Colorado is trying to silence free speech again. A state law forces businesses to use customers preferred pronouns even if they're biologically inaccurate. With the help of Alliance Defending Freedom, a Christian bookstore and a sports apparel company are challenging the law, but a court recently ruled against them. They appealed the ruling, and with ADF's help, they'll keep fighting another attempt by Colorado to skirt the First Amendment. From what I can see, I think Europe has finally had enough, and I for one am so here for it. For the last couple of years, the United States has been looking at Europe as the blueprint for why we have to halt mass migration and ideological takeover of Western civilization here in the United States. Because it's become plainly, painfully obvious to all of us remotely involved in the culture wars or politics or even just religious revival that the United States is in many ways the last stand on Earth for complete eradication of the values that made Western civilization so unique and advanced to the human person, the flourishing of the human person more than anything else in human history. It is so tragic to watch videos out of virtually every country in Europe related to the massive rise in violent crime, the normalization of gangs impacting the safety and health of young women, or even just European citizens and British citizens getting thrown in prison for their retweets over how frustrated they are with the consequences of mass migration. And this has been coming to a head for a very, very long time, politically speaking. But where I think the tide is starting to turn is where the clash of religious foundational values that built Europe to be the most flourishing societies on the face of the planet in their heyday are now butting heads with the rise of Islam in the continent because of consequences of mass migration. And in the same week we saw two extremely powerful examples of this unfold in real time. Over the last few years. I've been pretty familiar loosely with Eurovision, but I don't like ardently follow it every single year, sadly, largely because it's become extremely politically propagandized rather than an appreciation of actual music and art like it's supposed to be, and cultural exchange. But this Year, things are a little bit different. And just this week, the finals for Eurovision hit the stage with Croatia being one of the finalists. And their song submission speaks volumes about where the culture of Europe is right now in this moment as it comes to defending Christian heritage against the looming threat of Islam and radical Islam at that. A beautiful group of Croatian young women took to the stage to sing their song submission for the Eurovision finals that entirely focuses on a chapter of history. I previously knew nothing about that. Croatian women used to be tattooed with Christian crosses and religious symbolism on their bodies, largely in very visible parts of their bodies, like their foreheads, to specifically deter Islamic Turks during the Ottoman Empire from abducting these young women, from attempting to force them into conversion to Islam or them and forcing them into sexual slavery and forced child marriages. I had literally no idea that this chapter of history actually existed, but it did. Not just in Croatia, but the region around it. And honestly makes me absolutely love my cross tattoo that much more. Today I don't speak Croatian, obviously, although I'm dying to go to Croatia and live out my Game of Thrones Dre dreams. But one of the lines of the song, loosely translated literally says this. That's why many chose the grave. Our mothers did not birth slaves. This is really powerful. As they continue the song, you'll start to see behind them on the stage there's cross symbolism, very clear religious iconography. When they zoom in on these young women's faces, many of them have cross tattoos on their forehead for the performance. This is fascinating to me. And who knows if they'll actually win Eurovision over this song. I sure hope that they will, although probably unlikely given the reality of European media right now. However, the fact that that made it to the finals speaks Vol. Volumes as this massive generationally defining revival is happening across Western civilization. I think we're all falling in love with prayer being a normal part of our day to day life again too. And the number one way that I have figured out how to keep prayer consistent in my day to day life has been thanks to Hallow, the world's largest prayer app. It actually hit number one in the Apple App store just a couple of weeks ago as well, which was crazy. But especially as I'm learning to reprioritize the right important things in my life, the more I'm realizing that I really need to detach from all of the stuff around me all the time and from the influence of negativity, depression, anxiety, worry to just leave everything in the hands of God and trust that he will provide just like he's saving our culture. Right now, Hallow is running an amazing challenge called the Detachment Prayer Challenge, where every single day you have a chance to hear from several incredible people about what it looks like to detach from the things that are constantly busying us, keeping us away from a genuine connection with God. And this has been transformational for me in particular. But if that's not your thing or you're wanting to check some other stuff out, Hallow is home to thousands of other guided prayers, meditations, mindfulness trainings, music like Gregorian chants, best thing to study with, by the way, podcast episodes, and so much more. I even host a prayer challenge on Hallow for young adults as a devotional that takes you through 30 days of what it looks like to be a young adult walking in the faith today. And you can check it all out for 90 days for free@halloween.com Isabel to download the app for yourself. And on the note of the foundation of the west and our beautiful countries being based in Christianity itself, I love that we are reckoning with during America's 250th birthday, where life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are actually coming from rooted in our rights, unalienable rights given to us by our Creator God, not from the government. 250 years ago this July, ordinary people had to make extraordinary choices in standing up to tyranny and the most powerful authoritarian, corrupt government on the face of the planet to fight for, among other things, religious liberty. And against all odds, they won, and in their victory, built the greatest country the world ever known. This summer, I'm so excited to experience the American Revolution unlike ever before. Not just with all of the A250 celebrations going on, but also thanks to our friends at Hillsdale College who have created a powerful documentary called Revolutionary America that brings the foundation of our country to life in a whole new way on the big screen. The trailer is awesome. I am psyched to go sit in the theater. And it is only in the theater for a couple of days at the end of this month and beginning of next month. So make sure to go snag your tickets right now before they sell out at Hillsdale Edu Rev and hopefully I'll see you in the movie theater. And I find no coincidence whatsoever that this song entered the Eurovision finals the exact same week that there was a massive, massive protest. Maybe the biggest gathering of British patriots ever on UK soil in London, the Unite the Kingdom rally organized by Tommy Robinson, who's been on the show before, and you guys should hear everything he has to say, because it is mind blowingly fascinating about how quickly the UK turned into such a different society, packed hundreds of of thousands, thousands of people into the heart of London as an organized symbol of unity for people across the UK to tell the UK government we have had enough with the devastating consequences of mass migration and specifically the eradication of our Christian history, the foundation of British society. We used to be and technically still are a Christian country by establishment, but we are allowing that to be erased in real time because of the political correctness that refuses to call out the rise of radical Islam from inside our own borders. The footage from this rally is shocking and is being completely ignored by the mainstream media, who basically said, and nobody's going to go to that, or it's just a few hundred crazy people. Does this look like a few hundred crazy people to you? This to me actually is infinitely more powerful because of the fact that they have actually been told you're not really allowed to fly the UK flag anymore. It's super offensive. But the best moment by far and where the religious aspect comes into the United Kingdom rally is this video right here that shook me to my core, first time that I saw it, where hundreds of people at this massive Unite the Kingdom rally in the UK picked up wooden crosses, huge wooden crosses, to carry them through the streets of London as a definitive, obvious statement. We are a Christian nation and we must remain a Christian nation if we are to continue to survive. There is undoubtedly a massive Christian revival happening in the uk the same way that it's happening here on our soil, in the United States, in England and Wales. From 2018 to 2024, church attendance rose from 8% to 12%. And specifically zooming into 18 to 24 year olds, church attendance rose between that time period from 4% to over 6, 16%. Young men jumped from 4% attendance at church every Sunday to 21% attendance from 2019 to 2025, Bible sales in the UK rose by 134%. And a huge component of the rise of Christianity in the UK right now, like America, is honed in on Catholicism. Fascinatingly, while the Church of England just appointed its first female Archbishop of Canterbury, young men seem to be driven towards traditional liturgy, the Eucharist, sacred tradition as it's existed since the time of Christ, largely in rebuke to the increasing secular and atheist culture dominating the UK throughout our lifetime. And now of course, the rise of extreme Islam because of the consequences of mass migration. So in case you're wondering, it's not just in the United states across the entire West. The kids are all right and there's no reason to have anything but hope for saving Western civilization once and for all with Gen Z at the helm. If you are watching this from Europe, I'm dying to know. Is this isolated to Croatia and the United Kingdom, or are you seeing a Christian revival in the face of what's happened to Europe all over the continent? And assuming you won't get thrown in prison for this, what's your message to your country's government and the EU at large for why it's important to save the West? Leave it in the comments.
Episode: Is This What a Modern Crusade Looks Like?
Date: May 21, 2026
Host: Isabel Brown (The Daily Wire)
In this episode, Isabel Brown explores what she calls a "massive generationally defining revival" of Christian identity and values in the West, examining recent cultural and political flashpoints in Europe—particularly Croatia and the United Kingdom. Isabel argues that, faced with increased secularism, mass migration, and what she sees as the growing influence of radical Islam, Europeans and Americans are experiencing a renewed embrace of their Christian heritage. She discusses how these themes are manifesting through music, public demonstrations, and church attendance trends, and she asks listeners to reflect on the ongoing “battle” for Western civilization.

The episode is passionate, assertive, and deeply personal, blending cultural commentary with faith-driven optimism. Isabel’s tone is urgent, emotional, and combative, frequently referencing historical context and present data to argue her thesis: that Western revival, led by a new generation, is both necessary and underway in defense of Christianity and against perceived existential threats.
This episode makes the case that a “modern crusade”—a grassroots, cultural, and spiritual pushback—is underway across the West. Isabel urges listeners to see the recent revival of Christian identity as both a response to modern challenges and a hopeful sign for the future of Western civilization. She encourages active participation and courageous conversation, inviting listeners to share their stories and messages of cultural defense.
