And again I realized Kavino, Belichick, both grumpy, both younger girlfriends named Jordan. And then I started laughing with my wife and I was like, all right, guess who it is? Which is Belichick or Kavino? And I was giving her examples based on what I was seeing on social media because I saw Kavino's Mexico pictures while simultaneously I was looking at Belichick vacation photo. So I said, all right, honey, who was it? Kavino or Belichick that was just riding ATVs but let his girl ride, you know, drive while they were shotgun? And she's like, I don't know, Belichick. I'm like, wrong, Kavino. I started making my own little game. I'm like, all right, honey.

I let Jordan drive. Because I'm a gentleman. That's why she was driving. The ATV passenger on an adventure.

I had a couple more. I said, all right, babe, who's on the beach doing gymnastics and yoga moves, and she's like, Jordan and Kavina. I go, no. Belichick and his girlfriend.

And I gave her one more. I said, all right. Who just took a picture outside of a lighthouse wearing music T shirts? And she's like, oh, Kavino loves music. Kavino. I go, no. Belichick and his girlfriend. He was wearing a Taylor Swift T shirt.

So I'm looking at news alerts this morning trying to figure out what we're talking about on today's show. And I saw Aaron Rodgers, as Monty also pointed out, meeting with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

[Steve Covino]

He was there for six hours. That's the story. Six hours meeting with the Steelers today.

[Danny G]

And the more I thought about it, listen, some of the other options for Aaron Rodgers seem like dead ends. Like the Giants, like he's not going to take a three win team. Even though Malik, Neighbors and him could have had a pretty sweet connection. It's not going to take a three win team. And all of a sudden they're magical and Aaron Rodgers one to possibly two years left.

[Steve Covino]

It's a convenient move, but it's not a good move.

[Danny G]

But with the Steelers, what's our criticism of the Steelers over the last couple of years? They're in football purgatory, right? Like we always joke about how, you know the Steelers are permanently between 7 and 10 and 10 and 7.

[Steve Covino]

Like when you're always 500 there, I.

[Danny G]

Mean you can almost guarantee they'll be 9 and 8 or 10 and 7. And Tomlin finds a way to win enough to keep his job, but never enough to win more than one playoff game. Maybe not even right. What if Aaron Rodgers is that difference maker Enough. What a wild ending to his career if he went into Pittsburgh which has such a great football legacy, such a great football fan base. And imagine if Aaron Rodgers, after all of us ridiculing him with the jets, the Iowa.

It's just not worth it. Look, he still got juice, he's still a legend. But why were guys like to out of the league sooner than they should have been? Why?

[Danny G]

Pain in the ass.

Just the noise around them, right? Who needs the circus? You think the Steelers need the noise in the circus of an Aaron Rodgers.

[Danny G]

But I'm saying that's really the thing.

It's not, it's not really anything about him and his abilities. It's where he, where he is mentally. And I'm not sure it's 100% on football. And it's the circus that surrounds him.

Danny G. Could we agree on the following? The Steelers top tier defense.

A solid receiving core. Now with the addition of DK Metcalf.

For sure a great coach. There's some Steelers fans who wanted to show him the door, but. Yeah, but this Tom would get along with Rogers. I don't know. Yeah, we don't know that. Overall he's been a great coach.

We're talking about a team that's just itching to get over that hump.

Right. Like again, yeah, they're always two, three games above 500 football purgatory.
