It's a new day. I'm turning. Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is the Glenn Beck program. Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. We're so glad that you're here. Welcome. I'm a little upset at justice in this country. Perhaps you are too, just a little bit with Daniel Penney and what's going on with Daniel Penney in New York City again. They are just changing the law in New York. Honestly, if you live in New York, you should reconsider because there is no such thing as justice. There's no such thing as a law that's written down and they follow it. I'll explain in 60 seconds. First, let me tell you about relief factor. You ever look at Joe Biden when he's on TV and think, man, I bet that guy sleeps like a baby. Corrupt, morally, bankrupt, dishonest, stupid baby. But man, I wish I could sleep that well in front of world leaders. Don't you? You're not alone. I wish we can all sleep like Joe Biden. For whatever reason, it's not happening for a lot of us. You don't get a good night's rest and then you act like Joe Biden all day. There is something out there that can really help you sleep. It's called Z factor. I take it many nights. My wife takes it many nights. It's 100% drug free way to help you fall asleep faster. Sleep better. Stay Asleep longer. It's not anything you can possibly get addicted to. You don't feel it in your body at all. It just relaxes you a little bit and helps you sleep deeper and faster. Fall asleep faster. And you sleep through the night. You wake up in the morning and you feel refreshed again. You don't feel it at all. It's Z factor 100% natural relief factor, 46% off. On your first order. If you go to relief factor.com, that's relief factor.com, or call 800, the number four relief. That's 800, the number four relief. Okay, so here's what happened on Friday. If you've been following the Daniel Penney trial. Now, Daniel Penney is the guy who was on the subway, did absolutely the right thing by standing up when this. This guy who was. He's psychotic. He was high on crack or something. I mean, I don't know what the other options are besides crack, but he was high on something and he was threatening everybody on the subway and said, I'm going to kill you all. I'm going to kill you all. Well, there was this Marine sitting there, and nobody got up and did anything because everybody's afraid. So do you remember what was the guy's name? I said it just last week or so. The guy that was on the plane that was going to the Pentagon and they crashed. Not Pentagon, the Capitol. And they crashed in Pennsylvania. Beeman. Todd. Todd. Todd Beamer. Beamer. Todd Beamer. Todd Beamer stood up and said, let's go. And he got everybody to do it. Right. We all thought that was a hero. Well, now in New York, that's not a hero. This guy is a Marine, knew how he could choke the guy out without killing him, but he was high on crack or whatever, and he choked him out and he died. Well, everybody was happy that he did it. Not that he died, but everybody was happy that he took control of the situation and stopped this guy because everyone on the train was afraid for their life. So they interview him. He's saying to the police, I didn't mean to hurt him. He doesn't know he's dead. At the time, you know, I just wanted to choke him out. I really hope that, you know, everything's okay, but, you know, somebody had to stand up and do something. The guy is clearly a hero. Well, not in New York, because common sense doesn't exist in New York. And so they decide to try him. Well, now they're in the trial, and here's. Here's how it works. First, they charged. They charged him with two things. And if you have a hung jury on either one of those, it's a mistrial. Okay? So they charged me with just being too good looking and a second count of just being too smart. If the jury is like, I don't know, 11 of us say, nope, and one is like, no, he's really good looking. I thank my wife for being part of the jury pool. But it's a hung jury, okay? And you can't go to the second count if you're hung on the first. That's the law. Well, Maxwell Wiley, who is the quote, justice handed the prosecution a gift. It was a Christmas gift. Hey, it's coming a little early. Why don't you open this up? He allowed or granted the request to drop the count of manslaughter in the second degree, which the jury was deadlocked on. On telling the jury, now just only consider the lesser charge of criminally negligent homicide. Well, you. You can't do that. You can't do that. You have to come to a conclusion 12, 0 on the first one before you can move to the second one if you're hung on the first one. This, this is, this is a game that is being played because. Because apparently Bragg just wants another conviction of somebody. And you cannot change the rules in the middle of the game. But doesn't matter in New York City. Why are you living in New York? Sincerely. Sincerely. Haven't they given you enough indications that they don't care about the law? Alvin Bragg, he should be fired. There should be people right now marching in the streets in New York saying this guy's gotta go. It's not. This isn't. This isn't about Donald Trump. He's already bent the law so far out of shape that you can't even recognize it under Donald Trump. And now for a regular person, he does it again and a judge helps him do it. This isn't American justice. So Bragg asked for this. Can't even believe he should be disbarred for even asking for this. And so should the judge for granting it. So what's going to happen? Well, today the jury is going back under new rules just made up, and they're going to consider the lesser charge without the bigger charge so he could be charged with the lesser one. See, this is why they always say on the first count, we find the defendant not guilty or we find him guilty. If they say we are hung on the first count, you never get to the second, third, fourth, fifth, Count. You have to have a verdict on each count. So what are they going to say on the first count, we're hung? Well, the law requires then that this case is a mistrial and Bragg can go for the lesser charge and try him again. But you can't just. This is insane. This is insane. This is not American justice. This is a kangaroo court. We in New York, again, I just say to you, why are you living there if they don't care? Look what they've done to business. They've charged Donald Trump with something that has never, ever been charged before. Never been charged before. It was not a victimless crime. It wasn't a crime. It wasn't a crime. He stated that the value of one of his houses, Mar a lago, was worth more than the state said, the bank does. You never walked into a bank and said, you know what? I've got a house worth $14 billion. And they go, oh, okay, we'll take your word for it. They don't ever do that. They go and they send somebody to inspect and look at the house and evaluate and give value for the bank to the house. And they're like, yeah, it's now we're 14. We're going to give you $1400 of value for that. Okay. Then he took out a loan based on those numbers. He paid it back with interest exactly as contracted. And where's the crime? Because everybody, everyone puts a different value perhaps than the bank does. The bank doesn't take your word for it. If the bank took everybody's word for it, the bank would be out of business. My gosh. So they did that. What does that mean for businesses? It means if they don't like you, look out, look out. They also charged him with other business crimes. Never been tried before. They don't care. But everybody looked the way the other way because that was Donald Trump. This isn't. This is not Donald Trump. Now, this is a guy who all of America should be calling a hero. If you watched him say after they arrested him, and they're, they're trying him or they're, they're questioning him with the police, they come in and they're talking to him. The guy is clearly not. Yeah, well, I took him down. He was clearly just trying to protect people and do the right thing. Again, there are two Americas and, and I don't understand this one because this one isn't about this. This one's not about Donald Trump. Now, there have been people who've tried to make this about race because he's white. And the victim was black. So maybe New Yorkers are still buying into that crap. That show is over, guys. That show is over when there is a real crime about black and white. White on black or black on white, doesn't matter. But you're at the very end of all of this nonsense of DEI and all of that crap. You're at the end of it. That was a bad movie. And we're at the end of it and people are starting to walk out of the theater going, I don't think I bought that. That was. Well, that was ridiculous. People liked it for a long time. It's not over yet, but it's close now. Let me give you another story. This is the same kind of story, except it happens in Germany, but it's to an American, 64 year old. What? Where? Etri Etria.
