Nobody holds anybody accountable anymore for anything, especially white people, you know, and he says they have higher rates of obesity and heart disease and cancer and diabetes from the stress they carry African Americans from having to deal with being called the N word directly or indirectly every day. And I think it's the indirectly that we usually dismiss. Um, and, and I know I, I've been fat for a long time, outta shape for a long time. And a lot of people would say, glenn, that's your fault, you fat, fat fatty. You know what you do? You just can't put the cake down. You just refuse to exercise. No, no, no. I won't hear your racism anymore, okay? I am riddled with skin cancer. Now some people would say, glenn, that's because you were born in exactly the right place. You were born in Seattle, Washington, where nobody ever sees the sun, ever. But you decided to move to Phoenix and you then moved to Texas and you just decide to just roast every day. The minute you walk out, you turn into a lobster. No, no, I won't hear it, you bigot. I don't have skin cancer because of that. I'm not fat because of cake. It is the stress that I have to deal with every single day because of, of people like Jamal Bowman who insist on calling me a racist or a sexist or anti semitic or Islamophobic. I can't figure that one even out. I gaining weight just thinking about it. Homophobic, transphobic. Every day, directly and indirectly, I'm called these names. I mean, listen, can't you Hear I'm getting fatter by a second. Can't you hear that? I have. Sorry. Thought I was having a heart attack there for a second because I was called bad names. Sticks and stones may break your bones, my mother told me, but names will never hurt you. She doesn't know these names that I have been called directly and indirectly for years. Sure, it may not break my bones, but I'm. They carve my face up all the time because of the skin cancer caused by people calling me antisemitic and strangely Islamophobic, usually at the same time. And my face just starts to bubble up like it's just one giant petri dish of cancer, you know? You don't have any idea. You don't have any idea the trouble Jamal Bowman has. Would you listen, please? Stop dismissing him. Gosh, you have no idea what. What people like him go through. Let me. May I just say. May I just say. And this is not Christ like for me to say, so I probably shouldn't say, but I'm going to say making decision. Am I going to go to hell for this? Probably. And, you know, I'm just feeling a lot of hope right now. We did it. I'm feeling a huge mix of emotions. I'm really nervous, but I'm also so hopeful. It's been so spectacular seeing New York come together in this way and rally behind Zoran and. Yeah, let's do this, guys. She is so traumatized. She is so traumatized. And I understand that, sweetheart. My parents embarrassed me. Not as. Not to the extent that your parents have embarrassed you. That loss was. I mean, the whole campaign. I could see you could be crippled in bed with the shame that came with. Oh, no, it's because you voted for her and then she lost. Yeah. I don't really have any sympathy for you. You know how many times I've wanted things and it didn't work out. And, you know, I. I really don't use the word triggered because I think that's for. And I also really don't use the word traumatized. I mean, unless if you were a hostage. Okay. You know, I was in A Liam Neeson movie. And he made me believe I was actually a hostage. And I had to wait an hour and a half before he came in and rescued me. I understand your trauma then. I understand your trauma. I understand trauma. You know, I was at war. Okay, Your trauma, your trauma. I'm experiencing a lot of trauma because I had to go in. I'm just a triggering event. I had to go in and vote, and now I gotta go in and vote there again. Oh, my. Oh, my. How do you walk? How do you do it? You're so brave. You are just. No, seriously, you're so very brave. Now I might be traumatizing you again because I'm, of course, a racist, sexist, anti Semitic, homophobic, transphobic, and Islamophobic fat, fat, fatty, riddled with skin cancer. So there you go. Just wanted to start the show, just getting that off my chest because it's, you know, it's Friday, and we just can't. We can't carry these things around. We can't carry these things around. And why for you, John, this is the best question I have had in a very long time. And it is my fault that you feel confused, because I think I mentioned it the next day, and I should have started with this. Steve Bannon and I disagree on an awful lot of things. And you, as a smart listener and one who has been loyal for a long time, have heard me warn about Steve Bannon. And I have a lot of things to talk about with Steve Bannon, and, you know, his friend in Russia is one of those things. However, and this is what I should have started the conversation with exactly what I just said to you, and then this. However, we are now eating each other alive. Do you notice the time that I had him on? It was during the week when we have Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz tearing each other apart, when we have our conservatives killing each other. And while I do believe that Steve plays a role in traditionalism, et cetera, et cetera, and that is extraordinarily dangerous, I also, in my fault, my problem was not pointing that out to you when I had him on and saying, I still believe those things. However, what I think is important today is to demonstrate that two people who strongly disagree with each other on certain things both understand we cannot continue to separate ourselves. I believe that this is. This is not. This is not done just by people who disagree with themselves. Like, you know what? I'm going to take on Ted Cruz. You know what I'm going to do? I'm going to take on Tucker Carlson. I don't agree with either one of those at times, and I like both of those guys at times, and I have pretty strong opinions on both of them. That might surprise you. Um, however, when I saw that, when I saw Elon Musk and Donald Trump take each other on, I thought to myself, that's the end of the republic. That's the end of the republic. When I see Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz take each other on like that, that's the end of the republic. Because if we continue to divide ourselves to a place to where we can't have a conversation, it's you're all of this or you're all of that, then we are doomed. We are doomed. So what I should have said, and I don't know if it would have made it better for you, but what I should have said was, here is a guy I have real disagreements on and I have talked about for a very long time, and I'm having him on this week because we must begin to have conversations. About a year ago. And I met with him and had a uncomfortable, private conversation, the two of us. And it was at that time that both of us said, this is what we do believe is coming. We do agree on this, that really, really tough times are coming and we have got to not eat each other alive. That doesn't mean we can't point out the differences and the strong differences. But if we can't make allies on our own, on our own side while pointing out the truth, we're in trouble. And so I'm sorry for the confusion on that. I'm glad you brought this up because it bothered me because I got off the air yesterday and somebody wrote to me and said, glenn, I don't understand. And, and I wish I would have done it differently. I just, it just didn't occur to me. I just, sometimes I just think you're in my head and you know, but as my wife tells me all the time, no, we didn't have that conversation, Glenn. That's the birthright, citizenship and the injunctions. If this one goes with Trump, it's going to limit the court's ability to issue sweeping injunctions, you know, nationwide. Bob, I hope you are wrong, but I fear you have real truth in your statement. I don't think Donald Trump is being, is distracted. I think there is literally so much going on and he is unfortunately having, I think to spend a lot of his time on what is happening on a global level and trusting that the Senate and everybody else is going to do their job and get the economy on track. And his, he, he should concentrate on the big beautiful bill. I know a lot of people don't like it. There's stuff in it I don't like. However, if we don't get the tax cuts done, if that doesn't happen, if we don't get some of the things that are in the bill, he will not be able to turn the economy around. And that's all he should be saying right now. I want the big beautiful bill. I want it, I want it, I want it. Pass it now. Even if it's just for the tax cuts. There's, you know, this is not an appropriations bill. So there are other things that can happen but if they, if this bill isn't passed, if he doesn't get the tax cuts, I fear you are exactly right, Bob. And it will not be good for America. He's got to get that bill passed. He's got to get these tax cuts and he's got to get the economy on the, on the road to health. There are too many people that are, are struggling and too many people that believed in him and I'm one of them. I still believe in him. I hope you do too. However, we're not seeing the arrests that we should have. We're not seeing, you know, the deep state being routed out. We're not seeing doge being passed in Congress and in the Senate. We are seeing, I think, miraculous things happening on a global stage. But the American people are not going to care about the global stage if they, if they can't afford their groceries and their, their paychecks are not getting bigger. The governments of multiple countries all over the world to infiltrate, to get people within the halls of their lawmaking abilities and use and turn the system against those countries and ultimately their constitutions. That's why the Muslim Brotherhood was created in Egypt. That's why the Egyptians have been at war with the Muslim Brotherhood since its inception. It spread all the Gulf kingdoms. They have classified the Muslim Brotherhood as a terror organization because they know exactly what they're Trying to do. One of those organizations that, the Muslim Brotherhood in that famous Philly meeting, in that case, the US Versus the Holy Land Foundation. One of those organizations that got its start right after that was from a guy named Nihad Awad. Nihad Awad was at this meeting, and they were talking. He was kind of like the slick communications director. I'm not sure if that was his title or what, but that's basically what he was acting as. And they were talking about. And I mean, I want everyone in the audience to Google this court case, United States of America versus the Holy Land Foundation. You can read these transcripts for yourself. And they're talking about creating not only organizations like the Palestine Committee, the Holy Land foundation, to funnel money back towards Hamas, but also organizations that would seem benign, that would seem under the radar, that wouldn't get press coverage if some of the other ones got, you know, caught or ensnared in some of what they were doing. One of those organizations that just kind of popped up after the fact was an organization called the Council on American Islamic Relations. Cair. This is an accepted organization now. It's everywhere. Nihad Awad, who was at that meeting back then, is still the director of care. You see him walking the halls of Congress. You'll see him with people like Ilhan Omar, Linda Sarsour back when she was popular. You'll still see him. They're making campaign contributions for this New York City mayor candidate. So this is still going on. They're still trying to get candidates that look legitimate within powers of government. And this goes all the way back to that case.

I know. I, I, I, I think the United States government, I think the president should name CARE a an enemy of state because it's, it's a very, very dangerous organization for everything that you just pointed out. And I think this is also why the Islamists and communists and radicals get along so well. Because what is the difference between Takia and, and Sol Linsky? Ends justify the means. Nothing. I mean, Saul Linsky says the same thing. You can lie, you can cheat, you can steal, you can do whatever you want. You just have to beat these guys. And so ends justify the means. You don't want to kill a million people. You can kill a million people. Is it going to, is it going to help with global warming? Yeah. Then it's fine. And you can lie all the way to the, you know, all the way to the gas chambers. You can lie to them all the way to the gas chambers. It's, it's just, it's really, really evil. And you know, I said last hour that Mamdani is going to do for Islamism what Barack Obama did for Marxism. He's going to mainstream it. He already is. He's going to mainstream it. People are not going to understand it and it's just gonna, just gonna grow and grow. And it is incumbent upon all of us to learn about these things. We have to be. We have to be able to be better at explaining ourselves and defending and not publicly per se as much as just privately with our own family and, and the people that we meet in our lives. We have to be able to start thinking critically and be able to make logical conclusions and an arguments against this stuff. You know, I don't know if you know this, but communism isn't neat. It's just really not. It's. It's not clever, it's not cute. It's a death cult. And the record is really, really clear now. They have somehow or another turned America into a death cult to make it look like it is the worst country to ever grace the face of the earth. That is not true and easily provably untrue. Have we made mistakes? Have we done really bad things in the past? Yeah. Name the country that hasn't. But we're not the blight on the planet that the left has taught our children. We are. And they are teaching them that the answer to that is Islamism is radical ideology. Is, is communism. Islamism and communism have one thing in common and it's more than the last three letters in the name. It's death. It is death. It is a cult of death. And they've just found another guy to carry the water who is well spoken, who is as fake as Barack Obama is, and he's now going to take Islamism and make it cool all across the country. And you don't win that by silencing him. I don't know if you've heard some of the people that are saying, you know, we need to kick him out of the country. You know, well, first of all, he's here legally. He's now a citizen of the United States. And everybody in the United States has a right to their opinion. You know, we don't silence people. You know, I said on a special that we did this week, that is exactly what the Shah of Iran did to the Islamists. He silenced them, kicked them out of the country and they only grew in power and people started saying, look at he is a dictator. This isn't good. He won't let anybody speak that's not good and that's not what we should do. And the other thing I want to remind you, it, what seemed like it was outside of the country was already inside of Iran, 1978, it was already there. And there was unrest because people weren't happy with the regime. They weren't happy with the Shah, but they certainly didn't want to, you know, to wear burkas. The women didn't want to do that. They didn't want to go back to the 12th century or the 8th century. Who would want to do that? Well, the religious wanted to do that, but they were a minority. But the, the population was so arrogant, they think, they thought that, well, that can never happen here. And then the regime started making the mistake of arresting these people or deporting these people and saying, you can't have that opinion. And they started to, because of the work that the, the extremists had already done. They only made it easier to believe, oh my gosh, the Shah is a bad guy. So with the communist, the anarchist and the Islamist, overnight they toppled Iran. We're no different than that. Is this will happen overnight if we can't figure out a way to start teaching this to our children and teaching what America really is and what our responsibility is. All right, back in just a second. Right, so actually we're a very private society, so we're a 34 year palliative care organization. And palliative care is basically you take care of people when they're chronically ill or they're terminally ill, and you take care of them well until their natural end. And so we fundraised over a couple a few years $8 million to open a hospice and a palliative care support center next door. And so we raised that money, we got a 35 year land lease with the public health authority. We built two buildings, a 10 bed hospice, a 7,500 square foot supportive care center where we did our counseling and all the supportive programs. And then the service agreement was for operating costs. So every year they'd give us, when it ended, $1.4 million. And when we built those buildings, we opened them and we operated our program with the hospice for 10 years. Everything went fine until this thing they call the state euthanasia program called maid right came into law. And then the province basically came to us and said, you're going to have to start providing euthanasia. You're going to have to going to start killing your patients in the hospice because you're getting, you're getting public money, right? We said absolutely not. We absolutely will not. At which point you're exactly right. The fascism kicked in. I just call it stone cold communism and said, you're not going to get any money if you don't start killing your patients. So then they cancelled that service agreement in which we said, that's fine, look, we don't need your money, we'll be fine without your money. Which apparently is the wrong answer because then they. Yeah, so then they went after the lease and we had 25 years left on that land lease and they canceled it. And now these incidentals, like the buildings on them, they just consider those to be like some kind of an old shack or fence and they expropriated them. So at the end of the day, they evicted Us, the organization, from our building, they expropriated those assets which were valued at 8 and a half million dollars, kicked us out and took this, took our stuff. And then they, they started to operate our hospice and they put in the euthanasia.

They'll, they'll just blow through them because they've got a lot of them that are built up and they will start releasing them right at 9:00 Eastern and, and just blow through them all. We are getting them in dribs and drabs because the people who are dissenting and the justices are all wanting to read it out loud in the court, which is highly unusual and is a sign that they're pretty angry with one another. And I want you to listen to the dissent on the first case that is coming out. The argument was about judicial supremacy. Can these federal judges just say to the president, nope, you can't make that decision. We're putting a moratorium on that and we're going to shut it down for the whole country. And the Supreme Court decided today, no, you can't do that. But there were three Supreme Court justices, the three most liberal ones that dissented. Listen to the who who wrote this part of the the comeback, if you will.

Okay, so the first story, the first SCOTUS decision that came out is Trump, Trump versus Casa. And Jason, you've been watching this over the last hour, so I want to make sure that I have this right. But the first one has come out in favor of Donald Trump and this impact on this one is really, really high. This one is so important. The Supreme Court has decided that they will limit the federal court's ability to issue any kind of sweeping injunction, which now also signals an openness to restricting birthright citizenship and reshaping of immigration law. This stops the power of the judges to block executive actions nationally. And this is important for structural implications and for immigration, but also mainly for separations of power. Do I have that one right, Jason, on their ruling?

Glenn Beck (92:57)

Okay, so we have four rulings today. One is in our favor, two are not in our favor, and those are about the power of the federal government just to continue to grow. Now, the next one is Mahmoud versus Taylor, and this one is all about LGBTQ curriculum in schools. And do you. Do parents have a right to say no if they side with the parents? That could force public schools to allow opt outs from any LGBTQ related content. And it will reshape the school policy nationwide if they sided with the school district. It expands state authority to teach inclusion topics over all religious objections. So this one will impact cultural and educational institutions, especially in any kind of diverse or religious community. So we are hoping that they side with the parents and here's what they decided. The vote was 6:3. Majority opinion by Alito. The court holds that the families are likely to succeed and are entitled to a preliminary injunction. From Alito's opinion, we have long recognized the rights of parents to direct the religious upbringing of their children. And we have held that those rights are violated by government policies that substantially interfere with the religious development of children. Dissenting Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson. Look at the damage that has been done by appointing Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson. We, Donald Trump has got to get another person on the Supreme Court. We have got to have a young and Clarence Thomas. We have to have somebody who is just dirt strong on the Constitution. Uh, I, my hope would be, I mean there's a, there's a couple of people get into that maybe, maybe next week, but there's a couple of people that I think should be justices and I would hope that we could get these names to the president if it happens and he'll move in these directions. There's a couple of people that I really feel strongly would be fantastic. And one of them you may not, you may not even be aware of. So it's a mixed bag today. Two on the state growing and two in the opposite direction. One, the, the, the presidency is not king, but neither is the federal court system. So the federal court can't say, well, he's being fascistic by saying, you know, he's issuing this executive order. He doesn't have a right to do that. And so a federal judge by themselves can stop and overturn the president and his executive order. That can't happen. Whether that's going to stop anything, I don't know. But the Supreme Court, thank God, has come down right on that one. The other one that is really good is you now will have to have an opt out. No matter where your kids go to school, if they're teaching your kids crap that disagrees with your religion, you can have the opt out. Because that was, that was the real secret here. They were not allowing parents to opt out. They weren't notifying or allowing them a chance to opt out. No matter what they were teaching, your kid had to go and listen to it. And that is, to me, the parental right thing is probably the biggest one out of all of these for me because I think if we lose control of our ability to parent and raise our children the way we want. We are living in a fascist society. And so that's, I think, good news. Really good news. So there's a couple more, I think, that are yet to come out. Right. The Free Speech Coalition versus Paxton, which is the online verification of speech and the redistricting and racial gerrymandering. A gerrymandering, which is Louisiana versus. Is it Calais? Those two have not come out. They come out maybe tomorrow.

Did you. Did you hear the first hour of the podcast today where I had a caller call in? It was really very sharp, and he took me to task and said, you know, I don't understand you, Glenn. For the first time, I think you kind of sold out or. I can't remember what he said, but it wasn't. It wasn't, you know, kind, but it was honest. And he said, because you had Bannon on, and you've been telling us about Bannon for years and how dangerous he is, and I took that criticism to heart because I made the same criticism to myself yesterday, because somebody brought this up to me, and I realized I hadn't said why I put Steve Bannon on. Steve and I have had several conversations now, and I believe that Steve is a capital T, traditionalist. And that, to me, is very, very dangerous. But I agree with him on some other things. And I had him on this week, the first time ever I had him on because I wanted to talk to him about Iran. And we are not in lockstep on everything on that subject, but we have enough to where we can stand together. And I did it because I saw Tucker Carlson, who I like, and Ted Cruz, who I like. I saw Donald Trump, who I like, and Elon Musk, who I like, come at each other. And I felt it did more damage to us than. Than China could. To the, to the right. We are dividing ourselves when we don't have to. We can disagree with each other but still stand together because we both believe in the Republic and that's. That's the difference. And we, we're not going to make it unless we start putting our. Some of our differences aside. And some of them are important. And this is where I failed when I had Steve on today or Monday is I didn't spend the time I should have preparing you for why I had him on. Because we do have profound differences. But we've got to put the differences that we, we can deal with and, and openly talk about and discuss and let others decide which one of us is right. We have to stand together or we're going to be standing in an empty room and we're going to wonder why we, you know, why did we lose the Republic? It come from the forces of darkness? Well, I think it came from, you know, man is. Man was given the power to create. And in many ways we create the same way God creates. He thinks it, he speaks it. It becomes. We think it, we speak it, and it becomes. So it came from us. Now, will it be used by darkness? Absolutely. Are there dark forces involved? Absolutely. But are there also good forces? I don't look at AI as anything but a tool. It's. It was created by man, and so it's going to be more flawed than man is. I mean, look how flawed we are. And we were created by a perfect being. Can you imagine what it's going to be like when we've created something? But it is, it is up to us to make sure we get it as right as we possibly can. I think it is absolutely going to be the tool of an Antichrist. It is complete control if we allow it to control us like that. However, I do believe that because I've talked to several people who I think are doing remarkable things that you don't know about yet with AI I'm going into an AI venture, and I have prayed about this and prayed about this a lot because I know, remember, I've probably many people in this audience heard about the warnings of AI from me. Maybe as one of the first people that was warning. I've been warning about it since 1995 or 97, and, and nobody would listen for a long time, but now they're starting to pay attention and, and we can use it. And I, I have a feeling it will only be temporary. It might only last a short period of time, but it has to be used by our side as well. Only if we can realize that it is a tool and nothing else. And a tool to help us not come up with answers, but help us. Universities are only good if they don't teach you what to think, but they teach you how to think. We have lost the ability to access, our ability to critically think, to ask the right questions. And I, I hope that that is what we can get from AI before it goes super, super dark. I fear, though, too many people are just going to use AI and whatever it says, they'll take that and it will not hurt. It will not help their critical thinking. They will become more of a slave to that and it will do very damaging things to us. And I do believe it is the ultimate tool of, of the. Or an Antichrist. Previous caller, you know, was calling you out about. You know, I've been a fan and a listener and a watcher of both you and Stephen K. Bannon since 2020 for, like, the last five years. Could you please expand on what exactly your differences are? Because I think of you guys as being more of the same ideal wise. So I think in many ways, in many ways we are. There are some big differences. And this is a conversation that I would really like to have on air with Steve, and I think it would be Very important to have this conversation and to model the conversation of two, I would say intelligent men, but in my case, relatively intelligent. Steve is a very, very bright man, knows history very well, and have this conversation without name calling or turning into anything that the, you know, Tucker Carlson, Ted Cruz thing turned into. And we have a big difference. The biggest difference between us, I believe, is I am a small T traditionalist and Steve is a capital T traditionalist. I find capital T traditionalism extraordinarily dangerous. Now let me give you the difference. When I say small T and I'm a small T traditionalist, that means I'm for the established norms I can change. But you know, the customs, the moral frameworks that have been eternal we've had forever, and those are usually rooted in religion, the philosophy of our country, our family values and the continuity of our culture. You know, nuclear families, patriotic education, religious morality in public life, that's a small T traditionalist. And they can go bad, honestly. But you know, if, if they're, if they're well thought out and moderated not by passions, it's good. And the philosophy is that modernity has real value, but it has to be. It really comes from moral sentiments. If you, if you know the work wealth of nations, that explains really what capitalism is and how it works. And it's from the 1700s. But before that work should be read the work before it book one of the two book series called Moral Sentiments has to be read and that talks about small T traditionalism. That you have to be a good religious or moral society or capitalism will give you poison because you'll want it, you'll ask for it. And so modernity is not the problem. Capitalism is not the problem. The problem is we have lost our virtue, we have lost our moral sentiments. And the stabilizing forces in those communities, church and family, they stabilize. And right now, modernity, if you will, is being viewed by some, including me, as disrupting church, family, community, all of the stabilizing forces, they're being kicked out from underneath us by the left. Islamicism, radicalism, progressivism, all of this stuff, and it's small T traditionalism is more evolution over revolution. Okay? That's who I am, Steve, and I don't want to put words into his mouth, but I have, I've read a lot about Steve and, and capital T traditionalism. This is a very different philosophical and spiritual school of thought. It is anti modernity at its core, especially if you look to people like Alexander Dugan, who Steve has met with and signed a treaty with A global treaty, along with many others. And I found that disturbing. I again would love to talk to him about it.

But this is. This is the philosophy. And I'm going to butcher this, but this is the philosophy that there is a transcendent truth. It's a metaphysical order, and it predates all religions and all civilizations. That views modernity as a total spiritual catastrophe. Not just morally decayed, but cosmically inverted. And it all comes from modernity. And it suggests that you return to the eternal archetypes. And that doesn't sound bad. It doesn't sound bad until you really look into the attack on the modern world. And the attack on the modern world is many, like Dugan, believe we have to go back to the Dark Ages. Now, I don't think Steve believes that. Maybe he does, but I don't think he does. But you have to really go back to this primordial tradition and capital T. Traditionalism views democracy and liberalism and materialism as the expression of this cosmic fall. And so it all must be destroyed before we can reset. That concerns me gravely. As I've talked about it before, it is very, very dangerous. I think that Steve and I are in many ways very much the same. That differentiates us to a great degree. And I will. I will reach out to Steve because I think it would be an important conversation to have to look at small T and capital T. Traditionalism. That's our biggest difference.
