In this conversation, I sit down with two of my besties and fellow Boston College alumni, Carla Breton and Diana Isern. They joined the podcast (episodes 65 and 66: Women Sharing Life Lessons) a few years ago, and they're back!

We've been with each other for years through careers, motherhood, creative work, and everything in between—and this conversation felt like being back at one of our retiros/retreats. There's plenty of laughter and fun, and there's real talk about what life has been like for us.

We discuss the importance of friendship, community, and family— and the resourcefulness of our Latino culture.

This conversations reminded me how powerful it is to grow alongside people who really know you—the ones who've seen every version of you and still call you higher. It's about friendship that holds you accountable and gives you grace. I hope this episode feels like a reminder that you don't have to rise alone—and that the best kind of success is the one rooted in connection, joy, and staying true to yourself.
