the Bears or Niners, Seattle and the 49ers or the Chiefs, Denver, Chargers. Right.

But when you're trying to follow the

whole league, there's a lot going on.

So you kind of just. Thursday Night Football, Sunday Night Football, Monday Night Football, some of the big holiday games. Is trying to keep track what's going on. The, the Wednesday night game on Thanksgiving eve, which is obviously an NFL first. The Rams and Packers, again, I feel like I'm reading this wrong. Don't get a buy. That's their buy. I mean, what this is.

That seems a little crazy, but again, I gotta, I've had so much going on, I gotta. It doesn't even seem real. But if it is, that's part of this NFL expansion.

step up in the world of sports. It is now appointment viewing. It's now, you know, from a rating

standpoint, a massive game. The level of games they're getting are much higher. Amazon is basically a $3 trillion company

and getting more valuable. They clearly enjoy being in business with the NFL, and I think the NFL

clearly enjoys being in business with them because unlike NBC, Fox, cbs, like when you're talking billions upon billions of dollars, they don't have unlimited Money. Amazon could buy the entire NFL package, triple it relative to everyone else, and not even blink an eye.

I love Netflix.

It's been a very cool experience being part of this and hopefully we keep rip it. For example, Netflix is valued under $300

billion, which is a shitload. They have been a rocket ship and

change the game for the way that

we consume things on television. Our computers, phones, iPads, whatever. Reed Hastings, they were visionaries with the way they pivoted and it's been incredible. Amazon's $3 trillion company like the size

between these companies and obviously Netflix is getting involved.

And I do believe them when they say that they just want the big events because they're kind of showing that with that dude that climbed fucking Mount

Everest of a building, Jake Paul beaten up me. The roasts like they like that. And it clearly works like they have a formula, Amazon's formula. You know, they got, they, they got involved in the NBA, but I would imagine they see the metrics of the NBA and they see the metrics of probably a pregame NFL show. I would imagine they're similar. I would imagine more people are watching when the Thursday Night Football game ends

and they go to Carissa and you

know, Kirk Cousins comes on set after

winning a game or I don't know why I just was thinking about him because I watched that Raiders video Stepbrothers with him and Fernando, which is pretty funny.

I don't know what Al Davis would

have thought of it, but I enjoyed it. I bet way more people are watching that than these NBA games. That's not like this isn't any biased opinion. These are just the facts of the popularity of the league and the amount of people that watch these regular season NFL games. So if you're Amazon and it's not

going to cost you that much money. Remember when Bezos bought Whole Foods? I forget what the exact number was. He made money that day because the stock ripped.

I think he made a lot of money, if memory serves me correct. And hell, it's changed my life.

the schedule if Sunday Night Football, if Amazon isn't heavily involved and they are in a position where they have Thursday Night Football and Sunday Night Football. The other package which is clearly coming in the NFL is this morning international package. All the European games, uk, France, Germany, those games kick off. I just Speak for myself, I don't

talk in Eastern times because I'm not

an Eastern time zone guy.

I know you elitist on the East Coast. Love that you get the first number. 9:30 Eastern. Well, it's 6:30 Pacific. God damn it.

And I actually shift over to Mountain time for half the year.

Not quite sure why they do that here in Arizona, but they do and it kind of is what it is. Don't know if I hate it, love it. I'm just kind of indifferent to it. I always love the sleeping day, but

once you have a kid, none of that even matters.

There's going to be a package of

6:30 Pacific Standard Time games here in here in the next five years. And there are going to be 10 to 15 games that kick off at that time. So there will be a morning game. They'll then be the, the what used to be the morning games and there'll be the afternoon games, which depending if you live on the east coast, the afternoon game actually is at 4:30. So it's more like a dinner game and then like a night game.

So it just kind of depends where you live, but you know what I'm talking about. And I would imagine they're going to

have multiple packages because this business is too lucrative being involved in football. And they've now had a front row seat and they'll have a couple of

years of data between the two sports

that they're involved with. And I'd be stunned if they don't double down. And Netflix kind of keeps growing on what they're doing, but they're, I think I saw a headline of their CEO. He was adamant. He's like, we do not plan on trying to bid for an NFL package. We like the events, we like the holidays. We like, you know, this Australia game. We like throwing in Ronda Rousey trying to beat up, you know, a tiger in, in Central Asia. 3:30 or, you know, 10:30 at night. Turn it on.

There's Rousey versus a Siberian tiger. You're like, okay, I'm watching. I mean that's, I mean I watched

a dude climb a building and it was fascinating.

Now I might have came in after and fast forward a little, got a little boring in the middle.

It was incredible accomplishment. It once he got to the top,

you're like, is he really going to make it? And he did. Then he got cocky, taking cell phone selfies on top of the peak. But changing landscape. And I mentioned this to Coward when we recorded earlier today. Oh, it's so much change. The Apps. When I was a kid in the 90s, I did not have cable TV. We didn't get cable TV till we

got a big dish on top of my house. When I was probably, I don't know, 14, 15 years old, I didn't even know there was a Sunday night football game.

One time my grandma got sick when I in probably like 96 range, 97.

So my mom for a year lived over at the house. They actually just kind of lived down the street from us. And I would ride my bike back and forth because my dad stayed at the other house. Again, it wasn't very far, but I

just remember being over there on a

Sunday night and Joe Theisman and Paul McGuire and it's like, wait, there's another game on.

So it's like a lot of people

didn't have cable back then. Like things change, you adapt and like people are complaining. I, I got no problem complaining about Peacock. I just refuse to complain about Amazon. I mean I use Amazon literally every day for a company. It's kind of crazy for a guy that likes the stock market. I've never invested in Amazon.

It always feels like I'm a little late.

But then they keep growing, but they are just, I don't know, I just, I don't know anyone that doesn't have them. So I, if you want to complain about Peacock, I get it, but I just have a hard time complaining about Amazon Prime. Okay, let's bang out some questions. We're going to go rapid fire here, man.

You can't say something like you've heard good things about Mendoza from people in the building and not indulge a little more. I'm sure you can't tell everything, but can you tell us something? I don't have like specific X, Y and Z happen. Listen, the Raiders spy tech Brady, the billionaire guys, they were at that. Mark Davis, who's also technically a billionaire.

That and he's going to be a lot richer when they, when, when these guys keep buying in on the team. I actually think they just had a new run funding.

They were all in from that moment

in, in Miami and they've met with Mendoza. Obviously they drafted him now but like they've spent a lot of time around the guy about how smart the guy is and I think a huge part

of football when you don't just have

But off the field I think they feel they're pretty blown away. Now the one thing that's going to have to happen over the course of the next I would have I. I would guess they're all on the field this week till they break for summer

and then come back for training camp. This is a guy that spent a

lot of time in the shotgun and I think five plays under center in his college career that goes and he's played at two schools. So I would imagine they are going to be all in on this transition of being under center in this offense.

But that's why they brought in Cousins. I think they like Fernando a lot. I remember talking for Spytek before he

went into the combine interview when he interviews, you know like all the GMs and I made a joke about something about for you know another player and he like didn't even laugh because it was that it was already like Fernando Mendoza's been their quarterback for a long time.

Colin keeps bringing up the age of the Niners but he doesn't say anything about Stafford or Kelsey or Jones. The 49ers only have six starters over 30. Is Colin and other NFL media overblowing the Niners are old thing. I wonder if Kyle pissed some people off. You know Colin Collins. I like Seahawks too. I consider John Schneider a friend.

it is harder to find your team. When football, there is a build up to the game.

So when everyone bitched and moaned a couple years ago when Mahomes took on

There is the amount like hell to me is not super hot.

It is a sleepy lake town now depending on where you're staying, I grew up going to South Lake where the

casinos are and where the golf tournament is. As wood there is. You know, in the summer you can take a gondola up at Heavenly Famous ski resort. The casinos are there. There's some nice restaurants in there.

You just look at the people go there to get away from doing stuff in terms of like the restaurants for the most part are not great. So I, I, South Lake has some restaurants and casinos.

On the other side, Incline Village has like a resort course, couple hundred bucks. It's not bad actually. There's a walk there. Inclined Village is on the Nevada side on the north side of the lake. You, you can kind of park and take a long walk across the water or not. Like, like kind of parallels the water. It's, it's a cool walk. That's, that's about the biggest hike I've ever done in Tahoe. There's some other kind of like old school hikes like Angora Lakes, but you can find an app to find the hikes.

And I like, I understand Roger's a controversial figure over the years. And a lot of the media just despises the private sector and the successful people, they work in those places. And obviously the NFL is, you know, King Kong when it comes to sports right now in America.

But like, I don't.

What are they supposed to do? Like just not ask for way more.

Not, not be aggressive, not relook at things.

Because it was, it was pretty simple.

You know, I grew up in the 90s. It was pretty simple times. You know, most people's homes were like 2,000 square feet. Everyone kind of drove the same couple cars. We all had a similar amount of channels. The Internet didn't fucking exist. I remember my dad got a cell phone installed in his truck.

It was like the size of my external monitor here. You pick up that thing, it had a cord.

It was like, what is. And that was viewed as like, what is happening here. We live in times where technology changes things so quickly. It's just rapid fire and you just, one day you can be on top

and the next day you can go down pretty fast. I think in a lot of these different industries and you just never know
