According to court documents filed this week, Gamma is seeking to uncover the anonymous individuals responsible for launching two websites that accused the company of financial misconduct, streaming manipulation and misuse of investor money. The complaint argues that the allegations are entirely fabricated and were intentionally designed to damage the reputation of the fast growing entertainment firm. The lawsuit specifically references the domains Larryjacksonexposed.com and gamma expose.com which allegedly surfaced shortly after a favorite favorable Bloomberg feature highlighted Jackson's rise in the music industry. Gamma claims the sites used inflammatory language and false accusations, including claims that sales connected to Kanye West's album Bully were artificially boosted through bots and yada yada, yada, yada, yada. All right, so Larry's trying to find out who's at the bottom of these.

We talked about facing your accusers. This is another story that I think we should highlight. I think it's a great story. It starts tragically, it ends great. And that's in Philadelphia. Three men's convictions were overturned.

I mean they could still be in prison. That's true. It ends as well as it could. Yeah, that's what I'll say. Three men, Jeremy Shuller, Mark Brittenham and Rasheed Turner, in 1996 were convicted of murder. And there was no physical evidence against him from the beginning. It was a single eyewitness who said that they did it. And they saw these guys coming out of this elderly woman's apartment on a Saturday. And then they determined that the person had died that day. And they convicted this guy, these three guys. The guy said they never did it. They've always maintained their innocence. And they've been fighting with one of Joe's favorite organizations, the Innocence Project. And. And it turns out that they didn't do it. When they checked the body and they actually did a full medical examination, it showed that it was impossible basically for the person to have died on Saturday. They actually died 24 hours later than the medical examiner said. They basically tried to make the autopsy, retrofit the testimony. Cause you know how it is, they say, well, we got a witness. And the witness said they did it. So they must be, you know, the guys must be lying. So let's just make the case. That's often what happens, unfortunately. And so they did that. They found out that the guy died 24 hours later and it was impossible for them to be convicted. They've been fighting for since 1997 to get free. And a couple days ago, the judge finally overturned their conviction. They were let out and just shout out to every attorney in every organization that fought to get these guys free. And also without the technology, they'd still be in there.

That is scared, bro. It's terrifying because I feel like that should happen to literally anyone.

He had years at the company while Titan was running before he and a core team left to form Love from the design agency that Ferrari placed in the driving seat to craft its first ever ev. But the Luche, with its considered rounded corners, brushed aluminium and sculpted glass house exterior, has for all the world to see, all the hallmarks of the products that I've spent decades perfecting at Apple. So is this the Apple EV in all but name? To its already vociferous social media critics, the Luce is an iPad on wheels for a 193 mile an hour Apple mouse. Ferrari and some motoring commentators are appalled that the Luce does not design with its hints of Alfa and Tesla has landed so far from the brand's lauded stable of iconic cars. I've himself has described the Luce as still clearly a Ferrari, but cannily admits that it represents a different manifestation based on some of the beliefs around simplicity. A different manifestation indeed. One that had it arrived as the Apple car and not costing 60, 640

Bentley has moved its all electric debt deadline from 2030 to 2035. Porsche at enormous expense has remapped its immediate future back to combustion. The cross pollination of Ferrari and LAN could yield truly amazing things and very much needed innovation. The whole of Ferrari will be crossing everything that Belluce gets a reception on forecourts that matches the EVs pre reveal anticipation. But for Wired, what some are missing here is not that the Luce isn't on first reaction, at least red blooded enough for the Tifosi. It's a bittersweet glimpse into an alternative reality. One where Apple stayed the course and brought us its own ev.

And that's what why people buy the cars. They don't always buy them based on the look of the car.

But Ferrari is more exclusive than Rolls Royce and Lamborghini and all that. You have to like get out of. You can talk about it. I'm a Ferrari owner.

People that go to Ferrari, you looking for Ferrari like you're looking for all of the things that make a Ferrari Ferrari to come out with a car that abandons all of that because again, I think Ferrari could have made this car if it were a Ferrari. Actually all of the graphic design sign AI started designing their Ferrari electric car and it was looking crazy.

So this looked like a Testarossa with EV engine. I don't think anybody would have batted an eye.
