Welcome to Fort and South. We late tonight, baby.
Leonard Fournette
Let's get it. Little cornette here we're sending. You know it is. I ain't got it. No introduction needed.
Jarvis Landry
All right, let's listen, listen. We gotta get straight into this business right now. Mr. Emmanuel Echo, since you said I messed up a lot of names, I didn't know his name. Obviously, you're a nobody in my world. I don't know your name either, bro. Brother, why you come messing with the 4th and south boys? Like what?
Leonard Fournette
I don't know. He's trying to get it popping, huh?
Jarvis Landry
Like make this make sense, right? You said, here's his quote. Shador can be a franchise QB and give him the benefit of the doubt, but two time coach of the year gets no credit. Coach Stabanski, he gets no credit. You know why? His record is 45 and 40 and 56. So you telling me that record, he deserves two times coach of the year? Maybe he got it because he was coaching the Cleveland Browns. Let's talk about it.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, I mean, that's how you feeling? That's how you feeling, huh?
Jarvis Landry
He coached. Know what?
Leonard Fournette
His first year, he came in. His first year, he came in. His first year, he came in. Yeah, we made some noise.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
Obviously the years before, we hadn't had no success at all. So, you know, it was the only. I, I, I do think it was fitting and, and, and, and well deserved. I think it was fitting and well deserved.
Jarvis Landry
Right.
Leonard Fournette
Especially after some of the seasons that, you know, had happened in Cleveland. But, you know, I still.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, listen, listen. I'm trying to keep my mind clear. Emmanuel Echo, was he a starter?
Leonard Fournette
No, he wasn't a starter at all.
Jarvis Landry
Oh, he was a bench player.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah. 100.
Jarvis Landry
It says 33 tackles in your career. Oh. Oh, it says, oh. He started two games.
Leonard Fournette
In his career.
Jarvis Landry
In his career. Out of every NFL analyst they have, he has the weakest resume.
Leonard Fournette
I agree.
Jarvis Landry
And guess what? This is our last time even speaking about you on here. But I had to let you know, like we, not them. You just can't just. You say, oh, Jarvis had a good career. Leonard was a dog. Jarvis was a dog. Leonard, yes. Was a dog. Emmanuel was ass.
Leonard Fournette
Period. Period. I don't know, man. You know how it be when, you know, you give college stats.
Jarvis Landry
I'm gonna take it even further back. College, he had 110 tackles. 55 solo. Solo tackles, three sacks, and he was a six round pick. So listen, brother, what give you the kahunas to even mention us? You not in the same lane as from us, from high school, college and NFL. I'm. I'm just being real, you know, You. You remind me of what I was thinking of the Boondocks character. Uncle Ruckus.
Leonard Fournette
Oh my God.
Jarvis Landry
He. Oh, he's Uncle Ruckus all over again.
Leonard Fournette
Oh my God.
Jarvis Landry
And how dare you. Listen, bro, I have a problem with you speaking down on Shador, all right? That's. That's big for me, bro. You have to just come correct. Just because you didn't amount to the things you wanted to, doesn't mean knock another man off his pedestal. Like, I wasn't raised like that. We not. We not about to do that. And for you want to stick up with coach Stabaski, here, here's his stats. Right? Right. Let's see here. Cause I'm on your ass because you just don't know. In 2025, the Browns scored 16.4 points per game. That's ranking almost last in the NFL out of 32 teams. He was the 31st team. Is that player of the year coach material? Is you like, is you serious right now? And I'll leave it up. It's so much I can go into, but he started Dylan Gabriel over Shador. I'm passing the mic to Mr. Juice Landrew, who has history though.
Leonard Fournette
Listen, you know how I feel about left handed quarterbacks already. I think I, I think I've made my case on left handed quarterbacks, you know, and what it. And where they rank it. I don't care how smart they are. Right?
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
And again, man, no shade, obviously to, to, to Dylan, man, but at the same time, it's hard to play in NFL at that position and for a team to switch everything around, I mean, that year, if you think about the quarterback debacle that they had going on from, you know, Joe Flacco being a part of the team every. Honestly, bro, since, since, since Baker, they've been trying to get it right. Right. And, and obviously with Baker, I feel like they made a mistake. You know what I mean? And you know, they're paying for it, you know, in cap, they paying for it with wins, with losses. And it's again, I don't know who was up there really making the decisions. But at the same time, I know when I was there for 100% fact, when we were struggling as an offense, I know Kevin Stefanski himself gave up play calling to avp, to other guys, the same thing that he's done that we have guys that have told us that he's done throughout the years of not being able to get it done as a play caller and then putting it off on somebody else, then the team gets success and then he takes over play calling again. So, you know, again, man, it's one of those things where I just don't understand how 45 and 56, you know, you walk out, you walk from one job and the next day you got another job. You know what I mean? And so to your point, again, bro, I think he could. Again, I don't know how much history he's going to have as a head coach, but again, with this record, only thing he really got going for him is those two time coach of the year accolades. And I think outside of that, you know, look at the numbers.
Jarvis Landry
We got questions, we need answers.
Leonard Fournette
Look at the numbers. I mean, I would say the same thing to Emmanuel, you know, outside of, you know, outside of the guys sitting on your show, I mean, ain't too much credibility on that, you know what I mean? And it seems like you made friends with some of the good guys, right? So you can have a voice that's, that's, that's what it feels like to me. It feel like you befriended, you know, Shady, who's a phenomenal player, hall of Famer.
Jarvis Landry
Let's know when you come for us, brother. You gotta come correct because I'm gonna get on your ass every chance I get. Yeah, especially when it's, when it's coming to ball or something we put our all into, you know what I'm saying? Like, don't do that, bro. Don't come on here. Embarrassing yourself if you tackles is crazy. Listen, I got a six year old son. Last year he had 40 times he played quarterback.
Leonard Fournette
I just feel like that's like, that's like the problem now with, with podcasts or anyone that can go and get a mic and, and a camera and, and, and has a bit of an audience, they get behind the mic and continue to just click bait. Yeah, clickbait. It's like, bro, I don't think you, you know, where, you know better to me, you know, than a Skip Bayless, like, you know, like Skip Bell is talking about, he want to fight Market Parsons. Like, man, what you talking about? Like why are you even saying it? Like why do you, why are you even using your platform to, to, to even like say anything like this, like
Jarvis Landry
promote violence to get your ass. Whooped bro. Make it make sense.
Leonard Fournette
But, you know, it's a product of these guys that never played. But I will, I will say this to you. Go look at Leonard Farnes's numbers. Go look at Jarvis Landry's numbers. Go look at Jarvis Landry's accomplishments. You know, I think I got more catches in the first five years than Randy Moss.
Jarvis Landry
Damn.
Leonard Fournette
Then, then T o.
Jarvis Landry
Damn.
Leonard Fournette
Then Antonio Brown.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, pop it on him.
Leonard Fournette
Pop it on him.
Jarvis Landry
Right?
Leonard Fournette
Like, I just feel, I just feel like, you know, I don't, I don't want to get into. I'm a very humble guy, bro.
Jarvis Landry
I swear.
Leonard Fournette
I'm a very humble guy, bro. But, you know, at the same time, look, I mean, look, again, I wish you the best, man. I wish you the best. Shalom. Shalom. I wish you the best.
Jarvis Landry

Jarvis Landry
Mr. Jaylen W. You feel about that?
Leonard Fournette
I like the trade. I think. I think. I think the Miami front office is doing what they need to do to get some of this cap money for draft compensation. I think also Denver put themselves in a position to have another game changer on the outside to either pair with Courtland Sutton or just brought in a number one to do his thing. And Jalen Waddle can do that. I love the quarterback. He got heart. Sean Payton gonna find ways to use my guy.
Jarvis Landry
Definitely.
Leonard Fournette
I think it's a match made in heaven. A match made in heaven.
Jarvis Landry
So in your eyes, you know who's the winner of this trade, though?
Leonard Fournette
I think both teams won. I personally think. I think. I think both teams are gonna benefit from this trade. I think it was a good trade. I think if I look back, if I look into this situation deeper and from a receiver standpoint, from Jalen Waddle standpoint, man, I'm like, I ain't throwing shade on Malik or anything like that, but at the same time, man, you just left the. You left the situation that you gave your all to since you've been drafted, right. This. This organization right now is not really where it will be in the future. And you want to win right now. I don't think my guy has really won. He might have one season here in Miami where they really won. Right. I think Denver has the defense. I think they're the next team in the AFC that's going to challenge Kansas City. I'm looking forward to seeing how Sean Payton is going to use Jaylen Waddle because he is electric.
Jarvis Landry
I like.
Leonard Fournette
He is electric.
Jarvis Landry
Yes.
Leonard Fournette
I cannot wait to see what happens.
Jarvis Landry
So are the Broncos the favorites to win in the AFC West?
Leonard Fournette
It depend. Everything in the AFC all depends on my man number one five. It depend on his health. If he healthy. All roads leads to Kansas City. I'm just gonna be honest with you. I didn't seen enough of Pat Mahomes. Yeah. To doubt Pat Mahomes at. At any point.
Jarvis Landry
He got.
Leonard Fournette
He got a Tom Brady aura. To me, it's if. If there's. If there's time on the clock and the ball in his hands, it ain't over. So I think all roads lead through for the AFC South, AFC South, AFC north, afc. Period. Goes through Kansas City, man. And they got their weapons back. You know, they just picked up our guy, K9, definitely, you know, I think, I think all roads lead there, but, you know, Denver is right there. What you think?
Jarvis Landry
I think. I think Patty is always. He has. Anytime you have a guy like Patty Holmes on your team, you have a chance. I don't care what you say. I think he's going to come back with the mindset of coming off the injury, you know, and people kind of. I'm not gonna say doubting him because, you know, we all have those down years where, you know, it's injury or, you know, it's football. You know, sometimes the football guy's not on your side. So I 100 believe. And Kansas is my pick to win a Super bowl too.
Leonard Fournette
That's right. Lenny's locks.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, Lenny's locked. Kansas is my. It's my. It's my. It's my lock to win the super bowl. So I'm 100% with in the AFC West. The Chiefs, man.
Leonard Fournette
I think so too. I think so too. I think they really got a, a good opportunity. They brought Justin Fields in this off season. So, you know, depending on how they're going to manage that. Yeah, I think again, I speak about my guy, K9, bro. He did an amazing job out of Seattle, dog. So I'm excited that he ain't gonna get paid. I think he's on a great. At a great organization, a. A place that knows how to win, that's going to use him to all of his strengths and not to any of his weaknesses or ask him to do something that he can't do. And to be honest, I feel like. And I do love Pacheco, but I think this is the piece that the Kansas City Chiefs has been missing since Jet. McClendon. McLennan. McLendon. I hope I'm saying his name but, but Jet. But Jet was really doing his thing when he was. When they went to the super bowl, bro, their run game was popping. They passing game that opened up the action. Fakes. It was like one of those things that like, you love to see. They were, they were the balanced team. Right? So I'm looking forward to seeing that, bro. You know, obviously Mahomes again, man. I want to see him healthy, you know, he got franchise passing records. He got over 30, 000 passing yards, two regular season MVPs. Like, he's just great for the game, you know, like to me he's, he's. He's. He's our Brady, bro. Like, he's not. He's the next. Next Brady has the Brady aura sidearm. Just.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah. Crazy. No, look, bro, so speaking of QBs. Right.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
What chance does Malik have with Miami? I mean, the rock. The rock. Me, personally.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
The roster is terrible. Right. I got my dog. Back to the running back who's gonna need help. Man, like, it's different for a running back. See, I always tell people, you play wide receiver, you're like, you depend on the quarterback.
Leonard Fournette
Yep.
Jarvis Landry
Running back, center, guard, tackle, tight end. And the wide receiver's the block.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah. Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
So it's like, are they wasting his prime years right now?
Leonard Fournette
You like his game? You like his game?
Jarvis Landry
I love his game.
Leonard Fournette
What you like about his game the most?
Jarvis Landry

As a running back, you have to win one on ones. He's consistently winning his one on ones. Breaking tackles, making guys miss. He's catching, he's blocking, he's running the ball hard as hell. That's what you need, right?
Leonard Fournette
Yep.
Jarvis Landry
Man, pay that man. I don't care. Pay that man.
Leonard Fournette
Hey look, the GM trying to find some money. He trying to find some money. I think he got like $118 million out there that just guys that's not even on their team.
Jarvis Landry
And that's what I, and I understand they brought us some guys, you know, at wide receiver, things like that. But you need guys around guys.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
To make that work.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
You know what I'm saying? Like, like you, you, you played in Miami. What's your thoughts on that, bro?
Leonard Fournette
Man, look, I, I think, I think the GM is doing the best he can, bro. I think, I think he's trying to put a, you know, he trying to put a, put a, put a band aid on a gunshot. You know what I mean?
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
You know, he's trying to figure out a way to stop the bleeding and still acquire some type of, you know, draft compensation, which I think I thought again, that's why I say that that Denver trade was a win. Win. I think he's been doing an amazing job. And you know, at the receiver position, I see they brought Tutu Atwell in who has also special. Some special teams value. So I'm sure that's going to be a big part in, you know, how they're going to use him. But you know, I know a guy right down the street, maybe 20 minutes,
Jarvis Landry
he read it, who just need two months.
Leonard Fournette
My papers ain't officially in.
Jarvis Landry
Lord, give him another chance. Lord, open that door, please.
Leonard Fournette
I tell you what, I tell you what, the hands still work the same way.
Jarvis Landry
That's right, the same.
Leonard Fournette
Ain't nothing changed. Ain't nothing changed. You know, and, and again we speak, we look, I'm joking, but I'm not. But at the same time
Jarvis Landry
we spoke
Leonard Fournette
about, no, we spoke now Russia though. We spoke about Raheem last, last week about.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
You know, the culture in the Dolphins room.
Jarvis Landry
Right.
Leonard Fournette
Dolphins organization and, and they need a leader. Right. And we also spoke about how that leader doesn't only come from the head coach. That leadership doesn't only come from a head coach. That comes from getting the right guys in the room, which I've seen that he's brought some culture guys, it seems like from Green Bay to this team. Right. Maybe Malik Willis is one of those guys. Right. A third round draft pick to Tennessee in 22, right? No. Then traded to Green Bay 2024. You know, where he played efficient, had explosive plays, three starts, 11 appearances. I think that all the things that are still instilled and ingrained in the legacy of Green Bay and those cheese heads, hopefully he brings some of that grated cheese to South Florida in a form of leadership. Right. So that we could turn his organization around. Man, it all starts with leadership. I think the coach and the GM is doing a great job right now. We'll see how they draft with that, with that Denver trade. It did get a 2026 first round draft pick, a fourth round draft pick and a third round draft pick. So it's going to be interesting to see how like that they use those picks. Maybe, maybe that's why they make their receiver splash.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
You know, who knows. I don't know really what the board's looking like out there, but maybe that's why they make it their receiver splash in the first round. One of those guys from usc, you know, either Jacoby or the other kid I think would be two great selections. Right. But again, you know, they're building a team over there and it's going to take a little time. It's definitely going to take a little bit of time. What you feel about the running back, the running back room over there outside of HN Not Hn. What's my guy name again? Damn. What's my guy name, man? I'm looking at his face. I'm looking at his face.
Jarvis Landry
Devon.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, Devon. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Jarvis Landry
I think about somebody else. I'm like, I don't know.
Leonard Fournette
No, no, I'm looking at his face. But he can't be the only one back there, bro.
Jarvis Landry
No, he can't. He can't.
Leonard Fournette
Yes, HN. That's what I'm talking. Not. Yeah, Hn. Man, you got me tripping. Like, I'm. Like, I'm dismissed.
Jarvis Landry
I'm looking at you.
Leonard Fournette
That's all. But I think.
Jarvis Landry
I think he do need help. A one, two punch to help the body. You know, it's a long season. I was part of offense at one point in time where I played almost 95% of the snaps. Right, right. As a starting running back, it's not good for your body. It's not good for longevity in that league. You know, it's a short lead, especially for running back. So, man, get somebody there. That can be a one, two punch from the. You know, when he needs a break. Come out two plays. Take two plays. Off you get. You get close to that race zone, you know what time it is. It's when a. That's when it comes. Hey, boy, get your ass out here. I'm back. Right, right, right.
Leonard Fournette
Hey, I got a sleeper for you. What you think? I got a sleeper for you.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
You ready?
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
Alvin Kamara to the Dolphins. You think he'll take it? He trained here. He damn near live here in the off season.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, I think the money have to be right for him. Right. I'm just being real. Cause, like, yeah, it's late. It's late in the career. Nobody's not trying to lose, like, nobody.
Leonard Fournette
Might be a horrible take. It's a horrible take. Might be a horrible.
Jarvis Landry
But you never know. You never know. You've been right 95 of the time these last couple months.
Leonard Fournette
No state income tax.
Jarvis Landry
True.
Leonard Fournette
You know, you're closer to the water, the food. The food still hit. Hey, look, but you know, you got. You got some consistent stuff over here.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
The views is here. You know, I mean, it's a lot of pros.
Jarvis Landry
AKA I'm gonna call you later on, bro. We're gonna. We're gonna rap, bro. So listen, let me break. Listen, let us break it. Whether you're gonna stay with the Saints or you're gonna maneuver, do your thing left, forth and south. Break it, though. You hear me, man?
Leonard Fournette
Hey, hey. Who would Be your. Your dream one, two punch. Like. Like, if you was in the backfield, like, who is your dream one, two punch? Also. Also, who's on the field on third down? I want to know that, too. So answer the first question and then tell me who's on the field on third down. I just want to know my one, two punch. Yeah, your dream one, two punch.
Jarvis Landry
I don't. You know what's funny, though? I didn't watch football like that growing up, so.
Leonard Fournette
You know running backs. You know running backs.
Jarvis Landry
Hey, stop ducking the questions, all right? All right. So if I had to say. If I had to say Rookie Williams,
Leonard Fournette
Who want to feel on third down?
Jarvis Landry
Me.
Leonard Fournette
I ain't gonna lie.
Jarvis Landry
Y' all serious?
Leonard Fournette
Y', all, boy, pause, y', all, bro.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, for sure.
Leonard Fournette
Power and speed. Lightning and thunder. Black and blacker.
Jarvis Landry
Ball and dread. Hey, that was a good one.
Leonard Fournette
Ball and dreaded.
Jarvis Landry
All right, bro. Chill, bro. Chill, chill.
Leonard Fournette
Chill out there skating.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, speaking on Miami, we got a Miami native out of Pompano, Florida, Mr. Lamar Jackson. He boxing.
Leonard Fournette
Love it. Love it.
Jarvis Landry
First of all. Hey, hey, wait. I'll be out the chair. Stop. Listen, listen. My bad, man. Listen, listen, I'm sorry. Look, I got kids, bro. I got kids that knocking on the door. I ain't like. I ain't like, oh, you know, they out the way. Like, I still got. I still got your littles around this going. They tripping every time anybody go to sleep in that week. So listen, listen, listen. Lamar, work on that hook, brother. You hear me? Yeah. Left side a little weak.
Leonard Fournette
Yes.
Jarvis Landry
You gotta work on. Like, even if you want me to come with that, come out there and train with you to help you. I got you. But you gotta work on that. Work on that body shot. For real. Come on, bro. You laughing, bro?
Leonard Fournette
Listen, bro, I know. I know the feeling, man. Like, you know, like having young kids and. And trying to take a second for yourself is tough, bro. It's tough. It's a. It's. It's a beautiful thing. Obviously, like being fathers, right? But, like, it's just tough, bro. Like being. Being. You can't lock the door. You can't lock the door. You can't. You can't.
Jarvis Landry
Because you never know where they're getting into, bro.
Leonard Fournette
You better can go to the bathroom
Jarvis Landry
right, Right there on. Right there on your ass. I'm like, bro, let me piss in peace.
Leonard Fournette
What are you doing? Somebody come get this child and you, like, like, what are you doing,
Jarvis Landry
bro?
Leonard Fournette
Listen, man. My. My. You know what? Look, look, My. My, My. My son, he's like that, bro. Where, you know, he. He just. He's not clingy, bro. It'd just be like, man, I love you, man.
Jarvis Landry
It's different when, you know, you growing up in the house with your daddy. Like, he. You're his idol, right? Every. Listen, it's sometimes, bro. And I could remember in the summertime, you know. You know, in summertime, we know, we might go to the club or something. Whatever the case may be, I come up, bro, my son waiting on me to watch a movie with him. It's three o'clock in the morning. I'm like, bro, what you doing? He's like, yeah, you know, I've been waiting on. I'm waiting on you. Like, damn. But that shows you the effect you have in your kid's life, bro. Especially when you're a good father and you. And you loving them, right?
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
You always. You always get the same love back a hundred times.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah. Yeah, man. They always want to be around. Yeah, I. I find it. I find it, like, so funny and, like, thrilling at the same time. Now that, like, I think we had this conversation off camera before about, you know, praying for to be better dads and better parents and how, you know, we want to spend more time with the fam, more time with the kids. Right. And now we actually have that time. So, you know, it's great to not be missing birthdays all the time, you know, not missing. Like, I went to my kids, had, like a play this other, like, couple weeks ago. Went to. I brought the camera, you know, filmed them, like, waving like, happy dad. In the back. In the back, you know, like, it was very. It was very cool because, you know, that's all things that we would miss. Practice. We'll be at practice. I think. I think the other day you. You posted something with your son. You playing baseball for sure.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
100.
Jarvis Landry
So it's like I'm just, you know, and it's so crazy how, you know. You know, people say the tongue is so powerful.
Leonard Fournette
Yep.
Jarvis Landry
I could. I can remember in my. Come on, bro. Chill, bro. Damn, bro. That's why with this, bro, I can't win. Listen. Life and death is in the power of the tongue. His mind. Sometimes y' all don't mind him. Dude is in a gutter, brother. Like, dude is really in the gutter.
Leonard Fournette
I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
Jarvis Landry
We were talking about him. Well, listen, you know, listen, Life and dead is in the power of the tongue. Like I said, bro. So in my early years, when I was missing out on my children walking, talking, and things like that. I used to be so upset.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
Even in college. Like, even in college, right? So, you know, the kids now, bro, they get months off in college. We. We probably got two weeks off, a week off. We back to it, bro. I could. I could remember as a freshman, brothers going back home and damn my daughter saying new words like damn.
Leonard Fournette
Like, right.
Jarvis Landry
Like, what the hell am I missing? Like, what I'm doing wrong. Right? And it really used to get me in my feelings because, you know, when you. When you kind of not there 24, seven with a child, right? And you kind of come back down, they won't go to mommy, I'm your Paul. What you doing? Right?
Leonard Fournette
I made you, right?
Jarvis Landry
I'm asking their mom, like, why are you doing that? Would you tell her, like, what you.
Leonard Fournette
What you got?
Jarvis Landry
That's immature.
Leonard Fournette
We beefing up.
Jarvis Landry
So, bro, I'm just happy I'm at the. At this point in my life where I can go see my sons and daughters compete in certain sports. My son was just in a fashion show at school.
Leonard Fournette
Oh, really? That's dope.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, he was wearing your. Nah, nah. So he was wearing, like, Woody cowboy boots, and he was wearing all kind of. That's out the way.
Leonard Fournette
I.
Jarvis Landry
You know what I'm saying? That's cool, you know, because that's what he like. And they said legend. Legend wants to. When he gets older, he wants to buy gold. I'm like, where you get this from? But I don't talk about this type around him or to him. Yeah, but, you know, he's a smart kid, and the sky's the limit for my boy, man.
Leonard Fournette
I love that.
Jarvis Landry
I want him to play football, but I think I love being a baseball dad at the moment now.
Leonard Fournette
For sure, for sure. I love that. I love. Bro, you said something just now, too, like. Like, what was it like? I know lyric is like, what, 13, 14 now?
Jarvis Landry
11.
Leonard Fournette
11, bro, what was it? What was it? It would. I always wanted to have that experience where my. My kid grew up with me, like, playing, right? Like. Like, like I remember watching the Saints win the super bowl and seeing Drew Brees with his son. Yeah, like, with that. With the. With the. With the ear muffs on with the confetti falling, and I'm like, dang, bro. Like, I want my little son, like, to. To have this moment. I want to share the same. That's the moment that, like, make me, like, make you fall in love with sports, definitely. Like, as a dad, like, what was it? Like having your look bro. Because because because if I'm not mistaken, right when you won the Super Bowl. Lyric Tyler reddick here from 2311 racing another checkered flag for the books. Time to celebrate with Chumba. Jarvis Landry
All of them? Yeah, all of them was. All my kids was, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Tell me about that feeling. I feel like that's crazy.
Jarvis Landry
I think, bro. My first, My first real, like true story with that was when I was in college, right? I took, I took intercession and
Leonard Fournette
one
Jarvis Landry
day I brought, I brought my. I brought live to class and I teach. Loved her.
Leonard Fournette
Nah, bro.
Jarvis Landry
So, bro, we kind of had an easy, easy ass class. It's something I really needed because I wanted to graduate early. So instead of me going home, they put like a whole, I guess a messed up work in two weeks. So you're in class from 7 to 12. You get like a 20 minute break. Lord, yeah, facts. You got like a 20 minute break, then you get right back into it. So I don't know. I had it for the summertime, man. I just brought in class, our teacher's like, oh, can I hold the older lady? I forgot her name. And I, I guarantee this a real story. When people see this. That was in that class with me, they were like, man, he not lying, bro. I brought her every day so we could pass. Every single day. The mom like, no, she got. I said, listen, listen, I need her.
Leonard Fournette
We need an A. She coming with me this morning, put
Jarvis Landry
her little shoes on, bro. The whole class passed
Leonard Fournette
diapers. And they should have been doing their little part. Everybody.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, yeah, but, you know, I was, But I could, I could honestly tell you like, my college experience was. I had, I had a crazy college experience, right? I enjoyed it too. I went from taking classes in class to online classes.
Leonard Fournette
You was that guy.
Jarvis Landry
So just imagine like everybody hounding you for pictures and autographs and another true story. I rarely went out. I probably went out twice. I went out one time with Lyle Collins my freshman year.
Leonard Fournette
Big Lyle, you seem like you the guy that go out with like sweatpants on, still, all your LSU gear on.
Jarvis Landry
No, no, no, no, no. I ain't doing no bum. That's some bum shit. I ain't doing that. Nah, I ain'. If I'm. If I'm coming out, I'm coming out stepping like I'm coming out for real. And I went out with Lyle my freshman year and I got bullied to going on my sophomore year with Jamal And I'm like, now you acting like a. You acting like a man.
Commercial Voice
You.
Jarvis Landry
You never want to come out with us. This, that and the third, right? But the only. This is a true story. Anybody else? You know, Leonard for net only came out when they had a dice game.
Leonard Fournette
Oh, that's crazy.
Jarvis Landry
That's it, huh?
Leonard Fournette
That's it.
Jarvis Landry
That's a real story. Leonard Frenette is only coming out when the dice is out.
Leonard Fournette
That's it.
Jarvis Landry
That's it.
Leonard Fournette
Y' all in the club shooting dice?
Jarvis Landry
No, no, no. So we stayed in some. Let's be real. Let's be real.
Leonard Fournette
I don't know. I'm just.
Jarvis Landry
At the time, we had a building called the Standard. It had like 30, I think, like 20 something. 30. Some floors. They had a top with a pool. And they had a pool table at.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, yeah.
Jarvis Landry
And we shoot, man, what, from 7 in the evening, you like, you know, Breakfast Club, man, we ain't going to no Breakfast Club, man. We gotta shoot these things. See what these things do, man. The whole. The whole check going.
Leonard Fournette
Next day, you know, we sponsored by Hard Rock bets. They would have been loving you at the time.
Jarvis Landry
And the funny thing is, probably nine times out of ten, I always won.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, I bet. I bet. I bet you. You probably pulled up with your own dice.
Jarvis Landry
No, no, no. I ain't never cheat. This is my teammates. I'm not cheating my teammates, bro. These my brothers. We ain't. We ain't doing all that, though. Like, we gonna legit. We gonna do this legitimate. And shout out to my dogs. When I left, I gave y' all boys my shoe. I gave everybody my. I had red bottoms.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
I had the Balenciaga tennis shoes.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
I had babe shirts I gave away. I was a real teammate. No, for real. Anything you wanted, you could have came to my. You could have came to my room and got it, bro. You, bro. You could. You could have got anything out my room off me and I would have gave it to you, bro. The shirt I had on, huh? My teammate.
Leonard Fournette
I ain't got a problem because I ain't going out.
Jarvis Landry
I had two kids at the time. And listen, my sad is after the game, ticket punch, I'm over with.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah. We just stay safe and out the way.
Jarvis Landry
They stay by cha.
Leonard Fournette
You hear me? I already know it. I already know it, bro. Listen, man, I feel like you need to tell me more about winning the super bowl, bruh. And having your kids on the field, dog.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, it wasn't just my. It was my entire family, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Bro, like Bro, what did that feel like for you? Like, like, like so, like. Oh, were you too. Like, were you two just like.
Jarvis Landry
You know, Bro, I think it hit me. It first started when we. We beat Green Bay. The game to go. The game to go to the super bowl, bro. I called my.
Leonard Fournette
I called my.
Jarvis Landry
I called my mom as soon as I got in the locker room. Cause like, that year was like kind of like a bro, that year. I don't know. It was so crazy for me, man. I didn't have the numbers I wanted to have. I didn't. To me, I didn't make the impact I wanted to make on the team to help us, you know, because at the end of the day, that's all we want to do is feel like we made an impact on the team.
Leonard Fournette
Yep.
Jarvis Landry
So from bro understanding from being cut from Jacksonville, man, and to going to the super bowl, bro, listen, I ran inside as fast as possible and called my mama. She said, linda, God is good, bro. I broke down. I broke down, right? So, you know. Oh, and I caught. Man. I called Jay Z, asked Mike Evans. I called Jay Z to holla at Mike.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
In the. In the locker room on Facetime, Mike like, oh, that's Jay Z. Yeah, Mike was a popping Mike. Like, wow, what's that? He looked. He said, oh, my. Oh, that's Jay Z. My fault.
Leonard Fournette
I already know it. All right.
Jarvis Landry
Just going to the super bowl, bro. Man, I'm talking about. We didn't have an Emmy in practice. Not one fire. And TB gave this pre game speech before the game. Like, I'm. Be real. I was really locked in. Yeah, I was already locked in because they whooped our ass. And I ain't really. I ain't play that game like that that much anyway, right? But TB gave us this pre. This pre game speech, bro. That shit give you chills. And look, I. I can't even go like, I. I remember. I. The. Some of the words I. I can't remember on that. But, bro, the was so deep that had me so locked. I was about to cry.
Leonard Fournette
And I'm like, run through a wall in there, boy.
Jarvis Landry
It's time to go get it.
Leonard Fournette
Yes, sir.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, I can say this. He said, your names will be remembered forever. You will be part of a fraternity for life. I said, yeah, you talking. I'm like, boy, you right. He right.
Leonard Fournette
He painted that picture.
Jarvis Landry
We went out there and won it, bro. And 22. We could have went back to back in 2022. And I. And. And I feel like the whole Tampa Bay feel Like this, bro. If that wouldn't have happened with Antonio Brown when he left during the jets game, I'll be two time Lenny right now.
Leonard Fournette
So, so, so, so wait, that year, Antonio Brown was like, y' all missing link. That was, that was the key to
Jarvis Landry
y', all, to Yalls our final push. Because Chris Godwin got hurt. He didn't play. So really, it was Mike Tyler Johnson, Scotty Gronk, Cam, you know what I'm saying? But we did, we just, we just needed his ass know we needed him. That's why he left, bro, I was so mad with this, I was so mad with this, bro. I, I, I, I DM them a couple months ago, bro. I said, boy, you know, we needed your ass. I see. I said, oh, I'm like, I said, well, guess what? You still my dog. You know, we all go through certain things in life. That's my brother. Because guess what? Every day he was there for me doing that little hard time. Yeah, bro, In Tampa, like, bro, I'll be, I'll be. Well, I'll be sitting on the 50, bro. The team at the 10 yard line. I'm so mad, I'm not playing. He had jogged down there. Hey, folk, come on. Yeah, like you know what I'm saying? I, I know that's not what you want to be, but listen, don't, don't let them see you like that. And I, I ain't lying. I needed that, bro, because I was going, I was going through a tough time in Tampa my first year, man.
Leonard Fournette
I think it's amazing how people could tell other people the things that they need to hear and then they don't,
Jarvis Landry
like, they don't do it.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, bro. Like, damn, bro, you.
Jarvis Landry
Hey, hey, hey. I swear, listen, this shit's so funny
Leonard Fournette
playing out the game.
Jarvis Landry
That's why I hate going places, right? You know, people always tell me, man, you should be in the league. You don't think I know that?
Leonard Fournette
You don't think.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, bro, stop, Stop with my anxiety, bro. For real. You telling me?
Leonard Fournette
I know Lamar Jackson on the ass, man.
Jarvis Landry
What, man? Man, Leonard, bro, you still should be playing. Duh. Stop, Stop My anxiety. Stop saying dumb. If I jump up on your ass, man, like, come on, bro.
Leonard Fournette
100. That boy Jack on him, man. That man going to Lamar Jackson. I mean, would you ever consider, like, doing like, like boxing or mma? I saw like, Logan Paul put out a little something something saying, yeah, football players, retired football players, whoever it is, on a fight, Le'Veon Bell stepped up, like, are you Entertaining.
Jarvis Landry
I'm gonna be real, though. It ain't worth it. Not to me. Because I'll be real. Anybody hit me hard enough that I gotta reconsider myself fighting you. I gotta go get that pistol.
Leonard Fournette
Oh, man. Bro, we boxing, bro. We talking about boxing.
Jarvis Landry
Nah, nah, nah. Cause this. This generation is different. They got memes. I got kids. You. I'm not about to embarrass my children at school, bro. And you know, bullying is real. Your daddy got knocked out, and you know my kids.
Leonard Fournette
You know what? I'm gonna let you finish. I'm gonna let you finish and I'm gonna say something.
Jarvis Landry
Go, bro. Go. Go.
Leonard Fournette
You sound scary as a motherfucker.
Jarvis Landry
Nah, no, bro. Nah, nah, nah, son. It's not. Hey, look, I'm helping. I'm helping them. I'm help. No, I'm. I. All that training. I'm helping them. I'm helping them.
Leonard Fournette
If you train with Lamar Jackson's trainer,
Jarvis Landry
you're telling me, Lamont, a little more help, brother, I ain't gonna lie, man.
Leonard Fournette
Lamar was throwing this.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, but it's coming from the.
Commercial Voice
I ain't.
Jarvis Landry
I wasn't. You know what I'm saying? It wasn't that strong, but he needs time. He needs time.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, maybe he's just getting into boxing, but at the same time, if, you know, adrenaline pumping, you know, I'm sure. I'm sure it's a whole. He a whole dog. He from Florida. I know he. He can get down or something a little bit.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, I gotta fight on tmz. It's cool. Like, I got it on. I got dogs, but I'm not. Nah, son. It ain't worth it, bro. Not to me.
Leonard Fournette
I ain't gonna never. I ain't gonna never. It ain't gonna never hear the end of this one. You turning it down? Oh, man,
Jarvis Landry
I ain't fighting for no million dollars.
Leonard Fournette
Huh? Nah, son.
Jarvis Landry
We talking 10 M's, huh? And we talking 10 hours. I'm going out there. Nah, that. I'm going out there with no. Listen. 10amps. I'm going out there with no training. I don't give a 10.
Leonard Fournette
So for 10 years, would you fight Jake Paul? Hey, boy. You looking like, a little scary.
Jarvis Landry
I'm trying to think. I'm probably listening.
Leonard Fournette
You're very scared, boy.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, bro.
Leonard Fournette
You gotta listen.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, listen. That's not the thing. There ain't no suspect, brother. It's like, you gotta think about for him, though. Cause you gotta think about what's gonna happen to him if I do lose. I'm taking it far.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
It ain't fight.
Leonard Fournette
It's not fighting. I can't do that.
Jarvis Landry
What? How you gonna tell me how to rack if I lose? It's not fighting no more. I'm gonna feel. Please,
Leonard Fournette
you can't do that.
Jarvis Landry
I could do what I want. It's my feelings, brother. I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go far.
Leonard Fournette
So you're gonna lose twice.
Jarvis Landry
Trust me.
Leonard Fournette
So you try to lose twice.
Jarvis Landry
If I lose the first time, I guarantee you he would not be able to box no more.
Leonard Fournette
Hey, man, that's wild. That's wild. Hey, I. Listen, listen. Again. Again. He put Logan, Paul, Jake, Paul, the Paul brothers. Putting it out there for all NFL players and anybody that want to smoke.
Jarvis Landry
Why? Why are you entertaining that, though? Why are you entertaining that?
Leonard Fournette
I'm not entertaining. I just thought that it was something that.
Jarvis Landry
Would you do it?
Leonard Fournette
Who, me?
Jarvis Landry
No, me. Yeah, you. Who you?
Leonard Fournette
Listen, absolutely. I fight Jake Paul, Logan Paul, Danny Paul, Lakers and five. Boy.
Jarvis Landry
Look, man, listen. Only thing. Only thing I'm saying is, bro. Man, look, pray for. If I. If I ever get a ring with them and it come to a split decision and I lose, pray for them. I want you to understand that.
Leonard Fournette
You're gonna go sneak or something, boy.
Jarvis Landry
Pray for him telling you.
Leonard Fournette
Oh, man, that boy. That boy got them bars outside. Them boys. The boys out here wilding, man. Look, but I got history with Jake and Logan, so I don't know if I could really, like, you know, get in the ring with him. I had a celebrity. Listen, you know, they from Ohio. They from Ohio.
Jarvis Landry
That's cool, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Celebrity softball game. They pulled up and showed love and, you know, the whole nine. The whole. You know what I'm saying? So I don't know if I can get in there and. And really, like. Like, fight them. Like, I feel like, you know, it would be.
Jarvis Landry
They ain't your brother. They ain't your brothers. Like, they in blood.
Leonard Fournette
What you mean?
Jarvis Landry
They calling. You just said they calling NFL, former or retired NFL players out. I'm just saying, like, are you a former NFL player? Are you an NFL player?
Leonard Fournette
I'm just saying. I think about it. But if they really want to do it, I'm the guy. Man, I. I definitely. I bulk up. I go down. Whatever.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, listen, listen, listen. I understand this. You go in that ring, it's repercussions for them. And I'm letting you know. You go in that ring.
Leonard Fournette
I. I want Lamar Jackson in my corner.
Jarvis Landry
You want me
Leonard Fournette
in my corner.
Jarvis Landry
You don't want me in your corner, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Nah, you ain't training. You scared you're gonna be running? You're gonna run out the damn corner. It sounds like
Jarvis Landry
I just told you if Jarvis Landry Juice lose the fight is repercussions for the Paul brothers. Man.
Leonard Fournette
Look, ain't no fighting.
Jarvis Landry
I'm not that all that's out the door once my part knows my brother lose.

Jarvis Landry
Wait, wait, wait, wait. Shout out to Ryan and Mike for winning the Oscar.
Leonard Fournette
Yes, sir.
Jarvis Landry
That's big man. Also, Ryan was a former football player.
Leonard Fournette
Amazing. Honestly, bro, Bro, that's, that's like, that's like he gave, he give a young kid like me some, some something to hope for, something to dream for, bro. Like, you know, I'm big with the photography, videography stuff, right? Storytelling and all that, right? So you know, as an athlete, most times you never even think that these things are like possible. Obviously, you know, he didn't have a NFL career and all this, but at the same time, like he played football in college for sure.
Jarvis Landry
Definitely.
Leonard Fournette
Then from then, from there he, you know, he choose a different path. Like damn near the boy, this guy, he got an Oscar. First Oscar.
Jarvis Landry
Listen, I googled how much Black Panther made and I seen Denzel Washington reaction, it made a billion dollars.
Leonard Fournette
I made a B, A B, A Beyonce.
Jarvis Landry
My God.
Leonard Fournette
Damn.
Jarvis Landry
Yes.
Leonard Fournette
Listen, how did you feel about. Look, look, I, I, I love the Black Panther.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
I love, I love sinners. But, but that last creed, bro, that last creed and, and bro, when he was in the hangar, yeah, it was real, bro. And he was running, pulling the plane
Jarvis Landry
and he was putting that pain. He was put in that pain.
Leonard Fournette
I know the feeling. I know.
Jarvis Landry
And like I said, shout out to Michael B. Bro. I've been, I've been watching Michael B since the wire 100. Like, like Michael B. If you ever see this clip, bro, why they did you. That was a warehouse.
Leonard Fournette
What, in Hawaii?
Jarvis Landry
Yeah. When they killed him.
Leonard Fournette
Oh yeah, yeah.
Jarvis Landry
He said, he said, be a, be a man. Stop, Stop peeing in your pants. And shot my son. Did him bad.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, yeah, I know you was a
Jarvis Landry
real you ain't tell, bro. You was on the corner doing your thing. Yeah, but, like, why the hell the snake you.
Leonard Fournette
Hey, look, I like. I like to picture my guy in a better light. Like when he played the Friday Night Lights, you know, I. Even though Fruitville Station was a great one, I still. I like to see my guy, Friday Night Lights, doing his thing.
Jarvis Landry
Was he wide receiver one?
Leonard Fournette
Man, he was all purpose. He was there.
Jarvis Landry
Tavon Austin before, he was doing everything. He was doing everything.
Leonard Fournette
Just give Michael the ball and get out the way. His Oscar speech, he said, I want to thank y' all for believing in me, man. Thank coach, too, Coach. Since the beginning, I'm telling you. Brock in his hand.
Jarvis Landry
Oh, this dude is dumb, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Man, I know you got. I know. I know you got. I don't know if you've seen every Creed movie, but, you know, they shot a Creed movie. And one of the Creed. Well, multiple Creeds, but one of the Creed, when he was running through the street with the Meek Mill song.
Jarvis Landry
In Philly.
Leonard Fournette
In Philly. With the bikes out. Them boys at the bikes out.
Jarvis Landry
That was hard, bro.
Leonard Fournette
I feel like that's something that Ryan Cooler, like, does well. Like, he. He takes the culture or whatever that is, and he.
Jarvis Landry
And put it, bro.
Leonard Fournette
He immersed it, bro, and is. And it's textured in. In the film. Like.
Jarvis Landry
Only thing I'm saying is, Mr. Coogler, bro, if you happen to drop any series on Netflix, please let me audition.
Leonard Fournette
Please. What kind of part you want to play?
Jarvis Landry
So listen, listen, like, I'm big. Listen. I'm bigger to gangster movies, bro, so I can see myself. You know? My favorite movie is the Bronx Tale. I don't know if the world's seen the Bronx there. That's my favorite movie. I'm big into, you know, the Mafia movies. Let me be. Let me be the star of a. Of a Mafia. A mafia series, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah. What's your name gonna be? What they gonna. What they gonna call you? Are you gonna be a don?
Jarvis Landry
I want to work my way up.
Leonard Fournette
Like.
Jarvis Landry
I want to be a foot soldier.
Leonard Fournette
Okay. Capo, right? You want a Scarface type of art?
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, I wanna. Yes, I wanna build myself.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah. Yeah, I see.
Jarvis Landry
So I see when this. When it's dropped, man, think about me, bro. I got the ball here, you know what I'm saying? Look, I got the test. Look, we can put makeup on this
Leonard Fournette
and sound like you need to be calling 50 Cent.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah. Oh, yeah. I call 52, 50.
Leonard Fournette
Hey, I know you're doing Madea Movie.
Jarvis Landry
Come on sir. Skip, Skip, sir. Cause you can like, bro. Come on, son. Now you playing home here, sir. Come on, brother. You going far, brother.
Leonard Fournette
You going for. You going for Tyler Perry got every other week.
Jarvis Landry
That's not for me though.
Leonard Fournette
I've been hearing angle, I've been hearing a lot about this college, this college trip that, that Tyler Perry just came out with fire. I've been hearing some good things about it. So I need. I need to tap into it. But you ain't watching yet, man.
Jarvis Landry
Nah, it's definitely great, but it's teaching about the historical moments that, you know, the African Americans went through in life. Yeah, yeah, it's fire. It's fine, man.
Leonard Fournette
I definitely want to check it out. This man got more movies than. Than Lil Wayne got some albums, songs, and it's crazy.
Jarvis Landry
So every week, bro. Would you prefer Tyler Perry plays or movies?
Leonard Fournette
The movies ain't got out of hand. Ain't gonna lie. Hey, the play. The play is dope though, because. Because the players was authentic.
Jarvis Landry
Please, Fire.
Leonard Fournette
You know, it was no. It was no like in between. We gonna keep it a little this, little that. Like how movies, you know, you can kind of. You got to play it off a little bit or whatever it is. Like. Yeah, but in the place they broke character at any other. At any time. Like, I think. I think it was just more of a natural thing. I would love to see Tyler Perry and either a new cast or that same cast.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
In, in. In a play. I think if he did something like that in New Orleans, Atlanta, just the south, bro. It would. It would go crazy.
Jarvis Landry
Definitely.
Leonard Fournette
It would go crazy. But obviously he's making movies. He's killing it, man. Much love to him. Also a guy from the city, you know what I'm saying? I don't know if people know that out there, but slept.
Jarvis Landry
They don't know. They think from Atlanta. They don't know.
Leonard Fournette
Yep, yep. So. So shout out to Tyler Perry. Shout out to all the black directors.
Jarvis Landry
Yes. Listen, listen, Leonard Fernet me, I will be auditioning this, this up and coming summer.
Leonard Fournette
Hey, hold on, bro. Can we get a. Can we get a. Can we get like a. Like a. Like a. Like a 10 second monologue of. Of like, you know, if you had to do like an audition like just out of Mafia or whatever it is. Can we. What would you like? You know, can we get a little
Jarvis Landry
something famous Malcolm X movie? Get your hands out my pocket. I ain't got the gun, so I can't. I can't go crazy. But yeah, yeah, yeah, that's what we are. That's what we are.
Leonard Fournette
Oh, my God, man. I love it. Why are we. Why we talking about movies, bro? Like, what was your favorite sports movie growing up?
Jarvis Landry
My younger years or, you know, when I.
Leonard Fournette
If you had. If you had it. Listen, I gotta stop. I see I need to start trimming these questions to something more direct. If there was the last movie, sports movie that you ever watched, what would it be?
Jarvis Landry
Friday Night Lights.
Leonard Fournette
Friday Night Lights.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah.
Leonard Fournette
Oh, wait, wait. Well, Michael B.
Jarvis Landry
No, no, no. With Antoine Fisher. Who's the guy played on Antoine Fisher?
Leonard Fournette
Oh, you talking about the movie. The movie.
Jarvis Landry
The movie. Friday Night Lights, when they played Dennis Carter, Bro, listen. Booby injury hurt me so much brush. Like, I was. Bro, listen. You thought that was me, bro? Yes, yes. I. I feel. I feel bad for. Booby had it all.
Leonard Fournette
Boy can pass.
Jarvis Landry
Angie can pass, bruh. Booby had it all.
Leonard Fournette
Well, he had it all.
Jarvis Landry
And. And it was. And that was real.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah.
Jarvis Landry
And it's like when they started showing them after the movies, like, it was a real guy, bro. That crushed me, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Bro, it crushed me. It crushed me, like, when I got older and I watched the movie again, like. Like when I seen it when I was younger, like, it hit right.
Jarvis Landry
You understand? But see, when you made it and all the shit you went through, you were like, damn, he had a bro.
Leonard Fournette
I knew the feeling of when he was in that doctor's office, and then he was like, who do you.
Jarvis Landry
You work for milling facts?
Leonard Fournette
Who paying you? But in reality, the doctor was really just doing his job. But the passion and the love and to know that he wasn't gonna be able to take care of his family. Because at that time, when you tell that knee up, it ain't no coming back from it.
Jarvis Landry
They had. They had no type of man.
Leonard Fournette
It ain't no coming back from the knee, bro. And. And. And as athletes and I know from my journey, I could say this, bro, like, bro, you had to be on that field. Facts hurt, not hurt, whatever it is, like, you had to be on that field feel. So I understood his pain when they. When the doctor was like, it's done. And then him and his uncle go in the room and they. They hustle my guy. They hustle my guy. Crime. They hustle my guy. They hustle my guy. Get him to play dress out. And my dude, the coach didn't want him to play, and he wasn't gonna play him.
Jarvis Landry
And I. I think. I think about that when that's some tour shit. I could have a straight Face of this, I feel like that's a.
Leonard Fournette
To a. Like, we know this man hurt, and
Jarvis Landry
we still gonna put him in the facts, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Bro, we, bro. Come on, man. My guy, man.
Jarvis Landry
And then now that I'm older, bro, it's like, you know, in our careers, you know, we didn't. We didn't have a choice. At least we. We made it to college in the NFL, bro. His dream stopped in high school. He had every. Every coach coming to his school to come see him.
Leonard Fournette
Yes, bro.
Jarvis Landry
He was. He was. He was Reggie Bush 100. He was Reggie.
Leonard Fournette
He was getting other people on his team looks from colleges because he was so good, and it was coming to see him and just. Oh, they stumbled on this guy. You see, when I knocked, I' ma had these knives on my feet. You heard me? I'm had these Nikes on my feet, man. I think Derek Luke was the guy that. That, that. That portrayed Booby Miles and Antoine Fish.
Jarvis Landry
He did a great job. He did a great job, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, bro. I felt this crime. My. My favorite one. Remember The Titans, okay, 100. 100. If I couldn't. If. Even. If I couldn't watch another movie ever again in life, and I had to pick one sports movie to watch for the rest of my life, remember the Titans, 100. But I had that on VHS.
Jarvis Landry
So did it resonate with you in some way? Like. Like, can we dig into. Why is. That's the movie, obviously, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Denzel, the main character. On top of that, it taught me how many feet was in the Mile. Was in the mall when I was 10 years old, bro.
Jarvis Landry
Get this man. Get this man off this podcast right now, man. This man here, bro.
Leonard Fournette
Bro, I'm dead. I'm so serious, bro. Not only that, bro. I knew every line of every character in the movie, bro. Like, I would. I love that movie that much. Watching it two, three times a day for. For years.
Jarvis Landry
Damn, bro.
Leonard Fournette
For years. I know I could almost down there tell you every character, every scene. If I watch it a few more times, I definitely probably could tell you with every word in. In the movie, bro, from that beginning, like Genesis.
Jarvis Landry
That's not. Bam. That's not bad, bro.
Leonard Fournette
I'm telling you, bro, I love. I love that movie, bro. I love that movie. And not only that, bro, it was a. It was a barrier movie, right? Because at that time, there was. There was no black and white together, right? So the. The. The ending was. Was amazing, bro. Seeing Bertier and Julius come together.
Jarvis Landry
Yeah, for sure.
Leonard Fournette
Yeah, bro. Even when the moms didn't really accept it like that. You know what I'm saying? Like, bro, I can't tell you who really who directed that movie. But like, dog, that was a beautiful. Like, I cried in that movie. So, like, I could. I could still feel what I felt right now replaying the memories in my head. I can still feel it of what I felt when I. When I watched it, bro, back then.
Jarvis Landry
That's strong, bro.
Leonard Fournette
I'm telling you, bro. Cause baby, there ain't no mountain high enough.

Episode: Jarvis & Fournette CLAP BACK at Emmanuel Acho + Waddle-Broncos trade reaction, Lamar Jackson boxing
Date: March 21, 2026
Hosts: Jarvis Landry & Leonard Fournette
This lively edition of “4th and South” sees Jarvis Landry and Leonard Fournette take center stage, reacting candidly to recent sports headlines. The episode opens with a spirited rebuttal to recent criticisms from NFL analyst Emmanuel Acho, pivots into a detailed discussion of the Jaylen Waddle-to-Denver trade, tackles questions about the Miami Dolphins’ future, and wraps up with talk about athlete boxing, fatherhood, and sports movies—delivered in their classic back-and-forth style.
[03:00 – 12:18]
Jarvis & Leonard respond to Acho’s criticism:
Both hosts bristle at Emmanuel Acho’s remarks about their careers, using humor, stats, and pointed barbs to question his credentials and relevance.
Jarvis: “You said, here's his quote. Shador can be a franchise QB...but two-time coach of the year gets no credit. Coach Stefanski, he gets no credit... His record is 45 and 56. So you telling me that record, he deserves two times coach of the year?” [03:30]
Leonard: “In his career. Out of every NFL analyst they have, he has the weakest resume.” [05:26]
Questioning credibility:
The duo mock Acho’s playing career and criticize his takes on Shador Sanders and Kevin Stefanski.
[14:07 – 17:39]
Initial reactions to trade:
They both see upside for Miami and Denver, calling it a “win-win.” Waddle’s fit in Denver is praised, with optimism for his pairing with Sean Payton.
Leonard: “Denver put themselves in a position to have another game changer on the outside...Jalen Waddle can do that. Sean Payton gonna find ways to use my guy.” [14:11]
Jarvis: “Are the Broncos the favorites to win in the AFC West?” [16:02]
AFC West landscape:
Despite Denver’s improvements, Kansas City remains the team to beat. Mahomes is given Brady-like status.
Leonard: “If there's time on the clock and the ball in [Mahomes’] hands, it ain't over.” [16:29]
Jarvis: “Kansas is my pick to win a Super Bowl too.” [17:27]
[19:13 – 28:11]
Concerns with Miami’s roster:
Both believe the roster is “terrible right now” and that key players, particularly in the backfield, need support.
Looking for RB help:
They brainstorm potential running back additions for Miami (including Alvin Kamara), and stress the need for a ‘one-two punch.’
[31:06 – 54:38]
Lamar Jackson’s boxing pursuits:
The hosts share laughs about Lamar’s boxing form, jab about what it’s like being a dad with kids underfoot, and joke about needing better hooks and body shots.
Would they fight Logan/Jake Paul?
Both riff on whether they’d enter a celebrity boxing ring, weighing the risks and rewards (and the possible embarrassment for their kids if they got knocked out).
[33:01 – 46:43]
What fatherhood means:
Both open up about the joys and struggles of being present for their kids, contrasting it with the time missed during their playing careers.
Impact of sharing big moments:
Leonard describes the emotional moment of bringing family onto the field for the Super Bowl and emphasizes the lasting legacy of such experiences.
[59:37 – 73:21]
Celebrating Black creatives:
They shout out Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan for their film success—highlighting the huge impact of “Black Panther” and “Creed.”
Favorite sports films:
The hosts discuss the iconic sports movies that shaped their views—“Friday Night Lights” and “Remember The Titans”—connecting the storylines to their own athletic journeys.
Dream acting roles:
Jarvis says his favorite films are mafia movies like “A Bronx Tale” and shares his dream of playing a “foot soldier” who works his way up in a mafia drama. [63:41]
On Acho’s Criticism:
On the AFC West Race:
On Athlete Boxing:
On Family and Football:
On Movie Aspirations:
On Inspirational Black Films:
Unfiltered, genuine, and often hilarious—Jarvis Landry and Leonard Fournette riff off each other with the camaraderie of two close friends and seasoned athletes. The discussion is culture-rich, full of personal anecdotes, behind-the-scenes insights, and delivered with equal parts bravado and humility.
For listeners who love insider football talk, straight-up banter, and real-life stories from two NFL veterans, this episode is must-listen content.
