Zara is a Child & Adolescent & Family Psychotherapy. She has a Master's in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Zara has spent 7+ Years working in schools offering art and play therapy to primary and secondary school pupils and 9+ Years working with adults struggling with domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression & attachment issues.

She is a Mum to a 5 yr old a 1 year old with the most humble spirit and incredible insight as to what most children and parents alike, need from each other.

In our episode with Zara, we talk about where her passion for helping families stems from, what her own journey in motherhood has been like, and how best to give grace to yourself and your kids while you go through this parenting journey together.
