Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Welcome in everybody to Fantasy Pros. This is the fantasy football podcast. It is me, Joey P, Joe P. Zappia and today Jake Seely and I are going to talk about some rumors looming around the NFL landscape heading into free agency next week. And of course we'll be here on the channel. Make sure you subscribe to the channel covering everything that happens in free agency. And Jake, we've already had some interesting tags. We've already had some organizations getting ahead of free agency, but do you feel like it's still going to be a hot period of time for guys moving
Jake Seeley
teams if we're talking non fantasy? Well, if you play an idp, yay. Or like potentially need offensive line help, which matters for us. But yeah, you and I were talking about before the show between the tags, the rumor tags that could be coming and then all these people already working towards deals, of course that could change, but I feel like we're going to get to Monday that week and be like, well, free agent class went from about 50 people to 15. Like that's just what it feels like right now.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Yeah, Kyle Pitts already tagged. George Pickens already tagged. We'll discuss some of those guys later in the show too, see if there's any trade possibilities going on there. Before we get to some of the rumors floating around, there's one thing that's certain and that's we're giving away free stuff. Fantasy football championship belt can be yours. All right, let's talk about the quarterbacks first. Obviously Daniel Jones Kind of is at the top of the list too. Coming off a bad injury now and a lot of questions. There's rumors about the Vikings. Of course the Colts want him back. But I guess at the end of the day it's, you know, off of what, eight good games from Daniel Jones before the first injury happened, before the season ending injury happened. Did he really show you enough between that performance and the Giants career and that body of work to warrant a big time quarterback contract that could be a $40 million deal, a year deal?
Jake Seeley
Yes. So there's two aspects of this that aren't mutually exclusive. So on the one hand, no, Daniel Jones does not deserve $40 million. On the other hand, we have to understand what the NFL is. And look at this as we're going to be talking about today. And I'm sure this entire offseason people are talking about potentially trading for Andy Dalton. Like they are desperate for quarterbacks right now. And this is why, like at some point I feel like maybe over the next two or three years we might hit that breaking point where we reset the quarterback market because these contracts are getting crazy out of hand and I know the quarterback is the most important position, blah, blah. And Daniel Jones is kind of Daniel Jones that we've always known. Daniel Jones really wasn't that much better. He was a little bit, maybe Kevin o' Connell helped him when he was with the Vikings briefly, he was a little bit better with the Colts. But really what we saw is that when you give him weapons but also offensive line protection and he has time to be comfortable, Daniel Jones is a better player. A lot of quarterbacks in the NFL are better players with time in the pocket. This is actually the, probably the biggest difference going from college to the NFL and succeeding in the NFL is being able to succeed when you don't have clean pockets constantly. So Daniel Jones, 40 million. No. For us in fantasy, Daniel Jones back with the Colts. Cool. Thumbs up. Assuming that injury isn't in play in week one is the fact is like he's 100%. He might not even be 100% until October, which is why I think we have him outside. Most everybody has him outside of the QB1 territory because of that risk. Like he has QB1 upside. If we knew he was 100%, we knew he was with the Colts, but it's the risk of that. And then of course, yeah, that, that the 40 million is a sidebar. Like for us, fantasy, we don't care. But in real life, yeah, no, there's no way I'm paying $40 million for Daniel. No, look, way I'm giving.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
I don't deserve $40 million, but I would like $40 million. I'm just putting that out there. I'm sure I know what you want to pay me.
Jake Seeley
$4 million.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
I'll split. I'll split my 40 with you because we've been friends for a long time. I like to take care of.
Jake Seeley
You could take 70. I'm cool.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
All right, done. Remember, he said it, everybody. Jake Seeley said it. Okay, you think that's ridiculous. How about Malik Willis asking price of $30 million? The Steelers apparently have heard this price and they are shaking their heads. The Arizona Cardinals apparently kicking the tires there. Malik Willis, too. So a lot going on there. Obviously, when you start to connect the floors, it makes a little bit of sense there. So in terms of rumors for Malik Willis, what have you hear. Hearing. And right now, what are you looking at in terms of. I would like if this happened and Malik Willis ended up here for fantasy purposes.
Jake Seeley
So I think that Malik Willis would be much more comfortable in real Life giving him $30 million than 40 to Daniel Jones. Because we've played this game before. There is no guarantee. And Joe, I know that we're not kind of really talking about today, but I mentioned on my podcast and I said in Dynasty, I'd float out Malik Willis in trade offers right now because if you have him, people are going crazy for him because they're going off a very small sample. And I'm not saying, like, this is coming from somebody. You remember this. This is coming from somebody that really liked Malik Willis and thought that he deserved a chance to sit learn in the NFL. Came from Liberty. He wasn't ready to be a starter from day one. That with his development, he could be a start in the NFL. And we've seen flashes of it, but we've seen flashes from quarterbacks stepping in for the starters before, where a full season of teams designing their defensive schemes to come for you. A full season of the quarterback playing the position. It doesn't always work. I take the $30 million gamble because, you know, what? If it doesn't, at least you tried it. And then, like, you could turn around in two or three years and move on from it. Daniel Jones feels more like you're hamstrung if you do it. And it's not just the $10 million difference, but it kind of feels like, well, we've already seen him play well for us, so, like, we got to give him that leash again, and then we got to give him that leash again. And oh, look, he flashed again. Malik will his bombs you move on. Unfortunately, there's the contract, but the, the rumors of where he's going. Like, I actually, there's one that I thought was interesting yesterday and I know a lot of dominoes have to fall for this one, but they said somebody floated out the Arizona Cardinals and I thought that would be hella fun for him to be on the Cardinal.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Well, that's what I was saying too. You're. You're connecting the floors there and you're kind of, you know, throwing things out there a little bit. I, I don't have a problem with that one. And it would make him exciting. And I think in dynasty leagues, there's the upside of the rushing with Malik Willis that you have that you've seen a little bit. But you are right. There are some times where, you know, guys who are back of a sudden become the backup du jour of a free agent class. Remember Matt Flynn back in the day with the Seahawks? Right. Signed that huge deal, right?
Jake Seeley
Packers came from the packers five touchdown game.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Yeah, right. And, and it's so, look, I think Malik Willis has a brighter future than Matt Flynn did in the NFL, I'll tell you that much. But at the same time, it does give you pause a little bit. And I think if the Steelers right now are in a spot where they lose out on Malik Willis, that brings us to Aaron Rodgers. Can Aaron Rodgers coexist with Mike McCarthy? There's been a lot of rumors that JJ McC replaced by Aaron Rodgers. Either way, there seems to be some sort of McCarthy drama in Aaron Rodgers future. If he decides that future is in the NFL. Do you think Aaron Rodgers plays? And if so, where do you think the rumor mill is leading us towards?
Jake Seeley
I think at this point, Aaron Rodgers is just going to do the same thing he's been doing for the past couple of years. And yeah, he's going to play again. Mostly because what you talked about with the Steelers is I think that the Steelers are going to be one of. There's probably two or three teams. They're going to be left like, they're going to be left being like, all right, now what do we do? Because Malik Willis doesn't go to them. You don't make a trade with somebody else. You're not drafting anybody in this draft class and you're going to be like, uh, oh, now what? And Aaron Rodgers isn't the worst. He's not the best. We all want him to go away from a real life Perspective. But the truth is, the Mike McCarthy part of it helps. The biggest thing with Mike McCarthy is you and I and Erickson, I think was on that show, talked about it, and I said that Mike McCarthy loves three wide receivers. They have one. They have DK Metcalf, end of list right now. So if you're convincing Aaron Rodgers to come back, I think that's why I bring this up. It's like you say Aaron Rodgers is. I think that because if they missed on the quarterbacks, they might be more aggressive to address the wide receiver room, especially that Arthur Smith isn't the there trying to roll out 14 tight ends and that you see that brought in for Aaron Rodgers to play one more year and, you know, maybe he gives one more run at. And it's mostly, like I said, I think it's just because what do we do? Like, I don't think they're trading for Kyler Murray. I could be wrong on that one. But, like, I just don't see the Steelers being the ones that are going to get Willis, Murray or even Daniel Jones. And so the reunion almost kind of feels inevitable. As much as we don't want to do it.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Yeah, I don't like Kyler Murray in Pittsburgh. I don't think that's a good fit at all.
Jake Seeley
No, he.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
He's got to go to like a, you know, another west coast team to me, or another team that's, you know, small market football is like. Football's there. Yay, football. That is not, you know, the pressure. Yay, football. Hooray. You know, like that kind of thing.
Jake Seeley
Miami, like, everybody's tying them to.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Yeah, like Miami. Miami is a. Look, Miami is a, you know, in the pantheon of NFL franchise is obviously very important over the years, but has been largely irrelevant, I would say, over the last 20, you know, like, when's the last time we had a Dolphins super bowl appearance? Been a long time. So I could tell you the one
Jake Seeley
that would get me super excited about Kyler Murray is if he goes to the Vikings, you put him with Kevin o'. Connell.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Sign me up Trickier. But they're so nice up there that they would probably be like, oh, well, you know, Kyler's just doing the best he can, you know. You know, he's a little guy. You got to give him, you know, he's. It's. It's. Oh, yeah, sure, you know. All right, let's. Terrible accent. So I apologize up north.
Jake Seeley
Sorry for everybody.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
All right, let's talk. It's like when Jake tries to do A New York accent. I. I understand. I'm sorry.
Jake Seeley
That's not true. That's the one accent I can do. That's the only accent I can do. I can't do Italian. That's what you're thinking of.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
That's where you always go to, and it's wretched. All right, we mentioned George Pickens at the top of the show. Let's talk about George Pickens. I know he got franchise tag. Is there any chance you think that he gets traded off that franchise tag or they're just sticking with him?
Jake Seeley
I think they're sticking with him mostly because if we're trying to, according to Jones, recoup and get some traffic, draft picks back, but you got, you know, you traded a third and a fifth and then you got back the seventh or whatever it was. So what is he going to ask for a second and a fourth coming off that season? We know this. Unfortunately in the NFL, it's just muted when it comes to trading picks for wide receivers, especially look at A.J. brown's trades for like. So I just don't know he's going to get what he wants. And now we've already seen the Cowboys talking about trading back from one of their first rounders to recoup more. I think they have a lot of avenues where they don't need to do this. Like, if they didn't have the two first rounders from the Parsons trade, I would say, yeah, maybe they will be a little bit more aggressive because they don't have as many picks overall. But George Pickens just feels like a nice fit of what they're being able to do. That being said, would it shock me? No. I just want to bet on it if he is moved. The problem is, is that's, that's the second part of it. Like, it's like fantasy, like we always say, like, oh, I want to trade. I want to sell high right now on blank. That's cool. You got to find somebody who wants to buy that player. So where do you see a team that has the draft capital, so to speak, and is in a nice spot to bring in George Pickens? It's not the longest list in the world, especially when you start talking about
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
teams like, okay, the Steelers could use another line.
Jake Seeley
I was going to say the Steelers could. That was the first thing that came to mind. I was going to say the Bengals had ton of cap space, but they don't. They don't need a George Pickens. Like, the Bears are flush. The packers are they going to, you know, they have all those options. Like, so you just kind of look through these lists and it's like, where does he go? Like, maybe the Falcons maybe because they need somebody alongside Drake London. But it's just a short list. So I think he's just going to end up back with them, especially because they already tagged him.
Verizon Advertiser

All right, speaking of tags, it looks like Breece hall inevitably will be tagged by the Jets. It seems like that's not going well. Which, yes, I know from Jake's disdain in his voice there, you could tell
Jake Seeley
all the fantasy pain when you're an awful team, tie yourself to a running
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
back they have no offense like they like any any hope of trying to entice some quarterback of of note. I mean, is it just gonna be like a Joe Flacco at this point?
Jake Seeley
Like, because Andy Dalton.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
I'd rather have Joe Flacco than Andy Dalton, I think.
Jake Seeley
I mean, Joe Flacco was a Jet
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
a couple years ago.
Jake Seeley
Bring back Carson Wentz. You know who the answer is? Do we even have it? No. You know what the answer is for all of these teams? The problem is, is all of these teams, it's like, no, no, no. Do you look at them and do you say, do I want to contend and have a really explosive offense or do I want to just tank. I put that in quotes. Tank this year. Because the answer is Jameis Winston. That's the answer for all of these teams. Also, don't forget Russell Wilson's a free agent, so somebody's good. Russell Wilson's going to end up with a starting job next year for about seven games again.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Agree. And that also makes me sad. Let's talk about Travis at, because I don't want to talk about Russell Wilson. Travis atn. There's been some odd rumors lately about the Seattle Seahawks being interesting.
Jake Seeley
Oh, we're just moving for him. For Bruce. Bruce hall or just what else is
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
there to say if they franchise them? It's just. It is what it is. We move on until they get a quarterback and we figure out what the hell that offense is going to be. I mean, it's a disaster. I feel bad for Breeze Hall. I want to send him an Edible Arrangement because I feel he is depressed being there. He doesn't want to be there before the comments come.
Jake Seeley
By the way, I know you have to trade for Jameis Winston because he's on the roster for the Giants. I want to make that clear because it'd be like, they have to trade for. I know, I know. He has to be traded for.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Yeah, well, that's the thing. You could sign Joe Flacco for nothing and get pretty much the same.
Jake Seeley
Yeah, but what are you sending for James? A fifth, A fourth?
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Probably. Jets know what to do with those drafts anyway. Travis atn. The Chiefs have been a rumored team that I've seen recently, too. Any rumors swirling around for you that make sense or you kind of like the idea of conceptually for Travis atn?
Jake Seeley
I like the idea for ETN going to the Chiefs, but the biggest thing here is that does he get tagged? Do the Jaguars say, you know what, we have cap space galore? Like, we weren't enamored with Bayshaw, Tooton, La Quint, Allen. You know, we took flyers on them. You know, this comes down to what does Liam Cohen feel? If Liam Cohen is like, hey, we're going to be able to get something more out of them next year or maybe they dip into it and say like we'll be able to get more out of them and go cheat with a JK Dobbins and they just don't want to spend at the running back position. I saw you smart, but I'm saying like we, we don't know what Cohen is thinking.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
I, I think Liam Cohen would be smart to do everything he can to bring Travis ATM back. I said on the shows before that's what I think personally.
Jake Seeley
Well, that's the thing. It's like Travis atn, we've seen the really good, we've seen the really bad. And then we saw him rebound under Cohen and Cohen kind of got like it wasn't the exceptional real like what was that seven game peak that we saw from ETN from two years ago? It wasn't that, but it was like 90% of that. Anybody got it over the full season and that's the biggest thing is yeah, you can get that ETN when he
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
was bad, there was injuries involved too. He wasn't 100 healthy. He was playing through stuff. So I think like I said, the best marriage is, you know, the two of those entities coming together.
Jake Seeley
Here's what it comes down to. Fantasy ETN with the Jaguars thumbs up. Great value isn't going to get the respect deserved as an RB2 again because everybody's worried about tooting the rest. ETN with the Chiefs sell high because everybody's gonna go bananas and be like, oh, top five.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Let's.
Jake Seeley
There's your answers right there.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
I wonder what that would do as ADP too. You know, just thinking about that in redraft leagues, one thing in Dynasty. Yeah, I tend to agree with you. Let's talk about Alec Pierce, another guy whose value is through the roof. There's been rumors about the Titans, rumors from the Raiders. I like that Raiders landing spot personally and I think it's time to be a little bit more aggressive. Give Fernando Mendoza a downfield guy. It doesn't exist in that offense. You have the running back, you have the intermediate guy and Brock Bowers give him the deep threat guy. And all of a sudden I think Fernando Mendoza with a a remade rebooted offensive line could hit the ground running potentially in his rookie year. What are your thoughts on the Alec Pierce rumors that have been floating around recently?
Jake Seeley
Yeah, if anybody didn't check that video that UI and Erickson did when we talked about this, you should watch.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
It's great. Everybody.
Jake Seeley
Actually no, that was Tom, because Alabama. Yeah, it was. And you love that one. And I. I would love to see him on the Raiders, by the way, with Kubiak and the fit and everything. Oh, by the way, what does Kubiak do? Schemes. Wide receivers open deep, huh? I wonder who's good at doing that. The unfortunate thing is I was shocked by this. I was. I'm not. I was shocked. I was shocked that the Colts said, you know what, we kind of want to start opening negotiations now to get him back because they have Pitman, because they have Downs, because they just drafted Warren. And it feels like almost a luxury to bring back Alec Pierce. Not because Alec Pierce. Like, I don't want to take anything away from Pierce. It's just I don't know that the Colts need him as much as he could be needed on another team. And to give him this much money is the biggest thing. So you can look at that twofold. Is. It's a lot of money, but this is kind of where we are in the NFL when it comes to wide receivers. Like 20 million almost feels like the starting point for a top 25. I put that in quotes. Wide receiver. But is he that or is he kind of a great number two who just knows how to get open deep? And the team's offense needs to be there for him, which, of course the Colts can be, the Raiders can be. But what if he ends up somewhere else? The Colts? I would actually prefer him on the Raiders than the Colts because the Raiders, you could walk into 120 plus targets as the number one wide receiver alongside Brock Bowers. The Colts, he's going to be fighting with Pittman and Downs and Warren and then the backfield running with Jonathan Taylor. So I'd rather him get out of there for our fantasy purposes. So this is another one. If he's back with the Colts, it might actually be a sell high because everybody would be like, oh, cool, look how good he did. Next year, maybe he takes another step forward on the Raiders and be like, I would actually stock up even more.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
All right, let's take a look at some names that we haven't mentioned yet. Give you our take about some rumors there where it might make sense. Mike Evans. Look, for me, it seems like Tampa Bay has said that, you know, it's time to part ways and move on. And I think it's probably the best for everybody. Buffalo Bills need to learn how to win. Mike Evans has won a Super Bowl. I think he knows that. And if you're Mike Evans, you don't want to just float away here. You want to take one more crack at it. And the best place to do that is to go hang out with Josh Allen, who desperately needs a friend. And you saw Drake may get a mercenary wide receiver in Stefan Diggs and it helped him. Since Stefan Diggs left Buffalo, they have not figured out how to plug that gap and Mike Evans at least would be a stop gap and maybe in the draft you go take somebody else and you have them grow under the Mike Evans tree and you pass the torch in two years. I think that's a great idea. It's a great format to keep Josh Allen relevant because obviously a bitter taste in their mouths. The coach got fired. All these issues swirling around them. They promoted from within. To me, I think that Buffalo is still very close to winning a championship potentially, but they desperately continue to need some help. And a veteran wide receiver like Mike Evans could I think bring that not just to Josh Allen but also to the rest of that wide receiver group, whoever it ends up being in 2026. So I want to see him there. I haven't seen too many rumors about it yet, but I'm trying to force the rumor here. Jake, is there a rumor you'd like to force here potentially or one that you've heard that you like a lot? We didn't talk about today.
Jake Seeley
I haven't seen this one yet, so I guess it's forcing it. And I like the Mike Evans call. And the funny thing is, as you said that I was thinking of a team that keeps going down the old person road and the team I'm about to bring up is the fit. That actually would be funny if Mike Evans went to because the commanders have a ton of money. The commanders are going to do something. Debo Samuel out the door and that's why I laughed is because Mike Evans would actually fit what they've been doing recently. It's like they keep this roster at 30 plus years old. We appreciate it because we're old. But the fact is I actually think think Isaiah likely makes a ton of sense. Now my original thought as referencing those other shows was Breece hall. What if they're a player for Breeze hall but with the tag situation, well, now the commanders have to pivot. Maybe they still go into the running back pool, which they need to because they only have Crosby merit and basically nobody behind him right now. But Isaiah likely is a really good fit for Jaden Daniels alongside Terry McLaurin. There's already talk at the combine. I don't know if you saw the report from multiple agents and teams and reports all of this like imagine Isaiah likely freed from the Ravens and as the number one on a team somewhere and if they look at the wide receiver pool which again George Pickens getting tagged and then impossibly no Alec Pierce, it dries up super fast. Now you're talking about Romeo Dobbs, which I actually think is a nice value. But in the rest so they go like you know what, let's get the difference maker at tight end. Zach Ertz is coming off from a massive injury. Benson hasn't really done anything in his brief time in the NFL. You put likely with Jaden Daniels and Terry McLaurin on that team. I would love for this to happen. And Isaiah likely like I'm not trying to be hot Takey. I'm just trying to say this. Kyle Pitts was tagged if Kyle Pitts by the way Stefanski, all those screens to Fanon. If we're pulling in the A dot for Kyle Pitts, I actually think he's going to be inflated next year. And I would be off Kyle Pitts. Isaiah likely on the Commanders leaps Kyle's pits and would be in the top six or seven.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Well in our early takes on free agency that Kyle Pitts to Washington was what I wanted to desperately to happen. So I'm fine if the, you know, you can't get, you know the A, you pivot to B. And if it's Isaiah likely, it's the same principles and I'm with you.
Jake Seeley
Aren't you pivoting up? Wouldn't you say that Wouldn't you, wouldn't you rather have likely.
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
I still think pits. I, I, I would rather have pits on the Commanders than likely than pits on the Falcons. Yes. But I would also rather have pits than likely if I'm the Washington Commanders as well. But I have to the Washington Commanders end up with Isaiah likely. I think that's okay. Like I think that's a really good fit for Jaden Daniels and and I think it would also help Jaden Daniels take a little pressure off too because he really hasn't had that outlet wide receiver too where he could just kind of dump balls off too with pressure and that takes a little pressure off him coming off of an injury plague 2025 season two. I'd like to see that. I think that's, I think that's good practice. Get him a running game again with all this money you got. Get him a quick dump off wide receiver or tight end.
Jake Seeley
Why'd you put money in quotes?
Joey P (Joe P. Zappia)
Because they got all this money but like, you know, use it, use it to help Jaden Daniels, like use it in the proper way. You know, you can have a lot of cap space and still not know what to do with it. Just ask Bill Belichick years ago. Remember, remember that year we had all that cap space and he signed like four tight ends and everyone's going, what the hell are we doing here?
Jake Seeley

Rob Gronkowski / Julian Edelman
This is Julian Edelman from Games With Names. I want to take a second to talk about something that's personal to me. I've had the privilege of working closely with Robert Kraft for a long time, and one thing I've always respected is how seriously he takes up standing up to hate. As a Jewish athlete, my identity is something I am proud of, but I also know what it feels like to be singled out for it. That's why this new commercial for the Blue Square Alliance Against Hate that aired during the big game really hit home. It's about showing up for someone when they're targeted, even if you don't have the perfect words. And sometimes standing next to someone is enough and you can show support by

Go to work, grab the kids at school, get the groceries and still have enough charge to visit your in laws in the next county. But they don't need to know that. And the best part? On Daniel Jones's Market:
“Daniel Jones does not deserve $40 million. On the other hand, we have to understand what the NFL is... They are desperate for quarterbacks right now.” – Jake Seeley [02:33]
On Malik Willis Hype:
“If you have him, people are going crazy for him because they're going off a very small sample.” – Jake Seeley [04:59]
“It does give you pause a little bit. And I think if the Steelers right now are in a spot where they lose out on Malik Willis, that brings us to Aaron Rodgers...” – Joey P [06:48]
On Breece Hall & Jets:
“I feel bad for Breece Hall. I want to send him an Edible Arrangement because I feel he is depressed being there.” – Joey P [14:33]
On Veteran QB Options:
“The answer is Jameis Winston. That’s the answer for all of these teams. Also don’t forget, Russell Wilson’s a free agent, so somebody… is going to end up with a starting job next year for about seven games again.” – Jake Seeley [14:13]
On Mike Evans to Buffalo:
“The best place to do that is to go hang out with Josh Allen, who desperately needs a friend.” – Joey P [19:08]
On Washington TE Rumors:
“Isaiah Likely on the Commanders leaps Kyle Pitts and would be in the top six or seven.” – Jake Seeley [22:06]
The episode blends sharp analysis, die-hard fantasy insight, and irreverent banter. Both hosts poke fun at quarterback contract insanity, express frustration with mismanaged teams, and inject their own hypothetical wish-list outcomes (“I want to see Mike Evans in Buffalo!”). It’s both informative and entertaining, making even niche debates (like Alec Pierce’s optimal landing spot) accessible and fun.
Listeners will come away with a firm grasp on which free agency rumors have real legs, why certain teams are poised to make moves (or mistakes), and how all of it impacts 2026 fantasy football roster strategies. Jake and Joey equip fantasy managers with actionable context for dynasty, redraft, and offseason trade decisions as the NFL embarks on another unpredictable free-agency frenzy.
