Episode 75: After 20 years of climbing the corporate ladder in Fortune 100 America, Louise called it quits to pursue what is now her passion and purpose. She had been running and hiding and masking and numbing for too many years. Her struggles with her Mental Health, including Bipolar disorder and alcoholism were wreaking havoc in her life and she decided to take action.

After almost a decade of research, personal development, recovery work and scrupulous studies with the renowned Jay Shetty Coaching School, Louise is now spending her days paying it forward through her Mental Health Masterclass and helping heal hearts one at a time.
