The volume yo, what up guys? Hey, NFL Wild Card Weekend is upon us and our friends at Hard Rock Band BET has got you covered with all of the playoff problems that you need from the wild card. Hey, you can even pick who you think will win the Super Bowl. It's easy when the Saints are in the super bowl because anytime we're in the or, sorry, when we're in the playoffs because anytime we're in the playoffs we are favored to win the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, this year Tyler Shuck didn't start playing early enough for us to make the Super Bowl. But I digress. I digress. Let's talk about the NFL Wild Card weekend. There are some big games in the wild card weekend, so I'm giving you my picks so then you can go and download the Hard Rock BET app to use my picks as your picks and try to cash in. I guess so. Here we go. We got the Rams and the Panthers. I'm giving you the Rams because the Panthers, they're terrible, but they just got lucky because they're in the NFC south with the rest of us and we're all terrible. So they're in the playoffs by default when a whole bunch of bad teams are playing for a playoff spot. They somebody's got to go. Hopefully it don't look like James Madison in the college football playoffs this year. The packers and the Bears. I mean, the Bears just beat the packers, but that can go either way. But if I'm going to lean in one direction, I'm going to lean with the team that actually won the last game. I'm taking the Chicago Bears, the Chargers, and the Patriots. The Patriots have proven to be the Patriots of Olegan. They are fantastic. What a team. I will take the New England Patriots, the Bills and the Jaguars. Guys, it is universally thought that this is the best chance for Josh Allen. So I'm going to think and say that the Bills will get the job done behind the arm of the great Josh Allen. And the 49ers and the Eagles. Hey, I hate it. I hate it. But I live in the Bay. And when they got beat the way they got beat last weekend, I know that the Niners will have something to prove. So bet the house on the San Francisco 49ers at wild card weekend. Hey, once again, guys, go to Hard Rock Bet. Download that app at the App Store. All the playoff props. I mean, so many different mvp playoff, super bowl mvp. Whoever wins the super bowl. You have so many different options. So just download that app and say DC sent you Payable and bonus bets is not a cash offer offered by the Seminole Tribe of Florida in Florida, offered by Seminole hard Rock Digital LLC in all other states. And today we have a new episode brought to you by Total Wireless, the official wireless provider of UFC. They're in your corner with unlimited 5G data that will not slow you down. All right, so you know, news broke the other day that Jon Jones and I are coaching against each other in ALF global reality show. I got some background information for you. So a few months ago, I received a text message from a number I did not recognize. When I get the text message, I see that it's a video, but all the communications are in WhatsApp, which I don't check very often, I check the WhatsApp. I see in the WhatsApp a message. It's a video. I look in the video. The first thing that pops on my screen is a Russian guy, and then he pans to the right and is Jon Jones. Look, you guys know that the one thing that I want to do always is compete against Jon Jones. Anything, right? I don't love the idea of going around him, but if Jon Jones learned anything over the time that him and I were interacting and fighting is just challenge me. If you challenge me, you know that I'm going to respond. How is that response going to go? You don't know. But you do know that if you challenge me, I am going to respond. Jon Jones challenges me. It's Alfredo. And Jones, Alfredo says, daniel, I have a message for you. Jones and says, come over here and coach against me in Alva Global. Maybe you can get one. What? What? Hey, of course, like I said, I've never ran from the idea that the dude won the fights. Obviously, there were a whole bunch of stuff around those fights that makes for it to be as cloudy as it is. So our official record office is one and one. I'm talking one loss by me, one no contest. So I get to thinking with my team, like, am I going to do this? Am I going to go and be around this man for, you know, a month? What is this going to entail? What is the process? I, in my limited understanding of what the show is, envisioned an ultimate fighter, who's going to be the better coach? So I start putting my staff together. I get my boxing coach, I get my kickboxing coach. I get my jiu jitsu coach. We're going to go to Thailand and beat Jon Jones's team in a mixed martial arts competition. I don't know. I don't know. My knowledge of this show was seeing Nate Diaz get choked, which gives me an idea. It's a. It's. It's a martial arts competition. Seeing Al Jermaine and him doing it. I go to do it, and I see Jones. I have said now that when Jones and I were fighting, we could not be around each other without rushing at each other to fight. I am 45 years, 46 years. 46 years old. I'm 46 years old. I don't even know how old I am anymore. Jones has to be almost 40, 38, 39. So that need to rush and fight at every turn is gone. We were as cordial as we can be. When in reality, there's a lot of underlying things between us that will never die. It just won't die. So when I see the video the other day of Jones saying, you know, it would give us an opportunity to become friends. Him coming out here would give us both an opportunity to maybe start a friendship. I don't know that he believes that, and I honestly don't know that that's what he wants. I don't know that's what he wants. I have said time and time again that the authenticity that surrounds Jon Jones can come into question. So what we hear may not be necessarily what he means. Right. What we hear may not necessarily be what he truly means. Right. It's. It's a. I feel like it might be a little bit of a defense mechanism. I'm the bigger guy. Look at me extending the olive branch. It was all the way back to the events where, like, you know, we're waving at each other. Now all these videos are coming up. Whenever we're, like, talking on the phone. It's like so many different uncomfortable situations. But Jon Jones is the heavyweight champion of the world, and I have a job to do as a broadcaster on that show. We get there, and, guys, I will tell you this without telling you what happens on the show. It is as wild a show as I have ever been involved with in my entire life. I've never done or been around anything like this in my life. It is crazy some of the things that happen over the course of that show. It's also crazy to see Jon and I in the same situation where at times it's cordial, and a lot of times we're kind of just arguing the whole time. We just argue. It's what happens. Whenever we're around each other, we're just arguing. You know, outside of doing the show together, going out to Thailand, figuring out when I got there that it's not an MMA competition. It's actually boxing with MMA gloves. So now I got a jiu jitsu coach that's there, and he doesn't necessarily have the ability to teach. It's very different watching my coaching style versus Jones's coaching style. The amount of time spent with the guys, it's, like, so different in those ways. It's also hard not to continue to challenge each other. There were multiple occasions in the midst of the time spent together where Jones and I argued about fighting each other in a boxing match, to which I agreed to do. If it's just boxing, we also. In the one that caught fire the most was the wrestling thing because I said that I would wrestle him in real American freestyle wrestling and I would beat him. That stems from John earlier saying I would wrestle Daniel in a exhibition or a grappling match for charity. That was something he said prior. Luis, find that clip that throw that in the video so that the people see that I'm not making it up. I'm not making this up. There's a desire, right? Regardless of the respect for the fighting ability, there's a desire to compete against each other in something I think that is honestly the most telling part of the relationship between myself and Jon Jones, that no matter what it is, in terms of respect for skill, respect for ability, you guys know, in terms of a person, him and I will never be or see eye to eye. But in terms of the fighter, I feel like between us, there's a need to compete. And truthfully, in the heart of it, in the heart of the fighting, it was actually a gift to have someone with that level of skill to want to compete with that much and have that need for competition. And that still sits today. It's still in there. So while maybe we're not fighting each other physically like we did or throwing stuff at each other, it's still chirp, chirp, chirp, chirp. Box me, wrestle me, grapple me. Do something to make us be on the opposite side of a line to where him and I come together and we compete our fight. Got to do something. Now. The idea that Jon Jones and I would wrestle a match, like, literally get into a stance and wrestle a match. This is the world champion Islam maga. He knows. I mean, it's really hard to understand that even at 46 years old. 46. I still coach wrestling. I still wrestle three days a week with the kids. I'm still drilling. I'm still doing moves. I don't understand how this idea that I could lose a wrestling match is out there, but I guess we could find out. And guess what? I'm not the only one talking about a wrestling match between Jon Jones and I. I'm just the only one doing it publicly. Stay tuned, because if he steps on that line, I'm taking this dude 100 like I said. And watch the reality. Watch out global. It was interesting. It was fun. And he called me out. He knows all you got to do is challenge DC due to show up. That's exactly what I did. So watch it. And. But, yeah, for the rest of my life, there's going to be a desire to compete with Jon Jones. And I'm okay with that. Until next time guys. Like subscribe. Tell your friend to tell their friend that DC's got a YouTube channel and in 2026 we're going to make it even bigger in 2025, which was easily the biggest year that we've ever had. Until next time guys. Peace.
