This is just a quick note to say Our Middle and Back Office Commodity trading salary report 2025 has just been published by our standalone Talent Intelligence team. It's designed for HR leaders and company officers who want to make sure that they are staying competitive and relevant for these crucial functions, most of which are in high demand as we see platforms build out globally. The report costs $10,000 and covers risk and middle office, legal and compliance, trade finance and structured trade, Finance, Finance and Treasury, HR and Technology at the Manager level, senior level, Mid level and junior. The regions covered are the uk, Switzerland, usa, Singapore, the UAE and Brazil. Rather than being generated by a survey, this information is generated by Talent Intelligence proprietary data and thus you don't get the normalizing effects as many of these roles can sometimes sit outside of the commercial groups or commodity trading groups and be deflated as a result. This report just covers base salaries. We also produce a wide variety of bespoke reports for clients that cover total compensation and bonus structure. The report does include trends that we're seeing out there and this is our first report for middle and back office. We did our front office report back in May, but obviously with middle and back office base salaries become increasingly important, there is more significant chunk of total compensation for individuals and often bonus is predicated on the base salary itself and these roles can be quite opaque at the moment. As I mentioned, they're in high demand as we're seeing platform build outs and especially with the increased complexity within commodity trading. Many roles like technology and risk are in exceptionally high demand, so getting it right is key, especially as we head into business planning season. I'll put a link in the show note where you can inquire about the report and get more information on it. You can also email us@intelligencecgroup.global and we can answer any questions. As I said, the report is out today and available purchase and as always, thanks very much for listening.
