Should we even remotely be surprised at the allegations of sexual abuse from current sitting Congressman Eric Swalwell when it's been the Democrat Party letting violent out of prison and shooting gay on the floor of the United States Senate over the past few years? I don't know. Hello from Washington. It's a beautiful day. The sun is shining. The tank is clean. The tank is clean. The tank is clean. The tank is clean. Yeah. Yet another member of Congress is just being thrown under the bus for horrifying allegations of sexual assault. What else is new? Welcome to this town. In case you guys haven't been following, this is a pretty huge story, actually, that Representative Eric Swalwell has been accused of literally dozens of former staffers, other employees on Capitol Hill and prominent people in politics of disgusting allegations of sexual abuse and assault that date back years and years and years and years. Now finally being reported on by the San Francisco Chronicle and cnn. He was leading the race for California governor to replace Gavin Newsom. Not suspicious timing at all with any of this, but it's really explosive stuff and everyone is talking about it. So let's get into it. Dozens and dozens and dozens of former staffers of Eric's Walwell put out a letter over the weekend, a public letter signed by them by name describing these allegations against their former boss and asking for public accountability for the actions that he allegedly did. They said this. We, the undersigned former staffers of Congressman Eric Swalwell, write today with heavy hearts and unwavering resolve the allegations reported by the San Francisco Chronicle and CNN are serious, credible, and demand accountability. We stand unequivocally with our colleague who showed extraordinary courage in coming forward to share her truth. We believe her. What has been described is not a political attack. It is the account of a young woman who trusted her employer, who was targeted and exploited by someone in a position of power over her, and who has carried this burden for years. The corroboration reported by both outlets, including the medical records and multiple witnesses, makes this clear that this cannot dismissed or deflected. No statement, no cease and desist letter, and no claim of political motivation changes what our colleague experienced. We call on all relevant law enforcement authorities to open a full and thorough investigation into the allegations against Congressman Swalwell without delay. No one is above the law. Not a congressman, not a candidate for governor. No one. We further call on Congressman Swalwell to immediately withdraw from the California gubernatorial race and resign his seat in the United States Congress. The people of California's 14th congressional district and the people of this country deserve representation from someone whose conduct reflects the values of public service. Remaining in either role while these allegations hang unresolved is an insult to every person who has ever worked for him, reported to him, or place their trust in him. To our colleague, you are not alone. We see you. We stand with you. We are deeply sorry that we did not know what you were enduring, and we carry the weight of that with us. Your bravery in speaking out has given voice to what many victims who have feared to say. And we are grateful for your courage. We are appalled by his actions and stand firmly with you and every victim who has come forward. Justice is not optional. Accountability is not negotiable. We will not be silent. Signed by the former staffers of Congressman Eric Stone Swalwell. In case there's any confusion whatsoever. Yes, this is the same Congressman who allegedly had a secret sexual relationship with a Chinese spy over the past several years named Feng. Feng, who worked her way into the highest echelon of American Democratic politics, the United States Congress, by conducting herself in what now appears maybe a pretty expected way, potentially allegedly in bed with this congressman. Saying that out loud just really paints the picture of how weird 2026 is. Right. But the colleague that these people in the letter are referring to is a former staffer for Representative Eric Swalwell, who says that he her while she was heavily intoxicated. This is reported by cnn. And left her bruised and bleeding. She said, I was pushing him off of me, saying no, saying this happened in 2024 after she had stopped working in Swalwell's office. He didn't stop, she said. It was the second time I'm reading from CNN here. Swalwell had non consensual sexual contact with her While she was 2019 when she was working for him. She said she woke up naked with him in a hotel room after a night of heavy drinking. She has no memory of what happened, but could feel physically that they had had sexual contact. After she came forward to the San Francisco Chronicle, three other women then came forward and spoke to CNN alleging other various kinds of sexual misconduct from this current sitting United States Congressman. And then of course came this letter from former staffers of Eric Swalwell signed by the dozens, saying we believe this to be true. This is where all of this gets really, really, because I will always be the first person to say we live in the United States of America. It is highly disgusting to me when we twist and manipulate the justice system for a mechanism to political ends to politically prosecute someone rather than on the basis of an actual crime like we often see against President Donald Trump with the justice system throughout the past decade, or virtually anyone who supports him for that matter. So I will always defend your right to innocence until guilt is proven. You have a presumption of innocence that you have a right to as an American citizen, and this congressman is no different. But there's a lot uniquely attributable to this story that feels so disgusting, so icky. So this has been a cover up for the last decade in American politics and it just now happens to be politically convenient to get him to drop out of the governor's race, which he did late last night, early this morning. He is no longer seeking the position of governor of California. Interestingly, he's not resigning from Congress. So I guess four separate allegations of are just creepy and predatory enough to not be governor of California, but also just creepy and predatory enough to be a United States Congressman. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. And though Eric Swalwell is denying these claims to his dying breath, said he's going to fight against them with everything he has. Again, presumption of innocence until guilt is proven. I have no problem with that. Virtually the entire Democrat political establishment apparatus is throwing yeeting this member of Congress under the bus as fast as they possibly can. Here's what Eric Swalwell had to say in response to the letter from his former staff.
E
A lot has been said about me today through anonymous allegations, and I thought it was important that you see and hear from me Directly. These allegations of sexual assault are flat false. They are absolutely false. They did not happen. They have never happened. And I will fight them with everything that I have. I have certainly made mistakes in judgment in my past, but those mistakes are between me and my wife and to her. I apologize deeply for putting her in this position. For over 20 years, I have served the public as a city councilman, as a member of Congress, and as a prosecutor who went to court on behalf of victims, particularly on behalf of sexual assault victims. That's who I am and have always been.
D
Weird response. At the very least, why would you feel the need to apologize to your supporters or apologize directly to your wife in a public way if you didn't do anything wrong or say that there were things between you and your wife that the public shouldn't know about if you didn't do anything wrong? Weird. At the very least, that's suspicious.
C
That's weird.
D
But the really, really, really, really gross part of this is that everyone knew, everyone knew that this congressman was at the very least, really creepy, should be avoided at all costs, probably doing some really shady stuff in his past or even was fucking flat out accused of sexual assault repeatedly for the last several years, upwards of nine plus years, to journalists, to political operatives, to people in very high positions of power within the Democrat political ecosystem. And no one took it seriously, reported it to the relevant authorities, or led this toward any type of criminal prosecution whatsoever because it wasn't politically convenient to them at the time. Just the latest example in this town of how basically no one respects any sort of dignity for humanity, human life ever, essentially. But I'll tell you who we should be respecting this month and that's our moms. In case you're not paying attention, Mother's Day is right around the corner. And if you're anything like me, finding an actual gift for your mom that feels meaningful can be really, really tough. Instead of the silly stuff that you see on Pinterest or TikTok. As a suggestion, so many options. Just end up feeling generic or rushed or not personal or meaningful at all. Which is why I was so excited these last few weeks to discover our new friends at Kexi, a family owned bakery that truly puts me so much love into what they do and what they make in the kitchen. They have created a special Mother's Day cookie box this year. Best gift you could possibly give. It's what I'm asking for as a mom. Filled with amazing flavors that are crafted just for the moms in your life. We love Kexi cookies I know there's a lot of really viral cookie brands out there that are like big in college towns or. Or they're big on social media. But let me tell you, none of them remotely hold a candle to the cookies that show up at our front door thanks to to Kexi. They're soft, they are melt in your mouth. The flavors are unique and delicious. And I am nothing if not a bit of a cookie snob. We love these guys. What I love the most, though, is that it doesn't feel like a grab something quick kind of gift to give somebody. It feels really personal, like you really put some thought into it. Flowers are always wonderful and I will always welcome a bouquet of flowers, but this is something your mom can actually sit down, savor and enjoy, maybe even with you, as you guys build new memories together. Their German chocolate cookie Delicious. The Texas chocolate chip cookie. Rich, beautiful, classic, done right. Plus, it arrives in a beautifully designed Mother's Day box, so you don't even have to wrap it. It's perfect. They'll ship it right to your door or directly to your mom's, which makes everything so easy. But heads up, these boxes are limited and they do sell out every single year. So don't wait. You guys can head to kexi.com to order your Mother's Day box today. And if you want to try something else, you can always use code Isabelle for 15% off that's available for everything on their website. Just not the special limited Mother's Day box that is Kexi. K E K S I.com code isabel. The number of tweets I have seen today from Democrat operatives in very high positions of power saying, oh yeah, people were dming me about this for years and years and years, but I'm not a journalist, so what could I have possibly done? I didn't write a story about this is disgusting. They're everywhere, all over my ex. Meanwhile, journalists are saying, oh yeah, I mean, I kind of knew. Everybody kind of knew. But it wasn't my beat as a journalist to report on sexual crimes. I was supposed to report on financial corruption or something else. So what could I have done except refer it to the appropriate journalist to be publishing for these things? And if they chose not to report on this, then that really was their prerogative is disgusting. It's all gross. And so Washington D.C. cNN, who's getting all kinds of praise for reporting this in 2026, nine years ago, reported this and no one paid attention to it. CNN In November of 2017, the dozens of interviews that CNN conducted with both men and women on the Hill also revealed that there is an unwritten list of male lawmakers made up primarily of House representatives, where there are many more members than the Senate notorious for inappropriate or predatory behavior. Several people simply referred to that roster as the cross creep list. More than half a dozen interviewees nine years ago independently named one California congressman for pursuing female staffers. Another half dozen pointed to a Texas congressman for engaging in inappropriate behavior. CNN is not naming either of those lawmakers because the stories are unverified. Guys, guys, here's what they quote. Amongst ourselves, we know a former Senate aide said, referring to sexual harassers and their behavior, there is a certain code amongst us. We acknowledge among what occurs. So I guess it also appears there is a certain code in left wing politics that the only alleged sexual assault that anyone is supposed to care about is when it pertains to Clarence Thomas or Brett Kavanaugh or Donald Trump. But the minute any sort of allegation with video and photo evidence that I am seeing all over social media this week happens to be against a sitting Democrat congressman from California. There's a code we follow, and it's not a verified allegation. It's just a loose allegation that's been corroborated by more than half a dozen staffers nine years ago. So we're not, I mean, we don't need to name names. It's fine. Don't name names. These are the same people screaming at you from the rooftops about how we need more radical transparency from the government because the government under Trump is covering up for people in powerful positions in society who are pedophiles and who are clearly children. Donald Trump and his cronies in the government are covering up for sexual abuse of the innocent through the Epstein files. I mean, for goodness sakes, it was Eric Swalwell mere weeks ago making videos on the steps of the US Capitol building insisting that we need to release more Epstein files because there's some secret government corruption cover up against sexual abuse happening in America. I'll take things that did not age well for $1,000, please.
F
216. I was the 216th person to sign the Epstein petition to release all the files and finally bring justice for these victims. So we're just two away. Two more members sign it and we are on our road to justice. I was proud to do it as a former prosecutor, as somebody who has spent my time in Congress working to stand up for the rights of victims. And now I'm calling on My Republican colleagues, it's not about red team versus blue team team. This is about sexual assault victims deserve justice. Do the right thing. Go sign that petition.
D
To my Republican colleagues, sexual assault victims deserve justice. Do the right thing. Go sign that petition. Again, he has not been proven to be guilty in a court of law. I want to make that abundantly clear. And you are entitled to the presumption of innocence until guilt is proven. But when, like every single other Democrat member of Congress is on CNN calling for your head to be on a spike and that you should resign from the governor's race and maybe even resign from Congress because everybod really knew about this, CNN was reporting for nine years that all these people were deeply concerned about one particular California congressman. Not a great look at the very least, especially while you are gaslighting the American people that all of a sudden, in the last millisecond of recent American political history, your number one priority is protecting the victims of sexual abuse from powerful people who are not touched by our two tiered justice system. And if indeed everyone knew about this for the last, I don't know how many years, and it's a pretty tight knit club over on Capitol Hill, pretty much everyone knows everything about everyone. Why then did longtime friend of Eric Swalwell, Adam Schiff, proudly endorse his longtime friend for the governorship of California? Literally two months ago, not even 10 weeks ago, Adam Schiff gets on a zoom call. This is February 19th of 2026 this year. Gets on a zoom call with Eric Swalwell praising Eric Swalwell's character and saying, thank God you are not a fundamentally indecent person like Donald Trump is. Again, things that did not age well for $1,000, please.
G
During the first impeachment trial, and you did such a magnificent job in the second one, I made an appeal to my fellow senators that we could not leave a man like this in power. First of all, we had proven him guilty of what he was charged with. But this was somebody who couldn't tell the truth. He was just incapable of telling the truth. He did not know right from wrong and he was fundamentally indecent. And it wasn't that the senators should remove him because he was indecent and he couldn't tell right from wrong and he couldn't tell the truth. And those things didn't matter all to him. But because they mattered to my colleagues, I appealed to them that he is not who you are. Well, sadly, there are plenty of them who I guess he is who they are.
D
Don't we love the cruel irony of American politics.
G
Ironic.
D
But look again, I am looking forward to a proper investigation into all of these claims actually happening. In no way, shape or form am I telling you right there this very second, Eric Swalwell is a rapist. Because we have standards. We believe in the criminal justice system. We believe until innocence, until guilt is proven. Unlike the people screaming from the rooftops, Allah, the hairy sisters of the world, who scream at the top of their lungs that Donald Trump is a child sex offender. Which is not true. The thing I want you to pay attention to here is that it is awfully politically convenient for the political left and in particular those tangentially associated with the state of California to all of a sudden care about protecting innocent from these heinous crimes. They do not. It's the lady running against Adam Schiff, by the way, who's now the leading candidate for Democrat of California, Katie Porter, who has been alleged to be a domestic abuser of her ex husband herself with allegations of pouring scalding hot potatoes over his head that were part of her divorce trial a few years ago and screaming at her staffers over a whole myriad of different things. It was the state of California and Governor Gavin Newsom, who is presumably the leading candidate from the left to be the next President of the United States, who signed into law in 2020 Senate Bill 145, written of course by state legislator Scott Wiener.
G
Nice.
D
You can't make this stuff up to no longer force sex offenders to automatically register as sex offenders based on pedophilia. This is real. This is the law of the land in the state of California today. Pedophiles shall not be required to register as a sex offender if at the time of the offense the person is not more than 10 years older than the minor as measured by the minor's date of birth to the person's date of birth and the conviction is the only one requiring the person to register. So if a 19 year old has the intent to solicit sexual relationships with nine year olds, they do not need to automatically register as a sex offender in the state of California. The blue blueprint for how to take over America from the Democrat Party. It's the state of California where a legitimately convicted sex offender, Renee Campos is running for Fresno's City Council, pleaded no contest to possession of child sexual assault material see Sam or Child Fee years ago and is literally running as a Democrat for Fresno City Council. Has not been widely condemned by Gavin Newsom or Eric Swalwell or Adam Schiff. Or Nancy Pelosi or Kamala Harris or any of these freaks from California who claim to be on. On the side of compassion and protect all women and believe all women. Give me a freaking break. It was California who just in the last several months has released a man named Frank Duane Brown from prison under a 45 year prison sentence for multiple sexual assaults on a child under the age of 14. Let him out of prison 34 years early based on what they call the compassionate release law in California. Compassion. My. And it's not just California. This is the double standard that has been embraced by the political left over and over and over again. And frankly, I am so nauseous, I am so sick of it that I could just vomit. These people will scream at you until they are blue in the face about how Donald Trump is a sexual predator because of the Epstein files, in which, by the way, there is no actual tangible, credible evidence suggesting criminal prosecution. Just a few weeks ago, was it not Harry Sisson on our debate or bar fight debate show for Michael Nolan saying that he doesn't think Trump should be prosecuted based on anything that's in the Epstein files because there's no tangible evidence whatsoever. But they will tweet that he's a and a child pedophile and all of these things because it's politically convenient and ignore every single example of aiding and abetting sexual criminals as long as they are Democrats. I'm sitting in Virginia right now. I am headed to a debate tonight at UVA to talk about Democrat versus Republican politics and all kinds of stuff as it pertains to Generation Z, the future of America for Generation Z currently in the state of California or not California, Virginia, they're virtually indistinguishable. They are one and the same. At this point, the state of Virginia is taking a second look at virtually every currently incarcerated criminal's sentence because compassion and potentially just letting them off the hook, resentencing them and eliminating. Seeking to eliminate mandatory minimum sentences for any sort of violent crime, including sexual assault and distribution of child. I've seen enough. I've had enough. Can we just get some basic decency back in this town for once? I mean, for God's sake, this is starting to make the Monica Lewinsky scandal look like child recess. But when it's the political left who totally swept under the rug that it was a gay shot in the committee hearing rooms in the Senate in the last several years, don't think we'll expect to see much change.
