Amanda helps us understand what life was like for her growing up and how her whole world changed when she learned that all this pain she has been living with, was due to a gluten intolerance.

Amanda has a huge heart and a heart that is working hard to create a different experience for kids growing up with a gluten intolerance and to serve adults who are already living with it.

Bake Like a Betty is a specialty kitchen, designed to service only cake and cookie orders of gluten free foods. Amanda's dream with Bake Like a Betty is to make sure that every kid gets cake. That any adult living with gluten intolerance is able to order cake or cookies and never have to worry about accidental cross contamination. She wants everyone to be free to eat their cake and enjoy those special little moments in life, that previously, they had to miss out on.
