Have you ever felt overwhelmed in Motherhood? Building a business? Or life in general?

Sandra shares her inner journey to rediscovering herself and things she felt she lost in motherhood. Growing up in a tough household, Sandra shares with us how this shaped her early on in her parenting journey and when she broke and started taking the steps to finding herself again.

Her kids became her teachers in showing her how she wanted to show up for them, instead of how she was taught to show up.

This beautiful story, that we are certain many of you will be able to relate to, dives into the moment that Sandra realized she was a burned out mom, how she found yoga and really took the time to learn not just the physical aspect of yoga, but the inner work that real yoga can teach you to embrace.

Now in her own business, her desire is to help Mom's, like herself, who are feeling burnt out and overwhelmed, to find themselves again. To rediscover what they may have set too far aside, in their parenting journey and how to show up for themselves, how they want to me.
