the money, because the money's going to be sweet. I can do it. I can do it. I can do it. I just want to do this and I'm going to continue on. This money will help us, and it's all good. All I have to do is. Yes.
Jeff Fisher
Yes, this. Yeah.
Pat Gray
And, you know, sooner or later what happens is you either do something wrong, you get greedy because there's so much
Jeff Fisher
money, or a competing cartel takes offense at what you've said. It's positive about another.
Pat Gray
What you're doing for that cartel.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Pat Gray
Yes. And because you don't have, you know, your own security, you know, you're getting taken care of. Right. I mean, we had that happen here in South Lake, Texas.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
The guy was the financier for some cartel, lived here, living large. Just a regular guy with his family in broad daylight.
Jeff Fisher
The guy is at the South Lake Town center, which is not big. Outdoor mall, really nice, always busy, upscale.
Pat Gray
Everybody walking around.
Jeff Fisher
Everybody walking around.
Pat Gray
He's sitting.
Jeff Fisher
And they didn't care.
Pat Gray
His family got out of the car and he was sitting in the vehicle, and they came up and shot him and drove away.
Jeff Fisher
Yep.
Pat Gray
I think they arrested a couple of people that were part of that already. Maybe they might have gotten.
Jeff Fisher
But that was really unusual because they.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Jeff Fisher
They normally avoid killing people in America because it's their customer base, for one thing. And I think they don't want us clamping down on them, so.
Pat Gray
Which I think Trump is doing now anyway.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, but this is really frightening and I wouldn't want to be an influencer in Mexico right now because it's pretty tough, apparently. And like you said, it's really hard for them to just say no to it because you know, they see the, the cars, the parties, the expensive restaurants, all that's being offered to them by the cartel. And then to turn that down, it's tough. Triple eight seven two seven. Beck More in one minute.

Super Sure Insurance Agency LLC, a licensed insurance agency. Pat Jeffy for Glenn this week. Triple 8727 Beck. Hey, here's an amazing statistic you may or may not know about. About all the homicide in Mexico.
Pat Gray
Okay. All right.
Jeff Fisher
You got all these influencers who have been killed, dozens and dozens of them.
Pat Gray
Yep.
Jeff Fisher
You've got politicians, over 200 politicians that have been murdered in the last few years.
Pat Gray
Do we count the sheriffs as politicians?
Jeff Fisher
Because no, there's also law enforcement. That's a whole separate category. There's an awful lot of those.
Pat Gray
This chicken.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. But here's the thing. Fewer than 10% of the murders in Mexico end in convictions. Fewer than 10%. Which means 90% of the time the murderers get away with it.
Pat Gray
Well, I mean, you can't tell who they are. They're on their motorcycle helmet. They just drive away.
Jeff Fisher
There's no way. Yeah, you're right. You're right.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
They didn't leave a note saying there's
Pat Gray
no facial recognition on the motorcycle helmet.
Caller or Guest
Right.
Jeff Fisher
So what are you gonna do? You're not gonna solve it?
Pat Gray
Solve it.
Jeff Fisher
And that happens time after time after time.
Pat Gray
Plus, if they just drive by other motorcycles, which I. Which I love. Are you supposed to. I mean, there's just like. That solves the case in and of itself. Yeah. It was the motorcycle guys. We're done.
Jeff Fisher
Well, you'd like to maybe, I don't know, hold them accountable for that. Okay, yeah, I think that would be the ultimate goal. But let's not get crazy. It is Mexico.
Pat Gray
I mean, that is incredible. Now, so that is all murders.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
In Mexico.
Jeff Fisher
Less than 10% ending convictions.
Pat Gray
I would say that, you know, now one would think, hey, maybe they should, you know, get better detectives.
Jeff Fisher
That's just crazy talk. It's just. Where are you getting that bit?
Pat Gray
Break it down a little bit. But, you know, maybe they have great detectives, and the detectives are like, yeah, I'm not looking into that. I'm not gonna do that.
Jeff Fisher
I think that's a. It's a combination thing. I don't think a lot of times anybody wants to cross the cartels because nothing good comes of it, you know,
Pat Gray
and perhaps the detectives are. And I just throw this out there. I have no way of knowing. So there's no way to prove this, but perhaps the detectives are working for
Jeff Fisher
the car on the take.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
I have no way of knowing this. Just thinking out loud.
Jeff Fisher
I remember when I was in Houston and we talked about immigration like this quite a bit, and they. They sent the Mexicans, sent, I think it was 9,000 Mexican troops, the federalis into. I don't remember what location it was, but one of the hotbeds of these cartels.
Pat Gray
Okay.
Jeff Fisher
And it turned out that out of the 90,000 that went in, 4,000 of them joined the. Joined the cartels. So it's not really ideal. I would call that suboptimal.
Pat Gray
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Jeff Fisher
So didn't work out real well. So there's a whole bunch of reasons behind it.
Pat Gray
Still not a be careful in Mexico.
Jeff Fisher
And President Trump's offered, let us come help. We can. We can help with that.
Pat Gray
But no.
Jeff Fisher
Nope. No, they don't want that.

Pat and Jeffy for Glenn today. Triple 8727 Beck L. The WNBA doing it again. Making themselves so incredibly likable, aren't they?
Pat Gray
Oh, as always.
Jeff Fisher
How much do you want to watch the WNBA now? I don't think I'll miss a game next year. These are such pleasant, wonderful people.
Pat Gray
I mean, they're turning themselves on their head now, though, you know, they're in a little bit of a firestorm. Even more. Yeah, they are. I mean, this time they're gonna have to face the fire a little bit bit.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
Because they have ex NBA players saying, I identify as a woman.
Jeff Fisher
Right. This is, that's going to be great.
Pat Gray
And I want to be, I, I'm, I want to be up for the draft.
Jeff Fisher
And already Sophie Cunningham, who's with the Indiana Fever, whatever. The Fever.
Pat Gray
Okay.
Jeff Fisher
Right. Like as we all know, it's the Indiana Fever.
Pat Gray
Wow.
Jeff Fisher
And so she already sounded off on let's, you know, keep women's basketball. Women's basketball, no biological males. Meaning we don't want trans women coming in here and playing against us. Well, I think all of these, a lot of these people in the WNBA have taken exception to that.
Pat Gray
They absolutely have. Because they don't listen to what she says. They just hear trans hate. And she wants to ban trans people from being on the planet. And that's not what she said at all.
Jeff Fisher
So in a game, was this last, it was yesterday, right?
Pat Gray
Tony Cunningham. It was a couple days ago. Friday, Saturday Something like, yeah, whatever.
Jeff Fisher
Nobody cares because nobody's interested.
Pat Gray
The only reason we know about it is because it was put on the Internet.
Jeff Fisher
Right.
Pat Gray
There's, like, one person actually watching.
Jeff Fisher
Exactly. And it was. It was the mother, the player that knocked Sophie down. Anyway, here's Sophie Cunningham going in for a layup. She gets this. Dejanae Carrington is thrown out of the game.
Pat Gray
Correct.
Jeff Fisher
And while she's in the locker room,
Pat Gray
game's still going on.
Jeff Fisher
She tweets out white privilege in all caps. What? So it's white privilege to be knocked down on the floor while you're going in for a layup on purpose. You do this flagrant foul to her,
Pat Gray
and that's white privilege.
Jeff Fisher
And then you suffer the consequences of that because anybody would be kicked out of the game for that.
Caller Ron
That.
Jeff Fisher
But that's white privilege.
Pat Gray
Right. Maybe she was busy, you know, tying some more blonde braids on her hair.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. It's not cultural appropriation there. I'm sorry if it is.
Pat Gray
Kind of.
Jeff Fisher
I think it's more than kind of. Oh, man. If. If one of the white women in the league, let's say Caitlyn Clark, comes out in dreads.
Caller or Guest
Dreads.
Oh.
Jeff Fisher
What would they say about that?
Pat Gray
I would love that. But it's never gonna happen.
Jeff Fisher
Never gonna. Especially not with her.
Pat Gray
It would definitely be fights.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Yes.
Pat Gray
Definitely be fights. So she might even be ejected from the game. They might not let her play with the dreads.
Jeff Fisher
It wouldn't surprise me.
Pat Gray
It wouldn't surprise me either.
Jeff Fisher
As Jeffy mentioned, Ennis Cantor. Well, he goes by Enes Cantor Freedom now because he changed his name to Freedom. But anyway, he just declared for the wnba. He's, I don't know, a few years removed from the NBA maybe. He's only 34. So were he to join the WNBA, I'm pretty sure he'd have a serious impact. But here's his announcement over the weekend.
Pat Gray
It was a big, serious production.
Caller or Guest
After careful consideration and reviewing the current eligibility guidelines, I'm officially declaring myself a wnba. Process aspect. If simply declaring who you are is all that's required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the wnba.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Okay.
Caller or Guest
My team and I have carefully examined the WNBA's eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding self identification and inclusion. Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in May 2027. I am definitely not here to make, mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices. I'm simply asking that the Current rules be applied equally to everyone. The rules that represent the very values many WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for. My team and I are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally consistently and without exception. And I look forward to the WNBA honoring its stated principles.
Pat Gray
Yeah, that would be nice. That would be nice.
Jeff Fisher
Ennis, see you at training camp. I love the end of that.
Pat Gray
It's great. This is, look, the WNBA has asked for this from the very beginning, since none of them will come out and say, yeah, you know what, that Sophie's right and they should be. We, you know, it should be for females only. Not that. None of this trans bs. None of this. Well, that's a, that's a layered conversation and I don't know that I'm educated enough to answer you on that topic. Topic.
Jeff Fisher
Wrong.
Pat Gray
I mean, it's just agonizing. So they sent out, the commissioner sent out a letter right after this saying that they're committed to having the conversation. And it's a nuanced approach. It's not nuanced at all.
Caller Ron
No.
Pat Gray
And in fact, we have another ex NBA first round draft pick, Royce White, who said that he is, he is, wants to go into the WNBA draft. And in fact he posted a picture this weekend and that his, his first wig arrived and that this is his, this, he's, we're now entering his feminine era. Oh, wow. And he said he's going to try it out on the court today. And so it's, you know, he's, he's just saying, you know, I'm here, I'm here, I'm ready to go into the wnba and don't, okay. Don't question me.
Caller Ron
Okay.
Pat Gray
It's my, it's my feminine era. So. Okay, this is what you get.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Caller Ron
Yeah.
Pat Gray
And so now the WNBA is saying they're going to have, you know, meetings and have to, you know, talk about this. Yeah, yeah, you will. You're going to have to face it and you're going to have to come out and say what you don't want to say. And that is that if you're a
Jeff Fisher
biological man, you can't play in the wnba.
Pat Gray
The Women's National Basketball association is going to have to be just for women.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Thus the wife.
Caller Ron
You.
Jeff Fisher
So, I mean, it's agonizing. And again, if you're going to play that game where, well, you have to identify as a female. NS Cantor. Freedom doesn't identify.
Pat Gray
Sure does.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, he does. He said it.
Pat Gray
Said it.
Jeff Fisher
Said he does what? And, and this Royce, this guy as
Pat Gray
well they said it.
Jeff Fisher
So what are you gonna do?
Pat Gray
Yeah, he got away.
Jeff Fisher
What? You're gonna have to decide, all right. What is the length of time that they have to have been. Have been identifying as a female?
Caller Pat
What.
Jeff Fisher
What is it that's going to differentiate. Where do you draw that line? It's going to be fascinating.
Pat Gray
It's going to be.
Jeff Fisher
Unless they just flat out say, if you were born male, you can't compete in the wnba. They're gonna have to do that. Right?
Pat Gray
One would have to do that. And if they're gonna. If they're gonna test, they're gonna have to test. You know, it's gonna have to be. If you're already in the wnba, you don't have to have a test, but if you want to come into the wnba, then you have to have a test, because they already have.
Jeff Fisher
Seems fair.
Pat Gray
Oh, I already have some in the WNBA that are.
Jeff Fisher
That you think are males.
Pat Gray
Yeah.
Jeff Fisher
You think Brittany gr is absolutely male.
Pat Gray
100.
Jeff Fisher
100. All right, look it up.
Pat Gray
I've seen poolside picks male.
Jeff Fisher
Really?
Pat Gray
Yeah. I could not have been doctored by AI at all.
Jeff Fisher
No.
Pat Gray
No.
Jeff Fisher
Oh, okay. So it's impossible that that was AI.
Pat Gray
Yeah. So what I said.
Jeff Fisher
Or Photoshopped.
Pat Gray
Yes, Whatever. Huh? Yes. All right.
Caller or Guest
Right.
Jeff Fisher
Granted, Britney Griner does. Sounds a little more masculine, acts a little more masculine, but she's not. She's female.
Pat Gray
Whatever you say, Pat.
Jeff Fisher
That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying.
Pat Gray
I mean, they're gonna have to come out. Yeah, they have to.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, you would think so.
Pat Gray
Have to.
Jeff Fisher
You would think so. Otherwise you're gonna get more of this Ennis Canter stuff.
Pat Gray
Because you can't stop it then. No, you can't because they, they feel
Jeff Fisher
that they're a woman.
Caller or Guest
Right.
Pat Gray
That's your. That's your trademark. That's what, that's what's so nuanced about this conversation.
Jeff Fisher
And what they'll say is. And as cantorists try to make a point here. But where do you. Again, where do you make that distinction? Yeah, where do you draw that line? How do you know others aren't making that point, too? It's. It's silly. They should just do it just right now, come out and state emphatically, we're only for biological women. If you were born a biological woman, you can play in the wnba. Otherwise, you can't.
Pat Gray
You can't.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
And do you think, you know, the commissioner Engelberg is going to say that? She's going to have to. Otherwise the League is doomed.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, right.
Pat Gray
You, you, the, the NBA. What's his face that's in charge of the NBA. Silver. He's got to be on the phone to Engelbert saying we give you hundreds of millions a year, keep this league alive. I know you're saying that you're making money these days, but we subsidized this league.
Jeff Fisher
Oh yeah. They have for the whole 30 years been an organization.
Pat Gray
I'm sure that she, when Adam Silver calls, she takes the call. And I know that she, you know, as she says, we, they approach this topic. Topic thoughtfully, respectfully and in alignment with long standing values of our league. You're gonna have to bend the knee. You're gonna have to. Otherwise your league is doomed.
Jeff Fisher
That's why it was fun that Ennis Cantor started out the video by.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Jeff Fisher
After careful thought and consideration.
Pat Gray
Yes.
Jeff Fisher
Okay, so he's carefully thought this out.
Pat Gray
I identify as a woman, so you
Jeff Fisher
cannot bash him for that. It was after a lot of careful thought and consideration.
Pat Gray
Amen.
Jeff Fisher
All right. More coming up.
Pat Gray

Jeff Fisher
So we just played the Sophie Cunningham video where she gets knocked down by Dijonay Carrington. Carrington gets thrown out of the game. Well, the left and the other WNBA players are all trying to show these clips of Sophie Cunningham doing something similar. Not quite, not quite as egregious. But, but I mean nobody ever said she hasn't done it. We're just saying that that was egregious.
Pat Gray
That particular play. Yeah, yeah.
Jeff Fisher
That play was egregious and had nothing to do with white privilege. What are you talking about?
Pat Gray
Right.
Jeff Fisher
Where's this white privilege stuff?
Pat Gray
I don't know. And, and I'm sure Sophie went into the locker room after the game and went. Who? Thanks to my white privilege, I didn't get kicked out.
Jeff Fisher
Why would she?
Pat Gray
Oh, yeah, that's a good point.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
She wouldn't.
Jeff Fisher
She wouldn't. Yeah, she did it. Her egregious foul was to another white person.
Pat Gray
Oh, yeah.
Jeff Fisher
Right. So where does the white privilege come in?
Pat Gray
I don't know. White on white privilege crime. I don't know.
Jeff Fisher
Is there such a thing?
Pat Gray
I don't know. I don't think so.
Jeff Fisher
If there is, nobody cares about it, that's for sure. So I don't know. But this WNBA thing, they are so unlikable. The whole league just forget it.
Pat Gray
Yep. They've most definitely. They go out of their way to be unlikable.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah, they really do.
Pat Gray
Really amazing.
Jeff Fisher
They really do try to spit in your face. I mean, even if you try to be a friend fan because you like Caitlin Clark and you like what Sophie Cunningham has done recently, they even then they spit in your face.
Pat Gray
Yeah. The bulk of the whole thing.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. It's just too much. Too much to. To try to become a fan of, I think.
Pat Gray
And Sophie is there to protect Caitlyn. And Caitlyn, when asked about it, is never a hundred percent on Sophie's side.
Jeff Fisher
No, she hasn't really reciprocated.
Pat Gray
Well, we're here to think about the game and we want to think, you know, the game is the game and we're here for that. And that's all, that's all that I care about is, is focusing on the game. It's like. No, that's not what we're talking about, Caitlyn.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah. Yeah. But she's obviously trying to play that game and trying to be a friend of everything.
Pat Gray
You're just not going to win it. And she obviously should know that. Know that by now.
Jeff Fisher
Yeah.
Pat Gray
That she's not going to win it.
Jeff Fisher
Meanwhile, Tucker Carlson's gonna have Hunter Biden on his show.
Pat Gray
Yeah. Drops today, drops today. Interview drops today.
Jeff Fisher
It's supposedly three hours.
Pat Gray
I don't know that. I don't know. I'm waiting for it to drop. I. I heard some rumors about it being that long. I don't know how long it is. The love fest can only last for so long.
Jeff Fisher
Here's a promo of what's about to
Pat Gray
transpire I haven't seen you in 11 years, though. I've talked about you. Hunter Biden. I love Candace.

I do, too.
Pat Gray

No.

Pat Gray

Jeff Fisher

Pat Gray

Mike Rogers

Pat Gray

Mike Rogers
sudden, Trump's under the bed and it's
Jeff Fisher
like, whoa, he was under my bed.
Pat Gray
Just. We are at an inflection point in this country.
Jeff Fisher
What's your plan?
Pat Gray
We are in desperate, desperate need of leadership.
Jeff Fisher
I mean, I'm just sitting here with my mouth agape. I don't even know what to say about that. How has this happened? Wow. All right. Of course, you like Marjorie Taylor Greene, Thomas and Thomas Massie. They've turned on the president.
Pat Gray
And Candace. And Candace.
Jeff Fisher
Oh, my gosh. And she gave him, what, two hours? Long time to try to rehabilitate him, too. So, yeah, of course you're in love with these people. Wow. All right, see you back here tomorrow.
Episode: How Much Longer Can Mitch McConnell Keep the Truth from Us?
Date: August 10, 2026
Hosts: Jeff Fisher, Pat Gray (in for Glenn Beck)
Theme: Contemporary American politics and culture, focusing on U.S.-Iran tensions, the Senate’s accountability (notably Senator Mitch McConnell’s undisclosed health crisis), Senate races, the WNBA/transgender athlete debate, and the growing perception of political radicalism in key 2026 midterm contests.
This episode’s main theme is the urgent question of transparency and accountability in American government, with a specific focus on Senator Mitch McConnell’s continued absence. The conversation branches out to analyze U.S. policy toward Iran, economic anxieties (especially regarding gas prices), the 2026 Senate races (especially in Michigan and Texas), and broader cultural clashes—including the WNBA’s transgender athlete dilemma and recent tragic violence in Mexico against influencers. The tone throughout is sardonic, energetic, and strongly opinionated.

The episode is marked by frustration at political stalemates and a belief that American leadership is failing to provide straight answers or forceful solutions—especially with Iran and with McConnell’s health crisis. The hosts are unabashedly right-leaning, skeptical of progressive politics, openly disdainful of perceived media and governmental hypocrisy, and employ sarcasm and banter to drive home points about America’s cultural and political fault lines in the run-up to the 2026 midterms.
