This is just a brief announcement to say that HC Group, the company I co head, which is a global search firm dedicated to the energy and commodities markets, has just released its Q2 market review. This is a quarterly magazine that covers analysis, trends and key personnel moves within the energy and broader commodities sector. The headline opinion piece talks about the centrality of metals which allies if you notice the deep dive we've really done on that sector this year as a core story about not only the energy transition but also de globalization and in fact digitalization. At the center of the Venn diagram of energy transition of future technologies such as AI and also the associated hardware, but also an ever more focus on national security sits metals commodity metals such as copper all the way through the critical minerals. As such, we've seen energy commodity traders around the world build metals teams, we've seen miners start to focus on building out commercial trading capabilities and in general critical minerals and metals themselves are at the top of many policymakers minds at the moment. Other articles include the hiring challenges caused by by the anticipation of the One Big Beautiful Bill and the stasis this political uncertainty has created. Though as political risk starts to dominate commodity trading decisions, new skill sets are starting to be required which we talk about. We also talk about the Brazil market starting to heat up, as highlighted by our Brazil team based in Sao Paulo which we've had now for 13 years, as well as key talent trends identified by our Talent Intelligence Group. HC Group's main focus is providing business critical talent that must have or bring a commodity specialism to companies around the world via our recruitment teams. Our Talent Intelligence Groups provides the data on compensation, particularly compensation structure, as well as organizational design data that complements hiring decisions and team building decisions by our clients. At the same time, our sister company Hyperion Search, which focuses on renewables and particularly energy storage recruitment, has released their quarterly market review and Enco Insights, our senior advisory network for Energy and Natural Resources, which leverages HC group and Hyperion Group's 20 plus years network globally in commodities to provide interim advisors, whether that's for private equity groups or law firms around disputes or even corporates that are looking to build strategy and implement trading capabilities to access key advisors from around the world have released their market reviews. I'll put links in the show notes, particularly where you can sign up to receive all three or one of them by going to our website www.hthcgroup global and finally, as always, thanks so much for listening. It really does support us. We do have some live events coming up, one in Canada, one in London on 30 September and again in Houston towards the end of the year. I'll put some notes out about those as and when we get the details in the rsvp. They're always fantastic events to hold. And finally, thanks to all my colleagues at HC Group, Enco and Hyperion for putting together such fantastic market reviews as well as providing a lot of the connections to the guests of this show.
