The Volume all right guys. Hey, it's the boy dc, your favorite podcaster and also a role partner. And of course fellas, when you're in or you're out of the bedroom with your partner or that significant other, you have got to satisfy their needs. As you try to satisfy your needs, it's so important. Hey, the one thing about ro, when you're in the bedroom, our guys at RO Sparks, they got your back with his long lasting functionality. RO Sparks are a 2 in 1 prescription treatment for guys who want more controlled erections. And it doesn't take long either because. Because after they dissolve, they work in about 15 minutes on average. It's because the pills dissolve under the tongue and go directly into the bloodstream. Ro connects guys with medical providers 100% online, so you don't have to waste time in the waiting room. And if approved treatment ships directly to your door. For me, honestly, it's a no brainer. RO is a must have guys treated, trust me. New sex health patients get $15 off of their first order of RO Sparks on the recurring plan. So connect with a provider at R O D O T CO dctv RO CO DCTV to find out if prescription roast sparks is right for you guys. That's R O D O T C O/SP DCTV for 15 off your first order. Hey, get them Roast sparks. I'm telling you, they work. You like a. You like a doctor now. You like professor.
Islam Makhachev
What problems do you have? Just tell me.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah, my biggest problem is you. You picking me up once you pick me up off the ground. Everybody trying to pick me up off the ground though. Why you doing do this? We're like like now. No respect. They said you might have picked this guy up. Now everybody hey. I said, hey, I'm not Hasbullah. I'm like this guy.
Islam Makhachev
Why did I tell them?
Daniel Cormier
I tell him the other day, the guy, so he's so like, everybody picked me up so much the other day. Somebody tried to pick me up. I put all my weight down. Like it like super heavy. I start defending the takedown. Man, this is crazy. Don't pick me up.
Islam Makhachev
I don't know, bro. They post that shit.
Daniel Cormier
They do just like you, you know, you pick me up on the ground like this. Hey, what's. Why you have the glasses?
Islam Makhachev
A little problem with the right eyes. It's okay.
Daniel Cormier
You look like Professor.
Islam Makhachev
I don't know what I look like. Just doing the things. Listen to my doctor.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah, it look good.
Islam Makhachev
Thank you.
Daniel Cormier
It's good to have you back, man. It's been too long.
Islam Makhachev
Thank you.
Daniel Cormier
Hey, you might be a good wrestler, Bull Nick or all those guys, but if you ever find yourself stuck in an octagon with me, I'll take your ass down over and over again. Boom. Hamza. Just going for a ride, bro. Imagine how many times I kill you.
Islam Makhachev
Imagine if I was your weight class.
Daniel Cormier
How many times I kill you. Every time we wrestle, I kill you. Guys.
Islam Makhachev
Never.
Daniel Cormier
Never. Every time we wrestle, I kill this guy.
Islam Makhachev
Brother, in your dreams. You can't wrestle me, man. Come on. In your dreams.
Daniel Cormier
Khamzat Chimaev takes on Robert Whitaker this weekend in the co Main Event, UFC 308. Make sure you guys hit that buy button. Make sure you tap into everything Khamzat's doing. This guy seems to be a future champion. Let's see if he can continue that this week. And until next time, tell your friends about my YouTube channel I'm checking out with dudes like bores. Till next time, guys. Peace. In my dreams, I kill you in my dreams. 10, 0, 35 seconds.
Islam Makhachev
You see, in your dreams, you only see American people. And they will see.
Daniel Cormier
All right, guys, they won't have to do this. So Jamal got hurt with playing basketball. People don't know is I did it. I crossed. Oh, my God. Come on, man. I'mma just tell y' all the truth. I just. Look at the motion. What happened was I did it. I hit him with the. Y' all remember when AI hit Michael Jordan? It was flipped. It was flipped. Yo, it was the young dude. Yo, yo, stop comparing yourself to Mike, bro. It was. It was the young dude with AI doing it to the older guy. But with us, it was the older guy did it to the young guy. I crossed Jamal, he fell, and all of a sudden I saw him picking up. If you did that, he would be. He would have been the injured one. He would have been the injured. I was giving y' all work. Y' all got lucky. Come on, man. Who paid the rest? You paid the rest. Come on, man. Come on, man. You could tell me. It was a long time ago. Okay? I might have paid the ref. I know you paid the rest. Let's wrap it up for the winning team. You think that if I fought you at 145, you would actually beat me? Brother, I was bags. I would sp on your head and.
Islam Makhachev
It looked like another ball, brother.
Daniel Cormier
You think? Wait, stop, stop. You believe that last time you got arrogant in something that we competed against was Madden. Yeah. And what happened?
Islam Makhachev
I. I lost one time.
Daniel Cormier
We're one and one, brother. No, I beat you twice. That's what happened. So you're coming down the loser? No, but I'm not losing to you.
Islam Makhachev
Okay, well, we never know.
Daniel Cormier
It would be so boring. You'd be so frustrated because I would just be laying on you, just wrestling.
Islam Makhachev
Because when I get up, I'm gonna.
Daniel Cormier
Punch in the face. Go to my boy Max Holloway. Watch him on kick.com. and Max, you don't touch my head. Can I tell you one last thing before I let you go, Max? Yeah. The reason you didn't fight UFC 200, because I was still the man at the time, and I requested that they didn't put you on the card. That's just the way it is. I like to throw my weight around. Earlier in the week, I had a response to Jones, and I did the whole video, me and Jones thing, everything. But now they after me again. Your boy can't catch a breakout out here, man. So when I was discussing the sphere the other day, I said I didn't really want to see Nate Diaz headline the card. I thought maybe I'm wrong. I was pretty respectful. And my assessment of where he is and why, I didn't want that. Honestly, what I said really wasn't an indictment on who he is. I just said there are more fighters deserving. Let me get the deal right quick. Deserving of being in the main event. You know, Luis be sending me everything. So Luis be hooking the boy up. Anyhow. It said the Mac Life. Thank you, guys. Oscar, you do a great job. All right? I said, will I watch Nate on the spear pay per view card, absolutely. But to be the headliner with all these great fighters that are deserving of that spot, I don't think so. I don't need to see that. I need to see those other guys fighting. Nate then says, this bitch is not a fighter. Complete opposite. Good talk, dc. First off, I have no problem with Nate Diaz. I have no issue with him. I don't. I don't really know Nate. I've always respected Nate for what he did inside the Octagon, so and so. I'm a lot of things, guys, but one thing I'm not is nobody. Bitch. I'm not a bitch. So my question is this. When did it become okay for men to start calling each other out their name like that? When did that become okay? You know, I don't disrespect nobody in my. In my assessments of them. I try my best to be as fair as I can. I don't quite understand, as I got a slide to the right, why people think it's okay to attack you, attack you in that way, especially calling you outside your name like that. That's not cool, man. You don't get to just talk to people any way you want, but also just being in a disrespectful manner, it's not cool. You know, when I was talking about Jones the other day, I was laughing. I was joking. But I'm going to tell you one thing about Jones and me and the way that I'm perceived in the world today. Jones talked his shit when I was fighting. Jones talks his shit today. That's cool. I respect that. Because we had the opportunity to go into the Octagon and settle our stuff. That's why, though, right? That's why, though. Jones and I had interactions outside of the Octagon on so many occasions because I was still fighting. But it's very odd to me that in my retirement, I have more beefs and. And more people coming at me than even when I was inactive, when I could do something about all the disrespect. Because right now, I'll be honest with you, I'm measured. I have to be very measured because of the world that I live in today. But the boy Jones used to get at me. He would get at me in fighting situations. He would talk his trash. So that's why we fought at the Palms, had an altercation. That's why we had altercations at the club that we were in before. That's why we had altercations at press conferences, at any interaction between him and I was an altercation because he was talking and stuff, then I was talking my stuff, then. So then we would come together and we would kind of try to fight each other, because that's what happens when you start calling men outside their name like that. So I knew. I knew that when I said something about that, man, there was a possibility that there would be a reaction. I don't have the ability to have those reactions right now, so I can't. It seems reckless that so many can be so disrespectful in the approach. I don't get that. I really don't get that. But I'm nobody's bitch. And to say I'm not a fighter is just. I don't get it, man. I don't get it. Because again, I feel like I was actually pretty fair to this dude. Because when you really think about it, to say I'm not a fighter. When you really think about it, Nate Diaz was fun. Nate Diaz got to a championship opportunity. But if I'm not a fighter, what that make him? What does that make him? If I did what I did and if he did what he did, what that make him? You know, one Time I was talking to Habib, and it was when Nate was coming at Habib, and Nate said Khabib said something to the effect of, this man has lost 12 or 13 fights in his career. He's like, daniel, I can't respond to this guy. I can't take this guy serious. Because who loses to that many people? How can you call me not a fighter when you have had those instances? What did I do? I fought the best. I fought the best in the world constantly. So to say I'm not a fighter because I'm making. Because I have an opinion on whether or not I want to see him headline the sphere. The sphere is going to be one of the greatest pay per view experiences that we've had in the ufc. Nate Diaz on Mexican Independence Day would fit the card beautifully. Main event would have to be against a Conor McGregor. Maybe, hey, maybe George Masvidal. I don't want to fight Nate Diaz, but George Masvidal does. Why is he attacking me when George Masvidal at his gym, he. In Stockton. That's where the energy should be directed. That dude wants to fight you, not me. I'm over here making YouTube videos about what I think will be a great card while still actually saying, I would appreciate seeing you on the card. When in reality, when you look at what you've done recently, I don't know if many people that may not possess your star power even get an opportunity to be on that card. I don't even know if they get a chance. But because of your star quality, because of your popularity, if you were back in the ufc, you would get that opportunity. I'm saying I would check in and tap into it. I don't see how that.
Islam Makhachev
That.
Daniel Cormier
That. That is disrespectful. But the reality is, the one thing we will not do is compare myself to Nate Diaz because it's different levels, much different. I'm a champion. Two weight classes. I lost three times in my career. Four if you count the fight that was called a no contest. Four times. Two. Guys, we are on much different wavelengths. We are on much different planets. We're not in the same stratosphere in terms of fighters. We're not. And it's time for me to stop allowing people to attack or come at me in these ways when I'm doing my job. But can I still get into the stuff that I was doing back in the day? No. I can't be fighting in clubs. I don't go to clubs. I can't be approaching people. I don't do that. But I'm not a bitch. I'm not going to disrespect nobody. And I'm not going to sit up here and just get disrespected by these dudes, because that's not right. It's not right. And not even just to me, to a man. You don't call a man out his name. You don't do that. At least not where I'm from. And to think of the way that these guys are perceived, right? The big crowd and the gangster. Man, let me tell you something. In the hood, right, in those places that these guys seem to frequent or come off as if they really are there a lot, you don't do that, don't call no other man like. You don't call no other man outside of his name like that. I just don't understand when that became okay. I don't get it. I don't get it. Like I said in the beginning, I don't have a problem with Nate Diaz. I don't. He clearly has a problem with me. Gilroy is an hour and a half away from Stockton. I live here. I'm not trying to fight. I'm not going to be up there fighting with this man in the streets. But we can always just have a conversation if you have a problem with something I said. But to call me up my name like that and to say the boy ain't did what the boy did. I mean, Luiz gonna pull up a whole bunch of videos and run a highlight reel of what I did in my career. And in those pictures gonna be a lot of belts and a lot of championships. I fought the best. I very rarely had opportunities to fight guys that weren't on my level. I can only imagine what my record would be if I did. If I wasn't fighting Bigfoot Silver in my eighth fight or Josh Barnett in my ninth fight. Think about that. Nine fights into my career, less than three years after starting, I'm fighting Josh Barnett. So to wrap it up, Nate, here's the deal. I ain't got a problem with you. When I see. Hey, I'm gonna tip my hat off to you. If you want to say something to me, come up to me. Tell me. Tell me what the issue is. We can discuss it like men. I don't, I don't. I don't really. I don't really play all that, like, bitch and, and. And hoes and all that other stuff. I don't really play that man. So I never once mentioned his name. He goes to X. And he says D.C. said he wants to kill me at his house. I already buried him twice in the octagon. Third time I'm bringing the shovel. Not true. I never said I wanted to kill him at my house. Those asses must have left more than bruises. I feel like I'm the most painful thing that ever happened to that man's life. Emotional damage, okay. Lot to unpack there. I do a job. I can't omit that. No, actually, because of our history, people want my take on what's happening with Jon Jones more than anybody. But we can't fight. So it's like, why would I let you occupy space in my head? Only an insecure person would go immediately, that's he's talking about me. You can't say you're the most painful thing that's happened in a person's life when they've lost a child. That's the craziest thing in the world. You say I'm the most painful thing that's happened in a person's life when they've lost a child or their father got murdered. But again, he knows that. But that's why, you know, you're dealing with a different type of human being. When they can know that, they can know all those things. Very well documented what has happened in my life. To say that I didn't say his name. I'm only talking about what is the news now and also how stupid he is. But that's Jon Jones that thinks about me. He's still trying to fight me when I'm retired. They got a dude that wants to fight him and literally begging him to fight. And somebody tell Jon Jones, get off my page, man. Like, dang, what is he doing watching what I do? Come on, John. Islam Makhachev
Wrestling brother. How someone striking guy come to the wrestling and two years be Olympic champion. Why does he take him down?
Daniel Cormier
What are you talking about?
Islam Makhachev
One minute Sadulayev sent him 10 0.
Daniel Cormier
Then why has nobody done this to him in MMA? Because he only fights strikers. He doesn't know.
Islam Makhachev
Put him on K. Yes, put him against Uncle Life.
Daniel Cormier
You think Uncle Life take him down.
Islam Makhachev
Of course. Easy. Hoofa. Who beat him like wrestling guy who have opponent. Who he have opponent?
Daniel Cormier
Who are you talking about?
Islam Makhachev
Prakashka or who?
Daniel Cormier
Yovich. Yovich took him Yambach, which is a wrestler.
Islam Makhachev
Okay, uncle, live. What happened? How many times uncle? I take him down. Hold him three rounds there. Brother Dagestan.
Daniel Cormier
It's so my son's group of kids. You know how last time I sent my kids there.
Islam Makhachev
You want your son?
Daniel Cormier
They go next to Dagestan. My son and the rest of his team.
Islam Makhachev
Send your son to diocese.
Daniel Cormier
But I'm going too, though I'm not. He can't go by himself.
Islam Makhachev
Why? Brother? If you want your son high level wrestling, send him two, three years. Dagestan forget three years. Yes.
Daniel Cormier
You're out of your mind. Two weeks, six months.
Islam Makhachev
One times you can call him two weeks.
Daniel Cormier
See Frankie out there? Going to son for one month. Yeah, my son's not going for six weeks, man or no, too long. Hey, Islam, thank you for checking in with me, man. I appreciate it. Even though Ali tried to keep keep us apart. Can you believe this?
Islam Makhachev
Yes, yes. I told the old story after, huh? Camera. I told the old story.
Daniel Cormier
You tell me. You tell me the whole story. He. Yeah, because you know it is it. You know Many, many. I sent him the picture. See this? Many, many people love Islam.
Islam Makhachev
Yeah, because your channel have more views with me.
Daniel Cormier
Did everybody you see this? This is crazy.
Islam Makhachev
This interview started.
Daniel Cormier
We like the perfect partnership. This is the way the interview needs to go. Like this. Not you though. You need to stay off the interview. Can you look at any of Dustin's past opponents and look outside of Khabib and go. I know I can do this same thing to him and put him to a point where I think I can break him.
Islam Makhachev
What all like high level wrestling I did with him. I can do this easy. Much easier. Do you believe me?
Daniel Cormier
I don't know, man. I'm calling the fight.
Islam Makhachev
How you don't know? I take you down.
Daniel Cormier
No.
Islam Makhachev
How. I'm not take down Dustin.
Daniel Cormier
Let's see Romero Cotton's video again. We're gonna do this again. We'll go to Romero Cotton's video again.
Islam Makhachev
And brother, you always bring your camera guy. And where I take down you Cut. This is true.
Daniel Cormier
That's not true.
Islam Makhachev
That is not true.
Daniel Cormier
When Romero Cotton raised The hand when Romero got go to the center who Handy raised.
Islam Makhachev
It's your guy, brother. It's your guy.
Daniel Cormier
We were all teammates.
Islam Makhachev
This is a bullshit decision, brother.
Daniel Cormier
It was a bullshit decision. Islam, your goal is to be the best pompom fighter in the world, which you are right now. Is there a certain way you need to win this fight this weekend over Dustin Poirier?
Islam Makhachev
Yeah, that's right. I have to make this fight easy and show my level to the all worlds.
Daniel Cormier
Who's the toughest matchup for you in this division? Because I'm watching right now, you telling me that the number one contender right now, Dustin Poirier, you need to beat impressively. Who do you think at 155 can present problems for you? Armand. I mean Armand. It's universally thought that Armand gave you the toughest fight of your career.
Islam Makhachev
I don't see someone who can give me tough fight. I have other goal, other target. I want to jump other division. Maybe there have some big guy. But I know I can be double champ.
Daniel Cormier
The champion at 170 is like you. The champion at 170 is.
Islam Makhachev
Yeah, I can be.
Daniel Cormier
Who's the champion at 170?
Islam Makhachev
Edwards.
Daniel Cormier
Remember before you couldn't remember his name?
Islam Makhachev
No, I know his name from the first day in U.S. i'm training.
Daniel Cormier
He came at AKA training.
Islam Makhachev
Yeah, I know him.
Daniel Cormier
He gave you many problems that day. I remember this training session.
Islam Makhachev
Who gave him?
Daniel Cormier
Leon Edwards gave you many problems.
Islam Makhachev
But this is my first sparring in the US he gave you many problems.
Daniel Cormier
I see this.
Islam Makhachev
I watch now people understand. You're lying, brother.
Daniel Cormier
So you guys didn't train together?
Islam Makhachev
We did my first sparring in US With Leon. Okay, okay. I stepped to the case, coach. How say I don't understand. I don't speak English. He said habib, this guy very good striker. And I was thinking, wow, I cannot lose. First sparring in US in the cage. In the cage. This is my first fighting in decade. And when time is beginning, I go to double leg take him down. But that time he's not good wrestler.
Daniel Cormier
He learned wrestling.
Islam Makhachev
Yes. He come to learn, but he's not. But right now, maybe he's good on wrestling. He can defend, but that game is like weak point wrestling. And I take him down, hold him.
Daniel Cormier
Another storyline in this fight is Dustin's guillotine. That's become like a. It's taken on a life of its own.
Islam Makhachev
You make this joke, brother. He have good guillotine. You make this joke.
Daniel Cormier
I didn't make it a Joke. You make it a joke because you start to smirk when you say it. Because it's almost feel like you don't think he can ever catch you in a guillotine, brother.
Islam Makhachev
I don't remember when Dustin catch somebody with the guillotine.
Daniel Cormier
He hasn't got one yet.
Islam Makhachev

Daniel Cormier
He took you down in the fifth round. Didn't he take you down in the fifth round?
Islam Makhachev

Daniel Cormier
Do you want to fight in November again?

Islam Makhachev
Come to a cave. When you last time in ak? When you last time in the gym, man, I went, huh?
Daniel Cormier
You see that's. That's the problem with you now. You're very disrespectful. I liked you better when you were a kid that barely spoke English. And you were nice man.
Islam Makhachev

Daniel Cormier

Islam Makhachev
Yes, that's. You have to do some. Some other sports tomorrow.
Daniel Cormier

Islam Makhachev
Make you working a little bit. Play soccer better for you.
Daniel Cormier
I'm so good at that now. I'm so good at soccer now. Hey, dude, I'm so good at soccer, and I love soccer.
Islam Makhachev
Soccer, brother. Us don't have good soccer. How are you good in soccer?
Daniel Cormier
I'm really good in soccer, bro. You got to stop disrespecting my country, man. You stop saying we're not good at stuff.
Islam Makhachev

Leon Edwards
His crew walked into the. The elevator. Leon's crew, they're six deep. It's me and my boy, Max Perez. And then all of a sudden, we hear like a. You know, his brother's trying to give me like a dirty look. Look at me in the eye. And then Leon's just sitting there, not saying a word. And then all of a sudden, we hear a little. A little gremlin, little leprechaun talking trash his coach. And I was like, who the heck's this little nerd? And I look and it's. I can't even see him because he's so short and he's trying to talk trash at the front of the elevator, but he's, like, squeezed into the corner.
Daniel Cormier
So you guys were all in the same elevator?
Leon Edwards
Yeah, it was two of us, six of them. But I mean, I take us two over anybody any day of the week.
Daniel Cormier
So Rocky was in there, too? Yeah, yeah.
Leon Edwards
He wasn't saying that word, though. But his coach was talking. That's why I'm hoping his coach showed up to the press.
Islam Makhachev
Conference.
Leon Edwards
I'd rather talk with his coach at the press conference.
Daniel Cormier
Damn. Hello. What if they would have get your ass? What if they would? They could have got your ass up in there. If that was me, I would have hit the stop button. And you, I don't know if you'd have made it to Saturday, we would have jumped your ass.
Leon Edwards
Nah, we would have been straight, man. Me, Max Thanasis. That's my embedded guy right here. He would have took care of me. He's ready to throw it out from New York.
Daniel Cormier
Let me tell you something. The embedded guy is not helping you. Embedded guy scared, though. I know this dude. I know him. He's scared, man. I know him below. He ain't helping you. He probably run out the door.
Leon Edwards
The crazy thing is, Lou was in the elevator with me. Then he ran out of the elevator last second to grab it.
Daniel Cormier
Yeah. He said, you know what's crazy about Lou? Lou? I'm tell you, I don't like him no more. He won that million dollars and he act different. I don't even like talking to that man no more. He act different in front of everybody. Well, before I let you go, and then my last thing. Summer. Every summer, we play a basketball game. Last year, I went for 30 in the first year. This year, my numbers were down, but I did have seven or eight assists, and we still won the championship. Is there ever going to be a time where you walk away with the trophy and the money when standing across from me? How frustrating is it that I just be dicing your ass up?
Leon Edwards
It just keeps me motivated, right? It keeps me wanting to work harder and get better.
Daniel Cormier
Your game is trash, though. Your basketball game is trash, dog. Come on, man. We got to do it one on one.
Leon Edwards
My team sucks. Jamal got hurt.
Daniel Cormier
Hey, what about the tall guy I brought last time? And you be paying the refs.
Leon Edwards
You'll be paying the refs off 100%.
Daniel Cormier
How tall was my son?
Leon Edwards
Dude, like 6 foot. Like 6.
Daniel Cormier
He was 6. 11. I wrote a 611 center to playing a pickup basketball game. I just kept dealing with my cousin. Putting it in the post. Put it in the post. Win the money.
