Episode 101: Nick Gloff is an online bodybuilding coach of 4 years and an educator in the online fitness space having traveled the US to present on biomechanics and exercise physiology for bodybuilding populations over the last 2 years. Nick has a double bachelors in exercise science and kinesiology, minor in biology, and worked in a biomechanics lab studying rate of force development with ACES tech and EMG modalities.

Nick's primary focus is in bringing high-level concepts of mechanics and physiology from the ivory tower to the trenches, weeding out the theoretical in place for the practical and experiential knowledge that makes it applicable and useful for those wanting to get big and strong without wasting time and energy.

In this episode, Nick shares his journey to becoming the best bodybuilder he could be. His family was his driving force to dedicate and push himself every day. Training itself was the vehicle he chose to make a stake in the faith of his own life. He talks about the importance of taking ownership of your actions and seizing the opportunities along the way. He reminds us of the power of resilience and that it's okay to fall and feel intimidated, but it's up to YOU and only you to get up and keep moving forward.
